* i have purchased samsung s7 edge around 24th july 2016 for 54000 rs in hyderabad.
* in less than 3 month if my purchase i. E. November 2016 screen got broken and i have replaced the screen around january 2016for ~ 14000 rs.
I had my struggles for warranty and finally ended up paying for the screen replacement.

* almost exactly after one year of my phone starting hanging for no reason and finally on first week of april it stopped working.

* when taken to samsung service center in ameerpet, hyderabad. I was told it is a software problem and once i have it updated it will resolved and it will cost me 1200 rs and asked me to come after 3 to 4 hours.
When i arrived to collect the mobile they have informed me that it is mother board problem and i have to replace it and it will cost me another 14000 rs.

*now if i pay this money then total cost of mobile will be rs 54000 mobile cost + 14000 screen replacement + now 14000 motherboard = rs 82000.00/- within 21 month after the date of purchasing.

Today when i checked amazon the same mobile is available for rs 36, 500.00 and in flipkart it is rs 29, 950.

I did not expect this short life of costly samsung mobile product. Now i m loosing my hope on samsung mobile and your brand regarding the durability.

Prior purchasing s7 edge mobile i have purchasing "samsung galaxy grand" mobile and used for close to 4 years (Almost since 2012)

I want to convey this to samsung india / global. Please help me if it is possible to waive my mobile's motherboard cost. Now i have no strength and confidence to purchase your any costly and branded product i[censored] not consider my problem.

I have received call from Umang Upadhyay(Sr. Executive, Customer Satisfaction ),
As discussed I have submitted my mobile (S7 Edge) at customer service center and I have described the issue and he informed me he would discuss with his management and will get back to me on monday i.e. 21/05/2018.

Today i.e. 22/05/2018 i got a email saying discount will not be provided and the total cost of the Rs. 14978.96
From email "we are offering a very cost effective repair for your product. The current repair cost is Rs. 14978.96/-"
Am not sure how did the cost increase by 978 rs and they are stating they are offering "very cost effective repair".
Initially when i contacted 2 service centers they gave me a price of rs 1400 for the replacement of mother board and In Mr. Umang email it was written as Rs. 14978.96/-.

I would like to escalate this to next level, Could you please help me with my issue, Thanks in advance.

    Hi

    I purchased a samsung battery on 17//11/2017 at your authorized service center in marathahalli for rs.1493. They provided 1 year warranty until november 2018. Replaced battery was not charging on 7th march 2018. So visited an authorized service center in marathahalli on 7th march 18. They provided another battery as a replacement since they found my complaint was a genuine one. However the 2nd replacement battery they provided is not charging from last week.

    I need 2 questions answered.

    1. Why are they providing me a replacement battery which does not work for more than4 months?
    2.in such a case where should i lodge a complaint?
    3. I am suspicious now that they are not providing original battery.
    4. They took out the battery from a ziplock cover and not from box. Is this how a new battery is kept.

    Pls check the attachments.

    Please answer. I don't want to keep visiting your service center again and again. This is very frustrating.

      Date of purchase - 23april2016

      This is for your attention towards continuous problem i am facing for ac cooling for past two years from the date i have purchased the product.
      When i buyed the product in april 2016, just little over one month o[censored]sage ac cooling stopped, though fan was working. I made the complaint and an engineer from samsung came and installed the gas. Then again within week cooling stopped, i again made the complaint, this time they inspected the inside and outside machine and did some work, again filled the gas and went. That year (2016) ac worked fine.

      Next year (2017), when i started the ac, again same problem came i. E.ac fan was working without cooling. I again made the complaint, again gas was installed and ac work that year (2017).

      Now, this year (2018), i am facing the same problem and again made the complaint (Complaint no.-[protected]), an engineer from samsung came and after inspection he told me that next day we will fill the gas with overall charges of approx. Inr 2340.

      Now, after all of my above explanation, you can easily understand that same problem is occurring every year and i am very frustrated that do i have to make complaint every year to make ac work and pay these charges again and again. As much as i know, in ideal condition gas will not be leaked but i can understand if this problem comes after 4-5 years of operation. But in my case this probelm is occurring every year. I cannot understand why this problem i am facing continuously.

