As you said my phone has is working properly and collect from service center.ok but in product only there manufacturer defetive that why my mobile occurred problem 2times why it occurred 2time like that first your service has changed the motherboard and Said if problem will occur Again means product will be given new as said of Priya siva kumar.
Otherwise provide head office address to given mail id otherwise I will proceed legally.
I will not recover my mobile it will be there in Samsung service center Kurnool only upto rectify our product/problem

    I bought Samsung F62 8/128GB mobile on 10/03/2021 from Local Market. On 21/09/2021, my phone is not power on.
    My phone never dropped or hit with any object. There is not any single mark of any kind of impact on my mobile or the body of the phone. It is very neat and clean. I said the executive please check my phone thoroughly and show me any kind of damage or impact. I am calling Samsung Customer Care. I called and the rep advised me to raise Q and A regarding this, so I raised Q and A. While raising Q and A the same executive just took some pictures of my phone from the side and asked me to please wait for the response.
    I will visit the service center and came to know that Samsung has refused to repair my Phone under warranty as the damage is caused by mishandling the phone. My question is that if there is any kind of mishandling then please show me the evidence regarding that.
    I am also attaching phots of my phone.
    I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful in this regard ASAP.

      I purchased 55 Inches UHD TV MOde UA55TU7200KXXL on 5th Jun 2021 through Amazon. I damaged the panel and approached the customer service for repair on 30th Aug 2021. I was told this is a payable service and I have to pay. Your customer service engineer came and gave a quote of 26600/=. I paid 50% of this Rs.13000/= to the service centre and gave consent to service. The order number is [protected].
      Your service centre says the part is not available anywhere and he cannot help only Samsung has to help. I called multiple times the customer service and I have not got any convincing reply. The service centre says they donot have any visibility of the supply of part from you, whereas the customer service says the service centre is responsible.
      Why are you selling a TV as late as July first week, which is not serviceable. Why after multiple calls also no one responsible is calling me and informing me the status.
      I am without a TV for the past 25 days, after having spend Rs.65000 and paying Rs, 13000/- advance for repair.
      Is this the way to treat a loyal customer. Requesting your good offices to look into this matter and give me a resolution.

          I purchased Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro from Samsung e-shop on 3 September and after getting it delivered I found out that they have completely false marketed the product.

          The ANC in these buds which they claim filters out up to 99% of background noise doesn't even block the sound of a fan.

          SECURE FIT which they claim is A new take on the classic earbud shape, the design lessens discomfort when you're tuned in for hours and it's such a natural fit you may forget you're wearing them. I am not able put them in my ears even once they completely mess in my ears.

          I talked to the Samsung e-shop the same day I got it delivered to return these products and they don't even listen to me they just keep saying go to Authorized Service and I went there 10+ times.

          Let's come to Authorized Service Center, they don't even know what ANC is and just says one thing on loop "isme koi issue nahi hai" and they have also put a scratch on my buds cover.

          Seeing this kind of after-sales service I'll never suggest anyone buy a single Samsung product.

                  I, have bought a samsung mobile (Galaxy M12) pricing at 10, 999 on 21march 2021. It’s been hardly 6 months and my mobile has stopped working all of a sudden on 20 september 2021, when my husband went to the RT nagar samsung service centre and explained the problem, the executive examined the phone and asked question like, was the phone exposed to water or was dropped from a height which might be the cause of the problem. he said no, as that was true.
                  my husband explained them that the phone stoped working all of a sudden and it was not because of any impact to the phone either by water or by dropping it. The executive then said, must be a software problem, should take a couple of hours to fix it and assured me a call back. Hours passed, they called and said it’s not software problem, but the motherboard and display of phone is crashed and it cannot be claimed under warranty as there was a external small damage to the phones outer frame (This damage was caused almost 3 months ago where i accidently dropped phone the damage took place. It was a minor damage though to the external body and my phone just worked fine even after that) the store supervisor says that warranty cannot be claimed because of this damage. My point is, how would an external damage to the phone that happened 3 months ago can lead mother board crashing and display still working fine, when i informed them display is working fine then service center excecutive said that by mistake they said display is faulty and only motherboard is faulty The amount they offered me for repair was rupees 6, 700 to get a new mother board fixed, why would i spend 6700 for a 11k phone when it is eligible for warranty

