I have an overseas galaxy s7 (Purchase date june'17) the display broke in feb'18 and i went to an authorised service center in thane, who denied processing my services saying they do not repair overseas products. Then i contacted the customer care team who in turn asked me to visit another service center (Micro services, thane, maharashtra).

I visited then, but to my surprise even they told me they donot repair an overseas product. I got mad, but when i showed the email from the customer care asking me to take the phone to micro services, only then they acceptes the phone. But they were behaving very rudely and weirdly with me (Just bc i had an overseas product) which maybe they did not want to go through the hassle and repair.

Finally after many complaints they repaired the phone and called me to collect my phone - supposedly completely repaired (Display glass, back glass, lcd changed) on the 9th march'18.

When i went there to collect the phone, the touch pad wasn't working at all. They made me wait for 2 hours and said it was some minor issue-loose fitting from their side and verbally assured it wont give no more troubles again.

Btw i have paid rs. 10, 763/- for the lcd display, backglass.
And yet the touch wasnt working when i got the phone.

On 26th march, the touch stopped working  completely. I again went to the service center (Who were, not so surprisingly annoyed at the same overseas product coming to them again, and obviously rude as well) made me wait for a  lomg time again and not ready to tell me what the problem is.

After almost an hour they tell me they will have to check the phone. I got infuriated sayimg what did they do for the past hour and their answer was handlimg other customers. So inshort wasting my time.

These guys are just harrassing me.
I tried making complaints to the customer care team (Ref no: [protected] and [protected]) and tried to escalate the complaint but did not get a satisfactory response from them as well.

I again had a word with 1 of the engineers at rhe service center who confessed/agreed that the touch pad problem was there and wasnt completely solved the last time. And they had just "managed" the problem for that time

Amazing. Like in the previous complaint i mentioned that i got the phone repaired for the 2nd time in 17 days and got it back om the afternoon of 29th March. Today "31st March the touch stops working again.

Isn't this amazing service from an authorised 'service center' that the same problem arises within 17 days for the 1st time and then again in 2 days of repairing.

The service Center guy now is sayinh that i have to chance another part- some bracket.
And they found out this issue now.
Mahn when they repaired the phone for the same problem twice, they did not know about this problem ??
Or they are just looting me ?
Shame on Samsung and their inefficient customer care team and authorised service center people.

Got a call from a guy from a "supposedly delhi office" asking me about the complaint. After a good 20-25 minutes of conversation he tells me that he aint authorised to solve my situation as its been taised to a higher authority and some Mr. Sandeep Singh is handling my case. But i havent heard back from Mr. Sandeep Singh since out last conversation on 30th March wherein he told me he'll get back to me. 4 days is a long time to get some details and call back, ain't it ??

    Dear sir/madam,

    This is to bring to your notice that on[protected], i bought a television set (Ua32k4300arlxl) from adishwar at the cost of (29, 500). However, i am sorry to inform you that the set is faulty. The problems are as follows:

    Firstly, its sound quality is very poor. Secondly, the picture quality is bad, tv had taken to the service for 6 to 7 times and lastly, they have changed the mother board & panel 3 times even the problem is not solved. Even though they have took the tv for 20days they could not solve the problem. Earlier too i had complained about this to you and was assured that your engineer would call up on me, but i have heard nothing since.

    As a result, now i wish to reject the goods and claim a replacement/refund. Kindly respond to my complaint as soon as possible

      Three weeks before i did s8 screen replacement at samsung authorized service center for change my broken screen. The request no. [protected] the problem is after screen replacement i got a red tint issue around entire screen then once again i contacted them they told me its not hardware issue but before the screen replacement my display was very good in white balance there would not be even pink colour at edges now the display is not good. One of my friend had recently replaced his s8+ screen in other authorized service center there was no problem like me im really unsatisfied with service even in authorized center not proper work done, i need to get recover from this issue.

