I purchased new a9 handset on 25th february. I faced software as well physical problem within 5 days. I approached nearest sevice centre i. E. Vikaspuri near janakpuri west metro. Mr. Shaukeen, the manager of service center refused bluntly that they'll not issue d. O. They asked to drop set for 1 day, & i handed over for 2 days. After getting set software problem which was there before was sorted out, but dragging of battery was same. Now new problems in software are coming - hanged for 4 times in last 10 days, anytime photosensor is not working, when battery reaches 15% all of sudden phone shuts up. What's this # set handed to me after being analysed by service center engineers. They messed me out all. Now i gonna compliant more where else is possible. I told them that my profession is doctor & i doesn't spare a single minute to be wasted for looking premium series of samsung. I'm continuous user only of samsung set & other appliances from last 6-7 years. But this time i'm having very bad experience. This is not at all fair. Samsung service center must have ppl to understand technical problem of their products and time value of customers. There is no any company that their every product is 💯% okay & ll run accurately. This one handset i got is faulty & the dealer as well service center ppl are denying to replace it. I highly raise a big issue to you. Kindly replace my set and give me new handset or my money back. I condemn the way this time samsung looting me.
Lastly telling you.. I even didn't get time to write feedback from last 2 weeks.

Getting mail from Samsung partner that I'm not reachable, though I'm working these days only in Delhi. I'm telling you there is for sure big problem in Handset.. that's why he is not able to connect me. My other customers/guests are also facing problem in contacting me!

Your company executive can come to my place by 9am to 9pm.

    Hello samsung,

    While removing the glass shelf from fridge it broken into pieces without much impact to it. I feel the glass quality is very poor considering how it has been broken into pieces. Seems this is happening for considerable people here. Can you reply on this.?...

    I need to it to be replaced.

      Hello sir,

      I am writing this email after having 45 minutes conversation 3 times on customer care centre at all available levels.

      My washing machine shows problem water levels and water supply is not cut off at the sleceted level. We got it repaired from your service engineer (Dixon engineer) as per attached bill on 4th october 2018.

      Now this is again malfunctioning in less than 6 months.. And nobody is taking any ownership in the same.. Warranty is able for three months.. And there is no accountability from your side why this get failed in such a small time...
      It is a bad quality of part or bad quality of service or not genuine parts provided by you...
      No call back arranged from you desk to resolve issue...
      I had purchased 4 to 5 samsung equipment in last several years also given references to my friends..

      But this kind of service support is like breaching trust... I am feeling harrassed that even after paying full amount for repair the problem is occurring in just 5 months.. Part or service is too bad that it didn't sustain for 5 months... At the other end machine worked for 7 years.

      Let me know if you can resolve..

        I have an issue with a Samsung galaxy j7 max handset. I hardly bought it 10 months ago and I have visited service centre almost like 3 times and my issue is not solved and I had visited the service centre again and to said my issue and I'm feed up with this handset it get hanged everytime, overheating, auto switch off, often contacts and data get deleted no battery pack . When I first visited service centre they changed my battery and second time motherboard but still my handset is in the same condition I approached they yesterday saying give me a permanent solution or replace with a new handset and they give us a customer care number I had called customer care like 6 to 7 times and finally at the 8 call they received I told my issues they told they will call back me after 4 hours and I had no response and I called them back they kept on saying our people busy be patient and never tired to call be back .Please do replace me with a new handset or refund back or give us permanent solution and please do respond to our issues...

          I would like to bring into your notice that this is a serious issue about samsung galaxy s-10 e model no. Sm - 970f/ds. I purchased this set on 10/3/2019 from sri sidhbali mobile rishikesh and paid 56000/- but i cannot expect this kind of inferior quality of too much expensive set. This set is heating too much more then 45 degree temperature but your customer care center says that they informed the company about this fault but company is saying that its normal. When we showed your executive they accepted the too much heating but later on they checked it in wi-fi without sim and then said that this set is ok and will not replace but when we used with sim we felt even it could blast because of this much heating and we can not use this kind of set. How is it possible to use a set only in wifi without sim and applications.

          Now i request you to kindly replace this set as it is a genuine problem otherwise will take this matter in consumer court and media. It is matter of company reputation as well and we really do not want you to let down.

