People buy a smartphone from a trusted brand like Samsung by their hard earned money. But it seems like Samsung doesn't care about its customers, in such difficult situations, online work has increased and smartphone plays an important role in fulfilling that, but due to some fault many Samsung phones with Exynos 9611 soc, are failing, becoming unusable. The problem generally occurring after warranty ends, then at service center, they are charging Rs 9000 to replace the motherboard. The problem is caused by company, then why should customers pay for that??? My A50s just started restarting automatically after 1 year 1 month and is completely unusable, my whole data gone, important files gone and at service center they straightaway asking for Rs.9k. Same is the case with more than thousands of customers. I want free motherboard replacement as soon as possible. Samsung is already losing as People are now not buying their phones because of auto restart issue.

    I would to express my dissatisfaction with Samsung product & its services. I bought Samsung in the month of Oct '20 where after 8 months i got to know that there was some charging issue in the device. I contacted the service center and they have changed the motherboard.

    After some days i am continuously facing the network issue in device where in the same time i would not face any issue with my other device on the same network. I have submitted my device twice time to the service center and it was there for more than 30 days in service center at one time but till now my problem is not yet resolved.

    Service center executive saying there is no problem in device, if there is no problem then there is no mean i am contacting the service center. I paid the full amount to Samsung then i bought the device it is not one rent something like. If i m facing issue then only i am approaching to the service center and moreover for this i m spending my time and money to submit the device in service center again & again.

    I have changed sim of network provider but this is not problem of network moreover 2 network (airtel & Idea) team has been already visited to my place and they confirmed there is no network issue. if it is network problem i would definitely face the same problem with my other device which i have but i would like to tell i m not facing any issue in calling or data in other device which is in my family.

    It has been almost 2 month, however i m in touch with samsung team but sorry to say there is no resolution has given by samsung.

    I am not able to understand why i am facing only issue with Samsung device where i am living in same place more than 2 years and truly speaking never face any issue of signal in my one plus or Apple or other device.

    If any network issue with the sim then it should come with other device as well where at a time & place I can speak clearly & able to use data inside my home thru my other device but not able to use call & data properly with Samsung device.

    I have complaint in Idea and airtel for the reversal for amount which i recharge due to bad signal but they said our network is good in your area.

    I am really fed up with this device and think many time i think why should i bought this Samsung instead of this i can buy any brand phone cost of 5 to 6 k might be i will not face any problem. I did a blunder mistake to bought Samsung.

    Moreover i am not getting any proper resolution from Samsung.

    Hence I request you to please arrange for the reversal of phone cost or allow to me take the new device of Samsung in other model if any access amount is there will make the payment of difference amount for the same.

    Hence requesting you to please look into matter and arrange for the quick resolution.

      Dear Samsung.
      I have been using Samsung since the time you'll launched s4 black edition and have been immensely happy with the S series phones and have had no complains with it. I did not even feel like switching to any other brand or OS because you'll aggressively bought new innovations with better camera and gave premium feel. I have been a fan of S series and have been using the s4 to now s20 plus but unfortunately I think this relation has come to an end with complains with the phones every year. I was very happy until my s10 plus. It gave a screen issue i gave it to the service centre and they took about a week and gave the phone back to me after repairing it. I then sold that phone and bought the S20 plus which i felt its the best camera phone even compared to an iPhone 12 pro. Today i.e 30th September i see faded marks of the icons of other apps on my phone which happens to be a screen burn in issue. Now again i have to go to the service centre. Take a backup of my entire phone. Again take the pgone back and login to all the apps. It's now becoming a headache. I was all set to buy the s21 plus 256 or 512 gb since you'll removed the memory card slot but i think its time to explore some other brand / OS because I can't keep going to the service centre all the time to get the pgone repaired. Moreover the pain is to take the backup and waste hours behind that.
      So thank you for a beautiful long relationship and hope to buy Samsung in future if im bored of the other brand i try.

