I bought my M31s on 2020 and it was so comfortable for daily use . But unfortunately after i updated my phone on september 2022 it become slow and while i was using it had a long vibration for almost 5 min and it was switched off. After that when i try to switch on it take almost 15 min to be in the homescreen and i thought it might because of the new update. Bt it started to frequently switch off. When i contacted the local mobile shop they told me to visit the service centre which is 20km away. After reaching the service centre they checked and told there is a motherboard issue bt while talking unfortunately he told me that this is caused by the new update. He also mention that some other mobiles also have the same issue due to the update. He told it will cost around 8k-10k to fix the problem .
I hope the problem will be solved.

    Hi Team,

    I am sharing this email just to seek help from your end as i bought a refrigerator a year ago(Dec'2021) and today this refrigerator works for me just as one metal box not more than that as cooling is not at all happening in my fridge.

    Today when I called the service engineer at my premises to check the same, he said there is no gas left in your fridge and when I ask the reason, he is giving foolish reasons that by opening/ closing the fridge or due to bad quality if air it will happen normally and sometimes it will happen in 6 months as well. After having such conversation with the service engineer the first thought came into my mind that what is the product reliability, samsung is providing on their products.

    Please help me on this matter as no one is eager to check the actual root cause instead they want to just fill gas in the fridge and close their open service call.

    Hope to get support from your end ASAP and request you to ask your service team to provide a foolproof solution to the problem.

      2. after Repair by Samsung phone not working properly and advise by samsung care that re visit to Repair Center .

      so I want to replace the product or return this product, because this product is manufacturing defected because this product is not working from day one .

        Thanks for your kind response the pictures for the order are attached, it's become quite shocking if samsung is involved in on line sale scam my only problem is why will I not receive for what I have paid for .
        This is the second time it's repeating 01 it was with the samsung fold 3 bought on line the cover is yet not recived when it was clearly mentioned in my order .

        This time it has happened with the samsung freestyle projector Foc item is not given and some green clour cover is sent .
        Why would u guys do that with your customers who have invested so much into samsung.

        Kindly let me know when would all this clear it's been 17 days and still I get is only assurance. The foc items pictures are attached the adaptor is missing rest all items recieved.

        Also picture of the package recieved in place of the adaptor, the green colour skin details attached .I have been cheated this can happen only in India.

        How many time do I have to write to you for samsung support I get a call from Samsung we will look into the case for the wrong item sent pictures attached .

        Then after that some email from support we cannot help you the time frame is up .
        Let me make the following very clear or kindly take your product back .
        1. I was away on new year to my home town in chandigarh the items were recieved by my office in my absence.
        2. On arrival we checked all items as per the offer were recieved by my office leaving the samsung adapter, but the package has a freestyle skin not part of my offer .
        While checking with ur support team it was claimed I recieved the wrong item.
        3. Why will you not send me the FOC AS OFFERED BEFORE BUYING THE PRODUCT AND WHAT HAPPENED TO THE ADAPTER.
        4. HOW MANY MAILS DO I HAVE TO WRITE to get what I have paid for .
        5. If samung is in no position to fulfill by offer which was given to me then why don't you take the product back.
        6. This is a on line sale that's why you can cheat customers this way .whom to catch.
        7.If have sent me a WRONG ITEM THEN WHY NOT OFFER A SOLUTION.
        KINDLY GIVE ME A SOUTION THE ITMES ARE ALL LYING WATING FOR TYE SERVICE TECHINICAN FOR INSTALLATION..

        Reference to your mail the customer support is able to solve the problem .

        I had received a call from Simran who was reading a script and not willing to under stand my problem.

        Yesterday the whole case was discussed and I was told they would check the missing item and update me .

        Who would help me with this scam where you are claiming foc item received but a diffrent item was sent i have shared all the pictures and even asked the department to track the item with the serial number from where this item came pictures are attached again .
        WHO WOULD GET INTOUCH WITH ME I HAVE PAID MONEY FOR THE PACKAGE.
        KINDLY LET ME KNOW the depart which calls me is on a auto mated script only saying we cannot help you.

        Kindly update me what to do and whom to approach.

        No solution has been given the scam I have not got the right product we have also shared the cctv footage action must be taken on samsung i have paid money for the product.

