I`ve bought Samsung Galaxy Buds live from samsung shop app on 3th September, 2020 and it got approved at 12:25am on 4th September, 2020. Just when I bought I cancelled the order at 12:46am to buy Galaxy Buds plus. The order ID is [protected]. Today is 9th September, 2020 but I still haven`t got my refund back and it is not even initiated yet. I mailed to customer care and even called on toll free. They said they will return it in 5-7 days but still no refund I am a middle class person who lives on the edge of the bread. I ordered a product costing Rs.14990/- first time in my life and this is the experience from top known company. I want my refund back. It`s a hard earned money.

Dear Sir,

I placed 1 order for Samsung A71 on 01st October vide order No. [protected]. But due to some change in plan I had to cancel my order on same day.
I am still waiting for Samsung to refund back my Money.

I regret to inform that their customer service executives are not responding appropriately. They either put my call on hold or apologize for being late in refunding my amount. But none of them has done anything to expedite the process.

I am a middle class man and the amount is huge for me. Request for your intervention and support in getting back my hard earned money from this company.

I ordered Samsung refrigerator from Samsung shop application on 08/08/2022. I received a dent and damaged product on 18/08/2022, I filed return and it is picked up on 30/08/2022. And delivered in Samsung warehouse on 04/09/2022, yet my refund is not provided by the company and not giving proper response. I invested my hard earned money. Kindly refund my amount on urgent basis.

    Recently i purchased above model refrigerator through amazon india last month. Since the day of purchase, the panel for changing the freezer to fridge (Converter) is not working. On complaint the engineer visited once and said it may be require replacement. But till now the issue is not resolved.
    I have made 4 service requests [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected], out of which the first 3 have been closed even without attending. The last one is pending since 01/09/2020. I have spoken to the call centre executives on 08/09/2020 and 09/09/2020 (Ref. No.[protected] and [protected]) without any help. The complaint is still not resolved. The refrigerator is less than 1 month old and the response from samsung in attending the problem is pathetic.

          Hi,

          Is there a justice to us.?

          I submitted complaint that my samsung phone was stuck in samsung logo,
          Service center guy took phone inside, and then said water damage, cannot claim warranty. Cannot repair as no stock. And he returned me a complete dead phone, it doesnt show samsung logo also now.

          I thought my bad luck, now same issue, for another person. Wow

          Samsung service center guys taking our phones with software issues, they are dropping on motherboard and then saying water damage and avoiding giving warranty, wow.

          i shared you email, received no call.
          Same thing happened with me instead i was asked to pay 12600 rupees because my screen has cracks, but i went 2 times and 2 different prices were quote to me for same problem how is that possible
          The same thing happened with with me my phone was also stuck on samsung logo . so i went to to service center then they said that after when i openned the phone my self i noticed my display was changed with a sort one i brought my another phone too but same thing happened they changed it again i was a good customer of samsung . i want my real working display back at any cost . or i will not buy any phone of samsung.
          or i will go to the consumer court . i m a lawyer

            With reference to the above mentioned subject, my samsung galaxy note 10 bearing imei no.[protected] & serial number rz8m81d634k is facing touch issues. This handset was given to the service centre in mumbai (Zain telecom) on 03/09/2020. The problem as identified by the service centre is in the touch screen and the entire display needs to be replaced to rectify this problem. The handset in under warranty.

            Its been 5 days since i have given this handset to them & even today, i am not aware as to when my handset will be repaired and given to me.
            Surprisingly, even the representative at the service centre does not have any idea as to when this part will be delivered to them. The person there said it will take minimum 15 days & it my stretch further too.

            Now, after spending a whooping rs. 70, 000/- on a mobile phone, this is the type of service that i have got from samsung vide their authorised representatives at zain telecom. I cannot wait for an indefinite time for a faulty device to start functioning again since the part is not available & i demand this handset be replaced immediately on priority without any further delay as my work is suffering since i do not have my handset that had all the relevant work information.

            Anticipating a quick response from samsung on this issue.

