And send india now suddenly stop screen only voice come but not seen if i touch put in sceen so seen channel name
So many time complaint but not proper answer
Samsung technician come sand take all spare part monay and repainng charges less then 6 month and no free service and repaing
I thing my mistake i buy Samsung brand
I trust Samsung brand but result now very poor

    I bought the s21 ultra 2 days back. The network is getting disconnected every 5 minutes especially while playing games. I have checked my wifi and other devices and its fine. The problem is in s21 ultra. I have done necessary steps like network reset, updated apps, restart phone etc still the status is same.

    Also, my buds pro and smart tag benefits are not activated.

      I bought phone from Tmobile. My phone brought was never told still under warranty. Told just to go get fixed. When called samsung was told it was under warranty. I can not be reimbursed because I did not call them and go to there place. They should not sell to t mobile since they don't help. Plus the warranty stinks. I did not know I had one or needed to call about how get it fixed. Now I am out 75.00 and samsung won't reimburse. I will never get another samsung phone or recommend to anyone.

        On 27th July'2021, I bought a Samsung Galaxy TAB A7(LTE) from your Samsung shop app and received it on 29th July'21 at 1800 hours.
        I have discovered that the Simcard tray is faulty and is not coming out and highlighted the concern there then to you over email and First thing in the morning I visited your Samsung authorized service center in Narela, Mangla Agencies and they also agreed that the device is faulty.

        The consumer right act/Sales of Good act makes it implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose

        As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the REFUND and I would request you to confirm that on priority and let me know when you will be arranging for the TAB to be collected.

          I got my phone repaired through a Samsung service center in thane, and also gave Rs 200 for pickup and drop and the bill was 1300. My issue was solved but met with 2 other outer problems on my device. I called the service center to send a person to pickup my phone and get it repaired and also had a talk with him that this time I won't pay a single penny for the pickup and drop. I contacted the service center almost every 2 days regarding when will the pick up would be done and he kept saying by the next morning, then in the morning he excuses that we don't have staff now so I will get it done by evening and in evening he excuses that it's raining heavily so will get it done the next day. After 10-13 days finally they sent me a guy's number to contact and ask him to pick up your phone. I shared him my address and he arrives around 8:30 pm to collect my phone, and he asked about payment for the pickup facility to which I replied that I am not gonna pay a single penny for it as discussed earlier with service center, and the guy started arguing saying that I don't know about the payment talks and was misbehaving. I am specifically mentioning his name here, Kesar from Samsung service center, sharad kunj, shop no. 2 behind hdfc bank, because he was very arrogant and kept arguing. Now I contacted the service center and said that I will drop my phone myself because the pickup person wasn't even ready to give any acknowledgement that he has taken my phone for repairing. How can I trust him then? Please take some strict action in this matter.

            Hi Team,

            This case is still unresolved.

            Token Id -- W0010 and reference number [protected].

            Today(26th July) I have received call from Samsung Center, He is denied to cover faulty screen in warranty and saying that there is physical damage on phone but as per me there is no physical damage, no liquid damage neither impact damage. Also let you know that Phone screen was recently changed by Samsung service center (sector 23A) I am suspecting quality of replaced part (Screen) or packaging of phone screen.

            Today (26th) i asked him to compare phone pics from old to new (when screen was damaged, Changed by Samsung service center and cost was paid by me because screen was damaged) so, my concern is it might be there was previous spot/marks.

            Please look into that.

            I had visited Samsung service center on 16th July (Token:- W0010) because of my Samsung Phone (F41) screen issue that is black spot which is increasing day by day initially it is 30% and now 85%. As per Samsung executive (Gurgaon, Sector 23) and engineer this is not covered in warranty. I asked her why this is not covered in warranty then she told me that this issue is due to hard press on screen and it will considered as physical liquid damage however there is no dent on phone. Also she told me that there is liquid at present at charging point (Light green liquid).

            I replied her that my Samsung phone is neither dropped anywhere nor gone in water. Also updated her that recently in April phone's screen is changed at same Samsung service center due to physical damage by me and cost was bearded by me only rest all parts are not impacted. It might be possible that phone is not packed properly so this issue occurs or may be screen quality issue.

            They are not agreed for my point so i called Samsung customer care on toll free no[protected] and explained all things he suggested me to raise Q&A from service center Gurgaon Sector 23 and same has been updated to Samsung executive and technician. As per TAT this should be closed in 24 to 48 Hrs. but no one called me for update till date. So, I called multiple times on Samsung customer care toll free no. he again told me that you will receive update within 24 Hrs. but till the time no luck. So i am writing mail today.

            I have really faced bad experience with suggested issue and feel cheated. Intestinally they don't want to cover Samsung screen issue in warranty so, they are wasting my time rather that investigation.

            Requesting you to please treat this case on priority and resolve ASAP

            19th July 21 - Two Times for update but no luck

              I am constrained to mention that notifying the customer support has been going on since 07 Aug 2021. However, till date the complaint has not been resolved. We are senior citizens and have been without a functioning washing machine for the last 30 days due to non receptiveness of Samsung.

                Samsung Galaxy M31 phone got complaint within one and half year. Suddenly one morning it is not getting switched on. I brought it for 19000 INR . it got motherboard complaint. As a common working people 19000 rupees phone is worth for atleast 3 years. But it is not last for 1 year. We people trust on a prominent company for.its product. But Samsung just spoiling this trust by giving bad products. Don't make the common people trouble by giving bad products. I am so sad about my experience with Samsung.

