Sir my sister purchased samsung a50s mob as on 20 oct 19 (Bill attached). After 6 moth it showing problems. First time phone stopped working and send to service center teleriksson gallary faridabad haryana, they update software. Second time stopped working and send to the same they said mother bd faulty and replaced... Thn the last time (Complaint no [protected] dt 18/8/20) deposit the phone to them. I contacted your customer care no and they said the buying amount will be returned in 15 days.. Now the teleriksson gallary says a 22990/- purchase coupon can give us to purchase samsung products... I am totally unsatisfied with your products... So i need full refund as cash not purchase coupons... Thank u

    My new phone which is still under warranty (6months since i bought it), started gettign charing point problem. I was in lucknow so i got it repaired from samsung Authorised service center. It worked for 3 weeks and again same problem. That time i was in Pune so got repaired from Pune Samsubg Authorised Service Center, Req no. [protected]. After this now again the charging stoped working. I have raised a request to samaing customer care to replace this phone with new one or give me refund so i can purchase same brand anothe phone.
    The reason being i have faced this charging point problem multiple times and like this the warranty period will pass and after wareanty i have to pay to get the defective piece repaired. This is a defective piece, the service center told me and they wil only repair. If they are agreeing it is also defective piece then why should i face the problem. in times of emergency needs the phone stops charging.
    My request to this forum is to please help me to get my phone eithee replaced or amount refunded.

    Thank you consumercomplaints.in forum. The Samsung Customer Care contacted me and helped me to get my phone repaired. Though I was not willing to keep the same old phone as the same problems have come again and again. However, it is almost 2 weeks since it is repaired, the phone is still working, I will stil observe if it works fine for the next one month and then will update here. Until then I would like to keep this space on hold.

        My samsung mobile m21 purchase on amazon at 08/08/2020.
        My mobile phone technical issue (08/09/2020) due to mobile display spot violet last two day. I am using a samsung m21 phone last one month.
        Yesterday i was visit your samsung service center vapi, gujarat. Your service excutive was told me your mobile display change. It is replacement on chargeble basis what we will do.

        Samsung is valuable brand sir so, my humble request to you please give a proper solution. It is covered in a warranty period. I attach my mobile bill & warranty invoice for your ready reference.

          white powder coming from fridge rear portion

          Purchased a samsung refrigerator model number: rt34t4542s8/hl/2020 on 17th may 2020. Price:rs.31, 000. From rajan & co nagercoil.
          Just 3 months used now white powder coming from rear panel.
          Complaint raised with seller and nagercoil samsung service centre, from there engineer came and inspected, took photos and sent the complete details to samsung service head and customer support also
          More than one week, no proper response...

          Hi,

          I had bought a samsung mobile on 11th july 2020. After using few days i got speaker issue. I have contact the samsung service center. They have check the issue and told me it will take one day to fix. When i went to get mobile. They are telling many parts need to change and currently mobile parts not available at service center.
          So you have to wait around 10 day. Its more than 20 days and still no solution.

          I have also contact here. Servicehead.[protected]@samsung.com, vipendeep. [protected]@partner. Samsung.com. Got calls from samsung and they told me will provide new phone and still i didn't get.

          Please resolve my issue.

          Got call from Samsung and they had given me 2 days time frame and 2 days already passed and still no solution. I am very disappointed to Samsung Customer Support services. Its more than one month and still no solution.

            Hello,

            I have order the product on august 14th 2020. Delivery was supposed to happened on 20th august 2020. After 20th august i have been calling samsung on order status, there customer support doesnt have any clue about it. After that i have been asking to cancel the order and i was asking fro refund. On september 3rd someone called from samsung refund will initiated and ill get the refund by 2-3 days. I have been following up with them on everyday basis.

              Below is the complaint made to samsung

              Hi,

              Kindly look into it or i have to complain in indian consumer complaints forum for customer harassment & fooling

              Samsung service has become 3rd grade in given customer service. A customer is facing a issue from july on wards but without solving the call its closed and your service center says it gets closed automatically from system, what kind of service is samsung providing my washing machine is in warranty and issue is getting worst day by day it will damage my washing machine other part also.

              If you service center engineer cannot solve the issue kindly replace my product as it is in warranty period if you cannot solve take the machine and refund my money so that i can take a better product from other brand.

              Below are the request no : with the stupid engineer reason give to us.

              1) request no : [protected] (Issues not resolved - but call is closed by engineer saying washing machine is keep on washing machine stand that is why problem coming we removed the stand for one week but the issue is not solved)

              2) request no : [protected] (Suspension rod but same issue after 2 days)

              3) request no : [protected] (Issue not solved - but call closed by engineer saying there is no issue, your engineer deepak ([protected]) comes tell us increase the water level manual it will work fine but it is automatic washing machine)

                I have a samsung galaxy a70s, which is purchased last year november! Device is under warranty. Now it's charging point is not working properly (Sometimes it will work some times not!). I have visit the authorised service team (Samsung carr india, indiranagar banglore, kfc signal office, bangalore). They have taken the mobile phone inside for detail checking and comes back with problem that liquid damage not covering warranty, it's will cost you 3k+. I have told them this my premium phone. I never takes it to rain, watersports or any kind of related activities. Then the customer care executive comes up with another interesting point it's because of sanitizer. Then i asked her "then why should i buy a 30+ mobile from samsung if it's pretend sanitizer moisture (I hope nobody washing the phones with sanitizer)? I can buy some other mobile brand and comparitively cheaper! The answer was shocking samsung never insist customer to buy their products. (When i reached store they was so eager to close the deal).

                Kindly consider my request and give the resolution asap.

                Note: don't compremise quality with like any other chinese products except reliable cost cutting.

