I purchased a refrigerator from samsung in may 2014 and in year of purchase it got defective and samsung had replaced part, but now same problem has been occured and also the pcb is working as per samsung technician but the refrigerator is not working and now they are charging very high amount for repair and it seems to be a manufacturing defect and i want replacement of part....

I have a samsung washing machine which was got compliant on2 october. So i had register a service request through sam sung customer care number.. On 4th october and 10th october... I have purchased Note 9 on 3rd October 2018 but it started hang 3rd day from purchase, Have visited Samsung Service center Okhla Industrial Phase 1 New Delhi 110020, on 9th Oct 2018 and same was returned to me on 11th Oct 2018 with assurance that problem is sorted out.

I am facing a lot of problem, in my new samsung galaxy note 9, the battery is draining very fast, its a 4000 mah battery, and it does not even last properly for 5 to 6 hours after charging it 100 %, this is the worst service i had ever recieved from samsung. The phone is heating as well, i do not play games or anything in my phone, i dont have time for that # as i work in corporate world, hope you understand. This is terrible battery buck...

I am following up on the above-mentioned complaint number since last 10 days. However, samsung india customer service is as pathetic as their products are.

As per them, my issue has been escalated to the highest authorities, but the senior management has no time to respond via email or call and update what's happening on my issue.

I, rk chatterjee has purchased as samsung lcd tv, on 03 dec 2010, invoice no pn 1860 from paradise electronics, tp nagar, korba (Cg), model no sam lcd 32c450, model name - la32c450mxlxl.

I went to the samsung store and care located in phoenix market city, guindy, chennai, tamil nadu. I visited there for repair of my smartphone display which was an internal defect and no damage and even scratch was present on screen. And the lady named sharda checked my phone and told me that it will covered in warranty and told me to come next week as they didn't had the parts to repair. And clearly everything was fine with my mobile only...

This is to bring to your kind notice that we had brought a fridge from samsung dealer m/s gurumaa enterprises, city square complex kashipur by pass road, model number of the fridge being sam rr 26n 373 zb8/hl, date of purchase being 03.06.2018, the fridge within 20 days of it's delivery was found to be defected and was not working properly. We made several complaints to the dealer and the engineers from there were sent to look into the problem....

I am going through a horrible experience with samsung consumer customer support. I raised a service request[protected] for my microwave oven on august 23rd and till now there is no resolution. Called up around 20 times to customer call center and i all get a chat bot type reply.
