Dear Team,

I would like to give you detail information about the incident that took place with me.

I have visited service center at Andheri (west) on 20th October 2018, for issue of charging point and finger print scanning to my mobile. After checking, service engineer asked me to visit again on Tuesday as they dont have the part which is to be replaced.

It is very difficult to leave office on working day, so same day i.e. 20th October 2018, I visited another service center at Andheri (east) and got in to a quarrel with two F2F engineers Mr. Saad Siddique and Mr. Irfan Shaikh. Then engineer took my mobile for investigation and after some time he shows me different parts of my mobile and state that "repairing cost of mobile will not cover under warranty as liquid found in it." then I took my mobile back by paying Rs. 177.00 as mobile examination charges (Invoice no. [protected]) and raise complaint over twitter, after a day I got reply from "Samsung Support India". Then I got call from Mr. Abhishek of Samsung customer care ([protected] - Extn 1527) and asked to submit mobile at any service center, I have submitted my mobile to Andheri west service center after few days I got call again and said, "Quality team checked and they also committed with same reason but still we will escalate your issue to higher authority." Then i got call from Ms Kamna of Samsung customer care ([protected] - Extn 1519) saying that we spoke with Samsung management team, and offered discount of Rs. 3444.39 on total estimate of Rs. 13777.56 as a good will gesture. The same was given in E-mail too.

After so many followups, I collected my mobile from service center by paying
Rs. 180.00 (Invoice no. [protected]).

I hereby deny the statement of all concerns involved in this matter that "service center has found the liquid damage" as the product was handled very carefully and never came in contact with any liquid substance.

Then, I am beginning to sense that, as I mentioned above, on 20th October 2018 I got in to a quarrel with two of your F2F engineers Mr. Saad Siddique and Mr. Irfan Shaikh of Andheri (East) service center and maybe due to that reason purposely the damage to my phone was caused and if not so then the damage might be due to the moisture or extreme heat generated by phone but not because of any liquid as per your statement which can be clearly seen as the damages are on certain points only where liquid has no scope to enter unless done purposely.

Further said in E-mail “Our products pass through rigorous quality checks which are globally recognized; therefore, Samsung products stand out as best in terms of quality and service of the products” then why is it so that some of Samsung products blast? which means that either the quality checks are not of that quality or there are no quality checks at all the way in which the company exclaim it to be, so I don’t buy upon this point either.

I would also like to bring it to your notice that, as far as I am concerned I feel that my mobile was not examined when I had resubmitted it for re-examination by quality team as they wanted me to do but i was charged for no services provided.

In the above regards, I would kindly like to inform service provider that they repair my phone free of cost.

Therefore, Mam/Sir, I hereby kindly request you to please look in to my matter and do the needful.

    The complaint is showing resolved by the company whereas it is still pending.we have also complained to consumer forum vide complaint number 924198 and have send a registered letter to costomer care head of the company on 13 Oct 2018 which was received by the company on 16 oct 2018. But they didn't reverted back to us. I am going for consumer court if will not get immediate response and also put a harrassment case against the company.I was only asking for the repair or replacement but now they have to bear the harassment charges too.

    Requesting the company to Resolve our Issue and Replace our Refrigerator or refund the amount. Otherwise we are being forced by you to take Legal action for the mental and Financial Harassment done by the company.

      I purchased a samsung handset (Sm-j720fzdgins), bearing serial # (Rz8k70adhnw) on 27/08/2018 from a local shop i. E. Pioneer 22 s. C. O no. 1005, sector 22, chandigarh for an amount of rs 13500/- but it is faulty product. I have already repaired many times from service center. I just want samsung to replace my handset immediately even i have paid my huge amount for this crap which needs repair every week but mr. Yogesh kumar sharma, senior executive, customer experience, samsung india totally denied to replace even i purchased 2 months ago. It is such a fraudulent company which never listen to customer after purchase.

