A green line started to appear on my screen after the software update. From the Samsung members, community s20 plus mobile users face the same issue. Most of those devices were just out of warranty period. Samsung though well aware of the fact that the issue was due to faulty software/hardware on S20 plus mobiles from their side haven't acknowledged it publicly but instructed their service centres to replace faulty hardware for free only if their own set of rules are met though out of warranty. I submitted my mobile last week at a Samsung service centre, and they inspected it and notified me that my device had a couple of scratches/micro-level dents on the frame. Samsung didn't approve of replacing the faulty hardware on my mobile phone. The scratch/micro dent on the frame is entirely unrelated to the green line on the screen, and it is very unfair that Samsung didn't publicly acknowledge their mistake and made almost everyone like me to pay for the mistake they have made. I have appealed multiple times to the Samsung customer care service, asking them to escalate it to their higher-level authorities. All those came up with the same reason citing the scratches that I have to pay more than INR 18000 for the defect they have introduced without any unfair negotiation. A flagship-priced mobile phone bought for INR 50000 and above doesn't even last for more than 1.5 years due to the fault introduced by the Manufacturer, and the Manufacturer doesn't even hold the responsibility though aware of their mistake, then it is the matter to be brought before a justice to make them treat their customers fair enough.

      I bought samsung M31s on Oct 2020, after 8 months i am facing freezing and restart issue, lost all data and replace mother board within warranty, but again i am facing the same issue after update Samsung mobile, updates released from Samsung only, but hopefully no R&D happen about updates. now my phone getting same issue, while i am approach service center he inspects my phone and asking about 6500rs for again motherboard replacement charge, why need to again this same problem, this is not a customer side issue, this is OEM ( samsung ) side software issue, hopefully respond from samsung accept this software error. this is really disappointed about Branded mobiles trust. really frustrating about samsung device for these issues.

        Samsung washing machine which i brought around 4 months back has exploded, Entire house was damaged including all things present in home. I have complained about this via coustomer care number, service technician has visited my house and inspected. It's been a week still i don't get proper response for my complaint. My house is entirely damaged and needs to be repaired as soon as possible. Please provide compensation for house repair and property damage. Resolve this complaint as soon as possible. As i can't stay in my house untill it gets repaired.

          I have bought my samsung galaxy M21 on oct-2020 and i was not a hard core gamer/ rough user . i used mobile for surfing the internet 1 or 2 hours daily at max.
          And also i kept memory utilised at max of 70 pct and not more than that . Using samsung charger for charging and infinity headphones to hear music.
          Suddenly before 1 week i got a update from samsung and after update my phone got restarting frequently. i visited the nearby service centre and got examined as motherboard fault.
          Since i didnt do any physical/external damage updating a software caused motherboard failure and i have contacted service desk(ref.no:[protected]) but not get correct /prompt reply.
          Choosing samsung because of brand trust and customer satisfaction all my appliances like (tv, fridge, ac, washing machine machine) belongs to samsung lasting for quite long period so i trusted and bought smartphone which gets failed now and also i surfed in internet that many o[censored]sers have facing issues after update please kindly respond to my grieverences and help me to get out of this issue.

                I purchased samsung galaxy A52S mobile in January 16 2022 within 6 months in the month of July the device getting heated whenever I charge so went samsung service centre in abids Sagar plaza to get it done under warranty it's been more than 4 months over the device is kept in service centre only they are telling it's impact damage they are not willing to do in free of cost service they are telling this is done under chargeable basis only & they have cost estimation of 19521 inr sir it's happened automatically & iam unable bear this charges please solve my problem please

                  Dear Samsung,

                  I am shocked & Disheartened to share my complaint on your new Samsung Fold 4.After many years back I trusted the brand again & bought this phone on 17th September 2022.
                  This phone slipped from my hand at a very low height and slipped on a wooden floor,
                  I purchased original body cover worth 4k. This phone is hell expensive.
                  People pay money to get a better Quality product. Why should people choose samsung? the company should really work on its hardware. This is truly not acceptable at all. If you are selling its original cover then the cover’s job is to protect the phone.
                  There is no Dents, not even a single Scratches on the phone.
                  If i am right the upper screen of this phone is more Delicate than the inner screen. If the fall was major there should be scratches or Dent on the screen?
                  I fought for more than 15 days they kept me waiting for the better outcome and today Ms Tanisha called me to tell me that they can not do anything about it. It is so easy to keep your side clean & straightaway say sorry we cant do anything.
                  I am so Disappointed and Angry with the brand. You are selling this Uncertain, Delicate Handset for 85-90 Thousand and add on to it its Phone cover worth 4000/-
                  Whereas there is no role of this useless cover which can not protect my Device.
                  There are many other better brands available in the market which make Solid body at a very lower price.
                  And Amazon sell this same cover at 1499/-
                  What is the point and use of trusting Samsung?
                  You guys are asking me to pay Bloody 30k for the damage ? Why should I whole and sole bear this damage? As a layman as a consumer what shall I do? I have no money to put into this anymore
                  Neither this useless piece is worth selling now.
                  Atleast find a Mid-way solution.

