GST Invoice Issue

Have recently purchased a crystal 4k TV from the Samsung Shop mobile app order #[protected]. This was a company purchase with a GST invoice being requested for. We provided the company name, gstin and propreitor details at the time of placing the order.

When we received the invoice from Savex it did not have the company name we provided instead was created under the first and last name which cannot be submitted for any gst...

I have purchased Samsung Galaxy M31 on 20/09/2020 from Amazon after I used 8 months now I noticed sudden patches on display and it's covered all and I can't able to use my phone. I went to my nearest Samsung service center Kattappana, Idukki, Kerala state and they told me it's not cover under warranty but it's look manufacturing defect because there is no scratches or cracks in display this issue happened from inside of the display .I spoke to Samsung escalation team but no use
I buy this phone from Amazon and spend 17500 and it's not right again I need to spend 5k to 6k for display when the issue not happened from my side. As per the Samsung policy device have 1 year manufacturing warranty and they didn't mention like display warranty not included.

When I spoke to Samsung service team they told me to arrange a call with supervisor and after 4 days as well no response from anyone .
I never faced this kind of bad service from any other company.
The phone is not a one day used product if company selling they should responsible for the service . now I can't able to use and I need to run around with Samsung service centre, customer care and support team every day .

    Purchased on 28March 21-there is leakage of liquid on the right hand side of the screen is increasing day by day but no damage on the screen.

    This has started suddenly with small blue patch on the middle of the right side screen corner.

        Hi sir/madam,
        I have purchased last month samsung invertor ac in sathya show room chennai porur. An installation they can send junior engineers to fix ac. They are installed not properly. They are fixed ac after 20 mins water leackage has been occured. Then again they fixed problem. After one month usage ac cooling not effective and produce noice also loud.. I had complaint to book 1st free service via customer care they are taken booking only.. They are not giving a service engineer number. They are simply telling engineers will be calling you. Yesterday one technician come to service. but, He is dont know the service worst reply to me. Harsh behaviour. He is telling " go to purchased show room, am not the responsible person". Sathya showroom also not responding properly. Please take necessary action.

          Firstly, I would like to thank you guys for making life easier by providing service.
          Recently I have purchased a Samsung M31 Mobile from a nearby store, and the bill is attached in the mail (Pic - 1). First 4 days the mobile was working fine. On the 5th day, the mobile camera and mobile process become very slow. Camera Issue - while capturing images getting blurred, it cannot auto focus.I informed the shop owner from where I bought this mobile.
          His reply was :- This is not my issue, it's a mobile problem. Go to the service center and ask for repair. After several discussions with shopee i had no choice but to go to the service center. Service Center :- when I visited the service center of Samsung located in SAI-CHOWK Pimpri, they told me that mobile cannot be replaced, it's because this product is an online product so they cannot replace this Mobile phone. He said he will repair this mobile, but a new product has an issue so i demand for the replacement. (PIC 2 - slip given from Samsung Care center Pimpri).
          Note :- 1) This non-documents slip, I'm going to raise a complaint against service providers samsung pimpri, in consumer complaints court. 2) If you do not replace the online product, then why do you sell your products online.3) I request you to replace my product.

            I'm Abhishek, and I bought this AC from Samsung app under order ID [protected]. This AC was advertised as having Auto-Clean and Good Sleep feature. When the product got delivered to me and was unboxed, I discovered that these features are not available in this AC, and called up customer care. They told me to wait till product installation, and feature is available and will be explained by technician. The technician post installation denied that he is not aware of product features. I escalated this issue to Samsung product expert team, and they told me that this particular model doesn't have these features. Its been more than 15 days and I have been following up with Samsung, but no response yet on what are they doing to resolve this concern. Samsung's product support is by far the worst I have ever experienced.
            I feel cheated for buying a product from a company who can tell lies on product specification page just to sell their product.

            I am expecting Samsung to own up to their mistake and compensate me by offering the product which should actually have all these features in actual.

              I bought Samsung A21 mobile phone. After 4 month, speaker was not properly working. I showed the phone in a service centre in Lalpur, Ranchi. They said that they will update the software. They took 3 days just to update the software. After that call, message and internet function was not at all working. I want my mobile in working condition or a new mobile.

