I had purchased Samsung A50S on 28.01.2020. From last fifteen days my mobile was getting switched off automatically and after one or two housr it was getting automatically operated and was operating nicely and i was able to do work on it and all things were ok, but problem was that it was automatically getting stopped. Today morning Again at 10.00 am my mobile got stopped, so at 11.00 am I went to Sapphire Services, Dadar (authorised Service Centre for Mobile) for showing my mobile. It was informed to me that mother board of the mobile is to be replaced and it will cost me Rs.8900/-. They had taken service charge of Rs.177/- from me and I have paid to them. I refused to change the mother board as it was found costly to me. At 11.30 am my mobile got start automatically, but on screen it was showing nothing. It is found that they have replaced my display as I refused to change the mother board. Till morning till 10.00 am the display was ok and how suddenly after going to service centre the display is not showing on mobile. I am making complaint that Sapphire Services had replaced my display which was working till morning. You are requested to kindly take appropriate action against Sapphire Services, Dadar East, otherwise you will lose good customers and no one will visit your authorised customer service centre. No one will keep faith on Samsung Products if such type of cheating is done with customers and harassment done to the customers.

    Step 1) Purchased these phones via Amazon
    Step 2) I wanted to setup apps but Samsung phone did not accept the password (For an account which I registered on the same phone *****.*******@gmail.com) using the same credentials )
    Step 3) Thus it implies there was a sync issue on Samsung website Samsung Account Login (https://account.samsung.com/accounts)
    Step 4) To my horror I find unknown account linked to my number on Samsung website
    Step 5) Lack of support on your call-centers.
    Step 6) Failing to get any support from Samsung helpline I had to visit your center forced by your agents over the phone
    Step 7) They tried to register my number by creating an entirely new account (***S******[protected]@gmail.com) and this too does not get associated with my phone number
    Step 8) I am exhausted, frustrated and annoyed at your constant claims of the Google account having a problem
    -When I have proof that they work on other devices and its Samsung Account Sync which is the problem here
    -Further more Samsung team does not even know what is the unknown account attached to my phone

    I demand a justification for the following

    1 ) What kind of a nightmare are you running for users where they can login via your website which shows unknown accounts associated but not the phone
    2) Who will take responsibility for the number of times your TechSupport forced me to reset my google passwords when the problem was the Samsung account to begin with
    3) If your phones cant sync to your data servers even at your own datacenters ( So that now you don’t blame my wi-fi) etc why do you even create such phones to begin with

    I demand by the right to information act what you are doing about the issue other than my google accounts/phone number being treated as your guinea pig project

    I will not accept the blame game at your end for any of the following

    -SIM Card – It is working just fine on any other phones
    -Google accounts- Thanks to you now I feel my security and data protection rights breached
    -Network provider – They all work absolutely fine. Tested multiple and have enough proof
    -Password typing errors

    Ask :

    I am very certain this is an account sync problem and associated to the software for Samsung account sync
    I kept repeating in vain to their Callcenter agents
    I do not want a replacement I don’t trust Samsung anymore
    And NO I WILL NOT BE your experimentation till you figure this out and shamelessly give me a replacement option
    This is the only update Samsung agents they will replace with no information of what is wrong and what they are doing to fix it
    As you could not follow the level of technicalities and proof I am able to deliver troubleshooting their products free of cost and wasting my time
    They have no account for a user’s time and mental exhaustion created by this
    They dont take any responsibility and manipulate users personal accounts on google
    I do not wish to be associated with the phone or Samsung products

    Its been 5 days Samsung Team is clueless as to what they are checking and what they are investigating after me raising the entire SAGA they put me through for more than 7 days. THEY CAUSE mental stress and trauma when they make someone call 10 times and never call back. When they keep insisting I visit the center or wait for a reply. My request keeps bouncing between different people within Samsung. They cant even answer a simple question what they are checking . Are they checking my Samsung account ? Are they checking their software ? Are they checking the device. Absolutely ridiculous support where they deny you basic right to information where a device under warranty fails to meet primary purpose registering your phone number and email address and use the phone. Its funny I am expected to believe them when they say they are checking when they don't even know what they are checking