Because this handset was not updated compare to new mobiles of samsung. I am purchase this handset of amount rs 23999. Today this handset like as a waste mobile in my life.             Please tell me why i submit my handset in your samsung care for minimum 7 days. When I already visit your samsung care and your team says that these problems are not solved by samsung care employs. I am practicing as a advocate in punjab and haryana high court and fight for justice system. But today I am mentally and physically harassment by you and your samsung care employs. I have pay amount of rs 23999 for better quality and service. I am already visit 2 times in your samsung care. After that i am not ready to visit your care. I am asking you finally last time to solve my handset issue otherwise I know very well how to solve this problem.               This is regarding my samsung s8 plus phone. My handset has been giving me problems from the day i have purchased it. The akg earphones have not been working.
              With a slight drop my display is gone. Contacting the customer service of samsung is one of the worst experience ever. They are never ready to help & keep my phone on hold for so long that i have to ultimately disconnect. I've been calling diligently everyday for the past 4 days now. There customer care keeps you on hold and never gets back.
              My phone is hardly 6 months old. I'm expecting some kind of cooperation from yourself, i have purchased a samsung high end phone and not a local cheap phone.
              But regretfully the customer service employees are so very inefficient & rude, not expected of a brand like samsung.
              I have been calling from the past so many days but every time they assure me that my matter would be escalated and i would be connected to the superior manager, but after keeping me on hold for so long they disconnect it. I'm so fed up with your phone & service.
              Either take back your phone or help me with a satisfactory resolution to the issue.
              Inferior phone quality and worst customer service experience ever.

              This is regarding my complaint no. [protected]
              As per my communication with Swati Sharma it appears that Samsung has no intention to solve this issue.
              The issue is that within 6 months of my purchase of this phone, the display has been a issue again and again.
              With the slightest touch, the display stops working.
              As per my understanding Swati Sharma has made it clear that Samsung does not respect any consumer rights and asked me to go ahead with the complaint to consumer court.
              Be prepared to face the consequences, as I have full faith in the laws of my country & justice would be delivered. Please note that times have changed, the consumer is no longer gullible & you are responsible for the providing us with the promised service
              I was shocked by irresponsible attitude of Swati Sharma. She clearly maintains that they don't care about the the laws of this country and challenged me to take legal action
              This is my last attempt, on record, to solicit the promised service by yourself, failing which I shall be taking legal action against yourself. You will have to pay the price of causing mental torture and harassment to me, complaining repeatedly with no solution & extremely rude customer service
              I Have used many products from many brands but Samsung has been the worst experience in terms of quality and service. It is high time you are made accountable for it

                My fridge double door lock is broken, i have raised a complaint before two weeks. The tech who visited didn't even bother to fix the issue.                   Hi team,

                  This is rajendra tavhare. I have been using smasung galaxy a8 with no problems and also happily... Suddenly before 3 weeks i get the update on my mobile... And i did... And problems started...
                  1) mobile excessively heating while using or just put on internet only... (Before update there was no problem like that..).
                  2) mobile battery would be drain in 2-3 hours (Before that # update i was use mobile whole day (Once charged) without charging.).
                  3) when i m using headphone and those are samsung original headphones automatically anything happens like mobile will make calls... Or automatically starts or stop song or next song... What is happening.
                  4) and mobile started lagging.

                  I am big fan of samsung mobile. But samsung disappointed me.

                  If you are well tested or not sure about your updates then why would you release them... We do not expect that thing from... Huge company like samsung...

                  I tried every way possible samsung customer support told me to do
                  I called to samsung care they told me to reset your mobile setting firstly
                  Then second time they told me to format your device... And did both of that thing... And one more thing sansung care told me they will release on software update as soon as possible for your mobile... But samsung did'nt.
                  I tried all the way and finnally i decided to go for cunsumerforum

                  I dont know how but samsung should take care of my complaint and must do whats rightfull and needful. I still belive on samsung

                  Also see that issue i have tried each and every this as per your customer support says nothing worked mobile is badly heating and also battery is dranings badly after this software update.

                  I was decided to buy m30 for my dad but now after seeing all this i will go for redmi mobiles... I dont trust samsung anymore

                  What a irresponssible company... Without testing releases the updates

                  Greate job... Just making fool to the customer just buy expensive mobiles and after some time samsung will release one update regarding destroy all mobiles

                            A year back i took samsung note 8. Initially the phone was working well.. But later i had some problem. When my phone was under warranty i walked in to samsung service center which is near to my place i. E r. J. Mobile care service bhaveshwar arcade ghatkopar west. And they treated me well that time. After examining my phone they changed my display as they found some bubbles and they found the battery was not running that good. And they also suggested me to extend my warranty incase if i want to, which i did it on the same day i. E 3rd dec 2018. After this service, i found my mic was not working well. Again i visited the same service center and lounge my compliant stating l'm facing mic problem now... They checked my phone and misguided me stating that the phone doesn't have any problem they said its a issue with the software and they updated my software.. But still i was facing the same problem.

                            Day before yesterday i got pissed off with my phone as the opposite person was not able to hear the voice properly. And thot to visit the service center again but i didnt had the time. But yesterday when i was struggling to communicated with my friend i had the same problem. I took my phone near to my mouth to complete the conversation but unfortunately got hint to my teeth and there was a small crack on the glass.

