I bought a Samgsung A50A phone from Calicut (673007) on 06/05/2020 by paying an amount of Rs.21000 from their authorised dealers "MY G" - [protected]. To my surprise and total disappointment, just after 5 months of purchase, this Phone suddenly stopped functioning and continuously went off which made my life miserable. I took the phone on 16th November 2020 to their registered service centre - phone no. (W0007) [protected] and they informed that it needs to be checked and will take time. On 17th Nov. I got a call for their office saying that the Mother Board of the phone is spoiled and needs to be replaced which they do not have in stock and it will take over 1 week to get my phone repaired. This is totally unprofessional and I could never expect such an irresponsible feedback from a company like Samgsung like this. When I asked for a replacement phone, they said it would been possible only within 14 days of purchase. If that is the case, they should have at least kept sufficient stock so that the customer would not have to go through such a mess. All these years, I have had been a loyal customer of Samgsung products and I trusted their product for their integrity and professional approach. Now I understand my belief on their products were baseless and I would never ever attempt to buy a Samgsung product

    Bought samsung m01. first day after 2 SMS and 1 call battery heat crossed case and came, 10% battery low in 5 min, phone hang, brightness auto change, not even internet used. cost is less 6k. so y making such a low quality. raised online complain. got default booklet suggestions. again askd reply came as to go to service center. i bght mobile to use or suffer?

      I have ordered microwave via Samsung website.

      Promised delivery date: 3.Nov.2020

      Issue :
      1) Order not delivered till date
      2) Multiple times called CC, sent mails but no proper responce. Every I get responce from cc that we are escalating issue and you will hear back from us in 24 to 48 hrs but no response.

      Someone please help, am very irritated and frustrated with Samsung.

        My samsung fridge stopped working last year . I registered my complaint on toll free number of samsung service center. Next i got one mssg with the details of local service provider.
        Later in the afternoon he came and replaced old damaged compressor with a new one of different company (LG) . He charges 5000 rupees and took the receipt with himself only. Now in 2020 my fridge again stoped working and when again called service center they told me there no record of my previous complaint as my warranty period is going on. There service provider is also not recognising my complaint. they have cheated me and now they are asking money for compressor again.

                I am submitted my mobile in service centre 29th October after 2-3 days I have confirmation 3 November my phone confirm for replacement De confirm my address also now today is 13 November but I didn't receive my mobile and when I am calling Samsung care helpline they told me wait sir wait we will connect you soon they said always this type words no action no reaction.🤬🤬😡😡😡

                Samsung associate told me they need 20 to 25 days from approval date for replacement my mobile phone my approval date is 03 November.
                Let's see what will happen after complete 20to25 days.

                  Attached image shows that there are no pending complaints on this forum by Samsung. This is completely wrong. I myself have one pending complaint from last 21 days. Similarly there are other complaints also which are yet to be addressed. But there has been no response from Samsung.

                    Order Date: 28/10/2020.

                    I have ordered phone with order ID [protected] on 28th Oct but after 2 hours I realized that I have not done via EMI process. Therefore, I cancelled this order and ordered another phone with order ID [protected].
                    Unfortunately, in both cases, I have seen that I did not get the discount mentioned on the website, I am charged higher rate than promised in your website.

                    I have emailed your support email ID, chased multiple times, called Samsung executives, but I did not get a response or not even a reply to my any of my emails.

                    It was shocking to me as I thought Samsung is an international company and it would take care their customers as best as possible(I was wrong here)

                    Since I have not heard back from Samsung even after my calls, emails, I finally told that I will not accept the product(via email). (funny thing is that, you sent both products even the one which I cancelled also) and I did not receive both and it went back to your Wearhouse(still in transit from 4th it is returned)

                    My cancelled product has not refunded yet. Now they say it has to come to your Wearhouse to initiate cancellation. it is not fair. Since I haven't accepted it, there is no way that it is on the customer side. the product is still belonging to you.

                    I have taken this both product via Credit card. Since my billing date of my credit card was on 7th Nov, I got a big lumsum amount to pay back to bank - 80k. If you would have properly initiated the refund on 28th itself, i would have saved from this struggle. now they started to take EMI also which is for cancelled one.

                    Finally, I have written to Samsung CEO as per the option available. They called me two days back but not my refund processed yet. today i got an email updating that 49.2 rupees returning instead of 40 thousand(40k). what a pathentic dealing.

                    Also its shocking process that you don't have an escalation matrix to the customer to resolve their grievances. Frontline helpdesk is helpless and they say there is no way they can forward the call to their leads or managers or there is no such escalation team available for customers. This is ridiculous from my point of view.

                    I have booked again Samsung S20+ via order [protected] on 6th. Today it is 11th, it is still in packing state and as per the website, it is supposed to deliver today to me. But not received yet. when I called, it is not shipped yet but saying it may reach.

                    I do not know what should I do?

