There has been an issue in the device above mentioned since this very evening . The TV continuously turns on and off by itself and the get power off light on the led is constantly glowing red whist it should be off whrn the tv is on .

    I have facing issues in my samsung A21 since last 3 months ago i have also done 8 times repairing in samsung service centre but still they doesn’t resolve the issues of my phone i ask them to give replacement but they not agree my phone is in under warranty

      Dear Team,
      I am exceedingly frustrated with my mobile handset Samsung M30. Volume is very low and an annoying silent notification usb connector disconnect which results in battery drain too fast. I have charge 3 times daily and that too everytime I need to restart my mobile for charging. This issue exists for myriads of customers and seems there is no root cause given for this issue by samsung. Being a samsung customer (that includes home appliances) for almost 15 years, I am frustrated to the core not only for this mobile handset I had Note 2, Note 3 and Note 5 prior to this handset and none of them lasts more than 12 months.
      I don't know what I can expect from Samsung, do I need to look for different company to buy one in future ? I don't know.
      But would like to know the reason for this issue if not solved.

        I bought an AC from Divya electronics, Nadaun of brand Samsung on July 7, 2021. However after a week of installing it stopped cooling as it was faulty and refrigerant gas leaked out.
        It was a manufacturing defect so I raised a complaint and asked for replacement. Engineers visited 3 times to resolve the problem but they were unable to repair it.
        They want to give me store coupon for it for which I refused. I asked for refund and they told me to wait a week for that. It's been over a month.
        Store people are not responding and customer care always says that request is in process.
        I paid Rs.41750 for an expensive fan.
        Kindly escalate this complain

              Hi I purchased an Samsung z fold2 some months ago, now I had an issues with the main display and I I approached service Center in Chennai which is available for premium phone, but the response from them was zero concern about this although my phone is on warranty they demanding cash for it and behaving very rude saying this only can be done. U go complain any where you want.

                Am forwarding below correspondences with very broken heart for your kind attention and urge rectifying the problems with expert technician from your service unit once for all. The repair done by Mr. Surajit Mondal(M.No:[protected]) again ends in vain from last Monday, 17/08/21 and the moment AC is switched on the MCB switched off. This episode is running since 20th July 2021 and today is 19th August 2021. I donot understand what is going on though you collect full charges with [protected]@18% on 20 days back(Bill is attached in .pdf). I am a senior citizen over 72 years. I am getting harassed in every sphere of life when I try to contact your third party contractor M/S Cool Point. They are avoiding making calls neither attending in time or finding & rectifying the problem once for all. I fill sad and guilty to call almost every day to your third party for their behavior as if they are doing a great Favour to me for which I paid Rs.3088. Unfortunately, you can see that I had rated higher score to your Technician Subhajit Sapui for his work at first though he never even talk politely with me.

                However, leave apart everything and let me know straight whether you put your attention immediately and set the instrument in right line for using once for all. It is very difficult for me to spent months for mere making trials and experiments, keeping gun on my shoulder digesting full cost of repair 20 days back. I would like to have your reply immediately and if required, involve your higher management for immediate solution.

                ultimately after hard conversation with your Service Agent M/s Cool Point, Baguiati, Kolkata the unit was repaired
                on 29th July 2021 without Gas Charges. Every time I have been told that "we have to give Requisition and afer Supply we shall fill Gas ( same thing was happened for spares also) . In this way 4 days was passed and I have also paid FULL AMOUNT ON LINE before Bill raised. After raising Digital Bill two days letter the Service Floor Manager
                Mr. Gouranga(M.No.[protected]) rated by himself on telephone 📞 asking me and put 7 point to the Service Technician Mr. Subhajit Sapui and closed the chapter who has never checked the technical aspect of the AC whether colling or smooth running. My wife asked him to service the AC and he refused having excused that it's clean though you have charged me Service charges in full + GST. From 29/07/21 to 05/08/21 there was heavy rain and flood in Bengal and I also didn't require AC for so cool atmosphere.

                On 6th night when I switch on the AC I found there was no cooling effect. on 7th Morning I phoned up Mr. Gouranga (Even what's app) and asked for his interfere. He didn't attend on 7th. He attended on 8th Aug'21. and detected the mal functioning of the compressor capacitor which was replaced, charged and paid by me. I even do not know whether the Gas charged or not (since capacitor not functioning) though I paid for full gas charged.
                I asked Mr. Gouranga that whether it requires for report to customer care. He told me not required (I have preserved all What's app correspondence).

                Till date(12/08/21) the AC is not repaired. from date of complaint 23 have passed. I had paid my full dues Rs.3088 even 14 days back. Seems no value of accommodation and money. Look I do not know your system of acquiring Spares, deploying your Service Technicians, Detecting the problems etc. I understand the work completion in time and payment in time. Whether the spares are available in stores or it's need give requisition that's your baby.

                I require your interfere for this issue and expect the repair must done by tomorrow 12-30 pm. after repair I require full report in writing of Gas Filling, AC running etc and then I shall think for closing the chapter.