              Hi, my order#[protected] placed on august 17th with a delivery date of september 3rd is not shipped till now (Septmber 8) and my request to cancel the same is not acknowledged. Its impossible to reach the email support and escalation desk at samsung and the telephone support don't have the ability to cancel the order as per them. Its worst online shopping experience and samsung india literally doesn't care on order status once you make the payment.

              I'm also facing same issue. I booked Samsung S10 lite on August 7th 2020 under order ID [protected].Till now they didn't deliver the product or initiate refund. The customer service is useless. I'm thinking to file a case.

                Installation and demo reg,
                I purchased the washing machineww61r20ekmw-04jz5pbn801160 on 04/09/2020 andbills attached. And installation request also done on 5/09/2020, but ur team keep in calling but not comming to installation. So we have been waiting morethan 4 days. Then i called mr. Suresh [protected] the below person who has called me earlier and asked about delay response. He said clearly like that only we are working if you want cancell the call and return back the machine to dealer and were ever u go no issues we will manage the shows.

                Like this poor response persons appointed by samsung and creating noncense issues to all end users and damaging samsung brand name.

                Like this person spoiling the samsung market through irresponsiblities, pls remove and arraange proper trainings to service personnel to sustain maret share. Otherwise big problem.

                I[censored]r taking action or not no problem for me but iam telling to friends or i am going to consumer coart means ur comoany name getting bad,

                Note. I purchased machine due to wife not well and old machine god breakdown, but samsung team thinking i saved ur maching showcase...

                I bought washing machine from croma sion east but machine is not working properly. cloths are damaged with black strain on my white clothes.I complained many time still my machine not repaired. Company and croma doing nothing. so many clothes damaged.I bought machine on 02/11/2020.It is 6.2 kg fully automatic. I want to know why company not repaing my machine.If my machine not repaired I have to go to consumer court.

                  I had bought a samsung m30 mobile phone - model sm-m305f/ds (Sl. Rz8m92dsvqk, ordered on amazon website 1.10.2019 and received after three days..

                  I used the phone 10 months no issue suddenly one day pink mark started left side top corner and day by day its increasing pink blue and black colours and display going to dark mode went to gajuwaka samsung service centre and logged complaint ticket no ; [protected] they checked external part everything fine no cracks and no break also and they opened my mobile back side cover and took the snap shots and fixed in front of me after they told simply inter break is there and its not covered amc and told please discuss with samsung customer care team for further process.
                  Customer care team response very poor and holding the call 30 min to one hour but no clarity for mobile repair and asked to written letter what was the my mobile issue and same the provide but they simply denied my request and cut the phone also
                  I called many times but same response please check with samsung service team and resolve my issue.

                  Outside no issue they simply told internal damage free service not applicable.

                  I am wondering why cannot sansung replace the handset... It is only 1 day old... What is the guarantee and warranty?

                  Please help me as to how i can get a replacement as it is a new mobile.

                      - on the day of purchase tv, the new tv had to be replaced with 2 nd piece because the 1st one was a faulty tv of same model.
                      - within 2 weeks of purchase the samsung tv (New replaced one) started giving issues.
                      We raised the concern with ceo desk but there was no response or investigation.
                      Service desk could not figure out the issue since tv started working after 4-5 days and the issue was ignored.
                      - samsung customer care has blocked our nos. Since the 1st issue was raised.
                      On dialing the samsung customer care no. It just disconnects the call and thus for days we are unable to raise issues on calls.
                      Great way to avoid complaints being registered.
                      - currently since 31st august 2020, tv has stopped working. Now they want to replace motherboard of the new tv just after 2 months of purchase.

                      Unable to post here the no and email id.The email reference no. is [protected].

                      Miss S is looking at the issue from Samsung side and the extn number she has provided is not available extn 41279.

                      There is a call every 2 days from your team explaining they are looking at the issue and we cannot reach out further to anyone is Samsung support.

                      Samsung customer care has blocked our nos. since we had reported the 1st issue with in 15 days of buy the TV.
                      There is no proper communication from your team and no way to reach out to anyone in Samsung.

