Bought new led from samsung in april.
Then i got trasnferred at delhi. Now i came back my hometown.

Customer care is saying that now installation is chargable but i was not aware about anything. My led is in warranty and sealed pack. Now they are charging 622rs. It was harrasment to customer.

Led is still under warranty. Company guys making fool of consumer.

Please take strict action against samsung and do the needful.

    I have purchased a samsung mobile named galaxy j7 pro (Detail given below). I have noticed a small purple line on right side o[censored]pper corner within a month from the date of purchasing which converted in to a black circle and increased gradually and covered almost all over display within 4-5 days. No instance of any press or damage to mobile set has been noticed. Samsung dealer refused to repair it under warranty and requiring rs. 4500/- to replace the lcd. I have sent a request through samsung customer service vide request no. [protected] on dated 12.01.2018 but no response has been received so far. Particular of mobile set is as under:

      Greetings
      I am serving defence personal of indian air force and this issue is in regards to my complaint of my samsung refrigerator (Rt 37m3724sl/hl), bearing serial no. (03tf4pbj900952x) purchased on 19 oct 17. For last few days i observed that while closing the lower door it needs some pressure. We could not find out the reason. One day while observing very closely we saw the at the lower end of door above the hinge some metal part of body has got blister. Sir the fault is at such place that anyone can easily make out that it is a manufacturing defect which might have been minor and unnoticeable but arose widen over the time due to the usage of product hence unable the door smooth closing and opening.
      I lodged my complaint with customer care centre. One technician visited same day in afternoon and said that this is a physical damage and is beyond repair. After that day i made numerous calls to customer care centre but they answered me the same thing even i pleaded them to arrange a meeting with senior expert to investigate the issue. Will anyone purchase a product costs 30 to 35 thousands to temper it. My all efforts with customer care centre people went in vain. Then i sent a mail to gurgaon office they do kept me in absence for two three day and the result of my this effort was also same as previous. Sir my experience with such big brand left me stunned. Now i am not left with any choice other than moving to consumers forum to get relieved from mental agony i have gone through as a customer. I request you to take this issue as case to study to save the brand name.
      Never ever purchase any of samsung product it my advice to everyone.

        *Complaint against Samsung mobile service center, Nageshwarwadi, Aurangabad 431001(M.S) Regarding non refund of Deposit Rs.500 & not get good treatment from center owner/staff*
        [Ref : Samsung Ackowledgement of service request form TC 150 dated 14/12/2017]
        Sir, I have visited above mobile service center showed them my mobiles charging problem (takes more time for charging & get heated).
        But Without checking they demanded Rs.1100 for replace part& told if part not taken you can take return above deposit by deduction charges Rs.150.So i filled Acknowledgement of service request form &handover Rs.500 as advance at center.Center told me they will call me after receipt of called part.Center wrote on form Rs.500 received as advance & also wrote handwritten as "काम करताना Handset पुर्णपणे बंद पडू शकतो किंवा other issue होऊ शकतो".
        Meanwhile i have drawn memory card from mobile.I found the issue of charging handset solved automatically. I have asked service center to refund deposit Rs. 500 by deducting Rs.150 .But the staff & Owner not given good treatment &told me that we do not return any money as samsung company not permit us.
        I am having following Objections against above service center.
        1)The service staff without properly checked problem told to purchase part of Rs.1100.Took advance Rs.500 informing that if you not needs part they will return deposit by deducting Rs.150 i.e Total Rs.350.
        The Manager & Staff now changed their words.Also the Manager not ready to return money.
        2) The center freightened me for making Mobile repair from them as the center service staff wrote on samsung Ackowledgement of service request form as " काम करताना Handset पुर्ण पणे बंद पडु शकतो किंवा other issue येऊ शकतो".Told me the purchased part has no guarantee/Warantee of more than 3 months.
        Meanwhile period my slow charging issue cleared when i have drawn memory card from mobile.Now i can not take risk of repairing mobile from center as center not given any Warranty of part, data deletions, mobile damage during change of part &creation of other issues.
        Kindly make the needful to return my deposit amount (Rs.500).I am always grateful to you.

