I have visited the Samsung service center on 30th Aug 21 for one minor issue when I pressed side key button then it was automatically dialed 121(Emergency Number).

After 2 hours when I reached the service center for collecting the handset, they told me the motherboard is tempered and we will not be covered under warranty.

My handset is just 6 months old and earlier it was no physical damage and my handset was opened the first time in the Samsung service center.

It clearly shows by mistake service center Engineer tempered my motherboard.

then Why service center is not repairing under warranty?

    My wife using M30s from last 21 months but since last update mobile crashesh apps and reboots on own or switches off and then not rebooting service center citing the motherboard change at 6k

      As per the product information the glass on M31 is Gorilla glass...and the phone just fell from my hand and the glass is completely broken...how come Gorillla class can break like this

        I purchased samsung Galaxy m21 smartphone 14 months ago through online.
        After recent software update my phone start hanging and auto restart problem occurs.
        I went service center and they said its hardware problem. I contacted Samsung india coustomer care and they said "if motherboard is malfunctioning because of software update we can't do anything even for 100 or 500 unit unless that problem occurs in large scale."
        This is totally fraud that companies like Samsung making old smartphone dead by update and asks for part replacement worth 6k. (Same problem happening with many users but unfortunately they dont aware of that scam)

        The same happened for me yesterday, done the update and reboots the phone, but phone hangs in the boot screen.Service centre asks for the replacement of mother board, its only 13 months old.What a decent cheating

          A reputed company like Samsung is delivering such terrible products, I am very disappointed using Samsung Galaxy M21 Phone, which was purchased almost a year back. It suddenly got stuck on Samsung Logo screen while turning it on. Tried multiple possible solutions by own, online forums and with the help of local shop vendors, no success. Unable to do any action to fix the issue, not able to do Reset/Factory Reset/Restore/Turn on in Safe mode etc. they have mentioned that it can not be repaired or recovered by any means. I already wasted a lot of money, time and efforts, and now in a very frustrating stage.

            Sir,

            I had purchased Samsung Refrigerator 255 litre having model No. RR26T389YUT/HL/2021 (IMEI/ SERIAL No. 04D64PBR200153) from Flipkart on[protected].

            From the day I was experiencing issue of generating moisture in the refrigerator due to its manufacturing defect and it increases gradually and finally in the month of June/ July it reaches to its peak. Due to excessive moisture, vegetables/fruits got spoiled number times even water were flowing profusely on the floor.

            Resultantly, I decided to take up the matter with Samsung. On 03.08.2021 I had registered complaint at Customer care of Samsung[protected] vide complaint No. [protected] and the representative assured the visit of engineer within 3 days but nothing was done by the Samsung company till 10.08.2021 and I again taken up the matter with customer care on 10.08.2021 vide reference No. [protected], whereby they informed that your earlier complaint has been closed.

            Thereafter, one service engineer visited the home and just taken the photographs and returned back without investing the snag and assured to resolve the issue within two day. Despite of assurance by the engineer, no action was taken by the firm. I again approached to the Service Centre Jammu and they again deputed another service engineer who also visited at home and just make video and returned back without investing the snag and assured to sort the issue within 2-3 days (probably replacementof the product).

            Now more than one month has been passed but the service center Jammu didn't resolve the issue till date and lingering on one or another pretext. Whenever I called Jammu Centre, everytime they told matter takenup with the higher ups and sort out within 2-3 days.

            Now today, I again approached to Customer care but they informed that your complaint has been closed.

            Sir, see how the big companies looted/cheated the innocent public and just waiting for expiry of warranty period.

            The company is mentally harrassed me. Therefore, you are requested Kindly take strict action against the firm and ask him to make full refund including interest being paid to the banks or replace the product at the earliest.

