I bought a mobile from dubai. Samsung s8+. Yesterday unfrountely water has poured on it and it display does not working from that moment... S8+ is a water resist phone only then why the phone display is not working.. I have visted service center. They told display and board is waterlog so you want change... This is not my fault. It is water resist phone only...

    Sir,
    I have bought a Samsung S8plus mobile handset on 10/12/2018. I faced some range issues and battery draining problem from the very beginning of purchasing the phone. I contacted Samsung’s service center at Kollam, Kerala (service center[protected] – I cure solution) regarding the issue and they said it’s because of the old SIM card that I am using. So change the SIM cards and there will not be any problem after that and they will replace the device if the problem persist. Later I changed the SIM cards but still I came across the same issues. Since I am out of station I couldn’t reach the service center after that. Two months before I went there with photographs showing the proof of range issue and that time they diagnosed as motherboard complaint and I asked for a replacement as they promised before. But they refused the replacement and they can only provide repair service since only four months left for warranty to expire. Later they changed the motherboard under warranty after that many other issues like heating problem, GPS problem, SIM card tray can’t be fully inserted and some scratches on screen and abrasion on side body. Then I contacted their customer care to complain against the repair issues and they suggested me to contact their service center upon a promise that they will rectify all the issues. Again I visited the service center on 19/10/2014 with the issue and they diagnosed it as a board complaint, still they are not willing to provide a replacement for a defective handset, and it is not acceptable to use a repeatedly board complaint phone although I invested a lot of money and time for this. So kindly please take necessary actions against the anti-customer rights policies of Samsung India and their service centers and provide a replacement for the defective device.       Hi,

      Hi, This is regarding the complain no- [protected] . I have made this complain on Sunday 21/10/2108 at unilet Showroom, technician who visited said he will forward to his Sr.Technical team . To follow up called customer care number on Wednesday and i was said will arrange call in next 2 hrs which was not done and evening when I called up again i was said technician will visit ASAP and maximum by next day (Thursday) 8 PM no one called or visiting . Friday 26/10/2019 when i call customer care number and asked for status the call was forwarded to Sr. officer and said Maximum by 4-6 PM visit will be made today. post 6 when i called again admin has to access to call technician team and also since it is post 6 there is no supervisor to forward the call.

      how many times should i call Customer care and explain the issue to new admin again and again and how many time will the admin send reminder to technician team is this all that i can expect as service from Samsung .??

      can you please do need full ASAP. As it certainly not helping to call customer care every day.

        I bought by phone just 6 month ago
        Mobile not functioning property but the service center is only resetting the mobile that's it
        I am not happy with service
        Problem still continues

          Dear sir/madam,

          I have purchased samsung tv october 2015 from flipkart.

          Our family after exhaustive discussion zeroed in on your brand samsung.

          Samsung was surely out of our budget but still we wanted to go with the worlds best.

          This was going to be the most expensive purchase ever made by our family (Last being the scooter @ 45000).

          We finally purchased the led tv for whopping rs.72000. Last few years of fd was broken to accumulate the money. But we surely expected with huge money and backed by brand samsung our tv would-be long-time member of our family.

          But to our shock 3 years the tv screen has few smudges, grey patches at various places. When i contacted service center they are mentioning tv is out of warranty and just even for someone coming and checking has to be on chargeable basis.

          I would like to ask,

          • does samsung make tv of rs 72000 cost and is not having life beyond 3 years.
          • after paying such a huge cost can’t someone come to house and at least check what has happened.
          • it must be manufacturing defect, how can otherwise such expensive tv can even work for 3 years.
          • since last 7 months i have been asking for technician visit but no one has turned up.

          I would request you to please arrange to make someone visit at my house to assess the issues.

            How can you close my case without solving my problem for below said matter

            This is with reference to above mentioned subject i would to express my dissatisfaction with samsung product & its services. I bought samsung galaxy note8 in the month of sep'17 where after some days i got to know that battery backup is very very low in my handset and handset is over heating. I need to on the speaker and can talk as heating is unbearable.

