Samsung s9/s9 plus the camera reimagined & after sale service you cannot imagine.
Few days back i ordered this phone from samsung store, product delivered to me. Phone comes with temporary screen guard like other phones have so before removing it i ordered a tempered glass. When we removed screen guard to apply tempered glass to the display, we found a minor scratch on the top of the phone & a fine line which is appearing on the glass only when you apply any liquid solution to it (We discovered at the time of applying liquid solution for cleaning to place tempered glass to it).
We immediately report it to samsung customer care. Phone was collected very next day with a backup phone & from then i have made almost 40 calls with different people explaining the issue from scratch. They have asked me to speak with different people & i did the same but without any resolution. Even though the fault was already there in the display at the time of purchase but they are not accepting their fault & repetitively saying that this product can not be covered in the warranty as there is minor scratch on the top of the panel.
They have not even analysed the display issue (Fine line which is appearing on the top) which is pretty common for s9/s9 plus user as lot of s9 users have reported similar display issues.
I am completely disappointed & frustrated after spending 60k + & when it comes to after sales service they are behaving like i have purchased chinese phone from grey market without bill.
I want my money back because i have lost my faith in samsung mobile. I will not recommend it to anyone. Pls. Save your hard earned money & better to buy a good phone with good after sale service.

      I am santosh kumar, a brand loyal of samsung. My first mobile is samsung, refrigerator is samsung and lcd tv is samsung.in a row, i also have purchased samsung air conditioner (Model : ar18hv5nbwknna, serial no: oaykpdcf100103m, triangle model) on 05.04.2014 from bajaj electronics limited, dr. As rao nagar, hyderabad for rs.45, 000/- (Rupees forty five thousand only).

      I was fascinated to buy this product only because this is from samsung and has the inverter technology. At that point of time, similar capacity air conditioner was available in market for only rs.30, 000/-, including samsung models. Though the product is expensive, i believed in samsung and purchased for my sweet home.

      It worked well for initial one year (Actually around 3 to 4 months). Thereafter the performance started dropping inspite of regular servicing.

      During the month of apr-2017, ac got a problem and stopped working. I’ve raised a request to samsung for help. I was literally harassed by samsung customer care and atlast, nearly after a months’ time, problem was fixed. About 5 to 6 technicians have visited my home for the repair of this product and everybody complained that this is abnormal product and has no proper servicing. I have to reach to the level of chief executive of samsung to seek his intervention to fix the problem, besides spending rs.3, 500/- plus.

      Again same problem, ac stopped working. I don’t know why your product will not work whenever i really need it. As usual, i’ve raised a request (Product request number [protected] dated 30-mar-18) for help. This time surprisingly, technician (Vishnu-[protected]) has arrived next day (31-mar-18) itself. He could not understand the triangle ac technology and gave-up. I got a follow-up call[protected] and i explained the same. On monday i. E. 02-apr-18 another technician ([protected]) has visited and gave-up. Today i. E. 04-apr-19, one more technician ([protected]) had come and said he cannot help. He also had a discussion with their servicing centre team at length and gave-up. Everybody saying one statement ‘sir, you have purchased a failure model’.

      I am very much upset. So many questions in my mind –
      Why samsung has betrayed their brand loyals? Could have released stable product.
      How much amount should i spend on failure model?
      Is there any recall?
      Shall i approach consumer forum?
      Shall i keep quite?
      What is the solution?
      Will i get help from you?
      I don’t know what to say...

        I purchased a samsung digital inverter ac model 18hv5, in april 2014, for inr 48, 300/-, in mangalore, karnataka, because i trusted samsung, as a brand for its business ethics.
        Compressor has 10 year warranty, but now condenser has failed within 3 years. Company technician came to inspect & informed us it has to be replaced with aluminium condenser again, not copper.
        No warranty for it. It may again fail after a couple of years. Cost inr 10, 000/-
        What use is a/c with compressor warranty of 10 years, when the condenser has no warranty & fails in 3 years. Can any ac work without a condenser???
        I want you to address this problem immediately & need to know why the condenser has no warranty?
        And repair should be within reasonable costs.
        As this is blatant violations of our basic rights, having trusted samsung company & having paid such a high amount during purchase. I could have easily purchased 2 acs for this price from other brands.

