A cheat authorized technician from samsung visited my place and after checking he advised that the samsung company does not do such repairing job but if i agreed, he would be doing the job, whatever servicing is required and he charged me rs 2500/- hundred for that and promised that if the problem persists and within one month the refrigerator gives trouble again the whole amount cgarged would be refunded. But unfortunstely the refrigerator started giving trouble within a few days and it's not even one month since he repaired my refrigerator. Now he is refusing to come over and give a refund of the amount. Please take a note that such cheat engineers will. Only give samsung company a bad reputation. You should make your customers aware of such engineers and tell them not to get any job done in private. If possible take action against him or mske it a company policy that if any technician does any job privately then company won't take any responsibility for that, it is the responsibility of the customer. Name of the samsung authorized technician robin majumder (Techtronics). He first visited my place on 25.09.18 and repaing job was done on the 26th oct 18.

    मेरे द्वारा 2 महीने पूर्व सैमसंग कंपनी का मोबाइल नोट 9 लिया गया था जिसमें ऑफर मोबाइल घड़ी का जो मोबाइल खरीदने से 3 से 7 दिन मैं कंपनी ने देने का बताया था जो आज तक कंपनी के द्वारा नहीं दिया गया इस प्रकार से सैमसंग कंपनी द्वारा ग्राहकों के साथ धोखाधड़ी की जा रही है और बेवकूफ बनाया जा रहा है इस प्रकार से ग्राहकों के साथ कंपनी के द्वारा धोखाधड़ी की जाती है तो आने वाले समय में सैमसंग कंपनी के मोबाइल खरीदने पर से विश्वास उठने लगेगा सैमसंग शोरूम मंदसौर के कर्मचारियों द्वारा कई बार कंपनी को मेल कर दिया परंतु फिर भी ऑफर नहीं भिजवाया जो इस प्रकार से नामी कंपनी सैमसंग के लिए ठीक नहीं है यदि मेरा ऑफर घड़ी गियर कंपनी नहीं देती है तो ग्राहक पंचायत और उपभोक्ता फोरम में वाद दायर करेंगे और अखबार के माध्यम से ग्राहकों को जागरूक करेंगे सैमसंग कंपनी का असली चेहरा उजागर करें

      I have samsung tv. Display problem in my tv. I complained thrice. But result is nothing. Your engineer visited my site he see the problem in my tv. After seeing the problem he told me ur tv is not repairable because company stop the manufacturing such part. So your tv will not repaired. This type of answer is not fair for such type of customer like me. I humble request to company to take necessary and appropriate action and short out my problem as soon as possible.         I raised repair request for refrigerator coolong issue on 14th oct but no engineer visited to my place still yet. I have been continusly following up with customer care people and engineer but still no result. Its already 10 days over. How many days we have to wait. I[censored] people are not able to resolve this tell the same instead of keep on hold. Hence i am complaining against them.

            I am feeling very sad to write this mail to you but the service provided by samsung authorized service center, sinhgad road pune is really very disgusting and not to the standard of samsung brand.

            From last 10 years me and my all family members are stick to samsung because of its quality, brand and service but the recent experience really force me to move to another brand

            My wife is using samsung c7 phone from more than one year however in last month suddenly phone screen went blank, phone was working but display was black, so we visited samsung authorized service center and engineer ask us to change display which cost us 5, 745 rs, there was no water in phone, no physical damage and no fall down this was confirm by engineer still display went black, we agreed and got phone with new display of white color on 22nd sep 2018 as there was no option for us, at the time of delivery engineer confirm that there is 3 months warranty for new display.

            Phone was working fine for almost 20 days however again its screen went black without any reason, we immediately reached to service center and again they advise us to change display, are you guys expecting us to spend another 6k on display within just 20 days? When there is no damage on phone (Attached images of phone) why we are supposed to again pay on display in warrant period?.

            This is really very disappointing and frustrating service by samsung authorized service center, request you guys to please intervene and fix this issue or advise if we can shift to another brand.

            From last 8 days i am chasing customer service, however still this issue is not resoved

              We have been sold defective product. Our refrigerator have stopped working after 8 months. We have raised complaint to samsung on 27th September 2018. Since then we are without refrigerator. We are paying price for the trust we kept on Samsung. Service Engineer visited our house and informed us that it is due to new technology.                 Dear sir,

                I am facing washing machine problem from last three months, after got replacement, then also i am facing problem. After getting dry the creez marks on the fabrics are seen.
                No body is taking action.
                Everyone is telling, wait for some days. We will resolve the problem.
                Every month i am paying the emi of the machine.
                From next i won't pay the emi, i will issue stop payment from bank.

