For the last 2 days my galaxy active 2 watch's display malfunctioning and I have gone to the customer service team in thrissur, India on[protected]. But they are saying "Motherboard is damaged due to liquid and it's not covered in warranty, also it's not repairable. However, it's actually in warranty as I purchased this last February. I only used it for regular use and there is no way that it's damaged.

This is so disappointing to me. The watch failed within 10 months period. They simply claimed that the watch is water damaged. This is not acceptable. Actually this watch is water resistant and it has feature to detect and calculate the calories spent on swimming.
Also, I understand the product is water-resistant which the brand claims to be on website and other channels therefore it should not have been damaged in the first place. Would like to know a solution on warranty claim and explanation about fragility of the product and wearables like watches could be damaged for the mentioned reasons.

Did not expect something like this could happen. Highly disappointed as it's not worth it to purchase such fragile products from Samsung
(It's a wearable product and a watch, it needs to be robust and waterproof/resistant; so it needs to work for a long period as well.)

      I have purchased Samsung 8kg washing machine 3 years ago, it is started giving problems from starting month itself. I have been booking service request many times every time technician will come and run simulation test and say its working after sometime machine start to go off when running washing. This is happening all along 3 years now exactly after 3 years my complaint filed they said simulation test ok after two days exactly warranty period they revealing board problem.         Hello Team,

        After updating the software on my s20 plus device. Device screen became green and white. Not able use the device after that.

        Took the device to the Samsung authorized service center. They have inspected and told device is not under warranty but there is no physical or water damage on the device.

        And they have told some s20 plus devices had green vertical line issue they will support only for that for the Free screen replacement.

        I have checked twitter and other social media on this. S20 plus devices has green and white issue as well after the software update. Its clear that Samsung s20 plus has manufacturing issue. Fault is not only on my device.

        Requesting Samsung to take this seriously and address it. Accept my request on one time free replacement of screen on the s20 plus device.

        Hi Team, I got a call from Avinashi samsung service center stating that no communication happened with them after submitting the mobile and it's been 4 days. So they are requesting to cancel the process and take back the mobile.

        Please have a communication with service center for re analysis and provide me the confirmation.

        This is not expected from reputed company like Samsung.

        There is no proper support from samsung team. I have sent so many mails and follow up regarding the issue. Customer satisfaction is not at all there

          I bought a Samsung flagship mobile from its Galaxy S Series S20Fe 5G (IP 68 rated) in Aug. 2021. Had been using smoothly for 6 months and after some auto software update it started
          1. Auto deleting contacts every week and then eve day. (Lost almost 50% contacts. Could not be retrieved even from back up mail id.
          2. Phone stopped charging using USB cord with in 9 months of buy. Once plugged in with USB it there will be a loud siren sound which at the first time frightened me and leading the phone fall from hand and display getting damaged. I was left with no option but charge it wirelessly and had to buy a wireless charger. The panic situation compelled me to buy another phone costing me 55K
          3. I reached Samsung India customer service centre lately to raise the issue but they rejected to consider the technical failure of the phone (Charging issue due to the failure of IP 68 rating claims) and rejected to repair for no cost and asked for Rs. 13000/-.
          4. I raised the issue over social media and with in few days got call from Samsung. I updated every situation including the display damage due to the sudden siren alarm which started to alarm immediately after plugging in with USB cord and they assured me of solution.
          5. I again received the call to submit the hand set in Samsung Service centre for further actions from their side. (Total time taken 10 days)
          6. On receiving the hand set, they denied to consider the case and rejected my claims and demanded the monies for repair.
          7. Over all Samsung India wasted my more than a month. Also the mental trauma i had gone through during all these days, loosing contacts, loosing business and loosing money (Samsung device cost and alternate device cost).
          The first complaint of non charging and contact lost was registered on 19.11.2022, handed over phone to Samsung Service centre Delhi India on 3.12.2022.
          Now my phone is with Samsung and no replacement. repair/ compensation is been done

          I am looking at the replacement of the phone and the compensation against the alternate phone I had to buy in the situation o[censored]rgency.

            Problem with Product: touch not working properly, spen not working properly, app crash issues
            Placed return request on : 01 Dec 2022
            So with reference to above order, I had received defected laptop, and within 24 hrs I had placed return request on Samsung shop app.

