Hi! I ordered Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ from Samsung E Shop on 24th Feb and got it delivered on 26th Feb. I have Green tint issue on the tablet as samsung have this issue since the launch of the tablet. In green tint issue, when I lower the brightness, then the grey objects appear to be green. But, samsung doesn't take any action to fix these issues and doubled their promotion of the tab with some offers. I went to the service center, then the first service centre don't know "What is Green Tint Issue?" They didn't understand the problem. After that, I lodged complaint against them and went to the another service center. They checked and got the issue correctly. But, they said that "This is not a issue. It's a feature". My friend have same tablet and he don't have such kind of issue. So, they denied my claim and said if we will replace the product, samsung would charge fine on them. I also lodged complaint on customer care but, they only want me to visit the service center and check the device again and again, so that the DOA period will over and, then they will free from the issue. So, I request you to please help me to get my money back. This is the common problem in almost all the panels of the tablet and latest smartphones of Samsung. I am attaching some pics of the issue. Kindly help me.

Once when we started oven on Micro Mode, due to excess of heat, it door glass got hole n then was cracked from inside. Pls note the crack is from inside.
Complaint was registered in customer care, technician called before coming and was asking for 400rs. visit charges, as the oven is in warranty I denied to pay the charges, then after 15 mins of argument he agreed to visit. He checked the product and told for door replacement and we have to pay for the door charges 1500rs. I requested him to click pictures n take video while switching on the oven and I told him to forward the same to customer care. But till so many days pictures and video were not sent to customer care.
I called several times to customer care no. and explained that the glass is cracked followed by the hole from inside, so it does not come in physical damage, so pls replace the door in warranty. Physical damages are from outside, and if physical damage from our side is there the whole glass would have cracked, but this only cracked from middle side followed by the crack.
They told they will send other technician to check the product, but no one has came to check the product again. complain was registered and then closed without contacting us. It was very lethargic behavior from service center. came to our home and told to replace the door at our cost.
I am not getting any positive response from Samsung local team ...if it continue same then i have to post in social media, which i don't have to do also like to do consumer complain.
It is humble request to resolve the problem at the earliest. As Samsung is huge and branded company how take care of there customer.
