not yet installed even after repeated call to Samsung service toll free no.
Committed to install on 2nd, than 3rd and again on 4rh but no body turned up .
I feel very bed services from Samsung and just giving falls commitment and information's by sms
I have received SMS that mr Vinodh Samsung service engineer cell no. [protected] will call and do the installation
when called Mr vinodh he says he is handling only palikaranai not Saidapet
Services on Samsung is very poor and misleading customers by false promises

    Samsung —
    That i smt. Gyanwati dhakar, advocate aged 74 years had purchased a mobile phone “j7 prime imei (Slot-1) [protected], imei (Slot-2) [protected]” for rs. 16900/- from your show room situated at new sanganer road, jaipur on 22nd april 2017.
    That it was working properly but from feb 2018 it starts to create problems of frequently hanging. From march it began to give too much problems again & again of hanging, sometimes screen get closed while using the phone, it start heating & became very hot during charging and phone calls as well as the screen used to be locked & open after many attempts, not working of power button etc.
    That on 26th march 2018 my staff had contacted your service centre at new sanganer road, he informed that it is very common to be hanged & becoming hot, would be cured by formatting, which was done.
    That after some days again it began to give problem therefore on 16th april 2018 i sent my staff to your other service centre situated at c-21, city mall, 2nd floor, shop no. 204-205, bhagwan das road c-scheme, jaipur. Your staff checked it by a machine & asked that there is no problem in the phone. But the fact was it that the phone was giving problem to me.
    That again 21st april 2018 my staff has contacted your service centre, there he was advised to take backup and contact data of the phone, after that they will get it updated.
    That therefore again on 28th april 2018, my staff had visited to your service centre for updation of my phone. After updation of my phone, it worked for 3-4 days properly but after that again it began to give problem.
    Therefore on 2nd may 2018, he again complained to your service centre, on that day your staff asked my office staff that there is problem of mother board in the phone which would cost 8500/-.
    That this type of your whole action is mischievous having malafide intention because i or my staff was regularly in contact of your service centre from 26th march, but that time & after so many times of our visit they never said for mother board problem but after expiry of warranty period they advised to change the mother board which shows your intention.
    Now to take any legal action i preferred to bring in your knowledge the whole facts of my problem in expectation that you will solve my problem without spoiling sellers & purchasers relations. Please see in the matter & do needful as soon as you can.

      I bought a new samsung galaxy s9 on 26th april 2018. From day one i found out that the battery drains completely in 8 to 10 hours under normal usage.
      When i reported the problem to samsung service centre & customer care on 28th april, they kept d mobile under their observation for a day and told us that the battery was fine. I showed them that the battery lost 6% in their own hands in 5min without using the phone but they didn't listen.
      Now after 5 days of diligently following the matter, i feel like hitting my head against the wall as the customer service executive are forcing us to collect the mobile without solving our main issue rather than replacing the mobile as per the samsung policy.
      As it's a samsung's flagship device, it should have lived up to it's expectations.
      I feel highly cheated n disappointed with the dealings of samsung's executives n the company itself n don't want to continue with samsung brand anymore.

      Kindly help us by taking necessary action against the company ie samsung india.

          I want to tell my horrible experience with samsung service center - samrat services. I have raised a service request with samsung cal center for issue with our refrigerator. Claman james from smarat services has attended the request number - [protected]& informed me that there is a system choke (Gas choke) which needs to be removed & refill the gas. He also informed that their engineer will visit in 2 days & resolve the complaint. It's been 9 days & no one has turned till now & i ended calling each & every samsung available number. Tried calling samrat services landline number end number of times, none of the calls has answered by service center. Able to get their managers number & none of them picked up the call on that number as well. Never expected a horrible service from samsung. If the authorized service center is not resolving complaints, then who will? Samsung is forcing us to go private technicians instead of authorized because they dont want to serve their customers seems. Never expected such kind of poor ethics & poor service post sales from a reputed company like samsung. Sorry to say this, but it is true.