        Hi,

        I am really surprised to see 50, 000 needs motherboard change within 2 years. Costs around 13600. If we are about to get problem within 2 or 3 years, thn why do we need ti purchase 50000 phone.

        The user of phone is lady and below are points

        1. She rarely uses the phone
        2. She don't play games
        3. Phone charge time frame is absolute.

        I'm disappointed with service certer response.

            The glass shelf of the refrigerator started breaking after a year automatically.
            In closed fridge when we opened it we saw very tiny small pieces of glass all over the fridge
            When I approached customer service they said it doesn't come under warranty.
            I don't understand how can a brand like samsung makes such cheap accessories. It seems you guys keep such manufacturing defect purposefully.

            When approaced customer service they say an engineer needs to visit the place for that u need to pay around Rs. 500 and then he will provide you with the parts for which seperate amount?

            Common you guys are here to loot us.

            This is a problem faced by so many other customers it is your duty to replace al of them + you need to make durable long lasting shelves.

            I have a Godrej refrigerator, cheaper that samsung it has great qulaity hardware and accessories. I never though samsung as a brand will compromise on such things just to earn some pennies.

            Please check the image, it shows smaller pieces of glass we collected fro the fridge shelves.
            This is not something due to mishandelling of equipments in the fridge. This is due to not using good material in fridge shelves, which intern will make us buy things from you at high rates. Good marketing, but understand that a middle class person puts lot of efforts and money to buy a fridge, and trust a wellknown brand like samsung, just to realize that they are looters.

              I bought samsung washing machine from khosla electronics habra on 20th october 2018. Since then i raised total 3 installation request. Details of the same is attached below

              1. [protected] - cancelled on 23/10 with the reason no people in home address which was completly false

              2. [protected] - cancelled on 28/10 with the reason no one received the call which was again a false reason.

              3. [protected] - raised on 29/10 and it is assigned one service engineer who is already in leave.

              Each time the request is being assigned to one service engineer who is in leave. If i have to face this kind if harrasment for any installation then i am really afraid if there is any issue to repair. After sales service of samsung is very bad.

                  S : I bought samsung galaxy note8 ON 24TH SEPSEP'17 for Rs. 64000/-. After few months i started having overheating problem and very less battery backup ( half a day). SAMSUNG GLAXY Note8 PHONE WAS STOPPED IN MARKET DUE TO BLAST AND WITH OVERHEATING. THEY PROMISED TO CUSTOMERS WITH CORRECTIVE FEATURE LAUNCH .EXTREMELY SORRY TO SAY IT HAS SAME HEATING FEATURE AND LESS BATTERY BACKUP. I have submitted my device thrice to the service center bangalore for the same issue. Twice they just updated the software and without testing the phone whether problem resolved it was send back to me. To my surpise all two problems were remain and i complain to samsung service centre again on 24th August, 2018 for the same repeated issue. They took my handset on 9th September, 2018 under job sheet number -[protected].. Service center executive saying there is no problem in the set as this partcular handset is heating feature device, as per service executive this handset is having less battery backup so it is normal for them . I have paid enough money so I asked Service Engineer as per you how many hours you are getting battery back up to give thier comments in writing . They are not ready to give anything in writing nor they are ready to solve the issue . Now they are keep repeating since my warranty is over so they can not help me by replacing the set. My handset was given to service centre well before expiry of warranty.They are saying i should take this money from consumer court. amount .Samsung service centre has harrased me in such extend for which i have no words .I have approaced to all level of Executive of samsung but no solution. I have been mailing to all concern with samsung team but sorry to say there is no resolution has given by samsung. Hence i request you to please arrange for the reversal of phone cost or allow to me take the new correct device of samsung. Need immediate solution for the same. Soni Rastogi [protected]

                        I have ordered a samsung 253 l frost free double door 4 star refrigerator with order id od[protected] and this got delivered correctly on the exact date 23rd oct. Instalation and demo was supposed to be on 27 th oct. One of the rep from samsung used to call me tell that this will be installed by 25th and then he cancelled the req. Again i called him and enquired he told he wil again raise req and they will come and install it on 27 th. Today it is 29/10/2018. Till now no response, i have never thought i will get such a bad experience neither from flipkart nor from samsung.

