I have registered to many complaints from last one month but still a date not get any solution kindly exchange my faulty refrigerator as the earliest possible because this product is not work within 10 months & last one month its not repaired by service centre, till date no one find the actual problem & take to much time in the summer

    Hi i had purchased a mobile from samsung j7 nxt, its a defrctive mobile. After used this mobile 3-4 days issues found in this mobile. The vedio calling button is not making vedio calls and phone gets restarted in between the calls. Applicatio of the. Mobile gets stop. I had sent them the vedio recirding as they asked to send but not giving resolution. I had visited the service center and thye rectifye it for 2-3 times but still the mobile issue not resolving. I asked them to replace the mobile but thye are not replacing also not rectifyng. This mobile is running fine after reset all the setting of the mobile but this need to be reset every 7-8 days they are nit responding on email aslo. Can you please let us how they are selling mobikes in the market. Mobile model : j7nxt purchased this mobile frm the shop. The samsung gyuz are not giving the service to the customer

      I am from hyderabad i purchased washing machine on[protected] and your person came and given demo about it and he saleing the washing machine cover with name samsung with stiker rs500 and i purshed because of samsung name but next day i saw the same cover in rs90 what is the profit ratio and doing fraud on the name of compay please say your employe dont do this

        This is regarding my service complaint for my refrigerator.
        My refrigerator which is under warranty suddenly stopped working on 9 may 2018. I had called customer care on 10th may 2018 and still my complaint not resolved.
        Your service is not able to find the problem.
        They are experimenting with my refrigerator and they are just keeping the time to pass.
        Pls educate your service team, kindly give them some technical knowledge and get my refrigerator issue resolved asap my registered number is [protected]

          I complianed on 16.05.2018 regarding non functioning of my refrigerator vide product - rt39hdagesl/tl-ref-ff-sno-obld4dbg302917. Engineer visit and told us ac part of refrigerator is not functioning. I request him to change the part as earlier as possible. Days are to much hot and very difficult with out refrigrator. Even samsung brand has name and fame, but your service centre explains that there is no spare part to change and we have to order the same and process takes some days. Even i am usining all the samsung brands tv. Fridge. Moble phones and have faith on the company, s name. Please do the needfull and repair my refrigrator with in hours. I am living at city jammu and have this type of service and if i belongs from village then your company takes years to provide the service.

            I ASHOK DIDWANIA, On 2nd october, 2016, I have purchased a samsung refrigerator from sales emporium, 443 jessore road kolkata -74, , Its model no. is RT34k3923BS/HL .After installation it was working fine for 3 months but then its cooling slowed down.I immediately made several verbal complaints about the issue to the showroom as well on Samsung customer Service Call Centre, the customer service people (on the call) guided several times to do some temperature settings which I did but the problem is as it is and after various complaints which can verified at Samsung India IVR system, 2 to 3 times engineers came but the result was "zero", , one of engineers came and did the inspection. He advised me to change the “sensor" but again after 2 days the same problem occurs with additional problem of Ice on doors and walls and again I called samsung customer service centre and engineer came and said the cooling is not proper, I need to change additional some parts for which we have to take ur fridge to our service centre, , , which now I refused to do so, , , , , as many experiments were done by samsung engineers, , now today on 13th september 2017 another two engineer came and after inspection, , opened the freezer partition wall which was full of ice just like an "igloo" with improper cooling and said that this fridge needs 6-7 types of parts replacement (gas kets, both upper and lower wall partitions, sensors and two other parts ) and after that the fridge will may be ok, but they dsnt sure about it, means once already sensor was changed and again 6-7 parts they suggest to changed within the warranty period. thereafter samsung authorised person mr abhishek rana contacted me & repair the fridge with additional waranty of 6 month but i am facing same problem from 14 may 2018. after complain an engineer came to inspection on 16 may 2018 & he told me that the problem is same which was earlier. so that this machine has some manufacturing defect, Therefore, I request samsung to kindly change the refrigerator because at the time of purchase i m not going to bargain the samsung company, , i paid the amount decided by samsung company thats not decided by me, and hence why i can take the manufacturing defected product .Now i m so much harassed about it, so pls go through about this mail immediately, , now it becomes more than enough harrassment for me, I am enclosing the copy of the bill and other documents for your reference and hope that my request will be entertained very soon and will take up with concern authority.

            As per service engineer same problem arrived. So it is confirmed that refrigerator has manufacturing defect.

                    I had bought a samsung mobile from relaince digital in the middle of febuary. Till date i have been to the service centre 4 times.
                    It keeps hanging. They put some upgraded software and promised the problem had been solved. Then when it hung again they said the battery needed to be changed. It took them some hours.
                    Then the volumn became very soft and the picture stayed hung till the whole audio finished.
                    Then the screen becomes black the minute i press the answer button.
                    This piece is defective and request the company to please exchange it for another one.

