I have been using j7 prime. I bought it on[protected]. Within the span of just 1 month. Ear phone plugin started to trouble. I, e if i connect ear phone/headphone it unable to accept. I have given to service centre on[protected] at chikkaballapur and they replaced the plug in socket...in just 2 hours again it spoiled... Can i again give it to service centre to claim my service...

    M usimg j7 prime in which within 1 year m facing moterboard issue.. When m reaching to service centre.. They are saying like its not a big deal you can do it by software update.. But again i am facing same problem.. Now dey are saying its motherboard fault.. And now your device is out of warrenty.. You have to pay for it.. So m going to file a case against samsung company n go from legal process

      I have recently bought a samsung note 8 worth 68000 rs from sangeetha mobiles. They gave me a defect piece and it had issues. I checked and found that the sensors are not working from day 1. I raised complaint with samsung and they gave me workarounds and none of them solves the issue. I went to service centre and they formatted it and reinstalled software. No luck again.
      They now say they want to try repairing the hardware.
      It is really hard to digest this as i paid heavy amount for a device which doesn't work.
      Neither sangeetha the dealer or samsung are ready to take responsibility.
      I need help.

      I've bought a s7 edge last year on 30th march, 2017, now I've had it screen broken and Samsung's service centre is charginge 15000rs for replacing the digitizer along with front panel. This cost is way too much taking in mind that this device in now 1 yr old. Please provide me with somehelp so that i could get it replaced.

      I am from bikaner Rajasthan and sir my phone is not working properly and sir i submit my phone 3 times in one week but they colud not satisfied me.
      So please kindly do somthing again samsung service center

          I purchased j7 pro from hotspot store, shipra mall, indrapuram, ghaziabad on 08/10/2017 for rs. 21000, after using this for 2 months with back cover i saw the back panel of phone showing white spots which means it loosing its color, it actually proof that how cheap metal samsung is using for their premium phone.

          I registered complaint no — [protected] dated[protected] time 18:05:49 in vasundhara, ghaziabad center to replace my phone with other or refund my money but the reply i got is really pathetic "this is a customer misused case and does not qualify"

          I didn't expect reply like this from a big brand samsung... I need refund for this as rs. 21000 is good enough amount to buy premium phone...

            My refrigerator (RS21HNTPN1 XTL) was not cooling efficiently when i called samsung technician. 1st day Samsung Engineer Mr Narayan came home and checked for defects. He concluded that the gas is not enough and needs to be refilled. Next day morning Technician Mr. Akash came and re-examined entire unit and concluded again that it is gas problem and there was no other issue. He started heating gas stove to cut the lining attached to compressor and then started filling gas but gas was not sufficient in cylinder. He went back to bring another filled in cylinder and when he came back, to our surprise he informed us that the compressor is also now dead! We were shocked to hear that as it was working fine some time back.
            Being proactive, he said that not to worry and he would replace the compressor free of cost as it was his mistake and that our compressor is still in warranty. He did process request for the same in samsung company.

            After 4 days of continuous follow up, he came and installed new compressor and filled up gas and took money as per the bill he made. Total amount Rs 2035 and everything worked fine. All was settled and we were happy !!

            Next day, I got a surprise call by some person name Mr. Bharat Mewada who claimed to speak from SAMSUNG office and demanded another Rs 7000/- for the replaced compressor otherwise he would send some person to storm into my house and install the old non-working compressor again. This was for the mistake made by his own technician when my compressor was working absolutely fine.

            It is really surprising level of extortion from brand "Samsung" is doing these days by recruiting such thugs / goons in their service centers who threatens & extorts & Harasses customer by calling them up and demanding more money !! ?

            This should be taken care of by the company else the brand will dilute soon! This is not expected out of a global brand such as Samsung !!

            Attached is the final bill raised and paid by us for the work done by their engineer .. pls look into this as the person is demanding more money by harassing me and i am not ready to pay anything now for the mistake done by his technician as that is not ethical on his part !

              I have following up with samsung customer care team for since 20th oct to get my lcd repaired but im not able to get any update.

              The executive came and checked and said in oct theta power atrt has a problem, and exp would be 15k so we told him we will get back, in nov i called the call centre and informed and pl come and repair, they came took theh part and said they try to repair it, again he cam said it not be repared and needs repalcement. Wesaid ok repalce it m he cam with new part and still teh lcd and get satrted then he said the motherbaord has a problem,
              Still if does not get repaired them the panle needs replcement.
              I fail to understand is he engr or???

