I had given my s9+ for a display change in Pristine Electronics & solutions which is a Samsung service center near BTM, bangalore on feb 19 2018, and they informed me that it will take 20 days or so to get that resolved, but post 20 days i have no response and asked me to wait as they will check on the same.

But from last 20 days showroom is closed. The executive who took my phone for service has come up with a complaint copy stating tht my phone is lost on 5/4/18, why will my phone go out of office?

How will Samsung do that, when i give my phone trusting them why will they send it outside. what is the use in trusting Samsung service center on our headsets. who is responsible for this act.

In the work order bill which was given to my i notice that the date is 19/2/17, lol, i bought my phone in aug 2017, this shows u are trying to cheat us, when asked about the same the executive told i wrote it by mistake and i trusted.

Now the service center is closed from 20 days god knows why? The only point of contact which i had i.e the executive is also not available on his mobile. neither the service center is picking the call.

In next two days in want my phone back else i will take it to the next level and show what i can do.

What kind of service you people provide is shown here. i will definitely escalate it to respective people if i don't get my phone in 2 days.


The worst service provided of all the mobile companies.

    Hi,
    My name is Debendu Ghosh and recently, on 7-APR-2018 (Saturday) I bought a new Samsung S8 plus the back version. I bought it on my wife's name Mrs. Bidisha Goswami. After a few days(either on Wednesday 11-Apr-2018 or Thursday 12-Apr-2018 night), I noticed that on the border of the bottom bezel there was something spot like on the glass. I could notice it only when I tried to see it under bright light. I thought it was dust or lint or something thus, I went ahead to wipe it off the glass with the cloth that I use to clean my specks. Unfortunately it did not go away which is when I realized that it was some kind of defect in the product. Since I work in the night shifts I thought of taking it to the store from where I bought it on the upcoming Saturday or Sunday (i.e. 14 or 15 Apr 2018). I called up the store (Touch tech telecom, HSR layout, bangalore, india) and they said that I will need to take it to the service center to get the issue resolved and since the service center stays closed on Sunday, I must visit on Monday (16-Apr-2018). I went to the service center on 16-Apr-2018 and I asked them to find out if there was a defect in the phone. They could not find or see it. They saw it only when I told them where it was and how you could see it (i.e. by trying to see it under a bright light). They said it is some kind of stone crack. To which I said a crack that small how do you think it have happened given the fact that it has an A class gorilla glass. They took some pictures of the phone and said they would send it to the Q and A team and get back to us with their answer. I knew what was going to happen. I knew that Samsung would say it is not our fault and it is the customer's fault and we cannot do anything about it. And that is what happened. I received a call today and the service center people said the Q and A team has mentioned to educate the customer that it is a physical damage and they cannot do anything about it. Now, it has been just few days barely 10 to 11 days and Samsung is denying the fact that there is a defect in their product. I know as customer I cannot fight with such a big tech giant but let me tell you something that you have lost a potential customer today who was a die hard fan of your products. My colleagues and family members told me not to go for Samsung S8 plus rather to go for One Plus or Apple but I stuck with you people which now I know was a big mistake. I have a Samsung smart TV, home theater, other Samsung phones. But going forward I will make sure that neither do I nor do I let any of my family members or colleagues go for your products. It is really disheartening. I spent Rs. 54000 on the phone thus, you can imagine to which class of customer category I belong to. None the less I am very very disappointed and I only wish if you could have helped me to retain me your valued customer for the days to come. Product code SM-G955FZKD, IMEI : [protected]

      Unfortunately, i selected samsung split ac for my home at cuttack, bhanapur-753011, Odisha in 2010.Since, then almost every year i have been contacting samsung service centre for different problems with AC like..cooling problem, compressor issue, voltage issue, gas filling issue etc.
      This time again when summer started, same story and i called CUSTOMER CARE for help.after 15 days and 4 attempts finally the service person visited my place and as usual gave some ### reasons and said problem with compressor and needs to get changed.each time they take my samsung compressor to their local service centre and god knows, what they do with that and come with a long bill.It works and next year the story is same.
      You will find from attachments that last year only we changed to a new compressor and this year again they said compressor needs to change and they are charging Rs10, 000 for that.as per bill attached we paid total Rs.7000.The local people and cheating customers like anything and we have decided to put a police complaint against the service centre at local police station.
      That is the only reason, i purchased a different brand for my second room instead of samsung.not only me, very soon the branch samsung will vanish from this area, the way you people are providing after sale service.local service centre people who comes for repair has no knowledge, surely picked up from road side, no manner to speak with clients.
      I am also working in a service industry and surprise to experience these things from a LEADING foreign brancd like samsung.

