I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360 Laptop from the official website of Samsung called Samsung shop.
The device was purchase with the following details :
Order Number : My order ID is : [protected]
Order Date is : 11th November 2022

Sequence of Events :
1. Laptop was received and immediately out of the box it had the following issues : screen is faulty / damaged, Text and videos do not display properly, Basically it is a defective screen, Bluetooth does not keep devices connected, Samsung Update app doesn't work, Windows Update doesn't work, No drivers available for this model of laptop sold in India on the official Samsung website. Basically there is no support for this laptop in India, This model number does not even exist on their official database.
2. Within 48 hours of receipt of the laptop I have contacted Samsung Care on the official phone number from my registered mobile number. I was told to wait for 24-48 hours to wait for a resolution.
3. I call again after 24 hours and I am given a complaint reference number.
4. I write to samsung support, samsung Shop, Samsung india service head, contact them on twitter, when nobody replies I write to Samsung CEO.
5. Total I have been issued 11 complaint reference numbers, spoken on samsung official support chat at least 15 times, I have over 27 emails from samsung assuring me that the problem will be fixed. I can place the record of all of the above on the consumer forum platform.
6. After almost 20 days of non stop complaining an engineer was assigned and visited me. He diagnosed correctly that the laptop screen is damaged and faulty.
7. A replacement screen was ordered by samsung which was replaced 3 days ago on 16th december. the replacement screen is faulty too.
8. Samsung has cheated me and committed fraud by giving me a faulty laptop since day 1. They cheated me by not allowing me to file for a return and refund whereas I strictly followed their policy of informing them within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
9. Every time I called samsung i told them that I had only one laptop and I had sold that to buy this one. I had a meeting for a presentation in Mumbai and I wanted to either get a replacement or a refund. They have taken over 40 days now almost and continue to harass. My work is suffering as the only laptop I have now is faulty / defective.
10. They keep bouncing my complaint from one department to another department and keep avoiding to solve the fault in the laptop.
11. I wish to either get a refund for the 1.2 lakhs that they have cheated me with. They cannot sell me a faulty laptop series and get away with it. I wish to go legal if my problem is not solved. It is a 1.2 lakhs rupee product and it is a lot of money for me.

    Sub - Faulty handset

    I am writing to inform you about the faulty mobile phone that I have purchased from Samsung. On the 10th of September, I bought a brand new Samsung Galaxy a33 5g. However, upon one week o[censored]sing it, several problems started to appear.

    Previously I had written the complaint and somehow the problem not might resolved properly but I cooperate with the company. Now Again the issue is arrived, the system either crashes or switching off and the display is turn into a dark purple mode. Now it is not working properly and when I charged the handset it goes to the black screen and starts heating up.
    Now I am done with your company and the services provided with you because I am facing the issue constantly as the handset was purchased barely 4 months before and the issues are not resolving properly.

    For these reasons, I would ask you either to refund the purchase price in full or send me the replacement handset. Looking forward to your immediate response.

      I own an S20+ that I purchased from the UAE when I lived there. I then moved to India for college when my device developed a pink line on the screen. I contacted Samsung around late August, and after 2 months of delays they finally took my device in for inspection and offered a free screen replacement. I received a call later stating that as my device is a "foreign" model, I am ineligible for a free replacement and that I have to pay a sum of Rs 19, 000 for replacement. This is atrocious considering that it is the result of a software update. How does it matter what region the phone is from when the same model across the world is having the same issue? The most annoying part is how I have to explain to people that I did not mishandle my device and that Samsung is at fault. Samsung can either choose to make this right, or lose a loyal customer, who will also urge others in their circles to not choose Samsung.

      I am definitely not paying for Samsung's mistake. I hear that even if I do pay for the replacement, there is no guarantee that my phone will be free from future lines, and apparently the 19k replacement only comes with 3 months of warranty, which is just laughable. Deeply disappointed, never choosing Samsung again unless things are made right. Today, I have 2 pink lines, 2 white lines and 1 green line, and one pink line that somehow turned white.

        I purchased an S20+ when I lived in the UAE, and recently moved to India for college. Out of nowhere, my device developed a pink line during the end of August, after which I contacted Samsung India. After 2 months of delay, they finally took my device in, promising a free screen replacement. But later refused to fix my screen and asked me to pay Rs19, 000, stating that my phone was a "foreign" model and the replacement couldn't be processed for free. I'm sorry, what? Whatever the region of origin may be, why does it matter if you're selling the same phone across nations? I would understand if the fault was mine but this is simply unacceptable. I am definitely not paying for their mistake and I will never entertain Samsung from here on, unless they make things right.           I purchased a top load washing 7kg machine from samsung it has just been 3 months and rate bite the internal wiring of the machine and currently machine is not working i contacted the customer service they r saying that it is not covered under warranty what is samsung doing all this years receiving this many complaints abt the rate bite issues

          Notified but due to ur faulty design now i have to spend another 6k to repair the product don't sell ### produts i[censored] can't i think the whole purpose of samsung is to just sell the product to the CUSTOMER then make money jst by repair who takes 6k for repairs for 18k product this is total scam y don't u pre-install the rat mesh when u already have the rat mesh this is total unfair practice i will report this.