                I bought New samsung M31 mobile phone on June 12, 2020.And on May 25 2021, the phone was getting switch off automatically, i visited the samsung shop from where i purchased the phone their technician told me it might be software problem then after 2 hours of waiting he told me my phone battery is damaged .He told me to visit the samung service centre because my phone was in under warranty. Then from the service centre, firstly they told me that my phone display is damaged it should be replaced they took almost 1 month and now they are telling me that motherboard is damaged and i am still waiting for my handset 2 months passed. And also my exams are approaching. I request you to please give my phone as soon as possible .

                  I have raised a request for return and exchange policy, as my A7 tab which I purchased had a defect, I immediately complained with pic of opening the parcel and a defect in product, without wasting time, as it was for online classes, school purpose, but sadly the service and your return policy is a pain, and taking hell lot of time, I want a higher authority whom I can complain, or I should go to consumer court, response immediately.
                  I have purchased it from my corporate website, trusting Samsung, which is giving us a lot of problem, I can't spend half of my day, every day calling your service center, they are not providing DOA certificate, this is my QNA NUMBER : [protected]. I NEED AN IMMEDIATE RESOLUTION FOR THIS.

                  Thanks for the concern, but your concern is not helping us, firstly the service center has not given us DOA, and now he has closed the job sheet, not even a single senior associate has contacted me neither the problem is solved,
                  I want Samsung team to know, customer care and service center are not for customers help, they are only delaying the issue transferring the calls to one another, the product is with me and I want your technical team or concerned person can come in person and check the device and approve it for exchange, or cancel my order and refund my amount.
                  In this pandemic time online purchase should be a boon, but it’s a pain… very bad experience of buying a Samsung product online..
                  Hope you can resolve this….

                      I have purchased led tv 32TE40Ffrom Flipkart. The description says that the tv table top stand is not provided in the box and will be provided at the time of installation. But the engineer says that I have to pay an extra amount for the table stop stand.

                          I bought Smasung Galaxy M31s on 21.01.2021 through Amazon. On 28.06.2021 night, there was a small purple patch that appeared on the screen. The next day morning I took the mobile phone to Samsung authorized service centre in Avarampalayam Road, Coimbatore. I was given appointment token for today afternoon (30.06.2021 &1.00 pm to 2.00 pm).
                          On meeting the service person I told about the issue and the the service person told that the touch screen is working good and there is leakage of liquid in display and that is the cause for the purple patch. I requested for change of display to be covered under warranty. The service person informed me that only if the touch screen and display does not work then it can be covered under warranty. I was confused and asked for a authorized manual or SOP based on which I was told warranty does not cover this damage. The service person told that there is no such manual or SOP available and anywhere electronic products will be seen and assessed. I asked them how they rule out chances of manufacturing defect, the service person told that such defects will happen within 10 to 15 days o[censored]sage of device. I asked if there is any document having such statement and NO was the answer. Any of the response was not agreeable or convincing. I told I want to discuss some superior with whom should contact to raise my grievance. The service person told that they will log in my issues and collected my name and phone no and gave a form and asked me to sign so that they log in the issue to customer care. I found the form to be Acknowledgement of Service Request and I told that I am not submitting my phone for service before my doubts are cleared. I was again told to sign the form. I collected the form and wrote that I am not satisfied and not submitting the phone for service and signed both the office copy and customer copy. They thought and treated me like an illiterate. I asked how much it would cost if i have to pay to change the screen and display. The service person in the next counter intervened and rudely told that it will take two days to give an estimate and they cannot tell now. I asked that a service centre should know how much should it cost to replace for which they told that it will cost Rs.6000. When I was about to leave the service person told that i cannot carry the customer copy as I have not given the phone for service. I asked them why did they get it signed telling it is for logging in the issue with customer care and I have made myself that i am not submitting my phone for service which I have written and signed. The person apologized and requested to handover the original and gave me a photocopy of the form.
                          The phone was handled with utmost care and there is no scratch or any defect that has arised from usage.
                          The phone is in full warranty cover for one year. Only 5 months has passed.
                          Though there are so many alternative brands that sell better specification phones at lower cost, we middle cost people cannot buy often and it is like an investment for couple of years. So we trust brand like Samsung, hoping that the product will be good and there will be integrity in after sales service. But our trust and faith with Samsung is shattered. An authorized service center does not have any approved document to substantiate their claim and treats a customer like illiterate. I was made to wait wait and wait when the service person was discussing with her colleagues on how to tackle me.
                          I strongly believe that product sold to me was defective and the service centre is trying to blame the customer without showing any proof.
                          I need an replacement for my phone and I need the manual based on which the warranty cover for my issue was denied.