          This has reference to the Refrigerator Purchase from EP Electronic Point, Mayur Vihar, Phase I New Delhi --110092. On 4//4/2014.
          Model No - RT42 FDAGASL of Rs 42700/

          Almost every year this said product has been giving troubles right from Cooling, Gas filling, and adjustment etc. This time it, s compressor break down.
          Every we have paid for all the services, to us it seems either the company or the Retailers has pushed the defective Piece to the customer. Kindly go through the record of the services and you would come to know that In the last three & half year how many times the Refrigerator has been serviced.
          My request is kindly check it thoroughly or justify us that it is not a DEFECTIVE Piece.

          The said product has been on jugular need of service every year since the time of it, s purchase. The main problems which have been cropped up are summarized below.

          On the Day of delivery Broken Basket was installed when my wife refused to accept it on the assurance of retailer she accepted the delivery the Basket will be Replaced. That has not happened till date. When we objected very seriously it technicians got it Quick fixed.

          Soon it developed the problem of cooling the Refrigerator was not cooling at all.

          Again it, s gas got leaked which was refilled by the company during Warranty period itself.

          After that again there was a problem of cooling on inspection we were informed us copper wire got damaged so Gas got leaked.This type of phenomena has happened of Gas Leakage THREE TIMES.

          In the month of January 2018 again there was cooling issue we had to wait almost for a week to get it addressed. On inspection the technician informed us that it, s Compressor has break down, so need to be replaced.

          Sir,
          Except warranty period of 1 year the company has been charging Service Charge, Gas Filling Charge and for other service all the time for no fault of our.

          We are forced to write you. Now it is confirmed to us the company has pushed the defective Piece to us so please help us in getting it REPLACED

            Dear samsung being a satisfied customer for many years approximately 4 months back i purchased samsung j7 max at first was very much satisfied with the overall service but after few days later the phone became slow and sometimes it gets hang in the every now and often any particular moment almost daily. From being a valuable and satisfied customer i am just fedup and want to sell my 4months old phone and will never ask or buy any samsung product particularly phone. I have given two times stating my problem after format and all still it is not resolved. I replacement of my product asap.

              Dear sir / madam,

              I really feel sorry to write this mail to you after having used your products for years together. I am not sure, if it is my simple bad luck that i bought a problematic product and then got stuck up with your ever erring service franchises or it has always been like that on your service quality and it’s the first time i am experiencing so. Let me explain the issue in detail.

              I have bought a samsung galaxy mobile model no. J 7 prime imei no.[protected] from your dealer g. Rogers & company 12, dalhousie sq. (East), kolkata-700 001 against bill no.27730 dated 3rd february, 2017. I have two connections through that mobile i. E. Reliance jio&airtel.

              For the first six months it operated overall seamlessly while i noted three issues –
              Firstly the phone was getting heated when in use;
              Secondly, the battery was draining out too fast evenwhen i am not using too many applications simultaneously;
              And thirdly, the phone was taking too long for full charging.
              With this, three complaints i thought of visiting your service centre and took my phone to your service centre at behala sakher bazar, kolkata during the beginning of october, 2017. They kept the phone under observation for a couple of days and then changed the charging port mentioning that as the root cause of the issue. That’s where the story started. Connection for 4g sims became erratic after servicing as lte & volte sign was showing on &off quite frequently. Hence from then till date, i kept on visiting your service centre, so far thrice, primarily at the prince anwar shah service centre/kolkata. Every time it would be retained for a day and then returned back with a claim that it's repaired now while nothing would have changed. I am sure if you had the award of maximum visit to your service centre i would be a strong contender by now. Also the additional development now is, by way of changing the panel they had created four spots on the lcd screen. During such frequent visits, they have been time and again mentioning that the problem was with the sim and made me change the same thrice with no effect. It is also to be mentioned that above incident has been intimated to samsung when someone called me on 15.01.2018 about condition of mobile.

