Since i have purchased 32" led in july 2017, i did not got the installation of led due to living on rent, now i want to install the same in my own house. I have been asked to pay rs.600/- for the same which is un-understable. Why should i pay when i am getting it first time, so big company like samsung is doing all this, this is completely harassment to me

    Recently i bought a product from samsung online shop. I have place black device by mistake and immeditaely i raised a request to change the color of the device. Even they acepted it, but i received a black device. And when i call them back, they are saying we saw your request sir, but we cant do anything now. Guys please dont buy from samsung online.       Sir,
      I had purchased a refrigerator made by samsung nearly 3 years ago. After some period of successful working, it got some problem. I contacted samsung customer care, one of the company representative came and rectified the same.in the process of rectification of refrigerator, he burnt the foam of lower-back part of the fridge, surprisingly, fridge started working. So, i ignored the burnt story. With the due course of time, all things were going fine. Some 25 days ago, my fridge stop working normally. Therefore, i called samsung customer care and another representative came and to my surprise, he said that this fridge could not be repaired again because of the same burnt foam lower back part and if they do then they would not be able to pack the same. It can be processed at thailand only. Please help me out by repairing my fridge so that i can use it. Otherwise, my hard earned money go into vain. I am waiting for your positive reply.

        I bought phone on 25th march and 2 days later it resulted screen problem and even not working. Intimidate on 27th we went to its service center and they checked confirmed that it is having actual screen issue and set is confirmed to be replaced. At that time i was not having complete accessories and went next day and they told that phone is all right now and to be taken back. As phone can be replaced within 14 days, we not sure when this will reoccur again!
        Phone still lying at store more than 4 days and they even did not make jobcard.

          Sir 25 day ago i bought the galaxy s8 and i totaly unsaticefied to this phone because of batary life is short when i fully charge it then it run only 3 to 5 hours only i feeling so unhappy beacuse i buy it 53900 rupees and now what i get. And its not enough and i store my all official document in samsung own app secure folder and few days later i went to samsung care alwar (301001) rajasthan india and i update android version in oreo and now there is nothing in this app and there showing only my screen wallpaper. I went samsung care again and i tell them all my problems and they are refuseing to me and saying that you dont store any data.. Thats why i am totally unsaticified to product and service..!!

            I bought a samsung wf600u0bhwq washing machine on 12/06/2015.
            This developed noise and i called the toll free no.[protected] on 28/03/2018 and they told me that my machine is under warranty and arranged a technician and promised that there will be no charges. Technician arrived in one hour and said the drum shaft is broken and it will cost rs. 12, 500/-. He charged me rs. 295/- for his visit.
            I opened the machine and found that the alloy brackets got oxidized and failed. I managed to fabricate ss brackets and fixed the machine in one day. I spend only rs. 1, 000/- and ss will not oxidize and perish.
            1. Oxidization in soap water is the result of wrong material. (I use ariel soap powder for front loader.) it is a manufacturing defect. Please consider for future products.
            2. Service charge offered was shocking. (Despite the promise of no charge)
            3. Technician’s visit charge despite the promise of no charge is objectionable.

              Poorest customer service of samsung!!

              I had bought an ac two days back and there is no cooling. I have been lodging complaint since yesterday evening on customer care. Three different people have been telling us that someone will come and sort this issue. I waited till seven in the evening and no one has turned up. Is this the response one should get from samsung.
              I hope some action is taken now atleast.

                  I am using samsung led tv (F5100) purchase down 2013. But 3 days back it is screen will become white and having audio only. Regarding this issue i just called samsung toll free number and book the complaint ([protected]) early morning 7 a. M[protected].. At 9 o'clock i got an sms that shows the work is assigned to a person named abhin with his mobile number. Suddenly i contacted him and ask his time when you reach my home. He told me i will be reached their afternoon. Morning to evening, in my house my mother is the only one person present. So i took a leave and reached home sharp 1 o'clock. I just waited for 7 p. M n contacted me. So i just call him then i got a reply that the work is assigned to another one and he ask me "did not yet another person come"?. Today[protected] i called the manager (Renjith) and ask the approximate time for saturday. But he is also saying will try. I cant understand the idea behind this? I am totally ashamed of purchasing samsung products.

                    My name is davinder singh from jalandhar. I have a samsung j7 prime mobile. Its ear speaker was damage so i was reach your samsung service centre. I submitted my mobil to service centre. When next day i reached samsung service centre they give me my mobil with bill. When i looked at bill then i shocked to see that your employees were not only changed ear speaker also update it's software without my permission and included charges in my bill. When i asked about updation of software they said that mobil camera was not in work and that's why we update its software and they added charges in my bill. Will you tell me why i pay charges of your mistake. If camera was not work that is your mistake in work why you take charges from customers. Its very bad thing of your service employees.

                        Developed cracks _camera samsung galaxy c7 pro

                        With due regards this is to bring it to your kind notice that, i have purchased samsung galaxy c7 pro on feb 12th, 2018

                        Fes days back, after i disconnected the charging point from mobile set as i have a take a snap of document in office and when i tried using camera, it was not functioning properly. When i have turned and saw the camera, its shocking and surprise for me to witness camera developed cracks at its own.
                        1. Mobile not fallen down
                        2. Mobile not damaged due my negligence or wrong usage
                        3. It developed cracks at its own when i have seen after i disconnected the mobile from charging point

                        Not sure, how branded samsung camera develop cracks at its own. Not sure its due to charging temperature etc...

                        In the evening i have reached out to nearby samsung customer service centre ([protected]) at jayanagar, bangalore. To my dismay i have to experience the following :-

                        1. Service staff says its a physical damage
                        2. Does't come under warranty
                        3. Manufacturing defects only comes under warranty
                        4. Estimation for the repair of the same would be approx rs.8350/-

                        I have explained the staff about my experience of how i have come across cracks in the camera. I have told them when i took it out after charging, i found cracks developed in the camera at its own. Customer care staff not ready to listen to my sincere truth and they say we can't help it.