      I espect a proper investigation on below mentioned points like...
      1) why person visited my place after 15 days and 4 reminders at CUSTOMER CARE.complaint number given
      2) why i need to pay again for compressor, when it was replaced last year only and i paid Rs7000.bill attached
      3)I dont believe on local service centre people as each time they take my compressor with them and don't know wt they do and next yr again the same issue.but each time i hv to pay.

      My senior citizen father who stays at this address has been harassed each time with local service centre people and my expenses has gone more than the cost of AC.I demand to samsung that, they should repair my compressor free this time bcz it is still in one year guarantee period from last year.else, soon i will take this to consumer court.
      If, this is the way samsung goes and will not get serious on local service centres, soon not only from AC but from other home appliances also it will lose its market..i am sure.bcz market is VERY COMPetitive and clients are very demanding now a days.

        I bought a new mobile model - sm-g615fu/ds and imei - 359106/08/072554/4. Its having the software issue. Already i have given the device to samsung care, tumkur. After a month again i have faced same issue.

        Type of issue - device get switched off automatically. Once it switched off not able to switched on further service.
        I request you to solve it permanently.

            I smt mdhumita nandy purchased a mobile from mobile zone on 10/01/2018 model no j730. But16/04/18 my mobile total automatically format.17/04/18 i submitted my mobile authorised service centre barasat north 24 parganas, kolkata, mitra traders, 3/2k. B bose road, barasat, kolkata, -124. They demund money for problem solved rs1535/- but this mobile now warranty period, please solve this problem other wise i am not received this mobile.

              With reference to customer forum complaint id no. 465766

              On 22/4/17 i bought a new slip invertor ac with inbuilt stabilizer on with request no [protected] installation was done and at that time no problem was informed to us about sewer line and extra stabilizer he told us stabilizer not require for this ac

              After 1 month cooling problem started but we thought it may be due to outer temperature and finally cooling stop and we decided to plan it's service so on 15/sept/17 request generated with request no [protected]. At the time engineer visit he informed us that there is gas leakage so for that on next day refilling of gas done
              .. Gas refilling person inform us that there is fitting problem in ac. So he will tight fitting and correct it

              But after few days we again experience reduction in cooling and waited for few days and again on 8/10/17 request was generated by customer care for cooling problem request no. [protected] and for this the technician visit was done and he informed us this ac will not work as this is near sewer line and refilling will done but i was not satisfied with this and again consultant some senior they told me this will effect but now so earlier this is not ok to have leakage issue so early

              And for confirmation i have called to customer care he given the same statement but when i told him that this was the statement his wording changes and started giving me explanation

              Another technician visit help after so many aguement by your executive and finally some senior technician confrim me for again re checking when i told him about my profession as i am also working in ac manufacturing and after that visit rechecking done and found that the valve of compressor was faulty

              But if the valve is faulty in 3month how can i trust whole unit

              Complaint was closed in winter and now again i am facing problem in cooiling but from samsung new revert is coming that stablizer is not installed but at the time of intallation engineer told us there is no need of stablizer

                Split ac was purchased frm vijay sales rajouri garden. Samsung installation guy came to our house and informed us that he will take 7000 for fitting. Then after we said vijay sales told us dat you will charge 1200 includ stand. Then he bargained to 5000 then again we denied and then he said 4000' fraud company samsung. We ask the guy that we will buy the cooper wire frm outside then he said no we will not install and he went away. Pathetic service. I will sue you

                  Sir,
                  It is submitted that i am owner of mobile phone of samsung with descriptions-
                  Model no - j 7 prime/ sm-g6-1cf-zkdins
                  Imei no - [protected]

