For more than 8 months Samsung India Service Centers are involved in a systematic fraud which has led to the same gas re-charge issue occur for the 4th time - every 2 months and customers are forced to pay or Samsung without any consent or regard for Customer Complaints deletes the registered complaints after committing to providing a full repair or replacement. There seems to be a system where customers are defrauded by causing sever problems to your refrigerator and ultimately harrassing customers, till they get tired.

I am committed to taking this to the Samsung India CEO and media to ensure other consumers are not defrauded by these unethical practices and succumb to promises of a replacement. Most importantly, after 5 different Customer Service Executives claiming they are calling from the CEO's office, they still have no face to resolve the issue. I guess it will be resolved when top management investigates thIs or someone will in next few days.

    I gave my Samsung C9 pro for repair to sapphire service's (dadar), for charging pin repair, but after receiving my phone the charging stop again the sane day after going home, i had to come back again to the service centre to make it done again, after that my finger censor button(home) stop functioning, so i had to go again to the service centre, there the engineer told me he forgot to activate the home button, the next day my call censor button stop working so i had to again to the service centre to repair it, after they repaired it now again it stopped working, it means that your service centre vl damage our phone if given to repair. How many times do you expect a person to visit your service centre for repair work done . Next time i refuse to buy a Samsung phone, you should be ashamed of your self for such services

      My Samsung Smart TV Panel got complaint during the warranty period and registered a complaint with the customer care.

      Complaint No: [protected]

      But since a replacement panel for that model is not available with them, Samsung is offering a refund but just around 60% of the cost of my TV.

      I've paid additional amount for getting extra 2 year warranty in addition to the 1 year normal warrant given.

      If you would have replaced the faulty panel I would get my TV working back. But it is the problem at your end that the replacement panel is not available. And now because of an issue at your end, and by refunding partially, you are asking me to spend additional amount for buying a new TV. Why should I take burden on me due to an issue at Samsung.

      Within a warranty period you are liable & committed to replace my panel, in case it got complaint, and get my Smart TV in a working condition. If you can't fulfill that commitment, you should provide me an equal compensation.

      So either my Smart TV back in a working condition or a full refund would be a justice.

      I've been a proud owner of Samsung Product of varying ranges for many years and such a bitter experience is for the first time and such responses from Samsung may take away my confidence from choosing your products in future.

          Hi, I recently serviced my samsung phone due to focus error in my warranty period. 2 weeks later i noticed that the error is not yet resolved. I went to the same service center and was told there was renovation work going on and asked me to visit other branch. I was told in the other branch that service error should be handled only by the branch serviced and so asked me to wait. Now my warranty period is over and the service center is still under renovation. Kindly advise me a solution.

            We bought the M51 phone from Samsung company 3 months ago, whose battery was said to be 7000 MAH, which reduced for a month but now the batteries are not working.

                I am purchasing phone 21 Dec 2020 and my phone problem 2nd day of purchase, so I will visit samsung authorized service center for check mobile.service engineer check mobile and say give your no bcoz new update coming so I will download and inform u.i am waiting 1 week but no call received so I will visit service center and update software but my problem not solved then I will visit again and submit my phone to superior service to 11 Jan 2020 for same problem but service center ask for repair and I am not want repair my new phone and I want replacement but service center not ready for doa and service engineer say after 14 day of purchase not replace only repair so I will not repair bcoz my problem from 2nd day of purchase my mobile.

                    Date of purchase - 1st Oct 2019

                    My smart phone model Samsung M30s was hanged and freezed after displaying the welcome screen for a very long period on 2nd Jan 2021. I have given for fixing the same on Jan 4th 2021 at Linktech Service centre, Ranchi.

                    They have contacted on 7th Jan 2021 by saying phone's mother board is damaged, and need to be replaced. The total amount to be paid was given from them Rs 5500.
                    Later once the issue was fixed they had informed me and updated the total bill to be paid Rs 8600.
                    So I visited the centre as there was discrepancy in the initial and final amount given. And the reason for this given by them was, due to system error wrong amount is being displayed. And I cannot receive my product until the system generates the correct bill.

                    Since then I have not received any update from the service centre. I am in urgent need of my phone, but whenever I contact them they are not polite and rather they give different reasons for the delay in delivery of the product.

