I would like complaints against Mobile Phone J7 Max due to Phone getting to Freeze (Dead) Status so i want one and only phone replacement. Regarding this issue i have caller may times to customer care at[protected] for instant solution then we have visit for phone submitting to service center on 9th April 2018 at 10 AM samsung service center with job number [protected] . Firstly service center engineer said to me if you saying phone go to dead status may be happened but we put in service center for 24 hours is phone go to dead status then we will diagnose otherwise phone is okay status. second day on 10th april 2018 at 10 : 10 Am we have called the phone picked by Vinod kumar sharma we given details to him the he said no any issue in your phone you are lier and make only roughly complaint and miss behave like we visited terrorist point not a samsung srvice center .

i received a call today 11th april 2018 from service center by Ankita he saying Vinod kumar sharma is not a manager he is owner it means any owner react miss behavour to customer . i asked how he pick my phone while he is not a manager .
kindly take action as soon as possible against Vinod Kumar Sharma and again i am saying i cant visit your service center in future and replace my phone i have spend 18000 INr for a good phone not for experiment and repaired phone.
Higher team of samsung customer care say to us forcefully if you not pick your phone then we put in dustbin

    3days before we bought washing machine at digitalvision vijayawada, andhra pradesh. Tha major problem was installation. Had to struggle alot and fight with people for installation. Every time i called they told it will be resolved within 24 hours. The response was very bad regarding installation. This is the first time i bought samsung product that every time we went l. G products but never face this type of problem. Today we felt very sad abuot this.

      Dear sir/madam,
      This is in reference to the samsung 1 ton air conditioner model number – ar12mv3hewk which i purchased from shree rajendra departmental stores pune on 17th march 2017. The day the air-conditioner was installed it was in the working condition and your customer service person demonstrated well. After one week it started giving trouble. The room was not at all cool even though we tried to increase the temperature.
      So i called the customer care to register a complaint on 1st of april 2017 after which an engineer’s visit was scheduled for the resolution of the problem. The engineer just cleaned the outer and inner unit and said the work is done and the problem is solved. I was not convinced with him still he said use it for a week and let us know.
      On 1st of may 2017 i registered another complaint for the same problem on samsung’s customer care number and similar process followed after the complaint, but this time i requested them to check and show me the room temperature on the thermometer, this time 2 people visited my office, on requesting temperature check he started giving vague reasons like as we are now 3-4 people in the room so it is unable to maintain the temperature. And they left my office saying that the work which was scheduled for them was complete and there is no problem with the ac and i was requesting them for resolution of the problem but they left and said i should talk with their manager. I was not able to understand what action has to be taken now.
      I stopped using the ac since then and later thought of giving the ac back to the shopkeeper from whom i bought it as i didn’t want this headache always during my work. The ac even if kept on for the entire day doesn’t maintain the temperature of my office, it works like a dessert cooler which gives far better cooling than this samsung ac.
      Again after getting frustrated by the problems of this ac i registered a complaint on 3rd october 2017 and also the ac had started making noise while functioning which also i mentioned in the complaint. I was ready for the same drama this time but this time while talking with the customer service executive i had requested for a senior engineer’s visit to my office. I had a conversation of about 20 minutes with the senior personnel on the phone on customer service number just to send a senior engineer to diagnose the problem and give me a permanent solution for the same but all in vain. And to my surprise the same engineer who had visited the last time came to my office with the same old drama but this time he was carrying an id card of a senior engineer along with him.
      Now sir i’m in such a frustration that i need just a permanent solution to this problem from anybody possible and on 24th november i had a lodge a complaint again as the swinger fan stopped working and the cooling was inappropriate. The same engineers came to my office again. But this time i had video recordings of the swinger fan not working and i showed it to them they saw it and say those videos are of no use i can see the fan is working means it’s working. So i told them it happens intermittently but they were reluctant and not ready to listen. And left the office saying the job was done.

      Now in month of march 2018 i had a new complaint raised for the same problem, they came for a visit checked everything and they had excuses as follows:
      1) blower speed is low.
      2) fan is not working efficiently.
      3) need to change the pcb.
      4) need to change the motor.
      5) still if the problem persists we need to change the compressor.
      6) need to check the condenser.