      I want you to look into this matter very serioiusly and make a one time solution as i am not happy with the samsung ac product working and customer service. As a matter of fact, i got another ac from another company, but that is working fine for last 4 years without complaint.

      I am ready of any type of information you required from my side to resolve this matter with concrete outcome.

            I had launched a complain to samsung.
            I asked them to come to my place to repair my refrigerator on 9th of may they said that with in 24 hours an engineer will come to inspect your refrigerator, on the next day he came by 3 pm but my appointment was scheduled for morning 10am, still i ignored that, the engineer said its gas refilling thats has to me done and some other person will come after another 48 hours but no one arrived at my place to refill the gas i called once again after completeion of 24 hours + 48 hours and again they said me that its going to take more 24 hours to come to my place and still no one came to repair my refrigerator, at last today on 13 th of may and after completion of 24 hrs + 48 hrs + 24 hrs i again called up them and they said me that today is sunday and no one can come today and they want to schedule my appointment tommorrow, i am very dissatisfied with this pathetic service and wish to never continue to buy products of this company. And i recommend others to do the same

                  There was no cooling in the lower section of my refrigerator, so i called the samsung service centre. The operator told me to empty the entire fridge in order to defrost it, i did so but the fridge was still not working. I called them the next day asking them to send a technician to solve the issue. The operator told me that they will send the technician the next morning, i waited till noon the next day before calling them again. This time the operator said that there was no complaint filed about the fridge not working, i told him to send a technician that day itself. A technician came in the evening and told us that he could not check the fridge as we first had to empty the fridge and keep it off, he could not find the problem. The next day another technician comes and says that there was no need to turn the fridge off and empty it, and that he cannot check the cooling if it is off, he checked it but could not find a problem. The next day another technician comes and says that i need to empty the fridge in order for him to check it. He checked the fridge and said that there is a problem with the gas and that he will send a person to fill the gas in the next day. I waited the entire day and called the call centre when nobody showed up, they said that they were not aware that they had to send someone and that they will send someone on monday. On monday another technician comes and tells me to empty the fridge again, this time i told him to answer me first that why were they sending so many different technicians and making me empty the fridge again and again. He did not give me response and called his supervisor and told him that i was not letting him do his work. I just wanted to get my fridge repaired so i did not bother to waste my time further and just told him to repair the fridge. After about an hour or so he says that he could not find a problem and that it needs to observed for a day. The next day when i called the service centre to tell them that the fridge is still not working and to ask what did the technician do the day before, they said that the technician told them that i told him not to fill the gas which was absolutely rubbish. Again i let it go and told them to send the technician asap. The technician came the next day and filled gas into the refridgerator and charged me 1864 for it. There was still no cooling in the fridge so i told them to send the technician again. The technician came the next day and now said that he needed to change some other part which had to be ordered and would come after 2-3 days. The next day some other samsung technician comes randomly checks the fridge and says that there was no need of filling gas as when there is cooling in the upper part of the fridge it means that it is not a gas problem. The technician who filled the gas was aware that there was cooling in the upper part of the fridge. Now when this other technician came without informing i was not at home, so when i confronted him on the phone that why did the previous technician fill gas when there was no requirement of it, he started making things up like the situation has changed and what not. The situation did not change at all. I called another fridge technician from another company to know what the problem was exactly and he also said the same thing that there was no need to fill gas.
                  By the way during this entire process i have had to have long conversations with each telephone operator whenever i called to ask about the status or when the technician was going to come. This was because each time i had to explain my problem to them. There is absolutely no communication between the technician and their supervisors, samsung and their service providers and also in general. I also had a half an hour long live chat on samsungs website explaining the problems i was facing and asking them to take some action against the service provider for their harassing behaviour. Since i know samsungs reputation with complaints i told him to give me a proof of the complaint so he gave me this no: [protected]. Still no complaint was filed and definitely no action was taken.
                  Also i did not receive one accurate message from samsung or its service provider about the technicians name, contact or the time by which they would come. Each time i had to call and ask. The technicians come randomly at their own will and time. At their service centres nobody knows what is going on and are ill-informed.
                  If you are planning to buy a samsung product just keep in mind that if it stops working you may as well throw it in the garbage or leave all your work and spend your precious time and money running behind samsung call and service centre.