            I have submitted my device thrice to the service center bangalore and it was there for more than 30 days in service center but till now my problem is not yet resolved. Still my device is with service center. Job no-[protected] bangalore

            Service center executive saying there is no problem in the set as this has heating feature device, as per service executive this handset is having less battery backup there is no problem in the set.. I paid the full amount to samsung then i bought the device it is not one rent something like. If i m facing issue then only i am approaching to the service center and moreover for this i m spending my time and money to submit the device in service center again & again.

            It has been almost 1.5 month, however i m in touch with samsung team but sorry to say there is no resolution has given by samsung.

            I am really fed up with this device and think many time i think why should i bought this samsung instead of this i can buy any brand phone phone cost of 5 to 6 k might be i will not face any problem. I did a blunder mistake to bought samsung.

            Moreover i am not getting any proper resolution from samsung customer care.

            Hence i request you to please arrange for the reversal of phone cost or allow to me take the new device of samsung.

            Hence requesting you to please look into matter and arrange for the quick resolution.

                I am an unhappy customer of samsung company. My tv is not working since 15 days. I complained several time to the compny. The company contacted to me. One of them i have remember her name miss kamini. She called me and told me company will provide surely solution. But today (Friday 26/10/18) she called me at 10:59 am and told me straight forward the company not able to provide to you any solution. I want to ask a question to company "why manufacture such type of products which is not repairable" if yes the n company should write on paper and give it to the customer, th company will not responsible after buying the product or not repairable at any circumstances. I belongs to a middle class family, it is not possible to purchase every 7 or 8 year new one again and again. The response from the company has been very poor and full of negligence as yet. I am suffering from the situation but company don't have any solution. I will try to convey this matter to india govt. To provide me any solution to me by law.

                  Had a word with service center executives where they mentioned that it is overheating issue thus it is not covered under warranty.

                  Request you to please look into this issue and provide me the resolution since the phone is under warranty and there was no negligence from my end while using this phone.

                  Was charging it in the same socket for years, have never faced such issues.

                  This is purely not acceptable that phone got damaged due to overheating.

                  This issue is from your end and not mine. Kindly get this repaired or provide me the replacement phone.

                  I am going to escalate this matter to senior management if the proper resolution is not provided in this limited time frame.

                  I am losing the faith in the samsung brand. Awaiting for your positive response.

                      I have Bought Samsung j2 pro on 1st January 2018, sudden on 6th august 2018 its stop working, I Had taken it to the Service center shri communication Jaunpur on 7th august and they accepted it and gave me a receipt ( mention ). after 2 weeks they told me there is no parts available and they gave me new date of 18th September against and against they only gave me new dates finally on 25th September i called to customer support they told me "sir this parts is not available on that particular service center please take you cellphone and give it to our larger service center like Allahabad or Lucknow". finally i had taken it to the service center Allahabad, i wondered when they denied to accept my cellphone and told me some parts are missing they gave me in written parts which are missing, now again i returned to Jaunpur service center and showed him written note which was given to me from Allahabad service center now they told me sir i can only fixed your cellphone missing parts, again i can not change your motherboard, when i called to customer support they told me do not worry sir our local area manager will help you at your door step within 24hours but now its more than 48hours i got no help.

                      from 7th August to till now i suffered with that issue, now only 2months left in my cellphone warranty card,

                      kindly help me as soon as possible.

                          I purchased a Samsung refrigerator (RT34M3954U7/HL) on 1July 2018 for around Rs.43000. With in 2month refrigerator is not cooling. I registered a complain there is nothing can be done so Please replace my refrigerator.

                            I have purchased your washing machine front load model on 20/1/2018. And i am your 15 year customer.in regarding the washing machine i registered a complaint on 16/10/2018. The service mechanic came and checked the machine and stating that there's a door issue. And i had calling your service center and your service provider they continuously telling that they expecting ho approvals. Hence as a customer i regret to inform you, i had physically and mentally upset for not resolve the issue. I request your good office make urgent necessary order to resolve the immediately.                               Dear Sir,

