    Dear Sir/Madam

    My name is Vishvas Jangid.

    I`ve bought Samsung Galaxy F23 (6GB RAM) Aqua Blue from https://www.samsung.com/in/ on 15th October, 2022 and cancelled the order on 17th October, 2022. It is prepaid order and The order ID is #[protected] and amount is INR 14398.00. They refunded partially only INR 399.00 on 19th October, 2022, and remaining amount is INR 13999.00. Today is 13th November, 2022 but I still haven`t got my refund back of INR 13999.00. I mailed to customer care and even called on toll free. My is ticket ID is #77960845 They said they will return it in 5-7 days but still no refund I am a middle class person who lives on the edge of the bread. I ordered a product costing Rs.14398/- first time in my life and this is the experience from top known company. I want my refund back. It`s a hard earned money.

      Last week suddenly Green line on my samsung s20 plus, service center is saying it will 15k ruppes for the screen replacement. But my mobile is in pakka condition not even small dent yet how come display will become like this?

        मेने 7 अक्टूम्बर को एक वासिंग मशीन आर्डर किया जो मुझे एस्टीमेट डिलवरी तारीख 13 ऑक्टबर को मेरे दरवाजे पर पहुँचना था। उस तारीख के जाने पर मैने सैमसंग इंडिया के साथ कही बार इस के बारे में सहयोग करने की बात की उन्होंने कही वादे किए की आपका सामान कल आएगा पक्का आएगा । उस समय मेरा आर्डर delhivery नाम की लोगिस्टिक कंपनी को आर्डर करना था जिसने मेरे आर्डर को एक हब से दूसरे हब तक गुमाया मेने इसकी रिपोर्ट सैमसंग हेल्पलाइन पैर की तो मुझे कोई सहायता नही मिली और मेरा प्रोडक्ट 3-4 बार आउट ऑफ डिलवरी हुआ पर मुझे संपर्क नही किया गया और कभी कांटेक्ट डिटेल्स नॉट अवैबल कभी एड्रेस डिटेल्स मिस्टेक जबकि मेने सैमसंग को सही डिटेल्स दी थी 20 दिन बाद मेने उसी curier कंपनी के डिलवरी बॉय को देखा तो उससे मेने नंबर लिया और बात की तो उसके बाद मुझे मेरा आर्डर 32 दिन बाद 8 novmber को मिला तो मैने उसको unbox नही किया क्योंकि ब्रोडक्ट इतना गुमाया गया था तो मुझे सके हुआ की कोई टूट फुट होगी तो मैने डेमो इंसटाल की रेकेस्ट की और 9 नवम्बर को इंजीनियर ने unbox किया तो मेरा सक सही निकला मेरी वाशिंग मशीन के आगे की तरफ नीचे से डेंट था तो इंजीनियर ने फोटो लिया सर्विस रिपोर्ट का फोटो मुझे देकर चला गया। तो मैने तुरंत सैमसंग हेल्पलाइन से संपर्क किया तो उन्होने डेमेज पार्ट का फोटो और रिपोर्ट मांगी तो मैने उन्हें मेल करदी उन्होंने उसका जवाब नही दिया। और जब जवाब दिया तो return डालने का बोला मेने अपना बजट नही होते हुवे ऑफर की वजह से महंगा वासिंग मशीन क्रडिट कार्ड ऑफर के साथ ख़रीदा जिसका अमाउंट 33768 था और मुझसे return करने को कहा तो जितना मेने पैसा खर्च किया वो भी मुझे नही मिलेगा GST और फ़ॉर क्लोज़र चार्ज मेरा कटेगा जबकि मेरी कोई गलती नही है प्रोडक्ट का डिले होने की वजह से LOGISTICS पार्टनर ने डैमेज किया जिसका हर्जाना मुझे भरना पड़ेगा मेने डिले के बारे में सुचना भी दी । मुझे वापस ऑडर देने को कहा में अपना लगबग RETRUN करके 2000 का लोस करवाके वापस ख़रीदने जाऊँगा और जाऊँगा तो भीमुझे वो ऑफर अब मिलेगा नहीँ । तो मैने 11 NOVMBER को हेल्पलाइन पैर पार्थना की प्रोडक्ट आपके और आपके LOGISTIC PARTNER के लापरवाही से DELAY और DAMEGE हुआ। तो मुझे रिप्लेस या COMPANSATION की सहायता दी जाये जिससे मेरा भरोसा सैमसंग के साथ बना रहे । इसी उम्मीद से में अपने साथ घटित घटना को साझा कर रहा हु मुझे आशा है मुझे राहत मिलेगी।

          My Samsung mobile (S20 FE 5G) motherboard failed, just a few days before the warranty is about to expire. But, I delayed the visit to the service center due to the incorrect address mentioned in the Samsung service center locator and I was not aware that the warranty is about to expire.

