Respected sir..
I’m dhananjay patil from nasik. I have perchased samsung “s7”edge from reliance digital ccm 11 months ago. I have been a very loyal customer of samsung. And the reason to write this mail today is i have been facing a huge problem with my phone. Literally i have changed my phone’s motherboard twice. Now the thing is that i have paid over 45, 000 rupees which is my hard earned money. I went to service centre like four times. I just wasted my time. I lost all my data kept in phone. Since i wasted four days of my life i haven't get any kinda of help from there. Now right after 1 month. I again went to service center just because my phone, s used to heat. Again they changed my phone's motherboard, i again wasted 2 days. All my data got lost. Right after 8 days i faced the same problem. Again they asked me to change my phone's motherboard. This time i have wasted my 4 working days. Still i'm not getting any kinda of help from them. Now the things is that my phone's warranty is gonna over after a month. If the same issue is gonna happen again after my warranty what should i even supposed to do. This is not fair.
Now the only expectations i have from you guys is either you can extend my phone's warranty to one more year or you can simply just give me a replacement. Please resolve my issue. Contact me if you can.

Hi there, i have few issues with my fridge door and the light bulb because of that temperature of the fridge is fluctuating, However we have called few time and visit the local Samsung store but we did not get any reply yet it is been more then 4 weeks. So it would be appreciated if someone come and fix it thanks.

    Dear sir,
    It is with utter dismay, disbelief and shock i am writing this to you against fraudulent activities committed by m/s samsung. Ltd/ i had purchased 463 lts samsung double door refrigerator in august 2013 from m/s kohinoor electronics, vashi. The refrigerator was commissioned by authorised engineer of m/s samsung ltd on 21 nov 15 for which we had paid service and visit charges too.

    To my great disbelief and dismay, the refrigerator has been a trouble maker from day 1. It is such a third rate product from samsung that it is not even worth junk.

    We have faced multiple problems multiple times. Every time the mechanic comes and repairs for another problem to start. Most of the times we have lived with the problems as we are fedup of repeated complaints. However, some days back the fridge stopped working. The mechanic who came said gas charging is required. It is very surprising that a 03 yr old refrigerator would require gas charging. Nevertheless we went ahead and got the gas charged. However, after charging the gas again the fridge started to malfunction. On calling the mechanic again, he said that this is a defective piece and this problem can never be resolved.

    I tried requesting the company for permanent repairs/replacement of the defective refrigerator as it has been malfunctioning from day it was installed. Once my mother fell due to constant water leakage from behind the refrigerator. It was sheer luck that she didn't break her bones and face any serious injury. However, they are refusing to listen. They are taking a poor consumer for a ride. The constant failures have got my family in tremendous pressure, mental agony and great deal of discomfort. We cant buy a nrw refrigerator as it is very expensive and this one is malfunctioning. The samsung engineer has himself said that this is a defective piece and it needs immediate replacement, however, company is not listening to poor consumer like us.

    The company has agreed that it is a defective product still they are not ready to do anything. I have spent more than rs 6000 in last 03 yrs trying to rectify the defects however now the company is offering me rs 7155 as they can't repair a refrigerator which is 03 yrs old. A similr new product will cost me rs 60, 000. I asked them to repair the refrigerator however they are refusing to do so.

      Hi,

      We are struggling and completely fed up with samsung serivixe centre. My television was repaired in just 1.5 years and their service people from mayiladuthurai, tamil nadu told me mother board have to change with the charge of 5k inr.

      We said ok to them on 19th october, since we don’t have any other option. But till now they aren’t change the part and no proper response for them. We am asking for escalation for this complaint, their customer care also denied to forward!!

