After a previous complain the company took no action and there is no response by their team and the refrigerator is still with service centre for more then 8 working days It took the refrigerator on 8th Feb 2023.

    I have ordered mobile from samsung eshop on 2nd feb 2023. Expecting it on 20feb as per booking. They delivered mobile cover on 17feb. On 18th Feb they send an email saying mobile order will be delivered on 7th Mar delay of 17 days!! They are not cancelling order as they are saying its partially delivered. They are cheating by sending delay email post one day of delivering partial order. No cancellation no refund. Please take action on them.

            Very disappointed with my recent purchase from Samsung. I ordered a galaxy watch 5 pro-LTE but received a Bluetooth version. I was very frustrated when I came to know that my watch is not supporting the LTE version, i also raised a mail to the company official mail id but they did not resolved my problem yet since 9 days.

              I purchased a W/M Samsung WW70T4020CX1TL-(51000) from M/S Venu's Arcade, Wadakkanchery, Thrissur Kerala on 09th Dec 2022. The machine stopped working on Sunday, 12th Feb 2022. The service engineer came on the next day. after inspecting, he concluded that the cord wire has burnt and the fault was with the socket. The wiring in my house is new and the sockets are specially designed to meet the W/M, Refrigerator and Air Conditioners. I was told that the cord wire does not fall in the WARRANTY and I would be required to make payment. I made an advance payment of Rs. 500/- and the work would be completed within 2 days. On re enquiry I am told the work will be completed by 25th Feb 2023. The point I would like to raise :

              1. How did the service engineer conclude that the fault was with the socket/wiring rather than the product. The Electrician is of the view that the pins in the plug were loose.
              2. Why did the service engineer at the time of Installation did not find any fault in the socket.
              3. I was told that the bill is the guarantee card and will serve the purpose and WHY the company did not provide GUARANTEE CARD and why changing the goal post when the machine became unserviceable.
              4. Why I need to wait such long for repairing of my Machine under warranty.

                Hello I am from lucknow, India.i had purchased a samsung smart door lock in October 2022 model no.SHP-DP609.since the start the wifi module of the lock has not been working, that is it could not be detected by the lock itself.now the fingerprint detection in the lock allows me to lock the door but is not allowing me to unlock the door. I tried calling the samsung customer care number but I always got a reply that we have no dedicated service for the lock and that i should contact the local vendor who sold the lock. If there is any manufacturing defect then what will my vendor do? It's something that has to be diagnosed and corrected by the company isn't it?. That lock has been like a dead bolt on my door since 5 months almost now and now I am at my wits end.i can't buy a new lock because this one has already been installed on my door and I would have to change the door to be able to install a new lock..I bought the lock thinking it's a smasung product and having been attached with the brand since long.havih used a variety of your products I was surprised at the lack of any service for the product .now that your service people contacted me, the only solution they could come up with is to take the lock and get it repaired.i am ready for it to get repaired, but both i and my wife are doctors and are out of the house all day, once the lock has been removed from my door, how am i supposed to lock the house.the only thing the agent Mr.rakesh kumar could say on the phone was i understand but the company will not exchange the lock and you send it for repair.how can you give such an illogical answer repeatedly is beyond my understanding.probably he was reading from a scripted book?, because he had no answer to my question as to how should I handle the security of my house for which I had initially installed the lock for which i am now running around like a headless chicken searching for a single point of contact who can actually understand the first basic thing, that i was sold a defective lock in a sealed box, which quite simply points in the direction of a faulty manufacture, which means that if I am given a faulty product it should be replaced and then what ever repairing, experimentation or resale has to be done can be done by the company at their leisure.i am a consumer who has paid a hefty amount for money (which for me atleast is a hefty amount) and like any normal person i feel frustrated for having had to deal with a faulty product after spending so much money and after all the effort i had to put in to just be able to connect with you guys, being told that the solution is remove the lock and send it to us so we can repair sounds very very frustrating.i know I am being repetitive but till then do they expect me and my wife to take leave from our jobs and sleep on the porch day and night to guard our house? .i will be saddened to see if any person reading this mail has to see a day where they went to consult a doctor but realised the doctor was on leave because a company sold them a faulty lock and now they have to stay at home and stare at the door till the time the lock has been repaired and sent back to them .i am curious to know what your solution or reaction would be if you were in my situation.its very easy for your people to tell me that its a company policy, but i am surprised to see the inhumane attitude of such a reputed company towards the agony of the consumer.i normally am not the one who would write such long mails or make a fuss about policies or even disrespect anyone over any issue, but the way this issue has been handled has been very unprofessional and its out of mental agony that I had to go ahead with this. I shall await a logical response and a genuine solution from your end. kindly look into the matter and please take necessary action as it's been far too long now..

