I bought samsung a50 on 27 march 2019.
On very next day it was completely off, not even charging.
I showed to the shopkeeper from where i purchased the cell phone.
He handed over the phone on next day mentioning it is working now and check for few more days.
Since i purchased the phone it gets overheated while charging and using the phone, getting hang now n then automatically.
On yesterday 07 april'19 around 9:30 pm suddenly the phone stopped working, it was totally hanged and not functioning till now. Today i again rushed to shop and complaint about the phone. I asked to replace with new one or return back my amount. The shopkeeper refused for same and told i will send to service center. Then let see what happens.
This is samsung faulty product. After paying 20000 to get the new phone i faced all this issue within 10 day of purchase.
Seems i have made a big mistake by purchasing samsung product. Newer expected.
Need new mobile phone as i will not take back the same faulty product. I know the customer service they will return back the same product and in future i will face same issue.

Samsung want people to leave there job and run behind them whole the time.
It is a mental harassment.

Samsung is becoming worst day by day.
I dont think samsung is doing quality check.

I will newer take back the same handset in any condition. I want replacement.

Issue not yet resolved. Samsung service centre is try to fool me. They are telling due to third party application i am facing this issue.
Let you know that i have just install whatsapp, imo, instragram and all other applications are pre installed by samsung.

Samsung mean to say i should not use this application.
Please let me know whether this is a valid reason.
Now a day each and every mobile has this applications.
Its kind of mental torcher to me by samsung.

    Dear team,

    I upgraded from my 3 months old galaxy s9 to s10 on yesterday (7th apr'19) with the samsung upgrade offer at reliance digital store, located in mysore district, karnataka state.

    The exchange value i got is rs.29450 + rs.5000 as exchange bonus (Total is rs. 34450) in the my galaxy app under samsung upgrade with the quote id. The same has been reflected in samsung dost application too. The difference amount i paid in cash. During the process i was assisted by one of the samsung promoter.

    Now i got a call from the reliance store executive that i have to pay rs.5000 coz the phone (Galaxy s9) they can sell it for rs.24500. And the difference amount of the exchange has to be bared from me as the samsung is not taking care of this.

    I got really annoyed and i m feeling like was cheated.

    Could you please look in to this and resolve the issue.

      I regret purchasing a 1.5T AR18RV3JFMC Split AC on 04 Apr 19. It's been almost 96h (as against a promise of 24h) and my AC has not been installed. This is after repeated reminders, calls and even a complaint on the customer care number. The staff that I had to deal with were irresponsible and worse, arrogant. Inspite of me calling the service centre twice, am yet to receive even an SMS regarding my requests. Do you really 'care' for your customer?

        I have purchase the samsung side by side door refrigerator 1 year back there was a fault in the machine about the concealing leakage i have told to the service agent they tol me that they have to take the machine to service center than from 6 days it in service center they told me that they will reponse us in 2 days but when we call yesterday they told that it companys fault we will give you refund after deducting 10% charge and they have taken all the doc like check copy bill and id proof we had submited to them but evening we received the call from himanshu the supervisor they behave so rudely and told we will charge 22% and told that we will transfer whil it told we will refund deducting 10% we have book new fridge as it was summer and all the stuff at home are getting worse of no use and today they behave so rudely to us and disconnected the call wothout listening to us it seems like we have made the mistake by purchasing the product of refrigerator amd told us that you product got repaired and we are delivering to you the matter is the product which is not repairable how it got repair in one day only so it my request to look in the matter and do my full refund as per the bill amount

            I bought this lead tv in october 2018, and in april came the problem in the screen, i complied, then the engineer checked the photo and took the photo,
            And they told me that the panel would change within two days, and after 5 days when i called the service center it was being told
            Installation of your tv is done in 2014, it can not be repair right now
            I want to know what is my fault in it, every product in my house is of samsung, we are sad to see this type of service,
            I have bill of october 2018 present, what is the story before that i do not know, i want solutions at all times, otherwise i will file a case in consumer court
            Is it a samsung service standard.. It's a surprise?
            It looks like i have committed a crime by purchasing a samsung product

              1) our a. C was not effective at all, hence we registered a complaint ref no [protected] dt 28.03.19 & were promised that the technician will attend the next day i. E on 29th march 19.
              2) however the technician came on 30th march & without doing anything just collected rs. 550/- saying there is a gas leakage, hence the unit needs to be sent to their work shop 7 other technician would come on monday i. E 1st april 19 to collect the same.
              3) after waiting for the full day on monday as no one turned up, finally we sent a mail to their ceo on tuesday2nd aprilafter that the technician came 7 just dismantelled the unit & went away saying somebody else will come to collect it & after following up 2-3 times the same was collected in the evening on 2nd april.
              4) since then, inspite of several phone callsto their service centre, 2 emails to their ceo, there has been no response from either of them. Every time we just get a reply from their service centre that they will revert back within 15-20 minutes. (We have the audio recording as proof which we have sent to their ceo also)
              5) today its 5th april we are still not aware when we will get back our unit. It has been burning hot outside 7 even after buying a. C we are not ale to use it.
              6) i think no one in samsung has any control over their authorized service centres including the ceo. I received a call from their ceo office on 5th april morning (I have the recording proof) commiting that the ac will be installed today, but to my surprise even that commitment has not been fulfilled whom else we can approach as a customer?