                  The above mobile instrument was purchased in march, 2017. The display screen of the mobile phone was not displaying properly. Therefore the same was shown at samsung service center, maa communication, 180 ground floor, kotla mubarakpur, no [protected]. There one engineer jonual khan checked the phone and after checking he told that display screen of the set has gone wrong and the same have to replace/change by new one. He quoted rs. 4200/- for the same and gave a receipt/bill vide no. [protected] dated 12.04.18. He had also taken an advance amount of rs. 2000/-. Copy of the same is enclosed. As per his promise the set was not repaired up to 16.04.18. Therefore the set along with advance of rs. 2000/- were taken back.
                  Thereafter the above set was shown at another samsung service center namely a-233, hcl services limited, okhla industrial area, phase-i, new delhi-110020. One senior technician ritesh met there and within 5 minutes he checked and corrected/repaired the display problem without taking any single penny.

                  Thereafter we approached mr. Jonal khan above and told his casual checking of display problem.in spite of accepting his gross negligence he threatened that he had done what he understood and that was correct.
                  It is humbly requested that samsung carry a good reputation in all over india/world. But these kind o[censored]nprofessional conduct of individuals may destroy the image of an established company.
                  A suitable action may be taken against maa communication/jonal khan and mr. Ritesh may be suitably rewarded for his outstanding and honest conduct.

                    The phone fell down and was repaired by changing its tape back glass and lcd assly on 25/02/2018.
                    Yesterday there appeared suddenly a spot on the screen and within a span of 1 -2 hours the whole screen was full of spots and the phone's touch stopped working. When the phone was taken to the care centre they said that the screen has been pressed whereas this phone is used by a lady and is kept in her ladies bag where the 'screen being pressed' is not possible and neither the phone fell down. Name of care centre is grover computers & electronics, yamuna nagar.

                      I had purchased microwave oven in may '2013. The oven was working
                      Fine till feb' 2018.in feb'2018 suddenly the smoke came out of the
                      Oven and there was good amount of burning smell from inside the
                      Oven. I lodged the complaint at the toll free no. The complaint
                      Was passed to shri shyam refrigeration which is the samsung
                      Authorised service centre located at n. I. T, faridabad. My first
                      Complaint no [protected]. The engineer came and changed the h. V. T,
                      Capacitor and fuse. Total bill i paid was rs. 2659/-. After that
                      The oven worked fine for almost 20 days and suddenly it stopped
                      Heating the food. Again i complained to the samsung for which the
                      Bill i was given by the engineer is showing the so no [protected],
                      But my sms from samsung is showing so no [protected] against my
                      Complaint. Again the engineer came and changed one more part and
                      I had to pay rs. 2000/- again. I repeatedly asked the service
                      Engineer to find the root cause of the problem but he could
                      Not and just assured me that it will not happen again. But today
                      I used the grill option of my oven, the smoke came out again
                      From the oven. Some problem with the grill. Although there is no
                      Problem with the heating.. Oven is heating the food... But using the
                      Grill it starts smoking. I would like samsung to look into the
                      Matter seriously so that the customers are not harassed
                      Unnecessarily. I have already paid rs. 5000/- for the repair
                      Just because the engineers are not qualified enough to find
                      Out the root cause of the problem. Anybody would prefer to buy
                      A new product to avoid such a harassment. And i am sure i will
                      Not like to buy samsung product at all after seeing the customer

                        I got email of cash wining of 6.5 cr... I send bank account number and ifsc code.. And other personal details is there a problem? They asked the details through sms first after then i received the email from [protected]@outlook.com. Again asking for my bank account number and ifsc code, branch name, acoount holder name, address with pin code. I just to confirm whether it is fake? Because i provided the bank details.                           Briefly, i'm user of samsung products from past 10years.

                          My 3rd samsung mobile phone (Note 8) met with motherboard issue but this time fortunately under warranty. Previous 2 mobiles, i had to pay for motherboards. (Previously i was using note 1 and note 4 edge)

                          Due to such repeated issues, honestly i've lost my confidence on samsung mobiles.

                          For my current issue, i've requested for full refund or replacement of my phone or warranty for motherboard for 5 years with the replacement of the motherboard in my current phone.