          Hope atleast i wil get my complaint resolved soon. Never going to lodge a complaint with samsung call center again.

                  Sir, samsung galaxy on7 pro ko kab nought milegi. on5 pro ko nought to mili hai.
                  Samsung on7 pro ko release hogi Nought update.
                  For the past 3 month there is an display issue .Screen visibility is not good .
                  Pink line issue on the right side of display... Ita too costly to replace the display plz solved this problem in a low cost cuz not everyone is Rich... This problem is mostly in every s7 edge or Samsung launched the faulty batch... Its Samsung responsibility to solve this problem

                    I have purchased a fridge 3 years back and now it's not working and came to know that it's an issue with compressor. I have lost my fridge bill and the samsung outlet is also closed now from where i have purchased.

                    It was lp eloctronic cuttack, odisha india and it's closed now... Now the service engineer is not considering my product under warranty. But my product is covered 05 years warranty. It's mentioned on my fridge - 05 years compressor warranty.

                    Service engineer is also aware that it's within warranty... But he is asking bill copy to work on this request...

                      Hi team,

                      My fridge is still not working i have had many complained to samsung and engineers do visit change some part and it broke again, its never fixed for more than 15 days.
                      Why don't samsung take the responsibility of selling faulty products at such a higher price. And get me a replacement of the my product.

                      I know that samsung india support team will ask for a job reference number in 3 days to save time i am giving it now its an old one but will server the job.

                        Dear samsung team,
                        I had purchased samsung s9 plus phone right on the day it was launched. The phone display got damaged. When i consulted the samsung care the said i need to change the dispaly which would cost me approx rs 20000, there is no warranty over the phn. I just want to know if there is no mistake of mine in damaging the phn then why not the company is taking the responsibility. The offer on samsung 8 was better that if the phone gets damaged, samsung would take care of it. I am really disapponted that iys hardly 1.5 months old phone and samsung is asking me to pay more 20000rs to get the damaged fixed. This is your fault that you have made so brittle handset. Plz help me out with the solution as i have heard that if samsung proved that offer in s8. I had so much of trust on samsung i pre booked the phone s9 plus and now when i am facing this difficulty you arr asking me to pay additionally, i hope you understand 20000 is not a less amount so kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                        I visited the Samsung service center in Patna they said they would cost me rs14000 but would not give me the guarantee further for the phone or the replaced screen, so I want to know is Samsung not that worth to have trust.I really regret purchasing a phone worth Rs 65000

                          I have purchased 49 inch samsung mu6470 and started using it from last week. When i felt that there is considerable motion blur leading to lag in the movie, i asked my friend for the reason. He checked and let me know that the refresh rate is very low at 60hz. As a result, the experience of watching movies is very pathetic. I paid more than one lakh rupees for samsung mu6470 and am feeling cheated by samsung. I expected a good product when i paid 100000 rupees. I am planning to complain at consumer court against samsung. Please don't buy samsung mu6470.

                          The major issue here is that Samsung is exploiting those customers who are not well versed about technology. I didn't know about the importance of refresh rate. I ended up paying close to one lakh rupees for a substand product which is mu6470. I feel cheated by Samsung whenever I watch TV. I could have gone for a full HD TV with good specifications.

                          There is no reply yet from Samsung even after giving details. So Samsung can expect a legal notice soon from me. The complaint here is not yet resolved since I have not heard from Samsung India. Please do not show that the complaint is resolved.

                            I have purchased the refrigerator in 2014 and 3 weeks ago the freezer got spoiled. We called your service and one of your guys fixed it but the fridge freezer was spoiled again and there is bad smell coming which is getting worse. I think the technician has not done his job and he has spoiled the fridge. I request immediate action on your behalf to send a professional to fix the refrigerator as the smell of the fridge is getting worse and also fix the freezer which is spoiled.