                I recently purchased a samsung uhd smart tv worth rs 1, 19, 000. A technician came to install the tv yesterday. He installed the tv and went back. When another person came at our home to install the dish, he got to know that the tv is damaged. The technician ignored the damaged part and installed it previously. After calling the service centre for more than 100 times, a technician visited us and accepted that the tv is damaged.

                It’s been more than 36 hours, that tv is still there in our house. No one has picked that tv and exchanged it for a new one. When we call the company, they say that they are working on it. They are simply lingering on the work and causing problems in my family’s life.

                Is this the service provided by samsung for a purchase worth rs 1, 19, 000.

                Embarrassment, humiliation, difficulties and bad behavior is what we had to face in return of paying 1, 19, 000.

                Disappointed by samsung.
                I want compensation for the poor behavior and bad service.

                  I purchased samsung evo 128 gb memory card online from ebey vide order no. Rece0844, sub order 13830 with free 64 gb samsung evo sd card. But 128 gb card is found defective. It cannot store bulk files and format massage is coming every time. Moreover though these cards are class 10 cards of 48 mb/s, yet it is working in 3 to 4 mb/s writing speed in even usb 3.0 port.
                  Please advice for its replacement/repairing. I received these cards on[protected].

                    Sharing the issue story line emailed to samsung...
                    Hi samsung team,

                    Wish you a very happy new year!

                    (It certainly wasn’t a happy beginning for our 2018, though!)

                    I am not the kind of person who would shoot random escalation emails, but meeting with utter frustration, i feel compelled to write this email.

                    On last friday, my samsung double door fridge broke down and i called up customer care in morning itself and registered a complaint. My request number is [protected]. A technician was assigned to my request as well. The proceedings after that is as below:

                    29th december - complaint registered and customer care executive assured me that technician will visit for inspection in evening. I was reassured twice about the timeslot, so i cancelled my evening plans. Come evening, i kept calling the technician - over 4 hours i must have called him 20 times - no response. No one came, no one bothered to call to reset expectations about visiting timeslot.

                    30th december - i called customer care in morning to enquire again. I was reassured again that the visit will happen for sure on 30th afternoon - (This time for double sure). This was followed by a call from pune service center (Number[protected] and they too reassured me that the visit will happen in the afternoon. Thus, we cancelled our plans for 30th too and waited…and waited.. And waited… no one came.. No calls.. And when we called customer care, it kept ringing and same with service center - it just kept ringing.

                    31st december - kept calling the service center and the technician – no response. No one picked our calls. No one from the customer care too even bothered to give us a status of our request.

                    1st january - called up customer care and the executive reassured us that she has escalated the request to ‘higher management’ and that the visit will happen for sure in 24 hours. She also said that someone from ‘higher management’ will call me to get details. Guess what - nothing happened!

                    2nd january - 24 hours crossed - still - no call - no visit. I called customer care again at night. I was reassured again that something will happen in 24 hours.. I don’t even care anymore what all he said in his apology and reassurance speech.

                    3rd january - i am too tired now, and calling customer care and service center has definitely not helped, so writing this email.

                    I am a bit disappointed at the delay in the visit but i understand that workload and request queues may delay visits. But i am utterly frustrated and disappointed at the way we have been given incorrect timeslots each time. We wasted 3 day new year’s weekend waiting for the promised visits. We cancelled and shuffled so many plans involving other family members and relatives. Had we known that our fridge will get no attention till 3rd jan, we could have planned our days otherwise.

                    Finally, please tell me what should we do now? Is there any hope for us to get the honor of samsung service center fellow paying a visit for our humble fridge? Or should we just toss our fridge down the balcony and buy a new one – not samsung for sure!!!

                    I hope you understand that this is a fridge - the most basic appliance for any city or village household. I can live without tv, i can wash clothes without washing machine. But, i cannot preserve or stock up food by blowing on it!!!

                      I visited service centre which is located in bally khal (Belur), for repairing of mobile phone, the service provider boy mr. Soumyadeep pramanik.
                      He told to me we need 4 to 5 days to identify the problem than i'll answer to you, how much is chargeable.

                      Can you please, say its called service centre of samsung.