                Please let me know immediately what action you have taken in mail since my money has got value.

                      I have purchased Samsung 6.5 kg Fully-Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine (WA65A4002VS/TL, Imperial Silver, Diamond Drum) on 24 Jun 2021. After 1 week installation was done by a service engineer. After 40 day use, the washing machine is not working. I have spoken with Samsung customer care and they registered a service ticket [protected]. Service engineer came on 06 Aug 2021 and said that there was fault/failure of PCB that should be replaced.

                      Next day I got a call from G Techno Services - Samsung Service Center Hyderabad, Telangana, I got a call from Swathi and communicated that They have placed an order for a new PCB and the issue should be fixed by 11 Aug 2021. When I made a follow-up call on 11 Aug 2021 they told me that there is a delay in shipping items and should be fixed on 15 Aug 2021. When I made the call on 16 Aug 2021 their communicated issue will be fixed on 18 Aug 2021. When I called today i.e 17 Aug 2021 they didn't have an update when PCB will arrive. In my life I have never had such careless and irresponsible persons. If there is any delay that should be intimated to the end user by Service center instead the end user has to make multiple calls to service center. Even if we called, they didn't attend calls.

                      I feel roadside mechanics/technicians are better than technicians who work for Samsung, Those are the standards maintained by Samsung. You guys should be ashamed. No one is in a position to provide accurate and right information including Samsung customer care people.


                      Below are contact details. I spoke multiple times with G Techno Services - Samsung Service Center Hyderabad, Telangana persons, Every time they have false and incorrect information.

                      I want my washing machine to be replaced with a new Product, It's been almost 15 day I could see 0% progress in fixing issues. Samsung claims to be one of the biggest markets in the world, but I could see inefficient/untrained service engineers.

                            1) Hang - shut down & automatic restart always after every 5
                            to 10 minutes during operation while inserted Simcard & SD
                            card.
                            2) Restart problem. (not restart)
                            3) Heating & Small Noise Problem sometimes.

                              I have purchased Samsung mobile one month back. Now it is not working properly. The mobile hangs a lot. My software has been updated as your customer service representative urged me to, but the problem persists. Now I am very much fed up with this.

                                Dear sir/madam,
                                I had purchased samsung washing machine model number wm80j42g0bx
                                8 kg from electronic paradise Rohini on 14.08.2021. on the same day, demo employee came but machine was not switching on. on the next day, product was replaced with new product with the same model. on Monday 16.08.21, demo employee once again came in afternoon and demo completed and machine is also on but not working. in the same day evening, engineer came from samsung but due to machine is not working properly.
                                due to above, I am suffering a lot and wasted my valuable time as well as valuable money.
                                kindly get the money refunded with interest and do strict action against the erring company.

                                  I purchased Samsung F41 device through Flipkart on 20th October, 2020 which is under 1 year guarantee period till date. My device screen without any physical damage gone blank so therefore I went to samsung customer service, bhajanpura (yamuna vihar), delhi-110053 and request the incharge person for resolve the issue then they firstly told that I would repair it but after that they told we'll not change the screen or solve the concern issue because it's not physical defective device.

                                  Now, I want to request you to look this matter very sincerely because my device in 1 year guarantee period and my daughter's study getting effected due to this concern.

                                      I bought a Samsung led tv ( model UA43M5100DRLXL) on 2nd Jan, 2020. I was told at that time that the warranty is for 2 years. From July 1st week, the TV was not working and after consulting with a Samsung engineer, I came to know that the display panel needed to be replaced. They are saying the product is out of warranty and I need to pay for it( approx. 18k).

                                      I was told about the 2 years warranty at the time of purchase. And now I am not getting a 2 years warranty for display also.

                                      I am not ready to pay to repair it. This type of damage is not acceptable from this well known brand after 1 year.

                                      I called customer care multiple times and sent mail also. The only response which I got is to wait for sometime. More than one month later, still no one from Samsung has resolved my concern. I want the repair to be done as soon as possible and I can't pay for it.

                                      This issue had already escalated to Samsung https://www.consumercomplaints.in/samsung-india-b100069 customer care and executive team and nothing happened finally.

                                      Each and every day, I was told that my supervisor will call me and resolve my issue. But only thing they did, they have created multiple tickets.
                                      The bill receipt and some reply mail from Samsung is attached.

                                      This is not at all acceptable from this brand, I think I made a mistake in buying a TV from Samsung, which is not working after 1 year of Purchase.

                                        Hi Samsung,

                                        A year back, I bought a Samsung S20 plus phone (SM-G985FZADINU) which was meant to be a water resistant phone (with similar features like iphone 11).

                                        So, I also tried underwater pictures but then suddenly it stopped working (it was not even 2 meters belong the water. But then iphone was working fine.

                                        I need a justification for this - we purchase phone spending so much money - is to get cheated? I need your help on this Samsung India.