              My name is ashish gupta & this is regarding my samsung j7 on next mobile phone which is having a charging issue. This phone has suddenly has not getting charge issue from yesterday 02/11/2018 friday, for which i visited the samsung service center in thane. There when they took my mobile for checking it, phone was on & working with battery almost 50% showing. The service center person on diagnosing said that it is the software issue, for which they need to update the software & check, i told them to go ahead & waited there in service center, but after some time they brought the mobile back to me which was completely dead (Not powering on) & said it’s not the software issue it’s the internal motherboard issue (Hardware issue) & they will repair / replace the part but on chargeable basis. My phone is already in warranty as it was purchased by me on 24/12/2017 & the phone was on & working when i had given it to service center person. Due to unprofessional technical person of that service center my phone is completely dead now.

              I will not pay anything as its samsung service center person’s fault, due to lack of their knowledge & caliber. I either want a new phone as replacement or i want my existing phone to be repaired / back to proper working condition without any cost as my mobile phone is still under warranty period.

              I have all the relevant documents of this phone purchase with me.

Even after receiving entire payment of phone on my behalf they are telling me to reorder and pay agian for the same phone. Please look into the matter at the earliest since diwali festival is near and all sales promotion offers may soon end, i will not be able to take advantage of such offers.

                  Demo and installation done on 17th oct by samsung.

                  Problem: frost is seen in freezer even though this is frost free refrigerator. And
                  There is high intensity noise comes from refrigerator which stay around 10 second. This sound comes 5-10 times in day.

                  First i reported this incident on 19th to customer care samsung, according to them it should go away in couple of day. But it continued.

                  So i raised the request to customer care having service no [protected] on 22nd oct 2018, technician came and found nothing. Closed the request without confirming.

                  Now called customer care and came to know they have closed the request without any action, and they were not ready to open old request, so raised another request having service no [protected], technician came and told there is issue in compressor, needs to replace. Now today i came to know they have closed the request as resolved without doing anything.

                  Samsung has delivered faulty refrigerator and now not ready to replace or repair. They are not able to find the problem, they should replace the product as they have delivered faulty product. Very bad service.

                  Now samsung agreed that there is problem in refrigerator, but they are not agreed to replace the same model but replace with downgrade model.
                  I am having 4 star 394ltr model but they are saying replacement is possible only for 3star 394ltr model which has lower price and they will not pay any difference.

                    Today was my second visit to samsung service center and again today despite entertaining my phone one again i was fooled by the representatives of your service center. Dont know where i made mistake. Either buying samsung phone is my mistake or visiting service center was my mistake. I bought my phone on 20.08.2018 & today is 12th day and i visited service center twice with same problem. It is not possible for me to visit service center every alternate day with same problem in hope to get it resolved. Atleast this was never expected from reputed company like samsung. If you check my mail id you will get to know that i am regular customer of samsung but if this type of service is provided then i am sorry to say i will have to switch to some other brand.
                    Request you to kindly look into it and sort out my problem at earliest.

                      This is in context to the purchase of my samsung note 9 phone from samsung e-shop during the pre-booking scheme under which the phone was booked by me on 15th august 2018 and payment was duly made by my credit card.
                      As per the scheme entitlement, i was eligible for purchase of samsung gear 2 watch at rs.4999/- in case the phone was purchased during pre-booking scheme.
                      Taking in consideration the scheme in place, i had ordered the phone vide order number[protected] dated 15th august 2018. The billing address as per the order copy was as under (Copy enclosed):

                      I also received a call on my mobile number +91-[protected] from samsung, assuring me of delivery on the phone as per desired time line.

                      As per the terms of pre-booking the phone was duly activated with my above mentioned mobile number: [protected]. Despite of having passed 2-3 days the banner did not appear and hence i called the samsung helpline, who assured me that the same will appear soon and that i should wait. Even after 1 week, when the banner still did not appear, i called the customer care again was informed that the mobile number used by me i. E. [protected] for activation was not correct and that i was should check the same or write a mail. Despite repeated request i was not shared with the correct number and hence i had sent the mail on 30th august 2018 to samsung for this issue.

                      Despite several mails sent by me, the only repeated reply i received back was:

                      1. Use a mobile number that you used to pre-book galaxy note9.
                      2. Sign in into my galaxy with the same mobile number.
                      3. Click the galaxy note9 banner redemption banner, and complete the process.