              This is the kind of service we are getting from samsung. Hence please be careful while buying your home appliances in future.

              Yesterday i.e 6th April, at 11AM in the morning I got a call from Mr. Mannu of Samsung & had a conference call with Mr. Krishna of SS Services. Both of them assured me that the AC will be delivered & installed between 3-4PM on the same day. As this did not happen I called up at 6PM to SS Service but Mr. Krishna was not available so Mr. Gopal spoke to me, he also assured that it will be done today at any cost . Again at 7:10PM I spoke to Mr. Krishna, once again he promised me that it will be delivered within 1 hour, but he was not sure of the installation.
              Finally the AC unit was delivered at 9 PM but was not installed. In spite of 8-10 phone calls up to 11PM & several promises & commitments, as usual final outcome is the AC unit is still not installed.
              Until Samsung changes its service centers & service personnel & holds them responsible for the services, I don’t feel it’s worth buying Samsung Products & relying upon them.
              I am updating this at 10AM today i.e 7th April 19.

              Although they installed the repaired . A/C ( gas filled) on 8th April again today 15th June the A/c is not giving any cooling effect it is very difficult to depend on the samsung service. Now again they will take the Unit & will not return for weeks together.

              There is no response neither from Samsung nor from their service centre !

                Hi,

                1. I purchased an expensive samsung refrigerator (~67000) in oct'14. But this product and organization has been harassing me for the last 4 years because of repeated failures and multiple down times.

                2. Today i raised a complain number [protected] on 2nd apr'19 again

                3. Every year this sub standard product or manufacturing defect product has caused us trouble and remained down multiple days, multiple times. Gas leakages multiple times, panel replacements, compressor replacement, half of cooling coil not working etc..

                4. I have spent money and time to keep refrigerator running over 4 years besides inconvenience to family.

                5. No permanent solution has been given by samsung team for years. Samsung team isn't serious to address the issue. My refrigerator is malfunctioning and samsung isn't providing a solution.

                6. I want the product to be replaced by a good reliable product or refund or acceptable solution.

                  Dear sir,
                  Its been 3 weeks since i purchased my galaxy a50 phone. Ever since then i have been experiencing some software bugs, which are highly concerning. Ever since the last update my finger print sensor have been acting weirdly and my phone gets unlocked by someone elses finger print. This is very fatal to my device security. There have also been other issues, where my phone screen goes black and the phone becomes irresponsive. Then its gets restarted after 1 or 2 hours. Also the front facing camera's image processing is very bad and clarity is very low considering it has 25mp camera. Please atleast consider the finger print sensor problem. Hope you guys fix these errors fast.

                  I bought A6 Plus mobile on Nov-2018 and with the same set Internet and voice issue is there, visited 2 times to samsung service centre @ Sector 51 Noida, but set is under testing .                     I am getting issue while trying to charge the phone. It pops up saying moisture detected and doesn't allow me to charge. I tried to show in service center and even tried calling 1800-samsung but they say water damage is not covered under warranty. Even though the phones are covered under ip68 and ip67.

                    In reality phone was never merged or came in contact with water in my knowledge, but they say it might be sweat which is not covered.
                    Phone's warranty will be till april end and now they are asking me to get it repaired for 4000 rupees.
                    They did not try to dry the phone or tried anything and directly said it is not covered.

                      Logged a call on 30/3/2019 (Request no [protected]) for periodic service of my window ac. Till now no one turned up though i was told that my call will be attended on 01/04/2019. After repeated follow ups i was told that my call has been wrongly aligned to a service centre which does not serve my locality though my address is available in your records against my registered no [protected] which was also verified from your end when i had logged the call. Yesterday i had received a call from your service engineer who serves my locality who said that they were assigned the job at 5 pm and they can only attend my call tommorrow. The person was extremely rude while talking to me. Anyway till now nobody turned up nor did i receive any communication from samsung. Kindly take up the matter at the appropriate level so that the persons responsible for my harassment are taken to task.

                        Dear sir madam

                        I had asked for samsung washing machine repair through the customer care toll free number. They recorded my address and within 30 minutes i got a call from a samsung technician. He represented help squard online services. The office is based in bangalore yeshwantpur area. I do have the receipt along with the address.

