I had pre-ordered Galaxy Tab S7 wifi on 4th September which was delivered to me on 11th September. I had paid Rs 55999 through HDFC bank. There was an offer of Rs 5000 instant cashback (within 90days) on purchasing the tab.
Now, it has passed more than 90 days. And i haven't got my cashback yet.

    Hi there, I purchased samsung tv model 32t4350 on 15/08/2020. I purchased in reliance digital kurnool. After 2 months o[censored]sage the tv stand got broken by itself and tv fell down, we had no clue about the situation. It was happened because of poor quality of the stand. As a result tv screen got damaged. It is a quality of samsung product. But it will not comes under physical damage. After this we approached reliance digital team and they are composing that it was done bcz of some physical force . But they are not ready to help us under warrenty. I never expected these types of poor quality products from samsung. Now I came to know that I'm wrong, samsung products are not worthy
    And not at all good in quality. My tv got broken due to quality issue and that too within two months. I want resolution ASAP.

      Hi Sir,

      The same refrigerator is not working from November 26th 2020, lodged a complaint with customer care to replace it soon, as this is the third time the refrigerator is not working. Please note that the compressors had been replaced already twice just after one year from the date of purchase, we had made the payment to replace the compressor and to fill gas for the first time when it was not working.

      On 27th November, service engineer examined and wanted to replace the compressor and other parts again to which we did not agree and requested for a replacement as the refrigerator is just one year old and is stuck for three time as far as we know. The complaint had been forwarded to the head office team by Saturday(28th November) they had requested for the receipt, which was shared immediately via email. We did not get a response after that despite several follow ups. We've been struggling at home without one of the most essential products, the refrigerator.

      We also mentioned that we're unable to store any essential or basic stuff for kids at home and requested for an intermediate solution. Every executive listens to all our grievances daily and responds that it's on top priority but no one cares about their customers. They just answer the same line for all your questions.

      This is a continuation of the above complaint which started off from July 2020.

      Please request Samsung to call back and resolve the ticket with the replacement.

      The very first complaint was on the 20th of July. We really are disappointed by the way there respond to a complaint, also the refrigerator is gone just after one year o[censored]se. We had spent around 34000inr in 2019 for the same refrigerator. It's really painful to think all those now. The replacement process in progress for three weeks

        I`ve bought Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 (LTE) from samsung shop app on 29th October, I had to cancel my on same day. But they couldn't cancel my order and asked me to reject it from courier. I have rejected it on 3rd November and the product is returned to warehouse on 10th November. The order ID is [protected].

        Today is 10th December and I still haven`t got my refund back and it is not even initiated yet. I mailed to customer care and even called on toll free. They said they will return it in 2-3 days but still no refund. They will always ask me to wait for 48 hours but nothing happened.

        Samsung online shop requires a consumer court case with heavy penalties. They are too arrogant and not customer friendly. I too have the same problem. Was given a a faulty S7+ and now been 16days since they have initiated refund instead of replacement on their own and money still not credited back. Their customer care is the most irresponsible and useless amongst all. No mail and no replies till now .. even the CEO response was just an eyewash

          I had ordered samsung galaxy buds plus on samsung online website on August 5th...there was a cashback offer going on of 10%(₹986) on the product...in terms and conditions it was told the cashback will be credited within 90 days but it been almost 120days...even after raising multiple complaints and calling thm repeatedly...the query has not been resolved and the cash is not processed

              This is Gauutam Rajasekaran. This mail is continuation of previous complaint were till now no solution is provided by any of your staff members & are giving silly excuses stating my number was not reachable, that too they called to incorrect number. I dont want your product & such fake services. Your service person has confirmed that there is manufacturing problem with mobile which i purchased & I am no more interested to use such defective mobile. I need refund or else I will be forced to lodge complaint in consumer forum. I was informed that I will be getting call from some senior manager by your lady executive but till date no one called me.                 Sir we have faced very dangerous situation by the street dogs. On my vicinity street dogs behaviour is very cruel. Daily atleast one person was effected by adversely. Because of street dogs many people in our locality sent to near hospital, one of the fellow colonist's health got into serious also. Please get rid of these street dogs from my locality please .We are living in obnoxious state right now please react fast thank you.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I have logged a complained towards my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, having issue and provide to Service center to complete repair since last 3 days under samsung care + advantage.

                  1st issue was, That concern service center could not check and verified the Care + policy through Samsung Account [protected]@gmail.com . However they opened my S20 Ultra without prior permission before doing any paper work related to Care+ . Let me know, Why a customer invest INR4000/- as extra and it clearly violent the Customer's rights.

                  In spite, Customer service center provided estimation towards defective parts replacement for S20 Ultra . But the Service Center denied to provide old parts after demands at my end. where ever customer care + executive told that, it is customer rights to collect old defective parts instead of replacement. For which each and every customer including myself can satisfy on Samsung repair in genuine.

                  Samsung should be made a clear transference towards customer. If they will replace that defective parts, why customer Service center hide that old parts . Hence it make assure, that defective parts are not replaced and may Samsung care cheat with customer through Care + .