        I have been visiting the Samsung service centre (B2X Service Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ) quiet a few times since I have bought the “SAMSUNG J7 PRIME”, This is the third time I am facing screen problem with my Samsung phone (same back light and touch problem). I have already visited the service centre on 25th March 2018, but Service Engineer said the service centre people does not repair the phone on Sundays, I was even ready to submit my phone but she denied, and asked to come on week days, then again I have visited on 27.03.2018 to get the ph checked and submit, and they told that the screen need to be replaced,
        I requested them to replace my mobile as this is the third time same problem I am [censored]ing, already 2 times they changed the screen and battery, but as per the service center people they sent the details to quality team but they said it is not a quality issue, so they can only replace the screen,
        If there is no quality issue then why I am facing the same lcd and touch problem again and again, I think this was my biggest mistake to choose Samsung, I lost my faith from Samsung, will never refer this brand to anyone.

          This mail Is Regarding of TV problem and same as well as Home theater(which was given home theater free for TV). I have Purchased the samsung TV 49MU7000 which is cost 108000/-RS on 26/12/2017. and till the date I have problem with sound and sometimes freeze the picture, and no one has been solved my problem till the date. further detail R/no: [protected], [protected] and few more reference was there, I have lost. Now all most 3 months and 2 days completed. Now no one has reverted to my problem. I have complaint to consumer helpline. As per consumer govt help line they asked me to send a mail to www.samsung.com. As per them I am bringing to your notice via mail. The local engineer every time he would come and he will set the sound and he will go off. again If I would turn off TV and Turn on the Tv again the same sound problem.Recently For Bluray DVD player he have changed the mother board. Even Though the same problem with sound and it is not coming for home Theater. He finalized that"s the TV Problem. it was was happen long back. I Have waited past 3 months, no one has taken a proper action against of my problem !! past 3 months 3 days, today I have received a call from your Head office Delhi and one of your lady Ms Nivedha (extension no:1633) was telling their engineers would be coming and change a board inside the TV.

          *Here my question is what were you people were doing these 3 months?
          *why don't you people did't take action with in these 3 months?
          *I have been waited 3 months very very patiently and you guys are simply telling that we will approve that changing inside the part means, How can I accept?
          *you made me to wait 3 months and at last changing inside main CPU boars means, How can I satisfy?
          * The Blu Ray DVD player board was changed now. Do you think that either it is working properly? no, It is not working properly, same problem i am facing again and again.
          * your guys already disproved about bluray DVD, now it is not detecting my pendrive in DVD player.
          * your senior Engineer or some other engineer has not visited my place and to find out the problem, but here only one person my local engineer use to visit to my home. he had taken 3 months time to take a Decision that would be a problem with TV.
          * Now if I you would obey to change inside TV board, how can I trust furtherly there would not be a problem or repair further to my tv? Already your guys are disproved about my bluray DVD player. How can I trust?
          * Even your engineers blindly saying that there was a Board problem inside TV. How do they think that exactly main CPU Board inside the TV? might be some other problem with some other part or some other connection right?
          *For this issue I have been waited 3 months, again you guys coming and changing the Board inside the TV, next again if I would face any problem " now you guys tell me, Again how month I suppose to wait'?
          * I am expecting approval new TV please. Kindly do needful for my case.

          At first when I have purchased this TV on 26/12/2017 I took this TV very safely in my car from Bangalore to Piler about distance 210 Kms expense of 3000/-Rs fuel. after opening the TV box by your Samsung service Engineer there was a broken tv inside. That TV pic also attached below. Kindly find the Attach... Again I took that same TV from Piler to Bangalore and again I got a new TV on 01/02/2018 I had taken new TV same shope and that bill also attached below. Kindly find the Attach. there was a revised stamp in that bill.. after that again I took that TV very safely to my home in my car again using 3000/- Rs expense of fuel. See here how much money I have expense for that TV. From there started I had a big headache and problem till the date.

