Problem: Fridge was working but it was not coiling well

Engineer came to check the Fridge and He suspect that gas may be issue, He tried but then another engineer came who told that compressor need to be change, We called Samsung customer care and confirm date of purchase and warranty, Sumsung customer care confirm that date of purchase which is 31st May 2013 and product compressor is under warranty, Fridge also have sticker of 10 year compressor warranty. This is an inverter Fridge and this technology was launched that time only which is also not 10 year old.
Engineer asked for bill, but we can't find it, actually, at the time of demo installation of the Fridge when we purchase the fridge, bill has been taken by engineer to submit in service center. he assured he will return it after taking the photocopy of it. but he didn't return.
We check with vendor for the duplicate bill he told that we don't keep bills older than 5 years so it is not possible to provide old copy of bill.
Problem: Initially, our Fridge was working but doing less cooling but Engineer left fridge un-repaired and cut the wire of compressor which is unprofessional bheviour and we are suffering from last one year.
We are continuously following Sumsung customer care phone numbers, whats up chats and discussed the matter but there is no solution.
Resolution: Compressor should be replaced under warranty and other charges we are ready to pay. Need a compensation of one year harassment and suffering due to unavailability of fridge so that it would be a lesson for the company.
If they can't repair without bill then they should not start repairing and left the Fridge un-repaired, At least my Fridge was working, only was doing less cooling.