                    There was an audio problem (crack sound in speakers) in my TV, so we contacted the authorised samsung service center (8th Sep, 2022) and they have sent the technician accordingly. Technician visited and identified the problem that the speakers have failed and that we need to replace the speakers. So he took the details of the TV (model number etc) and visited back in 2 weeks with new speakers. But while fixing the new speakers he had damaged the screen backlight / display. Please note, that the TV was running fine when the technician visited with new speakers except for the cracking sound sometimes in the audio. He mentioned that the mother board (main circuit) could have been damaged during the service and he will come back with a new mother-board as this was damaged during repair from his side. Then a new technician visited post 3 weeks (10th Oct 2022) (after continuous follow-up from our side) with a new mother board and he replaced the same, but the display was still not functional. This new technician after consultation with their team, mentioned that the problem is in the backlight of the display and we need to pay for the same (bill amount 15-20K). We did not agree to pay the amount, as the display was working fine and it was due to the technician fault that the display / backlight was damaged. He then told that he will check with the team and raise a request and left from our home. Post that we have made so many follow-up but no progress and they mention that we need to pay for the display / backlight repair, although this was their fault. We have been suffering with no TV since September 2nd week and continuous follow-ups with the Samsung team but there has been no help from their side.

                      I purchased Samsung Galaxy F41 about 16-18 months ago. Since last 2-3 months, the phone started exhibiting unusual behavior. It would automatically freeze and then restart which is when it would get stuck at Samsung logo screen.
                      I took the mobile to service center and they informed that there was motherboard issue and needs replacement which costs almost 7500 rupees.
                      Many other consumers have also reported similar issue with this and various other models of Samsung after a software update pushed by Samsung.
                      This is a ridiculously designed unethical practice by the company. While company release this model in an 'economic' range of phones and at the same time they force the consumer to pay an additional amount for it to function properly.
                      There is not physical damage on the phone and company should be accountable to fix the faulty design with the consumer having to suffer any additional cost.

                      HOPE THE SAMSUNG COMPANY REVIEW THIS ISSUE RATIONALLY AND BE ACCOUNTABLE TO FIX THE FAULTY DESIGN.

Manga samsung walo ne to headquater say mujhe call aayi unhone bola ki sir theek hai hum apka kerwa denge lekin aapko thoda amount dena hoga mene kaha theek h ...unhone kaha ki aap service center say iski cost ka bil banwa lijiye aur me btana chahunga is problem say mere phone ki battery back panel bhi khul chuka tha ..mene service center say bill banwaya mene 150rs pay kare bill banwane ke ...baad me mene samsung ko bheja to unhone saaf mna kerdiya ki sir aapko full pay kerna hoga ..ab 2 saal say zyada hogye phone aisa ka aisa hee pada mere 90 hajar khrab hogye hain ..me bahut pareshan hun mujje ab pta chala ki ispe complaint ker sakte h sunwai jaldi hoti h ...plzz meri help karen

                          I need help with my service request. I visited the service center immediately after I raised the claim, but they did not accept my device as they weren’t able to verify my claim request. They claimed that they will only accept my device if they get a confirmation or a service claim confirmation from Servify. They also stated that when they try to verify my claim detail it Is not showing up in their System. When I reached out to customer care, the customer care associate redirected the service center person to share a mail with the Servify team regarding my device issue, and when the Servify team gives the go-ahead they will accept my device for Service.And i got a call from servify team and they are claiming that samsung has to provide a resolution for this issue, as it i their db that is having an issue and not servify team. the senior supervisor i talked to from samsung customer care had the nerve to tell me that i need to cancel my claim and make a new one, it's not their fault but mine. samsung customer care is blaming me and servify team while serfivy team is blaming samsung. you people are showing me a cat & mouse game, while i am the idiotic customer who trusted these stupid brands and paid a huge chunk of my hard-earned money.

                                Made a purchase of a phone on samsung shop India website more than 2 months ago.

                                The order was cancelled from my end within a day of placing the order and the phone was returned to origin exactly 3 days later. I have since then been trying to get assistance from samsung shop support for my refund but to no avail. I have been told that the case is being escalated and looked into by their relevant team and that I would recieve an update with 24 hours. Everyday since I have been recieving the same standard response toy queries, with no further resolution or explanation of delay provided. It's been 1.5 months since the timeline that the support team had informed me for the refund and noone from samsung has been in touch to resolve the issue. I have reached out them via mail, phone and have written to their grievance team but have been only able to get the same, standard and likely automated response. The refund policy on their website quotes a timeline on 7 -10 days post recieveing a cancellation request.

                                No resolution provided so far and no one from samsung has bothered contacting me. Other consumers please beware, samsung has some great products and devices but if you run into any problem whatsoever with your purchase or product; you are on your own..no support and definitely no assistance from Samsung's customer service!

                                    My mobile phone(SM51) which is 1+yrs old suddenly have a charging issue. My mobile not getting charged. I make it to show room and the staff said. We ll provide service..if not it must be a spare replacement. I gave my mobile and i got the phn which is fixed with charging issue but the back panel isn't glued and they asking for payment to glueing and the pin(connector of the strap) inside the mobile is broken. Which is causing a display issue. I enquired abt that and they didn't giving proper replay. I am from perambalur and this just happened in perambalur showroom.

                                      I have been facing issues with my battery for 2-3 months due to low battery backup and panel tapping issues hence visited multiple times at Samsung authorized service centre for battery replacement but it was not available after I ordered and told me to wait for 2 months to reorder again for restocking by any chance during that period and then I again placed order within 2-3 months and this time I got battery available but during changing my battery a sensor which avail air command feature damaged by service center as it was working till date and not given me info prior nor mentioned on job sheet after weeks following up company refused to repair saying it was already damaged and making the wrong statement and didn't find any right clue. My mobile is completely damaged free and has no scratches then how it got damaged and again they said tapping was damaged and in their finding glue was there but if this the case why they didn't inform me when they took the phone for repair and not mentioned on job sheet and the part which they are saying damaged by glue is not exposed to the outer body it's under the body where glue cant damage. When I suggest replacing the mid panel or sensor they said me to change the complete screen as they are not trained to handle or change such a thing then how they want me to change the screen costing over 17k for such a small part even though I didn't make any mistake. Completely illogical.
