Dear Croma,
Recently I purchased Samsung washing machine (Order No #SOA[protected] on 15th August at Hyderabad location with additional warranty but I didn't get any receipt regarding warranty i just got invoice for product only. Usually Croma sends the same bills via email but this time i didn't get any. Kindly provide the bills and warranty via email it will be helpful for future reference.

    I'm in great disappointment as my Samsung Refrigerator got damaged within one year of purchase.
    I have purchased Samsung Double Door (Digital inverter) Refrigerator Model- RT34T4542DU/HL WITH S/N: 04ES4PBN600149V on 13/08/2020 from Nandilath G Mart, Karamana, Trivandrum, Kerala State India (INVOICE NO: TVM1-[protected]). Previously we were using Whirlpool Refrigerator for about 12 years without any issues. After that we thought of purchasing a new one with more facilities. That leads to the purchase of a Samsung Refrigerator.

    But, This Refrigerator has given us a very very bad experience.

    Within one year of purchase, the refrigerator was damaged as it was not cooling . As shown in the picture attached along with the mail, the Compressor was completely Damaged, pipes leaked, oil came out completely.It was really shocking for me. I have never thought that this expensive refrigerator will last for only one year, that too made from such a prestigious Organisation. I have called the seller, M/s Nandilath G Mart, through them I have filed a complaint to the Samsung Customer care.(Service Order No [protected]) . The service centre not providing me satisfactory solution

      I ordered Samsung Galaxy M30s phone from Amazon on back, on 29th Sep 2019 (I've attached the amazon invoice). I have received the phone on 1st Oct 2019. After a recent OS update (security patch update), my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. I went to a nearby Samsung service center (Samsung Service Centre Pimpri & Nigadi) and they told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced. Which costs around 5500/- I heard there were over, maximum people with the exact same complaint in the service center regrading their phones (all Samsung M-series phones). The update caused the motherboard to fail, and of course it was never mentioned by Samsung that "Hey, this update might make your phone completely unusable, so update at your own risk!" and now they're expecting us to pay Rs. 5.5K for the motherboard replacement? Shouldn't Samsung take responsibility for this huge blunder that they've created, causing a loss of both time and money of thousands of its trusted users?

      Thousands of M30s / M-series users are facing the same issue, and there's not a single word from Samsung other than "Send error report through their Samsung Members app" ! How is someone supposed to do that when the phone keeps restarting and it's already declared a hardware fault caused by an update? Is this what a brand is for? It's totally company's fault because of which our hard earned money invested in the phone is totally wasted.

      Please, have a look at the disaster the updates have caused. And kindly provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount, caused by your updates as soon as possible or replace a new phone to me. Other wise I need to esclate it to higher steps.

          My Samsung M30s purchased on January 2020. Exactly after 1y3m I started facing with the device i.e stopped working. I thought it might be a software issue as the mobile was well protected with a thick pouch at all times and never fell or faced any other external damages . Visited the service centre expecting it to be a quick fix but to my utter shock the technician said that the motherboard must be changed, costing Rs 5700 !!!

          As I researched I found many users complaining about the same issue with the same model (Samsung M30s) exactly after a year.

          I asked the Samsung Team several times to identify the cause of the motherboard but they never informed me and kept saying it is out of warranty and charges 5700 which later increased to 6400 !!!

          It is quite clear that this is a manufacturing defect from Samsung on the Samsung M30s as many users complained on the same issue. But Samsung has failed to acknowledge this and are blaming the customers for their defect accused.

          Samsung is flooding the Indian Market with cheap and poor quality phones with manufacturing defects so that people will buy again. A cheap strategy by Samsung to be a market leader. Use cheap quality motherboards that expire after a year and then blame it on the customer. Kudos to management.

            I am very angry due to the reply received from your side without ascertaining the correct position. Time has passed at your end just like in the last one month.

            Please first study the whole case before responding.

            for the last one month mobile handset is lying at your service centre only. AFter facing repeated trouble in charging and frequent visit to your centre had lastly deposited handset at your centre for replacement or refund. Furthermore, it is the second surprise for me. In the last one year your qualified engineer at the service centre could not pin out the exact problem after frequent visits to various centres of yours which includes Mira Road, Borivali in Mumbai. Your team which consists of dealer and centre representatives are just trying to fool the customers and are unable to resolve their problem. Now after accepting manufacturing defects, taking the excuse of warranty expiry in replacing and refunding the defective handset.

                I ordered this product from Amazon and it was working fine then but the bulb inside Owen stopped working after only 1-2 time o[censored]sage. Didn't expect that from Samsung product. Dropped an email in which wrote the issue but no contact was made and no effort was shown to resolve my issue.
                It's been more than 4 months. Their lines are almost always busy because of this COVID situation. They won't reply on mail. And dealer here won't help because it was bought online. So, the only logical solution left is don't buy any Samsung product. I had already stopped buying their phone and now i won't be taking any chance with their any other product.

