Feb 2018 gave my samsung j7 for change of screen, when i came back home i inserted my airtel sim in slot1, did not work i changed it to slot 2 and started using. I wanted to inform rlogic service centre but number wasn t correct. I was travelling and could make it to service centre. Finally i made it but they said i have damaged the slot 1. This is not corrct

    I bought samsung s9 mobile on march 15, 2018, the phone started releasing color from the grill a month later,
    I complained it to the service center, he took a photo of my phone and sent it to our technical staff, they reject my phone and he said that i did this, when i showed the phone service center, he said that it is a manufacturing defect, in-spite of this they are not repairing this phone, and are seeking money for phone repairs, while the phone is in warranty.

      Myself, dhanapal writing with deep regret regarding your samsung j7nxt
      Phone purchased just 2 months back. Dec 2018
      After using almost a month, its home button and side button showed
      Problems. After a week phone was totally off. I went samsung service centre
      At aluva, kerala on[protected].
      Service bill no : [protected]
      They checked and told the switch was damaged. Although it is only 3
      Months of purchase, they wont consider under warranty since the damage as
      Per their opinion, due to humidity/water content. I am not aware of such
      Water contact.
      After lot of requesting as they were adamant on their stand i told them
      To do the repair. They told if the board hav to be replaced it may be
      Around 4000rs. Next day they called me and told the cost is 6000 rs (?). I
      Was expecting the repair will be under warranty and even if i have to pay
      It, will be around 1000 rs.
      Do you think its fair. A product under warranty period i hav to pay 6000
      To repair for a phone of 10, 000?
      Me and my family have been using only samsung brand phones. Would be
      Grateful if you could consider the same under warranty. Else my only option
      Left is to accept my 10500 rs is gone since i made a wrong choice of
      Samsung brand and i have to destroy the same infront of the service people,

      Since no solution for my complaint i am desperately moving with my decision
      To demolish the samsung mobile and record the same explaining what happened.
      Will be circulating the same in social media and make people aware about
      The service of samsung and will be suggesting not to buy samsung brand due
      To this kind o[censored]nethical billing of a product under warranty.

      Fyki the justification u were giving is that the humidity content in my
      Phone is due to my mistake. Please make note that i am a physics graduate
      And computer engineer. So i am aware of pc boards. If it was from my side
      Would i be using the phone with out cleaning it.
      If the board damage was due to humidity it could be due to bad qlty. And
      Since there were no rain in january feb there is no point of humidity.
      In the vedio i would be just informing the audience a simple mathematics.
      Pls listen.
      My purchase cost of j7 nxt is 10500 inr. If i repair it with 6000 inr my
      Cost of j7nxt would be 16500. If i sell it i will get nearly 4000 rs. So my
      Loss is 12500.

      If i demolish destroy it without repairing, my loss is 10500inr. So what
      Will be me doing... Just think... I will be educating the audience
      Thru this vedio about the pathetic situation of a samsung customer. Not
      Giving warranty with in one month o[censored]sage... I[censored] have any answer or
      Solution i will wait for 2 more days. And also please tell your people not
      To call me telling the same thing again and again that _they will comeup
      With a solution with in 24 hrs...

      I have already replied to your phone calls that i am ready to pay max 1000
      Rs as service charge considering the effort they put for service. And not

        Hi Sir /Madam,
        This is related to service order request [protected].
        I received very bad customer service... From Sahakara Nagar Samsung authorised service center.
        I like to discuss the complete scenario ; many times I raised SR always they use to decline or cancel my repair request. This time last time again I tried and raised above mentioned requests, same issue happened again... So this time I called to escalation team later they told they will send technician even I got SMS... I called that technician guy he was very arrogant and provided bad negative response... "Not come to my home for service "later I called manager (sahakar nagar service center) office is near to my home walkable distance...
        Response from Manager ; after listening to my query - we are like that only do whatever you want to do" I will not send technicians... So again I did complaint to samsung service centre... (you can check on above SR NUMBER) ... Please take this complaint seriously else I have to go consumer forum... I Have phone recording if you insist I can send you...
        If like this service you guys will provide, surely you will loose your customers

          I bought a Galaxy S7 Edge back in September 2016. I used it for 1 year and just 4 days before the warranty void date, the screen started showing black lines. I was lucky that the phone was still under warranty otherwise I would have to pay around 20000 for the screen replacement, after that in a few months the phone started showing problems like it would shut down on its own, would freeze and shut down. I went to the service station and they are telling me that I need to pay 15000 rupees for the motherboard replacement. I think Samsung has cheated me because they didn't check the phone properly after replacing the screen which gave me problems. I didn't knew about THIS WEBSITE before otherwise I would have filed the complaint very earlier. It's May 2018 and the phone is lying dead in my cupboard since December 2017 around which it died. I hate Samsung and would never buy such expensive phones from them again. Just imagine, if I would have missed the warranty date during my screen issue, I would have been made to pay 20000 extra.. which including the current motherboard cost makes the total money spent around 1 lakh.)(60000+20000+15000) as I had purchased the phone for 60000. I never expected such cheap customer service and poor product from a company like Samsung. I don't wish to repair the phone, as I am afraid that I will run into any other problem in future. ### you Samsung.

