Hello, I am having to regret to buy Samsung AC for my parents, which I just bought about last month. In such short time there have been multiple issues due to bad installation etc.

But now their is some problem where the AC turns off automatically and doesn;t cool the room for which I complained on 6th June, The engineers from Nangloi service center came on 8th June and said they will need some parts which will take some time to ship.

Issue is handled by: Krishna Yadav
Team lead handling my request: Prem
These both are from Nangloi Service center and are not fit for helping me in my situation, they said that the parts will arrive in 3 days and told me to wait till 11 June. TODAY they are saying that parts MAY arrive by 15 June.

I am really not happy with how things are working, I just know that my NEW AC is not able to serve my parents, and that is all because of Samsung TEAM.

Kindly make sure that I am communicated proper resolution time.

Yes and no proper resolution has been offered yet. You guys are doing a really bad service.

    Purchased on June 15, 2020
    Phone is getting freezed on Samsung Logo Screen, not able to get beyond that. After checking with the Authorized Service Centre, they are asking to replace the mother board @ Rs-6500 but I got it for Rs-15000 everyone queued up for the same issue for mother board replacement. But why do we have to bear this whooping amount when we purchased in a belied that it will sustain for long years. Im a Samsung Consumer back from 2007 until now I had Samsung C130, Samsung S4 Mini, Samsung M21 and I have Samsung M31 also. Here after I need to think about my purchase is that so?? Big fan Samsung AMOLED thats why purchased S4 Mini at first place. Everyone around me complains of the same issue so please take this complaint and modify /replace the mother board at a discounted price then its win win situation. And also the new replacement doesnt have a warranty or guarantee its just for 3 months then how can you expect us to spend this amount.So consider this scenario and make a replacement at a reasonable price.

    Went to a service center @ Samsung service center Marathahalli, BangaloreSamsung care name Mobile SevaAddress No/17, Khatha No/727, Office No/103, 1st Floor Krishna Grand, Outer Ring Road, MARATHAHALLI, 560037 
    Reached out to a representative named Satheesha @5.40 PM IST 14th June and conveyed my issue, but he confirmed that they are going to shift into a new location. So he can't provide job sheet/id and asked me to do it at a nearby service center. Again, I wasted my evening!! I called out and confirmed the availability though. 
    Service Centre, confirm whether its getting moved??

      On 25th May I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Amazon. It was completely fine but during the installation of the refrigerator the Samsung technician Subhash Lohar broke the moveable ice maker. I've contacted the Samsung product support and suddenly he's claiming that he didn't broke the ice maker but it was broken from earlier. It was an open box delivery so we thoroughly checked the product to be sure that there's no problem in the refrigerator. He's completely lying and refusing to give a new one or refund.

        I recently purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Amazon. It was an open box delivery so we thoroughly checked for any damage or problem in the refrigerator. It was completely fine.                 I have purchased a Samsung Fridge on[protected]. The fridge stopped working and was under warranty. We called the customer care and raised the issue on April, 2023. A person was sent to check the Fridge. We were then told we need to send the Fridge to the Samsung service station and it will take 2-3days approx to fix the problem. We sent the fridge at our own expense to Samsung Service Station on[protected]. Sadly there was no proper update on the fridge, 1 person called up and said the warranty will not cover the problem but we weren't informed what the problem actually was or any details for that matter and whether paying money for the repair could solve the issue. We were not informed prior that this will take time and we should look for an alternative. We weren't provided with any fixed date as when will the fridge be delivered back to us as well or if at all they could solve the problem. We called up customer care and we were told that as soon as they get a response from service station they will inform us but sadly there was no response till yesterday. Only ambiguous statements like 'as soon as possible we will get back to you', 'this will be treated with highest priority and the problem will be fixed soon'. Toder again after calling customer care we were told that they are checking the fridge and will let us know by tomorrow whether they could fix the problem or not. Which clearly implies they did not check the fridge before, it was only after the repeated ph calls that they took action. Also if they cannot fix the fridge then why did they ask to send it at their service station, we had to bear the transport cost which completely goes to waste if they cannot fix the problem. The issue was raised on April, fridge was sent on 23rd of May 2023 and today is 6th June, 2023.
                I have got a Samsung washing machine as well, but after this harrassment I am far from buying another Samsung product. This is unprofessionalism at its best to keep the customers hanging like this. Highly Disappointed.

                  I had purchased Samsung refrigerator of 198ltr. Capacity from Flipkart on dated 02.10.2021. After using of 1.5 yr. The refrigerator is not cooling. So, I have complained to Samsung helpline on dated 18.05.2023 that; my refrigerator is not working/ not cooling and in connection to my repair request; Samsung Engineer visited & checked the refrigerator. After checking he asked that my refrigerator is not repairable as there is internal leakage. Hence, he asked me that the refrigerator will return to Samsung within 07 days after the feedback will sent to Samsung from Engineer and as per Samsung policy I will get by cutting some amount from the billing value. And the Engineer has given the feedback to Samsung on dated 26.05.2023. But from 26.05.2023 to till now I haven't received any solution from Samsung. I am regularly following up to Samsung. But the result seems 0 till now. As for the present season is Summer & in odisha the humidity is 92% nowadays. Hence the refrigerator is required must. But Samsung is not taking any action since 26.05.2023. Please look into this matter.

                      I purchased Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G phone on 22nd Aug 2022 from a dealer in my town considering a good brand from Samsung.
                      Month & year of manufacturing August 2022*

                      Recently, I noticed an abnormal bend in my phone hence I reviewed about this issue on internet and I was astonished by the fact that this particular model has common issue of bending. (It’s apparent that it is a manufacturing defect and Samsung is aware of it, thereby Samsung selling this phone on a heavy discounted price.)