                      Please give a proper information relating this.

                        (The complaint against cooling problem in the unit since three months, the last complaint launched through id no. [protected] and email complaint ref. No. [protected], but their is no result from the company the engineers/technicians of the company are not up to the mark they cannot find out exact problem in the unit. Hence requested several times for replacement as the unit was purchased in dtd. 23.03.2017 comes in warranty period. But the company does'nt care about the customer so in that case i want to file the complaint against the company.)

                        The above said complaint is remain the same as such the problem in the unit was not resolved properly. Again new complaint no. Is given by the samsung so. ([protected]). Kindly replace the unit as early as possible.

                        Complaining several times to samsung india, but no result for the above said unit. Once again i request to the co. To replace the unit at the earliest.

                        the refrigerator is with Samsung since friday i.e. ( 19.01.2018 ) and the complaint is running since 11.12.2017. I think they are not taking any action on this matter i request to consumer forum to take action on this matter and resolve the problem as early as possible.

                          Our samsung tv had to be repaired in may 2017. Since then so many service reps have come home, checked on the tv, supplied at least 3 replacement tvs which were also reported to be defective. The replacement tvs which were defective were also taken back within few weeks of installing them. As of jan 2018, we are still stuck with our old tv with no effort made by samsung to replace it.
                          We have already paid an advance of 5k for the replacement.

                          We demand that the tv be replaced with another one that is not faulty, free of cost for all the delay and appauling service rendered by samsung.

                            I purchased a refrigerator from the above said dealer on 31 august 2013. The invoice no. Is 2085/ri/vv (13-14). From the date i bought this refrigerator, i have been registering complaints to samsung stating hat the refrigerator has freezing issues and water leaks through the refrigerator daily. Now a technician came from samsung and he admitted that the product is defective and and i need a new refrigerator in exchange. Please exchange or repair the defective refrigerator.

                              I have complained my washing machine to samsung dealer, surat on 7/11/2017, and till it's been not fixed (02/01/2018). So, i don’t know that they were doing. Initially, they have visited my place four times with different parts and tried it but couldn’t work than they have told me that they had to take that machine to their service center. So, they have taken to their service center two week ago. Till now they are doing recharge or what i don’t know, i want to tell them it is not an alien that you can’t fix it if you can’t fix it please replace it but they are not replying anything. So, i am big disappoint with samsung brand.

                                Dear sir/madam, my self vinod parmar. I have purchased samsung 43 inch led smart tv before 3 months. My led tv picture tube has issue. I have contacted samsung customer care for the same. They have informed me that their product quality is superior and they do quality check before selling any product. I had spent rs 55000 for this product and now picture tube has issue. They have offered me replacement of picture tube and 3 month extended warranty. However how can i trust such product if it is giving issue within 3 month of purchase. It has major chances to have any defect after warranty period. I had demand for replacement but they are not answering properly. Please help me out in this situation.

                                This is related my S8 Plus device .The services are very Poor and extreamly bad .The quality of service and timeline is also Pathetic .Never go Samsung Product ever .Company is not up to mark regarding Sevice is concern .

                                  I placed order for samsung s8+ 128 gb, on samsung e-store byod portal on 05th july 2017 through order no.[protected]. The order was placed using hdfc card with no cost emi. The order value was. Rs. 64900/-, and the interest amount was rs. 5026.15.

                                  As indicated on your website while placing order, the no cost emi interest refund would be credited to my account within 90 days. Today it is more than 150 days, and the interest portion has not been refunded.

                                  I have been running post to pillar, having sent several emails and phone calls to your customer care, but to no avail. Please arrange to refund the interest portion of rs. 5026/-.

                                  Today your customer care representative over phone said no cost emi is not applicable on byod purchase. This is height of misinformation, it is applicable even today on byod portal, please check the note 8 ordering process screenshot. The hdfc bank emi statement indicating emi table, wherein interest amount totals to rs. 5026.15 is attached. The screenshot for a new order placement of note 8 over byod portal, where it shows no cost emi is applicable, and shows interest refund within 90days of order placement are attached.

                                  Please arrange to refund the interest portion to my credit card account. I may be contacted at [protected] / [protected] / [protected]@ntpc.co.in

                                    Dear all,

                                    With this application, i want to bring this to everyone's notice about the "worst customer experience, service and satisfaction" which samsung can ever provide to their customers.

