    I have purchased Samsung Frost Fidge 34 - M5518S8 on 20th December 2019. After the purchase, within two days we registered a complaint stating the malfunction in refrigerator like different sounds are coming from fridge. Engineers came and serviced saying, it is common. On 12th July2021, we filed a complaint stating that the fridge is not getting cool and service engineer changed the sensor of the fridge. Again within a month, on 15th August 2021, raised complaint on the same issue and engineer turned up on 18th August rectified for time being and said refrigerator is in observation.

    Now on 9th Septmber, the refrigerator is not working. I have called the service customer care and Mr. Manivannan spoke that he cannot help us out.

    I ask you to kindly replace the refrigerator or refund the amount as this is giving issues from the beginning of purchase and I have been spending amount for the repairing the refrigerator continuously. Thanks

      At the very outset, I am giving my very bad experience with Samsung product.
      I had purchased two door inverter technology Samsung refrigerator in 2016. In 2018 it took 28 days to get my refrigerator repaired and at that time they replaced my compressor with some other compressor but not of that model.
      Now in 2021 again the same issue has arisen and I complained on[protected]but till date no one is taking interest in repairing my refrigerator. Some unqualified engineer had come on[protected] and told me that they will have to replace the compressor again. Now no one is responding to my call.
      In my life I have never seen any company doing this fraud business like Samsung does. I request the public at large not to buy any Samsung products in your life time as they cheat with you.

      Shameful people at the helm of affairs in Samsung India.
      They just want to sell their product but will never provide services.
      Can you believe that I had purchased Samsung Refrigerator worth Rs. 51, 000/- in 2016 and in 2018 its compressor had to be replaced and now again 2021 its compressor ought to be replaced as opined by their service engineer.
      The first time it took 28 days to get it repaired and now its almost 10 days and no one responds to my call.
      Their service cell manager Kaushar Vhora at Paldi Ahmedabad has now blocked my number so that he has to attend my call.
      Samsung India has recruited all cheaters in their company and so are their technical agents at Paldi, Ahmedabad
      Today also I contacted the Samsung service centre at Paldi, Ahmedabad but not satisfied with their approach towards reparing my Samsung refrigerator. I had purchased Samsung refrigerator 435 litres for around 51, 000/- in 2016. Its only five years now and its compressor is going to be changed for the third time. You can imagine the quality of Samsung products and harrowing time for the consumers to get it repaired. I also visited Croma, Iskon Circle, Ahmedabad yesterday from where I had purchased the said defective Samsung refrigerator and complained to the concerned lady sitting there but she also turned a deaf ears and she was least interested in solving my problem.

      With no future in Samsung service and also Croma, I today bought a Whirlpool refrigerator 240 litres as an emergency case from Vijay Sales, Iskon circle, Ahmedabad. I had to spend 22, 000/- because of inefficient sales service by Samsung India as well as Croma, Ahmedabad.

      Today is the 16th day of my complaint, no one turned up for repair of my refrigerator. They say it takes 10 days to get the replacement of the defective compressor. This shows the promptness of inefficient Samsung people. Today one of the service engineer called me up and told me to arrange money for the gas to be put in the compressor.
      I have 10 yrs compressor replacement guarantee. This is the third compressor they are replacing since 2016. I fail to understand how are they charging for gas to be put in the compressor. When this DUBIOUS company Samsung give me warranty for 10 years on compressor that includes the gas also. Without gas what is the use of compressor.
      Once again I request the general public at large not to buy any SAMSUNG products in your life time. You will be cheated.

        I have ordered an a7 tab through Samsung a7 shop app, 11499 deducted from my axis bank account towards savex technologies gurgaon but my order never placed neither igot any order confirmation, everyday I called customer care they saying my transection was failed verbally my bank saying transection was complete successfully don't know what to do, please help

          My screen broke..phone was ringing when call was placed but only was not visible. I gave phone for repair at Samsung service centre, Baldev Plaza Golghar Gorakhpur..Uttar Pradesh..India on 30.08.2021.
          The phone was given back on 08.09.2021 without any repair..n they say that now phone is not charging..n they will not change charging point..n will straightaway change the motherboard...which will cost about Rs.12000... screen Rs.5000...total costing approx Rs.17000
          N cost of my phone was Rs.18000 when purchased.
          What kind of customer service is this...making fool of people..