              This clearly goes against an organization of your repute and i am probably going to give you one last chance for resolution from youyour end by changing my set in next 15 days from the date of this letter. Else, i am left out with no option but to go to the consumer forum given the harassment that i have undergone over the last four months or, to be precise, since the time i have bought this phone. Anticipating a quick & positive response from you.

              It is a remarkable news that performance of Samsung India Limited will cross 10 Billion dollars target and behind this performance main object is consumer’s satisfaction. But I have a unfortunate experience that I have bought a SAMSUNG GALAXY Mobile Model No.J 7 PRIME ( IMEI NO.[protected]) from your dealer G. Rogers & Company 12, Dalhousie Sq. (East), Kolkata-700 001 against Bill No.27730 dated 3rd February, 2017.

              But this mobile gave me stupendous problem after 4 to 5 months. Earlier I have lodged compliant against this set which had been rectified twice by changing charging-port and panel. This rectification enhanced trouble manifold. As per advice from higher authority, I deposited the set again on 05/05/2018 to Samsung Care Sakherbazar/Behala/Kolkata that the case will be resolved soon which means that trouble set will be replaced. Rather, it was insisted that the same set will be returned back with 03 months extended warranty. I do not expect such type of deals from billion dollars company which is playing leading role in the mobile market in India. I hope that the case will be considered judiciously and replaced it .

              The complaint had been lodged by me in ur channel but no action has been taken by Samsung company nor they have intimated their inability to returned it to me which Company have retained till date . I only expect that the NUMBER ONE MOBILE COMPANY should give a reply, otherwise, I have no option to lodge it to consumer forum. Earlier message, which I have sent last, is given below for your knowledge:-

              "It is a remarkable news that performance of Samsung India Limited will cross 10 Billion dollars target and behind this performance main object is consumer’s satisfaction. But I have a unfortunate experience that I have bought a SAMSUNG GALAXY Mobile Model No. J 7 PRIME ( IMEI No. [protected] ) from your dealer G. Rogers & Company 12, Dalhousie Sq. (East), Kolkata-700 001 against Bill No.27730 dated 3rd February, 2017.

              However, this mobile gave me stupendous problem after 4 to 5 months. Earlier I had lodged compliant against this set which had been rectified twice by changing charging-port and panel. This rectification enhanced trouble manifold. As per advice from higher authority, I deposited the set again on 05/05/2018 to Samsung Care Sakherbazar/Behala/Kolkata that the case will be resolved soon which means that trouble set will be replaced. Rather, it was insisted that the same set will be returned back with 03 months extended warranty and the same set is retained by your company since 05/05/2018 without resolving the issue. I do not expect such type of deals from billion dollars company which is playing leading role in the mobile market in India. I hope that the case will be considered judiciously and return by replacing it.”

                Dear sir / madam,

                I really feel sorry to write this mail to you after having used your products for years together. I am not sure, if it is my simple bad luck that i bought a problematic product and then got stuck up with your ever erring service franchises or it has always been like that on your service quality and it’s the first time i am experiencing so. Let me explain the issue in detail.

                I have bought a samsung galaxy mobile model no. J 7 prime imei no.[protected] from your dealer g. Rogers & company 12, dalhousie sq. (East), kolkata-700 001 against bill no.27730 dated 3rd february, 2017. I have two connections through that mobile i. E. Reliance jio&airtel.

                For the first six months it operated overall seamlessly while i noted three issues –
                Firstly the phone was getting heated when in use;
                Secondly, the battery was draining out too fast evenwhen i am not using too many applications simultaneously;
                And thirdly, the phone was taking too long for full charging.
                With this, three complaints i thought of visiting your service centre and took my phone to your service centre at behala sakher bazar, kolkata during the beginning of october, 2017. They kept the phone under observation for a couple of days and then changed the charging port mentioning that as the root cause of the issue. That’s where the story started. Connection for 4g sims became erratic after servicing as lte & volte sign was showing on &off quite frequently. Hence from then till date, i kept on visiting your service centre, so far thrice, primarily at the prince anwar shah service centre/kolkata. Every time it would be retained for a day and then returned back with a claim that it's repaired now while nothing would have changed. I am sure if you had the award of maximum visit to your service centre i would be a strong contender by now. Also the additional development now is, by way of changing the panel they had created four spots on the lcd screen. During such frequent visits, they have been time and again mentioning that the problem was with the sim and made me change the same thrice with no effect. It is also to be mentioned that above incident has been intimated to samsung when someone called me on 15.01.2018 about condition of mobile.