          Purchasing samsung TV is my big mistake?Please tell me sir/ Madam? my parents are shouting like any thing( why did you purchase this TV) my parents are screwing my happiness. This Tv sound coming in home theater for about 5 seconds and 5 seconds in Tv. I have waited for about 3 months very patients for resolution, you guys are not yet resolved my issue. at last changing tv CPU board inside the TV means, I am not satisfied first of all !! because you guys are made me to wait for about 3 months means, really how irresponsible samsung company. NO ONE SHOULD NOT SUFFER LIKE ME. even we have our own feeling sir. you guys hurt me like me anything.. My neighbors are laughing at use. 1 Lakhs 10 Thousand rupees TV was repaired very soon like wise laughing at us sir.we are very shame in front of my neighbors, and we have some feelings sir. I don't know how you would be solve my problem, Kindly revert for my mail as soon as possible with out disappoint.

            I have purchased samsung c9 pro in june 2017. One evening all of sudden the internal display started vanishing and by the next morning it went completely. Upon checking with service centres they are asking me to pay 6000 approx for repairs.

            According to them it is physically damaged which i disagree as it is internally damaged and should be covered under warranty.

            Till date there is no positive reply from samsung and only one person is handling the case. As per him, he is last level of escalation in india.

            Is samsung this small that they dont have any hierarchy..

              Dear concerned,

              I had bought an AC from bajaj electronics hyderabad, while selling there was lot of misinformation which was given, secondly the installation was not done properly and there is no cooling, i have been lodging complaint for the last 5 days, three sets of people have seen and gone telling us that it is a gas problem someone will come and fill up. Finally today afternoon technician navin called me and told me in yhe next two hours he will comw and fill it with gas, we waited till evening seven, now when i am calling him he says that you contact customer service, they will send someone. Is this the response one should get from samsung, i am sorry i will henceforth think twice before i look at samsung, i hope some action is taken now atleast.
              The bill no is 1207/17G/S-64756 bought on 18.03.2018.
              So now it is 10 days and we are yet to feel the cooling of the AC.
              If not addressed i might of going to the consumer forum also.

                I purchased samsung on8 (Online) in september last year and i am not getting what's the problem with this device, it gets switched off and then i fail to switch it on for hours even if i charge it. Not only this, the brightness of screen goes dim automatically and within seconds goes bright and same keeps on repeating. Kindly help asap.
                I think getting samsung on8 has proven to my biggest mistake.

                  This complaint is being submitted on behalf of my 'client', sh. Virendra kumar, resident of g-1278, awas vikas-1, kalyanpur kanpur. (Mobile no: [protected])

                  He had purchased a samsung brand new refrigerator, for inr 21, 000/- only, bearing model number: rr24m274yr2/nl, on date 12th april, 2017 from m/s a. G. Marketing, showroom 110/5, opposite petrol pump, 80 feet road, kanpur, and having its head office at 104-a/5, ram bagh (Brahama nagar), near navyug nursing home, kanpur-208012.

                  Product invoice no miss/255 dated: 12-04-17, invoice copy is being enclosed for ready reference.

                  Ever since the fridge was delivered to above mentioned residence of sh. Virendra kumar ji, the fridge is not functioning properly, and it is developing ice even in the non-freezer compartment.

                  Immediately my client, sh. Virendra kumar ji complained the same to the supplier, from the where the fridge was purchased, but he was asked to contact samsung customer care as the complaints are attended by the manufacturing company, in this case, this is samsung india electronics pvt ltd.

                  Since then my client & his family members have made a numerous phone calls to samsung customer care, but the company representatives / engineers never provided the right solution.
                  Samsung technicians came a few times but kept on trying hit and trial method to resolve the issue, and assured the problem will be resolved after repair. They even replaced the thermostat once and confirmed to customer that the fridge is in ok condition, but still after few hours the fridge started showing the same issues.

                  Below is some list of complaint numbers which were registered at samsung electronics customer care:

                  Below are names of the some of the technicians who came to attend the complaint, but could not resolve the issue even once.
                  Mr. Suraj came from lucknow : mb: [protected]
                  Mr. Vikky & vinod came from kanpur.
                  Mr. Devender spoke on the phone, as senior manager, but the issue could not be resolved.

                  Also find enclosed the copy of acknowledgement of complaint slip.