            Hi,

            This is Aravindhan from chennai. Three months ago, I bought a samsung refrigerator. It had some defects and so I asked for customer service. I was told, I will be getting a replacement. It is two months now and I still have not got my replacement. The person who was the point of contact for my replacement first said that I will be getting my replacement in a week, but now has stopped responding to my calls. We have called these people more than 100 times in the past 3 months but they did not respond. We usually try with different number to try and catch them. Also we have directly went to the service center many times but these people are not responding well. I need the replacement immediately. They are making a fool out o[censored]s. We feel like they are cheating us. And whenever they take call they are pointing the finger to another person. It is very frustrating. We have spent almost 30000 and we have not received our product for more than 3 months. I'm posting this so someone can help us get our money back. By not responding to customers the company is losing it's reputation

              Problem: Fridge was working but it was not coiling well
              Date of logged issue: 9 Oct 2020

              Engineer came to check the Fridge and He suspect that gas may be issue, He tried but then another engineer came who told that compressor need to be change, We called Samsung customer care and confirm date of purchase and warranty, Sumsung customer care confirm that date of purchase which is 31st May 2013 and product compressor is under warranty, Fridge also have sticker of 10 year compressor warranty. This is an inverter Fridge and this technology was launched that time only which is also not 10 year old.

              Engineer asked for bill, but we can't find it, actually, at the time of demo installation of the Fridge when we purchase the fridge, bill has been taken by engineer to submit in service center. he assured he will return it after taking the photocopy of it. but he didn't return.

              We check with vendor for the duplicate bill he told that we don't keep bills older than 5 years so it is not possible to provide old copy of bill.

              Problem: Initially, our Fridge was working but doing less cooling but Engineer left fridge un-repaired and cut the wire of compressor which is unprofessional bheviour and we are suffering from last one year.
              We are continuously following Sumsung customer care phone numbers, whats up chats and discussed the matter but there is no solution.

              Resolution: Compressor should be replaced under warranty and other charges we are ready to pay. Need a compensation of one year harassment and suffering due to unavailability of fridge so that it would be a lesson for the company.

              If they can't repair without bill then they should not start repairing and left the Fridge un-repaired, At least my Fridge was working, only was doing less cooling.

              I have logged this concern on 8th Sep and got the Samsung Engineer phone that they will not repair it under warranty and cost of compressor, I need to pay. this is not fair !!
              Hi,

              I am continuously following the Samsung service for repairing my Fridge but there is no solution yet, every time a new complaint id is generated and it gets closed without our confirmation, I used to get a message when a request was cancelled, I always call on gven else number to not to close the request. but it got closed.

              Also, in all cancelled requests, Wrong status mentioned by Service center, Your service center is not trustworthy, they cancelled request without discussing with customer with false reasons. I got frustrated therefore I agreed that if Samsung is not providing warranty then I am ready to pay. Even Though my fridge has not been repaired since the last two months.

              Kindly request you to get my fridge repaired, we are suffering from long due to not getting services from Samsung service centre.

                My phone M30 camera works sometimes after clearing cache for few minutes and stop working after that and it sometime works on whatsapp so i visited customer service center in katargam, surat which is closed now and they told me to change the camera but what i want to say is that if my camera is not working than it should not work after clearing cache in camera setting and sometimes on whatsapp. Please help me to resolve the software problem since i am facing this problem from last 8 months and due to pandemic not have money to buy a phone and if not solved i would suggest not to buy a samsung phone

                  I have purchased a mobile through Amazon vide order no[protected] dated 7th Aug 2020 and Savex Technologies invoice number HR-DEL[protected] dated 11th Sept 2020.

                  When the software update places the instrument is hanging and phone is starting and the phone hangs. I heard that this is a program through Service centre’s and they say that the mother board has to be changed.

                  When it is a manufacturing defect why should I pay Rs 10000 for changing the mother board. Would request you to kindly look into the same and give your feed back at the earliest.

                  SM-M317F/DS Mirage Blue 6GB Ram and 128GB Rom.

                  Why a reputed company like Samsung is doing like this, I am very upset on this issue.

                  My phones IMEI NO 354076:82/165847/5 and 356186/69/165847/7.

                  Even the mobiles purchased within 6 months the same problems is occurring.

                      We purchased samsung eco bubble washing machine in 2019 may. This is the ever worst washing machine which we have used so far. It keeps on getting error in washing machine. Samsung authorised dealer executives come and visit our place and give temporary solutions and taking money from us without solving our problem. We are complaining of 4C error from 2nd month onwards after purchase but they have not told as motherboard problem ever when we have warranty once warranty period crossed then onwards they said motherboard problem we have to pay from our pocket. One samsung dealer visited recently as we complained about clothes are not drying in machine. He said no issues were there but after 10 minutes he opened up top panel and made some checkings and after that we started getting 4C error and washing machine completely broke. He is saying pay 5K so he will repair motherboard. He intentionally broke our machine for money sake and made our machine non usable completely.

                        i am having A50 Model and last month it got a problem and when checked found out that the Charging IC become damaged. Last week i given it to service centre at Muvattupuzha, Kerala, India (Samsung Authorised Service Centre, TELE TECH Vide No. 2796), i was told that entire mother board has to get replaced which cost around 9000.00 INR else only for Charging IC it is around 1500 INR. I was told that Charging IC is not available.

                        i am really wondered as how such things are happening.

