Hi Team,

Please find below details of my mobile since I bought it.

Date of purchase : 17/1/2021

22/1/2021:- First service centre visit due to MIC issue. Updated software and returned.

2/2/2021:- second visit to service centre due to MIC issue. Changed MIC and returned.

8/2/2021:- Third visit to service centre due to MIC issue. Updated software and returned mobile.

10/2/2021:- Fourth visit to the Service centre due to MIC issue. Changed MOTHERBOARD and returned mobile.

11/2/2021:- Fifth visit to the Service centre due to the same problem. Asked for REPLACEMENT of mobile

I visited service centre 6 times in just 20 days after buying a new SAMSUNG mobile phone. Is this how SAMSUNG manufactures all devices???

I bought the mobile 20 days ago... I haven't used it for at least one day completely. Why should I suffer for SAMSUNG's manufacturing problem?

As any other customer I also bought mobile by paying huge money. But I don't know my mistake, I am the sufferer at the end.

Why is the SAMSUNG team not replacing my defective mobile, even though it is SAMSUNG's manufacturing defect !!!

My only mistake is buying a SAMSUNG mobile !!!

Finally, I want to replace my mobile with new one. Without my mistake even after paying huge money, I could not use my mobile even for one day. 20 days I went to the service centre 5 times. This is not the service I expected from SAMSUNG. It is a manufacturing problem... But I am Suffering. I want a replacement of my device.

    Its been the first and the most pathetic experience buying on fridge online from samsung website directly. So anyone reading this and planning to buy directly from samsung online, PLEASE DO NOT BUY ON SAMSUNG WEBSITE.
    The fridge I ordered had a dent and scratch when it was opened by the samsung technician. On complaining to the technician, he mentioned to call samsung cust care and they will look after this and he left.
    The customer care kept frustrating me on sharing pictures from all over the fridge which is not my job... This could have been done the technician.
    I called multiple times I was been told that the fridge would be replaced but it would take weeks so please do not expect anything before that. So as a customer once you pay you are in their trap now.
    Every time I called on customer care they use to tell me the service request is closed and I had to explain all of it all over again and raise a new ticket. This went on for 2 weeks.
    Later I got a call from samsung asking for decison on wheter to replace or provide compensation. Already frustrated with the service I mentioned that I need a technician to confirm of the fridge is all good from inside sine replacement would take another few weeks.
    Until now there is no technician visit and every time I call I get to hear that the tickets I have raised is closed.

    From my first hand experience please DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG ANS ESPECIALLY FROM THEIR ONLINE ESTORE.

      I cancelled my order on Jan 17th and used debit card for paying the phone. Order was cancelled successfully and i was told that refund will be initiated in 5-7 working days. Today is Feb12, no status. I have been following up since 2 weeks with the customer card department, i am getting conflicting messages. One says escalated, other says not yet escalated. Every time, they say will escalate to the management, other that no information. Some times they say payment gate way issue. How in the world payment gateway issue for 22 days? is it possible.
      order no: [protected]. I lost confidence on samsung. i am frustrated with the customer service, they dont have any proper rights to escalate, looks like. same response every time i call them. please look into this. i need my money at the earliest? do i get an intrest for the delay?

      I wanted to buy samsung 21 ultra 5g on emi option instead of full payment, that is why i had to cancel. Now i lost confidence on the company for the horrible customer service?. already crossed ETA 5-7 days and still not refunded. Every time i hear the same message as "Payment gateway issue". how come the payment gateway issue for 25 days? is samsung not working to fix it? if it is really an issue, atleast issue me a cheque, i will deposit to my account. what was the reason for this delay?

      customer service is really working as black box, not escalation and no transperancy in dealing the issues. why i am not getting any emails about the status of the refund? if the case is open, some body should be working and escalating the issue right? customers also dont have option to escalate other than talking with the support team. please check the loophole in the system and update me at the earliest.

      btw, thanks for responding atleast this complaint. hope to get my money back. i really need money at the earliest, i do have to clear some loans on my end. it cannot be delayed that long. hope u guys understand my concern. please escalate the backend team for the resolution at the earliest.