          I have received a call from samsung hr. He told me that my resume has been selected for the role of associate engineer. They have taken money for training and flight tickets. Which is a huge amount. They are not answering my calls now. The hr name is rajeev from delhi. The verification department person had also spoke to us on phone. They said that total 40 members got selected from the electronics stream. All this happened in the last week of january. They said they will be conducting a seminar and giving job. They are not responding now. We have lost our money and time also

            Im greatly thankful to you for bringing samsung and its new innovations to our country. Its a great product and we always appreciated its trustworthy services throughout. Thanks to the make for india innovations from you, it brought the people in remote area to access the services from a brand like samsung.
            We always proud of you for the services and expect the same always.
            Im writng this email to inform you some serious matters happening in india regarding the services.
            I always used samsung products when im out of india because of its quality and services. When i settled in india, i brought two samsung airconditioner thinking the same quality and services will be provided.
            When im buying the airconditioner, it was under five year warranty and informed me that copper coil is used in condensor.
            I bought the airconditioners on 14.05.2014 and 31.03.2015 respectively. Both are under five year warranty for both compressor and condensor.
            On 17.03.2018, one of the airconditioner got an issue and informed the customer care. They replied me back on 20.03.2018, with a message that they have assigned an engineer to look the matter. Since then there is no progress from samsung.
            I have a new born at home, who cannot sustain the summer heat, i called the local technician and asked him to replace the damaged airconditioner with the existing samsung airconditioner fitted in other room. The technician informed me, that the coil used is aluminium and not copper. And advised me send a complaint to samsung.
            On 01.04.2018, the other samsung airconditioner also got repair. Again i have called the customer care for support. Next day they came to the site and informed us few things, which im mentioning below
            1. They need to take the units to their service centre to findout the problem.
            2. They themselves will not take it, customer has to bring to their service centre by themselves.

            Next day when i enquired the samsung head office regarding the first complaint registered on 20.03.2018,
            The message replied in headoffice from the service centre was.
            The problem rectified by replacing with new condensor

            In fact, no one replaced the condensor and it is still in damaged position. So how the service centre can provide a message to samsung like that... When enquired about that, it is a mistake happened from the service centre as they have replaced it for another customer having same name.
            I hope each customer will have a unique complaint register number and phone number. So why the service centre saying so. A pure negligence
            All other brands will come to the site, will repair the product or they themselves will take the product to the respective centres, but why here the service centres do like this...
            We believe in samsung and their services. But in india it is disappointing...
            Please take this issue seriously

            The feature of “Find My Mobile” which helps to find your device in case it is lost and also helps you to protect your data, the same needs to be activated by the customer on his/her own by login to Samsung account and enabling the required options on the mobile.
            We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
            As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.

            Their service center executive tells to buy new motherboard for single part of motherboard.
            Instead of repairing the same.

              I purchased a phone (Samsung s8) before 7 months and now i have screen burn-in issue where in i can see keypad and other few options that are imprinted on the display.

              I checked with the service centre and they confirmed that its the display issue and they would replace it.

              But previously i had a s7 edge and they changed display after which the phone was not intact with water resistance and had to change the mother board, display and battery even after that the memory port is not working.

              Hence i have no faith on samsung service.

              Let me know what best can be done.

                  Sub: service registration no.[protected]

                  We registered a complied with service registration no. [protected] on 23.03.2018 we are provided with the details of service engineer and his mobile no. The service engineer visited our place and inspected the tv he promise to get back within two days however we have not yet received any call from him till how and his not attending nor returning back our calls surprising we received a sms stating that the service order is cancelled due to non approval of estimate we were not provided with any estimate till now and hence there is no question of its approval.
                  I request you to look into the matter and provide the solution to the problem immediately.

                  Within a month started troubling Samsung j2 as sim 1 is not working when I reported same in service centre they have diagnosed as motherboard issue and they told they will replace in 5days after receiving call from service centre to get it replaced they have changed the issue now and they very cheated team have.

                    today 3-4-18 i again registered my request clam no. [protected], your engineer visited and confirm gas leakage issue, he confirm service will be done on chargeable for gas refiling and cheeking charger ..

                    i have already paid your service charges as your billed on 21-2-18 and give 90 days guarantee so why you again charge on same work .

