I purchased M 42 mobile in the month of June 21 and mobile panel was replaced by samsung service centre Almora in the month of August because phone was not working and now again it's screen is not working. I am fed up with samsung company. Service centre is 60 km far from my location and I don't have time to visit there and I am losing my work on day to day basis.

    About this mobile on January 2021. Now the screen has some purple marks. I didn't dropped my mobile. Please help me with this. This phone is under EMI stil now Im paying for it. Within that I got this issue.

      I have been trying to connect with samsung to get details on my order placed 15 days back.

      But no one is responding to me, can someone please help. I am from India and I am desperate for someone from samsung to respond

      I have contacted, Samsung via phone, WhatsApp, Twitter, have emails their support, service head, CEO in escalation matrix, but no one is responding.

      I am just looking for someone to respond.

        On[protected]:58pm) i did try to place a order for galaxy buds live on Samsung online store.But, the problem was the money was deducted from my paytm wallet but the order was not placed.I didnt even got any order confirmation mail or further updates.I mailed to samsung customer care regarding this issue & got revert where ticket id is 28075222.I even contacted samsung customer care, but there was not quite appropriate response.From the respective bank i came to know the transaction was successfull and money is on your side.Please look into this problem and provide the refund.

          My service request number is [protected]. I have submitted my samsung S9+ in service center bcoz am facing a issue with the screen. I have updated new software update and after that am facing this issue and service center guy told me to even they are getting many complaints regarding the say issue and have to change the display which is not acceptable why will i spend money which is not my mistake. I have enquired this is happening to most of the phones after updating new software which is launched recently. So please kindly solve my problem asap. [protected] is my number Thank You

          To concern sir/madam who’s in charge,

          [protected] Is my first reference number later again they changed it. Its been a month i have submitted my mobile in samsung service center and i have got a call saying sorry and they will make sure they will replace the display and give me back in good condition but its been 20days and now again no response and yesterday again I mailed them and they were saying i have to pay them. Is this some sort of scam or what? They send me a update and after updating the screen doesn’t work. I just need justice for this please

What kind of scam is this? Sending up update and after updating phone display doesn’t work. I meet many people in service center with the same issue. Even service center guy told me the same this. Kindly solve my issue asap.

            I bought my samsung a12 on 5 Oct .when I charge my phone first time it took 5 hours to but still it is not fully charged.it took today 30 min to charge 10%. And sometimes it is hang for a while when I open a app

              I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M21(M215F-DS) a year back, July 2020. After applying a FOTA update (security patch update) in August 2021 with all the necessary precautions recommended by Samsung, my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. I visited Samsung Service Center (Samsung Service Centre, besides Dolphin Lodge, Medinipur - 721101) twice and they told me that the SW Update has made some issues with the phone and the motherboard needs to be replaced. There have been numerous complaints about the same issue with this phone. It is thus evident that the update has caused the motherboard to fail

              Thousands of M21 / M-series users are facing the same issue. Please, have a look at this issue and kindly provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount, caused by your updates or its going to social media, and will definitely file a case..

                  A new bus stop/station namely Banial Pukhar allotted by HRTC located at route in between CHANAUR- NANGAL CHOWK 20 Kms from Dehra towards Talwara route and near Dada Siba in Distt KANGRA. The fare being claimed by HRTC from Dhaliara to B/Pukhar is ₹28/- for 12 Kms which is system generated. But bus fare from Dhaliara to CHANAUR is ₹20/- for 10 Kms which requires rectification and exact bus fare to be charged from passengers. If fare from Dhaliara to CHANAUR for 10 Kms is ₹20/- then it should be ₹24/- maximum for 12 Kms from Dhaliara to B/Pukhar. There is no reasons for claiming excess amount.

                    Receipt No: AE/21/64624 dated 10/09/21
                    Call No: [protected] & [protected]

                    On 9th Oct It is going to complete one month of my unresolved complaint.
                    Yesterday, while checking the status of my complaint with the toll-free number I have been given a new date i.e. 16th Oct.

                    The engineer has 1st visited on 10th Sept (cash receipt No AE/21/64624) collected Rs. 295/-
                    Senior Engineer has visited again on20 Sept (Cash receipt No. AE/21/64497 collected Rs.3000/-
                    several completion dates, like ...28th Oct, 8th Oct and 16th Oct is been given so far. But now I have lost faith in your product and brand SAMSUNG and your service team.

                    It's my humble request you Mr. CEO to compensate me by refunding the TV value after deducting the depreciation value.

                    Kindly consider my request and close this issue.

                      4 months back i have complained about Freezer less cool functionality in Samsung Digital Inverter Fridge.. Technician visited and filled the gas ..problem is resolved.. as we dont use freezer much, checked these days .. still same issue.. again complained, now they are saying Internal gas leakage. it is not fixable... they r asking me to give fridge back to Company as a depreciation they are going to give 10 to 20% of the purchase value..