      I was unable to understand why these people were not able to diagnose these problems when the air conditioner was in warranty period. It looks like they were waiting for the warranty period to get over and then diagnose so that their visits and repair work become chargeable. As soon as i received a call after registering a complaint their first sentence was “this visit would be chargeable”. It was then i noticed what their plan was by not diagnosing these problems before. The recent visit from an engineer from your service centre was appropriate as he checked the ac thoroughly and specified a defect in the product. He assured me that it will be repaired in two days’ time. Well i am writing to complaint that i am not interested in getting my product repaired rather since it is a defective piece i demand a new working piece in replacement. I believe you will look in to the matter and help me get another new piece. I am really disappointed the way everything was handled. First the technician doesn’t turn up on the specified date and when i call your repair centre nobody seems to understand the problem. It’s been almost a year and i am not able to use the air conditioner.
      I need reolution to the following problems asap
      1) no cooling.
      2) water drops from internal unit.
      3) noise while operation
      4) odour while operation.
      I hope you will take the necessary action for the same.

        I raised the complaint vide email dtd 17 oct 2017 to m/s samsung. I am an exserviceman ex-chera (Jco), marine engineering professional from indian navy. I have purchased split air conditioning unit on 06 april 2014 from m/s croma, electronic megastore, at infinity retail ltd, thakur shopping mall & multiplex, near dahisar check naka, thane. The details are as follows:

        1) model no - ar12fc5uaebn
        2) invoice no - slf02a[protected] dtd 06/04/2014

        As a lenient customer, i was under impression that the coil is made out of copper. When the warranty was finished i called mt known technician from m/s hitachi. He brought to my notice that the cooling coil of the ac unit is made up of aluminium and not of copper material. As a engineering professional. The life durability of aluminium material coil for freon gas media and atmospheric sea worthy condition is very short. The ac unit was in operation from end may 2014 to oct 2017, which is about 3 years 05 months. Gas leakage due to failure of condenser coil poor material in such a short period is not acceptable. It is a case of cheating to customer by installing wrong type of material in the condenser coil and not following bis standards. There is violation of engineering practices and using non standard material in ac condenser unit, hence it violation of bis is 10773 and ac unit bis code[protected]. Please find attached email correspondences with m/s samsung from oct 2017 to 18.04.2018. M/s samsung has given negative reply on telecon however not given anything in writing or by email.

          My references no is 1176873. I called to get my fridge repair on 23 april. They said that they will send in 24 april at 10.30 am but entire day went off and the technician didn't turn up. When i called the girls on the phone were very rude and said you want the technician or not else get the repair done somewhere else. Am still waiting for the technician nobody turned up.

            I bought samsung c7pro from croma goregaon oberoi mall on 2nd april.
            On the day of purchase, its power key was dyfunctional. It was working sometimes and sometimes it was not working. I reported this issue within 1 day of purchase to croma, which didn't listen to my complaint and misbehaved.
            I reported to samsung which after lot of arguments, finally took away handset for inspection on 13th april and returned as it is on 17th april stating no fault found.
            On 19th itself, again power key starting non-functioning with charging too was not working. I reported to samsung which again asking me to visit service center.
            This harassment on my money is still continuously that they are not ready to replace their faculty product rather want me to continue running pole to pillar. I have made video of power key button failure and mailed it to samsung ceo on 23rd april. Still no replacement provided. Kindly help me with refund of my money and also compensation on this harassment.

              I have purchased samsung led (24') on 22 apr 18 and requested for installation of led to samsung customer care vide product request number. [protected]. Samsung service provider was contacted on 23 apr 18 for installation, they console me that installation will be done by 23 apr 18. I contacted service provide several times but there mob no. [protected] became swith off after 5 pm. I am very disgraced from the service provider at patna location because if they are unable to provide service in stipulated time atleast they must inform i will have done the installation form any other source provided in the marked.

              Pls after the matter and concerned service provider be cautioned for the same to maintain the company reputation in market.

                I regret to inform you that now your company samsung is manufacturing the low quality product or there is a manufacturing defect in my purchased mobile phone “samsung galaxy j7 pro (Sm-j730gm/ds) ”. Let me tell you in detail why i wrote the above words.

                I have purchased a samsung mobile j7 pro two months back, within 1st 7 days i found very light pink spot on my display which increased day by day then speak with your customer care they advise me to go to service centre to show and get the fault rectified. I requested her to send some to my place get the phone picked and even i was ready to pay the charges for the pick and drop but she denied, so i took the short leave and went to your service centre located in gurgaon, haryana which is around 18 km from my office i reached to your service centre by 1800 hrs and i was shoked to see the lock on the door, in spite of the fact that before taking the short leave i confirmed from your executive about the timing and address of the service centre i was informed that your service centres are working till 1900 hrs. Next day i took the half day from my work and went to your janakpuri, delhi centre, they changed the display of my phone and erase my mobile data.