            I have ordered Samsung Galaxy On NXT 64 GB from Samsung shop on 11th Nov'17. At that time that have given offer that will get 10% cash back on ICICI card within 90 days. But to my disappointment, its more than 5 months now, and still waiting for cash back to receive. Whenever I made call to their customer care only answer I receive is "we have escalate your case and our senior team will call you back within 24 to 48 hrs.with resolution to your complaint" But till date neither I receive call nor the cash back as promised by them.

                I purchased a samsung level U headset through an ecommerce website and it was working superb until a couple of months ago, it started rebooting automatically, both on my laptop and mobile connectivity. It was one or two times a day initially, but it started doing it more frequently as the days progressed. So I took this to the samsung service center in tolichowki, Hyderabad (bill number [protected])

                So, the guys looks at it and does a random test verifies the problem exists. However, he lookst at the arms of the device (which are elastic on both sides to support different neck sizes). So, while apparently, there were not physical damages, not even as much as a scratch, the right arm was a little more elastic than the left, which could happen due to normal wear and tear, and no were in the world it would be considered a physical damage. Also, it was an external issue NOT AT ALL related to the functionality I was complaining about. The guy is still not sure even after discussing it with his colleagues for about 60 minutes (which goes on to prove that they did not have a process for such issues).

                Finally, he took some pictures ( and while taking the pictures, he made sure he stretched the arm more than he should have to make the stretch appear more than it really was) and uploaded on the case sheet and told me there is a physical damage and the warranty cannot be claimed. I tried to explain him the difference between normal wear and tear and physical damage, but the guy was very unreasonable. So finally he suggested I should contact the Samsung customer service.

                While I was still in the service center, I called the customer service and spoke to a guy(unfortunately, forgot his name) who looked at the case opened the picture and told me CLEARLY he doesn't see any physical damage and asked me to wait till he confirms with the service center over the phone. Apparently, he was still relying on the SC to confirm the physical damage. He came back on the phone and told me the SC confirms the physical damage(which he couldn't find from the pictures just a few minutes ago). I refused to accept. He offered me a call back from the head office.

                A guy named jayaram calls me and tells me nothing can be done as SC tell there is a physical damage. I clearly told him there is no physical damage and I want the device to be inspected by a more competent person. While I tried to reason with him for a few minutes, he finally told me he will refer the case to an engineer and get back to me.

                A few days later (yesterday), I received a call from a Sr. Executive named Niveda who repeated exactly the same thing Jayaram, the previous guy told me. She very clearly refused any further assistance. I asked her for her reporting manager's name - SHE BLUNTLY REFUSED and told me she reports to nobody, what a joke of a service center. I simply asked her, assuming the guy at the SC was mistaken about the physical damage, what are the escalation options available for the customer, she simply told me there is nothing I can do. WHAT THE HECK!! So, a customer who purchases a premium product from your organization has not escalation patch to claim his rightful warranty. THIS IS SIMPLY DAYLIGHT ROBBERY BY SELLING SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS AND REFUSING WARRANTY FOR FLIMSY REASONS.

                The biggest assault on my frustrated emotions happened last evening when JAYARAM sent me an email advising me that the warranty cannot be claimed, and the "repair" can be done with service charges which he estimated to be about 3300. and the funniest part is, samsung Level U, the same bluetooth headphone I am complaining about, BRAND NEW, is available on samsung online store for 2999, Lock, Stock, Barrel.

                So, I received a call from a guy from Samsung contact center in Gurgaon. He agreed there is no way I can escalate it for physical inspection of device. Also, when I pointed out the estimated repair cost of 3300 suggested by Jayaram, while the same device brand new is available for 2999 on samsung estore, the guy was sheepish and clearly embarrassed, and obviously couldn't justify it.

                So, my conclusion is that as a consumer, I am being taken for a ride, and there is no end to corporate greed of such multinational giants, and the people sitting in the management are nothing but PICKPOCKTERS WEARING TAILORED SUITS.