              I purchased Samsung Fully Automatic Front Load 6.0 kg washing machine from ezone store saligramam Chennai, on 15th March 2015, with my icici credit card. The motor warranty is 10 years. Now I have some major issues with the motor. The Samsung service centre is requesting us for the original bill. The original bill print was vanished which was provided by the store. Hence I request you to provide me the duplicate bill of the washing machine.

                I gave my Samsung S8 plus mobile for a battery replacement at Vijayawada Samsung service center. After replacement Mic issue was raised when explained the same they asked to get the mobile for checking. Later they said it was issue with Charging port. When asked about it they immediately said it was issue with Motherboard now. Then I found my mobile’s display was damaged in their hands. When asked their answers were irrelevant and they said they haven’t done anything to it. they even accepted that it was in good running condition while receiving and no idea how was it happened. They said they will refund the amount which was paid for battery initially but nothing other than that. After complaining to the customer service, the Customer service case engineer called me and said it costs Rs. 30000 to get it repaired and they can compensate 20% on billing. The new mobile cost is Rs. 35000 now. How can I pay 30k like a fool for their reckless work. Service center people damaged my mobile and asking me to pay for the loss. Is this fare enough? This is how Samsung care cheats their customers. I strongly recommend not to go Samsung Service center. We better go to a local mobile engineer. At least they respond well to their customers and they work properly These Samsung Vijayawada service center people doesn’t even care about customers. Did not expected these kind of responses from Samsung.

                  My phone is under one year warranty, but mobile cell was not charging . I went to service centre for checking my device. He told me that device internal board is not working so need to replacement. He told me after 8 days your phone will be repaired but still not repairs my device till now. I was submitted my device to service person from 30 August 2021 till now not repairs it.
                  One more thing he registered my request on 30August but on 31 August cancelled my request due to festival. But again they are not sent a gin request regarding my device part replacement. After 8 days calling more to services centre as per given his time for services my devices. He was sent the request on 8 September after 9 days, still my device is not repair.
                  Samsung service and his device is very very bad.

                    I have a 8 year old samsung refrigerator

                    I had made an service request on 06th June, 2021 ([protected] ) for my refrigerator which was out of warranty as there was ice forming on top door corners. Samsung sent a guy from service centre he said the issue was because of the top door gasket and changing it would solve the problem. I asked him multiple time that this will definitely solve the problem right? And he said yes. He changed it on 11th June, 2021 and the problem was not solved. He came two times and put a wisor in the door and said this will solve the problem still nothing was solved. After two weeks he didn’t come and stop taking call. One day he picked up the call and said he is out of town i should call samsung and take another engineer. So I requested another engineer this one came and said the door is problem I told him why did your guy change the gasket. He said might be some issue and then cancelled the service saying nothing wrong.

                    I paid money for the gasket i again out request the samsung WhatsApp chat people told me gasket is under six months warranty and it should solve the problem and again out a request this engineer calls me and tell i came i told no problem and cancelled the service request. I again complain again same engineer talks to me and say you will have to change door and it will cost. I asked him why change gasket then take you gasket and give me my money back. Again service request cancelled.

                    I just want my gasket and service money i paid and had to suffer so much. I have my old gasket and it was doing the same job as the new one doesn’t solve my ice formation issue

                        Today was a bad day for me, my samsung m31 was not getting charged and I took it to samsung service centre and he Denied me warranty that was ok with me because my phone had small break in glass on screen.however he told me that we can't repair the jack before changing the screen too because jack is connected to screen somehow and it will burn down something like that, and it will cost me 7k plus, to my dismay I took my phone to near by local mobile repairing shop who charged me 800 bucks only although he used some jack from some local random company which may get damaged soon too, it is disgusting that if samsung service centre provided me same service with oringinal jack my problem would have solved for long .this is disgusting that I was fooled that guy by telling me this jack screen story ..I m sure u might me giving same pathetic service to othr customers, I make sure not to buy ur phone and others too not buy them .