          Had purchase Samsung 55 inch TV model number UA55AUE65AKXXL, bearing serial # 5EZD36TT702467N. After one and half month a small dot was visible so I raised ticket in Samsung care centre on 17th Dec and technician visited on 22nd Dec when he saw he said physical damage and told company will not repair under warranty as it is damage might be through transportation or company fault. I will not get repair so pls help me as I had purchase television for 39741 int

            [email protected] till now there is nothing resolved Mr Rohit Dubey offered me a 50 percent discount on mother board price which is again an amount that if i sell after getting repaired i will not get that much amount Sked Mr Dubey that then provide me a 1 year warranty if i am spending that much amount he had no answer i mean how can I trust samsung again i mean mother board gets damaged after an ota update what a dubious and smart way to loot and cheat customers not expected from a brand as samsung
            There is no action yet been taken by your so called customer care and not even the company ceo page they are on the same note what they were before and the resolution past 2.5 months is nothing great phone great service great way to cheat customers samsung

              I had purchased Samsung galaxy s21 fe 5g phone from Samsung shop applications on 6 months no cost emi from sbi credit card when the emi got debit i was charged for extra emi interest and gst for which the neither the bank is ready to take responsibility neither the merchant is ready to take the responsibility.

                I had order samsung galaxy s21 fe 5g phone from samsung shop on 6 months no cost emi but they have charged me emi interest and igst separately and now they are now ready to take the claim the bank is claiming its merchants fault and samsung is claiming its merchants fault.

                      Hi all,

                      I have bought my Samsung galaxy M31s during its launch period.

                      The issue is it keeps freezing and automatically gets restart, shutdown. I have few other of my friends who have bought this M series phone and the same is happening with them too, and the strange thing is this did not happen when it was under warranty for 1 year.

                      It started happening after 1. 5 years.

                      I have contacted customer care and they all have done what needs to be done like software update, factory reset etc. And finally adviced to visit the service center.

                      So I visited the service center and they said that this is an issue with ICU and they can't replace ICU and full motherboard needs to be changed which will cost me another 7000 plus.

                      I bought this device for 20000 and now additional 7000, which makes it 27000 plus.

                      I thought let me try somewhere also, so I visited another Samsung store however they only sell samsung devices and no servicing.
                      I described my issue with them and they said, there is an issue with most of the M series phone and they can't help me on that.

                      If the company is aware of this issue, why is the device not called off and fixed the issue or why the new device is not given to the customers?

                      Iam a middle class person, spending 27k plus that too for a phone is very expensive for me.

                      @ samsung India, is there anything you can do for me?

                        I have purchased smart TV on 7 July 2021 but after purchasing there is regular problem occurred in tv screen, i registere regular complaint, they take the tv at their service centre.
                        Now today complete tv screen vanish in 1.5 year. Again complaint registere but this is not the solution. Again tv will be pick up and service centre they will do the necessary action but again problem will arise. Because problem is in TV that samsung company is not accepting that.

                          Hi,
                          I bought samsung refrigerator 5 year back and it stopped cooling. It is around 50k worth of fridge.
                          I called to samsung service center guys and they visited to repair. They mentioned it cannot be repaired and not usable product. Even they charged to me for their visit.
                          Now i am not getting response on complaint. My service request number is [protected]. i am not able to use fridge from last 7 days and don't know what to do next.
                          Are such costly product are made for 5 year and what is the use of tech team if they can't repair. Don't know what to do further.
                          I want to file consumer case against it.

                                Dear Team

                                I bought a Samsung M31S phone in August 2020 In India with a lot of expectations. My Previous phone was One Plus 3T. Due to the advanced Camera Features and Budget-friendly phone, I took the decision to buy this phone. It has been working well for 2 years.

                                6 months back we moved to Krakow - Poland due to my work assignment. After the latest OS update, My phone started visible problems like a flickering screen, rebooting etc. Yesterday the phone is totally out of order with the Logo screen on and I was not able to switch it on. Later it has become a black blank screen. We couldn't find any nearby Samsung Service Centre in Krakow, Hence gave my phone to a local mobile repair shop and they told me it could be a Motherboard issue which would cost Rs 8000 to 10000. I'm in a dilemma about what to do. I'm also afraid of Data backup as well.

                                Appreciate your quick response on the same to fix this. Since I have seen this is company's fault due to the OS Update, Samsung should fix this free of cost or agree to a free Motherboard Replacement.

                                  I had purchased Samsung S22 Ultra from Croma, Karol Bagh, New Delhi store. The product costed around INR 1, 02, 000/-. It was sold along with an offer of an accompanying Samsung smart watch for which I paid and Rs 3000 and which was assured to be available in the next 3-4 days. Within 24 hours o[censored]nboxing, the S22 Ultra's volume keys got stuck / jammed and on the evening of 3rd Jan'23, I handed over the phone back to Croma asking for a replacement. They tested the volume keys and said that indeed, it was a hardware issue and Samsung replaces the product with brand new if the reason is hardware issue reported within 14 days of purchase.