                          Recently I purchased Samsung washing machine (Order No #SOA[protected] on 15th August at Hyderabad location with additional warranty but I didn't get any receipt regarding warranty i just got invoice for product only.                             I'm in great disappointment as my Samsung Refrigerator got damaged within one year of purchase.
                            I have purchased Samsung Double Door (Digital inverter) Refrigerator Model- RT34T4542DU/HL WITH S/N: 04ES4PBN600149V on 13/08/2020 from Nandilath G Mart, Karamana, Trivandrum, Kerala State India (INVOICE NO: TVM1-[protected]). Previously we were using Whirlpool Refrigerator for about 12 years without any issues. After that we thought of purchasing a new one with more facilities. That leads to the purchase of a Samsung Refrigerator.

                            But, This Refrigerator has given us a very very bad experience.

                            Within one year of purchase, the refrigerator was damaged as it was not cooling . As shown in the picture attached along with the mail, the Compressor was completely Damaged, pipes leaked, oil came out completely.It was really shocking for me. I have never thought that this expensive refrigerator will last for only one year, that too made from such a prestigious Organisation. I have called the seller, M/s Nandilath G Mart, through them I have filed a complaint to the Samsung Customer care.(Service Order No [protected]) . The service centre not providing me satisfactory solution

                              I ordered Samsung Galaxy M30s phone from Amazon on back, on 29th Sep 2019 (I've attached the amazon invoice). I have received the phone on 1st Oct 2019. After a recent OS update (security patch update), my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. I went to a nearby Samsung service center (Samsung Service Centre Pimpri & Nigadi) and they told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced. Which costs around 5500/- I heard there were over, maximum people with the exact same complaint in the service center regrading their phones (all Samsung M-series phones). The update caused the motherboard to fail, and of course it was never mentioned by Samsung that "Hey, this update might make your phone completely unusable, so update at your own risk!" and now they're expecting us to pay Rs. 5.5K for the motherboard replacement? Shouldn't Samsung take responsibility for this huge blunder that they've created, causing a loss of both time and money of thousands of its trusted users?

                              Thousands of M30s / M-series users are facing the same issue, and there's not a single word from Samsung other than "Send error report through their Samsung Members app" ! How is someone supposed to do that when the phone keeps restarting and it's already declared a hardware fault caused by an update? Is this what a brand is for? It's totally company's fault because of which our hard earned money invested in the phone is totally wasted.

                              Please, have a look at the disaster the updates have caused. And kindly provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount, caused by your updates as soon as possible or replace a new phone to me. Other wise I need to esclate it to higher steps.

                                  My Samsung M30s purchased on January 2020. Exactly after 1y3m I started facing with the device i.e stopped working. I thought it might be a software issue as the mobile was well protected with a thick pouch at all times and never fell or faced any other external damages . Visited the service centre expecting it to be a quick fix but to my utter shock the technician said that the motherboard must be changed, costing Rs 5700 !!!

                                  As I researched I found many users complaining about the same issue with the same model (Samsung M30s) exactly after a year.

                                  I asked the Samsung Team several times to identify the cause of the motherboard but they never informed me and kept saying it is out of warranty and charges 5700 which later increased to 6400 !!!

                                  It is quite clear that this is a manufacturing defect from Samsung on the Samsung M30s as many users complained on the same issue. But Samsung has failed to acknowledge this and are blaming the customers for their defect accused.

                                  Samsung is flooding the Indian Market with cheap and poor quality phones with manufacturing defects so that people will buy again. A cheap strategy by Samsung to be a market leader. Use cheap quality motherboards that expire after a year and then blame it on the customer. Kudos to management.

                                    I am very angry due to the reply received from your side without ascertaining the correct position. Time has passed at your end just like in the last one month.

                                    Please first study the whole case before responding.

                                    for the last one month mobile handset is lying at your service centre only. AFter facing repeated trouble in charging and frequent visit to your centre had lastly deposited handset at your centre for replacement or refund. Furthermore, it is the second surprise for me. In the last one year your qualified engineer at the service centre could not pin out the exact problem after frequent visits to various centres of yours which includes Mira Road, Borivali in Mumbai. Your team which consists of dealer and centre representatives are just trying to fool the customers and are unable to resolve their problem. Now after accepting manufacturing defects, taking the excuse of warranty expiry in replacing and refunding the defective handset.

                                      I have been using Samsung a51 mobile for 6months and the touch of the mobile is not working. This mobile is a very bad mobile.

                                        I ordered this product from Amazon and it was working fine then but the bulb inside Owen stopped working after only 1-2 time o[censored]sage. Didn't expect that from Samsung product. Dropped an email in which wrote the issue but no contact was made and no effort was shown to resolve my issue.
                                        It's been more than 4 months. Their lines are almost always busy because of this COVID situation. They won't reply on mail. And dealer here won't help because it was bought online. So, the only logical solution left is don't buy any Samsung product. I had already stopped buying their phone and now i won't be taking any chance with their any other product.
