Pathetic service receiving from Samsung. When my Microwave oven got impaired and I called the Samsung people on 24th of March. They took the capacitor and control panel of the Microware. Since then, I have not received any call from them and I have called at the call center at least 7-8 times, however all in vain.

Moreover, to my surprise all my contact details were changed, because when I called at the call center, they were not able to fetch my details. And when tried getting the details through my complain no, I got to know both my landline and cell phone details were changed . How can someone change my details of the number, what is the authenticity of my details getting changed.

Just want to mention that, till today I have not got a call from anyone regarding my microwave parts and I have again spoken to the Samsung team and I am sure again nothing will happen, as all it would go in vain.

My service providers were Gurudev services from Vikhroli.

    My Samsung Frost free refrigerator was not cooling, called Samsung service on 4 April, 2018. Service reps. Informed that several parts had gone bad and need to be changed at a total cost of ₹ 3750/- the parts were changed, but the problemdid not go away. The next day they asked me to run the refrigerator empty for 3 hours and it will start functioning properly. I followed their instructions no improvement despite this. Have been calling the service centre, who promised somebody will call and rectify the same. Please look into this and get my problem solved.

      since its a side by side fridge. so far the service enginers have not been able to find the problem or repair the fridge inspite of visiting my house on every fortnightly for the last 4 months. Many technicians have visted my home one after the another most unproffesional thing is That they visited consecutively for three day just to diagnose the problem and eventually one day they decided to replace the compressor and filled gas, after this also the fridge was not working ok i was complaning and technicians are started visiting my house back and forth it seems they were they were all tring to complete the time of warrenty of the compressor which was 3months from installation. on there recent visit on 4th april, they sudenly noticed on 104th day the technician declared that the compressor needs to be replaced again and the entire cost i have pay again which is 10000/-
      Am sorry its not possible i can't pay any more now my request to the company to get my fridge repaired free of cost asap considering the weather conditions.
      More over if this can not be fixed than brand like samsung must reimburse the cost or exchange what ever way is fissible to company agaist this fridge because life of such big machine could not be only 6years
      My complaints which i have done can be checked on samsung customercare
      Kindly revert with your plan of action at the earlier because survival in such weather not posible without fridge

        Hi,

        I have own Samsung galaxy A9 pro, model number: SM-A910F/DS, purchased on June 2017 with 1 year brand warranty for mobile.

        since past 6 weeks I'am facing very low battery backup problem.
        On 31/3/2018 I had Visited Samsung Authorised Mobile Service Centre [address: 12th Main Road, 3RD Block, Next To ICICI Bank, Bashyam Circle, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560010.

        To get the battery replaced, they said it will take 3hrs to check the problem so I left my mobile and walked out, after a while I called them to ask the status they said to come and collect the mobile phone. after i reached service center SANDEEP(mobile engineer) and other executive handed over the mobile to me said it was software problem and was reinstalled successfully now you can check for 2 days and if the battery backup is still low then they would replace the battery.

        (Infact i had been to the same service center to update my software in Sept 2017 and got it done successfully)

        After 3 days still the battery problem was not solved, on 4/4/2018 i reached out to service center and said SANDEEP(mobile engineer) that battery problem is not solved he said that there are so many customers coming with the same problems but they will not replace the battery it-seems, So he said me to leave the mobile phone for a day to check the problem because it was 4 pm so they will deliver the phone on 5/4/2018 i agreed and requested to replace the battery and i left the place.

        on 5/4/2018 i called the service center to check the status the guy on the phone said the phone is ready to be delivered come and collect it, i asked him did they replace the battery? he replied no, the engineer has not given any description about the repair or replacement you can come down and collect the phone. I went there and they made me wait for 35-45 mins [hardly there were few consumers waiting to get their problem solved] and they gave back the phone with the same condition as on 4/4/2018 i asked them the reason they said NOTHING I had completely lost my patience to know the reason because i had to rush to another place so they took my signatures and delivered the mobile with problem unsolved condition.

        if i would have reached them to get my battery replaced by paying for new battery they just do it immediately without any questions or delay or no waiting time, since i am requesting for battery replacement based on warranty(no charges) they are just giving silly reasons, making me wait for very long time but still not replacing the battery.

        basically my mobile battery capacity is 5000mah which use to last up to minimum 40 hours with normal usage after fully charged and now the battery is lasting only for maximum 15-16 hours with normal usage after fully charged.

        1.sorry i would have misplaced the purchase bill, but Samsung center has my information on their data base.

        2. i have attached the IMEI numbers of my mobile which will easier to track the warranty period.

