Dear all,
With this application, i want to bring this to everyone's notice about the "worst customer experience, service and satisfaction" which samsung can ever provide to their customers.
To start with, i am not sure how much samsung is concerned about customer experience, service and satisfaction.
Finally, i have pushed to an extent which is making me write this email and switching to lg, or sony. This email would not only include the service which you have provided but also the way of doing business and looking at things by such a huge organization. I have been using your products for more than 7 years. But i guess i should look for some better alternatives, may be because of the "worst customer service" which samsung has given me.
As everyone says, in today's world the quality of services goes equally down when the quantity of people consuming those services goes high.
Details of the issues are:
A: customer care & service:
1. Purchased - 32`led tv - 2 double door frost free refrigerators / 2 29` ultra slim fit televisions / 1 semi automatic 7 kg washing machine / 1 convection microwave etc. Till date.
2. Case id: [protected] / old id was [protected]: 1. Kindly check the old case id as this led had been a pain to me since 2012 the day i purchased and experienced the worst customer experience in 2013 and noe repeatedly at 2018.
3. My 32` led had gone bad with a video card faulty / motherboard faulty checked by a samsung service center guy a month or two back contacted at[protected] spoke the agent and in between he hanged up the call as i just told to do not put me on a hold for a longer time and he hanged the phone call... As attached are the call details... Finally dialed again to day and registered with the case id : [protected] the executive named: khushboo was there and stated is registering a complaint and wud get a call back soon from the engineer.
4. Agra service center at shah market nehru nagar next to brij bhog shopi between visited the service center explained the issue to mr. Radheshyam head of service i spoke up with mr. Radheshyam number: +[protected]. Again and stated that the part was not available and to get it fixed either locally or if you had a bill kindly register the complaint and will get a refund within 20 working days.
5. Got a call from agra service center +[protected]... Engineer stated that there wud be a charge of 800/- to check again and a charge of box to courier the led back.
6. Now after knowing all facts i have to pay 800/- + box charges 300/- approx to get my led fixed or swap it with a new led... This is harassment to customers... If the part is not available get me a new led i need my led to be fixed or a new led that is viable.
It has been several time in a row that i have to coordinate samsung customer care office / call center repeatedly for more than 1000 times before the problem gets addressed, to add to my agony, as i don’t understand as to how you can consider an issue to be resolved when the person who is supposed to be fixing it does not even do anything.
Finally the samsung customer care are really a business minded or highly pressurised for being target oriented for sales but this is niche sales & customers finally is not a happy customer.
Now i have full confidence in samsung’s moto, which is “let the customer suffer for the mistake that they made by purchasing of samsung products.”
I have been a happy customer of lg for more than 5 years now, & recently such an experience from samsung…. Is a question mark, i have been recommended for samsung and not because i did not like any other brand but because i never expected this kind of pathetic service by this big company. I think now the time has come where myself, including at least hundreds of people need to change their mind because of the services which myself and they have been getting over a period of time. There have been many instances where i did not get service that should be provided to a customer and now when i am done dealing with you people would want you to please discontinue using samsung products remove me from your systems because your system, policies, procedures, services, way of doing business and looking at things is getting worst day by day.
Either replaces my led or refund or i join hands with samsung with my final good bye!!!
I know that loss of a hundred customers would not make any difference to your sales and marketing team because companies here do not understand the two most important words to run the business, providing exceptional "customer service" and i would certainly try to see if other leading companies do or do not understand it.
With this, i pen down and say my final bye to samsung!!! I wish a great future for your company and if given a chance if samsung in future, would for sure want to learn the ways of running a business without satisfying their customers!!