                Samsung M31 Restart problem

                Samsung had a launched a mobile phone in 2020 named Samsung M31. At first I was very happy with my phone but after 1 year it started restarting without any damage. I have my phone in crystal clear condition. When I took it to service centre they told me that it will cost 7500rs. Pls help me because I have not damaged the phone but the company is charging me for repair.
                I request Samsung India and government officials to make this repair...

                I am raising this complaint on behalf o my neighbor.
                I purchased the tv on Oct 26th and within a week the screen started to switch off. We reached out to the dealer where we purchased the tv and they asked us to replace the old setup box. Even after replacing the setup
                Box the issue was not resolved. We kept on asking the dealer and dealer asked us to contact customer care. I reached out to customer care on 28th Nov. one of the service person visited and told that the tv is defective and they need to replace the part. Since it’s bought a month back, I am asking for replacement and they are not responding to it. Not everybody has knowledge on contacting the customer care and people like us who live in small cities always go to dealers. Now I am stuck with this defective tv. Need help is getting this issue resolved.

                  Hello everyone,
                  I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31s phone in June 2021. After a recent OS update (security patch update), my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. It finally switched off with only logo visible which is not even letting the device to get into bootloader. I went to a nearby Samsung service center (Samsung Service Centre, Jayanagar) and they told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced, costing me around 8000rs.
                  There were many users with the exact same complaint in the Samsung forum and members.
                  Please, look into the matter. And kindly provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount. Being a Samsung customer from many years and trusting their brand I purchased this phone at the cost of 18500 Rs. So spending another 8000 on the phone that too for using it 1.6 years is not possible. Even with the careful use and taking good care of my phone I am facing the issue. So provide with the solution

                      I brought a refrigerator from flipkart they delivered the product on December 30 rd 2021 and now the refrigerator is not closing properly because of the refrigerator-door-gasket is damaged . I was made a call to customer care service they said still your product is under warranty period so they will replace the gasket but after their service engineer visited my home after checking the refrigerator-door-gasket they said they are not ready to repairer that if we need to repair that we need to pay 1000/- rupees for that .my invoice is attached here. before expiring my warranty kindly provide the solution. its not a physical damage they said some gasket have this issue so they are not ready to cover this under warranty.

                          I called customer care and i was told that technician will arrive same day . Within 30 mins some manager clsaying he is from samsung called me and asked me for location which was shared on WhatsApp. After few mins recived called from technician some.local repair guy from good service stating that he is coming from samsung to check. I was told to pay rs 400 for visiting to which i was okay. The guy named Abrar came and told me that samsung socket sensor is gone and needs to be repaired which cost 3600 per part . He also told me total cost would be around 10k including service charge( 550)+ visiting charge 400 and repair 7200 and he will heck for some discount from company. I ended up paying 9400 thinking that samsung being such a reputed brand can't be wrong and they are experienced technicians so they know better. After reciving invoice it said same local company called good service and when i called he said he will sahte samsung invoice. He edited his invoice and added Samsun on it. When i said this is wrong and i need samsung invoice he said he will call me. I have lost my hard earned money on the name of brand. I hope my complain will be looked into utmost priority.

                              A green line started to appear on my screen after the software update. From the Samsung members, community s20 plus mobile users face the same issue. Most of those devices were just out of warranty period. Samsung though well aware of the fact that the issue was due to faulty software/hardware on S20 plus mobiles from their side haven't acknowledged it publicly but instructed their service centres to replace faulty hardware for free only if their own set of rules are met though out of warranty. I submitted my mobile last week at a Samsung service centre, and they inspected it and notified me that my device had a couple of scratches/micro-level dents on the frame. Samsung didn't approve of replacing the faulty hardware on my mobile phone. The scratch/micro dent on the frame is entirely unrelated to the green line on the screen, and it is very unfair that Samsung didn't publicly acknowledge their mistake and made almost everyone like me to pay for the mistake they have made. I have appealed multiple times to the Samsung customer care service, asking them to escalate it to their higher-level authorities. All those came up with the same reason citing the scratches that I have to pay more than INR 18000 for the defect they have introduced without any unfair negotiation. A flagship-priced mobile phone bought for INR 50000 and above doesn't even last for more than 1.5 years due to the fault introduced by the Manufacturer, and the Manufacturer doesn't even hold the responsibility though aware of their mistake, then it is the matter to be brought before a justice to make them treat their customers fair enough.

                                  I bought samsung M31s on Oct 2020, after 8 months i am facing freezing and restart issue, lost all data and replace mother board within warranty, but again i am facing the same issue after update Samsung mobile, updates released from Samsung only, but hopefully no R&D happen about updates. now my phone getting same issue, while i am approach service center he inspects my phone and asking about 6500rs for again motherboard replacement charge, why need to again this same problem, this is not a customer side issue, this is OEM ( samsung ) side software issue, hopefully respond from samsung accept this software error. this is really disappointed about Branded mobiles trust. really frustrating about samsung device for these issues.

                                    Samsung washing machine which i brought around 4 months back has exploded, Entire house was damaged including all things present in home. I have complained about this via coustomer care number, service technician has visited my house and inspected. It's been a week still i don't get proper response for my complaint. My house is entirely damaged and needs to be repaired as soon as possible. Please provide compensation for house repair and property damage. Resolve this complaint as soon as possible. As i can't stay in my house untill it gets repaired.
