When we talked to navneet regarding this, he said 'your location is so far from me so i'll send a local person there to check the problem'

On next day (9th apr) a local guy visited my place and told that 'gas refilling has to be done'...

I bought samsung tv on 1st jul 2017. It’s under warranty period. It stopped working on 8th april 2018 & i registered a complaint on the same day. Service engineer visited on 9th april and told that, there was issue with adaptor and that will be fixed within 3 days.

It's been a year since i brought c9 pro and everything was fine until the last month. Had kept the mobile for charging and then there was this message pop up saying "moisture has been detected in your charger/usb port. Make sure it is completely dry before charging your device. Drying the port may take some time." it was not at all wet. Even then i kept it in the rice overnight to make it dry. But the problem continues and i can't charge...

I bought a samsung 40’ led tv for about ₹60, 000 which stopped working in a few years. When reached out to the company, samsung does not have parts to repair the tv. I have been in touch with samsung for last 5 days and still they do not have any updates as to when they will be able to arrange the parts. This is poor service by samsung. I would never buy a samsung product ever again and would never recommend others too.

I have given my washing machine for a chemical wash on 6th april 2018 with the assurance that i will be getting it back within a day. It's been a week since i have given with absolutely no response from the samsung people.
Even after calling them multiple times, there is no response, and if if there is any they just say that the machine will be delivered afterwards.