                        Samsung technician had inspected the machine asked for mother board repair. He came back after two days and fixed the mother board, charged rs.3475 we asked him to show how the problem is resolved he said he was in a hurry to visit someone and took the money. He also said that we could use the machine from next day as he has put the scale removal powder. When we tried the machine, the problem was not at all addressed. We called him he said he will come in the evening from 30march 2019 he hasn’t turned up neither he is receiving our calls and whatsapp messages. We tried calling the customer care of lg they are saying we cannot help, you need to get it resolved with the technician. Again next day when i called the customer care they now refused that they have send him for repair. They are saying he is not our technician. When i asked how then he got my home address to reach my home they just hanged the phone and now are not picking my calls.

                        Kindly help i was traveling extensively due to my office work. I was about to lodge a police complaint but thought of writing to consumer redressal forum to see what can be done. Looking forward to see the problem resolved at the earliest.

                          I have purchased Samsung company A.C. from Bombay Television Service who is authorised distributor of samsung A.C. in the month of Dec-18 and same was unpacked yesterday on 01/04/2019 and found defective after knowing about the defect and note the complain for this to the dealer and when his engineer came to inspection and told us for repairing the same but we have discussed them for replacement as the piece is found defective but dealer is denied for the same so pls look in to this matter of cheating and help me.

                            But obvs this is a fraud msg because samsung would send mails from samsung domain and not hotmail.com

                              Unfortunately there is no 'zero star option' so have to give 'one star'. On 29th march i purchased samsung 1 ton ac from bajaj electronics suncity, invoice number is 1246/18e/s-2623. Before paying the amount the salesman abdul rehman&show room manager farooq confirmed that the ac will be delivered and installed next day, i waited at home the complete day wasting my weekend with multiple calls and every time i was told that it will be delivered in an hour. They don't have courtesy to even apologize or tell the truth, again they promised it will be delivered on sunday but it didn't happen. It was delivered on monday and the samsung technician installed the unit by afternoon. After the installation the ac started giving sharp unbearable noise. The technician after consulting with their supervisors confirmed that there is some problem with the motor and the ac will be replaced. Immediately i went to the showroom where they took my original bill and informed me that the ac will be replaced in two days. So i am expecting the ac to be replaced tomorrow which is april 3rd.

                              Will update again tomorrow.

                                I recieved "sony 32000mah power bank with free bluetooth", when i open both products were not packed properly inside, and bluetooth is not charging properly and local made, on power bank its written clearly manufactured in china, so i dropped mail to info. this are product ar supplying is a not a original this are fake.and what im order the product is not in the box . and i order the power bank is other he is send the power bank is other... Bluetooth is no connecting option.

                                    Sir my name is gaurav tuteja. I purchased samsung mobile a50 model no. A505f/ds from a retailer shop from a mall in gurgaon. Sir i am facing the problem from the same moment i purchased the handset. I am unable to send the sms which is my fastest mode of communication to my business customers. It is not good for my profession. After this i called samsung care to get the issue resolved but i did not get any help from their side. Next day samsung handset showed an update once the update completed in required time i could not able to switch on my phone. This thing really hampered my business for the complete one day. However i managed to switch it on after 16 hours, the phone data was completely formatted and sms problem still existed. I called up customer care they asked me to format the phone. Data again lost. Still i am no table to send the sms. Moreover i should tell you its fingerprint sensor does not work properly. Its 6gb processor is of no use. There is no such advantage of it.
                                    Now sir i want to replace my model or my money back.
                                    I request samsung team to understand the mental torture and time waste issue i am facing due to this product.
                                    We are using samsung smart phones since 12 years and this time we again chose samsung that too with 6gb to feel better experience but really disappointed us.
                                    Hope team understands and replace the phone handset.

Sir i faced problem very first night of purchase mobile. Its screen turns into black and white mode and supersonia fingerprints as samsung say not working properly due this i face a lot problem about my work because my work is related to graphics design but there is no color in mobile and i can't work for my company and next day i got mail from my company in this mail they warned me about my laziness which is not good for my profession. After this i got to samsung care nearby me in sector 22 and i gave them the detail about my worst experience with samsung and i demand a new model of same mobile but begins to make excuse e. G. Advance setting, fingerprints not working because temper glass etc. After that they update software which i not understood a new mobile and software is not updated then he gave me mobile and says now there no problem with this model and you need to remove temper glass which is no sense temper glass's problem with supersonic fingerprints i said okay and they gave me time till 4th april 2019 if any problem detect on your model then we change the phone and last night i faced same problem but this time screen turns in black and white mode and i restart mobile and screen turns into normal mode. Now sir i want to replace my model or my money back

                                        1. The technicians don't have any dress code
                                        2. No particular time to call or to service
                                        3. Service charges are very high for only checking
                                        4. Cost of gas filling price is said by technician is 4000
                                        5. I have called another person who is head of technician told 3500
                                        6. We said it is very high and we don't need and they changed 3500 to 2500 and at last 2000, why is this going on are they technicians or vegetable sellers or fruit seller to bargain, such bad service from samsung, i didn't expect this