                      There had been close to around 25 communications from me to following address for resolving this issue since 30th august 2018 but all in vein:

                      C. Support. [protected]@samsung.com

                      Since 4th september 2018 apart from above, i have been copying emails also to, mr. Hong hyun chul hc. [protected]@samsung.com and later on also added support. [protected]@samsung.com only in anticipation that some-one at samsung would resolve the matter.

                      In all my mails, i have been repeatedly, enclosing order copy, invoice copy, imei details, actual facts yet i was receiving the same messaged for repeated information.

                      It was over my last email sent on 14th october 2018, i had received a revert from support. [protected]@samsung.com vide email dated 15th october 2018, stating that:

                      “this is in reference to your email regarding the gear sport coupon redemption.
                      We regret inconvenience caused to you.

                      On the same day, i also received a call from mr. Rahul, contact no. [protected], informing me that the matter has been identified and that a request has been raised for resolving the issue and was assured that i would be provided with the samsung gear as per the scheme.

                      I finally had a slight relief that someone has finally listened to my grievance. I was told to wait for 1 week for resolution and accordingly i wrote a mail on 23rd october 2018 enquiring the status.
                      I received a mail back on 23rd october 2018 evening with the most astonishing reply.

                      “thank you for your email.
                      This is in reference to your email regarding coupon code.
                      We would like to inform you that coupon code redemption offer period has been closed.
                      Please drop an email on mg. [protected]@samsung.com with below mentioned details for coupon code related concerns.
                      Please feel free to call customer care number 1800 10 samsung [protected]Toll free).

                      So despite of writing over 25 emails since 30th august 2018, finally the issue was identified that the company had used the contact number in the delivery address instead of the contact number at the billing address and accordingly, the banner could not appear since i had been using the number +91-[protected] for activation.
                      In fact, the same fact was already raised by me in my email correspondence, since i had noticed that the mobile number has been wrongly typed as +91-[protected] instead of +91-[protected] in the delivery address, but no one had ever reverted on the same.

                      I fail to understand, that:
                      1. Payment of rs.67, 800/- has been duly made by me
                      2. Order copy has my number as +91-[protected]
                      3. Invoice copy has my number as +91-[protected]
                      4. Samsung had been communicating with me on the number +91-[protected]

                      Now, only if you people enter the delivery number for redemption coupon and not the billing number, you cannot deny me the scheme committed at the time of pre-booking the phone.
                      Also, when i have been mentioning the facts over last 1 month, you could at least have a resolution to it.

                      Over and above, that finally you promise to get it resolved and then after one week you tell me that the offer is closed.

                      I am forced to believe that i have been deliberately cheated by samsung and have been forced to waste so much time and effort and go through all the trauma of writing mails and receiving totally irrelevant replies. 

                      
i have disclosed all the facts, not because i am dying for the gear but because such an unprofessional behaviour from a big company like samsung is very difficult to digest.

                        This complaint is regarding my product samsung ssd.

                        The shocking part is that there is no service center or support mentioned anywhere on the website. After talking to the customer care i finally got an email address where i reported my concern

                        I have written twice to support. [protected]@samsung.com but there is a delayed response from them and till now i haven't found any resolution as yet.

                        The disk has stopped functioning recently and now it's not detected on any computer hence leading to loss of valuable data.

                        Since this product falls under 5-year warranty, i would like to know the procedure to claim replacement for the same. I am very surprised to see there is no mention of customer service for samsung storage devices which would be difficult for a consumer to locate.

                        I have attached the original invoice copy and the picture of the ssd containing details of serial no. And other details if required.

                        Request you to kindly provide the resolution for the same asap.