                      Pathetic customer service from Samsung, a brand which we unfortunately trusted.
                      Now we definitely feel cheated.

                      Looks like a good way to dispose defective, under-tested, poor quality products to vulnerable customers.

                        Dear Nodal officer Samsung India, i have registered an complain on samsung customer care on 4th sep about my device Samsung Galaxy A20s which was burned automatically in night near my ear while sleeping . my device is totally destroyed + my mattress too . i could have been also burned but i'm safe by luck, i have submitted that device to the official service center of samsung in sector 23, palam vihar . but till the date my problem is not solved when i call to their service center they say that till guy will call you and this guy will call you . i am fet up of that so now i will post an video of this incident and bad behaviour on facebook and twitter . i am very much disappointed with the service, my device was just 6 months old and i'm using samsung devices from a very long time . my reference no is [protected], so i'm requesting you that plz exchange my device as soon as possible or you will face many problems in the future .

                          Good morning

                          I bought samsung m30s in january, after doing android upgrade in july and i was facing lag issues 2 or 3 times a day..
                          27th august. Phone again got stuck same way and it didn't work after that.

                          Phone was still getting charged, phone display is working, but phone os is not loading. Which is either board or software fault. It's a logic

                          The technician took phone inside and then told me, phone is water damaged and i cannot claim warranty.
                          He showed me a sticker and said this sticker turns red if water went inside. He said water damage near the charging pin.

                          My question is if a phone is water damage near the charger, will the charge work.

                          I explained him that this is not charger port issue, i have issue either with software or motherboard, but he only repeated said, water mark near charger port, hence no warranty. He cannot repair also because no spare parts, he said he will take the phone and instead pay me 3000 or 4000 rs voucher because display is good

                          As per google reviews for service center. That service center always argues to claim warranty. Please check google reviews,
                          My 1st complaint to samsung is, why you having such horrible service center who never claims warranty, can you please check

                          I want samsung to investigate in cctv because i doubt they took phone inside the room, opened it, they themselves spoiled the water indicator to avoid giving me warranty

                          What is the proof that service center agent itself spoiled the water indicator to avoid giving me warranty because before giving phone to service center, charger port was working.

                          If water damaged near charging pin means, will phone get charged? No. But it was all working. It's a logic

                          Only problem is android 10 update, or motherboard. But service center agent is not even understanding. I am utter dissatisfied with samsung for having such service center. Just read google map review.

                          Few additional questions,
                          He told me no spare parts to repair without warranty also. If no spare parts means why samsung selling such phone, phone launch is not even 9 months

                          He said samsung selling defective m30s in amazon and all phones have such issues, is that true.? A wow as samsung technician itself defaming samsung company

                          He said he will buy my phone and give me 3000 or 4000 rs voucher for my 15000 rs phone, is that even legal from samsung??

                          Google reviews are just 3 stars and so many dissatisfaction, did samsung take any action before this?

                          Just 8 months after phone purchase and i cant claim warranty and i cant repair also because samsung being such huge company dont have spare parts of recently released phone, its just wow. I wish for my phone repaired or replaced with its warranty.

                            Two defective new samsung refrigerators are available at my home and entire samsung team is lacking co-ordination and support for customer service. No one in entire team is taking ownership to resolve the same. Complete matter is highlighted with seniors on mail but they are seems to be not interested for after sales service.

                            Reference number is [protected] for 1st purchase where refund dd is not given me and asking to wait every time.

                            Request #1710026 where new delivered fridge has denting marks on paint which was purchased from samsung website. But, no resolution even after more than 48 hours of initial complaint[protected].

                            Struggling to get solution from samsung and they always asks to wait for the resolution. Not expecting this experience from brands like samsung!

                              Greetings!

                              Please find enclosed pictures pertaining to device (Tab a 10.1) with manufacturing defect out of the box.

                              Have purchased a tab a 10.1 inches through samsung shop portal on 13th august 2020 (Invoice attached for your reference). As i bought this tab is for online studies of my 5 years kids, i was really worried to purchase it from samsung retailer and thus opted to buy it online from samsung shop portal, to avoid the risk of covid-19.