                This clearly goes against an organization of your repute and i am probably going to give you one last chance for resolution from youyour end by changing my set in next 15 days from the date of this letter. Else, i am left out with no option but to go to the consumer forum given the harassment that i have undergone over the last four months or, to be precise, since the time i have bought this phone. Anticipating a quick & positive response from you.

                  I aditya kumar is currently using samsung s8 plus the premium model of your company. Few days back i mailed you regarding quality of your product and the service provided by your employees. My handset is in warranty and the battery has 1 year warranty according to your policies. My phone battery has swollen due to which the back panel is damaged. My display screen is perfect which justifies that the back panel is damaged because of the battery. Earlier it was having little cracks on it but when i submitted my phone in your service center in noida, u. P for the estimate letter they damaged it even more badly. Now your company is specifying that my phone's battery is out of warranty due to the damage. And i have to get the battery and the back panel changed by paying charges. Is it my fault that you poor quality products? Is it mt fault that the back has been broken because of your batteey quality? Why will i pay for the battery when its in warranty and why will i pay foe the back panel even when ita your company fault. Sir this not the quality and service of the company and products worh rs 70000. I have not paid such a huge amount for your such poor services. Your company is not earning only we are also working and we also have our work ethics. And i am surely going to take legal actions against this and i will also forward this mail to your head office and to the court because i will not accept such kind of service and quality of products of such huge amount. If your 70000 products get damaged in 6 months only and i have to pay more for them even in warranty then i dont thibk your products are worth buying. Its better to prefer other companies only who dont make fool of their customers.

                    Samsung service person came checked the tv and confirmed there is blur appearance from the side direction and he called his managers they check with the product & came back stating blurriness is the feature of this product & not the problem. How can blurriness be the feature in any product and it's stating it's not having 170 degree view, how will we get to know there is some thing like this in the led tvs, but nothing is mentioned in the manual about it. Either cusomer care or samsung exclusive showroom jalahallicross person are not accept the complain they are just coming back stating it's a feature and even after the proof they are not ready to replace with other product or refund. They are saying to sit & watch the tv only from front, about they can except that. I purchased from samsung exclusive showroom paying 61k plus after paytm dicount of 6k, thinking it will be a good product, but later i realised that it has the problem in the side view looks blur in this model as you go to right or left side. How can a blurriness be part of feature and why should they produce such product & realize to market. Samsung being such big co. Who would have done lot of r&d to bring the product to the market, why they have gone wrong in it. How they can expect every one to sit in the front & watch the tv which has good picture quality only from front & bad which is blur from the sides & if it's an old movie which will less resolution will looks blur & can't see the pictures clearly. It's completely a disappointed product. The customer will be innocent or will have nill knowledge about the product they go thinking with uhd & paying so much they will be given a better product. I strongly recommend indian consumer complaints depth. To review this product & please stop this product manufacturing & selling them in the market. I am regretting after buying this product & i don't wont other customer to feel the same or disappointed after buying this product. Please take necessary action as soon as possible before other customer face the same issue or get cheated.