                  My refrigerator is not working for more than 2 months and i have raised an sr '7267864' and keep on escalating to ceo office starting from 20th march 2018. Every time a new person from ceo office calls me and buys time and commit a future date. And never come back. No one takes ownership and resolves my issue.
                  Recently i had frequent communication with pooja (I was told she was some senior executive), she is arrogant and ends call abruptly and says ceo's office is just a customer care. I do not care what they told you, we are the actual guys who do the job and we need time to solve your issue (Again buying time), that's still fine if she takes responsibility and fixes my issue on priority. Also told me that i will get update every day until my issue gets closed and she disappears for a week or so and then calls me again and buys time repeats same that i will get updates every day and disappears. (I also told that she takes care of everything and she cannot forward my call to any of the senior executives. Problem here is she does not take ownership and does not provide a chance to escalate).

                  Please let me know when can my issue get resolved? Eta please?

                      Hi,

                      I would like to express my concern and complete dissatisfaction on the way how my complaint of manufacturing defect in samsung qled - qa65q8camklxl is handled.

                      Bought the tv (@ samsung plaza, t. Nagar, chennai, serial no.0a9k3pck100019) on 04th may and installed on 5th may evening by samsung installation team. Found patches on the screen and very bad light bleed (See attached pic which shows worst light bleed i had ever seen in top of the line tv costing around 3 lakhs) occurring on the letter box areas after installation and the same has been reported to samsung plaza, t. Nagar on the same day.

                      Agreed to send replacement tv and i stated that i need refund in case the replacement tv also will have the light bleed and patch issues. Showroom manager had agreed for the same and the replacement tv was delivered on 7th may.

                      Pl. Find the pic the way how the tv was transported and delivered to us!!! Pathetic way to handle 65 inch curved tv!!!

                      On 7th may evening again installation team came for the installation of replacement tv (Serial no. 0a9k3pcj600141) and to the shock we found the tv inside the sealed box is a repaired/serviced tv!!! Pl refer to attached pic as a proof. The same was agreed by the installation team that the tv is not a new piece.

                      Even with that, we tested the replacement tv and found the light bleed issue is same as the old one and the installation team also accepted it as a defect within the tv. The same was informed to samsung plaza, t. Nagar and the installation team updated the fault/defect to the showroom manager/team.

                      Until that point the showroom people were so polite and told that they will be visiting next day and proceed for the refund of the amount paid.

                      But today, when we again followed up with samsung plaza, t. Nagar for their visit, they simply transferred our case to service department and washed off their hands. Is this the right way of handling the customer complaint?

                      After looking into the way how samsung is dealing the issue on a 1 day old top of the line tv and the repaired/serviced tv inside a sealed box, i lost confidence on samsung quality and i am not interested in another replacement tv.

                      Hence pl arrange for refund of the invoice amount as this is just 3 days old tv.

                          This is regarding my ac which i got in 2012. From last 2 yrs, i m facing the same problem of cooling and repeatatbily i m complaining about the same. They are sending some technician who does even seems like literate, fixing the issue by filling gas and charging 2500 to rs 2800.
                          But the same issue occurs every alternate month.

                          I made my ac fix on feb 2018 and again facing same problem.. I m seriously fed up by calling customer care and following them.
                          More over, i don't know are technicians really getting the solutions?
                          Pls suggest what should i do further, so that i should not get this problem again.

                            I bought the new ac from samsung in the month of march post using it for 20 days it started giving me technical difficulties i complaint regarding the same to customer care and told them to get it replaced but no one is ready to help me on to this, i will be forced to escalate the matter further and take it to court and file a lawsuit against samsung.

                              I had purchased Refrigerator of samsung costing Rs50000/- on 08/04/2014. In last four years atleast 5 to 6 times i got it repaired from samsung for some or other mechanical fault. Now on 11 april 2018 I was facing bit freezing problem with the freezer of my refrigerator as it was taking longer time in icing the water. I called the samsung customer care and they sent a representative to look into the problem. As per the representative, there was some gas problem so he filled the gas and charged Rs.2000/- for it and left my place. After 2 hours only there was a blast in my refrigerator and it stopped working. I called the customer care again and told them the incidence. They assured me that they will escalate the matter and solve the issue. Next day they took my refrigerator to the workshop for repairing but after two days they called and told me that the my fridge is permanently damaged and cannot be repaired. Now, they are not providing a proper solution to my problem and and neiIt was not expected from such a big company. There employees are untrained and donot have proper knowledge about the productsther replying on email. Forcing me to accept the 50% amount of the invoice value. Its shocking that samsung cannot repair its own fridge. Normal life of an fridge is atleast 10years and they have themselve made the fridge non-repairable. Now am forced with additional financial burden to purchase a new fridge.