                  By this time my client sh. Virender kumar ji lost his all faith in the company assurances and asked for the product replacement with a fresh piece since the problem was of nature of manufacturing defect and the fridge which was purchased as brand new, never worked like a new one and always caused problems.

                  The fridge is covered under one year warrantee, which is already going to expire on 12-april-2018.

                  The customer has gone through severe mental trauma & depression due to their hard-earned money is gone wasted in purchase of defective refrigerator for the price of brand new.

                  It is humbly prayed to the samsung india electronics pvt. Ltd., that immediate action shall be taken to give respite to the much-deprived customer of basic consumer rights. The fridge may kindly be replaced within two weeks of this complaint, or else legal recourse shall be taken against samsung india electronics pvt. Ltd.

                    I am here to complaint u that my samsung refrigerator was not working. We already gave complaint to audhorised company many times.. They were not responding to our complaint.                       This is with reference to my samsung washing machine bearing serial no. W0285pdd501847k whose extended warranty is till 08/06/2018. I had made a complaint for repairs on 17/03/2018 by complaint no. [protected]. Almost 10 days have passed and it is still not repaired. I am told that parts are not available. Not even 5 years are complete for this machine, the company has given a 10 years warranty for its motor, and am surprised that the company doesn't have parts for repairs. I am feeling cheated since it is under extended warranty the company is shrugging off from its responsibility of repairs. Neither the company is disclosing the service heads details nor reverting to my e-mail and telephonic complaints with proper explanation as to which part is wrong. I request your kind intervention and help.

                        Hi. This saurabh working with adobe systems in noida. I purchased a galaxy note 8 (Bill attached) from best buy in usa. I am a resident of india and after 2 months from the purchase i observed that the usb port of the phone was not functioning properly. Usb was not detected in any of the attached devices and the charging was also done in intervals. I then visited the nearest service center and after the observation they mentioned that it was a defected piece and the usb post was dysfunctional. They further mentioned that they can replace the port but it will take at least 15 days to change and also i will be charged for the same as i purchased the phone from usa. Its disappointing to see that samsung being such a big brand is not able to service well even with their flagships. I have always been a samsung loyal and purchased all the note series but this time i am very disappointed as samsung is charging me for something which is just unethical as the defect is in the set and no harm was done by me. The agents at the service center took full responsibility that it is a defect at the company's level but still they would charge me and keep the phone for 15 days to get it fixed. I used to fight and argue with people over samsung vs apple but now i can very well say that apple do have an edge only and only because of their service. I have attached the bill. I would want you guys to look into it and see if you could help me in any way as this is my first and very first complaint against samsung.

                          I have been an user of Samsung brand for over 8 years now and with its exquisite quality and after sales service Samsung has always allured me.
                          But this has changed with my recent experience with Samsung where I bought a Samsung J7 Max handset on 12th March, 2018 from Fundamental Electronics (authorized sales store of Samsung) in Kolkata. Right after I purchased the set, I came across several problem with camera and charging issue. While the Camera of phone was not capturing the pictures instantaneously, the phone was not getting charged properly. It was observed to get charged at around 8 in over 30 minutes time. Moreover there was some problem of the handset getting electrified while charging as well.
                          I immediately contacted the Customer Care over call and upon their testing over Smart Switch they had not been able to fix the issues. I was advised to go to Service Centre which I did on 14th March, 2018. I contacted the Samsung Authorized Service at Chinar Park in Kolkata and they updated the software to fix the matter temporarily. But the same occurred just a day after and I had to go to the service centre again for the same.
                          Upon checking back the handset I was told the issue was genuine and they would need to initiate the replacement. Hence I was asked to submit the box and other accessories to them. While the box and other accessories were submitted they came up with observation that the stickers with IMEI# were not on the box, while the same might had been torn while unboxing the handset by the sales store. But the personnel at the service centre-Jayanti Mukherjee and the others were not ready to listen and co-operate. The IMEI# could be tracked from the valid bill and the other stickers on the handset as well. Later I was told that, they have not had the approval from Samsung Team for the replacement of the handset as there were no stickers.
                          It stuck me to utter surprise and complete despair as a customer is denied of basic convenience for just the reason as the stickers were missing in the box!! The problems are genuine and this is the first time I came across any of such issues with any Samsung product, that I have had my full faith on. My experience and interaction with the service centre Team gave me an impression that, they were looking for some excuse to refuse the replacement despite the product was under 14 days service bracket of replacement, in case of any manufacturing defect.
                          I hence thought of bringing this to the attention of highest office in expectation of my concern being heard and addressed to my satisfaction at the earliest.
                          I was contacted by Samsung office the very next day and told to take the set back to service centre and submit for obtaining a DOA. Now the service centre Team came up observation that, there was some dent found on set which the set would not qualify for DOA. I had clear impression that, the intent of the service centre Team was to somehow find something in order to disqualify the set from being replaced. I am still struggling with the issue and the matter is open without resolution

