    I bought Samsung Level U 21/09/2020 in this lockdown period ( May'21) mu device started giving me trabouble today I had visited your Dharwad, Karnataka Service center they denied to repair it nor for replacement nor they are giving me written confirmation letter.
    Pls look into this case or else will for Consumer court.

      I wish to file a complaint concerning the abrupt behaviour of Technician and guard at your Samsung Mobile Service Centre, Branch-Rajkumarganj Mirzapur Darbhnga Bihar.
      I visited to the branch for Pick up my repaired mobile After service center call. when I wanted to In the Center 01pm, I found that the gate was closed. I requested to let me in but suddenly the guard started screaming at me. He treated very badly with me. Secondly the Technician was too hot and told me you're an ### .

        Been Mailing someone called - Janki

        I have not got any call or update anyways... Please note:

        1 - We were all told all thru that there was a water input from outside hence the part got damaged.
        2 - I spoke to the engineer who came to my house today and I place on record that I have made a video recording of this. They are clearly telling me that the water leak was from within and not from out.

        So its been all lies to extract money from me.

        Anyways I took my machine today and paid 6500 INR Aprox as you held me ransom and needed money. I will give you 24 hours to sort this out else i will put the videos on all social media channels exposing SAMSUNG.

          I have bought an Samsung S21 Ultra on 20th Feb 2021, none of the offers that were shown to me before purchasing the device were made redeemable for me. I was shown a bundle offer of Galaxy Watch and Buds, it wasn't given to me. I was shown an insurance offer which said I'll get insurance for 2 years which costs around rs.7999, but I wasn't given that too, when I tried to contact servify team, they insulted me and said that if you wanted insurance you could have bought it while purchasing the phone. I was shown the Times Prime membership offer, I was provided with a coupon on 31st March, valid till 30th April but the coupon was already expired on 31st March when I tried to redeem it. I was provided with a 20k voucher 23rd Feb 2021 which had a validity till 15th March, but it was an expired coupon too. I'd tried using it in February but it said it is expired. I've raised complaints and have called up Samsung more than 50 times since February. they are just pushing it ahead saying the coupon has expired and we can't help you. They have also said I wasn't eligible for the offers but then when I take them through the case saying I've already been given the coupons but they were already expired when I received them. Now they are trying to push the Times Prime membership offer on Times Prime support, they want me to contact times prime for this.

            Sir, Mr. Rachit Kumar handle my complainant, but not contacted me so far, I have so many calls to the company customer care they told me every time that your complainant is being highlighted and sent to the Sr. Officers to resolved the problem but not resolve my complainant so far.

              I have purchased a samsung refrigerator in 2014 (Details mentioned below). The fridge has stopped working, and i came to know that there is an issue with compressor.
              I have lost invoice copy and warranty card. I have already tried to get the copy of invoice from dealer, but couldn't find. I know, it's a mistake from our end. But, samsung customer care & their technician both have confirmed that they have all the details (Incl. Purchase date & owner's information etc.) with them.

              Even though, they are asking for the invoice to claim this under warranty. I would really appreciate if someone from samsung team takes responsibility and help us to claim the warranty.

                    Already explained More about these issue after updating my M3o s i got Restart error after 6 month they told this board problem i have complaint more than 1 times ..There is no response from Samsung Customer Care. i am go to nearby service center and told that claim id customer care side told we will forward supervisor call but they do it more than 5 time i will report . as below i forward my complaint mail.

                    Automatic restart issue occur after October update in samsung galaxy m30s per day it restarts about 10 to 20 times, I’m sure its because of software update, because after the update most of the users facing restart issue. I got these issue more than 6 months first time I go to service center they will say please wait for further update thought next update it will rectified . but noo….. Then the updated was released when the warranty period is completed is official update we got from Samsung members that why we go to update while you having error means why you releasing the update. i think really its cheating actual i suggest my friends and family to buy Samsung products because of its quality and brand. 1 year ago my friend bought new phone from Samsung its Samsung M30 it really working nice. after that i strongly recommended and trust the Samsung product and buy Samsung m3os its also m series . but i am really disappointed because i raise complaints via Samsung members login and communicate through whatsapp chat you guys simple saying please update and go to the nearby service center after taking these steps we are not rectified our issue while i am searching in Google i am really shocked and have bad opinion about Samsung. i have 2 separate Samsung phones and I am not using m3o s that much there is no severe software, gamming and un necessary apps. now the service center says
                    please change the board its cost Rs, 5500 after that my family members not to allow me to buy Samsung products. its not only in M30s its in most of the M series models sir. so many consumers complaining in the community tab, but there is no proper response from Samsung So many users getting afraid to buy Samsung mobiles after this update, after seeing the community tab..please do help on this issues to take immediate actions, so Samsung name will not be damaged by Samsung users!! .I strongly recommended you guys take action regards these. because i never expected this from Samsung now i really got disappointed and totally vexed. now i am not able to take screenshots from my mobile i have all proof when i will got these error and how many times i will contact you and complaint regarding these .please take necessary action. i trust it will be resolved in case its only option to change board means consider these is not consumers fault and make discount in PCB price, actually I am managing more than 123 mobile for our workers i have strongly recommend and faced lot of issues but always i recommend my workers’ if any fault in your device please contact authorized Samsung service center but now its really shocked what is your point now. Yesterday i went to nearby Samsung service center and cliam these issue.