                            I have purchased Samsung Frost Fidge 34 - M5518S8 on 20th December 2019. After the purchase, within two days we registered a complaint stating the malfunction in refrigerator like different sounds are coming from fridge. Engineers came and serviced saying, it is common. On 12th July2021, we filed a complaint stating that the fridge is not getting cool and service engineer changed the sensor of the fridge. Again within a month, on 15th August 2021, raised complaint on the same issue and engineer turned up on 18th August rectified for time being and said refrigerator is in observation.

                            Now on 9th Septmber, the refrigerator is not working. I have called the service customer care and Mr. Manivannan spoke that he cannot help us out.

                            I ask you to kindly replace the refrigerator or refund the amount as this is giving issues from the beginning of purchase and I have been spending amount for the repairing the refrigerator continuously. Thanks

                              At the very outset, I am giving my very bad experience with Samsung product.
                              I had purchased two door inverter technology Samsung refrigerator in 2016. In 2018 it took 28 days to get my refrigerator repaired and at that time they replaced my compressor with some other compressor but not of that model.
                              Now in 2021 again the same issue has arisen and I complained on[protected]but till date no one is taking interest in repairing my refrigerator. Some unqualified engineer had come on[protected] and told me that they will have to replace the compressor again. Now no one is responding to my call.
                              In my life I have never seen any company doing this fraud business like Samsung does. I request the public at large not to buy any Samsung products in your life time as they cheat with you.

                              Shameful people at the helm of affairs in Samsung India.
                              They just want to sell their product but will never provide services.
                              Can you believe that I had purchased Samsung Refrigerator worth Rs. 51, 000/- in 2016 and in 2018 its compressor had to be replaced and now again 2021 its compressor ought to be replaced as opined by their service engineer.
                              The first time it took 28 days to get it repaired and now its almost 10 days and no one responds to my call.
                              Their service cell manager Kaushar Vhora at Paldi Ahmedabad has now blocked my number so that he has to attend my call.
                              Samsung India has recruited all cheaters in their company and so are their technical agents at Paldi, Ahmedabad
                              Today also I contacted the Samsung service centre at Paldi, Ahmedabad but not satisfied with their approach towards reparing my Samsung refrigerator. I had purchased Samsung refrigerator 435 litres for around 51, 000/- in 2016. Its only five years now and its compressor is going to be changed for the third time. You can imagine the quality of Samsung products and harrowing time for the consumers to get it repaired. I also visited Croma, Iskon Circle, Ahmedabad yesterday from where I had purchased the said defective Samsung refrigerator and complained to the concerned lady sitting there but she also turned a deaf ears and she was least interested in solving my problem.

                              With no future in Samsung service and also Croma, I today bought a Whirlpool refrigerator 240 litres as an emergency case from Vijay Sales, Iskon circle, Ahmedabad. I had to spend 22, 000/- because of inefficient sales service by Samsung India as well as Croma, Ahmedabad.

                              Today is the 16th day of my complaint, no one turned up for repair of my refrigerator. They say it takes 10 days to get the replacement of the defective compressor. This shows the promptness of inefficient Samsung people. Today one of the service engineer called me up and told me to arrange money for the gas to be put in the compressor.
                              I have 10 yrs compressor replacement guarantee. This is the third compressor they are replacing since 2016. I fail to understand how are they charging for gas to be put in the compressor. When this DUBIOUS company Samsung give me warranty for 10 years on compressor that includes the gas also. Without gas what is the use of compressor.
                              Once again I request the general public at large not to buy any SAMSUNG products in your life time. You will be cheated.

                                I have ordered an a7 tab through Samsung a7 shop app, 11499 deducted from my axis bank account towards savex technologies gurgaon but my order never placed neither igot any order confirmation, everyday I called customer care they saying my transection was failed verbally my bank saying transection was complete successfully don't know what to do, please help

                                  My screen broke..phone was ringing when call was placed but only was not visible. I gave phone for repair at Samsung service centre, Baldev Plaza Golghar Gorakhpur..Uttar Pradesh..India on 30.08.2021.
                                  The phone was given back on 08.09.2021 without any repair..n they say that now phone is not charging..n they will not change charging point..n will straightaway change the motherboard...which will cost about Rs.12000... screen Rs.5000...total costing approx Rs.17000
                                  N cost of my phone was Rs.18000 when purchased.
                                  What kind of customer service is this...making fool of people..

