I have purchased a Samsung Microwave from Samsung Website.
Purchase Date: 6th Nov
Delivery Date: 12th Nov
Complaint raised: 13th Nov

I have made over 12 calls to customer care, posted on Twitter, support email, posted online, service india head and even CEO.

They asked for images and i have given them all pictures + invoice and also engineer's report who came to install.

multiple follow ups but no response.

Product cost: 14600 INR.

Please help resolve by either getting a refund by returning this or replacing with new one.

Guys, even this website doesn't help. what is the point??? How can there be absolutely no response. I am amazed at how such a useless company survive with such useless customer care.

    I`ve bought Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 (LTE) from samsung shop app on 29th October, I had to cancel my on same day. But they couldn't cancel my order and asked me to reject it from courier. I have rejected it on 3rd November and the product is returned to warehouse on 10th November. The order ID is [protected].
    Today is 26th November and I still haven`t got my refund back and it is not even initiated yet. I mailed to customer care and even called on toll free. They said they will return it in 5-7 days but still no refund. They will always ask me to wait for 48 hours but nothing happened.

    Request you to help me with this.

      I tried to place my order of Samsung Galaxy f41 on 8th nov. 2020 but the order was not placed but the money was deducted. I have complaint about the same to customer care service of the samsung including CEO complaint desk but the customer care simply skipped the matter. My amount is not refunded yet. I have given all the proof of payment deduction and called nearly 20 times to customer care service regarding the same but they are simply skipping the matter by speaking that we are forwarding your issue to higher authority. They asked the proof of transaction which was provided immediately on the same day but they are simply doing fraudulent things. I an having all the recordings with the customer care service agent. I can give the name of some agent as Rahul, Harpreet, Priyanka etc. I have transferred the amount by phone pay and complaint there also and came to know that the amount is credited to the samsung only (merchent). I have sent that proof also to the samsung customer care service but the amont didn't refunded. This is the fraud things happening in samsung. I would like to draw the attention of the higher authority of the samsung India that please look over the matter and save the credit of samsung India. If the things will be the same a time will come when samsung India will be in the first position of fraudulent in India. I have sent the mail to CEO desk also but no action yet.
      Please revert back if the samsung India is still having any ethics.

        I bought a Samsung phone on 29/09/2020 and on 23/10/2020 i got a official update from samsung after updating my phone stops on samsung logo while booting when i contacted samsung service centre they tolde that the board is damaged and i need to pay rs9000 for replacing it
        My Phone got damaged after the update from samsung then how can they ask money to repair it
        When i posted this on a facebook community many users came up with same issue and some of them got it repaired for free because their phone is under warranty and some of them had to pay money
        It is very difficult for me to repair a phone for 9000rs in the current situation
        Please help

          I received the refrigerator in damaged condition. After complaining product was reverse picked up after 15 days. Now another 15 days passed they didn’t bother about refund the amount.
          Order placed on 25th October 2020.
          Reverse pickup done on 14th November 2020.
          Thereafter no body responding to initiate the refund process

          Finally Samsung refund the amount. Thanks to the consumer complaint team. Please don’t go for Samsung estoppel website. If you still need Samsung product it’s better to take it from local shop or dealer.

          Poor quality of customer care management. Repeatedly closing the existing ticket no. assigned new ticket no and then giving new time line next 48 -72 hours to respond. like this they delayed more than 30 days to refund my amount. Still now no body listening and show any effort to refund the amount. Never ever go for Samsung.

            Hi.. this is nija from blore... i had purchased samsung s10+ mobile on july 2019.. i hav taken extended warranty also.. and i hav almost spent 70k on this process... i took my phone to the authorised service centre at malleswaram bangalore for battery replacement... they claim dat they hav replaced bt i am not getting any battry backup... along with dat they hav changed the screen as well which i dint had any problem with screen... and now its causing me many problems like screen brightness, battery back up, netwoek issues, data problem, camera quality etc... i tried n number of times to communicate with customer support people and till date no proper response from them... and now for the same reasons again i took it to service centre and now rhey hav changed the mother board also... and literally they hav scrapped my phone taking all original spares and they hav put refurbished items... pls do help me out with this...

