I am facing a problem in my mobile phone that my phone is doesn't work properly as i'm using app called starmaker which is not working properly in my device but with same configuration of device this app is working properly on almost all devices of j7 pro model. And other one is that while listening music via earphone some distorting sound is came when opening applications.

I am using samsung s7edge mobile phone since a long time & was happy to use it. But 2 days back i was shocked to see my phone started heating up & it was heated so much that i had to throw it away from my body. The battery got swollen & i was not able to touch the phone.
My concern is not about the phone. I just want to ask samsung that we at our place all using high end samsung phones what is the guarantee that it won’t harm us....

On[protected] i had repaired my samsung mobile j5 screen in samsung authorized service center but because of there lenient attitude, after 3 months the screen is coming out from upper side & when i try to push the screen inside it is fleackering & when i visited to service center they are telling me that they will again change the screen which again costing me rs. 3000/- means after 3 months i m again paying rs. 3000/-...

I have bought samsung s8 phone. According to the phone specification the phone is water resistant for 30 minutes at 1.5 meter depth.
My phone was in water which is not even 1 meter depth and within 5 min the phone got switched off. When i took it to the service centre they rejected my warranty stating that water has entered the phone and asking me to pay 20, 000 rupees to repair it.
