      Dear sir,

      I have deposited my mobile (Samsung A50) for repair on 6th September 2021 on Samsung service center in Shimoga (Pin Code 577201) karnataka. The attending person check the mobile and said the mother board damaged and take 4000 RS advance and promised me to return the mobile within one week. Unfortunatly even after 22days and my repeated visits till today the mobile not repaired and their response they still not received the spare parts. Due to such long delay wherein the mobile was used by daughter studying 8th standard for online class are disturbed. Samsung is an international brand and such big company has to maintain customer satisfaction and fulfill the promise.
      There fore I urge concerned person to take immediate action to solve this issue.

        Hi,

        I would like to share my experience and difficulties facing after buying a new side by side fridge which is itself a very costly product within India.

        Since being when we had bought this new Samsung-MODEL NO- RS72R5011SL on 21-Mar-201, we are facing issue in this model and problem what we had analyzed that It is shutdown randomly for for certain time period and after over the certain time it is started up but disappointing point that certain time could be some time for 1 hour, 5 hours, entire day also and after reported the issue this fridge had been change once with new fridge in month of May 2021, after that same problem is recurring every month and we have reported this issue again, here is compliant Reference No [protected] and based on this started repeated issue, engineer visited and they found an issue on this model and requested me to management either want replacement or repair this motherboard but the shocking even this is fridge is replaced once but still problem is existed and how come sure after replacement of mother I would not faced this again, in fact I do not want a repair and will not allow experiment on our new fridge. By profession I am an engineer and I believe that there is something issue with series of mode and for that I want to complaint to the Korea headquarter CEO regarding his product quality and technical fault because it is wasting my time, also we are facing challenge in out day to day life and we are not able to use this fridge for our comfort able.I bought this Samsung product due to his world best quality and better customer service but it seems it has been failed and disappointing me.I have been lived out of India and always prefer to use Samsung product but seems in India, they are not professional nor so much expertise on technical point of view.. I would like to request the CEO of India to kindly look at this careless issue on priority basis and check why service manager Mr Ashish Agnihotri is not proceeding with my request for further action. who is service area manager of Shalimar garden, Sahibabad, district Ghaziabad UP Pincode 201005, In fact I am fed up to follow with him many times but no response till yet, Well I am waiting for some prompt action and apart from repair what can be done in this case either replace with different series of model or you can decide because we are struggling since being and none of day we have enjoyed our new fridge which is very costly fridge in India and I do not want to face in future further. Thank you.

          I purchased one samsumg m31s mobile from amazon on14/03/2021.After some days my charger failed in charging my phone.I felt disappointed, but i ordered new samsun original charger from amazon.After some days my second charger also failed in charging my phone.But this charger is working with other phones.All other same chargers are working with my phone, except samsung original charger.My phone is under warranty period, but when i approched samsung service centre they said that around 1500/- needed to clear my phone issue.First time i am getting these kind of bitter experiences with samsung mobiles.I dont know why i need to pay under warranty period because only samsung original charger is not working with my phone.Please make necessary arrangements to clear my phone issue otherwise, we the customers will loose our faith in samsung mobiles.

            There's a saying that God save the Queen.
            This maxim subtly applies to all Samsung products.
            If you buy any Samsung product, just beware you are in a surprise that no product guarantee comes with it and of course, no after sales service.
            I bought a 415 litres Samsung refrigerator on[protected] for Rs. 43, 990/-and it stopped working in 2018. I had to wait for nearly 30 days to get it repaired and that too the compressor was replaced with some other part number but not the same model as before.
            I had to call umpteen number of times, to be precise almost 40 calls and that too with their sales and service head Ms. Sonia at Gurgoan H.O.
            Now again on[protected] it has stopped working. I complained on their toll free number and the compressor was replaced again along with some other parts and they charged me something around 2700/-.
            The next day again it stopped working and the engineer who had repaired it informed me that again the compressor is not working and needs to be replaced and they have taken my refrigerator to their workshop and charged me Rs. 600/- again for transportation.
            Today also i.e. on[protected], I contacted their workshop manager Mr. Dinesh Patel who in turn informed me that they are unable to detect the fault in it and has sought the help of their Engineers at Samsung H.O..
            It is almost one month now and I am without my refrigerator, and GOD only knows when it will reach me in a hale and hearty condition.
            This harassments by Samsung has forced me to cough up Rs. 22, 000/-
            as I had to purchase a new Whirl Pool refrigerator.
            This Samsung refrigerator which I had purchased from CROMA, Ahmedabad is a defective piece which has been forced upon me.
            I REQUEST THE GENERAL PUBLIC AT LARGE NOT TO BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS IN FUTURE AS THEY CHEAT THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS BY DELIVERING DEFCTIVE PRODUCTS AND NOT DELIVERING SERVICE IN TIME.