                Recently dated 29th Oct 2020, I have purchased a Samsung M51 smartphone from Samsung official online store with an exchange. I have received the phone via BlueDart. As per the scheme there was instant cashback if the payment is done using an SBI credit card. During the purchase of the above-said smartphone, I used an SBI credit card but did not receive a cashback even after fulfilling all the terms and conditions. Also till today, the said order is not getting reflected in my samsung.com account.

                While talking with the customer care of Samsung, Initially they told me that "you will get a cashback within 24 hours" but till today I have not received any cashback. Whenever I tried talking with customer care, I always got unacceptable answers and they were mixing the cash back with exchange value of my old phone which is not correct.

                So I kindly request you to check in this matter. I will be happy to provide any further information required in this matter.

                Dated 26th November, after my complaint, I got a call from Samsung[protected]. The representative promised me that the cash back will be credited to the same payment method within 3 days. But even after 7+ day cash back is still not received.

                Also the said order is still not visible in my Samsung account. So I kindly request you to check as soon as possible.

                  I placed an order for Samsung refrigerator (RT37T4533S8 Top Mount Freezer with Twin Cooling Plus 345L) on 21st Oct, 2020 (order #[protected]). I received the order on 31st Oct, 2020. On 1st Nov, 2020 Samsung installation engineer came and unpacked the refrigerator and noticed 2 dents on the right side of refrigerator. He took photos also and asked me to contact Samsung customer care and raise a request for replacement. I called the same day and raised a complaint (Request No: 1793676) and send 15 different photos as requested by helpdesk agent. I called Savex but they denied help. They asked to call Samsung only stating until they approve the request we can't replace. Again I called Samsung but the helpdesk agent asked me to wait for 24-48hrs and concerned team will get back. When I asked to connect to supervisor or any higher authority, he disconnected my call. Its 24 days now and my issue is still not resolved. I got a call last week Thursday stating my refrigerator cannot be replaced as per Samsung Policy. I was shocked to hear that. I have spoken to numerous people from Samsung in the last 3 weeks and not a single person told me that. I have been only told that your case is under investigation and concerned team will get back. Once investigation is over only then it can be replaced. I had escalated to Service Head India and written email to CEO and got replies stating that issue is escalated and it will be fixed. Not a single time anyone told me that refrigerator cannot be replaced. After wasting so much time and effort in escalating and following up for more than 3 weeks, I now get to know that all was in vain. And the worst part is they offering me Rs.1000 as compensation to keep the damaged product. Can you imagine that? I was furious to hear that. Do Samsung think I'm a beggar? I spent almost 25k already eating outside for past 24 days because there was no refrigerator so cannot keep any vegetables or fruit. All the leftover food had to be thrown out as I couldn't store. Leave apart all the mental torture I had to go through following up and speaking to people who were least bothered to help and just kept disconnecting the calls. Samsung such a big company and for them to treat their regular and corporate customers like this is a "SHAME". They don't pick up calls or reply to emails or provide any assistance. This is worst customer experience ever...

                    I have purchase Samsung Handset from Amazon on 14th Aug. Samsung delivered me a faulty handset that have intermittent issue ( Sim Card not accepted ) at initial Samsung denied that this handset error and ask me to check with telecom service provider.
                    When i started facing issue with other sim then i request again to check and Samsung service team done software update.
                    Since this phone is faulty i again face this error.
                    My phone is in service center from more than one month recipt attached.
                    Samsung team keep me engaged on their tricks and finally they accpet that service center also face the same issue.
                    Now Samsung accepted they deliver me faulty handset and telling me that they will repair it.
                    My question why i have faced this mental trauma and humilation to accept this error.