                            I purchase a Samsung refrigerator model RT34T46324R on Feb 27th 2021 and total cost was Rs 33, 100. As the dealer insisted that i go for a no cost EMI option using ICICI credit card to get a cash back of 10%, i went for that. Dealer also confirmed that that there will be interest charged by the merchant (In this case, Samsung India) but entire interest charged will be returned as cashback anytime between 3 days to 3 months....

                            Hello. Samsung phones have always been reliable when it comes to budget Android smartphones. With that credence, I had purchased Samsung M30s on the 29th of September, 2019 from Amazon. Recently, after the Android 11 and OneUI 3.1 software update, there have been a lot of issues with the phone.
                            First thing, just seconds or a couple of minutes after connecting to WiFi / Data, the phone switches off automatically. If you don't turn on the WiFi and data, the phone starts rebooting just when you open an application. While rebooting, the phone gets stuck at the Samsung Logo, and never starts. Many tutorials online suggested a factory reset.
                            But, android's recovery mode itself failed to start, even after holding the volume up button and the power button as directed by Samsung's technician.
                            The technicians at the service center told us that the issue is with the motherboard, and will cost 7-9K inr since the warranty has expired. To my surprise, I came across the issue just after a couple of weeks/ months after the warranty expired.
                            Having purchased the phone of a reputed brand, like Samsung, for Rs. 14029, I expected the phone to function reliably for at least a couple of years. However, to my disappointment, I am forced to shelve out money to get this repaired or buy a new device. I would like Samsung to refund.

                              Hello

                              I have the charging issue for my samsung M51 that is under warranty period.i have visited customer service center nearly 5 times. Everyone they will say there is no spare part to repair and come back in 7 or 10 days. They made me to visit their service 5 times within last couple of months.

                              When I asked to take order or give me acknowledgement that spare part is not available they denied everytime. They even don't provide job sheet details

                              Today I called customer support and next level of escalation. They said that service center should register my complaint and provide job sheet even though spare part is not available. They should order the part and fix the issue within 3 days

                              But when I visited the service center, it's again the same old story they will repeat

                              No responsibility or commitment towards their job .just bluffing the educated people also

                                Hi, I am Vignesh from Chennai, kindly note I have bought a Samsung refrigerator in the year 2017 and it was running well for 3 years after that it started to give trouble and we informed the customer care and the technician arrived and informed us that the board need to be changed and we have also changed it twice or thrice within 1 year with around big cost and recently again refrigerator is not working and we have called customer care for service complaint in the month of April'2021 and due to lockdown service person came in the first week of may month and the technician checked the refrigerator and told that board need to be verified from the end so he took the board and after 1 week another new technician came he just fitted the board again and said no problem in board and we need check the compressor whether any issue in it or not so we will come back in couple of days and after another two weeks another new technician came and he checked and told there is wire disconnection in it so we need to raise a ticket to the samsung company whether we can solve it or not so we waited for 15 days and again we called the customer care and told its been more than 2 months and there is solution from your end and they responded just like that we cant resolve the issue so you need to buy a new refrigerator and disconnected the call. So I kindly request you to provide a solution for this issue.

                                The issue is not resolved..The technician informed us that we can't resolve the issue so he suggested us better you sell the refrigerator and buy the new one.
                                we bought this fridge only 4 years ago and we got so much trouble in the fridge after 1 year later, so your Samsung company is providing defective product to the customers right, this is totally disgusting and irritating us. i need a clear solution for this issue.

                                  I bought samsung A51 1 year ago bt after 1 year my warranty expires and few days after that my ph just hanged up and restart again and again i visit the samsumg care centre in dsuya they said may be its because of software we can update it bt after that my phone doesn't start work properly same problem again nd again i don't know why because i didn't drop my phone anywhere and not missuse it still i m facing soo many problems some said there is problem in your mobiles motherboard some said its Ram issue . I m vry frustrated nd i vry disappointed by this

                                    Hi team,
                                    I have ordered TE40A model Smart HD tv in Samsung shop application on 26th june. I have received the Prouduct today and samsung engineer came for installation. while installing engineer noticed that there was deffect in display. Grey patches moving on the panel and many ants are inside moving in all over the screen it's clearly visible there was an issue. Service engineer removed the TV and kept back he suggested there was a issue so request for the replacement.