        I have Booked two samsung galaxy S21 Ultra devices on the 15th of January, Which cost a pretty penny.One for me and one for my brother as a gift.

        The problem now is that i am unable to redeem the prebook offer on my brothers phone.

        The customer care hasnt been the least helpful they just keep repeating the same thing it has been escalated and the other thing where if i add my sim card to the other device and wait for 72hrs then i will be able to avail the offer on that phone.

        Now suddenly its changed to only one phone per mobile number and i cannot avail the offer on the other device. This is ridiculous as no where in the site during the booking process did i come across a legible writing saying one device per mobile number.

        Can someone help me with this.

            I have purchased Samsung TV during Sep sale and I am eligible for cashback around 10k, which will be deposited with in 90 days, but it is more than 90 days and I am contacting Samsung for the same from 16th of Dec 2020, but there is no proper response from them, for single response I need have multiple follow-ups, I raised issue with all teh escalation channels available with Samsung support but still my issue is pending, Can you please take necessary action on Samsung India.

                  Pr-Booked Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G 512GB model with 2 years additional support costing around ₹1.13L on 19/1/2021 & additional accessories purchased for this phone like charge & case cost around ₹5k
                  raising the total cast to around ₹1.17 L with exchange offer for old phone around ₹700 discount, Where payment was fully payed on per-booking.

                  When S21 was finally dispatched on end of Jan 21 & came for delivery.
                  The delivery guy on pretext of inspection of old phone, try to damage the speaker grill of phone which just had a minor cut, so that the exchange can be rejected & customer will be forced to pay full in spite of exchanging is fully functional old phone without any damage.

                  When the delivery guy was confronted & told to call his supervisor why he was doing that.
                  He informed his supervisor that complete back is cracked & exchange cannot happen. His supervisor re-iterated that same statement that i should talk to Samsung team about it.
                  If i need the phone that i should pay, else he is not going to deliver my per-paid phone costing more that 1L.

                  When this was highlighted to Samsung team under complaint number 1883064 on 1/02/21 they told that they will look into it & resolve the issue withing 24hrs. Since last 10 day's I've been calling Samsung support to get a resolution & I'm being informed that the issue is under escalation & I'll get a resolution soon.
                  Even after raising this issue to Samsung CEO on 5/02/21 there is still no resolution.

                  Even being a premium customer of Samsung I'm being harassed every day unnecessary.

                  Desired resolution: Delivery my phone at the earliest along with all the per-book offers that were promised at the time of booking & punish the delivery person for doing such mischief & compensate for the harassment that I've to bear all this long.

                    When we tried to ordered new mobile phone M51 thru samsung mobile app "SAMSUNG SHOP", it was disastrous. logout again and again, product automatically out from cart, reached till payment options and app throw you to home page with no order at cart, GST details entered into but there is no option to re verifying (later product officer confirmed there is BUG/Technical glitch in mobile app), we could not get invoice over the mail, while following up continuously, we came to know there is no GST information captured by your mobile app in the back end. our company will not allow to buy any product without GST invoice. from that day till now i wrote almost multiple times to different email ids, and as govt department they are showing me next table (email id).
                    all and all it was very bad buying experience with samsung. our company has decided not to buy any samsung product in near future. There is process/courtesy to call us and update about what is going on. ITS ALL BLACK DARK experience.

                    we really not sure whether this mail will reach to the right person or not, but if it is reaching to right person, our sincere request to make our case is a case study for buying, cancelling and refund experience with our team members.

                    we are awaiting refund from samsung, hope we will get our money without approaching to legal course.

                      We had purchased one samsung EO-BG950CBEGIN IN ear Bluetooth headset black, through paytm on 02Feb21, after rec it's not working properly, it's left ear buds not working properly. We had raise several ticket/complaint at paytm but noone interested for replace product.
                      I humbly request you to plz replace my product or either refund my whole money of Rs.3795/- immediately, almost 07days passed..

