I bought samsung M31s on Oct 2020, after 8 months i am facing freezing and restart issue, lost all data and replace mother board within warranty, but again i am facing the same issue after update Samsung mobile, updates released from Samsung only, but hopefully no R&D happen about updates. now my phone getting same issue, while i am approach service center he inspects my phone and asking about 6500rs for again motherboard replacement charge, why need to again this same problem, this is not a customer side issue, this is OEM ( samsung ) side software issue, hopefully respond from samsung accept this software error. this is really disappointed about Branded mobiles trust. really frustrating about samsung device for these issues.