                      It is really worst product.. not worthy.. useless..

                      Road side fridges are far better than Samsung Fridges..

                        Hi, registered mobile number is [protected]. I just ordered a usb type c to 3.5mm converter from samsung India website. Payment of 557rs got deducted and order not placed. Please resolve this issue. Thanks!

                            I want to put on record that I just received a call from your customer care saying that theres. O pending complaint in my machine and according to the info received by him, my problem issue is solved.

                            If it’s solved then why am I working so many emails.along calls to ur customer centre is making no sense. They don’t know anything at all.

                            I am writing down the engineer / technician who had come to my place on the[protected] after remaking a complain on august 11. His mobile no is [protected]. He had come a number of times before and he just took a video of the working of the machine. He made me speak to his senior mr. Rajiv pal, mobile no [protected].
                            They both have said that the machine can’t be repaired. They said they would inform the management that a replacement is the only solution.

                            I have later sent an email that I will move to take legal action and yet they haven’t replied. They themselves have no solution to my problem. Thus, they have stopped answering.

                              I bought my samsung a50s in march 2020 and my phone got problem of restarting in August 2021 it got worse and worse day by day, i thought it is issue with software update. I visited samsung care they told me my phone has motherboard problem and i saw 2 more people with same problem and same device. I just wanted to ask why this problem is coming in mass, is samsung doing deliberately for pushing us to buy new phone. If it is the case i am very disappointed, I won't be buying any samsung in future. I mean it is feasible for us to buy 20k phone for every year. I am sad and frustrated, even I am not able to access my data so that i can perform a backup. I am very angry samsung, this is not cool.

                                I registered my complaint of NO DISPLAY in my SAMSUNG LED 43 inch TV on[protected].
                                Samsung Service Center ordered a new LED Panel and gave 30th Sep 2021 as the completion date.
                                The date was then revised to 5th Oct 2021 - with lots of apologies and assurances.
                                The date has now been revised to 13th Oct!!!

                                We buy an extended warranty to enjoy continuous/uninterrupted service of the product. What is the utility in buying an extended warranty if equipment will be out of order for a month?

                                  Hi Sir/Ma’am,

                                  I’m writing this mail concerning cooling issue in my refrigerator, I have purchased refrigerator of SAMSUNG 255L 3 Star Inverter Direct Cool Single Door (RR26T389YUT/HL) on 5th May’21 through AMAZON, after installation of 4-5 days issue observed of cooling inside, I immediately reported this issue to customer care support 3 times :

                                  1st time engineer visited as said this is not an issue cooling is perfect and said he will further discuss with company regarding this issue but no call and no solution received.

                                  Called again 2nd time :
                                  2nd time again engineer visited and agreed that there is actually as cooling issue and said there is issue in PCB and after replacement of PCB part issue will be resolved.

                                  3rd time again engineer visited and replaced the PCB and said now your refrigerator will work with prefect cooling.

                                  Still as on date cooling issue not resolved and I again called customer service support, and told them the complete issue now all vegetables kept inside getting fungus and top ice freezer part is also not working properly all ice creams are getting melted, which is resulting in loss of money of items kept inside refrigerator, this is happening from May’21 month and now we are tired of calling customer service support time and again.

                                  This is really very disappointing after purchase of product and within 4-5 days such issues reported and no solution was provided till date.
                                  I request you either replace this refrigerator or refund the amount as we can’t keep this refrigerator with such critical issues which is damaging our food items inside.

                                  I have raised this issue many times in service head email and ceo mail, but every time receive auto generated mail with same message.