                          I had purchased this phone on 14th january 2018 and faced an issue with the motherboard within 3 months.

                          I know this is against warranty policy but considering my past experience with samsung, i'm sure i'm not illogical in my demands.

                          I believe your team will positively look at my concern & will give me a justified solution.

                            I file complaint about waching machine on saturday that it was not start normally and the main washer does not spin. Your engineer visit but cannot capable to solve the problem and. He told me that on yesterday he comes and solve the problem. But till today he did not come and on 3rd day from the complaint there is no soltution of our problme. Is this your service? This how an international company provide services to their customer?

                                  I have purchased a samsung washing machine, product request no.[protected]. For this your service engineer mr. Mazhar mobile number [protected] has been assigned for demo. He came to my residence and give demo. Also advice to purchase cover & stand. For this he has taken rs.2000/- from me. He has supplied only stand. But cover not yet been supplied. I have ring him several time but he doesn't respond my call. I have regret to say that your service engineer not responding the customer call. This type of activity of service engineer not good for your company.

                                  I have purchased a Samsung TV 5 months back and 4 days back suddenly there is no display showing up and no sound from TV. I raised a complaint on the same day and till now there is no response from Samsung. Cheater Samsung always loots money but no quality in product. No company products will damage within 5 months, it's only samsung whose products are built with cheap quality materials and customer will be the victim. I have lost 60000 rupees now. Samsung is not even taking care of providing services. Simply the service engineer updated the status saying customer is not contactable, I never received a call from samsung, it's been 1 week. I request authorities to take action on Samsung and it's cheap products.

                                    Picture tube type samsung tv (Not flat led or lcd) is giving problem in running after 10 to 20 minutes. A big cracking sound is observed from back side of tv in pcb running after some time. The time of start of problem may vary. Some time it may be 10 minutes or some time it may be 20 minutes or even more. The tv is nearly 12 years old and not under guarantee period. Please arrange to attend the problem.

                                      I had been facing problem with the samsung refrigerator. There was no cooling but the freezer parts was working ok. I registered complaint and the service engineer was handed over the item to service center, and the service center was charged of rs. 2509/- + delivery charges of rs. 300/-. For gas charging cost and other parts purpose, and repaired the fridge. After 4 months again faced the same problem, the mechanic came and said cooling is not happening in the lower door. Again service center was picked up my unit. After a week he said your fridge was not repairable means internal leakage. I was shocked, because the company issued 10 years warranty sticker in the front of fridge even till to day. Now my fridge was in service center. I request the service center for repair, or even exchange offer if any.
                                      More over if this can not be fixed than brand like samsung must reimburse the cost or exchange what ever way is possible to company agaist this fridge because life of such big machine could not be only 5years. My complaints which i have done can be checked on samsung customercare, and
                                      Kindly revert with your plan of action at the earlier. We are awaiting for your reply positively.

                                        I booked 1.5 ton ac model ar18nv3jgmcxna in shyam lal sadar bazar, new delhi on 05 apr and paid amount by cheque for darbar trader pvt ltd for invoice no gst/d/cr-24. I was told ac will be delivered after clearance of cheque. Toll free no. Was given to call for installation of ac, wherein she explained a scheme by samsung is on presently to install ac in rs. 490. I received ac on 10 apr. I had to proceed on official tour for a week. On 13 apr while travelling on my official visit i received a call from samsung employee from no. [protected] at 1307 h and 1308 h enquiring about my name and date of purchase of ac. He asked about installation of ac. I told him i am away from home and will give a call for date of installation.. Another crook caller from samsung from no. [protected] gave me a call at 1311 h and started asking about installation. I again explained him i will give a call and already explained to earlier caller. Then he said i am cancelling your installation request. I told him don't do this fraud as i never called for installation request. You are doing it by force don't cancel as i never gave a call for it and i will give a call for the installation request. After this i found two messages on my mobile [protected] from ad-samccc "pls avail discounted labour for your ac nstallation' at 1302h and a message at 1340 h 'your installation request. [protected] has been cancelled. I presume this is done to cancel discounted installation charges. This crook caller at 1311h was explaining me that installation include only outdoor unit assembly and charges 1490. Pardeep