                I have requested for refund and take the samsung machine.
                Today mr. Manuji called me from gurgaon branch and asked me after replacing any problems is there, i told i have mailed all the problems which i faced after replacement with the pics.

                Please do the needful and give me refund.

                  Sir i have samsung mobile a-2016 before 2 months the screen of this phone was black in which nothing show. Then i went to a-180 ground floor bishm pithamah marg kotla mubarakpur new delhi maa communication authorised samsung mobile service centre ph.[protected] to repair the screen. He told the bills of 5234 rupees and said that the change after 4 days. I went after 4 days. I got my mobile with new/old screen on 30-7-18, i don't know but this time mobile screen was working properly. But after two months on 22-10-18 i was talking on this phone suddenly the screen of this mobile is black again. I shocked none of which is visible. I took the mobile again at the same service centre. My mobile has not dropped any where or there is no scratches on the screen. When i go there he said that if your screen has got black again give 5300 rupees again to repair your screen while the screen warranty is in the period which is 3 months. These things were told by the head of this centre why was my mobile screen black in 2 months how bad it was where there is no physical damage there is no scratches on the screen neither did my mobile fall nor did anything happen while screen turned black when talking. The head there said that i will not do this mobile right where you go where you want to complain that you do complain and the excuses were started to run. I started telling my own issue that's what your mobile is like. I will go to the consumer court for this and i will complain to this cheating. Fix my mobile screen because you do not have any fault in it. With in 2 months the screen is black or the local screen is inserted or something has gone wrong by your service centre. It is only your service centre. I am very bother by your cheater service centre. Please fix my screen. Bill copy i send u with this

                    I went to samsung service centre last month regarding problem in my phone, they have changed my battery saying resistance of battery is low it has to be changed so that was done, but problem was same now my phone is switch off i. E phone is not switching on after charging also, so i take it to service centre, they told me motherboard is faulty. It is only 1.5 years and the phone cost was 52500, so if this is your brand after an year your so costly phone is of no use they what's the use of such high priced phone.
                    Service centre is demanding 16500 for motherboard. Please tell me samsung what should be done now.

                      Dear sir
                      I had received samsung tv from my daughter as a gift which was purchased internationally. Now after 6 month i am facing problem in display as it is showing only solid colors. Samsung engineer are asking for 6000 inr only for single visit. Cost may be increased if they find out some problem or if any part is to be replaced.
                      If later is the case, my cost of repairing will go more than cost of product
                      Please help me on this.6000 is too much for initial inspection.
                      My daughter has purchased the item keeping faith in the samsung brand name. Its disappointing to see the performance detioriting only in. 5-6 months. And samsung india charging unexpectedly high even for inspection and not even for the replacement of any part

                        The official samsung service centre located in vijayanagara, bangalore, karnataka is very very inffecient, inadequate and negligent. The employees are careless about customer time and keep beating around'the hush all the time. I have visited this service centre 4 times and all 4 times it was a very bad experience. They have also ruined my friends samsung s9 completely. I request the samsung officials to conduct a surprise inspection preferably in disguise and make sure they start mending their attitude.

                          We had purchased a brand new refrigerator from samsung flagship store store on 11/06/2016. The refrigerator had a manufacturing defect and it was generating ice in the bottom part (Not freezer) of the refrigerator. After 3 complaints in over 2 years (Dates: 8/2/2017, 16/10/2017, 8/10/2018) the issue is still not resolved and every item in the bottom part of the refrigerator is getting wasted. The first complaint on 8/2/2017 was filed when the refrigerator was under warranty and they replaced a circuit free of charge. But just in 8 months, the original problem returned and we filed another complaint on 16/10/2017 and since then there is no solution!! The flagship store (Samsung flagship store - ishita enterprises) people says we can't do anything and we should contact samsung. The samsung people are not even responding. By far, this is the worst costumer service experience so far!!!

                          It's been more than 3 months since i bought samsung galaxy s9 plus. Till now i have not been received the cashback. It's very disappointing to see one of the largest companies failing to keep up their promises.

                            Hi,

                            Issue is regarding samsung service center.

                            Our washing machine was broken and we raised a service request with samsung 1 month back.

                            3 weeks back they took the machine to repair it and said it they will send the machine back in 3 working days. Till now they have not rectified the issue.