I was contacted by a representative yesterday and firstly informed of pseudo dent on the set. They rejected the claim of replacement on that ground.                           Extremely poor service Samsung!!! Writing to your CEO's office even could not settle the matter to customer satisfaction.

                          I really do not know whom yo get in touch with. I am now very sure of my claim being rejected once more while there was no dent. Samsung Team is somehow trying to stop the issuance of the DoA which is a legitimate claim.
                          Lodging complaints here and writing to the CEO's desk did not expedite the matter even. I was asked to submit the handset to service centre which I did over last Saturday, yet no suitable response from Samsung!!!
                          I have now lost all faith and trust on this brand which I had been a brand user of so far.

                            I saw a bulge on the back side on my samsung a5 august 2016 phone, on my phone which has no physical damage. The back panel glass has bulged out, picture attached. I visited samsung service center in okhla, new delhi on 25/03/2018. The phone was inspected and i was communicated that there was a problem with the amount of current [power] being sent to the handset (A technical problem), which resulted in the battery being bloated. The service request no is [protected]. The floor manager ramdeep, expressed his inability to fix the issue without payment. I was also told about the cost of repair, which was high and makes no sense.

                            As a samsung user, my concerns:

                            1. How safe is my samsung a5 phone? What if the battery had exploded?

                            I have been particular about using only an original samsung charger to charge my handset and have at no point in time used any non-samsung charger.

                            2. If the phone motherboard has an issue and additional current is being given to the battery, why am i being penalized?

                            I urge samsung to resolve this technical issue with a faulty phone, without any cost implication on me.

                                We bought Tv for 1.8 lakhs and in tv there is no YouTube and Skype longer available our tv name is Samsung smart tv 7 series tv(UA46D7000) it is now just for name I.e smart tv And we bought Ac (AR18KC5HDTRNNA) and in less than 2 years it stops cooling and I’m very ashamed to buy Samsung products now
                                And we bought fridge and in 2 years it also stops cooling some internal parts have problem and I complain to Samsung service center they took 3-4 months to solve my issue

                                  I have purchased note 8 from hongkong after using for three month it automatically get dead not charging nothing no response from the phone when i took my mobile to the samsung customer care in india they told me they will charge 20, 000 to 22, 000 rupees to repair it i told them i got a international warranty still they say that if you want to get repaired in within warranty period you have to take it to hongkong not in india.

                                    All that i wanted is a original battery of samsung j2 hence opted to buy this from samsung e store

                                    They have mentioned that grand prime battery is compatible with j2, but when i received the battery i come to know this does not fit it.