                              With my 25 years old belief and faith in samsung, i was sure of the quality service from samsung and thus made this purchase. As it got delivered on 14th august 2020, i left it unpacked for 5-6 days to avoid the risk of covid-19 infection and when i unpacked it with a day's use i have noticed that there is a manufacturing defect dead pixel/s on the top left corner of the display.

                              I raised the issue through email, with samsung support on 23rd august and since then i am struggling to get it replaced as it is a case of doa (Defect on arrival) and i have raised the issue within replacement period of 14 days.

                              Now your team is forcing me to visit service center which i cannot because i do not have convayance at the moment and all service center are 20-30 kms from my place and also more importantly due to fact that i would not risk my family travelling to and fro to service centre or by sending the device to service center in this unusual situation of covid-19.

                              Have requested team samsung many a time to refer the pictures shred by me or even they can do the inspection of device throug video call / conference but they are stubborn and forning me to go out and risk me, my kid and my family.

                              All onlile sellers like flipkart or amazon send their engineer at customers place to verify the fault and provides replacement immediately and that is the reason i opted for online purchase instead of retail shop.

                              Request you to kindly look into the matter urgently, as it is not only a bout a tab or my hard earned money but also about the good business ethics, which samsung should follow specially in the current scenario.

                              Request you to intervene and advise them to send me a fresh replacemnet device urgently failing i would be left with no other option than to process the matter legally and demand heavy penalty for the trauma and torture i have been facing since past 10-12 days.

                              Looking you as my last hope which if fails i would also write to prime minister's office, to bring into their notice the unethical practices and behavior being practiced by samsung india even in such a disastrous situation.

                                I have ordered samsung galaxy s6 lite through the samsung website and on the delivery date it was working fine, but from the very next day, the screen started malfunctioning and black lines started appearing on the screen. Very next day the lines were increased and the entire screen was affected. I tried for a replacement, but the facility was not provided by samsung. I immediately rushed to the nearest samsung store and they are saying it's my fault, and i need to pay for the repair. How come black lines on the screen could be a mistake from the customer end. Even if we buy from e-commerce stores, there is a facility of replacement within/up to 7-10days, samsung neither provided that nor helping me by repairing it and asking for additional money for the same. This is completely unprofessional and unethical behavior from samsung. Request the concerned authorities to help me on the same.

                                  I bought a galaxy m30s on 13th oct'19 from amazon. The phone stopped working on 17th aug 2020 and would not move beyond the samsung logo screen. We charged the phone to check if it was a battery issue and it was getting charged but not starting. I called samsung customer care and they advised a soft reset which also did not work. Then, they advised that they will arrange a pick up and drop of my mobile from my residence...

                                  We purchased a new samsung refrigerator and in 4 months it stopped working
                                  We contacted the samsung customer care. After several requests and calls they did send the engineer and suggested to change the compressor but eventually in 2 days the new compressor again stopped working.
                                  Again for few weeks we had to continuously contact the customer care and ask for help.
                                  Later they found that the refrigerator had gas leakage issues and guaranteed us that they will exchange the refrigerator by giving us the same amount of coupon.
                                  Till date its been almost 2 months we have been listening that we'll will receive the coupon in few days
                                  And now the manager in charge of that customer care conveys us the message i cant do anything you have to wait.
                                  Its already been 3 months we are facing the loss due to bad quality product and now even the customer care fails to solve our issues.
                                  Highly disappointed by the product as well as service.
                                  Hope for some good changes and quick feedback from the company and as soon as possible to receive the new product.

                                    I own samsung galaxy s10 plus mobile phone. The back panel broke some how. I ordered for a new back panel in samsung care and paid ₹5100/- in advance. They called me after 13 days informing that the back panel has arrived, and they changed the back panel. After 2 days an expert saw my back panel of the phone and said that *imei * was not puched on the back panel, for which company charges such a huge amount. Also the samsung care had not given the bill saying it would take 2 days time. Samsung care has completely cheated with the amount of the product.
