From the first week that i bought it, this frig has a problem if dripping water or overcooling so that vegetables, milk and even cooked rice freezes icily in the lower compartments. I asked for a replacement but the company refused. Engineers came and went but could not solve the problem. After warranty was over, we even paid to get it repaired but nothing happened. After 6 years of this recurrent problem, once again we have foodstuff of and going bad. We feel very cheated and disgruntled that this expensive frig is a constant headache

    Hi,
    My name is Naveen Chauhan. I bought a samsung galaxy note 9 on 15th Oct. 2018. My order ID is[protected]. But cancelled the order on 17th Oct, 2018 via customer support services. Till date I haven't received my refund of INR 67, 900 yet. I daily contact customer care but there is no proper response. Daily they told to call next day for further update. I have to daily request and beg to get my own money refund.

    The service is totally poor. Never suggest to buy any samsung product online from online shop.

      My name is meera vignesh. 3 years back i purchased an air conditioner (Samsung invertor model) at shah showroom chrompet. The price of ac is nearly 45000. Within 3 months of purchase the condenser got spoiled & i spent 3-4k as they said that those condenser doesn't comes under warranty. And within 3 years i spent more than 25000 to repair the local samsung product and this value is exclusive of the amount i spent for refilling the gas. I procured that unworthy samsung product & we made complaint to samsung regarding this but not accepting on their own delay in addressing the issue they finally accepted to pay 30% of product cost. Its almost 3 months from the day they accepted to refund but till today they give lame reasons for non refunding the amount back. We are literally tired by the way samsung addressing its customer on their grievances & openly cheating the consumers without refunding to pay the promised amount. Im surely going to file a complaint legally against samsung for their unethical behavior in sorting out consumer grievances if this did not give us expected output. I would really not recommend samsung products to anyone & i swear that i will never ever use samsung products ever again in my life.

        I submit request for sevice, they said the motherboard will not be repaird and to be replaced and this chrgable, what means of warenty. Why i pay for this if tv undet warenty. Why the company given warenty if they not fullfill that comitment.

          Dear sir,

          I brought s7 edge phone on 08.11.2017 at eureka store, salmiya, kuwait (Invoice #[protected]/41935).

          Exactly one year i used this phone, on 08.11.2018 at 12:00 midnight this phone shut down without any reason.

          I went to salmiya showroom, they are advised to go to wahran co. At hawally area, in wahran co. There took three kuwaiti dinar for open phone. Not satisfied any service. There are asking 70 kuwaiti dinar for service.

          I brought this phone on 8.11.2017 with year warranty. After one year completing the phone was totally off.

          Phone original price 195.000 kuwaiti dinar after discount i paid 135.000 kuwaiti dinar.

          For one year i spend for 135 kwd without mobile line and internet (Every month 11.250 plus mobile + internet)

          I'm low salary person, how i will able to spend 20 kwd for phone only?

          This is very much loss for my financial life.
          This phone working only one year. Totally i'm mind failed for this phone.

          I think samsung products better than other products. But, that is not true.

          Thanks for your unsatisfactory and failure products.

          I received call from uae samsung office, the spokesman advised to pay 70 kwd for repair. I refused this unusefull offer.

          Kindly note that,

          1. Exchatly after one year your product was shut downed. Your products quality for one year only.
          2. I'm only using this phone, i'm not giving to my wife also.
          3. No any fault and falls down any where and any time.
          4. I purchased this phone with my two month salary.
          5. I paid three kwd (My one day salary) to open your product in your service center to look what's happen in phone.
          6. Also advised to pay 70 kwd to repair (My one month salary)
          7. Kuwait service center staff broken sim card slot.
          8. I think that, the technician was broken mother board. But, they are told already broken, how it was happen.
          9. All things (From buying until switched off) shown your products quality which very very bad manufacturing, assembling and servicing to customers, also these against for islamic law and humanity.

          Anyway, if you stand in my situation you will be know the fact.

          So, kindly return my mobile with new motherboard or new mobile without any cost.