                            I filed complaint no.[protected] on 14th oct 2018 for servicing of my washing machine under warranty & which is not working since 13th oct but till date my complaint is pending from 15 days. I contacted somany times to local office kolhapur, the local office is not taking proper responsibility. I also contacted toll free number so many times he gives only assurance that engineer will visited today, tomorrow etc. Very very faltu service of samsung.
                            Actually the servicing should be done in 48 hrs. My machine is not working 15 days. So due to samsung this problem is occured. So plz provide me engineer urgently & extend my machine warranty for 15 days.

                              I purchased mobile on 04/08/2018 at Pondicherry, the first problem is got lines in display within 20 days, so I gave to service center they told me only paid then I contacted customer service they service my mobile free of cost, after receiving my mobile with in a week moisture error has been deducted came, so again I went to service they replaced mother board, but after that 4 times same problem repeated, they didn't solve my problem, I asked replacement when first problem occurred but they didn't until now they didn't response they say we cant give replacement, do you think whenever the error showing I have to go to service center they kept my mobile for some days then they return to me again same problem occurred,

                              this is the worst service and worst product ever I seen

                              am writing here to give me replacement, or else I don't have any other option I will file case. I have all call record and service record also .

                                Very worst After sale service which i never came through with LG and other products in last 10 years. This will be my last product from Samsung. I will make sure that my relatives and friends also stop preferring samsung

                                Not even year TV's panel has stopped working.No display. i paid 58k .And now it has come for 30k rs replacement. Do you guys manifacture the product which survives for year which will be under the warranty?

                                I will not suggest any of my friends or colleagues to use samsung products as there is no value for customer and after sales service is worst than any other competitors in the industry and same will be posted in all social networking site and all whatsapp groups.
                                Customers are treated as prince/princess till purchasing the product, if by mistake the customers buys the Samsung product the moment entire things changes were customers will be treated as dogs to follow the service executives foot steps to get the service.

                                I have decided to return the product free of cost as i feel its better to pile the TV box on your store shelf rather than storing on my home shelf.
                                Samsung please move out of india we don’t need your worst service.

                                      I bought a mobile from dubai. Samsung s8+. Yesterday unfrountely water has poured on it and it display does not working from that moment... S8+ is a water resist phone only then why the phone display is not working.. I have visted service center. They told display and board is waterlog so you want change... This is not my fault.                                         Sir,
                                        I have bought a Samsung S8plus mobile handset on 10/12/2018. I faced some range issues and battery draining problem from the very beginning of purchasing the phone. I contacted Samsung’s service center at Kollam, Kerala (service center[protected] – I cure solution) regarding the issue and they said it’s because of the old SIM card that I am using. So change the SIM cards and there will not be any problem after that and they will replace the device if the problem persist. Later I changed the SIM cards but still I came across the same issues. Since I am out of station I couldn’t reach the service center after that. Two months before I went there with photographs showing the proof of range issue and that time they diagnosed as motherboard complaint and I asked for a replacement as they promised before. But they refused the replacement and they can only provide repair service since only four months left for warranty to expire. Later they changed the motherboard under warranty after that many other issues like heating problem, GPS problem, SIM card tray can’t be fully inserted and some scratches on screen and abrasion on side body. Then I contacted their customer care to complain against the repair issues and they suggested me to contact their service center upon a promise that they will rectify all the issues. Again I visited the service center on 19/10/2014 with the issue and they diagnosed it as a board complaint, still they are not willing to provide a replacement for a defective handset, and it is not acceptable to use a repeatedly board complaint phone although I invested a lot of money and time for this. So kindly please take necessary actions against the anti-customer rights policies of Samsung India and their service centers and provide a replacement for the defective device.