                      Recently i have removed the poly pack from penal i have seen manufacturer difect in tv same is initiate to complend customer care but still not resolve after we have so many time reminder i am initiate to writen complend to you.

                          I bought samsung refrigerator 2 years ago, last month its start giving problem in cooling so i contacted there customer care so they assigned engineer to me who visited my place and did something and charged me 354 rs for that and said that fridge will start working but it didnt so i made another complaint after that he come back again and said there is gas shortage in it so i need to get it refill and when i asked him how come gas can end in 2 years so he didnt had any answer of the same and he left without replying so i made 3rd complaint and new engineer visited and said the same thing so i paid him and next day there person came at my home and refilled the gas (by charging 1500rs for tht)but that didnt helped either so i made the 4th complaint but samsung people cancled it without any reason so i made 5th complaint and same engineer visited and said that he dont know the actual problem and forwarded this to there techincal head in gurgaon and once they will respond then i will update u, since then i am just making complaints to samsung customer care by calling daily twice and this people says that we will call u but they dont, there engineer and service centre people do no take calls, customer care people just generate new complaint no and then after 2 days cancel it and they dont have reason that why its been canceled, its been really frustrated from last 2 weeks following this people who do not know what problem there product is having.
                          kindly help me in getting this problem resolved.

                            On[protected] suddenly rain coming and that rain water went into my samsung mobile s-8 for which my mobile not working and that i went to samsung servicing center kakinada for getting repair under warrantee. But your people rejected to apply warrantee to the said hand set as no warrantee for water resistance. I purchased the said hand set after witnessing your add in which photographes has been taken in the swimming pool thats why i am impressed the and purchased the said mobile.

                              I replaced my handset (A76) display via samsung authorised service centre. After service the recent apps and back touch are not working properly. I just visited the service center the next day itself and they fixed the issue and the same arosed after 2 days and they accepted for service and now they are asking for replacement of battery. The phone was taken firstly for service during warranty period and now its not in warranty period, so they purposefully playing with the issue. The main point is the issue araised after service only

                              I purchased samsung s9+ on the day it was launched from saharanpur from gift o shoppe. From day one I am facing the problem.                                 I am very much frustrated because unfortunately, I have purchased Samsung product, I am listing complaint's and I need my complaint resolution on a priority basis

                                Regarding Mobile Phone Samsung Galaxy S8 SM-G955FD

                                I am frustrated with your repairing team, and your engineers I have submitted my handset in service center for around 4 to 5 times for the same or the other issues but I don’t see any action yet taken from your end on this case, the problems are : - Screen Goes Blank While Calling, Phone Auto Switch off while I keep in my pocket in standby mode, I have to restart for around 10 times a day because my phone gets hang-up while using, it gets heated while charging, sometimes display don’t responded for that I have to take out my battery because power button also doesn’t work at that time, at time I receive calls I am unable to hear the person voice for that again I have to restart the phone, network automatically goes off while talking and phone hang-up at that time (I have tried with every sim card as well as I have tried my sim card in another mobile that time my other phone network superb), etc., many more complaints are there they service center persons only give me phone just update the OS that even I can do and I tell you I am a software engineer so have much better knowledge about the devices.

                                At this point in time again I am submitting my handset in Kiyaan Services, GE road, Raipur, 492001 on 14th May 2018 and I don’t want the handset to keep it with you and play with it, I am just giving you two options that Is either replace my handset and provide me new one or refund the amount I have paid for so called smartphone as well as I need call from your end about this issue as well as kindly read my full email and respond accordingly as I am very much frustrated due to all these issues as I have never thought that Samsung will do such kind of behavior with the consumers, I have purchased flagship device for my business purpose and each and every time if my device is with your service center, it's better i start using some other brand phones if you really think big and want to do big do help me on the same for refund or replace my product.

                                I have purchased Samsung C7 PRO mobile on 3rd of January 2018, but I am not satisfied at all with this device. Because it's samsung logo on back cover peeling off automatically which is not acceptable. Its really shame on the Samsung Company, quality of the product is very low.

                                  Hi, i purchased samsung c7 pro almost 4 months back, last month, one odd day it fell from my pocket and display got shattered.
                                  Same moment, i went to service centre and got a new display installed for rs6000 and now almost after 40 days the internal display ink got leaked and service centre is not ready to accept there faulty display, rather they are blaming me for mishandling the device, due to which physical damaged happened and inked got leaked out.
                                  Wow.! Who is responsible now.? Me? I purchased it directly from samsung café, got it repaired from samsung authorised service centre and now if there is leakage of ink am i responsible for it.?