    I never want to be associated with Samsung or Samsung product I wish for my money back and no stupid vouchers or replaced useless guarantee products. They don't even know how the device they manufactured works and the public is a guinea pig for their experiments

    Please do not be fooled by Samsung team on the above message. This is their standard template
    I am yet to hear back on the status which they are still absolutely clueless what needs to be checked
    They have a tendency of ensuring they don't help and simply mark status as resolved with no explanation or justification what so ever about the issue you had and what they did about the same

    12 days no update or help from Samsung
    Still causing mental trauma. Agents from Techline still call and ask whats the issue 8th person I am talking from Samsung absolutely clueless what is the issue what they are "nikhlesh.[protected]@partner.samsung.com"
    Service heads from Samsung also marked nothing done from Samsun
    Samsung team has done nothing to help
    In spite of providing screenshots and trailing mail they are now again circling back that they don't know the accounts registered on their website and I should recheck my google accounts
    They are so illiterate that they cant even read and follow screenshots

      I have placed ordered RT37T4513S8 Top Mount Freezer with Twin Cooling Plus™ 345L (serial no. 04EH4PBNC00425) on 24 Feb. 2021 from Samsung shop online.

      Shipped By - Savex Technologies pvt. Ltd.
      Invoice no. - BW1MP[protected]
      The product was delivered on 26 Feb. 2021 at my address and was attended by service engineer on 01/03/2021 for installation. He found that the legs are tilted and these can't be affixed and raised the ticket 1916202.
      Subsequent to this I also shared the pics and raised the ticket 1916166 these details has been shared to [protected]@sielhelp.zendesk.com.
      On 02/03/2021 once again one more service engineer visited and examined the product and took some pics and told me that this can't be affixed and you have to talk to Samsung team for same.
      Later I have word with authorized Samsung service provider Mr. Babu and came to know that this need to replaced and you have to talk with Samsung team for the same.
      In view to all the above events I am struggling to get the things moving right.
      In last i week have called daily to customer care and getting nothing from end, every time i am being told that our representative will call you within 24 to 48 hrs. but nobody call me. Moreover they again and again told me to share the pics of defective product which i have already share 3 time on email and against the raised ticket i.e 1916202 & 1916166.

        Hi Sir/Madam,
        I Pre ordered galaxy watch 3 Bluetooth version (41mm) on aug 20th and it's been more than 100days till now i haven't received my cash back.I have already contacted your customer support several times till now no response and I have already mailed support.[protected]@samsung.com several times.
        You are introducing a product and telling customers to pre order with offers and after taking your product within your terms and condition you guys not even solving customer's issue means then for what we should buy your product?
        If this goes on most probably i should file a complaint and face it legally because i am frustrated and exhausted with the issue that i am facing.

              We have lodged a complaint regarding microwave oven on 27 Feb 2021 though Samsung online customer care support. A Representative visited us and checked the micro and informed us a part has to be replaced and he shall try to get back to us on 28th Feb or 1st of March.

              On 28th February another Representative visited us and replaced the part. He is through from New Cool Aircon Services, visited us and replaced a part. The receipt is attached herewith.

              Even after the replacement of the spare part, the micro is still not working and switches off immediately. We had also followed up this issue through Samsung whatsapp chat with reference no.[protected].

              Inspite of our repeated requests over telephone the guy who replaced the spare part answers the phone but kept postponing his visit to check the micro. Ultimately the first guy, who visited us says the guy who fixed the part is fake and not from Samsung.

              My query is inspite of sharing the cash receipt for the spare part through whatsapp chat with the Samsung why the customer care has not stopped us.

              I request concerned officials of customer care to do justice and punish the culprits appropriately.

              Date Of Purchase : 07/03/2022

              Once when we started oven on Micro Mode, due to excess of heat, it door glass got hole n then was cracked from inside. Pls note the crack is from inside.
              Complaint was registered in customer care, technician called before coming and was asking for 400rs. visit charges, as the oven is in warranty I denied to pay the charges, then after 15 mins of argument he agreed to visit. He checked the product and told for door replacement and we have to pay for the door charges 1500rs. I requested him to click pictures n take video while switching on the oven and I told him to forward the same to customer care. But till so many days pictures and video were not sent to customer care.