                            I purchased one double door refrigrator from sant sales haridwar in 2014 with 10 years warranty. Unfortunately the refrigerator stopped working recently. On our complaint at samsung haridwar, the company mechanic said compressor failed. Since the frig is with 10 years warranty we were supposed to get compressor free of cost but samsung forced us to pay rs7850 as compressor cost nd gas nd services, since our bill had misplaced. We requested samsung to find bill details in their data bank and also we offered to furnish court affidavit declaring that we bought it 4 yesrs back nd now bill is lost. Samsung didn't listen to any of our requests nd we had to pay rs7850. We now fail to understand the warranty of 10 years clause of samsung. Is it a mileading term to customers like us. Why bill couldn't be traced by samsung in their data bank?
                            Why samsung refused accepting court affidavit on our having lost bill after 4 years. We strongly object to the attitude of samsung on the front of providing services. We feel that our payment should be refunded forthwith as the machine is still under 10 years warranty though bill is just an evidence to our purchase.

                              Hello,

                              As a distraught customer I would like to draw your attention to the irresponsible and careless attitude of the customer care and after-sales service of Samsung India Pvt Ltd after their refrigerator was found defective.

                              We had purchased a refrigerator (Model number R562K600750) on 26th June 2017 from Amit Sales (Bilaspur, 495001). On 26th September 2018,
                              we had registered a complaint saying that the refrigerator's cooling system was not functioning. A mechanic attended to our complaint the very next day
                              on 27th September stating that with the correct settings in place it would attain the desired cooling within the next 12 hours. Not seeing
                              any visible improvements to our woes, we registered a complaint again and on 28th September, the mechanic who inspected the issue suspected
                              a gas leakage and asked us to contact the service center. We contacted them and immediately the next day, they inspected it and reported
                              problems with the condenser, the coil being damaged and a gas leakage. They had promised repairing the same after taking the refrigerator
                              back, but unfortunately after 10 days they came back saying that the refrigerator is irreparable, and promised us a voucher of amount equivalent
                              to the refrigerator cost after deducting 22% as depreciation amount.

                              Since then despite calls to the customer service, 3 complaints raised - [protected], [protected], [protected] and numerous visits to the service center, no further resolution has been meted out.

                              Its been over a month without an alternate refrigerator, I do have a few questions with the resolution provided and the way it was meted out.

                              1. How could a refrigerator just 15 months old, develop gas leakage, ? What were the quality checks carried out and I feel it would be fair to
                              assume it was a manufacturing defect and we were deliberately sold a defective piece? And given the circumstances I won't be surprised if it might
                              have been a refurbished one.

                              2. Who gets to decide the depreciation rate? And what about the cost of the numerous calls to the customer service, endless running about the
                              service center and the payments made to the mechanics for no fault of ours? What about the inconvenience caused for the past 21 days in
                              the absence of a refrigerator ? How do we account for these costs?

                              3. Why should we accept a voucher that limits us to purchase such defective Samsung products? Since there is no guarantee that future products
                              would be any better.

                              4. Also I was informed that the customer service would contact me either by email or phone, but there has been
                              no communication so far from your end. When should I expect the same ?

                              Given the circumstances and the endless inconvenience that has been caused, we would urge upon your immediate intervention to ensure proper
                              redressal of our grievances and remove the slur on your reputation, in case you value it.

                                  Samsung television (Led smart tv 43 inches) purchased in feb 2016 which costed around rs. 55000/- turned out to be a damaged piece in 2018. There is a horizontal line seen on the screen which is disturbing the vision of the picture. We have never touched the tv as it is a wall mount. A technician from samsung has checked the defect and have informed that repair would cost around rs.16000 to 40000. We purchased samsung brand tv expecting best quality. Is this the quality of the product which samsung is providing to its customers? We as a customer prefer such a renowed brand so that it lasts longer, but completely disappointed with samsung. All our electronic goods are of samsung. Samsung do we purchase a tv just for 2 years??? I need an explanation. I here by regret for being most valuble customer of samsung. Samsung is dumping e-waste in india. I will defenetly post in social media and also stop all our friends and relatives from purchasing samsung products.                                   A technician from Samsung has checked the Tv and has suggested to change the pannel which costs around 22k. Why the hell should we pay so much when we purchased it just before 2 years. Are your tv's manufactured to last only for 2 years Samsung? Lost the trust on Samsung.                                     I would like to give you detail information about the incident that took place with me.

