This television was purchased from Vijay Sales (Opera House Branch) on 6 August 2020,
Invoice No: OH-A-SIF730 since then the product as faced malfunctions twice
(1) During installation when the engineer started the set up image displayed was like X ray, the engineer mentioned that there is a fault in the product and to contact Vijay Sales however he rectified the issue by taking help from Samsung support.
(2) Malfunction of Main PCB on 31 Oct 2020, was replaced by Samsung engineer on 4 Nov 2020.
Since the purchase in August 2020, I have witnessed two malfunctions with the product which has caused dissatisfaction and losing trust in the brand (Samsung). Samsung who is well known to deliver quality assured products and an excellent service to customers is now just become a quote of trade to sell products and does not look like the brand even means what it proudly says. I have been a valuable customer of Samsung with most products in my house are purchases of the brand however with this dissatisfaction I am losing trust in Samsung.

I hope you listen to my concern and will wait to hear for a positive response from your sides. One more thing buying a new tv and experiencing malfunctions is not what a happy customer wants, warranty and free of cost servicing is not either. If we are paying the price of the product please ensure you deliver quality and not just fake quotes of excellence.

    I have placed the order [protected] on 20/07/2020 for Samsung Galaxy M31. There was a cashback offer of 1000 rupees during the time of order for ICICI debit card. It has been more than 90 days but i haven't received the cashback yet

      This is to bring in to your notice that i am a dedicated samsung user for the past seven plus years i have always been a fan of the note series.I own a Samsung galaxy note 9 which was working perfectly fine until the update.However the updated i found out that the screen started turning green on the increase of brightness and the phone gets stuck.I had been to the nearest Samsung service statd ouion and they told me that the screen is spoiled.I dont have any damage on the mobile and not even a single scratch.I checked all over the internet and found that the update has caused the problem.so i would request you to change my screen free of cost since it was and update glitch and not my fault.feel free to contact me on my below numbers for any details.

        I ordered Samsung Mobile S20+ on dtd 15.10.20 at night vide order no. [protected]. Full payment was made through Credit Card.
        Due to some financial constraints I planned to shift from full payment to EMI payment, hence on 16.10.20 morning I cancelled the Order and re-order the same mobile vide order no. [protected] on EMI payment option. I also received confirmation of cancellation of mobile of order no. [protected].
        But after one week I received both mobiles of Order no. [protected] & [protected].
        First I received mobile of order [protected]. Since this order was already cancelled, we thought that this mobile is of order no. [protected] and opened the Box. But later I saw another mobile box in my home which was received by our kids. I surprised by looking second mobile and then I checked the order no. The mobile that I opened was of order no. [protected] which I already had cancelled.
        The mobile of order no. [protected] is with us in fully packed condition.
        I asked many times to SUMSUNG Customer Care and write mail to CEO to make refund of my payment of one mobile and take back another mobile. But never received a single reply from SAMSUNG.

          I placed an order for Samsung refrigerator (RT37T4533S8 Top Mount Freezer with Twin Cooling Plus 345L) on 21st Oct, 2020 (order #[protected]). I received the order on 31st Oct, 2020. On 1st Nov, 2020 Samsung installation engineer came and unpacked the refrigerator and noticed 2 dents on the right side of refrigerator. He took photos also and asked me to contact Samsung customer care and raise a request for replacement. I called the same day and raised a complaint (Request No: 1793676) and send 15 different photos as requested by helpdesk agent. I have not heard back from Samsung till now on replacement. On 4th Nov, someone called me and asked to contact Savex for help. So I called Savex but they denied help. They asked to call Samsung only stating until they approve the request we can't replace. Again I called Samsung but the helpdesk agent asked me to wait for 24-48hrs and concerned team will get back. When I asked to connect to supervisor or any higher authority, he disconnected my call. SInce then I have called customer care, emailed them, sent escalation email to service head and CEO but of no use. This is worst customer service by Samsung. I use lot of Samsung products and was going to book Samsung UHD TV but now I am very skeptical about buying any Samsung products if this is the kind of support received. Please look into this urgently.

          No one has contacted me in last 10 days and I'm yet to receive the replacement refrigerator. Its 19 days now. If you cannot replace it then please take back your refrigerator and issue me a full refund.

          Its 22 days now and my issue is still not resolved. I got a call 3 days back stating my refrigerator cannot be replaced as per Samsung Policy. I was shocked to hear that. I have spoken to numerous people from Samsung in the last 3 weeks and not a single person told me that. I have been only told that your case is under investigation and concerned team will get back. Once investigation is over only then it can be replaced. I had escalated to Service Head India <servicehead.[protected]@samsung.com> and written email to CEO and got replies stating that issue is escalated and it will be fixed. Not a single time anyone told me that refrigerator cannot be replaced. After wasting so much time and effort in escalating and following up for 3 weeks, I now get to know that all was in vain. And the worst part is they offering me Rs.1000 as compensation to keep the damaged product. Can you imagine that? I was furious to hear that. Do Samsung think I'm a beggar? I spent almost 20-22k already eating outside for past 3 weeks because there was no refrigerator so cannot keep any vegetables or fruit. All the leftover food had to be thrown out as I couldn't store. Leave apart all the mental torture I had to go through following up and speaking to people who were least bothered to help and just kept disconnecting the calls. Samsung such a big company and for them to treat their regular and corporate customers like this is a "SHAME".