                                Sbi offer 5cashback by using state bank debit and credit card under an
                                Arrangement with samsung india electronics pvt. Ltd (_quotmerchant_quot)
                                From 11 september to 22 octomber2017. Under this customer eligible for 5 cashback on min transaction of rs.20000 or above and maximum cashback will be rs. 2500 per card account. The cashback under this program shall be credited in the account of card holder by 22 january 2018.
                                According to this offer i had purchase samsung double door refrigerator model no: 03 sm rt37m5538s8/tl by using sbi debit card on 5th octomber 2017 through mann electronics (Othorised dealer of samsung) with rs. 35700. Merchant also debit handling charge of 2 (Rs. 700) including with total price of refrigerator. Till date i have not receive any cashback in my account.
                                For that i represent the local merchant and samsung customer care but they not resolved the problem, they said to contact state bank because they gave offer.
                                I also represent the sbi local branch manager for above incidence. But she said that there is no role of our branch in this offer, you direct contact sbi customer care. If local merchant have not right to resolve why you people gave them to right to sell samsung product. By this way, there will bad impression of company due to local merchant. Customer harrased due to inconvience. So i have humbled request to compensate the cashback offer to my account. Do need full this matter. Thanking you.

                                  I registered a complaint against samsung mobile here on consumer complaints on 3rd may, 2018 regarding faulty mobile (Galaxy s9) where samsung service centre (Bill no [protected]) n samsung customer care (Reference no [protected]) were deliberately not acknowledging my problem.
                                  I received a mail from ur side on 4th may that samsung india had been notified about my complaint.
                                  On your intervention, samsung customer care executive contacted me on 4th, gave me a new reference no ([protected]) n promised me that my mobile issue will be discussed with the seniors n the management n that they would contact me again within next 24 hrs.
                                  Now almost 60hrs have passed n still there's no response from samsung.
                                  They are deliberately maintaining a silence n not responding in the hope that i will give up my efforts n collect their faulty mobile set without the issue being resolved.
                                  I again request you to pls help me n get my newly bought mobile replaced by samsung.

                                    His there.. I bought a samsung j7 max from singh communications in gurgaon on 2 feb 2018.. They promised me a paytm cashback of rs. 1400 at the time of purchase. However the same has not been given till date even after contacting them infinite times. The paytm team after being contacted by me says that the cashback code was incorrectly applied at time of purchase by the seller.                                       My samsung refrigerator was purchased in april, 2012. Since last 3/4 months, our refrigerator has some ongoing issues of cooling.in march, the engineers came and solve gas leakage problem (That is what they identified and claimed to solve it), charged me heftily now again in one months time, it is not cooling.

                                      Another technician came to our place yesterday investigated the machine and said since you are putting untensils with water to make it ice in freezer section, our fridge is not cooling. How rubbish? When we tried countering his explanation, he started giving us lame execuses and compared old timer products vs new products.

                                      We did not want to argue with him so let him go and waited for another day without keeping anything in freezer section to see the effects... The result was same no cooling effect and no ice cubes in ice tray.

                                      I want to register a complaint against this technician and samsung for their poor service.

                                        I am very much unsatisfied and feel cheated with final resolution of no action from samsung for the evident and serious issue of s8 phone overheating while performing trivial operations on phone

                                        Here are the different interactions i had over last two weeks with samsung

                                        路 on 21st of april, i visited service center for over-heating issue on my s8 phone. After showing the phone overheating (In air-conditioned environment) for trivial operations like youtube video watching or surfing net, service center team acknowledged the heating issues. They identified this as motherboard issue and replaced on same day

                                        路 on the same day (21st of april), after replacement of motherboard, i showed same issue to ram (Service engineer). He suggested to use the phone for a day or two and then report back. The issue was not resolved and same was communicated to ram

                                        路 on 27th again the phone was resubmitted for further action

                                        路 after multiple follow-ups with samsung, i got reply from you on 3rd may. The resolution you have provided that there is no issue with phone.

                                        路 i collected the phone on 4th april, without issue resolved

                                        路 the phone heats up to the level that i cannot take calls sometimes


                                        Below are the questions unanswered

                                        1. On 21st of april, if there was no issue with phone, why was the motherboard changed? And after motherboard replacement, even if the same heating project persists, why now samsung aying the there is no issue with same heating?

                                        2. Using the phone in this condition not only is inconvenience, but also poses risk of burns or hazards. Samsung ignored all these risks and shown how samsung treats to its premium customers