                  I'm writing this mail to register a complaint against Samsung device hardwares issues like low performace, late response heating and unstable camera photos and 5g service after device software updates and also after I updating to 5g network from 4G don't even make a calls I always getting no network registered error on my device and I have also register a complaint against this problems in consumer forum

                        I have purchased refrigerator from raipur electronics pvt ltd on 21st oct 2017 ref- rs554nrua1j
                        sl no. Y7gd4abj700119 .I have filed a complain of cooling problem on 7/2/23 and on 8/2/23 the executive of the service centre came and take the refrigerator to the service center after 2 days they call me and told that the refrigerator is non reperiable and it is also out of warrenty but my question is why the company produce such a product which is un reperiable after the warrenty .This is unfair to the customer.                             On the day of launch of S23 Ultra, I started the booking and payment procedure. I did not find any online banking option. I kept on trying again and again but to no avail. Next day 2-3 hours before the closing of office time, an online banking payment option became visible. I paid in full including for cover. Immediately after payment, msg was received that my money will be refunded in 7 working days, without assigning any reasons for such refund. Refund was made in 4-5 days’ time. Thousands of customers must have booked this way and received refund in 4-5 days’ time. Samsung used this money and refunded. No phone, no interest on my money. This is a pure fooling business. Be careful.

                                  We purchased Note 20 Ultra 5G which was marketed as a 5G phone during launch. But, still we are not able to use 5G from Jio which is the most widely used network in India and almost everyone is using the same network.

                                  Please enable 5G for Jio network for this handset model number N986/DS (Note 20 Ultra 5G). The low end phones costing 10K onwards are able to access Jio 5G.

                                  In case you are not able to make it work, we would like a replacement or the refund of the equivalent handset which will make the Jio 5G accessible.

                                  Let us know your thoughts.

                                      I'm a privileged customer of Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5g since 2021.
                                      When I bought this phone, it was advertised as it supports 5g. But now, as Jio, the famous network operator in India, has rolled out 5g to its customers, I have found out that my phone doesn't support such 5g in my device.
                                      I escalated this issue to the Samsung customer experience managers but couldn't find any resolution since 4 days and was being told that this device can't run on SA 5g network as such, though it was named and sold as a 5g phone.
                                      I request that this issue may kindly be looked into and a justification may be done at the earliest.

                                        Dear sir, I purchased a samsung qled 4K tv of 55inches in 6 th January 2021., cost of the tv 1.35 lakhs.Its been only two year since I purchased the tv. Suddenly there has been faults regarding the display of the tv. Suddenly tv switched off and restarted while watching and then find a vertical line bottom of the tv .immediately called Samsung customer care informed they did basic trouble shoot problem was persist. Complaint raised to visit service person 4th Jan 23 they told we have to pay service charge 420 rs said ok and accepted the same.

                                        After sometime more vertical line with blinking the screen causing a huge inconvenience .

                                        We had a screen warranty for panel till 5th Jan but Samsung hiding said warranty period over.

                                        Some have I have find out that we have warranty for panel for one day .

                                        When Samsung service man talking with the team

                                        Service form also marking the tv panel still under warranty period for one day.

                                        Service man came did cleaning and went with in a week my tv display gone

                                        having a conversation with one of your help centers I was told that the display causes 40000 rs. And many of my kins and friends have spoken of the same problem appearing their samsung 55inch qled tvs. I have been a fond consumer of samsung products until now when I have been cheated and misguided by your company regarding the quality of the product and also the service provided by your help centres. And after purchasing an expensive tv your services for repair are also expensive which in any way does not go with the needs and services to the common man. Now buying Samsung products seems like a very big mistake. And I am not the only one who has a complaint regarding the faulty display in your television. I am highly dissappointed with your services. Please see to it that you are actually taking measureout s to fix our problems and not just make false caims. It would be highly kind of you to do something about this problem regarding my television and for once prove yourself to be giving worthy services at moderate costs.

                                        Important point:

                                        Warranty card not given in tv box or missing

                                        We did not aware that tv panel has warranty period for 2 year .Samsung customer care did not told to us panel has one day warranty period and they hides said warranty period over

                                        When I was talking to the service man I came to know that

                                        Product has warranty period one year

                                        Panel has warranty period two years.