            Regarding that I had received mail from Samsung and they advised me to visit service centre in Amravati.
            I had called to Samsung service centre, Tulsi softronics Amravati, but they refused to check laptop and denied to give certificates Regarding faults which is essential for return process. They told me only mobile phone service is available there.

            I had informed that matter to Samsung customer care service on 5 Dec 2022, they told me we will arrange engineer visit to your home, they will check Product and return request will processed. But no one visit
            Then again on 8 Dec 2022 I had informed matter to Samsung service centre, they told me we will soon arrange engineer visit. No one visited. I had kept contacting again and again. Every time I get different advice like, one of your executives advised me to visit Aurangabad service centre, another one advised to visit Gondia. Both cities are approximately 400 km away my city Amravati. Before purchase of product I had asked Samsung, whether laptop service centre is available in Amravati, they told yes, thereafter I had ordered laptop.

            On 10 Dec I had called Samsung service centre again, discussed all matter, they told me to visit Samsung service centre ELECTROCARE, Radha nagar, Amravati phone.. [protected]. I had called them, discussed matter, but they told me we don't provide service for laptop, they only provide service for home appliances .
            .
            Again on 10 Dec 2022 I had called and told them both of your service rcentre in Amravati had refused to check Product and denied to provide sny certificates. I also tried to connect with your senior executive, but they refused to talk with me and told me it's your and service centres matters.

            After 14 days your engineer visited on 14 Dec 2022 checked laptop
            Regarding that on 15 Dec 2022, I have received of Samsung senior executive Jitender and they told me that S pen that I am using is not compatible with laptop, that's why there is problem.
            Before purchase of product I had asked customer care of Samsung whether S pen of Tab S 6 lite will work with Laptop.
            They told me yes, thereafter I had purchased laptop.

            Now after purchase, when laptop was not working properly. Samsung executives are telling S pen is not compatible . This means Samsung has misguided customer and now refusing to return product back.

            Even after purchase of product I had called Samsung customer care to provide installation and demonstration of products, but they refused to provide physical installation and told me that you will receive call regarding online installation of product
            But since last 19 days no call received regarding installation of product.

            ALLEGATIONS ON SAMSUNG

            1. MISGUIDING CUSTOMER

            Before product I had asked customer care of Samsung whether S pen of Tab S 6 lite will work with Laptop.
            They told me yes, thereafter I had purchased laptop.Now after purchase, when laptop was not working properly. Samsung executives are telling S pen is not compatible with laptop.

            Before purchase they said laptop service is available in Amravati, after purchase they are telling laptop service centre is not available in Amravati

            In my case different advice given by your executives like go to Aurangabad, go to Gondia, our engineer will visit your home. Go to service centres in Amravati. These types of different advise misguided customer

            2. LACK OF SUPPORT

            Even after purchase of product I had called Samsung customer care to provide installation and demonstration of products, but they refused to provide physical installation and told me that you will receive call regarding online installation of product
            But since last 19 days not call received regarding installation of product.

            3. MENTAL HARRASSMENT OF CUSTOMER

            Since last 19 days no proper solution provided regarding return of faulty product . and your executives are toying with customers. Which I had discussed above.

            4. LACK OF SERVICE
            after purchase of product when I had faced problems I had called Samsung customer care they told me to visit Tulsi Softronics Amravati and Electrocare Amravati but when I had called them both the service cetres refused to provide service.

            5. LACK OF TECHNICALLY SOUND ENGINEERS

            When I had received call by one of your technical expert he told me when touch working properly then s pen should work fine. But I had told them s pen technology is different than touch technology, there is active digitizer under screen in spen supported devices. But they didn't understand, it means Samsung engineer don't have sound knowledge of product and Samsung technology.

