    I have bought an air conditioner 8 months back (Samsung split ac 1.5 ton 5 star).. 3 weeks ago it stopped working and i made a call to customer care stating the issue.
    They came and looked, they said that rats got into it and chewed the wiring.. And it would not cover under warranty and will cost me rupees 8000 for repairs, upon asking who is responsible the holes in the walls not closed after installation. He said the technicians are responsible... And later he tried to convince me for 4k rupees and he would repair it.. Note: warranty is still applicable,, yet he's asking for the money..
    He dismantled the unit and placed it all over my bed room.. And it's been 2 weeks since he left.. The whole place is still a mess.
    No one has came upon frequent follow up since then..
    It's been three weeks. Is this how a reputed brand handles the problems of customers..

        I have purchase a samsung mobile on-03.03.2018.
        In last 6 months defects comes again and again in handset. I have already 2 times repaired handset on samsung service centre.
        Few days back again my handset creates problem no display comes in my handset. I have visit on service centre and submit my handset on 20.2.2019. He submitted my handset and after 25 days later call me and denied to repair my handset without a valid reason.

            I bought Samsung S10+ on 7th of March and I was told that I can buy the Samsung earbuds for a lesser price which is an offer for buying the phone and was informed that this can be redeemed after 72 hours of buying the phone . It's been more than a week now and I have been contacting the customer care more than 7 times but there's no action taken. Everytime I have been told to wait for 24hrs and there is no complain lodged everytime. This is pathetic.

                  Myself anoop, i am extremely sorry to tell you about your poor service quality which i got recently.
                  I had purchased a samsung washing machine around 5 years back (Model no. Wa82bslec/tl, ser no. W0235pdd800894t) and almost 2 weeks before the machine goes down and i had registered complaint with the authority dated 05.03.2019 (Complaint no. [protected]) and after continues reminders they attended the issue today (14.03.2019) and they given a note that its a problem of pcb issue & "board not giving supply to inlet valve". Service person told that samsung themselves stopped the production of such pcbs and same we have to arrange from somewhere else as the same available in open market. The fellow charged service fee without solving the issue even after so much of reminders.
                  What customer service you people offering...???
                  First of all the genuine parts itsel[censored]navailable with you... Secondly your service person charging fee without solving the issue.
                  I hope its better to go for duplicate parts instead asking for your esteemed service.
                  I want to make it solved this issue from your end or else what should i do with this... Expecting your action on this issue.

                    My service request no - [protected]
                    I was contacting samsung india customer support team agent via live chat channel since the morning 10.30 am on 14th march today. Since the morning live agent suggested me troubleshppting steps only. Every time i mentioned i have an emergency, i have patient at my home, i need the refrigerator fixed by day end. Every time live chat agents requested to complete troubleshooting steps first. I finally started following the troubleshooting steps and it took 4-5 hours, now i have the result with me that refrigerator is not functioning properly, no cooling from the system. Now finally one live agent noted my request and initiated for technician visit. Here they wasted my precious time since the morning & from service centre i got call that they would not be able to fulfill my request my today end, technician would not come. I have requested them a lot, but they gave response rudely. Again contacted the live chat support channel but no positive reply from their end. After all customer suffers only. I have some serious conditioned patient at my house and no one helped. Like they won't do the service for free, they will take money and also they will show the attitude. So many professional people in this sector. I am tech expert, i do review and promote samsung mobile devices, have so many samsung appliances at home. Never expected this kind of service from samsung. I will take this issue to higher level as this is a tremendous loss for me. Samsung india & those people should give compensation against this loss. Already clock striking 7.30, no trace of any calls from service engineer or service centre.

                      This is regards to the a/c inverter model 5 start 1.5 ton which had bought in the year of 2015.

                      Initially request raised for re installation as i bought a new house. Two executives attended and they have done installation and charged me around 6k.
                      When we wanted to use the ac out of two ac's one ac is not working and the same, raise the complaint 2nd of march till not no one has contacted instead i am calling call center daily two three time but i found nothing.

