I bought mobile on September 2021 I got lot of issues in mobile after 3 months I went to the shop and sales person told samsung mobile is like that you need to update then it will be okay then again mobile starts switch off automatically its showing erase of data then only you can log in once the mobile is switched off all the data will be erased then it will go to safe mode then only I can use mobile and I gave the mobile to mobile shop .the shop owner did not treated me well.I gave mobile on 9th July 2021 still I did not get mobile and the shop owner is saying go to samsung to repair the mobile. the shop keeper told I did not noticed your mobile.

    I Have Bought A Samsung Galaxy Z-Flip Phone In Nov 2020 And It's Display Had Been Damaged Without Any Incident In July 2021. The Phone Was In Warranty And The Service Center i.e. Mobile Link, 347 SOMWAR PETH SHRAM SAFALYA BUILDING Office 1, 2, 3, 4, 15 AUGUST CHOWK, Pune, Maharashtra 411011 Took My Phone For Changing The Display On Date 06/07/21. Today on 13/07/21 I Received a Call That My Device Has Been Repaired And When I Went To The Service Center To Collect The Phone, The Service Advisor told To Check The Phone. As I Checked The Phone, I Asked Her For The Bill of the Repair as i was told that It Will be Repaired Under Warranty. The Advisor Told Me That We Cannot Give You The Bill Of The Repair. Also She Told Me To Sign On The Sheet Of Paper Where It Was Written That My Phone Has Been Repaired For ₹0/- Whereas I Have Paid ₹10000/- On 6th Of July 2021 When I Had Submitted The Phone For Repair. She Had Called The Store Manager Nad He Told The Advisor To Tell Me That We Cannot Give You The Bill. I Request The Officials To Look Into This Matter At An Urge Cause My Phone Had One Time Screen Replacement Plus Under Company Warranty, And Without Any External Damage The Screen Was Broken. Still I Was Charged ₹10000/- As An Amount For Which The Company Amount For The Repair Is 0/- (According To The Receipt She Told Me To Sign)

      I have purchased Samsung refrigerator on 15/2/2015 and in June 2021 i was facing no cooling/ less cooling issue with my machine,

      I raised a complaint through samsung india customer care, and ask for tech visit
      After two days technicians came at my home and said that their is a issue with compressor and the same needs to be changed after that technicians changed the compressor which is covered in 10 year warranty, they charged me only for Gas amount

      2-3 days later i was facing the same issue again and i called samsung for support, they send senior tech and he said that their is a gas issue and he called someone to fix this

      And again after 2-3 days the issue is still same and this time technician came and said that my fridge is non repairable.
      There is some internal leakage in it

      I asked questions, that if there is some internal leakage before than why you changed compressor why you charged me extra amount for gas?

      He said that my fridge is under warranty so Samaung will call you and negotiate this with some amount or replace my refrigerator

      But days passed I didn’t received any call from samsung
      Then again i called samsung for support and this time customer care said is very bad tone that we cant do anything there is nothing such policy and technician lied to you

      And they disconnect my phone after giving me lame excuses.

      Can someone from Samaung take this issue as my fridge was working fine before the technician changed my compressor.

          My Samsung TV had a problem in February 21 and lodged complaint no FB21.216
          The authorized service centre CSC in Mumbai collected the TV for repair and came back with 2 repair options
          1. Option 1 - Change a minor component – with 6 months warranty
          2. Option 2 – Change the motherboard – with 1 yr warranty
          I selected option 1 and the mother board was replaced.
          The TV again developed a problem in Apr 21 & on April 13th I sent a message to the technician Sh Rohit to come and collect the TV.
          The technician informed that he was out of station. On calling the CSC support centre, I was informed that the service centre was also closed due to COVID.
          I have been calling since the last 10 days on the anticipation that the CSC has opened post Covid & the CSC now informs me that the warranty has expired as it was only for a period of 3 months. On checking the bill I find that the guarantee slot has not been filled.

            I bought S9+ in Feb 2020.
            Suddenly one week back The screen is all green lines without any damage, Confirmed by the Samsung service center on Jul 3rd, 2021.