            Since last 20 days I am trying to return faulty product. For that I had called Samsung customer care no . 1
            15 to 18 times, discussed matter with your whats app chat service. But so solution provided till date, I have provided all the documents videos photos whichever asked
            I have filled complaint so many times at support.[protected]@samsung.com, but no reply received

            So please tell me what should I do now.
            I want immediate action on this matter
            I am frustrated why did I ordered Samsung product
            Samsung harassing me since last 20 bdays
            Do needful otherwise I will take strict action against Samsung in court. This bad experience will be soon soon shared in social media, newspapers and for any defamation only Samsung will be held responsible.
            I have all call recordings, all screeshots of chats .
            This is last warning to Samsung India

              I am facing a issue about my mobile phone display of Model Samsung A50. I am already change my display for two time because of black spot observed on display. Every time they told that display damaged due to external pressure, and the same issue was repeated third time also and then i contacted to Samsung customer care center and i put up a complaint under warranty but they again told that it was not cover under warranty because of display problem. We give it two months before and i contact with customer care at that service persons asking the mail conformation to start the work .But Samsung customer care giving clearance in phone conversation but they didn't send the mail. so please do need ful to me.

                The vertical line on my device which appeared because of Samsung's technical glitch was not attended to stating that my phone has a broken display which I had mend my way.

                  I registered a compliant at the Samsung customer care for the appearance of vertical line on my Samsung S20+ device for which they reverted stating that they cannot resolve it as my display is broken.

                    Green lines on my Samsung S20 Plus!

                    Hi all, I'm one of the many users like you who suffered a huge loss due to the negligence of Samsung. After the One UI 4.0 Update, a green line appeared on my phone and I rushed to the nearest service center on 27th of April(2022). The staff mentioned it's the issue with display and I have to get it replaced which would cost around 18K. The phone was kept in a brand-new condition which didn't have even the tiniest of scratch! Since I knew it was purely due to software issue, I waited for upcoming updates hoping it to be resolved. Soon, more green and pink lines started appearing on my phone one after another up to a point where it was completely unusable. Even though the battery, camera, processor are in top condition, I have to replace my screen for usage. Few months later, my phone's screen cracked on top left corner which didn't bother me much as the screen was completely functional yet not visible anyways due to the lines. Few months down the line, the issue started surfacing on a global level and Samsung had to finally accept their fault and they were ready to replace the screen for free! But there was a catch! It shouldn't have any screen dents / scratches or any kind of water damage which is completely understandable as they would not be able to identify if the lines came through software issue or through external damage. On 11th of December 2022, I took it to the nearest service center where they declared that it won't be covered under the free screen replacement. I reached out to the service center when it was in top notch condition (27th Apr) but they didn't accept the software bug which caused the lines and by the time they accepted, my screen had scratch/crack on screen (Which is very normal to any phone which has around 2+ years o[censored]sage). I have been using Samsung from a long time and have 3 working phones at the moment but due to this incident, I completely lost faith in Samsung! Leave it about the free replacements, I was not even provided with any discounts. The phone is already 2 years old 4g phone and it doesn't make any sense to spend another 18K just to renew it when I can spend some extra bucks to get a decent phone! Worst experience ever with one of the leading companies!

                    Buyers, be aware what and where you are purchasing from now on!

                      Dear Sir,

                      On 24th Nov 2022, I bought a UHD Gaming Monitor with Quantum Mini-LED and 240Hz refresh rate order Id: [protected] on an EMI basis.

                      Unfortunately, I received a damaged product on 29th Nov 2022, and on the same day, I requested to return the product. but the Samsung India team has been prolonging the process of return and refund. It is almost 20 days still refund has not been initiated from their end. Once my order EMI is generated it is big problem for me.

                      I followed up on the same on regular basis but with no use, again and again, their team telling we are processing your request and will get back to me soon. I didn't expect this kind of service from the most reputed brand.

                      Hence I request you please look into this case and arrange to refund the amount immediately.

                        My Samsung Galaxy M30s received an OTA update after which the phone heated up, got stuck in bootloader loop and didn't start. I went to the Samsung Authorised Service Center and they told me its a motherboard issue and that it would need to be replaced, costing me ₹8000/-. I got it replaced, and exactly one year after the replacement, the same issue has resurfaced. The phone has become unusable, and being a student, I cannot afford another motherboard replacement. In my research, I found out that thousands o[censored]sers across the country are suffering from the same issue in Galaxy M and A series phones.