                  Bought S21plus from offline store on 19th July. Using it daily with Sim. Today is 2nd August and still not able to redeem offer.

                  Samsung customer care says delete samsung shop app and remove and reinsert Sim and use only on mobile data for 72 hours. I have already done that. Now today on enquiring I get the same reply.

                  There should be an easier process for redeeming the offer. Many people facing this problem will just give up especially in the current conditions.

                    Samsung Galaxy A51 phone got complaint within one year. Suddenly one morning it is not getting switched on. I brought it for 25000 INR on July 11 2020. Just after 15 days of my warranty period it got motherboard complaint. As a common working people 25000 rupees phone is worth for atleast 3 years. But it is not last for 1 year. We people trust on a prominent company for.its product. But Samsung just spoiling this trust by giving bad products. Don't make the common people trouble by giving bad products. I am so sad about my experience with Samsung.

                        I bought the phone yesterday (30.07.2021) from Reliance digital, central Mall GS road guwahati. There was problem of overheating. I went to the reliance store for overheating problem, the salesman told me to update the software. I did software update in the evening and then the phone was automatically turned off. Now the phone cannot be turned on. I bought the phone yesterday and today its not turning on, its a helpless situation. Now what can i expect from the company. I am a doctor busy in COVID duty, I dont have time to run after my phone's issue. I want a complete replacement of the phone.

                          I bought a refrigerator from Samsung a while ago. It doesn’t work in the summer with it always releasing water. I contacted Samsung last year for the same and they sent unqualified engineers who were unable to fix it and also told me that my particular model was a problematic model. Then winter came on. This summer again I’m facing the same problem and Samsung sent an unqualified engineer who visited once and was unable to resolve my complaint. Samsung has since then not taken further action to resolve my complaint. This forum is my last option

                            I bought M30S model mobile last year may 2020. The day before yesterday mobile suddenly switched off. Then gave to samung service centre at cuddalore TamilNadu. They told board failure.board cost of replacement ₹. 8500.
                            Within 13months only i bought this mobile.
                            This is standard for this mobile. My family all are using samsung only.
                            We are highly disappointment for this issue. Kindly consider and replaced the board.

                                Our refrigerator suddenly broke down not even 3 months have passed...upon complaining got to know that the whole back panel needs to be replaced and the guy very casually said it will take 2 days minimum to get the part!! They have not tried to fasten the process or think of a replacement to satisfy the customer.
                                I have got the message saying the part has been received but the service guy said he hasn't received so he will not come.
                                What kind of service is being given to us esp when its a manufacturer defect and under warranty... shouldn't you guys Fastrack somethings and help the customer...how alr we supposed to manage 3 days without a refrigerator

                                  I bought samsung A31 last year with insurance of 1 year. my screen brock n i got it replaced last month 17th june 2021.
                                  now from then even i am facing issues with mobile like getiing screen black n hang on.I managed it with restarting n all as due to kids I was not able to go at service center n online class and exams are running for my big kid.
                                  not its completely dead and when i went to service center they told me there is no warranty on screen replaced 1 month before from service center...great...isn't it cheating ?

                                    I ordered a microwave of samsung company from ECO (flipkart) and recived the same on 26th of July.

                                    The website of flipkart mentioned that the warranty may be void if the product is installed without the in person assistance of Samsung's agent engineer (F1 info Solutions and services Pvt ltd) and that the engineer will visit within 48 hous of delivery of product in my case this was 4:00 pm on 26 th of July.

                                    I reached out to samsung customer care myself and requested for a installation but wasn't provided one. On calling again I was provided a engineer's number who claimed that he was on leave. Further on calling the customer care again on 28 and 29 of July 2021 sevral times, no proper guidance was provided also the executives each and every time claimed that the service will be provided in next 24 hours.

                                    After repeated calling and requesting no response or service was provided

                                    This is a scam ran by Samsung and it's agent hereby they don't provide the installation to customers and claim the warranty to be void as the demo/ installation was not done by their engineer.

                                      After updating software 3 to 4 months back Camera 1.0 X not working properly having focus issues and pictures comes hassy made 4 to 5 complaints to customers care no. They told me to wait for updates two update came but still facing same problem yesterday they told me to visit Service center I visited today they flush software and installed new but camera having same issues now they are saying it's hardware issue need to replace camera. In my opinion it's a software issue only I checked on Google many people are facing same problem after software update. Please let me know what to do.

                                        I purchased Samsung M01 core mobile this year, February Month 2021, In the time of purchase I told Samsung dressed shopkeepers that I want to run App which is transport related like Ola, Uber, Rapido, Screen Recording Apps etc. They said it will be running fine but after opening sealed box, shopkeepers refused to replace with another one as it is not supported Apps which I told them. Now they said, go to Samsung service-center and service-center said this model not supports. Shopkeepers said, Samsung company not giving them knowledge of this product. They said they can refund but 50% of mobile price.
                                        I am cheated by Samsung Company and Samsung Vendors.

                                        Complaint not resolved. It has no features like other mobiles "display over other apps". Screen recorder not runs. I am frustrated with this brand. Please take action against them.
                                        Now mobile touchpad and camera also malfunctioning.