                              Hello,
                              Purchased samsung 42' led tv in 2014, recent days white light shown on screen. When samsung technician attended, he told display unit to be changed.
                              How come the display unit spoiled in less than 4 yeas of time? Is qc not tested properly? Or samsung policy says get 50k form customer while buying and get another 20k as service?

                              Lost the confidence of samsung products.

                                Our question was with in two months our warranty will expaired, after that if any problem will come that time no one will help us .

                                  I am a loyal customer of samsung since last 13 yrs, started from samsung r220 phone to till date.

                                  1.5 yrs back my wife collected all her savings to gift me your flagship s7 edge, considering that its shock proof, water proof and many more remarkable features.

                                  Now, today i. E. On 30.04.2018 (My anniversary day) my s7 edge alongwith my mother's phone which is spice m6111, fall from same height at same place unfortunately and in unpredictable manner s7 edge screen cracked and damaged where as another phone just has some dust over screen and was completely fine. Its really an awkward moment for me.

                                  Sir, i enquired about screen replacement cost its really too high and out of my pocket. Some advised me to sell it on throw away price, which i really dont want.

                                  Thus i am here with requesting you to kindly consider and grant me a free screen replacement.

                                  I think this much i can aspect with the company to whom i am associated from more than 13 years.

                                    I brought C7 Pro phone in the month of december 2018 and with in 14 days period i just clicked on restart button and the phone never switched on again and then at the service center they replaced my phone with a new piece .
                                    And now again in the month on April 2018 it happens again, i just restarted my phone and it got completely switched off. I dont understand why .Is this model having issue or what .In the month of december also i had to travel so many times around the service center and this happens again.

                                      We have purchased a fridge from m k electronics, c 197, new moti nagar, new delhi 110015 on 2nd february 2016.
                                      After two days we got face a problem of gas lickage. And shopkeeper resolved this problem. And in same summer session we got face this problem again. And we are facing this problem again and again. And
                                      Fridge not cooling.
                                      Also shopkeeper not responding in positively. And saying there is no our garanty and warranty. So pls look into this matter and resolve this problem

                                        I lodged a complaint against the samsung j7 prime on 19.7.2018 about the problematic set as it changed two spare parts, one was charging port and other is panel of the mobile. After lodging complaint, your very good office told to send the mobile to samsung care centre and i send it to shakherbazar centre under kolkata but they did not changed it.
                                        Now, i noticed that you have shown the case as resoloved on 22.2.2018 which is wrong. At present, the said mobile is almost not working.

                                        The complaint had been lodged by me in ur channel but no action has been taken by Samsung company nor they have intimated their inability to returned it to me which Company have retained till date . I only expect that the NUMBER ONE MOBILE COMPANY should give a reply, otherwise, I have no option to lodge it to consumer forum. Earlier message, which I have sent last, is given below for your knowledge:-

                                        "It is a remarkable news that performance of Samsung India Limited will cross 10 Billion dollars target and behind this performance main object is consumer’s satisfaction. But I have a unfortunate experience that I have bought a SAMSUNG GALAXY Mobile Model No. J 7 PRIME ( IMEI No. [protected] ) from your dealer G. Rogers & Company 12, Dalhousie Sq. (East), Kolkata-700 001 against Bill No.27730 dated 3rd February, 2017.

                                        However, this mobile gave me stupendous problem after 4 to 5 months. Earlier I had lodged compliant against this set which had been rectified twice by changing charging-port and panel. This rectification enhanced trouble manifold. As per advice from higher authority, I deposited the set again on 05/05/2018 to Samsung Care Sakherbazar/Behala/Kolkata that the case will be resolved soon which means that trouble set will be replaced. Rather, it was insisted that the same set will be returned back with 03 months extended warranty and the same set is retained by your company since 05/05/2018 without resolving the issue. I do not expect such type of deals from billion dollars company which is playing leading role in the mobile market in India. I hope that the case will be considered judiciously and return by replacing it.”
