There is purple dot appeared on screen just after 7 days of purchase.display is damaged .no body picked the call at customer care after 7 o clock ..local service center denied to replace ..pl provide the solution.i have spent 19000.after bearing this much monetary loss and I get nothing in return.i dnt want to repair it..just replace it .plz pay heed as soon as possible to resolve this problem.

I purchase this phone in 5th oct 2017 from flipkart. from jan-2018 month it not taking charge.

it taking to much time to charge the battery.i need full day to plug it on socket.

please help me to change this.

    I recently purchased samsung s7 edge mobile worth of rs.55000/-, in less than 5 months i got display flickering issue. I reported the same to samsung and the technician from samsung visited and inspected the mobile. He confirmed that phone has manufacturing problem with display and noticed dead pixel. Technician requested me to submit the phone to service center for repair since the phone is under warranty. Being a customer who spent 55000 on a phone which has to be repaired in less than 5 months, i refused to submit my phone for repair. I escalated to samsung (Reference no:[protected]) but they have closed the issue saying that they don't have a policy other than repair when the product is under warranty. I lost the hope on samsung products and their service am expecting replacement/refund from samsung. Please help me on this by taking necessary action.

      Hi i have placed an order with samsung e-store with order no.[protected]. I have made the payment through savex technologies in euros from my international account and account has been deducted along with the commission with a said delivery period of 90days.
      After a wait for exactly 80 days samsung has cancelled the order without any initmation. On calling the customer care call center they say that samsung has cancelled the order due to incorrect transaction number.
      This reason being incorrect again they give me another reason of bulk order cancellation as samsung distributor has no stock.
      What kind of reason is this? The first time i have heard this kind of reason. Samsung intimates me when i buy the item that it is in stock and now the customer care representative says that the samsung distributor has no stock and the order has been cancelled.
      Being a corporate samsung has zero ethical practices with no proper reason for order cancellations. I want a detailed brief report on this samsung.

      Hi, Since the order has been cancelled in December i have been contacting your sales team everyday. My customer reference number is:[protected]. I have not yet received a proper response why my order has been cancelled. It's been nearly a month and Samsung is just playing around without providing a proper reason. Since i have made the order online through my international bank account, transfer commission charges have been deducted amounting to nearly 20% of the total price.
      I have a humble request to Samsung that as the payment has been already received by Savex Technologies, a refund would be a huge loss for me, in return please send me the product which i have paid for. Thank you.

        1. I have complaint regarding my mobile phone samsung s-5 wich i had purchased approx. One and a half year back from amazon at 17000. Within one year it started giving problems. Last month when i took it to samsung service centre in patiala, they did something after that it never worked and i had to buy new one coz of their negligence.
        2. We had purchased a refrigerator from amazon, in the month of july 2016. It also started giving problem in very first year. Last month i had to pay around 4600 for getting it repaired.
        Why the quality of both products was so poor that they started giving problem in first year? Why i had to pay 4600 for refrigerator and my mobile phone worth rs 17000 was made redundant by your service centre?

          My samsung cell a8 stopped working for no reason i went to samsung service centre they said it will cost you 8500 i said this time i have no money i will arrange and after 10 days i went there and said please look into my phone this time they said it will cost you 20000. I doubt they replaced good parts of my cell phone. I want to register a complaint. This is fraud. Please expose this fraud. My phone number is [protected] my email is [protected]@aol.com. This service sentre is in kashmir namely ohi samsung service centre. Thanks please help me.

            I purchased a wearable (Samsung Galaxy Sport) from Samsung e-store on 15.12.2017 and made payment via EMI mode using my Credit Card. I received the confirmation regarding the EMI transaction and later received the product.

            But when i checked my Credit Card Statement, I found out that Samsung has wrongly charged the entire amount of Rs. 22990/- from my Credit Card. I raised a complaint by calling their customer care as well as by e-mail on 28.12.17. I received a response asking me to wait for 24-48 hours. But I did not receive any response from Samsung.

            I raised several complaints on 02.01.18, 03.01.18, 04.01.18, 05.01.18, 08.01.18 and 10.01.18 through customer care. I also consistently requested to provide me a compliant reference number.

            But each time I was asked to wait fro 24-48 hours and when I tell them that that it has been more than that much of time, they just responded that we can not do anything as the response is still awaited from management.

            Despite several requests and intimation that the Bank will charge the entire amount from me and in case of non-payment of entire amount, a hefty finance charges alongwith penalty will be levied on me, in addition to a considerable loss in my CIBIL score and consequently my credit worthiness, Samsung has handled my issue in the worst possible manner.
            no resolution has been provided till date and on top of it, their customer representative completely pull their hands stating they can do nothing as the response is awaited from management team.

            I wish to apprise you that my Bank will generate statement on 14th January 2018 and will charge the complete amount to me. Thereafter, I may not be left with choices than to oblige the payment in order to maintain my credit worthiness and goodwill.
            Any loss afterwards will be a greater cause of concern

              I ordered a power bank from my galaxy app on 5th december when there was an offer between 3-4 pm. And today, the day i am submitting my complaint is 9th jan and i have not received my product so far. I have already cleared my payment. I even mailed the samsung twice but got no response and got a called where they said the product has reached and must have been returned by you. When i completely denied, they said they will ship and deliver my product as soon as possible. But it has been more than a month and i haven't got my product. What kind of service is this? I am really disappointed by samsung. I had never expected this kind of service by such a reputed company. I wish you would look into the matter after my complain and deliver my product. And i would make sure not to shop again with samsung.

