Hi all, I'm one of the many users like you who suffered a huge loss due to the negligence of Samsung. Delay in Refund

Dear Sir,

On 24th Nov 2022, I bought a UHD Gaming Monitor with Quantum Mini-LED and 240Hz refresh rate order Id: [protected] on an EMI basis.

Unfortunately, I received a damaged product on 29th Nov 2022, and on the same day, I requested to return the product. but the Samsung India team has been prolonging the process of return and refund. It is almost 20 days still refund has not been initiated from their end....

Galaxy M30s Motherboard Issue

My Samsung Galaxy M30s received an OTA update after which the phone heated up, got stuck in bootloader loop and didn't start. I went to the Samsung Authorised Service Center and they told me its a motherboard issue and that it would need to be replaced, costing me ₹8000/-. I got it replaced, and exactly one year after the replacement, the same issue has resurfaced. The phone has become unusable, and being a student, I cannot afford another...

Refusal of free screen replacement for their mistake

I own an S20+ that I purchased from the UAE when I lived there. I then moved to India for college when my device developed a pink line on the screen. Refusing to fix my screen despite the fault being theirs

I purchased an S20+ when I lived in the UAE, and recently moved to India for college. Out of nowhere, my device developed a pink line during the end of August, after which I contacted Samsung India. After 2 months of delay, they finally took my device in, promising a free screen replacement. But later refused to fix my screen and asked me to pay Rs19, 000, stating that my phone was a "foreign" model and the replacement couldn't be processed...

Samsung M31 Restart problem

Samsung had a launched a mobile phone in 2020 named Samsung M31. At first I was very happy with my phone but after 1 year it started restarting without any damage. I have my phone in crystal clear condition. When I took it to service centre they told me that it will cost 7500rs. Pls help me because I have not damaged the phone but the company is charging me for repair.
I request Samsung India and government officials to make this repair...

Fraud by local repair

I called customer care and i was told that technician will arrive same day . FOC Screen Replacement of Samsung S20 plus
