I have charging problem with my Samsung mobile A70 & for that reason i had submit device to below service center on 18th Aug at 11.30am.
SS Enterprises, Manik Moti complex, A building, Office no-19-24, Katraj, Pune-411046.
Below is the chronology of the problem i faced with service center.
1) Device submitted on 18/08/2021 to center. Service Engineer Mr.Pramod told me that problem is with charging circuit which needs to be replace & which will cost 1400/- & will be replace within 2 hours & give me receipt document which is manually filled attached here.
2) 2nd visit(18/08/2021)After 2 hours at 1.30 pm again i visited service center to collect device.
Device is repaired & ready. I ask to service engineer i will pay by Gpay/credit card but he told that we will accept only cash. So, i paid 1400/- in cash & asked for bill(Invoice) but he denied & says that bill not required if you face any problem you will come to us we are there to support you. As i am in hurry i take the device & came back to home at that time battery was 87% charged & i plug in the charger but after 30 mins i checked mobile is not charged & battery % reduced to 84%. .
2)3rd Visit(18/08/2021) Again immediately i went to service center & shown the problem, then Mr.Pramod told me that problem is with your charger so go back to home & come back with your charger we will check.
3)4th Visit(18/08/2021- So i took my charger with me & again went to service center. Mr.Pramod check with my charger also with his charger but found same problem & ask me to submit mobile & come back next day at 4pm till time he will fix the problem.
I again ask for the bill but he said i will not give bill, if you want i will remove the replaced part from device & you will take back your mobile.
I said you keep device with you i will come back tomorrow.
5)5th visit (19/08.2021) I called service center at 5pm & talked with Mr.Pramod, he said problem is with battery which is replaced & now device is OK you will collect it. So i went to service center & collect the device & again ask for bill.
Mr.Pramod put 1400/- in front of me & ask me to take back the money & device but stil bill not given, & he said that problem is still not fixed & motherboard needs to be replace which will cost 11, 000/-.
So i registered complaint on SAMSUNG customer care immediately from service center. Customer care representative listen my problem & talked with Service center In charge Mrs. Swarupa Jagtap but she failed to answer also provide details of part consumption & billing amount.
(No any job sheet created in system not any part consumption shown in system)
Customer representative told me that your problem will be resolve within 24 hours & our local service area manager will contact you.
Mean while on 21/08/2021 i got call from Mrs.Sanyiukta Thakur who is from service center, She assured me that my device will be repaired at free of cost & all the details of past repair activities will be given along with bill.
6)6th Visit (21/08/2021)
As request from Mrs.Sanyukta Thakur i visited to service center & meet Mrs. Swarupa Jagtap.
I asked her for back history details but she said sir please forget past happenings & submit the mobile we will check it again with senior engineer & get it fixed.
Mean while in our discussion Mr.Pramod said i have seen 1000 peoples like you & behaves unethically.
So, i leave from service center & again filed complaint on SAMSUNG customer care.
Again as per request from Mrs.Sanyukta Thakur I visited SS enterprises on 24th Aug at that time Mrs.Swarupa Jagtap collect my phone as per procedure & create job sheet.
I stay in service center for 1 hour & waiting for mobile to be checked from service Engineer.
After 1 hour Mrs.Swarupa Jagtap told me that mobile is checked by our Senior Service Engineer & as per him motherboard needs to be replaced which will cost 11000/-.
So I denied for repair & immediately went to other service center Prayag Services & submit my mobile.
Prayag Services repaired my mobile within 2 hours & repaired cost is 1058/- only, also I got invoice immediately on mail. I am very much satisfied with service from Prayag Services.
So, why such difference in service in two different service centers.
As my problem is serious & I am begging for actions on my complaint from SAMSUNG CC, but SAMSUNG CC keeps me hanging since last 4days.

Meantime when I am taking continuous follow up with CC for actions on my complaint, one of CC representative told me that Mr.Raj Selvem who is area service manager has called me on 21st Aug & solve my problem, but I never got call from any area service manager till date. So Area service manager also gave false feedback to CC then how I will trust on SAMSUNG CC.
Last week I had call with Mr.Amrik Choudhry he assured me that strong action will be taken on service center & he keep me updated but still no any update received.
Also request to check availability of CC TV camera in SS Enterprises.

    I have purchased SAMSUNG A50S mobile before about 15-18 months. Suddenly it stop working without showing any problem. Service centre at JABALPUR said that mother board has been corrupted and should be changed. It cost about[protected]. So should be bear the poor component quality of samsung. First time I m disappointed with samsung quality. How can a middle class man can buy a phone costs[protected] Rs every year??? Samsung should take the responsibility to change such costly part with lifetime guarantee..