                        My mobile has defectpower/overheat while whats app video call within 10 to 15 minutes and it gets stopped.I visited samsung centre jammu twice on 220621 and 240621 but they are unable to resolve it. The set is within warranty.As such it may be replaced and the old set may be kept for research work.I am not in a position to visit your centre of and often.

                          I had purchased Samsung F12 device from flipkart on 7/05/2021. From beginning I am facing problem in my phone charging.It show me cable charging instead of fast charging.Then I visited to Samsung Authorized Service Station they checked my phone and told me that your phone has a water damage but my phone doesn't came in contact of water or any liquid substance.Then I called customer care to complain about that particular service Station and they suggested me to visit another Samsung Service Station. Then I visited to another service Station they checked my phone and told me that your charging circuit is not working properly we have to change it. After it they checked into system to update information they found that first service Station has made phone out of warranty but my phone is in warranty.Then I contacted to customer care they told me that they sent a mail request to service station and they will response in 24 hours. I complaint on 26/06/2021 at 6 o'clock but i haven't get any call from customer care, I have to called them again and again.And finally they told me that you have to pay for your charging circuit.Why should i pay for? because my phone is in warranty period and not damaged by liquid.This is worst response from Samsung, I can't believe that Samsung is responding like this.

                            A 31 mobile purchased on 21/07/20. In first week of june it was found that it is not chaging. Repaired by contai seviving centre. But very next day once again not charging. Deposited the phone at Sandha Mobile, Belda, repaired by contai service centre and delevered to me on 30/5/21. But on 29/5/21 it was found that it is not charging. How 3rd class your service centre is and how 3rd class your phone quality is. Within 1 yr it is not functioning. Key pad also sometime not functioning.
                            Today deposited the phone at Sandha mobile. Either repair it properly or replace it.

But on 29/5/21 it was found that it is not charging. How 3rd class your service centre is and how 3rd class your phone quality is. Within 1 yr it is not functioning. Key pad also sometime not functioning.

                            Just now I have been informed by Sandha Mobile Belda that it has liquid damage as stated by contai servicing centre. My question is that this is the third time I send it for same problem, if liquid damage is there why not told in 1 st time or 2nd time. Please look into the matter seriously and repair it properly or replace it.otherwise I will lodge complain in consumer affairs department, Govt. of W.B. .I have yet not been given any reference id

[protected]. your company giving an scheme is upto 20% additional cash back ..when i bought the item iam asking the scheme offer they will be told iam giving a gift for instead of scheme sir...but till today they will be not given gift and not given your scheme offer so many times iam going to the shop asking give company scheme offer sir for my product asking like that sir. but they were not giving sir till today...so please take an action sir ...other wise iam giving a complaint through judicially...please take responsibility sir...take an action on sowndarya shoppe in narasannapeta shoppe mall...

                                i would like to inform you that, by 3rd May of this month i went to Samsung care Tinsukia 786125 (Name- Dharam's mobile, location TDA plaza)
                                to replace my mic.
                                then they informed that to fix up the mic. we need to open the display, so if display breaks during fixing up the stuff we are not responsible for cause sir you will responsible if the display breaks down
                                then along with mic he too replaced the headphone jack. After fixing the phone when i came back to my native place then when i pluged in headphone i realised that my jack was not working properly, So at that mean time i called and informed them. Then again i paid a visit to the service centre on 8th May and requested them to replace the jack. then again they repeated the same sentence "Sir if your display breaks down we will not be responsilbe for the stuff" after then he started the work. after few minute he came to me and told me sir your "display patta" has been torn. and i was shocked and then i replied ok kindly fix a new one..After few minute they showed me old display/used display and asked me sir we will fix up this display and then i replied ok fine fix it
                                then again after few minute he came to me and informed me, sir display is not supporting in ur mobile phone and we dont have new display at this time even we dont have stock in Guwahati we need order it from "Noida"..
                                it will take around 4-5 days
                                then i replied ok fine
                                and then when i contacted them after few days they replied sir it may take few week because of lockdown
                                *So my mobile was in Service centre for one month and they did'nt gave me even job card
                                Then by 5th june they contacted me and told, Sir ur
                                Phone ready display has been fixed and when i went there by 7 june to collect my phone, they were seeking amount of display i paid little amount 1500/-...
                                And when i came back to home my and i played music my loud speaker was not working properly, very low volume which is not audible.. and also power button some works and some time does not..also finger scanner is some time working and some time dose'nt and by 17th june display also sttoped working blank display with white lining
                                and agian i paid a visit by 24 june, they kept my phone J7 max with them and told we will order display if the display is avilable we will fix it..
                                and again when i back home i called customer care to report about my phone issue. then they seeked me the job sheet number then i replied no i have not been provided any job sheet by samsung care. then at that mean time i called service centre and querried about job sheet number, and then they generated my job sheet by 25th june and forwarded me on watsapp.
                                and they from samsung service centre they called me today(i.e on 27 june) called me and saying that sir your display is not available we will be paid 10% DNA value as per by samsung policy..