                  Therefore, I m humble requesting, Please provide or show all the defective parts to me at time of delivery and as premium customer again i m praying, IP68 rated to be checked at time of delivery .

                  One of Ear buds live is going to hell and Samsung denied to resolve, if i m not checking at Worst Service Center and made a consumer case. for which I having fear, it is not happened again with Samsung S20 Ultra.

                  Nothing expected from Samsung...who suffering from Samsung Don't wait and go to claim through Consumer court vide valid Documents, strong Evidence against Samsung..however Samsung care + customer care executive always change their verbal Statement and too much different . we having valid evidence call recorded, phone is opening without concern of Owner, product received without Job sheet, lots of misconduct videos going to viral in electronic media soon. Don't wait Don't expect, Go and log Consumer case as immediate .

                    I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra mobile on oct 3 with an on purchase offers that can be redeemed.
                    To redeem the offer, device need to be activated.

                    We did submitted the activation request but while offer redeemption it always says "device is not activated from indian number"

                    After all followup with local store as well as ticket raised to Samsung support. Nobody is responding to the tickets. its been 2 months this issue is not resolved. below is the ticket no.

                          I had ordered a refrigerator which was showing with base stand with drawer on the website. Same was confirmed by customer care too that same will be delivered with the refrigerator after checking thoroughly. But same was not delivered when I ordered on amazon, it was not provided. Now both amazon and samsung are not taking the action.

                                I have bought a mobile phone S20 plus on 25th of October 2020, and have faced battery drainage issue ever since. I have been getting 4 hrs of on Screen time which is a shame for 4500mah battery. For the first 2 weeks I thought that may be the adaptive battery usage option on mobile should be given some time to get data and start working but I had the same results even after 2 weeks. The phone would not last more than 4 hrs. I went to the Customer Service center first on 6th of Nov 2020, but they refused to take the phone in and said that this phone will give just that much of life. Next I wrote to CEO mail of Samsung following which i was contacted by service head Ashish Kumar and was assured that he will look in to it and made me submit my phone in the customer service center on 13th of Nov, 2020. Since then i an given tentative dates like 2 more days one more day the case has been escalated to Senior and Blah Blah. Ashish transferred me to Manisha who told me that they have done a YouTube testing on phone and for 4 hrs. the batter dropped just 28%. I told her the phone is not for YouTube. you need to place a sim in it and use it for various other purposes that eventually uses the CPU GPU to the normal level and not just YouTube which eventually would not you CPU much over a WIFI connection. And after taking a week Manisha transferred me to Sonia Uphadya who eventually is the VOC for SAMSUNG, trust me she doesn't even know what VOC stands for as she wont listen to you and shakes the voice of customers foundations. In the very first conversation i had asked her to provide me with the testing results for me to believe that they have actually tested things out and not just telling Scam lies. As by the previous test the phone should last at least 16hrs on 100% battery for YouTube only. Which if Samsung Claims is true i will withdraw my claim. Next after another week taken by Sonia I don't know what kind of testing they where doing. I called up customer care in between and they confirmed that they have found the battery issue in the phone and now they have gone for technical support team for comments, and just yesterday Sonia came up calling saying the Phone is tested fine, When asked about what kind of testing was done she saying its confidential. I asked her if its my phone how is it confidential. No response. Then I send her a mail explaining what the customer care has said earlier and I have a call recording for the same in my phone. The Job sheet number is [protected]. Further when I had the Phone I had taken some screen shots of my battery stats and posted it on Samsung Members app for future reference.

                                Update#3rd Nov - Well as expected no results and no update. As mentioned Sonia uphadhya had been asked by me to share the battery results but no nothing ever since. Could not connect with her on her extension i guess my number is blocked now. Had registered a call request from sonia with the customer care but nothing yet. Below i am attaching my conversation with Sonia since she last called but no reply yet. I guess they are just playing the game of he will get tired one day and leave it. But lets see what happens.

                                    My address is Flat NO.301, Haritha Residency, beside Pragna IAS Academy, Jawaharnagar-Gandhinagar, Hyderabad 500020.(near Ashoknagar Cross Roads, near Indira Park).
                                    Though I have informed my new address while seeking samsung service request, it is assigned to your engineers pertaining to different area of operation. It is assigned twice to a wrong person, who is not willing to attend the request. Likewise, one day is completely wasted in getting the refrigerator repaired.

                                    Had the assignment of service provided to right person, the service would have been completed and customer's day would not have been wasted waiting for the same.

                                        I got repaired my samsung galaxy A 9 screen diplay before 10 days and due to there poor craftmanship while repalcing display combo, my phones firstly front camera and next day back camera stopped working .
                                        Now they are asking to replace the camera which is very costly a
                                        already I have incured Rs.8245/- vide their invoice # UE 1706 dated 20201112.11.12.2020or display and further Rs 17000/- is not possible.
                                        It was there fault and why I should pay for there mistakes.
                                        Company should say to there service centre for recrification at company cost
