I have given my washing machine for a chemical wash on 6th april 2018 with the assurance that i will be getting it back within a day. It's been a week since i have given with absolutely no response from the samsung people.
Even after calling them multiple times, there is no response, and if if there is any they just say that the machine will be delivered afterwards.
Such terrible service is not expected from a company like samsung.
I was supposed to go out of station with my family and have changed the programme multiple times waiting for the washing machine to get delivered.
This has caused me great mental agony and suffering.
I request the concerned authorities to replace my washing machine with a brand new one immediately as such things are bought from our hard earned money.
There is absolutely no sense in taking back the old machine as the company has kept it for too long. The only solution is a replacement.

I submitted a complaint regarding my washing machine repair. Since it has been nearly a week since i gave the machine, (Which was supposed to be delivered to me within a day), i requested for a replacement of the machine.
Everyday i have changed my travel programme with the assurance from the samsung people that i will be getting the machine but it has not happened.

Regarding the replacement of the machine, i got a call from the samsung executive who informed me that the the machine will not be replaced and i can do whatever i want. Such high-handedness of the samsung company should not go unnoticed. I want nothing other than a replacement. The service of the company has caused me great mental agony and i request the concerned authorities to take stringent action against samsung.

I gave my washing machine for repair with the assurance of receiving it back within a day. It's been 10 days with absolutely no response from samsung people.
My unit was picked up on 6th april and the company claims that they picked it up on 9th april. Samsung should have the basic work ethics and should refrain from shamelessly lying to the customer. After calling several times, i get rude answers from the samsung executives, who don't even have the basic courtesy to speak properly to the customer. I demand a full compensation for my unit at the earliest possible.

    I ordered s3 frontier watch from samsung online on april 6th, they promised me to delivery with in 2 days but still now they didnt ship my product when i called customer support they are saying they dont know when they will ship, they are saying product is out of stock, but online it showing in stock. Worst response from samsung customer support they still didn't ship my product and they are saying they don't know when they will ship. My order id :[protected].

      Today i received a call from samsung agent she is offering me samsung j7 phone in just 3500 inr for marketing purposes. She is from dwarka and her cell number [protected] (Priyanka sharma) a fake call make to me. After some time she provided me her whatsapp number [protected] for sending my id card photo copy photo ect.

      Where i complaint such case.

        I have purchased samsung ac model no ar18nv3hftv from japan electronics indore. After installation i found and observed the gap in ac design. I am confused about it. When asked to dealer he told that samsung representative will visit shortly tosee this.. After that he has shown me the new ac with same issue and told that this is because of the design only.         I have purchased samsung ac model no. AR18NV3HFTV from Japan Electronics . After installation i found the ac body has gap in the structure . When asked to dealer he told that this is as per the company mold. I don't think taht the company like samsung left the product like this . Attaching photographs for reference

        Today also received call from customer care but useless and disappointed.
        What is the feedback after such follow ups . Please stop producing AC . You have no rights to manufacture this product if you are not able to make the proper design or molding .

          I had been facing problem with the Samsung refrigerator. There was no cooling in the lower door but the freezer part was working ok. I registered complaint and the person came and changed some parts and repaired it. after 2 months again faced the same problem, the mechanic came as sent by customer care changed some part again and charged 750/ like earlier. I paid twice for the same problem in February end.But after 10 days of repair I am facing the same issue. Cooling is not happening in the lower door. I dunn know what problem you pepl are addressing. Does the person who come to repair even know about actual resolution. Highly unacceptable from such brand. I expect urgent and serious resolution for this. If you people cannot solve the issue it's better to confront rather than charging people money again n again. Very poor service

            I bought samsung s7 edge in 38k rupees. We enquired in other shops and got to know that they sold the same phone in 30 k rupees with cash back offer of 5 k rupees. Later we discovered that the phone we bought had faulty sim card socket and the voice quality of the phone is also trash. This certainly means that they sold us a faulty piece. Please help me out.

              Dear sir!! I bought my refrigerator in april 2015 and only after two years around 25th march it stopped working... I complained to your lucknow service centre and they took the refrigerator to for repair. After two days they said it has manufacturing defect and you will be refunded money after depreciation of 44%. They are saying they will charge 22% depreciation for each year leaving the first year. I kept on arguing that leaving the first year... Its only the second year running and you shoould only take one year depreciation but they are not listening. Initially they were saying you will be refunded money in your account. They took cancelled cheque for the same for bank details. Now they have called me again that you will be given coupns and not mmoney as comapny policy has changed. The person talking from your service centre was highly rude and unapologetic about the whole incident and as if he is doing me a big favour inspite of the fact i am facing all the problem due to your low quality substandard product. I dont know how much business you are doing as a brand but such high headness with your customers will defentely kick you out of the market one day. Regards

                This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory service by your b2x service center. I handed over the mobile with job sheet number [protected] on april 06, 2018 at your branch r-30 & 31, plot no. 6-7, 1st floor, main road, vikas marg, shakarpur, delhi, 110092. And your staff member assured to deliver the mobile within two days, but failed to fulfill his promise.

