By the way I have been hearing from people for some time that I have taken a new phone to see that it is a 5G phone
Hey tell me that if the phone is 5g then how is it able to run your 4G sim properly
When 4G SIM did not work in 3G phones then 4G SIM and 4G phones had to be taken.
Nothing is 5g The new phone is being sold by simply speaking 5G
By the way I ask the owner

of these company that if you have a diesel car then you will not get the petrol
Till 5g sim has not come in the market, how did you launch 5g phone in market
Neither does anyone know whether the 5G SIM will work in that phone or not because the company has used the SIM from an angle, using the 5G SIM
Will work better because you did not have a 5g sim

    I purchased Samsung Galaxy A 7 Phone on 11th February, 2019.
    I am a low phone user and use only for calls & SMS's.
    Despite being a low user, the battery of the phone used to get discharged very fast.
    Still I went to the authorised service centre in Sector 16, Faridabad - 121002 (Haryana) to get the phone checked.
    I was told that the battery needs to be replaced.
    I argued with the front office executive that how can battery of a new phone did not last even for 15-16 months.
    On their insistence, I got the battery replaced on 26-09-20 and paid Rs. 2259/- for a new battery.
    Now even the new battery is getting discharged very fast and I am not able to understand that how a less than 3 months old new battery can discharge so fast.
    I strongly feel that I have been sold a faulty phone and request you to replace the phone immediately and forward my complaint to the top management of Samsung India & Samsung, South Korea to enable the R&D Department to check the faulty phone.

      I purchased Samsung A-50 in Feb 2020.I started Facing issued with the set from March Onwards. My phone stopped working due to lockdown service centers are closed so i took assistance from Samsung chat but no positive response. After 3-4 days my phone started working automatically. But i started getting issues in app's like Bluetooth, Tethering hotspot, sims etc.

      then later i visited service center they changes some internal part as some part was damaged.

      After a month again same issues are started & suddenly my phone got locked & sensor stopped working then again i visited service center they reboot my phone & deleted all the data.

      Now from last 4-5 days my speaker & headphone's Port is stopped working. I took assistance from Samsung chat the told me to reset the setting again i lost my entire data after that

      The staff of janak puri service are very much un professional & The person who helped me online is also have no much knowledge.

      I told him it is hardware issue but forcefully he told me to reset the setting.

      I am facing so much problems since i buy Samsung's phone. i need replacement of my device but they are not listening at all.

        I purchased the device samsung fold 2 on approx 31 oct from samsung sales authorised dept. Who at the time of purchase said there is no discount or concession but one time display replacement.
        Within 10 days my phone was on charging after comming back almost after 2 hours i found a gap near earpiece and cracks on lower side o[censored]pper small display, after contacting the person through whom i purchased the phone who is ZBM ( zonal branch manager ) kashmir zone, he told me to take the phone to service center but service center said that there is no such scheme of display replacement.
        After contacting to samsung service customer i finally submitted my device to a service center with job sheet no. [protected] on 19 december, since then they are saying your device will be repaired soon, yesterday i got a call from the service center that the new display which had came is showing lines and now we have to order for a new one but you have to wait .
        How long i should wait, i have spender 1.5 lakh on the device just to keep it in service center even hardly after 20 days of purchase and samsung is not able to solve my problem . Aafter contacting service center and esclate service call center i am totally unsatisfied and i want my cell phone back by today as my all service related work is in my phone . I want either to replace my cell by today or else give me another model . I cant wait now a singke day . Whatever the problem is in display it is totally manufacturer defect even your newly ordered display is a faulty one . I will take my case to social media and consumer court if my issue will not be solved today .
        Your device is not worth the money you sold it for. I have lost trust faith and intrest in samsung . I want refund or a new device

          I have purchased this particular Samsung Refrigerator on 29th December 2012 in one of the showroom in Kochi . I have an issue now which as per Samsung Technicians Refrigerator compressor need to be replaced. I have raised the complaint (Complaint No: [protected]) on 19th December 2020. Against this several calls being made with customer care and the local Samsung service center and they have now informed that this particular refrigerator compressor is stopped manufacturing and hence cannot be replaced, although its still under 10years Warranty. I have requested them the alternate solution as its costly Fridge (around 51K) and I purchased through consumer loan. But they are refused to provide replacement or alternate solution till now.