            Dear Samsung Team,

            I have purchase Samsung Digital Inverter double door refrigerator in 2015 from Samsung outlet Gurgaon.
            Now this refrigerator is not giving any cooling, and I call to your customer service then they appoint a engineer and the engineer came and check the fridge and told me the gas was empty and you have to pay around Rs 2000 for refilling the gas. But my consern is that if Samsung provide 10 yrs warranty on compressor why should I pay for the gas u guys have to change the compressor due to compressor is faulty and what is the meaning for warranty.
            I[censored] can't help me out so please don't fool to your customer that the warranty o[censored]r compressor is 10yrs.

            ALSO WOULD TAKE ACTION ON SAMSUNG VIA SOCIAL MEDIA & CONSUMER COURT TO MAKING FOOL OF CUSTOMER AND OFFERING FAKE WARRANTY IF MY ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED.

            So please help us to solved our refrigerator problem.

              I brought samsung c7 pro on december last year, but after some months the display started malfunctioning. So i took it to the authorised service centre, and they said they will refund the money soon but after some days samsung denied to refund the amount inspite that all the documents was available. The imei of the device is *357169/08/214435/5* and *357170/08/214435/3*.
              The device is still under warranty period.
              Please look into the matter, and take action as soon as possible

                Regret to inform to the Samsung cell Phone Users. That I Dr, S.S. Husain bought the
                Galaxy Model J 7 max on[protected]. After using the cell phone for 7 months all of a sudden
                Screen was not working I approached to Samsung cell phone service center in Toli Chowki.
                They asked me to come after two days. I approached them after two days they told that water
                went inside. I told them there is no question or possibility of water going inside, as there was no rain last from last 10 to 15 days and I keep my phone very safe.
                But they kept insisting that this was the reason and It will cost you Rs.5000 for the repair. I
                refused and told them it is the under the warranty period only seven months before bought
                this cell and after 3-4 days they told that repairing charges will be Rs.7000.
                I refused then approached to the consumer forum. In first hearing no one represented from the company after few days company's advocate approached to the forum and informed that company is
                ready to refund the amount, then forum judge informed me to come tomorrow to the forum
                at 11:30 AM when I and company's attorney appeared in front of the forum authority he
                changed his statement and told that I got new instructions. Iast night from the Head office that
                company is not ready to refund your cell phone cost if vou are interested to repair your cell
                phone it will cost Rs.11.000/- . The forum authority and I was astonished, how can they change their
                decisions like this and then the authority has written in his judgment whole story of the case and referred to the District consumer court in Chandra vihar Building in Nampally.
                This famous company is harassing their customers by changing their decisions in the last four months.
                I have suffered a lot, because of this all my personnel contacts. My bank Details and other personal data was also stored in that cell phone. I humbly request all customers and fellow citizens to think once before buying Samsung cell phones.

                  I have replaced screen of samsung s7 edge from samsung service centre in march for rs 14000/- plus costrecently i had a problemwith screen not responding to touch. I gave the handset to samsung service and they suggested to change the screen again. Reference number for the casse is [protected].
                  With no physical damage and nor any other reason explained i wastold its technical faulty. Samsung ceo desk says its a screen and it can go bad anytime. If it iss out of warranty ie 3months you need to pay again.
                  No one could explain me why thiss has happenend. Nor they could asssssure me that if screen is changed again this will not happen again. This is suppose to be a flagship model. Why penalise customer for no reason.in 14000 one can buy new phone.
                  Is there anyone from samsung who can tell me is it a mistake to buy samsung mobile.

                    Samsung is turning out to be a pure cheat in the section of tv's. I had purchased a 49 inch tv back in 2017 which costed me good bucks and i was facing issue with its panel right from the inception. The panel had been replaced n number of times with display issue and the last time they had provided me with a physical defect panel which i was not clever enough to notice. Even though i had extended my warranty and under warranty period, still they have levied the cost of panel replacement on my head which cost almost the same as the tv itself. I would request everyone to refrain from purchasing samsung tv, else undergo harrassment as i am facing everyday.

                    I had requested for a repair of my refrigerators which were affected by flood during August. No one turned up to repair them so far. Now it is the third month. I kept on requesting them for more than 10 times so far. But no response. No one in kerala is picking up the phone. If they pick up they say excuses.