                    We checked with the service people they are saying we need to check with dealer. Which is Samsung exclusive Showroom in Jalahallicross. Name - Samsung smart plaza. #54, of chokkasandra building no. 628, Ground floor, NR complex, Chokkasandra Village, T. Dasarahalli, Peenya, Bengaluru-560057. As they are the one who had not guided about the product. The sales men never disclosed this problem of blurriness from side view we asked many times stating we have a small hall how is the visibility, he told it will be good. He never gave any comparison of this model with other models which has better from sides. After two weeks I informed the blurriness problem from the side to the salesmen, he told no Madam there is no problem with it and it is good. I showed even in the Showroom, but he just didn't tell anything just try to send me from the Showroom. When I spoke with the manager he is telling there is no such problem and not ready to replace or exchange or refund. Telling he could have done if it was within seven days. I don't want this product. I need to be refunded.
                    We go to exclusive Showroom to get better information about the product but they never revealed any disadvantages of this product. First and foremost they only will not know information about being in sales. The sales man told me he never knew and telling me how the Samsung can produce such a product. Pls take some steps on this. Thanks

                    They had sent last time service engineer and not any Sr. Person as the conversation what was spoken from customer care. He came again he took all the videos and said there is blurriness and told let his manager come and visit to see the actual. But didn't turned up, yesterday Kamesh or Kamalesh chief services engineer spoke to me from Chennai head office and stated that's how all the Led TV's are from the side directions. So, as per the last service managers review he told its the feature present only in this model which is 43Mu6100 4k uhd of 43 inch. But this chief engineer is concluding that all led as this feature and again he is stressing the word that is not a problem and he can't do anything about it. I told I am not interested with such kind of product and you people are forcing me to have that product which is not good. So they can't do anything. All are playing a very big game of giving excuses even though after agreeing on the issue. Please look at this case and take some serious actions on them, they are just cheating people, wasting our precious times and making us to under go lot of stress and taking our peace of mind. They are not ready to send their finds in mail conversation and when I asked them they are stating we can't send what ever we spoke, we can only send there is no problem in the TV. Pls find the images which was sent to Chennai head office.

                      After having a samsung french door bottom freezer for approximately two years it now has a very unpleasant order inside the entire box. We have cleaned it several times to no avail. It is now permeating all thats in the box. I truly sympathize with all others who have the same problem. It is to the point we are considering throwing it out and buying another brand. Its a shame because it has been very reliable for us.

                        I requested for service for refrigerator model no.:rt42hdagesl/2014, as there was no cooling in same product. Service guy came on 09.01.2018 and he changed inside freezer panel (Call no.: [protected]). After few days there is problem of frosting, everywhere in freezer ice only and secondly water leakage in lower part of refrigerator. Yesterday i. E; on 17.01.2018 i complaint again for same problem, service executive came same day, during his visit instead of checking main problem he was unnecessary was disturbing refrigerator doors if there is no need of that and he said, "i will come after two and we have to off refrigerator for min. Two days. This is the solution? Or what?
                        Need help on above said.

                          While we made the purchase from the local dealer in kalkaji, new delhi, we complained that refrigerator cooling is on and off and the freezer section is not working properly. He did send his technician who stated that it is due to high heat that this is happening but will be resolved automatically.
                          Within few months of purchase the freezer compartment of the fridge stopped working, we raised the complaint with samsung and the problem was rectified by filling of gas.

                          Again in august 2017, we faced the similar issue of freezer compartment not working. Once again we were told that gas needs to be filled, and the same was done by samsung on the payment of rs 1500/

                          But the problem reoccurred again in december 2017. We complained the same again to samsung helpline. The representative of samsung came. However after his visit and whatever he did to our refrigerator, instead of problem (Freezer not working) getting rectified, the refrigerator started making some noise and then even themain section of the fridge section stopped working. As a result the total fridge has turned to a dead almirah.

                          To our shock and surprise the representative of samsung who visited shared that they cannot now repair the fridge as they do not know how to solve it and advised to get in touch with company for a replacement of the refrigerator. The service acknowledgement note is attached.
                          Thus it is very clear that this refrigerator had manufacturing defect right from the beginning and the samsung service team has been hiding the fact and trying to find short cuts to resolve the issue.
                          It is humbly requested that the new refrigerator be provided as a replacement of same model on foc basis to the undersigned at the earliest.

