Product got defect and service center guys done experiment on it now. They replaced fans, compressor etc but couldn't able to provide solution properly.

Today they aggred that their mistake and enginner was not knowledgeable and did all that things

Now it is making lot. Of noice who will be responsible

    Hi,
    I am Sumit Kumar, I bought Samsung S20 FE on 21/02/2021 from PUNJAB TIME CENTER AMRITSAR, PUNJAB. I just to state here that when i was using Phone there was DARK Bluish spot on Display and also Battery was Exhausting/ Draining like using some cheat phone. I purchased while thinking it will give Better Performance with all features but i was surprised with Worst Experience from Samsung. After that I went to Shop from where i buy mentioned above sales man was giving excuse no its nothing this and that. Then Went to Customer care they were also saying like this and after Too many Arguments they get ready to make DO and Change my phone.. It was Just Harassment for me after spending of Amount Rs.41000 on this Brand..

      I ordered Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro (Violet colour) and made payment. I was promised delivery by 23/02/2021. But even by 24th they have not even shipped the order. I called nearly 30 times to customer care; tweeted on twitter; chatted on website. Nothing works. Pathetic customer service. Never buy any Samsung product from Samsung Estore or Samsung Shop App. Pathetically, there is no option to cancel the product either. They simply sent me a mail and asked to wait for 10 days. Samsung India treats customers like slaves/beggars. I dont know when will my product be delivered. Atleast they should give an option to cancel the order if they cant deliver as promised

        I had purchased fro Santosh Electronics 86 Vidya Vihar Colony Pratapnagar Sq Ring Road Nagpur M.S.[protected], [protected]) a Samsung Travel Adaptor/ Charger EP-TA201WECGIN Mfg dATE 31.08.20, SN R37N8YKOSB2RC3 ON 26.12.2020. Last week i.e. back from 23.02.2021 the charger stopped working. This morning I went to the dealer, he said I will have to visit the Service centre of Samsung. I requested that he should arrange the replacement but he denied. So I went to the service centre "Spectrum Marketing", 2nd Floor Dharampeth Towers West High Court Road Dharampeth Nagpur Maharashtra 440010. There I showed them the packing box with all details printed on it. Then they took the invoice of the dealer. On producing it, they said that the document is not proper. Mr Sheikh Mujhahid was the Manager there and attitude of speaking was as if he wanted to get rid of me. When I opposed they started telling me that some liquid has fallen on the delivery memo. It was the Invoice/ Delivery Memo No. 23848 dated 26.12.2020. The date amount and every other detail was very much visible. In fact the details on the box should have been sufficient to replace the faulty cable of the charger which suddenly stopped working. I insisted that the date and amount was very much visible and 3 months old document can hold few drops which were really immaterial from documentation and scanning point of view. Any proper scan would have easily been read by human eye without any legibility and readability issue. Telling this, Mr Sheikh started arrogantly that by whom I was told that the details on the package box were sufficient for the replacement. He made me to call the dealer. Meanwhile he took the photo of the invoice. Mind well the invoice was handwritten invoice with no reference that the seller was Samsung's dealer, although he is the authorized dealer. Now Mr Sheikh told me that the dealer was ready to give the proper invoice and I should go to him back.This rush was becoming exhausting and was consuming my lot of time. I denied and said that the dealer and service center should sort out the problem by themselves and I should be given the replaced cable. The assistant in fact made ready the fresh cable for me meanwhile. But again Mr Sheikh interfered. I said that I should speak to head of the marketing team of Samsung. He rudely answered that I should contact customer care by myself. Then he called his owner telling me that the owner himself was marketing head. He did not kept the courtesy to give me the name of the owner. Some name like "Sonali Mm" reflected on his mobile screen and she started telling me that Mr Sheikh is not having any personal issue with me. I wondered why she should be telling me this. Then she pointed out totally different point. She said that the invoice had some overwriting on the serial number. No heed was paid to the details on the package. I said that there must be the computerized record of the sale which can be easily retrieved from the computerized record. But they told me that hand made invoice is of very much importance! This was completely harsh experience for the replacement of small cable of the charger and I got in return nothing but vexation. Why there was reluctance in acceptance of the handmade bill by the dealer was not understood and in fact very rude answers were served by Mr Sheikh of Spectrum marketing. If the document had been overwritten (which was in fact not but it was written in the manner so that there should not remain any doubt whether it was "B" or "8", "0" or "O" etc. ) why at first place the other faults were told. Was it that the handwritten document was not acceptable at all - then why it was not so told at the beginning? Why other things were getting pointed out and was told to go back to the dealer to have the proper document. Which replaced invoice would have worked? These were the riddles and I finally purchased from outside Rs 200/- cable and gave it to my son for his stalled work. THis was the horrible experience for the small charger, what will happen when I buy big equipments. Spectrum was shouting about policy. What is the policy of Samsung - to create the confusions by allowing the manual invoices to form the base of the transactions in the online world today? (Date of the incident 23.02.2021)

          I bought Samsung S10 in Nov-2020 through Flipkart. On 19-Feb-21, phone started having display problem - A white bar displayed in the bottom of the screen. The phone looks as new as it was delivered to in Nov-2020.
          There are no scratch, absolutely not a slightest physical damage on the phone. It was never fallen and any sort of physical impact to the phone. However, Samsung service center is forcing to accept the reason that "phone must have fallen" and rejecting to consider the repair under the warranty. If Samsung has to force customer to accept whatever reason they give then there is no meaning of warranty.
          I have written to Samsung Country head and CEO as well. And waiting for their response.