          Now, Samsung is asking me to pay 25k to replace the motherboard. Their field operation team inspected my mobile, but they are not letting me know the reason for the motherboard failure.

          I want Samsung to be responsible for manufacturing a poor-quality phone, and for not updating the service center address on their website, and for not updating me the reason for motherboard failure.

            I ordered a refrigerator from Samsung India website on[protected]. We received the delivery after few business days then the installation guy came after some days and we found out the product was damaged. We requested replacement or refund for the product. The company sent an engineer to evaluate the product and he created report and sent it to Samsung. After few follow ups they finally send an email that they will reverse pickup and refund will be credited to our original payment method (credit card). On[protected] they send an email confirming that the refrigerator has been picked up and refund is initiated and it should reflect within 7-10 working days. Today its way over 10 working days and we haven't received any refund or further communication from the company.

                A green line started to appear on my screen all of sudden after October 2022 software update. I went through Samsung members community and have seen too many s20 plus mobile users faced the same issue and it seems the lines are getting worse day by day. Most of those devices were just out of warranty period. Samsung though well aware of the fact that the issue was due to faulty software/hardware on S20 plus mobiles from their side haven't acknowledged publicly but instructed their service centers to replace faulty hardware for free only if their own set of rules are met though out of warranty. I submitted my mobile last week at a Samsung service center and they inspected my mobile and notified me that my device had a micro level dent on the frame and some and some water proofing sticker color has changes behind the camara of which I'm not aware of and Samsung didn't approve for replacement of their faulty hardware on my mobile phone. The micro dent on the frame are entirely unrelated to green line on the screen as this is completely due to their fatly software update and fatly hardware and it is very unfair that Samsung didn't publicly acknowledged their mistake and making almost everyone like me to pay for the mistake they have done. I have appealed multiple times to the Samsung customer care service asking them to escalate it to their higher level authorities and all those came up with same reason that I have to pay more than INR 18000 for the defect they have introduced without any negotiation which is unfair. A flagship priced mobile phone I bought for INR 76000 and above if doesn't even last for more than 2 years due to the fault introduced by the Manufacturer and the Manufacturer doesn't even hold the responsibility though aware of their mistake, then it is the matter to be brought before justice to make them treat their customers fair enough.

                  Placed an order on 17th Oct 2022 and the expected delivery date was 26th Oct which was surpassed and several new delivery dates were promised which again were not met.

                  I have purchased Samsung F41 mobile in Jan 2021. From May 2022 this phone is not working properly, it automatically restarts.
                  I have contacted the Samsung service center and they said that it is a motherboard issue and the repair/replacement service is not free of cost.
                  Many users of this model of mobile are facing the issue.

                      I recently ordered a Samsung galaxy A73 5g from samsung's official website. Now after receiving it (received it on 17th September) when I tried out its camera and speakers, I found them to be not good at all. I previously have used Samsung M31s which costs less than half the price of A73 but still have got far better camera.

                      Now I have requested Samsung India to accept the return of the device and refund my amount but they are saying they have delivered the correct product. Yes you have delivered the correct phone i.e. A73 but the specifications are not justified.

                      I had a bad experience from last month via Samsung website whilst purchasing ZFold3 5g but I still went for buying a Samsung phone and now I highly regret this. I was even thinking to buy a Samsung S8+ tablet. But now it seems like I have successfully wasted my almost 40k rupees in buying A73.

                      I highly request whosoever is concerned to check my Device and initiate the return and refund process. Please stop using customers. No one gets money for free.

                      If I am buying a phone worth 40k please give me satisfactory services rather than same repetitive services.