                                ***And one more issue:-
                                when i went there by 3rd May 2021 i was carrying on more phone along with me Samsung J7-Prime to replace the charging pin. They replaced the pin the pin is not working properly and while fixing up the display he tear the back touch strip or minimize strip

                                And
                                J7 prime chraging problem was solved on 24 june but back touch button was not prepared

                                Your products are too fine and good
                                But your services are not not good
                                Please provide good techinicain at service centre
                                We need to travel 90km to reach the particular service centre from Arunachal to Assam by spending our whole day time...
                                Just to visit Samsung service centre to get proper service and genuine products for our phones. But inwards what we r getting
                                Facing problem since 3 May... please look after the matter and provide good technician so name and fame of your brand would last forever...
                                And also kindly look after my matter how to solve my matter
                                ***And one important point - one should be provided job sheet whenever one submit their phone's
                                i will file a case on Dharam's service centre in consumer court if my phone is not prepared properly
                                alternatively, provide me a new phone
                                or else cancel the lincense of the "Dharam's samsung service centre"

                                And also if my case will not be solve properly i will never purchase samsung product and will never recommend to anyone too.

                                  Mr. SUNIL KUMAR, from samsung service centre located in 1st flr, 2nd line beach, george town, chennai-600001, Tamil Nadu, is behaving very rudely and in a abusive manner to the customer (myself), though i was very polite. I didnt expect samsung will treat me in such a bad manner, very disappointed with samsung recruiting such unprofessionals.

                                      My handset of model Samsung A31 was suddenly recognised with the problem of non charging few days back, thereby I found it preferable to submit it to the nearest service centre to repair it, My phone was left with 1 month of warranty, I handover the phone to them, after enquiry they informed it was due to the leakage of some liquid and thereby they considered it to be a physical damage but I couldn't find anything, there was no physical damage moreover I totally handled it with care the phone was making problem of its own, the liquid leakage was of its own, Whatever I submitted the phone to the service centre (Vaishno Telecom, Chandannagar Hooghly) on 10th of June, 2021, They said me that they will call after repairing it within 3 days, Almost 15 days have passed whenever I gave them a call they used to say we will call you back with the status of the phone 2 hours later, but till now never I received a single call from them, this is the harassment a customer has to face with the service centre, After almost 15 days I am still ignorant of the status of my phone, don't know whether it is ok or not.

                                      I don't know whether any necessary steps were taken by the company or not, but I got my phone back repaired after 20 days of submitting, after so much harassment and even non clearance of the actual defect that took place, I got my phone repaired from the service centre and I am really astonished and eventually not satisfied with the customer service provided by the service centre.

                                        My friend a resident of Dubai had purchased & gifted a SAMSUNG Galaxy Z Flip last year in October 2020 from Dubai, which as per the dealer had a international warranty of 1year.

                                        Recently i.e. in last week of May 2021 a problem occurred wherein the company fitted plastic coating started coming out from the area where it is folded, I approached your service center in Okhla with the problem and told them that the product was bought last year October from Dubai but to my surprise they told me that as this product is bought from Dubai in that case it doesn't fall in one time screen replacement offer wherein a nominal fees is charged, which is ridiculous, I didn't expect this from a renowned company like Samsung.

                                        If a company like SAMSUNG starts misleading & selling their products with wrong information then people will start loosing trust which I don't think will be acceptable to SAMSUNG.

                                        I really feel dejected, though I am also using Galaxy Z Fold 2 which was bought last December 2020 from India, I am one of the blind follower of Samsung electronic products & for the first time facing this kind of harassment.

                                        I am hereby attaching the pictures of phone along with this mail for your reference.

                                        Hope my concern would be addressed & resolved soon.