            I bought a Samsung 43 inch LED smart TV on 28th Oct 2016 by paying Rs 73900/- (Price of a brand new TV) at Samyak Sales, Mumbai which is a Samsung Plaza. In the first week of September 2020 picture began deteriorating and a complaint was made to Samsung. The official technician came and inspected the TV and said that the panel needs to be changed and the estimated cost will be Rs 23000/-. Since the charges were exorbitant I called in a local technician. After opening up the TV he made a shocking discovery. After opening up he said that all the parts were older than four years and it was a set that was repaired before being delivered as a new TV. There was a signature of a technician from Abhinav Enterprises who repaired the TV on 8th October 2016 on the repaired part of the TV, well before it was sold as a "New TV" to me. Abhinav Enterprises is the authorized service center for Samsung TV. This is a clear case of fraud. The retailer whom I bought it from says "Samsung India" is responsible and after a complaint to Samsung (by email) they say the retailer is responsible . Do not blame each other and kindly repair the TV or give a brand new TV (of same config) without any further delay or cost since I had paid for a brand new TV.

                Since October 2020 I have been complaining about my headset problem. Inspite of my complaint to consumer forum, samsung India is still responding that they are working on my complaint and asking me to wait for a resolution. Someone from samsung india called me and said this headset level u cannot be covered under warranty and I find it as a delaying tactics as my warranty is getting expired on 29th Nov2020.
                Think I am simply wasting my time by complaining to samsung India and also to the consumer forum.
                Enough of this wasting time and the mental agony, tension that I am going through.
                Either samsung india or consumer forum is going to help me in resolving this issue.

                  I have purchased an Galaxy A51 (6GB RAM) in June after one month the mobile was not working.i have shown my mobile to Samsung Service center in Vijaywada.Ruby Techno Services on the 12 of October they said it has Mother board/Processer problem we need to replace it.

                  I beg to draw your kind attention towards the purchase of a coloured SamsungT.V. from your shop.
                  It worked very well for a few months but now it has created disturbance for all o[censored]s. Its picture often changes and there is a whir sound in it. Even its switches do not work properly and lines often appear on the screen. It even takes a lot of time before functioning.

                  Before purchasing you pleaded its durability, utility and stability but it seems it was only a bargain. It has got some fault. You also provided me with a guarantee card in case there appears any defect. So I request you to replace the television as it stands within the stipulated guarantee period. So replace with me a new one or repair it.

                    I have ordered a refrigerator directly from Samsung.co.in website. Refrigerator I have received has been opened by their technical engineer who came for installation and demo. But there were dents on the front of refrigerator and he only showed that to us and marked as damaged from his side only. I have sent those pictures to Samsung over email. When I contacted Samsung India regarding this no proper response from them. They told they were discussing about the issue and they will refund the money soon and take back the their product once over a call. But no response for my emails. After that whenever I call customer care they tell me to wait for checking the details and then disconnect the call without telling anything. And I get email stating they will take the product back in 5-7 every time I write a mail. But they are not doing the same. I am really frustrated. Never saw so bad customer service and vague response from any one.

                      Address: Samsung mumbai.

                      Samsung has sold me refrigerator in 2018 . Refrigerator is not working since last 8 months. Samsung is not ready to refund me my money . I have asked for 90% refund .They have closed my case UNRESOLVED. Report is issued to me thar fridge is irreparable. Report attached. I have videos of repair fridge is dismantled to some extent as its unsafe to operate it.
                      Iam being threated by backend team to accept what ever they offer in 7 days...

                      I purchased from Samsung e-store and now suffering from their fooling terms. I received device with some manufacturing defects and have been complaining online and over the phone to customer care since the second day and now they when they I visited the service center, they are telling that their replacement period is like floating interest rate, 7-10 DAYS, while for Amazon, Flipkart etc, it's 14 days. Perhaps they have their own factories in which some different policies are applicable! There is no value to their online complaints.Now I have to dwell on the faulty product forever!!!😭

                      I am constantly complaining to online forum and customer care since the 2nd day of purchase but no manual answer from eshop support team. I contacted CEO channel. They insisted me to visit physically to service centre in this pandemic lockdown to verify that the pictures which I attached with complaint were of that same device or not. I went but after returning they are telling it cannot be replaced as I did not contacted between 7-10 days like floating interest rate which changes with the visiting. It ends just one day prior when you visit. Why I have to suffer for fault from your side & your communication lag. Every day senior executive customer experience calls and postpones the process for next day. On day of my visit, she was also absent. I'm totally heart broken for this fooling tricks like some cheap brands. I will personally not buy any Samsung products in future and will not recommend to anyone especially from ESTORE.