                            Today when i went to the service center to share my mic problem they said it wont be done as there is a crack and it will be out of warranty.

                            I repeatedly told them that i have my mic problem from such a long time and crack is something which got yesterday.. But they were not ready to help me out. They were just telling me now its out of warranty and i need to pay for it.

                            I really didnt had such worst experience before as i'm using the same brand from such a long time. But this time i'm really disappointed with the service team. The type of service they have provided me.

                            And i had to walk out from the service center disappointly and know i feel that samsung is the worst brand to use.

                            I communicated with mr. Santosh from ghatkopar service center.

                            I really need you people, to get my problem sorted out asap or else i need to switch to a different brand.

                              I bought samsung s9 plus before 4 months. After a long time i decided to use samsung brand but now i realize i made a huge mistake. I always use my mobile with utmost care still within 4 months i faced network issues in this mobile. It was a recurring issue so i spoke to your service center guy and he asked me to visit the sc. I went there, he checked my mobile and said mother board needs to be replaced as it seems a major concern. I wasted my 3 hours on this saturday and ur sc told me i need to visit that place again on tues as they didn't have the parts, also i would have to wait for atleast 4 hours on tues. I had only this mobile and i live in a pg, plz make me understand how it's feasible to survive without a mobile (Wasn't getting sim network at all). I contacted another service center in mayur vihar, they said they will definitely resolve the issue within 1-2 hours on monday. I requested a friend to take a leave on monday and visit the sc. At the end of the day sc said they are not getting case closure id from samsung head office due to some server issue so they won't be able to return the mobile today but the mobile has been repaired and asked my friend to come tomorrow btw 10 to 8. Your sc wants us take a leave again tom? What kind of services samsung provides to its customers? I spent 61940 rs on this mobile and within 4 months i had to get my mobile repaired? Even if your sc is replacing the mother board but why this pblm occured at first place? Now, it would be a repaired mobile not the original one and m not ok with that. You have to replace my mobile or return my money. Also, i complained against the headphones as sometimes one side of the earphone is quieter than the other side, but again sc denied to replace the headphones stating according to them headphones are fine. It means i am lying, but what would be my purpose to get the replacement or the headphones which are perfectly fine? Your sc people don't trust their customers. I am shocked to see such services and really regret my decision of switching from apple to samsung. Looking for a positive response

                                We have got a call from mr. Robin to say that samsung senior person will call us for our issue on 13th march 2018. On 14th march we got a call from mr. Manu he said he will find out the details & lets us know the same.

                                Again mr. Manu called us on 15th march 2018 & told us that give us time till 18th march we will find out the solution for your issues & call you but till this time no once called us. From 5th march to 18th march still my fridge is like cupboard, it is not at all working.

                                We have explain our issues to kalpataru service centre mr. Radhakant sahu on 13th march 2019, he said he will find the details with technician & call us back till today he also don’t have time to call us back for our issue.

                                Can we get justice for the same or else we will complaint proper way with start from police to court with all the peoples who all are given complaint against samsung.

As per akanksha pooja is on senior level who called us yesterday but she is too rude not even having manners how to talk to customers. Since samsung is in service industries employees should know how to talk to customer & how to react. Anyways if no one wants to help me i will lodge the complaint & let them come to fight in court. My money is not black money it is my harden money we have taken on bajaj emi. Without doing anything they are sending comment that complaint resolve which shows that how big cheaters they are!

                                Complaint is not yet resolved. Yesterday (11th march 2019) soumya told me that she will arrange for senior technician & senior person on call for today (12th march 2018).

                                Today we got a call from ms. Pooja, she was too rude not ready to heard from our end she said it is not samsung issues so they will not resolve this issue.

                                I told her my brother is in whirlpool & he told me that this is the issue because of over gas filled due to which gas leakage is there & the fluid coming out. So it is clear that samsung only filled gas in refrigerator so we have to claim from samsung only for replacement of refrigerator.

                                This issue is not yet resolve.

                                We have taken refrigerator from vijay sales on 06/08/2017 of rs. 41500/- from that day no one has come for any service.

                                Please find the attached images for your reference.

                                From 5th march 2019 cooling was low so we have tried for customer care number but no one attended the call finally on 7th march shikha attended call & she gave me the reference number [protected]. She said technician will come & resolve the issues. Then from vasai samsung service centre mr. Salman shaikh came he saw that back side all junk was there. He said gas leakage problem is there so he will send another technician again we called customer care mr rakesh attended call he said they will send & as per the statement they send mr. Shahid for gas filling, but mr. Shahid couldn’t find out from where the gas is leakage. He said please put off the fridge & we will send other persons.
                                Again i spoke to customer care ms. Akanksha she said before 6pm on 7th march she will send senior technician but till today no one came to attend complaint. We have taken brand but what is the use from last 5 days we are suffering from all this.