                      P.S. I wanted to attach photographs taken from A73 vs M31s (file format is .heiv for M31s). You can clearly see the difference when you try to zoom in. But they are too big to upload here (13-14 mb)

                      To all those who are reading this, I would like to tell that Please Please only buy Samsung product if you don't have any other options in your budget otherwise the kind of CUSTOMER service you will get is terrible.
                      Regarding my complaints made here I have received call from Samsung team on 30th September and they said that someone from the sales team will CONTACT me the next day but I did not receive any calls for almost 15 days. Then I received a call and he assured me to HELP me out but after 2 days he called back and said this is against our policy we can't HELP you out with it.
                      Now you tell if there is an issue with the product that they delivered to me and the service centre guys are not ready to evaluate the device, who is responsible? the CUSTOMER? or the company?
                      We all know how service centre guys treat CUSTOMERs they only agrees to an issue when it's really big otherwise they just neglect it.
                      The kind of service Samsung is giving is equivalent to ###, I have had bad experiences with other brands as well but they make sure to resolve the issue.
                      I request Samsung to provide me resolution instead of closing my case. The Guy from senior execution desk just hang up on me stating that they can't HELP me out with this. How does it even justify? Samsung I want a full refund for this phone.
                      AND THE TRUTH IS A73 ADVERTISEMENT IS FAKE, FAKE SPECS GIVEN, CAMERA QUALITY IS NOWHERE CLOSE TO WHAT IS SHOWN ON WEBSITE. YOU CAN GET FAR BETTER CAMERA QUALITY THAN A73, AND EQUIVALENT DISPLAY IN M31S TOO WHICH COSTS JUST 18-19K.

                      SAMSUNG PLEASE MAKE SURE TO KEEP THIS ISSUE OPEN AND RESOLVE IT ASAP.

                      Samsung india is not responding anyhow to the case, you guys can't just fool users.
                      A 108mp camera definitely needs to be better than a 64mp that comes with m31s.
                      I want a full refund for this phone that you have delivered to my place and I'd like to order something else from samsung store

                      On 30th July, I ordered a Samsung Galaxy z fold 3 phone from their official website, student portal. The phone was listed for just 12940 rupees which is really tempting, so I ordered the phone immediately. Now within few hours I received messages saying my order has been confirmed and packed.
                      But later to my surprise a few hours later I received a message and mail saying that my order has been cancelled on my behalf which I never initiated.
                      When I talked to help team they told that my order was cancelled because the product was listed at very low price.

                      Now this is not my mistake because it was under student portal plus there was corporate carnival going on that time which made me think it is just a limited time deal. Also before buying it I talked to Samsung support regarding this being a legit purchase and they said if it's visible to me on students portal, it's legit.

                      Now it's been more than a month, I have contacted Samsung many times for this through different ways, service head email, CEO Helpdesk, customer support, twitter message, tweets, on calls etc. but there have been no response. All they did is refunded my money in 7-8 days.

                      According to me this could be a tactic to attract traffic and earn interest on customers money.

                      If Samsung is the one who's not able to keep up their website prices up to date then they should be the one paying for it, not the customers.

                      Now I request Samsung to either provide me The device or Provide me some Discount code as a gesture to apologise.

                      There have been no response from samsung's end so far. They are not really interested to solve any issues. I have seen on youtube videos that A53's 64MP gives more details than A73's 108MP. That's really cheap marketting done by a reputable brand.

                        This is to inform you that I purchased a Samsung refrigerator RT 42M553ESL model in the month of Ja 2021. In the month of Aug22, the refrigerator stopped working. After registering the complaint your technician has informed me that the gas has leaked and certain part is not working. The repair was carried out. After 25 days, Refrigerator has stopped working. After the complaint was lodged, It was found that the evaporation board and the ice formation was found in the refrigerator and the evaporation board and sensor was replaced, Again after 30 days, heavy ice formation was found in the refrigerator and the PCB was replaced. After one week the Ice formation continued and a complaint was lodged. Unfortunately, your technical team was unable to resolve the issue and after 10 days of waiting, I was informed that a certain amount of refund will be made due to the non-repairable condition.
                        On 29th Oct 22, I have received the information that 78 of the money will be refunded and after I have requested for the consideration of repair charges made by me, your team agreed to refund 86 of the purchase price. I am still not satisfied as a large amount of foodstuff during that period has been lost due to the malfunctioning of the refrigerator.
                        Your Chennai office has informed me that the refund will be made only in the form of coupons and not in the form of a DD. I was under the impression that with the coupons I can purchase a better product from showrooms. Later they have informed me that only Samsung refrigerators can be purchased and not other brands. After seeing the performance of the refrigerator and the type of service from your local team, I am not interested in buying Samsung Refrigerator. During my conversation, your team member thought that different product means that I will purchase Samsung product only and she has forwarded the approval for the issue of vouchers. I requested for mail confirmation from your team but they have not done any mail correspondence to me before ordering the vouchers.
                        You can check the telephonic conversation that happened on 31st October and 3rd November 2022 . During this phone call when I have raised the issue that What I have to do if the showroom do not accept these coupons if I purchase a different brand., Your representative has informed me not to worry. Sensing that something wrong has happened, I have forwarded the e-mail asking for the clarification but no response has come.
                        on 5th Nov 2022, I was informed that coupons are ready and I have requested coupons but they kept informing me that I have agreed to the coupons. Today I have received the call from the same representative that only coupons will be issued and DD will not be issued. Your Chennai office is not ready to accept my request.