                Today i found the pink spot again on the same place on my mobile display and its not even 15 days when my mobile display got changed by your janak puri delhi service centre.

                I am regular customer of samsung product (Led, washing machine & refrigerator, mobile) since last so many year i 1st samsung mobile phone is samsung r220 since that day i am with samsung but this type of low quality product was never expected by samsung.

                You are requested to instruct your concerned staff to replace my mobile phone with the new one.

                  Hi i have purchased top loaded fully automatic washing machine.. This machine is not cleaning clothes at all. After multiple complaints and engineers visited, still it is not cleaning cloth. Every time engineer visits the place but they don't give right feedback to company. Mr umang from call center very aggressive not taking any complaints of customers. It has been told multiple time. We have another same type washing machine cleaning cloth properly.. But new one is not cleaning at all.. [protected] is ticket number.. No clue what is going on.. Past one week is gone no developmen.

                    My mobile not working properly. Modal (Samsung J7 Max ).i have warranty on my mobile. Last month 31/03/2018 .i gived my mobile in BHIMAVARAM Samsung services center. They told me it will be taken 7 working dayes. But still now they can't repair my mobile and they can't answer me properly. I[censored] also not consider my compliment I will to go to consumer court on this issue.

                      Here i m dr.rahul ramesh chaudhari from nashik, maharashtra..i purchased my samsung refrigerator on date 25th august 2017...now 7 mths completed up to date...my customer care reference number is [protected].refrigerator is single door having model number RP24M289YR2. and product serial number is OAAP4ZAJ800217R of 230 lit. capacity. i registered my complaint to customer care on 17th april 2018 about cooling system fault, they send engineer..he told that we have to change coil and refilling gas in it. up to date no one contact with us about it. MY REFRIGERATOR IS WITHIN A WARRENTY PERIOD.plz take complaint seriously and give a proper solution.

                        Hi,

                        I have called Samsung call center regarding my refrigerator malfunction. It is under warranty and service engineer came and change parts. After 2 hr. same problem arise. He came again next day after repetitive calling he came and did nothing. on 3rd day he came and ask to take refrigerator. Now am frustrated . I called 7-8 times on india customer care and numerous time to this engineer. Now they are telling part will come after 3 days. Sheer drama and no clear information. I have 2 small child at home, How can we survive without freeze in this summer?
                        Do not expect from Samsung.

                          I recently purchased a 1.5 ton ac from reliance digital aashima mall Bhopal. But during installation it was found that 1 ton ac outdoor unit was packed in 1.5 ton box. Model no of both indoor and outdoor unit was different & they are incompatible. This is a clear manufacturer defect.i consulted the store but their response is very slow & frustrating.

                            Hi.. I bought Samsung phone from shop. Samsung.com on 12th April as it was committed that phone will be delivered in 2-4 days. Order no.[protected]. I am following with Samsung support team everyday, but getting only reply that they are awaiting revert from their backend team. Its already 9 days gone and i am asking them any information, they are giving only single answer.. I haven't seen such pathetic and unprofessional team in my entire life. Still i have no idea where my phone is.. I just request you to please cancel my order and refund my money immediately. Shop. Samsung is fraud website to loot people with third class support.

                              I have been using samsung side by side refrigerator since 2014.
                              However since past 6 months i have been facing very low cooling on the freezer side of the fridge.
                              I placed the complaint at that time and the technician changed a part and it started working but only for a month. The same issue arose again and when i placed the complaint again, the technician visited and informed me that the service centre has changed in kanpur and they do not take any responsibility of the work done by the previous service centre.
                              They again changed the same part which worked for 15-20 days after which the same thing is occuring. I have paid twice for the same issue but still have no proper resolution. Adding to that, this new service centre tookmore than 25 days to bring the part which had to be replaced.
                              Again i filed a complaint on 19/04/2048 which was attended by two different technicians and after their visit now even the fridge side has stopped working completely. They have ruined the entire fridge in this extreme summer time.
                              When i contacted the service centre i was not given any response

Fir usko daraya ki parsal me kuch ni nikla to usne kaha ki ye no btao parsal kaisa h vaighare... Uske bad 1 bande ne phn kiya ki me crime branch se bol raha hu apki complain darj ki jayegi ap hme ye information btaye... Jaise ki parsal kaisa tha... Uske no... Etc. Pr mene parsal receive hi ni kiya tha isliye usko phn pe bat krne se mna kr diya. Usne kaha me delivery boy aur 2 police valo ko vahan bhej raha hu vo enquiry kr lenge sab. Unhone aesa isliye kiya q ki unko paisa mila ni tha 4000. So unko ye doubt tha ki mene parsal received hi nahi kiya. Ab crime branch vale ka no:- [protected]. Insab karan se samsung ki image kharab hoti h. So i inform u. Plz take strictly action against them.