                          I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360 Laptop from the official website of Samsung called Samsung shop.
                          The device was purchase with the following details :
                          Order Number : My order ID is : [protected]
                          Order Date is : 11th November 2022

                          Sequence of Events :
                          1. Laptop was received and immediately out of the box it had the following issues : screen is faulty / damaged, Text and videos do not display properly, Basically it is a defective screen, Bluetooth does not keep devices connected, Samsung Update app doesn't work, Windows Update doesn't work, No drivers available for this model of laptop sold in India on the official Samsung website. Basically there is no support for this laptop in India, This model number does not even exist on their official database.
                          2. Within 48 hours of receipt of the laptop I have contacted Samsung Care on the official phone number from my registered mobile number. I was told to wait for 24-48 hours to wait for a resolution.
                          3. I call again after 24 hours and I am given a complaint reference number.
                          4. I write to samsung support, samsung Shop, Samsung india service head, contact them on twitter, when nobody replies I write to Samsung CEO.
                          5. Total I have been issued 11 complaint reference numbers, spoken on samsung official support chat at least 15 times, I have over 27 emails from samsung assuring me that the problem will be fixed. I can place the record of all of the above on the consumer forum platform.
                          6. After almost 20 days of non stop complaining an engineer was assigned and visited me. He diagnosed correctly that the laptop screen is damaged and faulty.
                          7. A replacement screen was ordered by samsung which was replaced 3 days ago on 16th december. the replacement screen is faulty too.
                          8. Samsung has cheated me and committed fraud by giving me a faulty laptop since day 1. They cheated me by not allowing me to file for a return and refund whereas I strictly followed their policy of informing them within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
                          9. Every time I called samsung i told them that I had only one laptop and I had sold that to buy this one. I had a meeting for a presentation in Mumbai and I wanted to either get a replacement or a refund. They have taken over 40 days now almost and continue to harass. My work is suffering as the only laptop I have now is faulty / defective.
                          10. They keep bouncing my complaint from one department to another department and keep avoiding to solve the fault in the laptop.
                          11. I wish to either get a refund for the 1.2 lakhs that they have cheated me with. They cannot sell me a faulty laptop series and get away with it. I wish to go legal if my problem is not solved. It is a 1.2 lakhs rupee product and it is a lot of money for me.

                            Sub - Faulty handset

                            I am writing to inform you about the faulty mobile phone that I have purchased from Samsung. On the 10th of September, I bought a brand new Samsung Galaxy a33 5g. However, upon one week o[censored]sing it, several problems started to appear.

                            Previously I had written the complaint and somehow the problem not might resolved properly but I cooperate with the company. Now Again the issue is arrived, the system either crashes or switching off and the display is turn into a dark purple mode. Now it is not working properly and when I charged the handset it goes to the black screen and starts heating up.
                            Now I am done with your company and the services provided with you because I am facing the issue constantly as the handset was purchased barely 4 months before and the issues are not resolving properly.

                            For these reasons, I would ask you either to refund the purchase price in full or send me the replacement handset. Looking forward to your immediate response.

                              I own an S20+ that I purchased from the UAE when I lived there. I then moved to India for college when my device developed a pink line on the screen. I contacted Samsung around late August, and after 2 months of delays they finally took my device in for inspection and offered a free screen replacement. I received a call later stating that as my device is a "foreign" model, I am ineligible for a free replacement and that I have to pay a sum of Rs 19, 000 for replacement. This is atrocious considering that it is the result of a software update. How does it matter what region the phone is from when the same model across the world is having the same issue? The most annoying part is how I have to explain to people that I did not mishandle my device and that Samsung is at fault. Samsung can either choose to make this right, or lose a loyal customer, who will also urge others in their circles to not choose Samsung.

                              I am definitely not paying for Samsung's mistake. I hear that even if I do pay for the replacement, there is no guarantee that my phone will be free from future lines, and apparently the 19k replacement only comes with 3 months of warranty, which is just laughable. Deeply disappointed, never choosing Samsung again unless things are made right. Today, I have 2 pink lines, 2 white lines and 1 green line, and one pink line that somehow turned white.

                                  I purchased a top load washing 7kg machine from samsung it has just been 3 months and rate bite the internal wiring of the machine and currently machine is not working i contacted the customer service they r saying that it is not covered under warranty what is samsung doing all this years receiving this many complaints abt the rate bite issues