                      I have bought 1 samsung galaxy j6... Few days back it's microphone was not working on that time i have gone to apex samsung service center near sakher bazar, kolkata - 700008, after all is ok.. Just few days back by mistakenly fall the device from my hand and then it shows fully black.. Then i was gone the same service center and the told me the repairing charge is 3500 accordingly i have paid that amount but when i go to return my phone i saw there the billing was rs.3466/- excess return amount they have not gave me. The interacted person whos name was ms. Papiya naskar. I am very very desatisfied with her service.. Even when she taking from me for repairing that time my phone has a tempered galss and when she returning me the tempered glass was broken after all of that his attitude is very very wrost & poor manner... I dont think she is a professional in that service industry... Suggest to samsung dont go down your brand value with that type of employee... I want my broken glass and excess money refund otherwise i will do a gd against this case at behala police station.

                        Im facing problem with the so called prestigious company samsung washing machine. I have been complaining since two months about the issue and they were so reckless about the issue not taking proper action. I need to complain on the supervisior nagalakshmi treating customers like beggars talking so recklessly. She is so demanding. She was like 'i[censored] want u can throw the product '. I really want to throw all my samsung products in the trash. I will never ever recommend samsung to anyone. If there is a repair u need to throw the product and buy a new one. Such a worst service.

                          I have bought samsung j7 prime on in may 2017.in three months a small yellow colour spot was developed on my display. I had taken the same and replaced in vizag service center twice. This was repeated 4 times in exactly 3 months span.in the meanwhile i am done with my phone warranty. I again got the same spot. I had complained to samsung customer care and got a response that since warranty is completed they are helpless. I fought to my best and got the display replaced in the month of june 2018. I was assured that the same will not repeat again and the handset is throughly checked. Now in the month of november again i am getting the same color spot on the same place same width. Samsung said that they are not responsible for this any more. If not samsung who will be responsible?
                          I am asking for the job sheets and case history of my phone for which they are denying to give. Can this be resolved. If not atleast treated and addressed in a professional way accepting the facts that they did not do proper scrutiny why this complaint is coming regularly.

                            I need a specific mail from A Samsung Manager who confirms to what you are saying and give me valid documentation and reasons for the same.

                            I need to see a mail or a letter that Samsung is responsible for any legal actions taken by me against the company

                            You are sending me a mail from your personal email id. Why do I not seen any company email id and the authority bestowed upon you to send me the mail from Samsung

                              This are the today's washed clothes dated 11/11/18.
                              I have launched a complaint to customer care on 12/11/18 at 00.10am.
                              Mr. Manu rajanji on 5th nov, 18. Your senior engineer camed with sanjay pandey was telling that this type of threads and stitching happens in machine.
                              But you can see the attachment in which the machine has pulled threads from my gold kurta and also breaking the interlock stitching of the interlock.
                              Sir, i am really fed-up from this machine the service reply's.
                              Sir i want refund.

                              Please do the needful and give me refund, so i can purchase a new machine.

                                Worst experience with samsung.
                                I purchased washing machine 6.2 fully automatic. The service engineer from hyderabad did not come and in spite of crossing 2 days. The call center team, chennai did not take up my complaint seriously about the non-installation. They kept my telephone call on hold and did not respond. There is lack of coordination between samsung india and their service center in hyderabad. They are part of the problem, not the solution.
                                It is the worst experience i encountered in my life time.

                                  I purchased washing machine. It had to be installed by the service engineer within 48 hours. It was not installed although it is four days. I complained many times to call center. The call center don't have right information and share wrong information with the client. Instead of asking the local service center for not installing, the call center executives keep asking the client whether work was done. It is disgusting to complain. There is lack of coordination between samsung officials at the top and the local service center in hyderabad.
                                  They are part of the problem, not the solution.
                                  It is the worst service i encountered in my lifetime.

                                  Wrong information was shared by the Samsung executive Suresh on November 17, 2018. He made two contradictory statements during telephonic conversation. One was he was going to take action against the erring individuals. Second was he had already taken action. There is a lack of trust on the service of Samsung. These people tried to cover up the issue rather than to address it. It is the worst ever service I have received in my lifetime. I have decided not to purchase any products from this brand.