                                    * i have purchased samsung s7 edge around 24th july 2016 for 54000 rs in hyderabad.
                                    * in less than 3 month if my purchase i. E. November 2016 screen got broken and i have replaced the screen around january 2016for ~ 14000 rs.
                                    I had my struggles for warranty and finally ended up paying for the screen replacement.

                                    * almost exactly after one year of my phone starting hanging for no reason and finally on first week of april it stopped working.

                                    * when taken to samsung service center in ameerpet, hyderabad. I was told it is a software problem and once i have it updated it will resolved and it will cost me 1200 rs and asked me to come after 3 to 4 hours.
                                    When i arrived to collect the mobile they have informed me that it is mother board problem and i have to replace it and it will cost me another 14000 rs.

                                    *now if i pay this money then total cost of mobile will be rs 54000 mobile cost + 14000 screen replacement + now 14000 motherboard = rs 82000.00/- within 21 month after the date of purchasing.

                                    Today when i checked amazon the same mobile is available for rs 36, 500.00 and in flipkart it is rs 29, 950.

                                    I did not expect this short life of costly samsung mobile product. Now i m loosing my hope on samsung mobile and your brand regarding the durability.

                                    Prior purchasing s7 edge mobile i have purchasing "samsung galaxy grand" mobile and used for close to 4 years (Almost since 2012)

                                    I want to convey this to samsung india / global. Please help me if it is possible to waive my mobile's motherboard cost. Now i have no strength and confidence to purchase your any costly and branded product i[censored] not consider my problem.

                                    I have received call from Umang Upadhyay(Sr. Executive, Customer Satisfaction ),
                                    As discussed I have submitted my mobile (S7 Edge) at customer service center and I have described the issue and he informed me he would discuss with his management and will get back to me on monday i.e. 21/05/2018.

                                    Today i.e. 22/05/2018 i got a email saying discount will not be provided and the total cost of the Rs. 14978.96
                                    From email "we are offering a very cost effective repair for your product. The current repair cost is Rs. 14978.96/-"
                                    Am not sure how did the cost increase by 978 rs and they are stating they are offering "very cost effective repair".
                                    Initially when i contacted 2 service centers they gave me a price of rs 1400 for the replacement of mother board and In Mr. Umang email it was written as Rs. 14978.96/-.

                                    I would like to escalate this to next level, Could you please help me with my issue, Thanks in advance.

                                      I purchased a samsung battery on 17//11/2017 at your authorized service center in marathahalli for rs.1493. They provided 1 year warranty until november 2018. Replaced battery was not charging on 7th march 2018. So visited an authorized service center in marathahalli on 7th march 18. They provided another battery as a replacement since they found my complaint was a genuine one. However the 2nd replacement battery they provided is not charging from last week.

                                      I need 2 questions answered.

                                      1. Why are they providing me a replacement battery which does not work for more than4 months?
                                      2.in such a case where should i lodge a complaint?
                                      3. I am suspicious now that they are not providing original battery.
                                      4. They took out the battery from a ziplock cover and not from box. Is this how a new battery is kept.

                                      Pls check the attachments.

                                      Please answer. I don't want to keep visiting your service center again and again. This is very frustrating.

                                        This is for your attention towards continuous problem i am facing for ac cooling for past two years from the date i have purchased the product.
                                        When i buyed the product in april 2016, just little over one month o[censored]sage ac cooling stopped, though fan was working. I made the complaint and an engineer from samsung came and installed the gas. Then again within week cooling stopped, i again made the complaint, this time they inspected the inside and outside machine and did some work, again filled the gas and went. That year (2016) ac worked fine.

                                        Next year (2017), when i started the ac, again same problem came i. E.ac fan was working without cooling. I again made the complaint, again gas was installed and ac work that year (2017).

                                        Now, this year (2018), i am facing the same problem and again made the complaint (Complaint no.-[protected]), an engineer from samsung came and after inspection he told me that next day we will fill the gas with overall charges of approx. Inr 2340.

                                        Now, after all of my above explanation, you can easily understand that same problem is occurring every year and i am very frustrated that do i have to make complaint every year to make ac work and pay these charges again and again. As much as i know, in ideal condition gas will not be leaked but i can understand if this problem comes after 4-5 years of operation. But in my case this probelm is occurring every year. I cannot understand why this problem i am facing continuously.

                                        I want you to look into this matter very serioiusly and make a one time solution as i am not happy with the samsung ac product working and customer service. As a matter of fact, i got another ac from another company, but that is working fine for last 4 years without complaint.

                                        I am ready of any type of information you required from my side to resolve this matter with concrete outcome.