            And, this issue is not only faced by me but also many s9, s9+ and s10, and other galaxy devices, You can find many such cases by just simply googling Samsung galaxy s9+ green screen issue(https://r2.community.samsung.com/t5/Galaxy-S/Samsung-s9-plus-green-screen-...
            And this issue is faced just after the warranty expires
            I think this is a strategy followed by Samsung to increase service center revenue.
            I hope this shouldn't be true if you help me.

            So, I was trying to contact the customer service supervisor for a free replacement(because the customer service executive assured me that if there is no physical damage we will do a free screen replacement).

            But after multiple callback requests also they are not calling back, Only because the fault is on your side.
            They are simply closing those requests without even contacting me,

            So, Now My only hope is you, sir
            Please help me and rectify Samsung service insider failures

              Bought Samsung S 20 FE 5g on 18th June from Samsung website. Mobile was not charging from day 1 properly. Bought fast charger from Samsung website & issue was not resolved. Called samsung number of times, did chatting & when it was beyond doubt that it is hardware issue went to service centre . They demanded Rs 1500 to check the phone though is was barely 15 days old. Bought a wireless charger meanwhile to manage. I made complaint again to samsung as per the hierarchy given in the web site, from service contact to head service to CEO. I demonstrated the issue to service center at Aundh Pune & reference number is [protected] dated 7th July. They acknowledged that there is some issue in charging port & they are waiting for spares. I received 2 calls from 2 different persons & at least 10 mails with different reference numbers since I started making complaint. I gave feedback on service too. Thee status today is:
              1) I have no idea when I will get my repaired phone. I should actually get replacement
              2) No response from service head, CEO
              What is appalling is response to the flagship product quality issue is so bad. I regret having bought the phone . I got carried away to have " Samsung world " in products across pad & watch. # # #samsunggalaxy

                  Through this epistle, I want to inform you, I buy a Samsung Refrigerator on[protected], which Rs 91, 999 and installed by the Samsung company employee as per the policy.

                  The product is working fine for 9 months till June & in the starting of july, we faced a problem of cooling is not properly working and our materials were effected due to this.

                  So, we called the customer care and request for the repair as soon as possible, but nobody will bothered.

                  We called the person who installed this refrigerator and requested for the repair and we are so much shocked, when he said very rudely to the ladies that:-
                  1-are you asking me before buy this Samsung refrigerator.
                  2-why I’ll listening your problem.
                  3- I have already busy with my work and don’t call me again.

                  This is the Samsung company employees, they don’t know how to talk with their customers and deal with.
                  Is this Samsung quality recruitment of employees who don’t know the etiquette to talk with ladies?

                  later we called again to the customer care and complaining about the same.
                  Then one of the engineer contacted us on call and listening our problem and promise to come same day, but failed to come and visited next day at 6 o’clock.

                  After checking all the things, he said compressor is not working and it will take 3-4 days to repaired and giving the excuse, they have lots of load given by the company, so we do not have time to repair so fast.
                  For your reference I shared one number who did call to us and making us fool that engineer is coming and resolve the problem but nobody will resolve till now.

                  Now 8 days passed nobody will come and repair our refrigerator, we called number of times to the customer care and complained the same.

                  This is called Samsung, as we trusted this brand for better products and best customer services, but this is pathetic.
                  They only selling their products for profit making without bothering after sales services.

                  Their engineers are also complaining about the company to their customers about services & not to buy the Samsung products.

                  Now in future I, my family & friends never buy any Samsung appliances, they are only making profit not giving any proper services like LG.

                  We are now file a case in the consumer court for selling the defected product and unethical practices.

                  Shame on you Samsung india!

                    Respected Sir, Myself Neelam Dudhwala, we had purchased Samsung french door SS Ref: RF60J9090SL, 693ltr refrigerator on 13th June 2021, from Reliance Digital India, Udhana, Surat, Gujarat, vide Tax invoice no. [protected], in that refrigerator there was a problem of non cooling and moisture in fridge, so we complained on Toll free no and video call. Technician visited and confirmed the same and Samsung Co. agreed to replace the same, Moreover, We got replacement on 27th of June but there were dent on leftside outer wall of fridge so we returned it back. Same day I called service centre and they told me that about 15 to 20 days Will take place in process completion. Today I called Samsung Service and they told that another 15 to 20 days will be taken in replacement. Now I want refund of my money at your earliest otherwise I will go to Consumers Form for the difficulties we are facing after purchasing refrigerator worth Rs 1, 18, 000/-.                           Hi Team,