                        I have been suffering sound issue as well as connectivity issue while calling as well as Listening music.how ever I m using it with Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra as 2.5 month old . I visited Saheed Nagar Samsung care, they waited upto 4 hours . And I m sorry to say that, Samsung conducting service center with out amenities just like as road side company.like that I have been visiting 3 no.s Service center but not getting any solution but getting false statement from their Technical dept as " Issue is not produced "

                        In spite I have recorded video as evidence purpose having issue with Galaxy Chinese Ear buds live from Great Samsung . It was shared with Samsung Service Head, Samsung Ceo and honourable court for file a case.

                        I could not attaching video was recorded by me against their Universe No. 1 Technical dept...shamed ...

                        Nothing expected from Samsung...who suffering from Samsung Don't wait and go to claim through Consumer court vide valid Documents, strong Evidence against Samsung..however Samsung care + customer care executive always change their verbal Statement and too much different . we having valid evidence call recorded, phone is opening without concern of Owner, product received without Job sheet, lots of misconduct videos going to viral in electronic media soon. Don't wait Don't expect, Go and log Consumer case as immediate
                        After visiting of 3 no.s of highly esteemed Service Centre . Saheednagar Service Centre waited upto 3-4 hours for Help of Covid19 on dated 28_Oct-2020 and finally told there is no instrument or device to check your Chinese buds live .then I backed to Dibya Digital Care bapujinagar by 3:40pm on same day, the engineers Soumya told me plz keep your buds for retesting purpose but we could not provide Job card and if you believe with us then left ur buds .After 2 days I visited again that service Centre, and waited upto 2.5 hours but Engineer Soumya didn't come, again I trying to convince to provide me job card however they denied to do that. I had taken buds from service center and made a complaint to Service Head. Then after I went to Romona service center, they did not check anything and immediately provide job sheet within 2 min with marked as issue what I have described . On 3rd Nov 2020, they gave me 2 another ear buds ( 1706) and assured me that was replaced . I took it and having voice lags while calling outside and connectivity problem while listening music . And again claimed on that service center . They recollect that replaced buds live . And returned me18th Nov 2020 with mentioned "No issue produced" on job card . On 18th Nov 2020 onwards I recorded lots of video video on connectivity problem with Chinise Galaxy S20 Ultra . And send to ceo send to Susmita jee send to Bhabani sir Kundu sir Samsung Engineer Suvendu Sir . But all are silent .For which I surrender to honourable Court towards expenses towards my priceless time, mentally harassment, false commitments etc on account of Savex, Dibya Digital care, Saheed Nagar Service care, Romona Service care and Samsung Electronics Ltd . I have not yet cleared my handset Samsung S20 Ultra is Chinese product ya Galaxy buds live is Chinese. I could not expect any from Samsung ... requesting a simple answer on invested money on Samsung

I m really surprised one of their service Center took defective ear buds live without Job card ...This is Iso Standard Samsung groups who doesn't know the protocol to check the defective product. It clearly indicate, how Samsung cheat as like as Chinese. It is ashamed ...I really getting guilty on purchased another product from Samsung. What will be future of my Chinese Galaxy S20 Ultra, T7 1tb ssd, Samsung washing machine., Samsung wireless charge bank etc.. I hope those products is going to hell.

                        I got samsung galaxy S20 ultra after one month with out my sign, it can easily measure, samsung's quality of Service from Sprimon. on subjected to performance, we are facing connectivity issue with Samsung Galaxy Buds live with repaired S20 Ultra . Samsung just treating as road side company . I really disappointed with their 3rd grade Service i ever not see, where ever as i m premium customer. For which how i m buying samsung S20 Ultra and Galaxy Buds live. I m asking two question to samsung
                        01) What is the liability to maximum period of delivery without intimating customer essential needs, can samsung provide extra in warranty ???
                        02) I m suffering more to use same branded ear bud with repaired S20 Ultra, Can you resolve it in short period or 1 months ??

                          Dear Sir

                          I would like to share bad experience on your Samsung product galaxy buds live after using only 1 month from date of purchase
                          Just listening music through ear bud live when I turned to right, it goes to disconnect of one ear buds which was recorded by me by my other device for evidence purpose

                          However Samsung technical dept told there is no issue found after wasting 20 days with mentally harassing just like a Fraud company...I could not believe how samsung cheat like 3rd grade of company.