              I had purchased Samsung side by side 700L refrigerator and since the time I bought it, It has been giving me problems since the time I bought it I also bought the extended warranty to cover any problems that I may encounter but the Samsung customer service just refuses to adhere to it. One of there senior technician visited my premises and said that the body liner is cracked and I should get a replacement within a few days but they are not ready to even acknowledge that or even repair the refrigerator. They are just making a fool out of me I have all the call recordings in which they say we will solve it or we will arrange a call back from senior but it never happens and they automatically close the complaint without resolving it. They are harassing me to the max extent especially Mr. Saurabh the senior executive in their customer service is completely saying "Mien nahi karvaunga sahi"
              Please help me with this.
              Also please share the MD, chairman, and higher authorities email ID because none of the Consumer support is ready to help

                    Issue Description: Last year i purchased a brand new phone from Amazon Samsung Galaxy M30s. Recently it crossed it warranty and I received a forced software update from Samsung which broke my phone and I shared facing the booting and restart issue. I wanted my amount refund back because the software patch needs to tested my Samsung before releasing it to consumer. This is Samsung fault which they need to bare the charges not should I.                           I ordered a refrigerator from samsung website and while unpacking, there was a huge dent on the side but the there logistics team left it there saying that another team will pick up the damaged Item but since then it was a big ordeal, they never came back to pick the item and ask me first to get a confirmation from there service engineer who would come to install, the service engineer came and confirmed the damage but now they are saying that since installation was booked, item can't be returned.
                          Customer service is pathetic and tries to blame everyone expect samsung for there incapacity.I guess they are trying to put the blame on the customer so that the there logistics stream which is handled by another company called savex are saved from blame, they are hand in glove.
                          I did take up the matter at the highest level but all these guys are just trained to put off customers somehow and act like BOTS with standard reply.
                          Would never suggest buying from Samsung site directly, you would curse yourself if you face issues.

                            I have bought Samsung S20+ last year in October and since the first day I have observed overheating issue even though till date I haven't run any game in the phone. Further the battery doesn't even last a day and it drains out very quickly. If the battery level is down to 20% its just a matter of 10 minutes before it shuts down. This is the worst battery performance I have observed in any flagship phone I have used till date. If I shoot video, the phone heats up so much that it becomes difficult to hold the phone. Samsung, please look into this issue immediately as the problem is increasing day by day and battery performance is degrading every passing day.

                              This is Bavapeer from Madanapalle-517325, A.P I have some issue with the Bharat pay company that is I need to Convey my concern.

                              The sales guy of Bharat pay has taken money 2000/- from me and where we are working in samsung service center. He said that you guys will get credit card worth 25000/- if you enroll and pay 2000/- he given time limit one month so my concern is it's applied before more than 2 months there is no credit card came untill now and there is no response from your executive named Nizam from Madanapalle.

                              So please let me know the proper reason for the credit card it will issue or not.

                              There is no proper response from your side we will file the complainant against your organization in customer court.

                              So please find the solution as soon as possible.

                                The phone UI is filled with many bloatware and facing many issues with popping up ads, which cannot be turned off. The phone is also getting restarted involuntarily. And it's difficult to use this phone with interest anymore fue to the disappointing experience it is giving.