                  i gave a call to samsung customer care with the service id [protected]on 21/09/2021 and the agent there replies he will arrange call back next morning which was not arranged when i called on 22/09/2021 around 12pm the call was transfered to escalation dept to the agent deepa based in chennai samsung call center i explained whole issue to her, the scratch on the phone was 3 months ago if motherboard had to get crashed it would happen right then not after 3 months when not even it fell single time she clearly denied saying it cant be claimed under warranty as there was external damage to the phone(This damage was caused almost 3 months ago where i accidently dropped my phone to ground, since there was no back cover safeguarding the phone, the damage took place. It was a minor damage though to the external body and my phone just worked fine even after that) the store supervisor says that warranty cannot be claimed because of this damage. My point is why suddenly display went off if its due to damage it should 3 months ago not now.
                  Further, i expressed my dissatisfaction by telling her i will launch a complaint under consumer forum, grievince cell or redressel cell.
                  she dint even acknowledge the problem only she did was being offensive on call when i was trying to explain the issue.
                  i'm using samsung brand since 2011 and use to recommend to other's as well but this is the 1st time im complaining. The service experience is very bad. i will never choose this brand again.

                  After many attempts of speaking to customer care and doing CEO escalation Samsung is denying warranty on the phone, they even check it properly for a small scratch on the outer panel which was caused 3 months ago warranty has been denied. approached RT NAGAR service center worst service n worst service center ever I'm cursing the day I bought this mobile I would have gone for another brand instead. Even after continuous complaints the brand has denied providing warranty i recommend everyone not to purchase Samsung they have technology but service is not even average.

                      Poor & Defective Mother Board of M31

                      I bought Samsung M31 (6GB RAM and 128GB ROM) mobile in June-2020 from amazon.in for Rs 16, 999.00 after discount.
                      Yesterday, 22nd Sept'2021, the phone started to reboot automatically and started to hang all of a sudden.

                      After visiting authorized Samsung Service Center, the technician said that it has got motherboard issues and the same needs to be replaced immediately or else the phone will get dead any time. Upon asking...

                      We purchased a samsung side by side Refrigerator from a Authorised samsung dealer in hyderabad in 2019 july and suddenly in february 2021 it stopped working then we complained it to the Authorised service centre a technician came and told that the compressor is at fault and has to be changed by the company ( which is under 10 years of warranty) and it will be changed within 3 days of working now since its been 7 months and we have given atleast 50 repair requests and we are not getting any follow ups regarding the complaint and we are been harrased by the service centre saying that it will take more time and at the toll free number they are helpless and giving no response saying that it will be done by the service centre this is such a breach of trust by a company like SAMSUNG we are putting this up here as a hope that we would get it resolved ASAP plz help as we are already suffering so much without a refrigerator since last 7 months.

                        Have update my Samsung M31 phone software last week which I received from Samsung and post that I am facing an issue that my phone it freezes and Reboot own it own and I am facing this issue from last 3-4 days. Its a purely Samsung mistake to provide such a FAULTY SOFTWARE UPDATE with a bug. Please help me to resolve this issue asap.

                            It is evident on record and lot of complaints are already raised on various net forums about Samsung M30s mobile manufacturing defect concerning faulty motherboard.

                            The Company is also aware of it and just diverting the issue to their service centre without solving it. In such cases Company should replace the part free of cost without misleading consumers.

                            Surprisingly, the mobile problem starts after completion of one year warranty !!!

                            If Samsung is under estimating Indian consumers demands, then I think time has come to think about using Samsung products in coming years.