            I am writing to bring into your notice that my S10 lite is not charging as it seem to have hardware issues.Phone is under warranty.Service center changed the hardware once and it is happening again.Phone was not fallen or there is not damage done.I have heard this from many samsung users.Service centers are unable to help anymore.I need permanent fix on this as I can't leave my phone to service center always for fixing this.

            Kindly look into this matter before I file a grievance on different platforms including consumer forum as well.

                Hi Sir/Madam,

                It is very regret to inform you that, I have escalated a matter of my smart TV, which i have paid around 1.65L.

                the TV is not even run more than 2 years or 1000 hrs, but its motherboard gone.. I tried to reach out your customer service, they said, Samsung is not do any charity, you have to pay for mother board and avail the services.. Somehow i managed to pay and availed the service. While opening the TV, found that the TV got bleached.. It is a QA and QC problem as Samsung is a brand and they cannot sell such substandard products, hence I escalated the matters, as I paid 1.65L and there is a value for money..
                Just Now, I got a call from contact# [protected] from Delhi
                He has not even allowed me to speak but he started abusing me and threatened and badly behaved with me.
                Moreover, he said, i don't care who are you and all, do whatever you want.
                if you have a call recording facility then you can hear his unprofessional way of customer handling
                I asked his name, but he didn't disclose his name and he disconnected the call.

                I am a defense person, and the Samsung guys misbehave with customers is unacceptable for me or anyone, as Samsung is a brand and as per my views, they should maintain some courtesy while interacting with any of their customers as they are the main stakeholders. Therefore, May I request you to consider my application and fair with me as i cannot sustain such pathetic TV or pathetic customer support more..

                  I'm having a Samsung TV Model UA32C5000QRMXL, in June 2017 speaker was replaced due to failurel on July 2020 it again replaced for not functioning properly but the speaker again failed and replaced in Nov 2020 (in this it was in warranty only service charge paid).
                  But again it failed in December 2020 the same samsung service team came couple time tooked the video of the sound recording to show to their seniors to get the feedback what to do. Now I got a call stateing that we have to pay full amount only then it will be replaced, my question was it's still in warranty period and reason for repeated failure is not given for the same I have rewritten couple of mails but no proper reply for the subject.

                    Months back bought Samsung A71 Mobile phone from croma .I will attach the bill copy of the same . With such a small period of 4 months only screen got damaged . Samsung lost the quality of the product . Always loved this brand and their quality but this time I m really upset that such a low quality screen they r using for for phone of range 35000 rupees . Cant belive. I should stop purchasing Samsung product only. I want other also to know plz think twice before purchasing Samsung products .in service centers also they don't entertain.

                      I had purchased a Samsung A 71 from Global Access in Inidra Nagar Bangalore on 26/11/2020 (Dusshera). From the first day itself, the battery started draining out. And when I complained the same to the Samsung Service center more than once, they say to leave the phone with them for checking.
                      I have sent several emails to support.[protected]@samsung.com.
                      And in one of the emails which they (samsung) have replied is that I hand over the phone to the service center and that they would replace the parts.
                      Now why does a brand new phone need replacement of parts withing 15 days of purchase, nobody is able to explain. And if it needs replacement, means it is a defective piece, which the people in the service center are not willing to accept and they keep saying leave the phone for one day and we will check and revert to you.
                      Now what is the guarantee that if I leave the phone with the service center, they will neither replace the parts nor repair the same.
                      If they do, means the phone is a defective piece.
                      And another thing is that the person in the service center says that if any parts are replaced or if the phone is repaired, it will show in the system, What if they don't enter the details in the system, and then make the phone and say everything's ok.
                      I saw the trust of Samsung by purchasing a phone for 30k. I am not interested in trusting them again.
                      And I have asked for either a new phone, or my money back or a credit note.
                      They are not willing to give either of the above.
                      Therefore I request you to please look into the matter and grant justice by intimating Samsung to either give me a new phone, (the same Samsung A 71) or my refund back or a credit note.

                          I got my samsung m30s mobile before a yr. I got a update notification, after the update my mobile got stuck.

                          Samsung Care told me that the motherboard issue and which costs me Rs 8000+ INR, my warranty got expired a month ago still my mobile in customer support center .I said I won't purchase any hardware it was not my mistake . Is this a pre-planned activity? to send an update and crash all the phone? so that everyone will purchase hardware?