        3. the battery is been molded inside the mobile so cannot attach the damage part image.

        as a consumer i request consumer complaints forum to help me get my battery replaced successfully.

        As per the samsung team responce dated 9.4.18 to my complaint about the battery issue, they said that someone would call to help me out with my problem so far no one has tried to reach me.

        Im unable to manage with my mobile battery problem, please try to solve to my issue asap.

        You people again failed to solve my problem. After 20 days repair or what ever you guys did, did not workout and im still facing the battery backup problem. While handing over the mobile to me the person in service centre said to get back to them if the battery backup problem is still occuring then they would replace it. I tried to contact you but you guys did not response. I request you to please solve my problem asap.

          I had purchased a washing machine (Eco-bubble) and it was performing quite satisfactorily for the past few years. However last wednesday the machine stopped functioning quoting error '3e'. A complain was lodged at the company's toll-free number and they assured me that the service engineer would be present present after confirmation from my end. The service engineer did call up and i specified the time around 7:30 pm to which he agreed. The date specified by him being april 6, 2018. However on the instant when he was called from 7:15pm to 7:55pm his mobile mentioned that it was 'not reachable' around 8:00pm he could be contacted and to my utter despair he stated that he will not come at the time specified by him. His attitude and cheekiness has caused a great damage to me as because i, being an elderly person, he could have sought another suitable time. The machine is still inoperative and my laundry is is mounting. The details of the docket and other particular is as under and i request you to immediately find justice to this arrogant behavior.

            My son nishant gulat i rsiding at dubai purchased a mobile galaxi a7 2017 from ereos digitial home sahara centre shj united arab emirates[protected] on dt 03/11/2017 and gifted to me on my wife's retirement.
            I am using this mobile since then but now from previous few days its battery is not charging. We have tried our best by changing different charges and cables but unable to charge the same. As such we have contacted the authorised samsung service centre near to us on dt 05/04/2018 which is available at pipli kurukshetra but they have refused to attend the complaint with the reason that it has been purchased from foreign country. Now this mobile no more is useful to me as it dead now. And no body is repairing/replacing the same.

            As such you are requested to guide me to replace my above mobile

              Hi,
              I have raised the complaint for repairing my samsung refrigerator in december 2017. First time service person came and said pcb need to be replaced. We paid the money and replaced it. With in a month there is a cooling issue again. Service person came and replaced thermostat. We paid money again. With in a month again a cooling issue. This time service person come and said, no parts available with samsung. If samsung is unable to provide the parts, i am requesting them to return my money back. They are neither fixing my issue not returning the money.

              Service center says it is not their issue. It is samsung issue. Samsung is not responding to my issue as they are not having the spare parts. Why samsung is cheating the consumer like this? Consumer act can look in to this issue?

              The resolution is not appropriate and consumer court has not taken any action. Samsung is cheated me through your service agents. Hence decided not to buy Samsung products any more. Also informed all my circle to boycott the product.

              As I mentioned before Samsung is saying no parts available and hence no service. Is it the resolution for ~18, 000 rupees refrigerator for which average life span is 15 years? Does Samsung expects consumer to spend 18, 000 rupees every 5 years by stating no parts available? Why Samsung is cheating the consumer in the name of "Parts not available"? Does consumer act can look in to this issue?
              This complaint is not resolved. Our consumer law is not strong as like USA. Finally consumer has to taken hit. Samsung is continue to cheat the consumer like this. Very bad.

                  I bought samsung c7 pro on sunday from croma oberoi mall goregaon east mumbai. On day of purchase, sales girl didnt tell me that it doesnt hc separate slot for memory card. I discovered after purchase.
                  On sunday itself, power button stopped working. Next day it started working and again stopped on monday evening.
                  When i complained to croma on faulty device, they r not supporting. They asked me to come to croma where customer care executive spoke very rudely. She literally told me that go do whatever u want. We ll not replace. Pls help and support as i don't want to keep faulty piece. Its power button works sometimes and sometimes it doesnt work. Ear phones accepted sometimes and sometimes not. Pls. Change it and keep ur customer.

                  Our refrigerator is not working since past 20 days... after stream of calls to the service Center in Kolkata.. he came to took the refrigerator for repair after a Week. But till date it is not yet repaired. Our every call is given a new date and a new excuse for not getting it repaired. I want the email I’d of the CEO of the Samsung co.

                      Galaxy s7 which comes with gorilla glass4. Display cracked and started bleeding purple in the screen, there has been not even a single scratch in the touch screen, samsung executive told me that it is an internal damage may be occurred due to tight jeans pocket. Strange by getting such a poorest quality display. I was using iphone for 6 years never faced such issues.

