Dear Company I purchased a samsung Galaxy M01 Core phone with emei number [protected]/01 and [protected]/01 In the starting time my phone has internet connecting issues that's y I contact with customer care and they upgrade my phone software. But after that some times my phone connect with internet maximum time it cannot perform with my expectations...I recomplaint to samsung customer care they changed my mother board too. But after changing my mother board they didn't take any of my feedback how phone works or any problem. Also I have a new trouble my phone is oftenly auto switch off their self and auto on. I have no manual command on it during switch off situation...Phone is go still hang. I need to chat with samsung executive for changing my phone I also tried to customer service center but they refused. Without working condition why the customer will survive with this phone.

      I have purchased Samsung Galaxy A71 on 18th June 2021. On 30th June 2021 the handset was totally switch off. I contact nearest Samsung Service Centre, Vedant Services. The taken my handset and all its accessories in their custody. 2 days after the called and told me that motherboard is damaged due to water contact. It's was absolutely wrong and very doubtful about Service Center's wrong activity. At the time of complaint, every customer were facing the same problem.

      I am your regular customer and faith with Samsung. I did not any proof still and not got proper treatment from Service Centre .I am requesting you to give replacement of my handset within 7 days . Otherwise I have launch Police Complaint against Service Centre.

            I bought Samsung S21 Ultra on Jan and the Phone's display stopped working on June.

                  Hello there,

                  I am Prakash Chandra Joshi and I reside in khatima, U.S.Nagar, Uttarakhand.15 days before I faced an issue with my mobile screen which turned half black suddenly.I brought it to the service center in Khatima (262308) but even without physically checking, the employee there told me that the defect is not in warranty.Although the device does not have any crack or any other defects from outside and it seems some internal problem with the device but still I am not provided with the help.I purchased my Samsung F41 on 21 Jan, 2021 and it is still on warranty.I am totally dissatisfied with the services provided by Samsung sevice center Khatima.It is not the first time they are denying the service.It happened with me before also.

                  I have attached the photo of my device below and it is clearly visible that it has some internal issue.I have also attached the bill of mobile.

                  Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

                        I, Satish Eknath Khot, having Mobile No. [protected] had purchased a Samsung galaxy F 41 mobile directly from Samsung Store on 24th October, 2020 delivered by Bluedart Courier Services to me after some 2-3 days. Yesterday all of a sudden some red and purple colours have spread on Display and the spread is increasing. I personally contacted the Authorized Samsung Service Centre at SPECTRUM SERVICES at Dharampeth Tower, 1st floor, Dharampeth, Nagpur-440 010 today in the morning but the Service Centre attendant/technician told me that the problem of DISPLAY dies not cover under WARRANTY and hence I have to pay for it. The technician told me that estimated expenses will be around Rs. 4, 700/- even though my mobile is under warranty i.e. purchased on 24th October, 2020. Even the technician demanded Rs. 177/- towards Estimate Report which I did not take. Kindly arrange to repair my mobile through the Samsung Service Centre at the earliest.

                            I had given my phone to service center as my phone was having restart problem from starting, they updated the software but problem remains same. After that again I had given my phone to service center for same problem as well as USB connecting problem, they changed the USB slot and motherboard and given my phone back after 13 days. Now again I have given my phone at service center for USB connecting problem as well as many other problems as its touch doesn't work sometimes, while using any app its come back to home page itself. Till now I even unable to use my phone properly and wasting time at service center.

                                  Am really very very disappointed with Samsung service support. My Samsung service request no is [protected]. My Samsung digital investor fridge stopped cooling due to compresser. The engineer had a visual inspection and suggested to replace the compressor. He told that it will take 2 days to get the part and installed. Its been 7 days Plus now, the engineer told me that the compressor is 5 year warranty but in digital investor the compressor warranty is 10 year written in fridge. If the problem is not solve then I will be go through the consumer court. I dont have service center contact number and the Samsung Service Support always says that it will be done today. Samsung brand value has been degraded due to its poor service support. I am never going to buy any Samsung product henceforward.

                                    I am Aditya Inchalmath I am using Samsung Galaxy S20 since 6 to 7 month. I visited more than 6 times to Samsung Service Center. And I got proper service but I am not happy with Samsung Galaxy S20. Kindly replace or refund me.
                                    I am facing lots of problems like
                                    1) Warning comes your phone's temperature is too high to use.
                                    2) If I call for 5 minutes it's get heat up and I am not able to use.
                                    3) And battery drains quickly.
                                    4) If I play any games or videos it's get heat and warning comes like your phone's temperature is too high to use.
                                    I have used all top hand mobile devices like
                                    S2, S4, S8, S10 and S10+, Note 8 and Note 10
                                    But I am facing this issue first time kindly replace my device.
                                    I hope you will take proper action

                                      Delay in repair of my phone

                                      I am writing this to complain to you about the poor service facility by your Samsung service center .I purchased Samsung A51 in Nov 2020.