                        Samsung s7 is not able to register the sim to network since an software update from samsung was installed in the phone. Samsung service center wants rs. 18000 from me to replace the motherboard. Customer care says they can't do anything about it and there must be problem with my phone. The phone was working all okay until software update. It started having problem when phone got restarted after the software update. Looks like samsung has started a new revenue stream - create issues in phone using software updates and then ask for hefty repair charge. Can anyone help me to address this? I don't have any hope talking directly to samsung.

                          Complaint is not yet resolved. Yesterday (11th march 2019) soumya told me that she will arrange for senior technician & senior person on call for today (12th march 2018).

                          Today we got a call from ms. Pooja, she was too rude not ready to heard from our end she said it is not samsung issues so they will not resolve this issue.

                          I told her my brother is in whirlpool & he told me that this is the issue because of over gas filled due to which gas leakage is there & the fluid coming out. So it is clear that samsung only filled gas in refrigerator so we have to claim from samsung only for replacement of refrigerator.

                          This issue is not yet resolve.

                          We have taken refrigerator from vijay sales on 06/08/2017 of rs. 41500/- from that day no one has come for any service.

                          Please find the attached images for your reference.

                          From 5th march 2019 cooling was low so we have tried for customer care number but no one attended the call finally on 7th march shikha attended call & she gave me the reference number [protected]. She said technician will come & resolve the issues. Then from vasai samsung service centre mr. Salman shaikh came he saw that back side all junk was there. He said gas leakage problem is there so he will send another technician again we called customer care mr rakesh attended call he said they will send & as per the statement they send mr. Shahid for gas filling, but mr. Shahid couldn’t find out from where the gas is leakage. He said please put off the fridge & we will send other persons.
                          Again i spoke to customer care ms. Akanksha she said before 6pm on 7th march she will send senior technician but till today no one came to attend complaint. We have taken brand but what is the use from last 5 days we are suffering from all this.

                          Due to this complaint issue we have cancel our plan. We are suppose to go out 7th march & return by 10th march but we have cancelled tickets also. Cancelled tickets are attached.

                          Please change our refrigerator as soon as possible. We cannot take risk with this refrigerator.
                          We are working. We start from home by 7am & return home at 8pm.

                              I am facing refrigerator cooling issue (Not the freezer) with model (Rs554nrua1j). Temparate of the fridge is not coming down and constantly remained at 18 degrees. Called customer service (Ref no: [protected]) on 11th march 2019 and after frequent follow ups service engineer visited and asked us to shut off the refrigerator for a keeping the doors open to further diagnose the issue and expecting some fuse and coolant change. I asked him what should i do with the stuff in my fridge and freezer.. His reply is that will go waste.
                              I had lg refrigerator for more than 10 years with out an issue. Upgraded to samsung and already giving pain with in 2 years of its purchase.
                              I see a point that this model has some manufacturing defect with the coolant.in this case, they samsung should recall the product and replace with a new.
                              Now i do not recommend any samsung products.. Very bad... : (

                              I have bought washing machine in January 2019. I am calling engineer to rectify my washing machine from last week, but no any engineer turned up till today. This type of service is not good for Samsung company.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I went with my note9 on saturday 9th march 2019, they cleaned up my note9 but said my spen is not working i need to change, i have ordered one s pen & recieved it on monday evening around 5pm. I took the spen and went to my home, when i put the spen in my note9 the pen was not coming outside, i instantly went to the service center and asked to solve it but they said its nit their product, i change it.in the same time i have 2 spens only, one the old one and second the bought from them. They delivered the product without seal and with non mrp box, even i asked them if the product will not work after one week how you will recognize they said spen doesnot carry any serial no so u come up with bill & i will change it.

                                    So my complain is

                                    No1. They sell me the product in high price which is 2000 in samsung online store but they sold me in 3412/-

                                    No2. They gave me a defective product and they are not accepting it, its not a choclate that everyone can carry a extra spen and they can replace it with.

                                    This is not the first time, daily you will hear so many fraud cases in samsung service center guwahati (Assam) located in aidc.