                          I felt guilty to using Samsung brands S20 ultra Samsung refrigerator, Active 2 watch. Really feel as foolish to use 3rd grade company like as Chinese.

                          Here I can sharing recorded video for evidence purpose while happening issues sound and connectivity problem.

                          This is not fair as well as expected from Samsung. Therefore I m going to claim consumer case and putting case through honourable court in first track with complete evidence along with Electronic media.

                          I ever loose confidence from Samsung because cheater fraud company.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,
                            I purchased samsung mobile G780(S20 FE 256 GB) - [protected] on 9th of November from Sukanya store - Ludhiana. From 1st day facing some serious issues but ignored earlier thinking new mobile can have some issue but later on it will improve. Below are the details of the problem faced
                            1. There is too much heating of the phone which is not bearable
                            2. Touch issue of screen. /screen is vibrating and some time touch is not working. In fact in last 12 days it has increased only
                            3. While making business group by selecting contact numbers in whatsapp it was observed too much rolling over of the contact from top to bottom causing big loss of time.
                            4. Battery is draining very fast and hardly lasting 7 hours inspite of very less usage

                            This phone has costed Rs 48000 plus and such type of serious problems are not acceptable.

                            I request you politely to resolve it at earliest.

                              Dear Team,

                              I purchased a new Samsung s20+ on 2nd Nov 2020 via order id [protected]. The product was defect on arrival and I was given a DOA certificate on 16 Nov 2020, certificate no is [protected]. In the DOA it was clearly mentioned that I will get a replacement product delivered at my home, the eshop customer care also confirmed me the same. I submitted the DOA against my case id on Monday.

                              Since than it is one way communication, i am regularly calling samsung e-shop and tried to escalate my case using various options avaliable on Samsung care website. So far I have not recieved any response or commitment from Samsung. They just telling me that there internal department is not responding and as soon as they respond, I will be updated. They are also not commiting to any resolution or timelines, they just told me that there is no update.

                              I need a swift action and delivery of my replacement product ASAP.

                                I have taken samsung S9 plus from flipkart and TRUECOMRETAIL is the seller..
                                i have trusted and took the mobile...now it gone to the worst...as i never expected.. from Samsung
                                all my display was gone and to take the new display its charging around 20, 000...as we can buy the new mobile also..i think.

                                i have purchased the mobile exactly last year..and this problem in my phone is occuring from 1month..
                                i have gone to local showroom they told no problem it was fine..but now they told that display gone it charges 20, 000...

                                  Some apps like weaverse v live and spotify isn't even opening in this phone it's getting on my nerves I'm trying since yesterday and it's keep loadong since yesterday. I'm very disappointed in samsung rn it's forcing me to change my phone

                                    Worst service I have not received my device and I don't want It now. Issue DOA letter for it as I have purchased a new handset.

                                    I am not able to continue with my work due to issue from your side.

                                    No one contacted me from CEO team neither from service center. My amount is stuck with you guys and I don't have device in my hand as well.

                                    Please close this issue as soon as possible.

                                      I have purchased my TV (Samsung (LED TV) bearing (UA55TU8570UXXL) on 3rd of August 2020 after paying an amount of INR 83900. After a month it stopped working and I reached out to the customer care team to get it fixed. They came with a spare part which was faulty again and after multiple follow ups, they came up with a resolution that my purchase amount would be refunded. Its almost a month now and I have not received a resolution. Sujit Das from the Samsung Team is handling this issue and he is not bothered to respond to my email/phone calls. I was handed over a voucher with Manish Kumar's signature with a stamp/seal from Samsung (could not find Manish Kumar anywhere on Google and even their executives don't know him). Have attached the document which is not at all legitimate. Samsung is running some scam under a big brand name and I have enough documentation to expose the team o[censored]nprofessional members. They have been disconnecting my calls on my face and not at all taking responsibility for my issue in hand. Also, have attached the chain of emails that I have shared with the Samsung Team and they are not responsive at all.