                          I don't see these types of silly issues in other mobiles which I used .still customer care not responding d they r not giving proper answers. Samsung m30s s failure model how can I again purchase another hardware of rs 80000 .its again waste of money.so I need free of service bcoz its completely samsung mistake. They r cheating their customers

                            I have bought this bought this product on 4 Nov 2020 and with in few days of purchase this phone was not working properly I was facing problems such as no network problem and when I switch that sim to another device the network was available, some times the phone also hangs and I have registered a complaint on their costumer care service they gave me procedure to follow and I have done but I am still facing the problem now and I have also visited their service centre and they want to open the phone parts which and I don't
                            want it to happen with my new phone and I just wanted to exchange this phone with samsung galaxy m51 and I want exact Rs12000 value of my current phone.

                              Sir,

                              I purchased Samsung mobile M-31, through Amazon on 09 Aug 20.

                              The display stopped working suddenly and when I approached Samsung Service center, Harihara Electronics, Kompally, Secunderabad., Service informed that there is internal damage of display unit and charged Rs 4896/- on date.

                              However, I could not notice any damage in the replaced part.

                              Can you please intervene. I have retained the damaged display unit with me.

                                I purchased the Samsung Note 10 lite mobile on 10th September 2020 from an authorized Samsung center (Samsung Madonna distributors) worth Rs 39000. The IMEI no. of mobile is [protected].

                                After using for a month the mobile started to show heating issue and quick battery discharge. The mobile battery will discharge so fast that from 100% to 0 (even if am not using the mobile @ night) it will reach within 6 to 7 hours. I gave the mobile to the authorized Service Centre for repairing on[protected]. They examined and gave back it after a couple of days saying that they replace the battery and board.

                                On using it for a couple of days I realized the issue was not solved, I again went to the service center and gave the mobile. After keeping the mobile for observation they gave back saying that they can't do anything as they already replaced the battery and board. The issue is due to my location. I was born and brought up at this location and I am using mobile for past 15 years there were no issues with any of my previous mobile. My family member's mobile is working fine.

                                Then I called Samsung customer care and requested a replacement, From the customer center, they told me it is excalated to head office and I will get a call from head office within four hours. I waited for a couple of days and started making calls to customer care, every time I call them I will get the same response that “I will get a call from head office within 4 hours”. Finaly I got a call on[protected], and they informed me to give the mobile phone to the service center and disconnected the call without hearing what I have to say. I am confused service center says they can't do anything and the Samsung head office communicated to give back to the service center.

                                I am very disappointed this a new mobile and I cant even use it for 6 hours. Even after repair, there is no improvement. Please inquire about the matter and make the necessary arrangement to resolve the issue. My phone is under warranty.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I have purchased Samsung M31 on 06 August 2020 through Amazon great India sale. Everything was good but suddenly today (15 December 2020) I saw some dark purple patches all over mobile. I took to Samsung authorized service center and they informed this won't be covered under warranty and I have to pay Rs 5050. It's not even six months old and all of a sudden this issue had come. I spoke to Samsung escalation team but no use. I purchased this mobile for Rs17500 and again paying for display 5k is really not acceptable. I have attached the mobile picture, invoice, Samsung service center job copy. I kindly request you to get it resolved.

                                    No one response on the bellow matter, i had sent lots of mail, however i have been suffering since last 3rd Dec. 2020 . Hence i ever to feel All executive including CEO is really useless and baseless, insubordinate, doing their job without protocol and just like as road side company or Chinese company. there is no ethically do their job..This CEO mail id may be fake ID because their is no result. CEO means Chief Entertainment Officer towards customer. .. The Bellow mail is previous mail.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I have logged a complaint towards my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, having issues and provided Service center to complete repair since the last 3 days under samsung care + advantage.

                                    the 1st issue was, That concern service center could not check and verified the Care + policy through Samsung Account [protected]@gmail.com. However they opened my S20 Ultra without prior permission of mine and the same was informed through the customer service center on site before doing any paperwork related to Care+ . Let me know, Why a customer invests INR4000/- as extra and again 1599/- as one time tax on dated 3rd Dec 2020 and it clearly violates the Customer's rights after being a premium customer. Is it preferable treatment for premium customers ???