          I need help here.

            I purchased Samsung Galaxy M30s on 28th December 2019. On 17th February 2021 onwards I am facing issue as the device is greeting automatically switched off after every 2 mins. I approached Samsung authorised service Center in North Delhi and they updated the software by charging some amount. However a few hours later the problem continues and they informed that it’s a hardware issue and need to replace mother board which would cost 7300/- and that too with only 3 months warranty. I am surprised how a company like Samsung would fool their customers like this selling devices getting faulty immediately after the warranty period is over and then asking for a huge amount for repairs without any fault of customer. I request Samsung to get my phone repaired free of cost or at a very nominal price for service charges.

              Respected sir,
              I am a regular user of Samsung products . I was a happy user too. I was more disturbed by your product i.e. phone charger, EP-TA20IWE Batch - ACC, HSN /SAC[protected], which cost around 1, 190 including GST, on 23 October 2021 from my locality Samsung showroom, Karaikudi . Not even 6 months got over, but my phone charger got damaged. It would happen for me after using it for one and half an year, but to my surprise it happened within four months . Then why do we need to buy the branded product charger which is too expensive but the quality is so poor like this . Instead I can buy local products from the market and use it for a long period of time . It is quite disappointing to me . If I reach the showroom they are not accepting it as it is of physical damage . Though it was not damaged because I didn't damage it .It was the reason that quality of your product is so poor that customers like us couldn't use your product to the value we pay .I am totally in stress because of this product, during this pandemic, we all are economically down but I trusted the product and bought it by saving money for many months, but that happiness did not even was within me even for six months, as the condition of charger is so pathetic as it leaks electricity through that opening, so sacred to use it again. I have attached the bill and picture of charger along with this email for your reference . So I REQUEST YOU SO TAKE SEVERE ACTION AGAINST THIS FEEDBACK EMAIL AS SOON AS POSSBILE AND I REQUEST YOU HELP ME TO REPLACE ME WITH ANOTHER CHARGER .

                I have purchased a twin cooling Samsung fridge in last year Jan.Few days back the cooling process is not working.I have raised a complaint and engineer is clueless about the technical defect on his visit.
                It’s just an year and i faced this pathetic situation.
                So early technical defect is unappreciative and unpleasant for a brand like Samsung

                  Hi I am Amol Tak, I have purchased Air Conditioner (AC) of Samsung Company ( having Article Code[protected], Description no. SAMSUNG SAC 1.5T 3SINV AR18RV3HFWK), in the Month of April, 2019, from your outlet at "Amanora Mall", Pune. After purchase of the said AC, in few days, in digital display of the said AC their is technical defects. According, I had raised query to the SAMSUNG Customer Care. However, no satisfactory solution to the same received from SAMSUNG Technician Team and said issue is still is exist.

                  Therefore, I request you to replace the said AC with new one or refund my money which i have paid for purchase the said AC.

                    I had purchased the new Galaxy Buds Pro on 31 January 2021. When I tried to use them after a few days I found that they are defective. I went to the Samsung Service Center on 7 February 2021 and they said that they will order the replacement and I should contact them on 14 February 2021. When I talked to them on 14 February they said they have not received the parts. I them spoke to Samsung Customer Care and they said that the replacement will be available by 19 February 2021. When I call today i.e. 19 February 2021 they said they had not received the replacement and had not idea. I called Samsung Customer Care but they too have no clue. Does this mean I have to write off Rs. 16000 which I have spent in purchasing the product. Samsung should change the name from Cutomer Care to we do not care center.

                      I recently brought Samsung A21s from reliance Digital on 6 june 2020..But to my surprise gradually it start tilting and its battery has swollen and now it has stopped charging also.
                      I doubt its battery can blast anytime ..Considering this as a serious problem, i visited your so called service centre at Haldwani .
                      But their behavior was so rude and disgusting..Such service centres also bring a bad name for company and have also a bad impact on goodwill of company.
                      Samsung is a renowned company so they must ask customer feedback.
                      Rather then accepting the manufacturing fault, they start be blaming me .They was giving me the excuse of mishandling.
                      And not accepting the unit for DOA case ..When I asked for DOA, they said that its not possible, even I have talked to owner of service centre mr Kamal bisht. But his behavior was also very rude
                      swollen battery can leak and damage your phone or it can even explode and start a fire. ..if it will hamper human life, then who will be responsibe ?