                      I approached the nearest Samsung service centre and as expected they disappointed me by giving excuses that the bending issue is not covered in warranty and it is out of policy, they will change the display to resolve the issue and the charges will be on me which is around 15-16k.

                      My phone is just 9 months old. I have never dropped it or it doesn’t have a single scratch on it.

                      It is still under warranty and I am hoping for complete replacement of the product from Samsung as this is the manufacturing defect.

                      No one could expect such ignorance towards the quality of product and customer satisfaction from a company like Samsung.

                        We have bought the Samsung A.C. 1 ton two months back through Pai Electronics (Ashok Nagar, Near BHEL lingampally)
                        The performance is completely low compared to first month (Even at 16 degrees)

                          I bought a Samsung front-load washing machine in October 2021, but on March 3, 2023, the machine stopped working and an error message showed up. Informed the service center and sent their technician, who found that the cables were biten by rats and that the warranty was not covered for rat bites. For the repair, they need the service charge, including materials, of 2570 INR.

                          At the time of service, the technician found that the rat mesh protection was not installed at the time of first installation. I informed Samsung India officials via their emails (including Service and CEO), but I didn’t get a proper reply. Always, they reply that the mesh protection was installed at the time of installation.

                          If the rat mesh protection was installed by the technician, then where is it?

                          Please treat this complaint as urgent because, since March 2023, I have been waiting to solve this issue.

                            I would like to bring the attention of Samsung India Pvt. Ltd. to the development of NFC Payments using supported Galaxy 4/5 in Indian region. Samsung Pay is available in other regions, but is not yet released in India.

                            Many people used a tweak to change region of the smartwatch to MEA (Middle East) and access Samsung Pay in India. It simply means SPay is working fluently in India without any issues. Payments are also working in watches bought outside India and later brought to India. Payments can also be done in India. But Samsung has disabled this feature in India. Now, Samsung has also blocked the ability to change the region making a huge gap between people who earlier changed the region (and using SPay) and people who can't use SPay.

                            NFC Payment is a very important feature of the Galaxy Watch. It is a necessity for many people. Many people bought the watch expecting such features.

                            If RBI clearance is not yet fulfilled, please take necessary steps for making the process faster.

                              Subject: Complaint Regarding Defective Samsung Double Door Refrigerator (Model: RS21HSTWA1/XTL)
                              Dear CEO of Samsung,
                              I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring a serious issue to your attention regarding the Samsung Double Door refrigerator, model number RS21HSTWA1/XTL, which was purchased on 17th June 2014 under my name and registered mobile number [protected].(screenshot of invoice attached).
                              Recently, the refrigerator has been experiencing persistent cooling problems. In September 2022, the cooling issue first emerged, and the fridge required a gas recharge by your service team (job invoice attached) to rectify the problem. Unfortunately, on 15th May of this year, the same cooling problem resurfaced. Following an inspection by your technical service team on 19th May 2023, it was determined that there is an internal condensation pipe leak, rendering the refrigerator irreparable( Receipt no. 1744/23-24LK- sceenshot attached)
                              While researching feedback for this model on the internet, I came across a similar case where someone purchased the same model in 2014, and it became defunct in 2022 (screenshot attached).                                 Dear Samsung India Team,

                                This is with reference to the complaint raised for my AC (through my registered mobile number, 9XXXXXXX97). The complaint was raised almost one and a half months ago, but till now it’s not been resolved. Every time we are contracting with the helpdesk team and getting the same revert that it will rectify by today,

                                We have already paid the service charges (Rs. 750) and the advance for the spare parts (Rs. 1600), but the issues have not been resolved.

                                In this situation, we want to understand what the procedure is to rectify my AC and request that the management team take appropriate action against such irresponsible staff for destroying such a renowned company's reputation.

                                  The samsung galaxy f41 my phone suddenly crashed and not turning on when we go to service centre they told us that the mother board is dead but suddenly the mother board died suddenly without anything and the cost of repair is higher than the recent cost of the phone so please give some solution about this.

                                    Hi team,

                                    I have bought Samsung Fridge in Feb 2023. There is a problem with the Fridge, water is leaking from the freezer leads due to which all the items in the fridge get wet and ripped. Also, the ice freeze outside the refrigerator covering the whole area. Thee is no cooling.

                                    I have raised the complaint multiple times but all the time their technician says it will happen Fridge work like this only. They replied ice will definitely freeze outside the freezer and you have to keep your fridge off.

                                    Such a pathetic company and the technician, they don't know anything and not even trained to fix the issue.

                                    I want replacement for this product.

                                      We have placed a great deal of trust in the Samsung brand and have been loyal customers, exclusively purchasing Samsung products such as TVs, refrigerators, air conditioners, and mobile devices. In our family, we have utilized or are currently using various flagship Samsung models, including the S4, S9+, S21, and M30.

                                      Given our faith in the Samsung brand, I recently purchased a Samsung M31s as a gift for my father in September 2021, as his previous Samsung phone was becoming outdated. Until the recent security update, my father had been using this phone without any issues. However, after installing the security update, the phone started experiencing problems such as automatic restarts, and getting stuck at the Samsung logo multiple times.

                                      I visited the Samsung service center in Kota, where I was advised to replace the motherboard at an estimated cost of INR 8500. Upon further investigation, I discovered that numerous Samsung users on various forums have reported encountering the same issue following a software update on the Samsung Exynos 9611 chip.

                                      As a globally renowned brand, we believe it is imperative for Samsung to take responsibility for this situation and provide a free motherboard replacement. Doing so would not only maintain their reputation but also ensure customer satisfaction.

                                      Considering that this issue is a result of a software update and a fault in their chip, we kindly request Samsung's prompt attention and resolution to this matter.