                    This was my first and worst experience with the samsung product and service centre. Kindly help me with this matter.

                        Attached my original bills of Washing Machine and
                        recently paid (Rs.7100) AMC bill with this.
                        Service Man informed us that board of the machine was not working and it need to be replaced with new. After 16 days of followup, we got our machine today with our old board . We have enough proof that its our old board. Also they have committed in changing drum and cabinet. But none of the items got replaced.

                        This Service center has been assigned to us through Samsung Call Center.

                        We are really losing our hope with Samsung due to careless authorized dealers.
                        They have also accepted that its old board.

                        WE need either money back by cancelling our AMC, else as per agreement everything need to be replaced on time.

                        Need immediate action on this.

                          The above model was purchased by me on 11/8/2020 from telephone shoppee, punei buy all my mobiles from them for the last 12 years, the mobile was purchased and I faced the mobile dead or charging problem 2 times and the third time it never got switched On this is within 4.5 months of purchasing a mobile, I don no if Samsung has to be reminded that mobile is human lifeline these days with the banking the product should go through a zero defect test, but I think they just want to off load all their product in the market if there is any problem the service centre will take care what a callous attitude never think that a customer buys a product with lot of expectation, there shouldn't be a problem on the first within such a short time, when the mother board stops functioning they just replace thats all but never reveal to the client as to how they are going to handle the dead Mother board, if anyone mis-utilizes it they are least bothered as we do our entire banking through it lot of other information and passwords which are sensitive, I have been complaining the Samsung so called CEO desk it is worst than a customer support call centre, they do not have a proper technical support team who can sort out my issue, have not understood my complaint till date, its better one should stop buying or recommending Samsung phones, I had to buy a costlier phone and now Im stuck with an extra handset for no fault of mine Samsung is least bothered about the issue.

                            I went to the Apex service centre at sakherbazar, Kolkata-700008 to repair my Samsung Galaxy M11 phone. I had insurance but they straight up asked me to go to the shop from which I had purchased my phone. They also could not explain what I had to do to get my insurance availed. When I further questioned they shot clear looks of irritation and misguided us. It also seemed that they don't have any proper training on how to deal with customers as they behaved the same way towards an elderly person and that of an 18-year-old.

                              The washing machine is not working and the engineers advise that it is because of rats. Why is Samsung making such machines where rats can enter and cut wires? Such gaps should be fixed even after warranty though my washing machine is still under warranty.

                              And if Samsung cannot provide proper machines and/or such basic machines then Samsung machines should not be purchased.

                                Samsung Double door fridge with model number: RT49K6338BS/TL (about Rs. 52, 000), purchased 18 months back from Eham Digital, Calicut is showing faulty front display. The vegetable tray spoils the vegetables as I am unable to control the temperature. The faulty front display could not be rectified by your technicians on repeated attempts within 34 days at Calicut. They tried changing the other boards and sensors but failed. Kindly advice me what I should do.

                                  I purchased a Samsung 55’’ QLED Q80R Television on 31st May 2020 from Bajaj Electronics, Miyapur, Hyderabad, Telangana.

                                  On Jan 1st 2021 I had logged a complaint with Samsung Customer Care stating the Television is not switching on.

                                  The television is under warranty.

                                  On Jan 2nd a service engineer with the name: Mr. Chandrakant visited my home, inspected the television and stated that its a motherboard issue and we will order the part and come back to your home and replace it.

                                  On Jan 4th a service engineer with name: Mr. Naveen visited my house and replaced the motherboard inside the one connect box connected with the television and also the optical cable connecting the one connect box and the television, but the television did not work. He mentioned that now we need to replace the motherboard inside the television, we have ordered it and it will come within few days.

                                  On Thursday Jan 7th, afternoon, service engineer Mr. Chandrakant visited my home again and opened the television and replaced the motherboard, opened the once connect box and replaced the motherboard there also again but the television did not switch on and then he made the few checks and mentioned that now we need to take the television to the service centre.