                                    To start with, i am not sure how much samsung is concerned about customer experience, service and satisfaction.

                                    Finally, i have pushed to an extent which is making me write this email and switching to lg, or sony. This email would not only include the service which you have provided but also the way of doing business and looking at things by such a huge organization. I have been using your products for more than 7 years. But i guess i should look for some better alternatives, may be because of the "worst customer service" which samsung has given me.

                                    As everyone says, in today's world the quality of services goes equally down when the quantity of people consuming those services goes high.

                                    Details of the issues are:

                                    A: customer care & service:

                                    1. Purchased - 32`led tv - 2 double door frost free refrigerators / 2 29` ultra slim fit televisions / 1 semi automatic 7 kg washing machine / 1 convection microwave etc. Till date.
                                    2. Case id: [protected] / old id was [protected]: 1. Kindly check the old case id as this led had been a pain to me since 2012 the day i purchased and experienced the worst customer experience in 2013 and noe repeatedly at 2018.
                                    3. My 32` led had gone bad with a video card faulty / motherboard faulty checked by a samsung service center guy a month or two back contacted at[protected] spoke the agent and in between he hanged up the call as i just told to do not put me on a hold for a longer time and he hanged the phone call... As attached are the call details... Finally dialed again to day and registered with the case id : [protected] the executive named: khushboo was there and stated is registering a complaint and wud get a call back soon from the engineer.
                                    4. Agra service center at shah market nehru nagar next to brij bhog shopi between visited the service center explained the issue to mr. Radheshyam head of service i spoke up with mr. Radheshyam number: +[protected]. Again and stated that the part was not available and to get it fixed either locally or if you had a bill kindly register the complaint and will get a refund within 20 working days.
                                    5. Got a call from agra service center +[protected]... Engineer stated that there wud be a charge of 800/- to check again and a charge of box to courier the led back.
                                    6. Now after knowing all facts i have to pay 800/- + box charges 300/- approx to get my led fixed or swap it with a new led... This is harassment to customers... If the part is not available get me a new led i need my led to be fixed or a new led that is viable.

                                    It has been several time in a row that i have to coordinate samsung customer care office / call center repeatedly for more than 1000 times before the problem gets addressed, to add to my agony, as i don’t understand as to how you can consider an issue to be resolved when the person who is supposed to be fixing it does not even do anything.
                                    Finally the samsung customer care are really a business minded or highly pressurised for being target oriented for sales but this is niche sales & customers finally is not a happy customer.


                                    Now i have full confidence in samsung’s moto, which is “let the customer suffer for the mistake that they made by purchasing of samsung products.”

                                    I have been a happy customer of lg for more than 5 years now, & recently such an experience from samsung…. Is a question mark, i have been recommended for samsung and not because i did not like any other brand but because i never expected this kind of pathetic service by this big company. I think now the time has come where myself, including at least hundreds of people need to change their mind because of the services which myself and they have been getting over a period of time. There have been many instances where i did not get service that should be provided to a customer and now when i am done dealing with you people would want you to please discontinue using samsung products remove me from your systems because your system, policies, procedures, services, way of doing business and looking at things is getting worst day by day.


                                    Either replaces my led or refund or i join hands with samsung with my final good bye!!!

                                    I know that loss of a hundred customers would not make any difference to your sales and marketing team because companies here do not understand the two most important words to run the business, providing exceptional "customer service" and i would certainly try to see if other leading companies do or do not understand it.

                                    With this, i pen down and say my final bye to samsung!!! I wish a great future for your company and if given a chance if samsung in future, would for sure want to learn the ways of running a business without satisfying their customers!!

                                      The feature of “Find My Mobile” which helps to find your device in case it is lost and also helps you to protect your data, the same needs to be activated by the customer on his/her own by login to Samsung account and enabling the required options on the mobile.
                                      We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
                                      As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.

                                        Already contacted the below id.. Even after explaining them n no. Of time that i have got the ear phone for one of the mobile while have not got it for the other. They seem to ignore the importance of a customers query.

                                        The only reply i got was we do not provide ear phone with the mobile phones.
                                        I am tired of repeating things.

                                        How can a mobile company not provide a ear phone with a mobile that was ordered for a range of 13000.
                                        Surprised to see such a response from samsung.