                                    I have visited service center at Andheri (west) on 20th October 2018, for issue of charging point and finger print scanning to my mobile. After checking, service engineer asked me to visit again on Tuesday as they dont have the part which is to be replaced.

                                    It is very difficult to leave office on working day, so same day i.e. 20th October 2018, I visited another service center at Andheri (east) and got in to a quarrel with two F2F engineers Mr. Saad Siddique and Mr. Irfan Shaikh. Then engineer took my mobile for investigation and after some time he shows me different parts of my mobile and state that "repairing cost of mobile will not cover under warranty as liquid found in it." then I took my mobile back by paying Rs. 177.00 as mobile examination charges (Invoice no. [protected]) and raise complaint over twitter, after a day I got reply from "Samsung Support India". Then I got call from Mr. Abhishek of Samsung customer care ([protected] - Extn 1527) and asked to submit mobile at any service center, I have submitted my mobile to Andheri west service center after few days I got call again and said, "Quality team checked and they also committed with same reason but still we will escalate your issue to higher authority." Then i got call from Ms Kamna of Samsung customer care ([protected] - Extn 1519) saying that we spoke with Samsung management team, and offered discount of Rs. 3444.39 on total estimate of Rs. 13777.56 as a good will gesture. The same was given in E-mail too.

                                    After so many followups, I collected my mobile from service center by paying
                                    Rs. 180.00 (Invoice no. [protected]).

                                    I hereby deny the statement of all concerns involved in this matter that "service center has found the liquid damage" as the product was handled very carefully and never came in contact with any liquid substance.

                                    Then, I am beginning to sense that, as I mentioned above, on 20th October 2018 I got in to a quarrel with two of your F2F engineers Mr. Saad Siddique and Mr. Irfan Shaikh of Andheri (East) service center and maybe due to that reason purposely the damage to my phone was caused and if not so then the damage might be due to the moisture or extreme heat generated by phone but not because of any liquid as per your statement which can be clearly seen as the damages are on certain points only where liquid has no scope to enter unless done purposely.

                                    Further said in E-mail “Our products pass through rigorous quality checks which are globally recognized; therefore, Samsung products stand out as best in terms of quality and service of the products” then why is it so that some of Samsung products blast? which means that either the quality checks are not of that quality or there are no quality checks at all the way in which the company exclaim it to be, so I don’t buy upon this point either.

                                    I would also like to bring it to your notice that, as far as I am concerned I feel that my mobile was not examined when I had resubmitted it for re-examination by quality team as they wanted me to do but i was charged for no services provided.

                                    In the above regards, I would kindly like to inform service provider that they repair my phone free of cost.

                                    Therefore, Mam/Sir, I hereby kindly request you to please look in to my matter and do the needful.

                                      The complaint is showing resolved by the company whereas it is still pending.we have also complained to consumer forum vide complaint number 924198 and have send a registered letter to costomer care head of the company on 13 Oct 2018 which was received by the company on 16 oct 2018. But they didn't reverted back to us. I am going for consumer court if will not get immediate response and also put a harrassment case against the company.I was only asking for the repair or replacement but now they have to bear the harassment charges too.

                                        I purchased a samsung handset (Sm-j720fzdgins), bearing serial # (Rz8k70adhnw) on 27/08/2018 from a local shop i. E. Pioneer 22 s. C. O no. 1005, sector 22, chandigarh for an amount of rs 13500/- but it is faulty product. I have already repaired many times from service center. I just want samsung to replace my handset immediately even i have paid my huge amount for this crap which needs repair every week but mr. Yogesh kumar sharma, senior executive, customer experience, samsung india totally denied to replace even i purchased 2 months ago. It is such a fraudulent company which never listen to customer after purchase.