                      On march 20th 2020 i ordered samsung galaxy s20 on samsung estore (Order# [protected]). Samsung advertised that on purchase of samsung galaxy s20, i would eligible to purchase galaxy buds+ at ₹3999 and also would get free 1 year accidental warranty. Due to lock down from march 25th and after a lot of follow-up this order was delivered on june 8th. I happened to activate the phone on june 8th. Post that i have been waiting to redeem the galaxy buds+ offer at ₹3999 and also free 1 year accidental warranty. I tried to redeem the offers after 72 hours of activation which is on june 11th. I was never able to redeem the offer even after following all steps required. Subsequently i contacted customer service for resolution on june 11th (Please refer to ticket id : 1620720). I have been receiving a response mentioning that i am not eligible for the offer as i have not activated the offer by june 15th. However, i would like to bring to your notice that i have contacted customer service on june 11th and several times after that stating that there is an issue in redeeming the offer and i need help with that. Instead of providing resolution to my issue my issue was diverted in different directions with no resolution this order of mine with samsung has been a great ordeal and i have wasted a lot of time in getting a resolution. I hope you will understand my frustration and help in getting the issue resolved. Attached details of order, march offers details page, email communication with samsung customer service.

                        My order [protected] for a microwave oven was canceled on 11th Aug due to unavailability of stock, but Refund has not been initiated even after 30 days.

                        I've called Samsung customer service team multiple times but they are only making false promises for refund. They are not even sending out a Refund Initiated Confirmation Mail.

                        I escalated my complaint by sending mail to CEO team. Someone called me and promised refund initiation within 48 hours which has since then surpassed and yet I've not heard from Samsung.

                        I bought the product via EMI and already paid 1 month due, yet no response from Samsung.

                        Choosing Samsung has been the worst decision I've ever made.

                          I have raised a complaint regarding my convertible freezer, where I observe that even when the Freezer is converted to fridge, the cooling is like freezer.

                          For that the technician had come and said it might be freezer duct or PCB, up on asking repeated questions Like how do you know that pcb is really an issue, it might be the sensor in duct as well. He checked with multi meter for duct and confirmed its PCB and he replaced the PCB by charging ~1500 (incl. service charges).

                          Now even after replacement I see the same issue, Now he says the duct is a problem and needs to be replaced.

                          This is the way they are cheating, probably my old PCB is good but because of him i had replace and now i have to pay extra for duct as well.

                            I had ordered samsung a31 and did not receive the product. After a month I formed a complaint and they said they have cancelled the order but the refund is still not initiated and it has been a week since I cancelled the order. They say my issue will be solved as soon as possible but they are actually not doing anything. This is the worst service. I don't receive the order and yet I have to wait for the refund god knows when.

                              I`ve bought Samsung Galaxy Buds live from samsung shop app on 3th September, 2020 and it got approved at 12:25am on 4th September, 2020. Just when I bought I cancelled the order at 12:46am to buy Galaxy Buds plus. The order ID is [protected]. Today is 9th September, 2020 but I still haven`t got my refund back and it is not even initiated yet. I mailed to customer care and even called on toll free. They said they will return it in 5-7 days but still no refund I am a middle class person who lives on the edge of the bread. I ordered a product costing Rs.14990/- first time in my life and this is the experience from top known company. I want my refund back. It`s a hard earned money.

                              I placed 1 order for Samsung A71 on 01st October vide order No. [protected]. But due to some change in plan I had to cancel my order on same day.
                              I am still waiting for Samsung to refund back my Money.

                              I regret to inform that their customer service executives are not responding appropriately. They either put my call on hold or apologize for being late in refunding my amount. But none of them has done anything to expedite the process.

                              I am a middle class man and the amount is huge for me. Request for your intervention and support in getting back my hard earned money from this company.

                              I ordered Samsung refrigerator from Samsung shop application on 08/08/2022. I received a dent and damaged product on 18/08/2022, I filed return and it is picked up on 30/08/2022. And delivered in Samsung warehouse on 04/09/2022, yet my refund is not provided by the company and not giving proper response. I invested my hard earned money. Kindly refund my amount on urgent basis.

                                Recently i purchased above model refrigerator through amazon india last month. Since the day of purchase, the panel for changing the freezer to fridge (Converter) is not working. On complaint the engineer visited once and said it may be require replacement. But till now the issue is not resolved.
                                I have made 4 service requests [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected], out of which the first 3 have been closed even without attending. The last one is pending since 01/09/2020. I have spoken to the call centre executives on 08/09/2020 and 09/09/2020 (Ref. No.[protected] and [protected]) without any help. The complaint is still not resolved. The refrigerator is less than 1 month old and the response from samsung in attending the problem is pathetic.

                                      Is there a justice to us.?

                                      I submitted complaint that my samsung phone was stuck in samsung logo,
                                      Service center guy took phone inside, and then said water damage, cannot claim warranty. Cannot repair as no stock. And he returned me a complete dead phone, it doesnt show samsung logo also now.

                                      I thought my bad luck, now same issue, for another person. Wow

                                      Samsung service center guys taking our phones with software issues, they are dropping on motherboard and then saying water damage and avoiding giving warranty, wow.

                                      i shared you email, received no call.
                                      Same thing happened with me instead i was asked to pay 12600 rupees because my screen has cracks, but i went 2 times and 2 different prices were quote to me for same problem how is that possible
                                      The same thing happened with with me my phone was also stuck on samsung logo . so i went to to service center then they said that after when i openned the phone my self i noticed my display was changed with a sort one i brought my another phone too but same thing happened they changed it again i was a good customer of samsung . i want my real working display back at any cost . or i will not buy any phone of samsung.