      I'm Col RohitJohar, serving Indian armyofficer. My fater, Brig Ashok Johar, a retired veteran and my brotherMr Rajat Johar had bought 2 Samsung LED tvs, 55", one being model no. QA55QN90AAKLX from Suraj business Pvt. Ltd., an authorised samsung dealer located at Palam Vihar, Gurgaon 122017 in July 2021.The billing was split part of it reflected as purchase of a tab. Assurances were given of providing a samsung mobile with 1 tv and 5000 reward points with the other tv. Both the above offers were false with neither the samsung phone or the reward points being given. These assurances were given by your sales rep of samsung present in the dealership. Inspite of repeatedly approaching the dealership ms. Sooraj Pvt Ltd and representatives from samsung arriving at my father's residence at H 407, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon 122017 and assuring of refund of cashbacks/ reward points and resolution of both these cases at the earliest, nothing has transpired. I would like to apprise the authorities at samsung of fraudulent procedures being undertaken by Sooraj Pvt Ltd to lure customers for immediate gains and subsequently not entertaining the customers when approached. An early resolution of the matter may please be resorted to.

        People buy a smartphone from a trusted brand like Samsung by their hard earned money. But it seems like Samsung doesn't care about its customers, in such difficult situations, online work has increased and smartphone plays an important role in fulfilling that, but due to some fault many Samsung phones with Exynos 9611 soc, are failing, becoming unusable. The problem generally occurring after warranty ends, then at service center, they are charging Rs 5500 to replace the motherboard. The problem is caused by company, then why should customers pay for that M21s just started restarting automatically after 1 year 1 month and is completely unusable, my whole data gone, important files gone and at service center they straightaway asking for Rs.5k. Same is the case with more than thousands of customers. I want free motherboard replacement as soon as possible. Samsung is already losing as People are now not buying their phones because of auto restart issue.

          Samsung m21- motherboard damaged within 2 months after the warranty period expired

          I bought a Samsung M21 mobiles on 31st August 2020. It’s been only 1 year and 2 months and I started facing the Samsung logo stuck issue. On going to Samsung Authorized service centre they found out that there is a motherboard issue and the motherboard needs to be replaced which will cost almost 8000 and it will have only 3 months warranty. Now who will spent 8000 in less than 1 and a half year and that too for just 3 months and what if...

          My phone was automatically restarting again and again. So they did a software update and it was still having the same issue. So they charged RS 240 for just changing the software. Now they say the issue is in the motherboard and changing it is equal to buying a new phone. I even got to know that everyday around 50 customers come with the same problem and updating the software never works. So it is basically a way to get money. And updating the software also has a 1% risk for the phone to be dead. So basically I take the risk and if the phone does not work I pay. What kind of service is that. Other than that I paid RS 500 and they took around 15 minutes to pay me back the balance. A 30 minutes process took me around 2 hours and your staff does not have any water for the customers. A reputed company like yours should not have such customer problems. We buy alot of products of yours but this is it. We have 2 Samsung TVs 2 Phones. I am frustrated and I am changing brand now and would like to be compensated for the inconvenience. And my customer care employee had his first day today and I was his first client. So he did not know what to do and was asking his colleagues what to do which also took the 30 minutes process to 2 hour process Please take care of such things.

              I bought Samsung Z FLIP mobile phone ON 03/06/21 from the day one the mobile screen as problem I raised the complaint with the customer care they guide me to the Samsung service centre they replaced the screen on 24 august again the same problem in the screen today I went to the Samsung service centre 4/10/21 they checked the mobile and said warranty will not be covered I bought the mobile RS 85000 again the same problem they sold the defective mobile to me this as caused me mental agony i could not able speak to anyone are call lot of business as been planned whats no could not take back up
              I want this mobile phone to be replaced

                I had ordered samsung galaxy watch4 lte on 20 sep 21 through samsung online shop and was promised delivery by 28th Sep 21 at my residential address. The full amount for the watch was also paid.

                    Please do not buy Samsung Color TV as they use inferior parts which get damaged within 3-5 years. For repairing a huge charges are asked by the company as the company service is not consumer friendly . It seems that Samsung do not use international quality products in Indian tv .

                      Iam working as headmaster at govt hss cottonhill TRIVANDRUM.I pirchased SAMSUNG GALAXY MOBILE A32. on 18/04/2021 worth Rs.21000/- After 4 days mobile functions has some complaints and informed to the store they mad some settings and returned .Now the phone is dead.and informed to the store they directed me that go to authorised service center and clear the mistake on 01/10/2021 . At service center they format the software and returned the same, after one day the phone is not working .Now the phone is not working . pls replace or RECTIFY the problem immediately with guarantee otherwise i will register a complaint against it

                        We had submitted a Samsung Galaxy Tab bought on 2017, with a complaint of charging issues. The service center person said that, if we open the tabled there is a possibility of display get defect and we have to change that too. For changing the charging connector and display she asked for 4, 000/- and I said the display is perfectly ok, why should I pay for that, she returned the tab and said we cannot provide service.
                        Now we had given outside and got it repaired in local shop, working perfectly.
                        Is the service center person un experienced?
                        Why your person lied that display also will get damaged if opened?
                        Is this what Samsung trains their employees to make more money?