                        Dear Sir,
                        I purchased a Samsung Tab s6 on 11.2.2021 from a retail store. While using the tab I found that the AMOLED display of the tab has screen uniformity issues that the grey color looks like green color in less than 30% brightness on dark mode. I have also used various Samsung phones with AMOLED displays but they don't have these issues. So I made a complaint to the Samsung service center for a replacement but they told me all Samsung tab s6 tablets have this problem. I have spent my hard-earned money on this tab and I don't want to use a defective product. Please provide a solution. I have attached the service center ticket and the display images of my tab.

                            I purchased top load samsung washing machine from great eastern, mansarovar, jaipur on 12.02.21. it was installed by your representative on 13.02.21. the machine takes water very less flow, which was also told to your representative. I again called him next day. But didn't turn up to rectify it. I again called your service center with luck warm response. Your great eastern too is not responding. I fail to understand that you have very poor service. I also repent for choosing your product, I rate your service (-10).

                              This is to share my disappointing experience with buying samsung S21 5g ultra phone recently. I prebooked by 2000/- at samsung opera house, brigade road, bangalore on 24th jan and picked up the phone on 31st jan 2021 by paying remaining (invoice # SOHB10527). During booking i was told i will be eligible for prebook offer and i have to provide mobile # and use the use for activation on the day of purchase. which i promptly did. i was sold the idea that i would be able to get a samsung watch active 2 for 990/-. After prebooking and eventually purchasing the product i get a message in samsung shop app that "sorry you are not eligible" and reason upon raising a case being my number is not added to white list. Now the dealer (ABM delight) has sold the phone and not updated the number and is not giving any satisfactory resolution to this problem and clearly made false promises on behalf of samsung and not delivered on it. Effectively i have trusted samsung (used to be a S9+ for last few yrs) and now moving onto S21 have been promised a offer which is not realised after so many weeks of purchase.
                              As a samsung customer my lose is approx 22000/- (minus the 990 to be paid for redeeming the offer ) all for simply wanting to buying a S21 ultra 5g phone.
                              Please advise me what has a customer done to deserve this from samsung + their authorised dealers and what is the remedy for this?

                                My dad recently bought a mobile for me(Samsung S20FE) . The salesperson said it has snapdragon processor but it has exynos. I Also have audio in which he said that he gave me mobile with snapdragon processor.

                                    Address: A24/19 A block, Noida sector 19

                                    I am using the Samsung Galaxy M30s. I installed The update for the M30s is 1.91GB in size, has build number M307FXXU4CUAG and the update also brings an Android security patch for January 2021. After installing the update on my device, the device has shut down and not turned on. since I'm a great user of Samsung mobile such technical issues are really disappointed me kindly look into this matter.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      Please find below details of my mobile since I bought it.

                                      Date of purchase : 17/1/2021

                                      22/1/2021:- First service centre visit due to MIC issue. Updated software and returned.

                                      2/2/2021:- second visit to service centre due to MIC issue. Changed MIC and returned.

                                      8/2/2021:- Third visit to service centre due to MIC issue. Updated software and returned mobile.

                                      10/2/2021:- Fourth visit to the Service centre due to MIC issue. Changed MOTHERBOARD and returned mobile.

                                      11/2/2021:- Fifth visit to the Service centre due to the same problem. Asked for REPLACEMENT of mobile

                                      I visited service centre 6 times in just 20 days after buying a new SAMSUNG mobile phone. Is this how SAMSUNG manufactures all devices???

                                      I bought the mobile 20 days ago... I haven't used it for at least one day completely. Why should I suffer for SAMSUNG's manufacturing problem?

                                      As any other customer I also bought mobile by paying huge money. But I don't know my mistake, I am the sufferer at the end.

                                      Why is the SAMSUNG team not replacing my defective mobile, even though it is SAMSUNG's manufacturing defect !!!

                                      My only mistake is buying a SAMSUNG mobile !!!

                                      Finally, I want to replace my mobile with new one. Without my mistake even after paying huge money, I could not use my mobile even for one day. 20 days I went to the service centre 5 times. This is not the service I expected from SAMSUNG. It is a manufacturing problem... But I am Suffering. I want a replacement of my device.

                                        Its been the first and the most pathetic experience buying on fridge online from samsung website directly. So anyone reading this and planning to buy directly from samsung online, PLEASE DO NOT BUY ON SAMSUNG WEBSITE.
                                        The fridge I ordered had a dent and scratch when it was opened by the samsung technician. On complaining to the technician, he mentioned to call samsung cust care and they will look after this and he left.
                                        The customer care kept frustrating me on sharing pictures from all over the fridge which is not my job... This could have been done the technician.
                                        I called multiple times I was been told that the fridge would be replaced but it would take weeks so please do not expect anything before that. So as a customer once you pay you are in their trap now.
                                        Every time I called on customer care they use to tell me the service request is closed and I had to explain all of it all over again and raise a new ticket. This went on for 2 weeks.
                                        Later I got a call from samsung asking for decison on wheter to replace or provide compensation. Already frustrated with the service I mentioned that I need a technician to confirm of the fridge is all good from inside sine replacement would take another few weeks.
                                        Until now there is no technician visit and every time I call I get to hear that the tickets I have raised is closed.

                                        From my first hand experience please DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG ANS ESPECIALLY FROM THEIR ONLINE ESTORE.