                                  To this date, I've been following up with Samsung, even written to their CEO but to no avail. The phone is still with Samsung service Centre or with Croma since I've refused to take back a defective phone. At first, the service centre called me on 4th January and said it was fitment issue and therefore a minor cosmetic issue which they have set right and now the phone is working fine. I was appalled at their describing a fitment issue to be a minor cosmetic issue as such a phone should not have passed quality assurance and should not have been sold. In any case, I refuse to take back the phone since fitment issue implied that it's been repaired and repair for a fitment issue can only be opening up the phone and then addressing the alignment. When I persisted, and reported to the CEO, some Deepali has been chasing me consistently saying they understand my problem and escalating the issue but each time comes back saying that they cannot replace the phone or give a refund but willing to extend the warranty by 12 month. She attributes the reason for the jammed keys to dust collection which she says has now been cleaned. When I quizzed her as to how she can give to me a different reason to what her service centre guys said, she has no answer. She doesn't have any answer to how it is logical for a phone to accumulate so much dust within a day o[censored]nboxing to jam the volume keys. She doesn't have any answer to why then they are willing to extend the warranty by another 12 months if they found no issues in the phone.

                                  I only want what's just and fair which is for Samsung to either replace with an identical unboxed phone or refund 100% money, including the Rs 3000 I've paid for the Samsung Smart Watch which is not yet received by me.

                                    On the 31st of December evening, my device S20+ displayed a 'GREEN LINE' in the middle of the screen. Upon checking and consulting online I noticed that 'the green line issue' has been an occurrence for many a users throughout the world/India.

                                    At 07.00PM IST, when this occurred, I called the customer care support (mobile) and connected to the adviser who informed me about the issue and also told me that he'll lodge a complaint ID- [protected], Post he informed that he would like to connect the call to the supervisor. Hence, the call got further transferred to the Supervisor named Rajat, who was aware of the issue and acknowledged that the issue is at SAMSUNG's end and also advised about the company advisory in which SAMSUNG accepted it was liable for a display change. The call lasted for half an hour and he also gave me a complaint ID [protected]. He also assured me that I will receive a call from SAMSUNG Sr complaints team on this, which I'm yet to receive.

                                    It came to my knowledge that the advisory was until the last day of the year i.e 31st of December 2022 and all this was happening on the eve of the last day, I contacted the customer service center at 07.00PM IST (when the green line first displayed) and they informed me that they have closed for the day and Sunday they also keep a day off. Coincidence/unfortunate it being that I got the issue at a date and time when the advisory was about to end.

                                    Following up on it, I went to the service center on 2/1/2023 and I got another call from Customer care team and the advisor Identified as Ashutosh who also informed about the notification about the year end and as I was at SAMSUNG service center, he also spoke to the team there ( Name: Ride ) through my phone and advised them to create a 'Job Sheet' and nothing more.

                                    At the service center I spoke to Customer care officer Name: Disha A Jondhale Id: Disha079 who also quoted the policy and advised me to talk to call support.

                                    I would like to inform you that I'm not at all pleased with the fault my phone incurred due to SAMSUNG's update followed by the bad support as a consumer I've received. It makes no sense to me that a fault like this, SAMSUNG has put on a date/time instead of 'Product recalls' or coming out with a better solution to which a person having this issue would have two weeks to get it fixed instead of an year end and conveniently dodging it's own fault and responsibility. Not to mention if this is what's happening to the prime series of SAMSUNG flagship phones like S20+, I don't want to imagine what a common user of A/M series would face.

                                    It would be ethically incorrect for SAMSUNG to charge for something which the consumer is not at fault and skim a hefty amount on account of putting an untimely malfunctioning update. As a responsible, multinational manufacturing conglomerate SAMSUNG like other countries should have put in a notification about the mistake and should have recalled the products from the market and fixed them rather putting it on consumers, as it seems altogether a discrimination to Indian consumers community.

                                    Besides being annoyed by the malfunctioning phone, I've to go through all this while taking my time out, I've decided that in no means possible a consumer can be held liable on a company's faulty account and shouldn't pay for what isn't his/her fault.

                                    Being a loyal SAMSUNG customer & having several other products & also indulging in various APPLE vs SAMSUNG battles, if this is the outcome that the product for which I've paid a heavy amount starts to give me nightmares and horrible experience, I would start to look for alternatives and that's how on times like this, a firm loses its consumers.
                                    Keeping this in mind, before taking any other actions, I'm writing to grant an extension / exception on the given advisory and getting my phone fixed as soon as possible.
                                    Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      There are multiple issues with the product like
                                      1- product description, they hide the info about size and space, this dishwasher is not for normal size utensils.
                                      2- online picture are fake that shows dishwasher spacious.
                                      3- did not get installation service in till 9jan-2023, only get demo.