                      I have purchased the new samsung galaxy j7 max mobile phone about 6 months earlier. It's good but to day mobile is not charged and i went to samsung service centre in laxmi nagar. Where ceo told me that mobile has a water liquid problem and we have to replace motherboard and charging port so total cost will be about 9000. But my mobile is under waranty period and ceo told me you have to pay rs.9000 so we have got my mobile without repairing.

And the way she is responding is really bad we purchas product which is having value of 32000 and the representative treat us as beggers

                          I have bought this mobile device on the 21st jan 2018, in few days the mobile was not working and the phone became dead, when consulted the service center they told they will replace the mother board, so i was in a assumption that everthing will be fine but the same problem occurred when i again consulted they said we will keep in observation and see that this problem does not arise but the same problem arises for 3rd time on the 21st march 2018, so as i was really disapointing and after spending 30 k this is kind of product we customer get, so i requested the service center to replace the mobile so that i can go for better model cause they told me that they will get back to me in couple of days but it's more than 13 days i have not got any update so looking forward for a positive reply for me not to regret to be customer of samsung

                            I have bought this model from pai international, j p nagar branch on 25 oct 2016, sales psi was explaining the other brands and offers as well, but i had selected your brand because quality of product, durability and value for money.

                            Since last 3 days, w/m door is not closing properly. We are un-able to do routine work as product not performing and it through with msg like door open.

                            I have called call centre and registered the complaint [protected], engineer visited to my place and had an inspection of the product.

                            He said, same issue reported at other places as well and they need to take internal approval to consider the replacement. He also said, it is a manufacture defect and i will submit the report to back office and they will get back to me on the replacement.

                            Today i have received a call back from back end and informed me to pay 4k for replacing the parts. I am wondering,

                            1. Why should i pay when product is having 3 years of warranty?

                            2. Product design and feature was purely taken a ownership by samsung and now why asking money from customer for manufacturing defect?

                              I am dr sinhasan. From pondicherry.

                              My samsung ac model no. 18fc3eaunnna. Purchased on[protected]. At mani electronics pondicherry.

                              It is not working since 20 days. My technical expert said there is only compressor problem. Need to be replaced. As it is under warranty period (5 years) i called customer service center to look into matter.

                              The samsung sent a person. This technical person (By name bashir) quoted me 18000/- bill as he wants to replace compressor, condensor, gas refilling.. So many other things.

                              According to my technical expert, who handles 100 acs in east coast hospital, there is only compressor problem and condensor is fine.

                              Hence i requested customer care (Nearly 10 times) to send only compressor.

                              They said they will replace compressor but i have to pay rs. 2245/- towards gas refilling charges. I accepted for it and was waiting for the compressor.

                              To my surprise i got sms from customer care today saying that quotation is not acceptable and request is canceled.

                              But i surprised, 2 days back main supervisor has accepted to do the favor but now refusing. I suffered 20 days without ac in this hot summer.

                              Its my right to get compressor if it is within warranty period of even one day left for expiry date. I am using samsung tv, samsung refrigerator, samsung ac. I had good opinion about your brand.

                              Now i am writing this email with kind request to replace only compressor and i will pay for gas refilling charges rs 2245/-. If the ac doesn't work even after compressor replacement by you, its my headache (To change to new ac). I will not trouble samsung again.

                              But if compressor is not replaced: i will go to consumer court. Use facebook social media to destroy name of samsung. I wish to convey you that i will not sit quite until i get the remedy.

                              Hope samsung will not loose genuine customers just for the sake one spare part issue.

                              Waiting for your reply at the earliest - within 48 hours.

Inspite of my repeated request to your service personal or the delear have not taken any interst to fitting the same in my resident though two days have already passed. It is regrate to point-out if such delay in services are given in new connection then what type of services we will espect for future services.                                   I have brought ac on 29th may 2017 and @ 2017b once after the ac 1 year warranty over, it stopped working and when samsung service center people visited they said that it is the issue with pcb board. How can pcb board from samsung branded can go. So it mean your brand uses such a low quality of board.

                                  Note: i have a recorded voice with me to prove all these.

                                  Thank you for cheating me by selling the such a cheap quality product for rs 50000 to 60000 rs inr and making to go bad after exactly 1 year. I have never seen a such a cheap and fraud company for selling products and customer care do not care about this and claims it only saying warranty over and samsung will not do anything. Such a fraud company in the world.