                              I have been a Samsung customer ever since the beginning. I have always used Samsung Mobiles along with other products like Fridge, TV etc. I have A Samsung J7 Pro which I had purchased on 21st March 2018 and is still within warranty.
                              A few days back I saw a black spot in my display and the discolouration started spreading. I took it to the authorized Samsung service centre in Nandanam, Chennai on 23 Oct . My phone was within warranty. Without even checking it the girl at the counter said the display had to be changed and there was no warranty for patches. Let me tell you. there were no physical damage or crack or any such thing on the display. No visible damage at all. I assure you that I did not drop it either. Still they refused to consider my case under warranty. I spoke to the customer care and supervisor ( Mr. Valan Arasu - reference number [protected]). He also said that patches were nto covered under warranty because it happens due to physical impact and while trying to remove it will break.
                              I was thus compelled to sign my consent to pay the full charges and hand over the mobile to them.
                              However in the evening when I went back they gave me back the old display intact. There was not a sign of any crack on it proving that there was no physical damage. Over and above they also told me that J7 PRO was covered under warranty for patches. But they had deliberately not told me that before taking in the mobile. Instead they mentioned it as display broken which was not true.
                              So I did not take my mobile back and called customer care again. It was escalated to the warranty
                              department.
                              Mr. Deverapalli Clament from customer experience called me and said they had taken it up and would revert. He asked me to send pictures of the old display which I did.
                              After checking they confirmed that there was no damage in the display but the service centre was insisting that there was a minute crack which was not even visible!
                              He said they could do it on FOC basis but the service centre was not willing to accept.
                              He put me on con call with the service centre on 24th afternoon around 1 pm. Then he said he would check and revert. But he never called after that. I needed my phone back as I had an urgent meeting and travel scheduled.
                              I waited till 6 pm yesterday. In the meantime I kept on calling Clament but there was no response from him. I sent him an email that I was trying to contact him but he did not reply.
                              I called customer care again and they said I would get a call back. But no call came from Samsung.
                              Finally I went to the service centre in the evening on 24th Oct and collected my phone after paying for the new display.
                              But I took it under protest and wrote my feedback in their form. Today ( 25th Oct) evening at 4 pm Clament calls and says I have collected my phone. So he can’t do anything. It seems they were checking.
                              It is very obvious that he was waiting for me to collect my phone. That is why he didi not revert yesterday. Otherwise he could have informed me that they were still checking.
                              This is simply cheating the customer. This type of behaviour is not expected from a Samsung staff.
                              We expect better service from Samsung. After all I am a loyal Samsung customer.
                              I hope Samsung will take it up and give me a refund. Especially since the service centre has charged me for a problem which is covered under warranty. I have attached pictures of my old display and the bill copy. I can even take to Samsung office and show it to them if required.
                              Why was I forced to pay when the problem was covered under warranty.

                                Dear samsung team,

                                This inform you to that today i have called your customer care from my number [protected] for unable to use ola, smap application in my phone z2 model also application installed and. The call has taken mr. Alok he did not try to resolve my issue also behavior, tone, willingness to help was not well why i don't know??? My problem till now not resolved, a very pathetic situation for me. You should audit this call from external quality for better information.

                                Hence, i complain about service center associate he told me that 'if i will update my handset with the latest version, reset the phone but before the call, everything is done from my end, so why he told repeatedly i don't know??
                                Please escalated🙏 this matter to concern department and this mail forward to grievance desk of higher authority and resolve this issue as soon as possible today's call back my number.

                                  Good evening!
                                  This is in relation to my conversation with your executives of service centre and customer care. I had purchased samsung j8 this july from amazon. Suddenly i started facing issue with charger as it was not charging properly. So, i visited service centre to replace my charger. When i contacted one of your service centre at patna they were saying that they will format my phone and keep my phone for as long it will require before changing the charger. Therefore, i contacted customer care they too said that samsung has such rule according to which they will keep the phone with them and will keep it till the charger is changed. If it takes long to change the charger then they will keep the phone for that period too.
                                  Now what kind of rule is this. It will cause grave injustice to the consumer. For changing a charger why do you need to keep my phone and why will you format my phone. This was not expected from such a big company like yours. When i asked the customer executive to connect me to their senior officer he rudely hung the phone. This is the behaviour your personnel has towards the customer. This all prompt the customer to knock the door of consumer forum and i tink i should too knock the door. Now tell me why you have such unjustifiable rule which is against consumer welfare. You are answerable to the consumers being a ceo.
                                  This kind of behaviour will certainly bring down your sell in the market as i will never ever buy your product again and will never suggest anyone to buy your product.