                        This is Rajaram Talekarbought a new M51 mobile on January 7th, i got the heating issue and battery drain issue on the day 1 itself, when i complaint the same to customer service center in Karwar, Karnataka. samsung service center as per the guidelines until mobile touches 48 degrees temp they won't consider it as an issue. Guys seriously don't think like a stupid, I have been running around Samsung service center and calling customer everyday just to get update. But no one from Samsung seems to understand.

                        And any person cannot hold a gadget of 40 degrees mind it.. Especially when it is like mobile.

                        Man seriously when i keep mobile jn my jean pocket i can able to feel the heat

                        What the stupid logic of 48 degrees for a premium mobile. I can't trust ur logs also and in person when i touch the mobile i can feel the heat. I need a replacement for this or solution i can't wai long time as i want to use my mobile.. Spending 25K on a mobile and roaming around service centre's what the stupid thing it is.

                        Its been more than 20 days now am roaming around you samsung care service center still they are telling there is no heat. Am i looking like afool to leave all my work aside and roaming behind you people.
                        When i spoke to the agent after one day of observation they found there is no issue, i[censored] testing adevice in a a. C zone how it would heat up, in a day to day usage am feeling it hot really hot. Seriously i am getting vexed thinking that why i bought a Samsung mobile.

                        If issue is not resolved i am gonna do a legal proceedings on it.

                            Respected Sir,

                            I wish to state that we had bought a Samsung Microwave Oven bearing Model No. MC28H5145VK on 10.01.2021, from a shop by the name 'Anil Radio & Electric Pvt. Ltd., Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi for an amount of Rs.15, 500/- paid in cash. (Invoice copy is attached herewith for your kind reference). Contact Number of one Mr. Shiv from whom we purchased the product that day is [protected] and he is the one who was telling us to contact the Customer Care of the Company from day one and he had also sent a declaration letter to the Samsung so that my replacement from Samsung Company could be done but the same has not been done yet.
                            We brought the product to our home the same day and kept it as it is in its carton packing. The very next day i.e. on 11th Jan 2021, I had booked appointment for product demo & installation and Mr. Rambir (The demo person from Samsung) visited my house on 12th Jan 2021. He opened the carton packing in our presence and we noticed that the product base was unbalanced (Defective). The rubber supporters attached to the base platform of the oven were not uniform. We did not opt for the demo to start and so the demo person went back. We thought that if there is a problem at the very start, there could be some more problems later on also in the product. Thereafter, we had informed about this issue to Customer Care as well as to the Authorized dealer requesting for replacement of our Microwave Oven immediately.
                            We had registered a complaint with the Samsung Company on 12th January 2021 but so far I have not received any feedback for the same though I have been following up on daily basis with the Samsung Customer Care (My Complaint Number is [protected]). I also wrote a mail to the CEO, Samsung regarding replacement/refund of my defective product but even from it, we did not receive any response till date.

                            It is quite pertinent to note here that we were told by the Customer Care that the product purchased by us in 2021 has the manufacturing year of 2016 due to which, it is taking time to replace the product and instead we should talk to the Dealer regarding this. Sir, this model is a hot selling model and is still available for sale on online and also in the shops. I only purchased the particular product based on its features.

                            The dealer is telling us to talk to the Company and the Company people are telling us to approach the Dealer regarding replacement/refund of our product.

                            Sir, kindly help us in replacement/refund of our product as I am tired of all this as it has been almost one month since we purchased this item and no one is helping us.