                                  On Thursday Jan 7th Mr. Chadrakant with the driver again the visited my home in the evening around 6:00 PM and took my television to the below service centre:

                                  Till Jan 9th I had no confirmation about to Television and I called the Samsung Customer Care on Jan 9th and spoke first with one of the frontline executive explaining the problem and the whole history and after several requests and repeatedly being told that the senior escalation team is busy we will call you back (which never happens) got my call transferred to the senior escalation team and spoke with Mr. Tajmool. (Reference Number: [protected]). I explained the whole story again to Mr. Tajmool and he spoke to the service centre while keeping me on hold on the call and after speaking with them he told me that the service centre is awaiting a part (motherboard) which is the issue and will definitely fix the issue and deliver the television on Monday Jan 11th to your home. He also mentioned that he has spoken with the service centre and sent an email to the area manager as well escalating the request.

                                  I called up with the service centre engineer Mr. Chandrakant on Jan 9th late evening who is handling my request to check if the part arrived and if the television got switched on, he responded stating that the part will either arrive in the evening or early morning tomorrow i.e. Jan 10th and he will call my on Jan 10th by 12 noon and confirm everything.

                                  I never got any call on Jan 10th and called Mr. Chandrakant at around 12:30 PM and he did not respond and finally when he picked my call he stated that they are still awaiting the part. I was surprised and angry at this point in time and requested him to connect me to the service manager which he messaged me the number [protected].
                                  I called the number and Mr. Satish Bandaru service manager of the service centre picked the call and upon enquiring as to what is the status he mentioned the below:

                                  - They have replaced the part (motherboard) and the television did not switch on.
                                  - He told me that now there is a power PCB which is the issue and they have ordered and it will take another 2 to 3 days.
                                  - He told me that it is a new television and we are trying to fix (this is scary - is the service centre not equipped with proper training on this new product?)
                                  - He told me let me call you back in 1 hour after checking if the part is available in Hyderabad which he never called back.

                                  After having a discussion with Mr. Satish Bandaru, I called the Samsung Service Centre again (Reference Number: [protected]) and spoke with the frontline executive Mr. Atul and explained him the whole story again and requested him to connect me to the same senior escalation team executive whom I spoke with on Jan 9th but there was no help from Mr. Atul, he kept on giving me unprofessional responses i.e.:

                                  - Service Centre is closed today which was a false statement because as I mentioned above that I had spoken with Mr. Satish Bandaru the service manager and Mr. Chandrakant just few mins before calling the Samsung Customer Care.
                                  - He kept on saying that I don’t know who you spoke with yesterday as system is not showing me the detail and I kept mentioning that please check against the conversation reference number.
                                  - I told Mr. Atul OK then connect me to someone else on the senior escalation team, and kept on dodging stating they are all busy and I mentioned that I am OK staying on hold.
                                  - After a lot of discussion he mentioned that you spoke with Mr. Tajmool and he is unavailable.
                                  - Then he kept on hold and finally connected me to Mr. Harish from the Senior escalation team.

                                  Now speaking to Mr. Harish and explaining him the whole story, he mentioned the below things which were also very unprofessional:

                                  - I asked him to talk to the service centre to ask them what is the diagnosis of the this issue, which part exactly is the problem and Mr. Harish mentioned that sir there is no point to talk to them and they will repair.
                                  - I told him they are changing one part after the other of my 7 month old television and the television is still not working do they even know what the issue is? He responded Sir - I will drop an email to the area service manager.
                                  - I asked him who should I go for the solution, I need solution from Samsung which he responded stating it is the service centre who needs to fix this and in an unprofessional way asked me “Do you know what is warranty?” And I told him explain it to me, which he responded stating that if something is not working it will be repaired and I asked Mr. Harish service centre has changed so many parts of television and it is not working, who are they answerable to? And when service centre says “It is a new Television, we are trying to fix” this is a scary statement, are they even equipped to fix the problem? Because till now I have received so many diagnoses from the service centre and none worked. To whom the service centre is answerable to?
                                  - At last the after a lot of discussion, Mr. Harish stated that he will drop an email to the area service manager and once he gets the response he (Mr. Harish) will call me tomorrow on Jan 11th.

                                  Its 10 days when I raised the request and my under warranty 7 months old Television has been very wrongly handled by the Samsung Service Centre changing x, y, z parts and still not able to diagnose the actual problem. Also, after making numerous calls and getting unprofessional answers both from the service centre and the customer care has wasted so much of my time and energy. I purchased this television by spending my hard earned 1.5 lac rupees and it broke within 7 months under warranty service has been really bad and unacceptable. I seek intervention and help in this matter.