                              I am using Samsung S20 and I am facing a display error on my Samsung S20 after 1 year o[censored]sage. suddenly the screen went greenish & flickering. When I went to the service center located in my hometown (Gaya, Bihar), the technician couldn't give me any proper reason behind this problem, he just said the display has to be replaced which will cost me INR 16000/-. As per him, the display issue occurred due to normal usage there is no specific reason behind so. Also, he said may after that you need to replace the motherboard too. I'm still confused about what to do now???

                              I am a Samsung phone lover and using the Samsung phone for more than 10 years. The same kind of issue I am still facing with the Samsung S8 since 2017 which I bought at the time of pre-booking in March 2017 and within a years service center changed the display of that phone 3-4 times but that problem didn't resolve and the phone is still the same condition with the multicolor display (half pink screen).

                              Last year I bought S20 in pre-booking too in March 2020 and facing the same display issue since two weeks.

                              I came to know that this is happening due to the Android 11 update and that is correct.

                              I am very disappoint with Samsung.

                              Some times my display works properly and sometimes starts flickering. This starts after Android 11 upgrade and as usual Service Center always ask for change the display, motherboard infact everything which are not working properly without inspecting your device.
                              I just want to know how any customer pays lot of money in changing parts of phone after purchasing costly phone. Also this issue happening from Samsung side. So it's Samsung fault not customer. Since last 4-5 years every samsung customer are facing these kind of issue.

                              I just got a call from the Samsung Care Center guy, and he is saying that you need to change the display and it cost around Rs15K. (Job sheet no: [protected])
                              I have asked him why this problem occurs then he said I don't know why also he was shocked that the phone is in new condition without any dent, crack, or damages.

                              As I mentioned earlier this problem starts after upgrading my OS to Android 11.
                              You can check on the internet, YouTube, or different forums the same problems are facing by a lot of Samsung customers across the world due to OS upgrades.

                              Again, the same problem I have faced with my previous phone Samsung S8 and as per the Service center, I have changed the display and motherboard of that phone more than 4 times but still, my S8 is in the same conditions with pink dent since last 4 years. If you want I can share pics of that phone too.

                              This time I am not going to pay any amount for changing the display or motherboard of My new Samsung Galaxy S20 because here it's not my fault and every time I can't bear this much amount in repairing or changing parts of the phone after spending hefty money on buying a costly phone

                              Note: Samsung is providing Qualcomm Snapdragon chip to US and Canada but in India they are providing Exynos (far cheaper than Snapdragon) at same rate. May be this the reason Indian customer faces lot of issues with their phone. (Not verified)

                                  Even after my request to look into this on priority no one has responded back yet. Selling a faulty product in itself is a bad experience and on top of that not showing any urgency to replace it is even worse. Especially when it is a premium product like the Fold 3. There should have been some kind of recognition for customers spending their hard-earned money into the costliest phone on the planet.

                                  Please imagine how much money I am losing because of the delay in getting the replacement on time.
                                  Purchase price - 1, 50, 000 INR
                                  Upgrade cycle is 12 months. I change phones every year. So, the monthly cost comes to 12, 500 and for 10 days it's 4166/-
                                  So, every day I am losing 416 rupees worth of experience daily because of the delay in shipping the replacement product.

                                  My humble request to move quickly on this and make amends for the loss I am facing. This is never a good experience for the customer and such things need to be addressed properly. It's a shame that the best tech company does not care about its customers and shows no focus or commitment towards them. I am also writing a mail to the CEO in the meantime and request you'll to look into this urgently.

                                      Complaint on 50 inch Samsung TV model UA50TUE60AKXXL. SRN: 4330913992

                                      This is a reference to the fault on board for my 50 inch Samsung TV within 13 months of purchase - Model: UA50TUE60AKXXL.

                                      The fault was identified by your technician on 25th AUG 2021 and the status I keep hearing from your head office till now is, it will be replaced shortly with the ETA being revised with every call.