                Not only has the mobile not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. I regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time. I never complained about any of your services during the past ten years. But this time it was a big letdown.

                  I am dr ajaz, i have submitted my mobile phone samsung j7 prime for repair at service center srinagar j&k on 28/03/18. My phone's battery was getting drained quickly. People at service center told me that my phone will be returned back to me with in one week. Now two weeks have passed and they are yet to return my phone. Irony is that the people at service center srinagar are not responding to phone calls properly. I called them many times from past 4 days so that i can know the satus of phone. Most of times they do not pick the phone. Three times they picked phone but they told me will call me back after 5 minutes to give status which they didn't.
                  This is absolute nonsense. They don't care for customers. I really regret why i bought samsung. Very very poor services.
                  Lot need to be done to improve services.

                  My phone is under warranty period and I have a problem with Samsung j7 max battery.

                  While charging its showing connected and disconnect at same time.

                  It's getting hot while no apps are running at background.

                  It's draining charge very fast .

                  All this start to happens after updating Samsung recommend software.

                    S9+ has been submitted on 05/04/2018 to mastercare services, borivali, mumbai. And its still with the service centre from the last 6 days.
                    Phone doesn't get on and needs to start with force restart or hard reset and again phone turns off again immediately. Service centre confirmed the same issue and got me reverted saying that the phone has major hardware issues and needs to be repaired i. E. Motherboard needs to be replaced.
                    How can i bear to accept the faulty phone repaired which is not even used for 20 days. I had pre booked the phone and got the delivery of the phone on 15/03/2018. No customer spends so much for such a high ended premium phone of the company to receive a faulty phone from the company.
                    After writing a mail to the ceo and the technician team of the company, got a call from the head office on 06/05/2018, requested to wait for one day to help us to serve better. Got next call after 3 days i. E. On 09/04/2018, requesting to wait more and for the phone replacement confirmation and intimating the service centre for phone replacement.
                    On 10/04/2018, got a call from mr. Pawan chauhan (Email id: pawan. [protected]@partner. Samsung.com), denying replacement and asking me to accept the repaired phone or else asked me to proceed further with the consumer complaints.
                    This is the customer service which the representative of the company gives to the premium customers?
                    I am hard core samsung lover and all my products at home are of samsung, but now i am losing faith from the company by providing such a harassment.
                    My phone is already with the service centre from 05/04/2018. What the use of buying the high ended premium phone of samsung. Even the small companies replaces the phone for minor issues but samsung being the top most trusted brand is harassing the customer for trusting the company with buying the premium products which i received faulty.
                    I want a new replaced phone as i cannot accept the faulty repaired phone.
                    I will be liable for compensation for such a harassment and warranty extension too if it gets delayed more.

                      Purchase samsung galaxy j2 pro on 29/10/2017. When i'm using this device i realized it was defect piece. I visit the samsung care they are processing for replacement but they can't give me standby phone.                         I have been ordered combo of 64+128 gb micro sd card from www.theshoppingdealz.com, i received a fake 128gb samsug sd card + 64gb data traveller, but everything in it was fake, the 128gb sd card is not 128gb the skin over it peeled out and inside it was 64gb micro sd.                           My refrigerator bought from city electronics ghaziabad dated 10.11.2015
                          Product description: samref rt50h5809sl/el-ref-ff was not cooling properly for a day so a complaint was made to your centralised customer care on 9.4.2018. A technician came and after inspection said that the refrigerator's compressor is working fine but that there is a shortage of gas and the starting kit has some minor defect as well and he will come next day to repair the same,
                          Next day some other guy by the name of shahrukh came and repaired soon after he was gone there was a big blast at the refrigerator, machine parts so strong as to cut the power supply of the entire house, we called him again that very moment and when he came he said now the compressor has been damaged and some senior person will come to replace that.
                          We afterwards have made repeated complaints to customer care as well as the service centre numbers but all in vain. Nobody is responding and to add fuel to fire they are so insensitive and arrogant that they aren't ready to cooperate by providing the numbers of superiors.