        We have purchase a Samsung 40'' inch tv through Amazon and after 30-35 days only the TV stopped working, we called the call centre and since then they are just passing the time, the last update was that the TV will be repiared by 29th sept, however today we got call from GURGAON that i t will be done by 22 October, i mean is that a way to deal with the issue and that too from a company like SAMSUNG, we did choose samsung because of the quality and the post sales service but now looks like it was the biggest mistake, we are continously calling customer care and even sending mails but all is going on deaf ears, everyone is just passing the time and ultimately we the customer as usual are the suffers, why cant samsung just replace the TV when its a faulty piece being delivered, hoping to get a timely resolution now atleast .PFA the communication from your samsung call centre which is a bunch of all lies only

            HI, I have a Samsung M51, Under warranty.
            It stopped charging suddenly and i took it to a Samsung service center, they change the mother board(took 3 weeks).
            I used it for one day and when i put it on charging it was not working again and screen also went off. I took it to same service center aging .
            They said need to change the PCB. aging it took them almost 3 weeks and i got the phone back yesterday. Now it is having trouble with sim cards and screen.
            I ma tired of running to service centers and waiting a month and not getting the resolution .I asked them to get it replaced but they cant do it as well.
            What do i do ?wait for the warranty to end and then pay the service price again and again

              Problem:- display damage started with lines and blur on screen and finally blacked out.
              cause:- happened in regular usage, without any accidental drop or contact with liquid.

              service center shared pictures of sky blue color fungus (in their words) claiming it as liquid damage and denying any service because once it is liquid damage any other damage (like screen damage in my case) will not be covered under warranty.

              I know that I haven't dropped it in liquid and from the pictures it is clearly visible the display liquid seeped inside the device and with gravity it came down accumulated in the corners.

              exactly on left bottom corner the display got leaked and the green color starts exactly from the same location inside, but service center wont listen and wont provide any proof of test to the same.

                Bought a Samsung note 10.1 in the year 2013. Now the motherboard is having issues. When I asked can we repair the board, they said no. Then I was decided to buy new board, but the service technician said the motherboard was stopped by Samsung and can't be replaced.

                I am decided to log a consumer complain against Samsung India and the service centre.

                Spent 40K for a tablet and unable to repair it. Isn't it disgusting???

                      I have deposited my mobile (Samsung A50) for repair on 6th September 2021 on Samsung service center in Shimoga (Pin Code 577201) karnataka. The attending person check the mobile and said the mother board damaged and take 4000 RS advance and promised me to return the mobile within one week. Unfortunatly even after 22days and my repeated visits till today the mobile not repaired and their response they still not received the spare parts. Due to such long delay wherein the mobile was used by daughter studying 8th standard for online class are disturbed. Samsung is an international brand and such big company has to maintain customer satisfaction and fulfill the promise.
                      There fore I urge concerned person to take immediate action to solve this issue.

                        I would like to share my experience and difficulties facing after buying a new side by side fridge which is itself a very costly product within India.

                        Since being when we had bought this new Samsung-MODEL NO- RS72R5011SL on 21-Mar-201, we are facing issue in this model and problem what we had analyzed that It is shutdown randomly for for certain time period and after over the certain time it is started up but disappointing point that certain time could be some time for 1 hour, 5 hours, entire day also and after reported the issue this fridge had been change once with new fridge in month of May 2021, after that same problem is recurring every month and we have reported this issue again, here is compliant Reference No [protected] and based on this started repeated issue, engineer visited and they found an issue on this model and requested me to management either want replacement or repair this motherboard but the shocking even this is fridge is replaced once but still problem is existed and how come sure after replacement of mother I would not faced this again, in fact I do not want a repair and will not allow experiment on our new fridge. By profession I am an engineer and I believe that there is something issue with series of mode and for that I want to complaint to the Korea headquarter CEO regarding his product quality and technical fault because it is wasting my time, also we are facing challenge in out day to day life and we are not able to use this fridge for our comfort able.I bought this Samsung product due to his world best quality and better customer service but it seems it has been failed and disappointing me.I have been lived out of India and always prefer to use Samsung product but seems in India, they are not professional nor so much expertise on technical point of view.. I would like to request the CEO of India to kindly look at this careless issue on priority basis and check why service manager Mr Ashish Agnihotri is not proceeding with my request for further action. who is service area manager of Shalimar garden, Sahibabad, district Ghaziabad UP Pincode 201005, In fact I am fed up to follow with him many times but no response till yet, Well I am waiting for some prompt action and apart from repair what can be done in this case either replace with different series of model or you can decide because we are struggling since being and none of day we have enjoyed our new fridge which is very costly fridge in India and I do not want to face in future further.                           I purchased one samsumg m31s mobile from amazon on14/03/2021.After some days my charger failed in charging my phone.I felt disappointed, but i ordered new samsun original charger from amazon.After some days my second charger also failed in charging my phone.But this charger is working with other phones.All other same chargers are working with my phone, except samsung original charger.My phone is under warranty period, but when i approched samsung service centre they said that around 1500/- needed to clear my phone issue.First time i am getting these kind of bitter experiences with samsung mobiles.I dont know why i need to pay under warranty period because only samsung original charger is not working with my phone.Please make necessary arrangements to clear my phone issue otherwise, we the customers will loose our faith in samsung mobiles.