                        This is Nandkumar Gupta from Mumbai, I had purchased a Samsung A50S handset on 19/1/2020 & all of a sudden I encountered power off issue in the month of Jul. Thereafter I called up cust care to check nearest service center add in Badohi since my brother was using the handset and went to native place due to lock down. cust care people were so poor instead of service center, they gave me collection center add (Aaradhya Communication- Mr. Jaiswal)) again worst person to speak with then final this time cust care gave me Mirzapur service center (Singh Cyber - Mr. Chandra Prakash) add since they don't have any service center in Badohi. I again connected to the worsen person than even both of them made me like a football and they even did not feel like telling me the issue with my handset. Finally I came to know they diagnosed water liquid damage which is not at all possible. I wrote on Samsung Facebook page and also to Samsung CEO then I got a call from Dilip who was nice but did not solve my problem he even connected Chandra Prakash from Singh Cyber and while speaking to us he disconnected the call. Dilip has also admitted that even he has had the same issue when service center finds any handset under warranty they declare it as liquid damage so that they can charge the customer. I asked my brother not to visit any collection center or service center in Badohi/Mirzapur as they do not value their customer and asked him to deliver the handset back in Mumbai. I again wrote to Samsung CEO and got the call from Mamta who later transferred my complaint to Dilip who said he will escalate this case and ensure this will get repair under warranty after that I got a call from Yogesh Sharma who asked me to visit nearest service center in Mumbai since he got the handset from my brother. I did the same and he said he has got the report from service center and same is under discussion after two three follow ups now he is saying I have to pay the charges and maximum they will bear 25% loss and 75% lossI have to pay. I am highly disappointed as I have been following up with so many people, some were worst and not at all fit in their job. I say this with a bang that the handset was never ever came into water contact and Samsung is fooling their customer and making money out of it. If this would have been the case of water liquid damage do you think Samsung your customer will take the follow up from last 5 months. WORST AND PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE.

                          Samsung finance have blocked all my access to the phone

                          I have samsung A71 phone purchased on www.samsung.com order ID:[protected] on 28 september 2020.using Samsung finance plus service and already made down payment Rs.6800/- and finance has been approved application no:DMI[protected].
                          Samsung finance have blocked all my access to the phone, it is not leting me call even. I received updation notification on 1st November 2020, after mobile software update i can not access...

                          Samsung MO1 core mobile

                          Hi, I am roopa with the registered mobile [protected]. i have purchased a Samsung phone(M01 core) on 22nd September 2020 for 5500rs, there was a problem with charging, i have used to charge more than 4 hours, i was not able turn on the phone and then given to Samsung service center and later they informed that there is a problem with motherboard and charging point and they were asking to pay 5200rs for that and the mobile battery is bulged....

                          Hi,

                          I recently got Samsung galaxy s20 plus on 23 oct 2020(delivered) invoice date 20th october ordered .From the day one I had battery drain issues. Have reached Samsung multiple times and they have just asked to try out different settings, factory rest and go to service centre, which I have done and of no use. Im frustrated with them and the phone I hardly get 2-3 hrs of screen time with very very nominal usage. If I ask Samsung customer care to refund my money and take the phone, they are just asking me to take back to service centre. If I go to service centre they are asking me to talk to customer care. Im not sure they think Indian customers as a joke. I request this forum to make sure that samsung refunds my money ! and not to allow them to sell such bad phone. they have made be wait and now saying 14 days return policy is over. I have complained n number of times today is the 20th day of the phone with me. no call back from samsung ! pathetic !

The battery life is pathetic ! 2- 3hrs only screen on time with all setting place ! just wondering y would ppl buy this phone if it has such bad battery life!

                            I was given 10, 000 redemption points for pre booking a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Later I bought a galaxy Buds+ paying 10000 from those reward points and Rs.490 from card

                            Now they sent a defective product and returned me only Rs.490. What about the 10, 000 worth points for which I had pre booked the phone paying Rs.5000 and claimed it.

                            We are a middle class people who calculate every penny. Please dont cheat customers like this.

                              This is my second complaint on this forum regarding wrong product delivered as the first complaint still remain unaddressed. My order no. is [protected]. I purchased galaxy M51 but wrongly received M31. I placed my order on 18th October 2020 and received wrong product on 22nd October 2020. The complaint was immediately registered to samsung customer care. Case was forwarded to VOC team. VOC claim no. generated is [protected]. But till this date (ie 11th November 2020) there is no response provided by samung.
                              In first customer on this forum, samsung customer care executive commented that the issue will be solved. Similarly when I call customer care cell, they do say the same thing. But in reality they are not addressing the issue at all.

                                  I received a telephone call from Samsung India and one Mr. Sureshkumar spoke to me in a harsh manner and was trying repeat the same answer given earlier by him.
                                  During my last telephonic conversion with him I have clearly mentioned that while attending calls thru the headset my voice is not audible to the person at the other end.
                                  During today discussion I had asked certain queries to Mr. Sureshkumar and there was a vague reply from him. I have certain queries which I would like get clarifications from samsung.
                                  1. When my headset was in the service centre, did any engineer of samsung physically inspected my headset before taking a decision "not eligible under warranty" if yes can they share the inspection report. If not inspected how can they write emails to me saying this headset can be serviced on chargeable basis. From today discussion I can understand that "chargeable basis" is not to repair headset but to give new headset at a price of Rs.2999.
                                  When my headset was in the service centre, they have not even checked the headset for mic or speaker function. Now today during the discussion Mr. Sureshkumar was adamant and was replying that since the headset is cracked they donot want inspect as the headset cannot be repaired.
                                  How can a company supply such a product at Rs. 2999 without serviceability.
                                  Samsung has not physically inspected the headset and was simply taking decision by seeing the photos sent by me thru mail to them.
                                  Samsung India should be banned from selling the products which are not serviceable.
                                  Mr. Sureshkumar of samsung also stated that he has already discussed the issue before and during today discussion also repeated the same reply. Samsung is not coming forward to at least to inspect the headset physically and was keen on pushing me to buy a new one by paying full amount.
                                  I am totally fed up and mentally disturbed by their calls and every time I have to keep on repeating the same thing to them.