                  After calling the Samsung Service Centre innumerable times, after around 6 different technicians checking the fridge by coming randomly without informing, after having to empty my fridge 6 times for the technician to just check the fridge and after spending Rs 3211 on spare parts that your technicians said would solve the problem my fridge is still in the state it was before that is there is no cooling in the lower and middle section of the fridge. After all this when we tried to get in touch with a supervisor through the call centre, they said that he will call us. Still did not receive any call from any supervisor. Then today a technician came to check the fridge as he said that he had to make a report. We did not receive any call or message saying that a technician was going to come. After checking the fridge's temperature he says that the fridge is working fine. Then he gives some very idiotic explanations when we ask him to explain the problems that were in the fridge. Firstly all the vegetables were going bad in the fridge since there was no cooling, in response first he kept deflecting the issue then he says that the vegetables in the fridge are fine now. Why will we keep the vegetables that have gone bad in the fridge? Secondly there was sweating in the fridge which started happening only after there was no cooling in the fridge and it is in the same condition as before, to this the technician says that it was happening because it is summer and that it happens in all the fridges. I checked all my neighbours fridges and not one had any form of sweating in their fridge.
                  I am pretty sure that the people at Samsung are not going to respond to this complaint in even a decent way. I will probably just get a call from a random call centre operator who does not even know what the problem is and I will have to explain him the whole story from the beginning. They will then send technicians to my house randomly without informing me, who also don't know what the problem is.

                  So now what am I supposed to do now? Nobody at Samsung knows what is going on at their service centres or maybe they do and just don't care. the people at the service centres don't know what their technicians are doing. The technicians randomly keep coming to my house without informing, check the fridge, make us empty the fridge, replace parts that don't need to be replaced and say that it is working fine.

                      Hello, i have samsung ac split, had some problem raised request, samsung service team fixed and changed 5000 rupees +, and same problem appeared again after 2 months and i have raised request again, this time they charged 10000 rupees +, they have cheated me for first time and second time.. Not sure if they have really fixed it or not!!.. I want my money back which was first charged as the problem not fixed. Then only i will pay 10000 rupees.
                      Problem :- out door stops after 2 mins and no cooling.

                        Congrats for you hectic customer service.
                        I buy samsung mobile ph j7 pro in 27 march 2018. And i am facing huge problems from day one. But high was when within one month display got black. I request to samsung please replace my ph or refund payment but they are saying we can change display only. As i did not use my phone even one month they are saying use repaired phone. If i need to use repaired phone than way i buy new ph i can buy second hand ph too.. Now i remember my sisters words she was saying don't buy samsung phone they provide worse phone. But after all i buy samsung...
                        I was huge fan of samsung brand. I always used only samsung brand and recommend to my friends and family. But now i cant trust anymore due to this incredible service. You are doing really fantastic job that's why new brands like vivo and oppo defeating samsung brand. Excellent keep it up.

                          The company did not call us for an amc renewal, thus skipping the one year period. When contacted in may they refused to offer an amc. Since then i have been lodging various complains, speaking to officials. The last update was from [protected] 8 may 2018 at 351 pm for 6 minutes informing me that they would send a mechanic to check the physical condition of the fridge. After which i have received no update as of now my today’s complainnumber[protected] dated 11/05/2018

                          Had also sent a what’s up message to mr yogesh on [protected]. Have been corresponding on this number earlier to giving him a copy of my invoice.

                          The crux of the problem is an amc offer was not made by the company, but as per the dealer at the time of purchase and the mechanic who visited samsung has a policy to offer amc to customer prior to the completion of one year.

                          Please be kind enough to state why the same was not done. All i have been asking that an amc be months since the date of purchase, which was actually missed out by your company or do you expect a customer to have in mind the date of purchase of every appliance he buys.