                            There's a saying that God save the Queen.
                            This maxim subtly applies to all Samsung products.
                            If you buy any Samsung product, just beware you are in a surprise that no product guarantee comes with it and of course, no after sales service.
                            I bought a 415 litres Samsung refrigerator on[protected] for Rs. 43, 990/-and it stopped working in 2018. I had to wait for nearly 30 days to get it repaired and that too the compressor was replaced with some other part number but not the same model as before.
                            I had to call umpteen number of times, to be precise almost 40 calls and that too with their sales and service head Ms. Sonia at Gurgoan H.O.
                            Now again on[protected] it has stopped working. I complained on their toll free number and the compressor was replaced again along with some other parts and they charged me something around 2700/-.
                            The next day again it stopped working and the engineer who had repaired it informed me that again the compressor is not working and needs to be replaced and they have taken my refrigerator to their workshop and charged me Rs. 600/- again for transportation.
                            Today also i.e. on[protected], I contacted their workshop manager Mr. Dinesh Patel who in turn informed me that they are unable to detect the fault in it and has sought the help of their Engineers at Samsung H.O..
                            It is almost one month now and I am without my refrigerator, and GOD only knows when it will reach me in a hale and hearty condition.
                            This harassments by Samsung has forced me to cough up Rs. 22, 000/-
                            as I had to purchase a new Whirl Pool refrigerator.
                            This Samsung refrigerator which I had purchased from CROMA, Ahmedabad is a defective piece which has been forced upon me.
                            I REQUEST THE GENERAL PUBLIC AT LARGE NOT TO BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS IN FUTURE AS THEY CHEAT THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS BY DELIVERING DEFCTIVE PRODUCTS AND NOT DELIVERING SERVICE IN TIME.

                              I had purchased Samsung side by side 700L refrigerator and since the time I bought it, It has been giving me problems since the time I bought it I also bought the extended warranty to cover any problems that I may encounter but the Samsung customer service just refuses to adhere to it. One of there senior technician visited my premises and said that the body liner is cracked and I should get a replacement within a few days but they are not ready to even acknowledge that or even repair the refrigerator. They are just making a fool out of me I have all the call recordings in which they say we will solve it or we will arrange a call back from senior but it never happens and they automatically close the complaint without resolving it. They are harassing me to the max extent especially Mr. Saurabh the senior executive in their customer service is completely saying "Mien nahi karvaunga sahi"
                              Please help me with this.
                              Also please share the MD, chairman, and higher authorities email ID because none of the Consumer support is ready to help

                                    Issue Description: Last year i purchased a brand new phone from Amazon Samsung Galaxy M30s. Recently it crossed it warranty and I received a forced software update from Samsung which broke my phone and I shared facing the booting and restart issue. I wanted my amount refund back because the software patch needs to tested my Samsung before releasing it to consumer. This is Samsung fault which they need to bare the charges not should I. I need my money back.

                                      I've purchased a Samsung Galaxy A50s in Feb '20. Since August 2021 I am facing an issue like the phone hangs, heats restarts automatically every 5 mins... it had no complications or mishandling from my end... according to news a50s is having same issue all around the country..pls help