                                    This is Aravindhan from chennai. Three months ago, I bought a samsung refrigerator. It had some defects and so I asked for customer service. I was told, I will be getting a replacement. It is two months now and I still have not got my replacement. The person who was the point of contact for my replacement first said that I will be getting my replacement in a week, but now has stopped responding to my calls. We have called these people more than 100 times in the past 3 months but they did not respond. We usually try with different number to try and catch them. Also we have directly went to the service center many times but these people are not responding well. I need the replacement immediately. They are making a fool out o[censored]s. We feel like they are cheating us. And whenever they take call they are pointing the finger to another person. It is very frustrating. We have spent almost 30000 and we have not received our product for more than 3 months. I'm posting this so someone can help us get our money back. By not responding to customers the company is losing it's reputation

                                      Problem: Fridge was working but it was not coiling well
                                      Date of logged issue: 9 Oct 2020

                                      Engineer came to check the Fridge and He suspect that gas may be issue, He tried but then another engineer came who told that compressor need to be change, We called Samsung customer care and confirm date of purchase and warranty, Sumsung customer care confirm that date of purchase which is 31st May 2013 and product compressor is under warranty, Fridge also have sticker of 10 year compressor warranty. This is an inverter Fridge and this technology was launched that time only which is also not 10 year old.

                                      Engineer asked for bill, but we can't find it, actually, at the time of demo installation of the Fridge when we purchase the fridge, bill has been taken by engineer to submit in service center. he assured he will return it after taking the photocopy of it. but he didn't return.

                                      We check with vendor for the duplicate bill he told that we don't keep bills older than 5 years so it is not possible to provide old copy of bill.

                                      Problem: Initially, our Fridge was working but doing less cooling but Engineer left fridge un-repaired and cut the wire of compressor which is unprofessional bheviour and we are suffering from last one year.
                                      We are continuously following Sumsung customer care phone numbers, whats up chats and discussed the matter but there is no solution.

                                      Resolution: Compressor should be replaced under warranty and other charges we are ready to pay. Need a compensation of one year harassment and suffering due to unavailability of fridge so that it would be a lesson for the company.

                                      If they can't repair without bill then they should not start repairing and left the Fridge un-repaired, At least my Fridge was working, only was doing less cooling.

                                      I have logged this concern on 8th Sep and got the Samsung Engineer phone that they will not repair it under warranty and cost of compressor, I need to pay. this is not fair !!

                                      I am continuously following the Samsung service for repairing my Fridge but there is no solution yet, every time a new complaint id is generated and it gets closed without our confirmation, I used to get a message when a request was cancelled, I always call on gven else number to not to close the request. but it got closed.

                                      Also, in all cancelled requests, Wrong status mentioned by Service center, Your service center is not trustworthy, they cancelled request without discussing with customer with false reasons. I got frustrated therefore I agreed that if Samsung is not providing warranty then I am ready to pay. Even Though my fridge has not been repaired since the last two months.

                                      Kindly request you to get my fridge repaired, we are suffering from long due to not getting services from Samsung service centre.

                                        My phone M30 camera works sometimes after clearing cache for few minutes and stop working after that and it sometime works on whatsapp so i visited customer service center in katargam, surat which is closed now and they told me to change the camera but what i want to say is that if my camera is not working than it should not work after clearing cache in camera setting and sometimes on whatsapp. Please help me to resolve the software problem since i am facing this problem from last 8 months and due to pandemic not have money to buy a phone and if not solved i would suggest not to buy a samsung phone