                      It also offers 14 days for some SPECIFIC DEALERS (PERHAPS THEY OWN THEIR OWN FACTORY TO PRODUCE PHONES COMPLYING WITH THEIR SEPERATE POLICY). The above conversation was with senior executive customer experience.

                        Bi have one mobile booked through online your delever commitment date 29th october 2020 but product not delever till the day .
                        Your comapny msg to me on 1st november my produst is packed.
                        Today i have cheacked status so same are showing my product is packed only.
                        No improvement till today.

                        Many times coordinate with your customer care person but not resolve muy issue.

                        I feel samsung service is very poor.

                          1. Product was ordered online from Samsung Store app.
                          2. I received a defective product
                          3. Went to service center and was not much of a help.
                          4. They took 1.5 months to give me a DOA (Dead on arrival certificate)
                          5. I was informed "A new product would be sent to me and I have to hand over the DOA to them" (Validity of the certificate was 7 days)
                          6. Now they have taken back the old defective device and neither I have received any payment nor they have replaced the product.
                          7. I have been waiting patiently for past 2 months, called customer care almost every day and sent several mails including Service Head.
                          All efforts are in vain as no one is responding..

                            I cancelled my order of mobile m51 on 20 oct and havent recieved refund yet, sent 100s of email to samsung, talked with their customer support on phone and on chat of their website but no resolution yet, these scammers making fake promises that i'll get my refund in 48-72 hours everytime i complaint, its been happening from last 16 days, i even sent mails to ceo samsung, service head but they are of no help either, i literally have to beg for my own money

                            3 days ago on 10th oct i recieved call from samsuunng customer care and they said i'll recieve my refund in 48-72 hours but no refund yet, samsung just keepp making fake promises and not refunding my hard earned money
                            been 23 days since i cancelled order, this is teh service of samsung that customer have to beg for his own money

                            I have ordered an a7 lite tab from Samsung Shop app, my money was deducted from my account towards savex technologies gurgaon but never got any order confirmation every day I called customer care they always said they will resolve the issue in 24 hrs, when I emailed they send automated emails to contact customer care its a big harassment from their side although I sent them all my transection details still they are saying they have not got my money 11499 is no small amount, its big harassment, please refund my amount in my source account

                            I had ordered Samsung F23 ( Order id [protected] ) on 23rd oct 2022 on official website & delivery date was 30th Oct 2022.

                            After that I waited till 9th Nov 2022, but no order received then on the same day I cancelled that order at evening, till date I didn't received my refund, since from consecutive 12 days I am taking follow up with customer care & they giving me fake commitment everyday that my money will refund within 24 to 48 hrs.

                            This is very unpleased experience from this reputed company till date so, I request to take it forward & refund my amount on priority.

                              I brought samsung m31 mobile it takes 2:40hrs to take full charge please imporve its doesn't support 22w charger which you provide for Samsung m51

                                We bought SAMSUNG MICROWAVE OVEN on 24th Aug 2020 from Adishwar, Tiptur, Karnataka but, we didn't receive the warranty card till date. We have packed the product infront o[censored]s but they have not put the manual along with the product. After constant follow-ups, after 6 weeks they provided xerox of the manual and when we are asking for warranty they are saying the bill would be enough for any further complaints. Demo guy also didn't show the demo as he could not refer to the manual.

                                Even, the glass rotator inside the oven was also not fitting well... once we complained about it then, after a few days they exchanged the rotator which they would be knowing while showing the demo in the showroom which we have not noticed. Overall, we feel there is some issue with the product which the showroom guys are hiding from us.

                                We have brought this issue to the notice of the Adishwar main branch, Bangalore... even, they are not supporting us. They are comfortably escaping without providing the warranty card saying the warranty card is not needed... We wanted to bring this issue to your notice to take required action and do the needful.

                                    “The mobile phone was purchased for my company (I am a corporate customer from BHEL) and for reimbursement of the same it to be taken from BHEL for which GST No and Company Name are required to be mentioned at “BILL TO” along with other details. I had entered the details of complete billing address as well as GST No . 09AAACB4146P2ZC in the field provided on Samsung shop Online Platform.
                                    However, in the invoice provided, Billing address is correct but the GST No of purchaser is not shown.
                                    Moreover, the GST No is inadvertently indicated in Delivery Address, which has no meaning.
                                    Kindly issue the invoice incorporating the GST No. of the purchaser in the Bill To details. This is required for taking the GST Input Credit by BHEL. “
