    On 19th of January i bought a Samsung galaxy watch active 2 LTE (Cellular Model) from samsung e-store website. The product was dispatched by Samsung partner seller Savex and it got delivered on 28th January and from the very first day the display of the watch screen was flickering and blinking. So i took it to authorised service centre on 30th January for physical inspection as instructed by customer care for verification and the service centre told me on 1st February that as the product is within 14 days of purchase they will be returning the product as labelling it DOA (Dead on Arrival), later in that evening i got a call from Samsung and told me that I'll be issued a Coupon voucher amounting to the invoice bill and i enquired why not refund in my account. I bought the device for need based and it was defective so replacement would have been the firsr priority but they told about a coupon which is baseless. So i would like theamount to be cash refunded in my account as i have no intention of buying a samsung product anymore, it feels like being harassed for buying a Samsung product if a person has to go through such ordeal.

      I bought a A50 mobile 7 October 2019 for my uncle. After 1 Year and 2 months of Normal usage, one day while attending a call mobile started restarting automatically and it kept restarting and shows samsung logo. This happened multiple times. I gave the mobile in Samsung service center, after a day they told its booting IC issue you have to change the motherboard and it costs Rs 9500. Reason they mentioned is over usage of memory. Firstly, its not overused and I don't understand how memory usage resulted in Hardware issue.
      I asked how they identified the issue, reply was since it is not booting so we need to change motherboard and they dont have any equipment to identify the faults.
      Few thing I dont understand here,
      1.Mobile never fell down not even once.
      2.Motherboard completely sealed.I cant touch it and never gave in outside shops for repair.
      3.Does Service center just replace parts? Why there is no equipment to identify issue? Just money is motive?
      4.Replacing motherboard means buying new phone. We know that new Phone will work. is that the only solution you have for mobile repairs?

      Definitely there is a quality issue in the product. With normal usage and no physical damage how come motherboard gets an issue?

      Replace my mobile with quality one or refund my money. its 18, 000Rs mobile.

        My mobile samsung A50 i buyed 1 year back, now mobile is getting full heat and also charging also not getting full. it shows 2% only .i had taken to service centre they informed mother board is gone..but as of now i used all mobiles sasmung only..i am really not happy with that mobile..i lost 20000 rs per year. it is bad for samsung company ..i reauest you to solve the issue with special case...

          I have bought samsung M31 phone on 20th July, 2020 through ICICI bank debit card where i was eligible for cashback of 1000 indian rupees.
          Order number : [protected]
          It has been 6 months i haven't got it.
          My ticket Id is : 1841525.

          I have contacted Samsung customer care multiple times. They were just giving me false promises again and again. They were saying we will give but can't tell you the exact date. After registering complain and taking continuous follow up for a month on one fine day they sent me Email that I'M NOT ELIGIBLE FOR IT BECAUSE I HAVE MADE PAYMENT THROUGH DEBIT CARD.
          I also have pdf file which sent by Samsung support team itself saying CASHBACK IS ELIGIBLE FOR ICICI CREDIT /DEBIT CARD : FULL SWIPE / EMI.

          The Harassment done by Samsung team is on another level.

          Kindly do something needful for this situation because the company is lying openly and harassing customers like this.

            I purchased a Samsung note 10 on oct 15th 2020.
            The screen had a smudge and I took it to repair center
            They claim it is damaged because of impact and not covered under warrenty. They charge be rs 10, 500 for the same.

            However there were no scratch mark or dent on the phone and to my best knowledge I have not dropped the phone or done any physical damage.

            The repair center guys says that it is becase of impact while I think it is unfair .

              I purchased Samsung A21S from one of the Local Shop in Meerut and within 2 Months Phone Stopped and I took that to the service center and without even analyzing the issue they simply said 3 to 4 parts in the phone will be changed and my phone was in Warranty period still Service center asked for 13k amount which is almost equivalent to the amount I bought the phone.