                                  I have raised request for refrigerator problem on 20th april 2018 and have been calling customer care daily for service but no action taken till date.. I'm so much disappointed with the service and every time i call they have given me service number on daily basis with out realising that they have not attended the previous customer request.

                                    I installed first time samsung split ac from nearby service center.
                                    On 19 april 2018
                                    Service agent no. [protected] (R k enterprises), chhatarpur
                                    Agent came to home and they are (Two) boys who came to install.
                                    They do not have proper drilling machine, so they increase the pipe length (Copper pipe) for which i have to pay extra charges,
                                    And during welding the gas pipe they make two burn spot on outdoor unit.
                                    And they did not check compressor gas and ask for payment.

                                    They said we have checked it. It will cool after some time.
                                    Took payment and gone away.
                                    Now they are not responding

                                    Now samsung msg me your ac installation request is cancelled.

                                      Tizen store must be updated. Because it is becoming much difficult for using it. So please update the application. Am using samsung tizen z3 model. Very less applications in the tizen store. It is also not much useful for education purpose. I am a student and feeling too difficult to use for education purpose. Facing a no. Of problems with this store applications. Even ghana is not working at all. My galaxy application is not much used because it giving breaks while listening songs provided in that.

                                        I had purchased a samsung microwave convection model mc28h5025vl/tl on 25/04/2017.

                                        The microwave was generally not in use as my family had not joined me in hyderabad.

                                        The microwave used to stop working when used in convection mode. I called the customer care about the problem and was informed that it's a safety feature that the microwave stops working which i thought could be correct.

                                        The issue used to occur multiple times when using the convection mode. Never happened in grill mode.

                                        Logged a complain on 9 nov 2017 [protected]. Service guy comes and tweaks something and informs that the issue would not occur.

                                        Not used the microwave in convection mode.

                                        Again the problem of microwave switching off in convention mode.

                                        Logged a complain again on 5 april 2017 [protected]. Service guy comes and tweaks again.

                                        This time while checking found the grill also switches on when using convention mode.

                                        Logged a complain on 13 april 2017 [protected] informed that the microwave will be taken to the service centre for testing on saturday 14 evening. I asked as sunday would be an off for the service centre can the microwave be picked on monday as it would not be worked till monday and if there would a standby machine be provided.

                                        The service manager asked to let them pick the microwave on saturday 14 evening and assured me that it would be returned on monday 16th evening.

                                        I was happy with the assurance of the service manager.

                                        Today is sunday 22, i have not yet received any update nor any attempt has been made by the service center to contact me. The numbers provided on the claim form are not working or no one pick up the call[protected] /[protected].

                                        I tried calling the call center on 19th thursday and was informed that they will check and arrange a callback but the same has not happened till know.

                                        If someone can please look into this and also share why false commitment are made and customer not informed about the status.

                                        In continituity, I did recieve a call from Abhishek.

                                        He informed me that some cavity painting had been done to fix the issue.

                                        I informed him that I was informed by the servic center that device was ok and the same can been seen from the attached document which has not even been filled completely.

                                        I want to know what exactly has been done with the device and why I had not been informed/ shared any update throughout the thime when the Microwave was at the service center from 14 -24.

                                        I have two statements one made by the Service Center ( The device is ok, As per the new model, in Convection mode both the Convection and Grill icon come up. The device could not be delivered for past few days as our delivery van has gone for service.)
                                        Note: The manual says only convection icon will lit up along with the temp

                                        Abhishek from corporate office ( “You have the device please use it and reach out to me directly if you face any problem”)

                                        As a customer, I am only asking what to believe as I have been given different stories.

                                        Do I have the right to know what was done to the device as the attached document does not say anything about any problem. It says device is ok.
                                        If the device is ok, why did it take so much time.

                                        And if what ever the case, why as a customer I was not informed any time.

                                        I had to call up the Customercare as the number on the claim form for the service centers were not answered. The customer care mentioned sendind a reminder to the service center and that I would be recieving a call back which never happened.

                                        I asked Abhishek for the Esclation Matrix and was informed the same can not be shared.