                            We need to call the service center daily to get the updates, service center is least bothered to update the progress.

                            Now we do not know how to get our machine back.

                            Pathetic service from samsung least to say.

                              We buy a samsung s9+ mobile for rs 64, 900 on[protected], the main reasons to buy this at that cost is features mentioned and advertised on television and other areas. The main and attractive features of samsung s9+ are water proof and camera. The device can be used under the depth of 1.5 meters of pure water (Ips 68). Now i am coming to point, unfortunately my phone is fell in bucket of water (Bucket depth is nearly 20 cms), at that time i didn't worried because i thought that "it is a water proof device it will not get damaged" but after few minutes my device was completely dead. I was went to service center they answered simply "your device is water damaged". I asked them as it was water proof device then how my device affected by water but even they said sorry. Samsung is advertising fake features, i want make complaint against regarding this issue please help me

                              How much time do you take to solve a problem . This situation is enough to underastand that how much responsibility you are taking about customers problems . A brand campany not enough to produce many models with features, customers satisfaction is also very important
                              Request to resolve the problem raised on 8th Oct’2018 vide request no [protected] but the same is not resolved till date. The refrigerator was purchased in last November. Very poor service of such a big brand. The invoice of purchase is attached.

                                Dear sir,
                                I am very dissatisfied customer of your company i have cheated by your service center & also by call center. My complaint is pending with your sercive center for last 17/07/2018. I have launge a call in call center on 17.07.2018 low cooling problem & your eng. Comes to my house on 19.07.2018 he put gass on refrigerator & says it will work ok & received rs 1533/- for gass charging and give three month warranty. After 1 week problem accrod same on my refrigerator i will launge another camplaintt on 30.07.2018 one again your eng. Come and goan through same process of gas charging and says this time no problem comes again. After 3 days my refrigeration have no cooling issue & i will luange a call again this time they tried three day and then pick up my refrigerator to workshop then he says this is not repairable because same part name couplari was gam & offer me 10 discount there after we call several times and ask for my refrigerator they says i am talk to company but ther are no feed back given. After talking to sevarial time to your call center my refrigetor will delevered without repair to my house on 12.10.2018 &
                                Condition was so dirty and not working condition my refrigerator pcb was changed & all pipes are open codition. So i want you to take action against service center name - digi services limited, address - d-1 sector-3, noida, up-201305 and give solution to me as soon as possible i will filling so harassed plsease do some thing against this service center model no - rt29harzasp sr no-030d4paf501112f date of purch-14.07.2014

                                  I purchased new note 9 on 26.08.2018. Dealer had activated my note 9 and then my galaxy app which he is not suppose to do. I have raise a complain for refund on 28.08.18. As its a prebooking set he should not sell us. He should put my sim instead of his own and why he activated my galaxy app. Its a cheat and fraud case.
                                  Please refund my money.

                                  I was a big fan of samsung. I love note series. But this time i am very very dissappointed with there after sale service. Inspite of purchasing from the samsung authorize dealer still no revert has been given to me.

                                      Hello respected team,

                                      I have purchased an ac of samsung brand in the month of march and i am entitled for 3 free servicing.

                                      My a. C. Is currently giving low cooling and i am requesting for servicing as it has been 6 months of purchase to increase it's working capacity.

                                      From last 1 week trying to book a technician and all my attempts has been taken for granted.

                                      On october 14 i placed a requrst and given request number [protected]. Everyday i have been given excuses and daily i am getting calls that technician is on the way but till today technician didn't arrived.

                                      It has been alot of trouble for me to make calls every morning asking for technician and till 7 pm i am given false expectations of technician coming to fix my ac.

                                      I want to request your interference in this matter and help me get my free servicings with compensation for wasting my 5 days and spending unnecessary time on telephones to hear their false commitments.

                                        Now we are trying to reach the executive and service centre, no one is picking up the call. It is too ridiculous.


                                        I want to resolve this problem immediately or need the money back.

                                        One of your engineering reached at my home on friday-12th oct and said problem is in your tv display not in motherboard. Asking to change it and charges will be 3, 500/ rupees.

                                        I said don’t want to change display now. Want my money back due to wrongly changes of motherboard and charged 1, 600/- rupees.


                                        I was expecting call from you since friday, but no any further movement.

                                        Kindly collect/take your mother board and return my collected money 1, 600/- rupees.

                                        This is really ridiculous and disappointing behavior you people. Don’t try to make fool customer.