              I took the phone at phone and It started again automatically and worked fine for 3 to 4 months and I repotted that to the Samsung email as well and kept on making same response every time.

              Now again the issue has started in my phone within 6 months of Duration and It should ideally be replaced or repaired free of cost from customer care people but actually brands like Samsung are making people fool and grabbing money from the customers... Worst experience

                I have bought my Samsung M30s from Amazon almost 15 months back and recently they have updated my phone while I was using wifi and it gets Auto Restart.

                I have called to Customer care they said all options and I have done everything.

                Then i went to one near by service center and they say it is a mother board issue.

                One thing I want to say if it is a mother board issue then if i run my mobile in ultra power mode then it runs absolutely fine.

                These are lot of complaints regarding this Auto Restart in this Samsung M30s in the Samsung forum.

                Kindly help us.

                        I am facing LED screen issues within 5 months of purchasing Samsung LED 32" Smart TV. The screen has got damaged internally without anything being done and samsung is happily classifying it as physical damage and straight away rejecting the warranty and this way they have entered new line of business which is mostly into the servicing of their own product which gets damaged within warranty period and not providing any warranty. Very cheap products from samsung nowadays.

                        Samunsug is making customer liable for their internal product damage. Very bad tricks from Samsung.

                        I request samsung not to blindly classify everything under Physical Damage and reject the warranty instead of providing a valuable and better service to customers.

                        The Technicians are continously rejecting and making there best efforts to classify the issue under physical damage and trying to reject the warranty so that they are insisting customers to pay extra 10, 000 for the repair.

                            I bought last month a 32 inches Samsung LED TV from one of the shop in Western suburbs. When the person from Store came to install TV he broke the screw and within a day it got damaged so I raised a complaint with Local vendor and he said he will send Samsung person at my place and the reference number was [protected] and the Samsung person visited our residence and took the pictures and next day he called up and said to speak with Dealer as its his fault and wont get repaired. So I spoke to Vendor from where I purchased the TV and he said he will replace the TV within few days. So waited for few days to get call from the Vendor but he never called up and when I started calling him for the same or my dad called him up, the vendor started threatening us and said will not replace or repair the damage TV.

                              I ordered Samsung Galaxy M51 (6Gb) on 20 january 2021 From samsung.com ( samsung shop app ). I got sms on my registered no. For confirmation of order also. My Order ID is- [protected] . I paid through my credit card Rs. 18, 499 on 20 January. On 21 January i got sms that my order is cancelled .Wthout my knowledge they cancelled my order automatically. Then on the same day i got refund of Rs. Only Rs.18, 129. I don't know why they cancelled order and why they refund me less amount. My transaction Id - [protected] Bank reference no.[protected]. I have attached screen shots of proof. Please get my refund as soon as possible. This is fraud happen to me.

                                Hi Sir, I have purchased the samsung mobile, MODEL No.A31 on dated 11.8.2020 from samsung outlet which is located near fauwara chownk, Jalandhar Road, Batala, Distt.Gurdaspur. I availed the facility of installments through six months EMI under HDFC BANK for purchasing above said model. Loan account No.[protected].

                                During purchasing, I got a copy of Bill (attached herewith) from the samsung mobile merchant.

                                As mentioned in this bill, merchant payback of Rs.909 is being provided by the merchant mob.But merchant is not providing payback amount.

                                When I contact with manager of mobile merchant, Batala he refused to give the payback amount of Rs.909 and said this amount will be given by the HDFC bank. But on the bill, it is written that payback amount is provided by the merchant not issuer bank which can be seen at the end of the issued bill. During billing, Manager of outlet assured to me you will get your cashback after 90days or adjusted in EMI. But nothing as such. Manger of outlet did misbehave with me and totally denied to payback the amount and also said company with me, you can go anywhere for your justice.

