I am continuously doing follow ups and complains to samsung toll free customer care since 6th march. I have purchased ac in last may and its is under waranty period. I had offered 3 free services but till date no service has been provided. Currently my ac is not giving cooing, so i had registered complaint with toll free customer service. Based on my continuous follow ups following is the plenty of complaint referance no. But no one is coming...

They took my washing machine on 11 feb 2018 and said with in 24 hrs they will give it back. But it's been a month they are list bother to give it back and after multiple follow ups they are giving some or other reason. They are not ready to give my washing machine (Without servicing also).