                          Dear Sir/Madam 29.09.2021
                          I purchased a refrigerator (as per copy of make & capacity attached) in May 2016. It was showing some cooling issues from sunday i.e. 26.09.2021. I called the Samsung helpline no.[protected] on monday i.e. 27.09.2021 & a guy named Mr. Irshaad ([protected]) visited our residence and after checking declared that there is gas issue & suspected that one motor was also not working. He advised that some other person will visit for gas refilling & repair work and also advised to switch off the fridge for 24 hours for further diagnosis. On Tuesday 28.09.2021, we called the service centre for resolution of the complaint then an engineer ([protected]) from QDIGI Services limited Noida visited our place and after checking the fridge declared that motor is okay & there is gas & coil issue, (copy of job card attached) image of coils also attached. while enquiring from him it was revealed that the issues will be resolved after one week due to non availability of coil. I also talked to the team leader of service station-QDIGI Services limited Noida, Mr. Vijai Singh ([protected]) He also informed that it will take 5-6 days for procurement of coils & he can not help in the matter.
                          Above were the facts. My COMPLAINT IS AS UNDER-
                          1. At the initial stage why was the problem not detected?
                          2. Already 3 full days are completed and no early hope for redressal of the complaint
                          3. I can noy understand that procurement of coils in Delhi/NCR will take such a long time.(Then what will be the condition in other cities)
                          4. You can understand how difficult it is Living without a fridge in such hot weather or otherwise.
                          5. Such acts may dent the image & reputation of the company. Mind it.

                          Therefore I request you with all humility to kindly ensure its earliest resolution, say in 24 hours. I will be grateful to you.
                          Hoping for an earliest response & resolution.

                          Further to appraise you that nobody is responding from your service centre-QDIGI Services limited Noida, from yesterday till now a number of times ranged to them.It is the height of customer service. I think service centre name should be changed to TROUBLE CENTRE. I have tried to contact the following staff & their team leader QDIGI Services limited Noida as under, today a number of times but nobody bothers to even respond to the call.

                          and also to your office no.[protected] from where the call was received on 01.10.2021. Very sad state of affairs.

                            Dear Samsung Team

                            I Abhinav Mishra from Gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh India, one of the long time loyal customer of samsung mobile.I recently purchased a M31 mobile and M51 mobile from Amazon .

                            I am very sorry to say that, samsung is playing dirty game and foul practices with their loyal customers

                            My 02 mobile M31 mobile and M51 mobile stopped working in 10 days and 7 months respectively leaded to wastage of time and money as well as caused unneccesary pain, stress and irritation .

                            The samsung service people refused to repair m51 mobile in warranty period by showing moisture (might be due to sweat or humidity).

                            The M series mobile is having a lot of display related issue.

                            After this, i bought M31 which was deliverd on 13 sep 2021, also stopped in 10 days.Now will go to service cemter again. .

                            Not only these 02 mobile, one more mobile M31 which was owned by my relative also stopped within 1.5 years .

                            From now, i will not buy and recommend the 3rd grade samsung mobile .

                            I think samsung need to focus on the quality and need to rethink on the design and components used in these useless M series .

                                I'm also facing the same problem what most of the samsung customers facing. My samsung m31 mobile getting rebooted frequently. Where service center climes its due to mother board issue and says mobile was Water damaged but there is no sign of Water damage in ldi sticker.

                                And they are asking me to pay 12 thousands to change mother board, display and charging port.

                                Hello Kandhan, I have same issue with my Samsung M31 where it is freezing and restarting. This all started after software update provided by Samsung. Let's unite and file a consumer court case against Samsung.

                                  I have ordered refrigerator from samsung shop app on 22nd sept the fridge was delivered to me in defective condition. I raised a complaint on that same day then the company said that the defective part would be replaced but as i was worried about the condition i said i want complete replacement of the fridge then after 3 days they mailed me that they do not have any another peice so they will give me refund once they pick up my product. Then after fighting with the company for 6 days my fridge was picked up on 28th sept 2021 but still no any refund has been initiated from them and they are saying that i need to wait hut they are not sure when will i get the money. I want my money as soon as possible

                                    Hi we bought a new Samsung refrigerator 380 L and within 9 months it's stop working and many times there technicians come and fill the gas but it's still not working and now they are saying pcb and compressor is not working.what kind of this service is. They are saying they will change these. But we asked them to change the fridge and provide a new fridge as all the parts are not working.                                       Dear sir,

                                      I had bought the Samsung Galaxy M31 last year through Amazon. Almost after one year we got some problem in the phone and took it to Samsung Service center. Then we came to know that mother board is not working and asked to replace it. They said its chargeable as Warrenty period got over. We complaint about it on Samsung Facebook page and got the call from their call center and they asked to submit the phone again to service center. After that they replied that it was already opened outside before so we can't do anything, u will have to bear the cost. This was something I felt so bad as it was a new phone and we never took it outside for repair as if we wanted then we could have gone to samsung only as it was new phone and under warrenty .. it was a false statement made by them. I genuinely felt so bad on this incident and felt cheated. I have been using samsung phones from last 15 years but after this incident I genuinely lost the faith in samsung. I will surely share my experience with as many as people and as many as online platform and will aware the people on this. Never expected such kind of experience with highly recognised international company.