                        I am sorry to inform you that I am not happy with the performance of the Samsung Refrigerator and also your local team service standards and do not want to purchase the same type of refrigerator.

                        I am requesting you to i refund the amount in the form DD or Electronic transfer to my account ( I will furnish the details of approval) which will enable me to purchase the product of my interest. I request you to direct the concerned official to look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest. I am enclosing the picture of Ice formation in the refrigerator for your reference.

                          Hi,

                          I bought a 65 inch frame TV from samsung e store in June 2022. This came with a free frame worth Rs. 9900. The TV was delivered fine however the frame was broken. This was reverse picked up by Samsung in July. However they provided no refund or replacement. I have been following up since 6mo ths on this to no avail. They constantly keep replying refund is being processed in 7-10days and nothing happens. They again reply the same after a few weeks. It's an endless loop. Never again will I buy from samsung.

                            I have purchased washing machine on 19/10/22 & registered for demo/installation as above mentioned date.
                            Response of bulandshahar service centre is very poor.
                            Many times tried to contact but no response any call or not picked up call. On date 20 Oct given false assurance many times that service person will be reach your location. But there is no any call response from service centre till now.
                            As many times complaints registered to samsung customer care about proper installing machine & operating function demo.
                            but till now service centre or any samsung agency is not responding to me.

                              Samsung service center executive has kept my mobile as out of warranty when it is stll in full warranty.
                              I have visited Samsung service center in July and mobile was purchased in April. All of a sudden my mobile went to auto restore mode .according to service center this is hardware issue and it will not be covered in warranty .as my mobile has scratch in back panel which is plastic and that scratch is a DENT in there terms. So my mobile warranty is void .
                              This is service my samsung.

                                It's really disappointing to see the product quality of such a big company along with the seriousness with which they are providing the customer service.

                                I had purchased a Galaxy Tab S8 from your company via Amazon. However, within 20 days the tab stopped working. On going to your service centre, they informed me about the non-functioning of the motherboard. When I asked to replace the product they said the 14 days time limit is over. How can i be assured about the future of the product if it has got damaged just within 20 days. They then said the part would be replaced within 3-4 working days. However, one week has passed. & still after enquiry they are saying that it would take another 1 week.

                                How disgusting is this. Such a premium product getting damaged well before 1 month and then too you guys don't have the audacity to replace it. & for more than a week the product is in the service centre & still they are asking for one month's time.

                                I request you to kindly replace this defective product or refund the money back. Otherwise I would be left with no option but to escalate this matter to consumer forums.

                                I am situated at Guwahati. The service Centre address was Opp. Aidc office, Holding No-42, RG Baruah Rd, Guwahati, Assam 781024. The complaint has been raised in the name of Lohit Poddar with Contact No.[protected]

                                  I ordered an refrigerator from Samsung shop online, on 21st Oct, i received it on 27th oct. The samsung engineer visited on 31st for installation/ demo purpose. but when unpacked the box, it found damaged and having dent on door. same time he created replacement request to samsung. i also register complaint for replacement of damaged product ASAP basis. till now now replacement happened. this is an home appliance and this is basic need at home. ideally it must be replace within 24hrs after declared damage by their engineer. but samsung don't care weather customer is suffering. now company is just negotiating and wasting time. i want new unit as replacement and invoice value as compensation of harassment by samsung. it must be fine on samsung.

                                    Refund not received

                                    I have orderd a 43 inch TV from samsung shop app on 21st oct 2022. Then i canceled the order due to delay in delivery on 23rd Oct 2022.
                                    The order id is [protected].
                                    Now its nov 3rd and i haven't received the refund.
                                    I had many calls and emails to the samsung support, but no luck, all the timr they are saying that "the backend team is working on it".

                                    I am not sure when i will get the refund, i purchased...