              I called several times to customer care no. and explained that the glass is cracked followed by the hole from inside, so it does not come in physical damage, so pls replace the door in warranty. Physical damages are from outside, and if physical damage from our side is there the whole glass would have cracked, but this only cracked from middle side followed by the crack.
              They told they will send other technician to check the product, but no one has came to check the product again. complain was registered and then closed without contacting us. It was very lethargic behavior from service center. came to our home and told to replace the door at our cost.

              I am not getting any positive response from Samsung local team ...if it continue same then i have to post in social media, which i don't have to do also like to do consumer complain.

              It is humble request to resolve the problem at the earliest. As Samsung is huge and branded company how take care of there customer.

                  I am facing major problem from my Samsung galaxy m30s mobile phone.                     I had purchased a 49 inch Led from Samsung corporate site which had offee on ICICI CREDIT card for cashback. It has been 9 months and it has still not been credited into my account. I'm attaching the details of dispatch.
                    Despite numerous follow up with customer care, matter is still not resolved.

                      1. I was interested in buying Samsung AC only because the Khosla Electronics, Amtala assured that the product will be 2021. I received the product of Dec 2020 which suggest that it's old model of 2020. 2. The Shop branch assured me that it can convert to 1 ton from 1.5 ton in single user mode, but the AC has no feature of the same. 3. The AC has swing mode left to right but does not work.

                        I have purchased a Samsung LED 43 inch on 5th Nov, 2020 from Ankur Electricals Noida and I was told that I will be receiving a cash back of Rs. 2991.74 in my credit card account after 3 months of purchase / deduction of EMI.

                        EMI's are regularly deducted from my credit card account, however the cash back hasn't been credited in my account. Even the dealer Ankur Electricals hasn't given any concrete response to my query.

                        With such kind of service both from a company like Samsung or Dealer Ankur Electricals it is an unethical practice by not sticking to their commitments.

                        Pl. let me know by when will I get the refund credited to my account as more than 1 month has elapsed since the due date when the cash back should have been actually credited in my account.

                        Kindly look into the matter and do the needful by crediting the cash back into my account at the earliest.

                          Hi! I ordered Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ from Samsung E Shop on 24th Feb and got it delivered on 26th Feb. I have Green tint issue on the tablet as samsung have this issue since the launch of the tablet. In green tint issue, when I lower the brightness, then the grey objects appear to be green. But, samsung doesn't take any action to fix these issues and doubled their promotion of the tab with some offers. I went to the service center, then the first service centre don't know "What is Green Tint Issue?" They didn't understand the problem. After that, I lodged complaint against them and went to the another service center. They checked and got the issue correctly. But, they said that "This is not a issue. It's a feature". My friend have same tablet and he don't have such kind of issue. So, they denied my claim and said if we will replace the product, samsung would charge fine on them. I also lodged complaint on customer care but, they only want me to visit the service center and check the device again and again, so that the DOA period will over and, then they will free from the issue. So, I request you to please help me to get my money back. This is the common problem in almost all the panels of the tablet and latest smartphones of Samsung. I am attaching some pics of the issue. Kindly help me.

                            Scheduled an appointment by your service engineer at 4pm for AC servicing and he has never turned up. Neither he bothered to call and change the timing. I was waiting for him and wasted my time. Samsung commit time but does not stand up to it. People on ground zero are good for nothing. I am sure sooner this kind of service staff will bring shutters of Samsung down in India.

                              Not satisfied by the camera performance on M51. The image and vedio quality doesn't justify it's camera specs. So there's definetly need to improve.On normal vedio mode can't switch to ultra wide angle directly. So honestly the camera can really do better with a good update.

                                Hellp im im facing problem in my phone after a security patch update and then i called customer service... They said it will be a free of cost repair and this scheme is valid till june 31 2021 ... So i gave it to Authorised service center near my house...it has been more than 15 days im only getting a answer from service center saying we are waiting for the approval and when i called customer service they are saying it a paid repair now... It has been 18 days from when i submitted my phone at the service center in hope of getting it repaired but now they are saing its a paid repair.