                                    I have charging problem with my Samsung mobile A70 & for that reason i had submit device to below service center on 18th Aug at 11.30am.
                                    SS Enterprises, Manik Moti complex, A building, Office no-19-24, Katraj, Pune-411046.
                                    Below is the chronology of the problem i faced with service center.
                                    1) Device submitted on 18/08/2021 to center. Service Engineer Mr.Pramod told me that problem is with charging circuit which needs to be replace & which will cost 1400/- & will be replace within 2 hours & give me receipt document which is manually filled attached here.
                                    2) 2nd visit(18/08/2021)After 2 hours at 1.30 pm again i visited service center to collect device.
                                    Device is repaired & ready. I ask to service engineer i will pay by Gpay/credit card but he told that we will accept only cash. So, i paid 1400/- in cash & asked for bill(Invoice) but he denied & says that bill not required if you face any problem you will come to us we are there to support you. As i am in hurry i take the device & came back to home at that time battery was 87% charged & i plug in the charger but after 30 mins i checked mobile is not charged & battery % reduced to 84%. .
                                    2)3rd Visit(18/08/2021) Again immediately i went to service center & shown the problem, then Mr.Pramod told me that problem is with your charger so go back to home & come back with your charger we will check.
                                    3)4th Visit(18/08/2021- So i took my charger with me & again went to service center. Mr.Pramod check with my charger also with his charger but found same problem & ask me to submit mobile & come back next day at 4pm till time he will fix the problem.
                                    I again ask for the bill but he said i will not give bill, if you want i will remove the replaced part from device & you will take back your mobile.
                                    I said you keep device with you i will come back tomorrow.
                                    5)5th visit (19/08.2021) I called service center at 5pm & talked with Mr.Pramod, he said problem is with battery which is replaced & now device is OK you will collect it. So i went to service center & collect the device & again ask for bill.
                                    Mr.Pramod put 1400/- in front of me & ask me to take back the money & device but stil bill not given, & he said that problem is still not fixed & motherboard needs to be replace which will cost 11, 000/-.
                                    So i registered complaint on SAMSUNG customer care immediately from service center. Customer care representative listen my problem & talked with Service center In charge Mrs. Swarupa Jagtap but she failed to answer also provide details of part consumption & billing amount.
                                    (No any job sheet created in system not any part consumption shown in system)
                                    Customer representative told me that your problem will be resolve within 24 hours & our local service area manager will contact you.
                                    Mean while on 21/08/2021 i got call from Mrs.Sanyiukta Thakur who is from service center, She assured me that my device will be repaired at free of cost & all the details of past repair activities will be given along with bill.
                                    6)6th Visit (21/08/2021)
                                    As request from Mrs.Sanyukta Thakur i visited to service center & meet Mrs. Swarupa Jagtap.
                                    I asked her for back history details but she said sir please forget past happenings & submit the mobile we will check it again with senior engineer & get it fixed.
                                    Mean while in our discussion Mr.Pramod said i have seen 1000 peoples like you & behaves unethically.
                                    So, i leave from service center & again filed complaint on SAMSUNG customer care.
                                    Again as per request from Mrs.Sanyukta Thakur I visited SS enterprises on 24th Aug at that time Mrs.Swarupa Jagtap collect my phone as per procedure & create job sheet.
                                    I stay in service center for 1 hour & waiting for mobile to be checked from service Engineer.
                                    After 1 hour Mrs.Swarupa Jagtap told me that mobile is checked by our Senior Service Engineer & as per him motherboard needs to be replaced which will cost 11000/-.
                                    So I denied for repair & immediately went to other service center Prayag Services & submit my mobile.
                                    Prayag Services repaired my mobile within 2 hours & repaired cost is 1058/- only, also I got invoice immediately on mail. I am very much satisfied with service from Prayag Services.
                                    So, why such difference in service in two different service centers.
                                    As my problem is serious & I am begging for actions on my complaint from SAMSUNG CC, but SAMSUNG CC keeps me hanging since last 4days.

                                    Meantime when I am taking continuous follow up with CC for actions on my complaint, one of CC representative told me that Mr.Raj Selvem who is area service manager has called me on 21st Aug & solve my problem, but I never got call from any area service manager till date. So Area service manager also gave false feedback to CC then how I will trust on SAMSUNG CC.
                                    Last week I had call with Mr.Amrik Choudhry he assured me that strong action will be taken on service center & he keep me updated but still no any update received.
                                    Also request to check availability of CC TV camera in SS Enterprises.

                                      I have purchased SAMSUNG A50S mobile before about 15-18 months. Suddenly it stop working without showing any problem. Service centre at JABALPUR said that mother board has been corrupted and should be changed. It cost about[protected]. So should be bear the poor component quality of samsung. First time I m disappointed with samsung quality. How can a middle class man can buy a phone costs[protected] Rs every year??? Samsung should take the responsibility to change such costly part with lifetime guarantee..

My fater, Brig Ashok Johar, a retired veteran and my brotherMr Rajat Johar had bought 2 Samsung LED tvs, 55", one being model no. QA55QN90AAKLX from Suraj business Pvt. Ltd., an authorised samsung dealer located at Palam Vihar, Gurgaon 122017 in July 2021.The billing was split part of it reflected as purchase of a tab. Assurances were given of providing a samsung mobile with 1 tv and 5000 reward points with the other tv. Both the above offers were false with neither the samsung phone or the reward points being given. These assurances were given by your sales rep of samsung present in the dealership. Inspite of repeatedly approaching the dealership ms. Sooraj Pvt Ltd and representatives from samsung arriving at my father's residence at H 407, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon 122017 and assuring of refund of cashbacks/ reward points and resolution of both these cases at the earliest, nothing has transpired. I would like to apprise the authorities at samsung of fraudulent procedures being undertaken by Sooraj Pvt Ltd to lure customers for immediate gains and subsequently not entertaining the customers when approached. An early resolution of the matter may please be resorted to.