                              Respected Sir,

                              I wish to state that we had bought a Samsung Microwave Oven bearing Model No. MC28H5145VK on 10.01.2021, from a shop by the name 'Anil Radio & Electric Pvt. Ltd., Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi for an amount of Rs.15, 500/- paid in cash. (Invoice copy is attached herewith for your kind reference). Contact Number of one Mr. Shiv from whom we purchased the product that day is [protected] and he is the one who was telling us to contact the Customer Care of the Company from day one and he had also sent a declaration letter to the Samsung so that my replacement from Samsung Company could be done but the same has not been done yet.
                              We brought the product to our home the same day and kept it as it is in its carton packing. The very next day i.e. on 11th Jan 2021, I had booked appointment for product demo & installation and Mr. Rambir (The demo person from Samsung) visited my house on 12th Jan 2021. He opened the carton packing in our presence and we noticed that the product base was unbalanced (Defective). The rubber supporters attached to the base platform of the oven were not uniform. We did not opt for the demo to start and so the demo person went back. We thought that if there is a problem at the very start, there could be some more problems later on also in the product. Thereafter, we had informed about this issue to Customer Care as well as to the Authorized dealer requesting for replacement of our Microwave Oven immediately.
                              We had registered a complaint with the Samsung Company on 12th January 2021 but so far I have not received any feedback for the same though I have been following up on daily basis with the Samsung Customer Care (My Complaint Number is [protected]). I also wrote a mail to the CEO, Samsung regarding replacement/refund of my defective product but even from it, we did not receive any response till date.

                              It is quite pertinent to note here that we were told by the Customer Care that the product purchased by us in 2021 has the manufacturing year of 2016 due to which, it is taking time to replace the product and instead we should talk to the Dealer regarding this. Sir, this model is a hot selling model and is still available for sale on online and also in the shops. I only purchased the particular product based on its features.

                              The dealer is telling us to talk to the Company and the Company people are telling us to approach the Dealer regarding replacement/refund of our product.

                              Sir, kindly help us in replacement/refund of our product as I am tired of all this as it has been almost one month since we purchased this item and no one is helping us.

                                I purchased Samsung Galaxy M30s mobile around October 2019. I got security update notification and after doing it my mobile got stuck. It happened very soon after my warranty period expired. Service Center persons told that it is a motherboard issue and it will cost around Rs. 9000 to fix it. This is not at all acceptable and I am very much disappointed with this brand.samsung a cheating their customers. When I went to fill complaint I came to know many m30s model has same problem.I said I need free of service bcoz this is not my mistake.my mobile s in still service center almost 2 months over.my invoice number is [protected].

                                  I purchased A71 Samsung from LEAD ENTERPRISES -TS Santosh nagar hyderabad-59 on 1st feb 2021.At the shop when the deal was opened it was found that the case cover was small in size and was not fitting the mobile. The shop keeper he will ask the company for replacement. He kept the case with him and now he is not responding.kindly look into the matter and provide the proper case for A71 mobile.

                                    I am really fed up of there response they are continuously rejecting my request to repair my phone without any charges and instead of giving replacement of my phone I am totally harassed just because I have insurance and even after that they are denying to give repairing facility.
                                    I am harassed till this much extent that I can't live anymore.
                                    I have taken this phone after gathering total amount of 1, 10000 INR and I am mentally imbalance due to this problem and I will suicide and Samsung India will be responsible for that.

                                    Ms. Sabhya employee Samsung is very bad behaving executive level person and she told me that do what you want to do but we will not repair your phone without charges instead giving new phone.

                                    I AM COMMITING SUICIDE AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM SAMSUNG ON THIS.

                                      I had made a preorder of Samsung S21 plus via Samsung shop on 21 January 2021. Paid the full amount online. Delivery date mobile device was showing as 28 Jan 2021. A tracking link was sent to me which kept on changing the delivery date. Customer service for samsung is a total fraud. they read whatever is written in the tracking reference. they know nothing and are completely useless. today is 03 Feb 2021 and still my mobile is not delivered. Samsung is holding my hard earned money, a huge amount for nearly a month and not delivering my device. Customer service has no answer no contact number of higher authority people. Never trust Samsung shop. IT IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. They dont have any answer except. I dont know
