Dear Sir,
I have logged a complained towards my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, having issue and provide to Service center to complete repair since last 3 days under samsung care + advantage.
1st issue was, That concern service center could not check and verified the Care + policy through Samsung Account [protected]@gmail.com . However they opened my S20 Ultra without prior permission before doing any paper work related to Care+ . Let me know, Why a customer invest INR4000/- as extra and it clearly violent the Customer's rights.
In spite, Customer service center provided estimation towards defective parts replacement for S20 Ultra . But the Service Center denied to provide old parts after demands at my end. where ever customer care + executive told that, it is customer rights to collect old defective parts instead of replacement. For which each and every customer including myself can satisfy on Samsung repair in genuine.
Samsung should be made a clear transference towards customer. If they will replace that defective parts, why customer Service center hide that old parts . Hence it make assure, that defective parts are not replaced and may Samsung care cheat with customer through Care + .
Therefore, I m humble requesting, Please provide or show all the defective parts to me at time of delivery and as premium customer again i m praying, IP68 rated to be checked at time of delivery .
One of Ear buds live is going to hell and Samsung denied to resolve, if i m not checking at Worst Service Center and made a consumer case. for which I having fear, it is not happened again with Samsung S20 Ultra.