                  I have been constantly using your company phone since past years and after 1 or 2 years your company phone motherboard has been repaired.
                  I have purchased Samsung M31s on 8 August 2020 through Amazon but just after one year on 1st September 2021 my phone has been stop working it gets black screen error.
                  After that I visited your service center I understood that motherboard should be replaced and it cost 8500 INR. Just within one year.
                  I had warranty upto 16 August 2021 but just after few days of warranty phone has stop working, so i feel so sad of purchasing your company mobile.
                  Every year we are not in position to buy new phone. I am not in position to spend 8500 INR for motherboard.
                  Kindly help me to resolve this problem. It's very hard for middle class person to buy phone again and again.I attached my invo

                    I am seeing patches on display with the recently bought Samsung Galaxy M31S. I am told to get approval by samsung customer care from samsung service centre (Rammurthy nagar, Bengaluru) with job sheet id [protected]. I am also guaranteed by customer care to provide one time approval on 4th September 2021. Upon checking the delay in approval, Manivasan from the Chennai branch told me that i have damaged the screen with impact. This is a well known problem with recent samsung models like M31S and it's told to me by a samsung service centre representative with proof which is shown by the samsung service centre representative that similar issues are seen with other models as well. A Samsung service centre representative checked my mobile and created a job sheet mentioning no damages but Manivasan told me that i have damaged the mobile. By the way, I don't have even a single scratch in my mobile display and this incident makes the customer get frustrated as the trust with Samsung is lost.

                    I have been using Samsung for the past 15 years and seeing the quality degrade will make me want to move out as a Samsung customer.

                    It's a waste of time and money to be a Samsung customer.

                      Hi,
                      I am using Galaxy M30s from past 2 years, the functionality of mobile was good.
                      However 2 days back my display screen gets purple screen problem for which I took mobile to Samsung authorized service centre Rewa(M.P.). They replaced my display screen but my phone calls not working properly. It only audiable in speaker mode. Also response time on screen seems delayed.
                      This is very pathetic experience/ not acceptable from such Samsung authorized Service centre.

                      Resolved as of now. As per them speaker was corrupt however before giving to service centers it was working fine.

                        We have purchased a refrigerator in the month of February 2021 but its product no working and so many time complained to concern, every time some person visited but no satisfactory answer so required please short this issue other wise they will no concern about it. time is going on after one kindly do the needful on top priority.

                            I have been constantly using your phone since past 3years nd after 1or 2years your phone motherboard has been destroyed .I have purchased Samsung M31s on 1september2020 through Amazon but just after one year on 2nd September 2021my phone has been on stop working it gets on and off by its own. After that I visited your service center I understood that motherboard has been destroyed. Just within one year. I had warranty upto 1september 2021 but just after one day phone has stop working so we are fool or what every year we are going to buy new phone nd every then nd now asking for motherboard has problem spending 19000 on phone is I think so worthless this is the worst thing I have got either you help me to resolve this problem or I'll sue case on your product. It's very hard for lower middle class person to buy phone again and again.

                              I have a Double door Samsung Refrigerator.In March 2014 I complained about the cooling issue.After many a phone call the call centre assigned the job to a incompetent service centre.The technician filled excess gas and I was charged a hefty amount.After some days the water started leaking from the tray at the backside.I complained again to the Samsung call centre who sent another technician who told me that due to excess gas filling there is frosting problem, hence the leakage.Was it my fault that gas was filled up excessively? The same technician told me that I have to pay for fresh gas.I complained to the call centre who promised me they will send someone else.Another call from a different centre who again told me to pay, without them visiting my place.I complained again and was told that they will send somebody.
                              This is an extremely frustrating experience and I vow that I will never buy a Samsung product and start a campaign in social media not to buy a Samsung product due to poor quality and hopelessly pathetic service.

                                Dear SAMSUNG Customers,

                                BIG BAN on SAMSUNG Mobiles as they are using FRAUD CHEAP LOW Quality Motherboards in their recent Mobile Series (M30s, M31... MANY Other series) ... and is confirmed by SAMSUNG Higher Management.

                                When my Samsung M30s has got Auto restart. Hanging issue right after warranty period (couple of months after 1 yr), their authorise service center puts the blame on me saying, its LCD issue.. You have broken it.
                                Their Job requests are : [protected] & [protected]
                                After inspection the repair cost for replacing Motherboard is 11, 000rs (inclusive GST), where as the total Mobile cost itself is 12, 500rs. How big cheaters they are?

                                When i have shown the SAMSUNG official BLOG ( https://r2.community.samsung.com/t5/Galaxy-M/%EF%B8%8FAVOID-M-SERIES-PHONES-IN-S... ), they agreed its because of FAULTY DEFECTIVE Motherboards.

                                Their customer care is do much of carelessness and arrogant to help on it.
                                Very pathetic Samsung Service...No Action from Senior Management. No reply to customer emails.

                                BIG BAN on SAMSUNG PRODUCTS... They started using LOW CHEAP FRAUD motherboards which are programmed to STOP right after WARRANTY

                                      When a costumer is buying a new Samsung mob phone on exchanging the old Samsung phone, there are many models which are not in the exchange list. when the company itself is not included the model which they launched earlier them how a customer get the confidence of buying Samsung product again. There shall be the provision that if a customer is buying the new mob in replacement of old mob of same company, he should be offered a good exchange price because he has shown trust and faith, loyalty to the company. In this way you can have a long lasting relationship building with the customers.

                                        My mobile (Samsung galaxy m30s) is 18months old
                                        I have updated the recent mobile update given by you
                                        The phone frozen for sometime, auto restart then hang on Samsung symbol.
                                        It gets restart repeatedly

                                        All the M30S users are facing this issue after the update

                                        I had already contacted Samsung Customer support, they gave some instructions, I followed them but it was not resolved

                                        I went to service centre, they said it was the motherboard issue costing around Rs 8000

                                        It was the update that damaged the mobile and saying it was the problem of motherboard

                                        Many M30S users got the same reply of motherboard issue when they had gone to their respective centres.

                                        Why Samsung is not responding to this?