                        Secondly, after my repeated requests they have given me the document attached called "acknowledgement of service request" stating we can't give other than this document.

                        Sir, please go-through the document, no where it says the camera brought physically damaged and hence its out of warranty. To my dismay just see the content for which am signing the document stating "certified that above job has been done to my satisfaction where-in am un-satisfied customer. When tried reaching customer care manager, he was not available and staff is not sure about when he is likely to come back. All the content of the document issued is not at all related to the problem been brought to the notice of staff.

                        Hi Received calls from Samsung team today but I have got it resolved this through local service engineer by paying Rs, 400/-. Felt like as we do take second opinion from doctors for some of our health issues, we do have to take a second opinion for the products too so that we will not spend money unnecessary for incorrect diagnosis of product issues. Suggested samsung team to look in to the way complaints been handled with out examining the product for correct problem. They positively responded.                         I am not satisfied the way the concern is handled by the team

                        1. Hand set was not checked by service engineer.
                        2. Coupon boy and customer executive decided that the hand set is physically damaged.
                        3. How can your team say with out examining the same.
                        4. Simply having look at the handset and camera and cracks how can they make out this is physically damaged?
                        5. No examination or check by service engineer
                        6. They have not even checked whether its camera developed cracks (or) lens cover developed cracks
                        7. Simple look, physical damage of camera and Rs, .8300/- charges???? How ridiculous it is?
                        8. You have made your opinion based on the document given by your customer executive and which is sent by me to you along with my first mail.
                        9. That document itself is not relevant. Is any service engineer signed that document stating the same????

                        Very sorry to say all above as am the customer experienced this. You people have to follow the processes set with by samsung but also you have to be in the shoes of customer or consumer to understand the concern too.

                          I purchased samsung j7 pro date-16/10/2017 from the mobile world rewari. I have been facing keyword touch problem from 06/12/2017. I submitted and complaint regarding this problem. They change folder, mother board and software update again & again. Three times with job sheet and 3 times without job sheet. Your technical engineer monu yadav puzzle, they change folder etc. Change again. They commit me every time for better solution but i am still facing same problem. After tried total 6 times the situation is same. So i cannot gonna receive the same handset from 22/03/2018. So please initiate my refund as per invoice immediately. From last three days i have been communicated with miss kamna regarding same problem but still not get any solution or satisfactory answer. She only says wait wait or wait every time. I already mailed invoice to miss kamna as per she need. My last job sheet no,.-[protected]

                              I have purchased samsung refrigerator in oct'17, currently ice is melting and getting licked in vegetable box. I have also called to samsung toll free number and tried to resolve issue as per his guidance. However issue is not resolved. After which we have called technician of samsung, he has charged rs. 300/- for visit but issue is not resolved yet.

                              Samsung is very trusted brand and using different product of samsung since long, however i am very disappointed with this incident and request you to kindly send some experienced staff to resolve.

                                This is murali from chennai.

                                I want to vent my samsung experience because i am too frustrated with a samsung product and their customer service. I purchase a reasonable expensive (Over 45, 00 rupees) note 5 smart phone on 08/24/2016 because i thought it would be better then the ordinary smart phones and i liked the product i had. After one year o[censored]sage exactly on 12/28/2017, i got issues in the screen and i went to samsung service center in valluvar kottam branch, chennai and get it rectified by repacing with dispaly for 10, 500 rupees. After rectified it was working fine for 3 months and exactly on march 28 2018 there was display patches in purple color in my mobile. As a customer i was shocked and suprised (Frustated too), i was little nervous and tried to reach the service center over phone (This was the number[protected] and i tired calling them agagin and again and no response. I am like, i am in the middle of the desert at that time. I was in office doing my work and not sure what action i had to take, later in the evening on the same day 28 march 2018, i called samsung service center 1800 40 samsung and registered my complaint (And asked whether it will cover in the 3 months warranty, the executive over the phone helped me to get in touch with the service center very next day morning to check for the warranty).

                                Next day that is 29 march 2018, i step into service center and explained the detail, the execute from the center explained me it has passed the warranty period by 1 day, however we will talk to our asm to check whether we can cover in the warrantly and moreover he aslo recommed me to spak to samsung customer care 1800 40 samsung to request to rectify in the warranty period itself. Now from my end i have been trying explain my situation to service executives and the executive finally mentioned that as per samsung norms we will try our best with discount or something for which i am not happy with that. Since, exactly on 90th day the dsiplay got an issue where i was far away from the service center (I was at my office which 24 kilometers away) at the best possible thing i got in mind was to reach the service center over phone if they answered my call and asked to visit the center i might have get the permission from my office and rush to the center but nothing like that happened.

                                Now, i am extremely dissppointed with the reply from the executive saying that as per norms we will rectify and warrantly period expired by 1 day. I already spent 45, 000 rupees for the mobile plus 10, 600 rupees for the replacement of the display and now again i have to spent 10, 600 rupees means its huge cost for me. So i politely request you to consider my case and please try to do it in the warranty waiver.

It has been almost 3 months a customer mobile is given for service and its servicing is yet not done. Customer is coming again and again for the mobile and deteroiting the shop name.                                       Hello,
                                      On data 30/03/2018 time - 08:40 am, i got notification regarding samsung mobile software update. While updating the software i found that mobile was automatically went on reset mode and after that i found that everything was erased from my device. My personal images, files, songs, contacts, screenshots etc. All went erased.
                                      Kindly revert me with satisfactory answer or i will go to police. I will take an judicial action against you.