                          Appreciate your response. I have screen shots of all the calls made conversation has regarding the amc issue. The gas refilling bill that i have already paid for.

                            Order number[protected] was placed and cancelled on 26 th april. It was a prepaid order. Money was paid through mobikwik wallet. But money has not been refunded although 10 days passed. I am unsure whether i will get the refund or not.. It is very much disheartening situation. People will not buy anymore product from your site in future. Several times i made contact to samsung care. They told me that money will be refunded. I do not know when money will be refunded. This is not fair. Please take a step to refund the amount to my original payment mode

                              My samsung j7 mobile had a abrupt shutdown issue and i had approached samsung service center, jayanagar, bangalore. After inspection it was told that mother board had to be replaced. So we didn't agree with this and took the product back without repair. But in the process of inspection the service person had broken the lcd panel for which upon enquiring there was an arrogant reply from the service team. To my surprise after 10 days the mobile is powering on and working without any issue except for the broken lcd whichwas caused by the service person. When i had asked for the inspection report it was not shared with us. I really don't understand on what basis the mother board was declared dead. Instead of repairing they have damaged the lcd. This is case of cheating by the service team. Kindly provide an answer.

                                I own a samsung s7 edge for past 1.5 year and now the display shows a pink line on the right side. It seems to be a common problem to every customer who own a samsung s7 edge. I was planning to upgrade my phone to s9 but due to the issue am afraid. The cost of changing display is equivalent to purchase a new phone. Please resolve the issue favourable to customer so that i can continue using samsung products with out fear and on trust

                                  Dear all,

                                  I bought a samsung s7 edge phone in dec 2016. The phone was kept with a lot of care. No visible scratches and the phone was never abused.

                                  The details are as follows:-
                                  S7 edge
                                  Imei-[protected]

                                  There was a software update message and i updated my software. To my shock the phone cranked off. It did not start and hence eventually i took it to the samsung service center. They reinstalled the software and everything was fine. 10 days later it again died and the process repeated for 4 times. I finally spoke to the service center and they advised that the mother board has to be changed which would cost 15k.

                                  I am not sure why would a software update spoil the motherboard. Either they are sending some viruses or some malpractices are being followed.

                                  I wish to throw away all my samsung devices 2 phone/3ac's and 3 led's.

                                  Got an message that the invoice number [protected] amounting to INR748 is billed however i was billed INR6749. So much for being a Samsung customer. I would never ever buy a Samsung product ever in my life and would strongly urge everyone to boycott the brand.

                                  They have no business ethos. Got a call from the head office that they are ready to waive off 50% of the invoice. I had no other option but to say yes. This is the way they are cheating the Clients. On the outset, i had great things to say about Samsung however the opinion has changed.

                                  Did not receive any physical invoice for the amount paid of 6749 and would definitely take this up legally as my wife is an advocate.

                                    I hv submitted my phone in servixe center and without my notice the motherboard was changed. I have already issued a complain with consumer forum but no steps has been taken by them as i m having issue with this phone on a regupar basis my number is registered with [protected]. None of the agent is able to help me out and now no calls has been received from your customer service as well. My phone is lying with customer srvice since march 2018 but they are not looking it. I am not ready to take that defected handset

                                        I am sandeep kumar and i am live in modinagar. i am buy a mobile 21 april 2018 in modinagar samsung A 8 PLUS . when i am buy a mobile next day mobile some extra heat and camara not proper work . so that i am going to modinagar (pin 201204) service center . and i am meet mr. Nadeem and he says me that you are coming next week because service engineer is not there . so that i am going next week and he says same that you are coming next week . so i just says that ok i ll come next week when i am going today that he says that your mobile is not replace because your 14 days replace warranty is closed .so i am totally frustrated about Samsung and modinagar Samsung service centre . so please excl ate my complain and change my mobile . i am totally fed up about this type of services of samsung service center modinagar branch . and he is not meet to manager for complain issue. if my mobile not change than i will go consumer court for fight against Samsung service center