                                They have a tendency to close request and provide not information even if the product is under warranty
                                Don't wait go the legal route :https://cybercrime.gov.in/Webform/CrimeCatDes.aspx.
                                You can also lookup right to information act and plan accordingly
                                If you have purchased it from any e-commerce website see if they can take a legal action against samsung or you can file for one depending on the various categories information of which you can find on government websites

                                  I purchased a 2 ton AC from Samsung on 25 may 2020 and got installed on 27 may after 15 days there is a issue of cooling multiple time your service engineer visited but unable to resolve my problem.Again and again I raised complaints but my problem is not resolved .I spend my hard earned money for Samsung product.if want to contact call me on [protected]

                                    We have raised initial request as RINSE is not happening. SAMSUNG TECH replaced few parts after which we had put in a load of clothes, and machine caught up with fire. We immediately switched off the power plugs and with the help of neighbours/watchman, started diffusing the fire and managed to pull the machine outside. Machine is totally damaged now. Upper lid and inner drum are totally burnet making the product useless. More details can be explained to the company directly.

                                      SAMSUNG agrees it's non repairable and refunding RS 21375/ as depreciation, it's non agreeable v want our FRIDGE REPLACEMENT with upgraded model for all the trama v have gone through pandemic and mental stress and must monetary compensation also for all the fruit and vegetables got rotten.

Refunding depreciation amount through coupon to again buy Samsung products, Be-aware be-aware b4 buying Samsung products on huge discount by Vijay sales, bought 37.5 K fridge, compressor warranty 10 year within 3 years declared unrepairable by Ashtvinayak enterprises, authd service centre, very poor and rude management, from 28/01/20 --22/03/20, taken twice to workshop, gas charged at home, provided service fridge also, charged thrice than declared non repairable by MR RAJIV manager, do whatever u want v said from 1st day it's non repairable than y he took fridge to service centre and charged us thrice, currently after posting on social sites again'repaired by another service centre and looted money of non repairable fridge, rgds Samsung sufferer customer.Ibrahim Retiwala [protected].

                                        I am facing issue with my samsung galaxy M30s purchased on 4th October 2019 from Amazon. Initially when i purchased the product within 5 days it stopped working and a replacement was sent to me on 11th October 2019.

                                        The product worked fine for initial few months and then i started Facing problems after updating the Software. At times it used to restart automatically but that happened once or twice in a week.

                                        Then after Updating to Android 10 the phone got stuck in a boot loop. Tried to charge the phone and restart, it was charging but still stuck on the main samsung screen. Took it to the sc and they performed their software update and after that too same problem persists.

                                        I have also noted that on multiple forums/communities and so on people have been facing the same issue with the m series phones post the software update for Android10.

                                        I have checked it on Samsung community and i observed all users using M30s have been facing issues with the Device. And the problem is somewhat similar.

                                        Idially when an Android update is dispatched user can update that on there own, but the samsung Service Centre team informed that the update needs to be done From service centre That shouldnt be the case. I have been using Android since ages and have never faced any problem after an Update.

                                        I don't have any problem with that service center but from the Samsung directly because this M30s model has some serious Auto restart problem and issues in network department and I've read somewhere on samsung portal that this device has manufacturing defects.

                                        I got software update notification and after doing it my mobile got stuck. It happened very soon after my warranty period expired. Service Center persons told that it is a motherboard issue and it will cost around Rs. 5500 to fix it. This is not at all acceptable and I am very much disappointed with this brandI don't have any problem with that service center but from the Samsung directly because this M30s model has some serious Auto restart problem and issues in network department and I've read somewhere on samsung portal that this device has manufacturing defects.

                                        My request to Samsung either replace my M30s mobile with some other model or give my money refund along with inconvenience fee.

                                        I had attached my s/n and m/n along with Bill invoice and proof of visiting service centre.

                                        My problem is not solved by their senior executive. Worst experience with Samsung.
                                        I have been using Samsung m30s mobile from past 4 years. After the update on 8th May have been facing lot of issues. Please help