                                I also contacted with HDFC bank, bank said that merchant paypack amount will be liable by merchant mob.I also complaint online (No.MOHR[protected]) in HDFC Customer care, but no response.

                                Sir, I request to you please help me at this stage, look into the matter, any payback is given to the customer by the merchant samsung mobile.

                                Both HDFC bank as well as samsung mob merchant is not taking responsibilities and get rid of payback amount.

                                While Bank has been charged Rs.909 from me through Monthly EMI 3366.85
                                Explaination :-

                                Loan amount=19291
                                While EMI 3366.85X6=20200
                                MEAN[protected]=909 recovered from the customer, not pay by the merchant.

                                Complaint:- In short, issue of Rs.909 is not provided by merchant mob. Please justice.

                                  No reply to my earlier complaint lodged more than 2 months back
                                  The earlier complaint was as follows:-
                                  I bought a Samsung smart TV (43" LED TV sr No. 0A483ZEH800174) from Samyak Sales Mumbai. There are white lines on the screen. I called the authorised service centre. When he opened the tv we found details of earlier repairs which are prior to the date of purchase. This means that I have been given a repaired tv and not a fresh piece. This is a clear fraud. The repair person said that the panel was repaired earlier and has conked again and the expense is around Rs.23, 000/-. This is cheating. Please address this issue urgently and send me a replacement tv of the same model at no extra cost immediately.

                                    To begin with I have undergone harassment at the hands of customer care in south Goa, customer care manager Mr TVs Vinky mob no. [protected], highly irresponsible guy.

                                    I am constrained to report here after customer care support whatup too made promises but no solution. For reference no. my two complaints numbers are[protected] and [protected], both are outstanding.

                                    I purchased samsung refrigerator model no. RT28RT30RT34/RT37 double door 253 ltrs. from Amazon which was delivered to me on the 08th Dec 2020.

                                    samsung installation guys came and installed, with pushing thermocol pieces to balance the refrigerator. After thermocol started wearing off refrigerator again was imbalanced. It is then I lodged acomplaint at the service centre. Nextday engineer by the name of Mudasar from south Goa centre came and checked the machine and reported that machine has a dent at the back corner bottom I can do nothing and I should report to dealer. THis was not reported by the installation team.

                                    I have been asking the service centre to give me a copy of the job card stating that, so that I can take up with supplier. Interestingly engineer did not produce any job card for my signature and left. SInce then I am trying to get the copy of the job card but service centre is not providing, .

                                    I have not seem such unhelpful bunch of people at the cujstomer are end from big brand name SAMSUNG.

                                    I need a solution to my problem. SO seek your intervention.

                                      For more than 8 months Samsung India Service Centers are involved in a systematic fraud which has led to the same gas re-charge issue occur for the 4th time - every 2 months and customers are forced to pay or Samsung without any consent or regard for Customer Complaints deletes the registered complaints after committing to providing a full repair or replacement. There seems to be a system where customers are defrauded by causing sever problems to your refrigerator and ultimately harrassing customers, till they get tired.

                                      I am committed to taking this to the Samsung India CEO and media to ensure other consumers are not defrauded by these unethical practices and succumb to promises of a replacement. Most importantly, after 5 different Customer Service Executives claiming they are calling from the CEO's office, they still have no face to resolve the issue. I guess it will be resolved when top management investigates thIs or someone will in next few days.

                                        I gave my Samsung C9 pro for repair to sapphire service's (dadar), for charging pin repair, but after receiving my phone the charging stop again the sane day after going home, i had to come back again to the service centre to make it done again, after that my finger censor button(home) stop functioning, so i had to go again to the service centre, there the engineer told me he forgot to activate the home button, the next day my call censor button stop working so i had to again to the service centre to repair it, after they repaired it now again it stopped working, it means that your service centre vl damage our phone if given to repair. How many times do you expect a person to visit your service centre for repair work done . Next time i refuse to buy a Samsung phone, you should be ashamed of your self for such services