                          I have purchased my Samsung Note 10 lite and while talking on the phone the screen display has gone. U have visited to the Samsung service center they just said that there is a impact damage without checking the phone and said it is out of warranty and it is chargeable. If this is so convenient to deceive the customer just by saying that there is a impact damage. Like if while talking on the phone also the damage happened then what is the phone is for? I am right now very not having any kind of trust on Samsung then. This is absolutely unacceptable. @samsung @sunil dutt please look high action on this kind of behaviour of the service center. The Debojyoti service center of Kolkata is just waste.

                          Samsung has claimed that there is some user misuse of the phone. What kind o[censored]ser misuse you have named it as? Taking calls is claimed as user misuse then definitely Samsung should seriously stop selling their mobile phones division. Deceiving customers is the only objective and mission left with Samsung India now. The defect was their in the model and the consequences have to be borne by the customers. What kind of company it is? I will put this up in social media also so that everyone will be aware before taking any mobile phone of Samsung now.

                          I need your help here. @ consumer forum should take action against Samsung India now.

                          It's high time now Samsung India should realise their mistake and repair the defect in the phone.

                            I purchase a Samsung Galaxy S21+ on 05/July/2021 from a Physical Samsung official store. At the time of purchase, They told me I will be able to redeem Galaxy Buds Pro offer after 72hrs of activating my phone. It has been now more than 5 days but I am not able to redeem the offer. Now customer care told me that July offer is not live yet.

                            I have 2 questions from Samsung India...

                            1. Why promise 72hours if you know offer is not even live yet?
                            2. It's already 10th July, When July offer will be live? In August or next year?

                              Hii Sir,
                              I've Sumsang M31 phone and there is problem in DISPLAY. I've submitted my phone to service center and they had said your phone will be repaired within a month. I've submitted to Baba sumsang service center (Add. Near Maharani bus stand, Gaya, Bihar).
                              Now it is more than one month passed, still they are asking for more 10 days for repairing.
                              I'm a class 12th student and I'm facing lots of problem in my studies due to lack of that phone. I request the Sumsang India to please resolve my problems.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I had purchase Samsung Galaxy M31 through Amazon on 28- Oct-2020, ( Don’t want to buy made in china phone ) problem started from March 20221 in phone @ intermediate automatically key pad start working with touch, attach video for your reference, for such problem company should replace phone immediately

                                Contacted customer support toll free number -2 -3 time, 2nd July 2021 also they done online support through Smart Tutor Application but problem not fixed

                                As suggested by toll free team 3rd July 2021 afternoon 1.00 PM visited Mulund West service centre RAJ TELSERVICES MUMBAI-400080

                                Service centre team check phone & informed me that problem is in Display & Display is not available in stock ( 2020 Model ) informed me to keep phone in service centre .

                                If part is not available in stock why service centre want to keep in service centre? I suggested them you can register complain & order display, will visit again ones display get available

                                Service centre team deny to register complain, without keep in hand set in service centre, we can’t order spares, no support will be provided.

                                What service team is going to achieve in keeping intermediate problem & spares not available, keeping hand set at service centre, my daily work will get held up, as headset is not completely down
                                If company do not have spares in stock, company should provide replacement phone immediately

                                Please suggest service centre details where all spares are available, repairs should done same day

                                  I had purchased a Samsung Refrigerator on 29/09/2015. Refrigerator has stopped working and I had put a complaint for the same. The technician visited my place and according to him the compressor is not working.
                                  And I cannot claim for a warranty for this because I do not have the barcode sticker behind my refrigerator. I do have the invoice of the Refrigerator.

                                  Since last 6 years the Refrigerator is cleaned regularly due to dust issues.
                                  And the sticker might have been faded or removed.

                                  I fail to understand how this voids my warranty and how should I be penalised for the same. If this sticker was so critical then it should have been embossed or some better pasting mechanism should have been used by Samsung.

                                  Note I do have the original bill of the same. Currently I am facing lots of issued as the Refrigerator is not working.

                                  I would appreciate if Samsung India looks into the matter and give a solution for the same and help me claim the warranty.