                                Due to this complaint issue we have cancel our plan. We are suppose to go out 7th march & return by 10th march but we have cancelled tickets also. Cancelled tickets are attached.

                                Please change our refrigerator as soon as possible. We cannot take risk with this refrigerator.
                                We are working. We start from home by 7am & return home at 8pm.

                                    I purchased the phone newly launched samsung galaxy a50 on 4th march 2019 from reliance digital - viviana mall thane (W). After coming home i noticed scratches on phone's display visible under light and when u tilt the phone at an angle. It must be company defect. It was brought to notice in less than 24 hours. The phone is also deposited with samsung service centre

                                    It's been many mails and calls still i didn't got a positive response from the samsung team regarding replacement of my phone or full refund. I am a loyal samsung user but didn't expected this from a brand like samsung.

                                    Just look at the plight, a consumer purchases a phone and without rejoicing has go to door to door for something he is at no fault. Why would a consumer should be subjected to such harassment and mental agony??

                                    How can this consumer forum help me in this matter. Also suggest other ways in which i can physical lodge the complaint with this forum as well as govt of india consumer forum.

                                    The update regarding my case is that after a month of calls, mails visits to service center . Samsung finally agreed to give the replacement. But what happened with me is a blunder of Samsung India and the repalcement piece also had scrathes on them which i didnt accepted there and there itself.The entire series of phones has scratches I guess.All Samsung galaxy A50 users pl check your phones for display scratches from all angles and notify them.Here's what happened with me and the mail I send to Samsung..
                                    After receiving call from head office and service centre we went to collect the replacement of our phone Samsung galaxy A50 on 1st April 2019 which had earlier scratches on them.When we went there we were prepared that we would thoroughly check the piece there and there at the service centre itself.

                                    To our surprise we again found the scratches at the left hand display which was visible at an angle and proper lighting.We didn't accepted the replacement. I just cannot understand how this was passed through the quality checks of Samsung that too this was happening for the second time with me.I personally think that the entire range of this series has a manufacturing defect of the display.

                                    Again I have to pass through the same harassment and mental stress of calling back to customer care and visits to service centre.I just think I had enough.
                                    Samsung should call back all the phones of this series and issue a public apology to all the customers throughout India.I was always a Samsung user but this time I sincerely feel that I had made a wrong choice of choosing Samsung.

                                    Cannot wait for any longer waiting for another blunder.Give me the entire refund of the phone amount with interest and apology letter as soon as possible to square the matter.Presently, I am not accounting other charges like my numerous visits to service centre and my loss of work due to calls, visits, writing mails to the company, mental stress and harassment etc.. If the matter is not solved at the earliest we will have to lodge legal complaints and would recover all the charges from you.

                                    I have all the images as proof of the scratches on original as well as replacement piece of their newly launched Samsung galaxy A50. But the service centre says that these are minor scratches
                                    which all of phones has on their display hence a refund is not possible.
                                    My question to Samsung is if all their phones has scratches on display and their quality checks pass these scratches saying minor and it should be acceptable to customer..Sorry I have paid the full amount so no question in accepting a defective piece.

                                    Visited the service centre today but still the scratch is visible to us but the Samsung employees are blind that they cannot see after showing them.On the contrary there are bundle of scratches also there at the back body.The other customers at the Service Centre can see scratches but I don't know why Samsung employees cannot see?Just because they don't want to give the refund.
                                    The phone is there in the custody of Samsung Service Centre how can u all people cannot see the scratches??

                                    We took the help of the Naupada Police Station and the officers visited your Service centre and later on we were taken to Police station.If the cops can see the scratches then why do the Samsung cannot see??

                                      I had purchased samsung a6plus in 2018 it's less than a year but since one month i am having problem with battery life. My phone usage is very less most of the time my mobile data is kept off and minimal phone calls. Today i found that battery charging time taken is also very long. I purchased my phone on[protected]. I always use samsung products. Not only mobile but other electronic items as well. My earlier mobiles were also samsung only. I hope and believe that you will consider my problem and respond with an appropriate and speedy action. I would be glad if you replace my phone so that my experience with samsung improves and long standing.

                                        I ordered two combo watches rs 1199 when i saw the images and videos the told me that they are original fastrack watche i opened the box the are useless fake watches when i contacted many times. Neither and nor they replied me nor responded may mails they only shows me we will contact u soon but but i waiting their replies but no respond came from them so kindly please help me that will b ur humble kindness