                                    I ordered sumsung double door refrigerator from flipkart and it was delivered on 19th oct '18. As per order status on flipkart app, installation and demo was planned for 20th oct. No one came and nobody called. After repeated follow up on the customer care number, we were informed that engineer will call us. Again nobody called and installation and demo didn't happen. And to make things further worse, the status on my app for 'installation and demo' shows as completed on 23rd oct. This is highly unprofessional. Without completing the installation and demo, how can you guys say it as completed?

                                    Am not even sure if the product delivered to us is right and undamaged. We are still waiting for the engineer to come and open the box. The return policy date is till 29th oct.

                                      3rd class company with 4th class service. Lodge a complaint on 17/10/2018. Till date no response.

                                      I purchase a fully automatic washing machine on 30/07/18 model no. Wa65m4400 hd from deekay electronics, ludhiana. The day i purchase this machine i face problem in its spinner, as it does not drain the clothes properly. 8-10 engg. Visit my place few of them agree and few were confused. Then mr. Sanjeev samsung engg. Came and told that it is rainy season and moisture is in the air, so it does not drain properly, wait for 1 month and it will drain properly. Agreed on it and start using it. But this problem is still same it does not drain the clothes properly. Now mr. Sanjeev is saying it will drain only this much. Every minute he change his statements.

                                      Just a month passed, now machine start giving current, its both side drum is open, panel is getting heated i[censored]sed machine more than 3 hours.. We lodge complaint and stop using machine as its release current. Your engg. Came same day, he took pictures of drum and suggest to change the plug. We change socket.

                                      Next day your engg. Called me for change the drum but i was not agree for the repair. I asked them to change the machine as new machine is giving problem in from the day i purchase and i could not take risk as it is still releasing current. Then this complaint assign again to mr. Sanjeev, he visited and check the machine. After seeing the drum he said this is normal gap, i went to other showroom and check the same but there was no gap, i clicked the photos and showed to him, sanjeev told that he will check the new machine and get back to you, we said ok. Mr. Sanjeev when check the current he said this is normal current. For your engg. Every thing is normal weather it is current, drum gap, panel heat.

                                      Why my other appliances does not release this normal current?

                                      Now, today (9-oct) i called mr. Sanjeev for the update about my issue, he told that he is in nabha and could not get time. Another interesting thing he told me when i asked him about my complaint status he told me that your complaint is closed. Without my information how could your engg. Do this. At least we must know what remarks your engg. Is giving.
                                      If your engg. Will take all the decision and not asked the customer satisfaction, why he make visit. Just to fool us. Or he just want to be his name in company good books, after making customer fool.

                                      Actually mr. Sanjeev will be awarded for making customer fool, he closes the complaints without any intimation.

                                      Till date no satisfactory answer from your engg. Do i wait for something big can happened.

                                      We are totally fade up with all this. I request you to please replace this machine or you take it back. As we are loosing faith in samsung.

                                      Hope this mail will reach the right desk and we will hear some good news.

                                      I have attached few photographs of machine showing current, now we will wait to get some thing happens.

                                        I had registered complaint about non working of samsung microwave (Out of warranty, on chargeable basis). The service technician from e works, margao goa attended the complaint on 6th september 2018. His mobile number is [protected]. He said the touch pad needs replacement and he will order. He left even without fixing side covers properly. Its now almost two months, that the microwave is down. When called, each time he blames samsung elecronics stating they dont supply any spares. When i finally contacted samsungs service centre in panjim goa, they said they are not aware of any spares requirement from this service centre, and they will try to provide spare soon. Now please ensure that my microwave which is down since last two months is repaired soon also you need to do away with useless service providers like e works margao, who seems to have not ordered spares for last two months. All he did was promptly collect the servive charges on very first day and then forget about the complaint
