I have been using my phone very carefully, but unfortunately in the month of November 2020, it stopped working suddenly (5.30 a.m), and soon I gave the phone to the service center of Samsung in Calicut city. But within a week they replied that it cannot be repaired due to the problem with the motherboard. I am very sad to inform you that all my important data regarding my business, personnel, and other legal related information has been lost.