                      I am using the above product and am very happy about the performance. However I would like to suggest an improvement in the design as a small leak in the gasket has lead to rusting of bottom plate, hydraulic suspension for the drum as well one side of the motor. Why don’t you use fibreglass material or coat the cover with anti rusting paint?

                        Hi,

                        I have given the samsung air conditioner at one of the samsung authorized dealers, manikonda. To my surprise the dealer charged for up and down transport on the pretext that the problem can only be checked at the servicing centre.

                        As promised by the dealer, the estimation has to be given to the customer and after the approval the work has to be done. Had they called me i would have decided whether to repair or buy a new air conditioner. but without the customer knowledge they brought the air conditioner and that too the service of the dealer is unsatisfactory. They did not repair the airconditioner and the job is still incomplete but they charged the money by threatening. The behaviour of the delivery person was so arrogant and they are dragging the air conditioner on the floor. I strongly oppose and want to appeal my resentment in the consumer forum.

                          Dear sir,,

                          This is with reference to my samsung washing machine bearing serial no. W0285pdd501847k whose extended warranty is till 08/06/2018. I had made a complaint for repairs on 17/03/2018 by complaint no. [protected]

                          It is pathetic and insulting on the part of the company to suggest an amount which doesn't even cover the cost of the extended warranty amount paid to them. Technically what they are suggesting is it is my way or highway. Samsung has cheated its consumer by concocted agreement and i disagree with the 20% i. E rs.3000/- so suggested by them. I have paid samsung approx. Rs.3000/- as extended warranty amount if they don't honor their commitment than that is the money they would have to refund me with interest.. During the course of the extended warranty they have not provided me any service thus there has been no cost to them. How do i know that they are not lying and cheating me as this is the first instance of my complain and that too they are refusing. Further i don't accept their argument that the machine is quite old thus the parts are not available. This again reflects their mala-fide intention as they have sold the machine with a 10 years of motor warranty and provided me a 3 years of extended warranty. If they cannot manage their warranty obligation than it is a fit case of cheating on consumers.

                          They have not proved how they have arrived at the depreciation amount. As per income tax act equipment's are depreciated at a rate of 15% per year. They themselves have been promoting the machine with a 10 years of motor warranty indicating that the machine would last for 10 years thus technically by their logic the depreciation should be 10% per year. I have paid rs.15000/- as cost of machine, rs.2903/- as extended warranty (For which they have not provided me any service) charges thus my total cost is now rs. 17903/-. Even if i assume that they have been honest that they don't have the part (They have still not indicated what part is wrong) than by their own admission of 10 years of warranty and 10 % depreciation the refund should be rs.11747/-. Further if i add the cost incurred by me on servant @ rs.100/- per day than for 16 days of my complaint it would turn out to be rs.1600/- thus total refund would be rs.13347/-. If i am asking you rs.12000/- than it is very moderate and considerate.

                          My humble request all this while has been you get my machine repaired. For them it would be very simple to suggest taking money but for me it is an additional cost of buying a new machine. The pain and agony i am going through now is beyond recognition by samsung.

                          Thus i request them to see if the part is not available than get the same repaired at chip level and get my machine in workable condition. I once again ask them to kindly disclose what is wrong with my machine and what part is not available. Samsung have not even explored other options of providing me a exchange scheme wherein i can pay some money for the new machine. Hope some sense would prevail upon the company and realize that the company is renegading on its warranty obligation.

                            I brought samsung a month ago. I experience is very bad with the mobile. The features are not working properly and speakers of the mobile are #, i have spent 13000 on mobile and it's useless. I tried of searching service centres for samsung mobile, no one is ready to accept n explain about it. I need valued product of my money. Either it should be replaced or returned. Do the favour as soon as possible. Or else i'll approach in different ways. It's completely disaggrable product from my side. I'll be very kind of you solve it very soon.

                              I have been using samsung phones for last 5 years, today my mobile blasted while charging causing damages to my household items though no physical injury happened, it could have been as my family was sleeping nearby.
                              Now i realised that these incidents associated with samaung are real and even fatal.
                              Its quite disturbing as i trusted samsung for so long and made all family members use this company’s brands.