                                    As you said my phone has is working properly and collect from service center.ok but in product only there manufacturer defetive that why my mobile occurred problem 2times why it occurred 2time like that first your service has changed the motherboard and Said if problem will occur Again means product will be given new as said of Priya siva kumar.
                                    Otherwise provide head office address to given mail id otherwise I will proceed legally.
                                    I will not recover my mobile it will be there in Samsung service center Kurnool only upto rectify our product/problem

                                      I have Purchased Samsung mobile phone(Model no-M31S), after using it for approx 8 months auto restart problem appears in the phone, my phone is frequently auto restarting. For which i visited samsung service centre dated[protected], located in New Krishna park, Janakpuri, Delhi, 110018(Name of service centre: QDIGI Services Limited). After Checking by service centre representative the software were updated and i have been told that the problem is resolved and there will be no problem in future and i have been informed that if the problem persist again then the motherboard of this phone will be replaced under warranty.

                                      After few days i observed that the side mounted fingerprint is not working and auto-restart problem appears again. I visited same service centre dated[protected] and told them that phone side- finger sensor is not working, the engineer told that the part is not readily available, we will create open order for you and the part will come in 3-4 days. I was informed to come after 3-4 days and the part will be replaced on that day, i informed them that the phone is under warranty he said no problem it is replaced under warranty. After follow up & contacting samsung customer care support the part of this model finally arrives after 5 days.

                                      Then i visited service centre on[protected] and after 45 mint of long wait i was called by engineer(Mr. Shahid) and now after checking the phone he started new story i.e the side finger sensor is physical damage so it will cost around Rs 2000 and does not comes in warranty. I told him that during my last visit after inspection i was not informed anything like physical damage or anything else and my phone is still under warranty and he simply replied _quothumare engineer ne dekha nhi ache se _quot our engineer does not see properly.I told him that right now solve the auto-restart problem by changing the motherboard of this phone he said ok. After sometime he said that there is offer going on, in which the warranty will be extended by 1 year plus fingerprint and auto-restart problem will be solve and will cost around Rs 1300. I told him this offer is not required right now _quotfilhall auto-restart wali problem theek ho jaye _quot he said ok but again after 10 minutes he said that there is bend in a phone so it is out of warranty now. How the phone will bend suddenly?_quot Then i said you are telling this bend problem when i rejected your 2 offers why don''t you tell me this problem before your 2 offers ??? _quotHe said mujhe pta nhi chala_quot. Maine jitne bhi customers the waha pe approx 20+ customers sabko dikhaya & pucha ki bend dikh rha h sabne bola nhi aesa toh kuch nhi dikh rha h _quot then Mr Shahid senior came and started telling same thing that there is bend in a phone and started comparing the phone with other phone of differtent model? How can they campare the 2 different device to justify there point?? It clearly shows there intention that they want to charge even the phone is under warranty. What''s the logic behind it ??? After discussing so much time then i ask his senior why dont you tell me this bend problem when i first visited on[protected] for auto-restart problem. He replied _quotus time pe problem kuch aur hogi ya humare engineer ne ache se dekha nhi_quot Then i said the same problem of auto-restart is happening everytime.Then he said we will not solve your problem and will give you in written and in written defects description he mention about side fingerprint and auto restart problem but not mention bend problem and ticks option as out of warranty. Then i contacted samsung customer support from there itself and informed this problem to customer care representative, he checked the details in system and asked service centre engineer Mr.Shahid that if there is a bend why dont you mention & attached photos of the phone in system as an acknowledgement for better clarity or in rma request ??? Mr. Sahid then nothing informed to customer service representative and told that there is problem in finger-sensor only, Customer support told that they will investigate the matter and will call me. I file complaint against this service centre through samsung customer support and they said our team will contact you within 24hours and I return back home without resolution of my problem in my phone and till now no one even contacted me from samsung . I am really shocked to see this behaviour of service centre representative even manager as i thought that Samsung is reputed MNC operating all over the world, its not service centre its seems to be chargeable reparing shop. . If I will not be provided replacement of my phone next time we will not buy any product from Samsung and will informed everyone in my relatives & friends circle with this behaviour of service centre, this way there is no meaning of warranty.

                                        After the recent September patch update, M31 is getting frozen and restarting. Factory setting/uninstalling third-part apps/cache clearance nothing seems to be working. The device warranty just got over, checked with the service center, ask was to go for a motherboard change. I am sure it's all happened after the s/w update and that to once the warranty got over. Please look into this with priority, this also happening for others as well