                            I was visited sevoke road siliguri service center on 07.04.2018 12:00PM to repair my j7 prime mobile. Anand lepcha told me that the shop is closed for the day we will not giving any token for the day and told me that please come on Monday 09.04.2018 in between 10:00AM to 8:00PM we will check. on 09.04.2018 I was visited to service centre at 07:00pm Anand Lepcha repeating the same dialogue that today we have closed to giving any token. You have to visit tomorrow...the lady sitting beside entrance and Anand Lepcha loughing on me...Is it a professional behavior... I will lodge a complaint against the service center to consumer forum.

                              I had visited so many time on urs sevice centre in metro plaza meerut repeatedly for same reason 'displayed get loosend' but no satisfactory work is done yet.So if problem is unrepairable replace the handset or i go for legal option as i m freudup from services, all u r staff in centre r busy gossip.

                                  Bought samsung c7pro from oberoi mall croma goregaon. Its power button not functioning well. Ear phones challenge. Phone goes blank for some half an hour.
                                  All i am getting is calls from samsung and stating they wont replace it.
                                  Its sheer harrassment
                                  And i need to be compensated now for this nonsense. Not just replacement of phone but a compensation for harrassment and delay in providing solution.

                                    I want to vent my samsung experience because i am too frustrated with a samsung product and their customer service. I purchase a reasonable expensive samsung phone c7 pro {imei - [protected], hsd code[protected]} of rs. 24900/- on 7th october from you. Since the day i bought this phone, my life is hell because i have discovered that the phone has the problem of auto call, automatic switch off and on, hang, camera vision, speakers not supporting, otg cable not supporting, no voice in video call etc. More which i cannot determine and all these problems causing my life pathetic & hell.
                                    The [consumer rights act / sale of goods act 1979] makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. I had visited service center multiple times sparing my job & personal life times with no proper satisfactory response from the service centre employees as due to warranty they had changed phone’s mother board 4 times with 2 job cards and still the condition is same. When i came to ask for escalation numbers & wanted to talk with branch manager each & every time they had revert that manager is not available & they have no escalation matrix. Are these catastrophic responses from service centre are aiming us that now samsung have no values for their customers. I and my whole family is using most of samsung products & with such feedbacks it is an indication that we all have to boycott samsung product & suggest same to our colleges, friends, family members which hopefully will make image distraction.
                                    Major points to be highlighted in aspect of service centre drawbacks that even they do not respond to the calls on their helpline no:- [protected] and even do not intimate to the customer for their phone status due to which i need to visit care multiple times which is waste of any one’s personal life time and responses are that part is not available after some talks part was immediately available which mean they were making fool of customer.
                                    As you are in breach of contract i am entitled to have the phone replaced or refunded as soon as possible because my daily life schedule is on my current phone. I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for my phone to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.
                                    I look forward to hearing from you and enclosing the snapshot of mobile bill, 2 job cards.

                                    Even your Samsung Head office people are trying to make fool o[censored]s. Since the day I posted my this complaint over this portal I was in touch with Rupendri ( Senior Executive) with contact no:[protected] ext- 1507. She heard my problem and insisted for one more chance to diagnose my faulty phone which was collected on 11th April @ approx. 3:00 PM and said that she only require 1 day to diagnose after that on next day 12th April @ 4:00 PM she came with the update that Phone's motherboard and screen & touch are faulty so need to replace than she intimated that she will get back to me after discussing this material with her management.
                                    Since that time I am trying to contact her over shared contact no. but number is not reachable, which is totally frustrated and insult to their consumers. I am hoping to get some feedback with help of this complaint portal.

                                      Dear samsung still you guyz are providing me a worst service today your engineer came in my home and he checked all and said that your samsung smart tv have motherboard and sensor problem. Firstly he was not able to find out the problem and then he opem the tv and checked all then he confirmed that motherboard and remote sensor had a problem. Litterly iam saying iam getting so much problem after buying the samsung tv brand. I buy your company because i trust your company if i get this type of problem then how can i trust your brand and how can i recommend others to buy your product littlerly i am feeling worst from your product and after that he said motherboard price will be 6000 rupee and also sensor rupee 12000 how can i pay this both i dont have enough money to you again and again plz plz its my humble request to resolve this problem as soon as possible otherwise i have to action..                                         I had lodged a complaint regarding non functioning of my ECO-BUBBLE Samsung Washing Machine. I was quite relieved that the engineer had come to do the needful. In fact he used harpic to clean up the inner tank as it appeared to him that the sensor was not performing culminating in stoppage of the machine. The machine was made to run under eco-drive clean mode and subsequently under the rinse & spin mode. The machine functioned perfectly without any clothes. However to my utter dismay I found that once I had loaded the machine with the regular clothes, immediately the machine even though started to function but it refused to move beyond the main wash mode. The error indicated being ‘3E’. The bill payment for this to the company is attached for perusal. I request you to kindly take up the matter with the authorities and respond to it on an urgent basis.