                                    Then they have mentioned what model i carry is samsung j2 and grand prime battery is compatible with samsung j2 (2016) which i was not aware of

                                    I requested for replacement which is my primary request, incase they can not then asked for refund
                                    Samsung denied both as they can not replace nor refund. Which is unfair

                                      I bought an ac 9th march and i ordered installation from samsung only.
                                      The engineer came to install the a/c has damaged so many stuff mentioned below:
                                      1:- he scratched my wooden flooring.
                                      2:- he mounted the outdoor unit on my wall and that fell from the wall and my wall and the outdoor unit might have been damaged.
                                      3:- the engineer after the completion asked me the price for a/c-gas filling and then i asked the seller person (Samsung show room) who sold the a/c to me that why would i need to pay for gas filling and then he said you should not and then he did conference call to samsung sales head, engineer and me and that time enigeer told that he filled some (R-2) gas and sales head asked why did you fill r-2 it is not for that and then he told he has found a dented or broken part from where gas leaking and then sales head asked that how can this be possible that new ac has dented part but engineer said it is and he left

                                      Today i got a call from another samsung person ankit (Ph no [protected]) he clearly told me that he will not do anything if ac is working.
                                      I am saying that a/c might be working right now but why gas filling was required in new ac and why that part is damaged.
                                      Are you guys are selling a faulty product when i am buying the top model of a product.

                                      I want my a/c to be replaced or extended warranty for my a/c at least for 3 years.

                                        This mail is in reference to above mentioned compliant numbers which was made by me in last one month. I want to make your kind attention that very pathetic services received from you service center and please find below the issue in detail which i was facing:

                                        1- i had made a complaint on 17th feb. 2018 that the ice formation was not proper in my samsung refrigerator and on same day the complaint attended by your service engineer and they told me that there was some gas leakage problem. They refill the gas and charged rs. 350/- for visit charges and rs. 2300/- for gas refilling. (*but here i want to mentioned that both bill was without any gst bifurcation). (Complaint reference no. – [protected])

                                        2- on 17th march 2018 i had again raised a complaint that i am facing again the same problem which was resolve earlier on 17th feb. 2018 and on 19th march mr. Praveen had visited and suggest us to switched of the refrigerator for 2 hours and restart and check whether it was resolved or not. And please revert if the problem was not resolved. (Complaint reference no. – [protected])

                                        3- on 20th march 2018 we again called to mr. Praveen that the problem was not resolved and ice was not forming and he said that he will visit in evening but there was not response from there side and we had again contacted him. But he informed to us due to some work load he was not able to attend the same and will visit on next day.

                                        4- now there was problem begins just after one hour we got a text from your system at 6:51 pm on 20th march 2018 that your problem was resolved and you had paid rs. 354/- but my complaint was still not resolved and i do not had paid any money.

                                        5- on 20th march i had again force to raise the complaint through samsung call centre that i got fake resolution sms from samsung side as problem was still not resolved and also made the query that they had charged rs. 2300/- for gas refilling on 17th feb. 2018 but i got confirmation sms on 19th feb. 2018 from your system that you had charged only rs. 1156.40/- for gas refilling, but they charged me two times as mentioned in 1st point.

                                        6- again there was no response from samsung side and again i had contacted to your call center team on 21st march 2018 and try to get the status of my complaint but your call center team updated me that it will take more one day to resolve the issue. (Complaint reference no – [protected])

                                        7- on 23rd march 2018 i had again contacted to your call centre team as problem was still not resolved, but here there was some new story was begin. Now samsung call center executive told me that the sms you got on 19th feb regarding gas filling charges of rs. 1156.40 was wrongly sent as there system was not up to date due to gst. And they said your compliant was resolved which was raised by you on 17th march in regards of ice formation.

                                        Please note down my below specific query:
                                        A- is samsung system was really not updated in regards of charges due to gst implication by central govt. Of india?

                                        B- is there was a process to close the complaint without taking customer feedback?

                                        C- is there was process that your team was not responding after raising compliant thrice for a same issue?

                                        D- is your authorised service centre was allowed to give any bill without gst bifurcation?

                                        E- i want the resolve my complaint by tomorrow?

                                        F- i want that samsung service team refund the money back that they charged to me extra (Difference of charges given by me and charges confirmation given your system through sms)

                                        G- i also want what samsung people was doing from last 7 days and not able to resolve my complaint due same i lost my food which i have to kept in freezing point to keep in good condition.

                                        H- *please find attached copy of bill given on 17th feb. 2018 which was charged to me without any gst bifurcation.