                                Samsung s9/s9 plus the camera reimagined & after sale service you cannot imagine.
                                Few days back i ordered this phone from samsung store, product delivered to me. Phone comes with temporary screen guard like other phones have so before removing it i ordered a tempered glass. When we removed screen guard to apply tempered glass to the display, we found a minor scratch on the top of the phone & a fine line which is appearing on the glass only when you apply any liquid solution to it (We discovered at the time of applying liquid solution for cleaning to place tempered glass to it).
                                We immediately report it to samsung customer care. Phone was collected very next day with a backup phone & from then i have made almost 40 calls with different people explaining the issue from scratch. They have asked me to speak with different people & i did the same but without any resolution. Even though the fault was already there in the display at the time of purchase but they are not accepting their fault & repetitively saying that this product can not be covered in the warranty as there is minor scratch on the top of the panel.
                                They have not even analysed the display issue (Fine line which is appearing on the top) which is pretty common for s9/s9 plus user as lot of s9 users have reported similar display issues.
                                I am completely disappointed & frustrated after spending 60k + & when it comes to after sales service they are behaving like i have purchased chinese phone from grey market without bill.
                                I want my money back because i have lost my faith in samsung mobile. I will not recommend it to anyone. Pls. Save your hard earned money & better to buy a good phone with good after sale service.

                                    I am santosh kumar, a brand loyal of samsung. My first mobile is samsung, refrigerator is samsung and lcd tv is samsung.in a row, i also have purchased samsung air conditioner (Model : ar18hv5nbwknna, serial no: oaykpdcf100103m, triangle model) on 05.04.2014 from bajaj electronics limited, dr. As rao nagar, hyderabad for rs.45, 000/- (Rupees forty five thousand only).

                                    I was fascinated to buy this product only because this is from samsung and has the inverter technology. At that point of time, similar capacity air conditioner was available in market for only rs.30, 000/-, including samsung models. Though the product is expensive, i believed in samsung and purchased for my sweet home.

                                    It worked well for initial one year (Actually around 3 to 4 months). Thereafter the performance started dropping inspite of regular servicing.

                                    During the month of apr-2017, ac got a problem and stopped working. I’ve raised a request to samsung for help. I was literally harassed by samsung customer care and atlast, nearly after a months’ time, problem was fixed. About 5 to 6 technicians have visited my home for the repair of this product and everybody complained that this is abnormal product and has no proper servicing. I have to reach to the level of chief executive of samsung to seek his intervention to fix the problem, besides spending rs.3, 500/- plus.

                                    Again same problem, ac stopped working. I don’t know why your product will not work whenever i really need it. As usual, i’ve raised a request (Product request number [protected] dated 30-mar-18) for help. This time surprisingly, technician (Vishnu-[protected]) has arrived next day (31-mar-18) itself. He could not understand the triangle ac technology and gave-up. I got a follow-up call[protected] and i explained the same. On monday i. E. 02-apr-18 another technician ([protected]) has visited and gave-up. Today i. E. 04-apr-19, one more technician ([protected]) had come and said he cannot help. He also had a discussion with their servicing centre team at length and gave-up. Everybody saying one statement ‘sir, you have purchased a failure model’.

                                    I am very much upset. So many questions in my mind –
                                    Why samsung has betrayed their brand loyals? Could have released stable product.
                                    How much amount should i spend on failure model?
                                    Is there any recall?
                                    Shall i approach consumer forum?
                                    Shall i keep quite?
                                    What is the solution?
                                    Will i get help from you?
                                    I don’t know what to say...

                                      I purchased a samsung digital inverter ac model 18hv5, in april 2014, for inr 48, 300/-, in mangalore, karnataka, because i trusted samsung, as a brand for its business ethics.
                                      Compressor has 10 year warranty, but now condenser has failed within 3 years. Company technician came to inspect & informed us it has to be replaced with aluminium condenser again, not copper.
                                      No warranty for it. It may again fail after a couple of years. Cost inr 10, 000/-
                                      What use is a/c with compressor warranty of 10 years, when the condenser has no warranty & fails in 3 years. Can any ac work without a condenser???
                                      I want you to address this problem immediately & need to know why the condenser has no warranty?
                                      And repair should be within reasonable costs.
                                      As this is blatant violations of our basic rights, having trusted samsung company & having paid such a high amount during purchase. I could have easily purchased 2 acs for this price from other brands.

                                        I have received a call from samsung hr. He told me that my resume has been selected for the role of associate engineer. They have taken money for training and flight tickets. Which is a huge amount. They are not answering my calls now. The hr name is rajeev from delhi. The verification department person had also spoke to us on phone. They said that total 40 members got selected from the electronics stream. All this happened in the last week of january. They said they will be conducting a seminar and giving job. They are not responding now. We have lost our money and time also