                            I bought a samsung phone model j7 pro 730, invoice no. T/17-18/730 dated on 13 nov 17. It is very pity to inform you that from the day of puchase i started facing network issues. Moreover, i had complained on 15nov17 but still i am facing same problem. Also i went to the b2x service solution center more than 20 times but it seems that you people have turned deaf ears to my problem.in addition to it, i have deposited my phone to service center thrice but no solution or response is received from them.
                            I have been calling on customer care centre but my problem is still not solved.
                            This phone is not working and i request you to give my money back.
                            I have always trusted your brand but your staff has made fool of me by always saying that this phone is well and working. The question is that if the phone was working then why they deposited my phone three time.
                            Secondly they did not gave me d-o in 15th november2017.
                            Look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                  26.12.17 - approached samsung mobile service centre, salem for blank display & on the same they gave my mobile stating display changed.

                                  8.01.17- again blank display, this time updated software and gave back my mobile next day.

                                  10.01.17-blank display, samsung mobile service, tiruppur, informed mother board problem and out of warranty & to pay for the board.

                                    Hello samsung customer team,
                                    I had observed a person in gujarat, surat area is selling duplicate led tvs with samsung logo and stickers where should i complaint, please give me the details in clear so i'll provide information to them in clear. They are selling different sizes like 55", 42", 32" smart tvs china made with samsung logo and samsung stickers, the models available in regular samsung authorized stores and the product i had seen are quite different. And i felt this information is to be passed to concern department because selling duplicate products is illegal and will cause damage to original brand. Even the remote control is having samsung sticker.

                                      I bought samsung mobile j7 pro on 30th dec 2017at salem mobile xpress showroom. I had faced network issue airtel not detected in my mobile from the date purchase i had approached service center on 10th of this month after two times sim replacement from network end they took my mobile one full day 10th and they return same day evening they told software issue and now issue cleared hence issue will not come.in third day itself again faced software issue automatically playstore getting opened in home with some app promotion on 13th of this month which pongal leave started. Today i visited service center they again today me to handover mobile for software update if issue cleared means can get mobile by evening they need two days time for hardware replacement.

                                      Just 18days old mobile i am facing repeat network and software complaint what type product you people provide consumer and service center super reponse to customer for my first time visit they didnt give complaint no and now they providing complaint big conversation, i asked for doa replacement they refusing to take request.

                                      Is this service center people will repnse customer i am clearly approaching that two times i am facing with in the 15 days there is government holiday ur service got shut down.

                                      Why should i suffer by purchasing your product at 20k.

                                      Is this the way to samsung team will response ur customer thanks

                                      I want to return the product and need refund for that mobile.

                                      In Surat, udhna Samsung service center is worst, only cheat the customer, only work for want money rather than give service, due to this reason Samsung brand name goes down, not give service in proper way they only know how to collect money

                                        Dear sir,

                                        This is with reference to my samsung galaxy c9 (Model name sm c900fzkdins, serial no:-rz8j2189qjd ([protected]) which was brought on 26th february 2017. From the very first day we observed technical glitches in speaker crack sound but it was not replaced by the vendor after my several request to them.

                                        However days gone later technical glitches arises one by one and led screen started flicking on which it was hand was handed over to the local authorized service center: [protected] shree ji electronics based at gomti nagar lucknow on 10/01/2018 under bill no:-[protected]. (Cc complain no:-[protected]/[protected].)

                                        However they failed to repair as because of back order of new receiver for my set.

                                        Keeping in view of above mentioned facts as i've been complaining from the very first day about the manufacturing technical glitches in mobile phone. May i request you to kindly provide me new hand set at the earliest.

                                        But the complain about technical manufacturing glitches in receiver was neither accepted by SMSUNG MANAGMENT nor my grievances were resolved.

                                        However; I will again request to send the receiver to technical laboratory test to understand the depth of manufacturing glitches.

                                        I will definitely take legal advice from legal agencies (i.e. : consumer Forum) and if required I will fight till my grievances will be resolved.