                                    In spite, the Customer service center provided estimation towards defective parts replacement for S20 Ultra by verbally But the Service Center denied to provide old parts after demands at my end. where ever customer care + executive told that, it is customer rights to collect old defective parts from Service Center instead of replacement for Samsung Loyalness or quality of customer service. For which each and every customer including myself can satisfy Samsung repair in genuine.

                                    Samsung should make a clear transference towards customers. If they will replace that defective part. Why does the customer Service center hide that old parts? Hence it makes sure that defective parts are not replaced and may Samsung care cheat with customers through Care + .

                                    Therefore, I'm humble requesting, Please provide or show all the defective parts to me at time of delivery and as a premium customer again I ' m praying, IP68 rated to be checked at time of delivery .

                                    One of Earbuds lives is going to hell and Samsung denied to resolve it, if I'm not checking through Worst Service Centers at Bhubaneswar and filed a consumer case. for which I have fear, it will not happen again with Samsung S20 Ultra.

                                    Note: All voice transactions were recorded for further evidence.and will be produced when ever is required.

                                    I have not yet got delivery date since last 2 weeks, Samsung commitment going toss and always make false commitment as footpath company... really disappoint on this regards...My S20 Ultra going to hell...Thanks for Cheating ...

                                      Dear Samsung member,

                                      This is to inform you that I have been badly harassed with the service of Samsung, I am not going to leave any point if I do not receive any service recovery for the reasons I am going to state now-
                                      1. Purchased a Samsung mobile from MONI MOBILE, ITKHOLA, SILCHAR. It was taken on EMI basis, the day I purchased I paid INR 650 and as per the person rest will be my EMI payment every month and accordingly he took all my bank details.

                                      2. Time went on and it was the time when the amount of 1st installment should have been deducted from my account however it didn't deduct on time, being a loyal customer I repeat my words being a loyal customer I made a payment all my myself so that Samsung should not think I have not paid the amount on time.I informed the store handler at Samsung store that my auto debit amount didn't process so I made the payment.There was no problem till the time I started getting overdue messages, I called up Team leader Mr.Biki, and visited Samsung stores 11 times to get this issue sorted ...No help from store and Team Leader Mr.Biki.I kept quite thinking that the issue would be taken care of by the team.

                                      3.Time went on and my 2nd installment automatically got deducted from my account, I thought the issue got resolved however it was not my previous payment didn't get reflected on the due history. My account history still shows only one payment and still shows overdue.

                                      4. Yesterday When I was on a conference call with head office, the call was very important I repeat the call was very important, all of a sudden my phone got locked and I could not unlock my phone as It asked for payment only then the phone will be unlocked. I had to listen from my bosses because of your negligence and I am not going to leave anyone if I donot get things right for my phone, I will also make sure I stop making further payment if someone from Samsung doesn't call me for the harassment they gave. I had to visit Samsung store to unlock my phone.The answer I got was every customer on EMI has faced the issue and it was till 7 PM. Moreover I want to know why didn't I receive any message regarding phone lock.

                                      5. The biggest cheat Samsung gave was when I won a power bank into a lucky draw, the next day I visited the store to claim and they informed me that it will be given on approval, all documents were taken however its been 2 months now, they didn't give my PowerBank.

                                      6. I have all the call records with TEAM LEADER, RSM and store handlers, I need justification why I was harassed when the payments were made on time.

                                        I bought Samsung Z Flip phone in Nov 2020. The phone screen suddenly stopped working . This was crucial days as there is function at our family on 14th Dec 2020. I took the phone to nearest Samsung Service Center at Ghatkopar. They did not accept the phone stating this phone is premium and you will have to call on the specific number to lodge complaint and they will pick up the phone. Surprisingly when we spoke on the provided number the person Mr Ashutosh said that you will have to visit nearest service center. My complaints are
                                        1. Why this kind of expensive phones stops working within a month ? What quality assurance is there ?
                                        2. Why I have to go pillar and post for getting it replaced / repaired ?
                                        3. Who will pay for loss due to we were left without contact at the crucial stage of our function at family.
                                        4. The service center guy was not understanding customer feeling raised is tone while communicating ? Is this the way premium customers are treated ?