                For a small issue (Home button was not working) i have given my hand set at mysore service center on yesterday. And now they called me and informed that, the mother board has to be replaced. Coast will be around 8700 this type of cheating how we can tolerate.`after one day they informed that it was ok. Once i reached the service center they told me wait, after 45 mins. They collected rs.175 and taken my sign for opening the hand set. And evening they called me and told all this stories about mother board.

                  I went to service centre samsung durgapur city centre west bengal. I got a phone metro 313 in july 2017. The operating hours mentioned 10am -8 pm. I requested the technician at 7.15 pm to check what's wrong with my phone as it's display had disappeared. The person simply started shouting that don't you understand the system is closed at 6pm so i will not check the phone. I requested to take the phone and asked him to register a complaint in next day within working hours. To that also he simply refused and asked to come back before 6 pm in next day. I am working and even if i try my best i can't reach before 6pm. So what is the need of keeping a big board outside stating operating hours is between 10am-8pm.

                    I was traveling from sector 18 to sector 17 in chandigarh and in between it slip from my pocket. It is Samsung Grand Deo having EMI No as given below
                    3561/50/05/421/776/8. Request to block my handset f.e.f. to save my personal details and misuse in illegal activity.
                    My Mobil parched before for manth probalm is not charge maximum time try but not resolved my probalm, I have visit to S G highway YMCA store but you're staff not accept my chargers and not resolved to my probalm

                      Sir my cell phone is not supporting otg devices and my cell phone is under warenty and company service center of serkothi compound in front of islamiya inter collage gorakhpur uttar pradesh is denying to repair my cell phone and a very bad behaviour was shown by them to me which has affected my rescept towards company very badly.                         I purchase samsung j7 pro mobile from mg mobiles india pvt. Ltd saket new delhi on 21 oct 2017 after using a phone about 3 months sudden problem is come in phone like on screen blue spots are coming and day by day they are increasing this shows shows the bad manufacturing of the phone of a samsung brand/ company plz kindly replace the phone or refund my money which was 21000 thousand it's a big amount for me
                        It's my humbly request to the samsung to resolve my problem as much as possible...

                            I have taken samsung uhd tv from reliance degital. It worked well for 1 month and very next day the entire display is damaged. When i have consulted samsung call center and reliance they are denoying to replace the tv and technician told me that if at all we want repair of existing tv we have to pay 50k.

                            Cost of tv is 1 lakh. And i am a middle class family person. The tv delivered is damaged

                              Our samsung tv had been bought on oct 27th 2017 and within 10 days its stopped working. Since then so many service reps have come home, checked on the tv, provided hell lot of solutions [software problem/motherboard change] which didn't work at all. While i asked for a replacement they told they will extend the warranty. I am facing the issue
                              From day 1 but they are not ready to replace it instead they are asking to changing the circuit. Why samsung people is playing with customer money?

                              I have bought new TV having Serial No 0AAB3PBJ903889. But with in 10 days of purchase my TV screen start going completely black. There are three times support person came to my house and tried multiple things like software update etc., nothing worked. Now support team is saying they will replace the power panel and extend the warranty for 6 more months.
                              But after spending INR 60000, why should I use repaired TV. I am getting email from Mr. Shafi ( shafi.[protected]@partner.samsung.com) who is providing an useless solution.

                              I am really frustrated with this TV I bought, so please help me and replace my TV.

                                This has reference to my visit to samsung service centre on 4th jan 2018 at m/s maa vaishnavi eservice pvt, 1, new rajdhani enclave new delhi.

                                I own samsung note 5 dual sim and the sim tray had broken while removing the sim tray from mobile and part of the tray alongwith one sim left inside the mobile. When i reported the problem then they verbally told me the estimate of rs 27000 which was shocking for me because in this price we can buy a brand new mobile of one plus 5 the amount which is being demanded to remove the broken tray from the phone. The service executive explained me that they will change the motherboard and display panel, which means almost the complete mobile will be replaced just because part of tray is left inside.
                                I told them to give me estimate officially on the sheet for which i paid rs 177 also for making estimate. The same is attached also for your reference. Initially they wrote the reason that display is damaged and sim socket is broken, which was wrong and misleading input and i refused to accept as i am also technically qualified electronics engineer from mobile industry and was capable of judging the reason mentioned. I had to argue and almost fight because of their misbehaviour to convince them that display is not damaged its working only the golden color at the edge is peeled off. After some struggle they corrected this reason in the sheet. Another reason they mentioned that sim socket is damaged, which again was a wrong input because sim tray was damaged which is not the part of main board whereas they mentioned sim socket is broken which obviously leads to the basis of replacing main board. I argued on this also but the service centre head also was rude because i started recording the discussion to keep the evidence. The way they were behaving and trying to snatch my phone which i was using to record, i had to warn them that i will call the police. I also warned that this video will be shared in all possible media to show your attitude.
                                I called up customer care number to apprise the situation, they also spoke to them and i was assured by samsung customer care that the issue has been escalated and i will receive call for the resolution. But so far i have not received any call.
                                The whole scenario was frustrating as my phone has just crossed the warranty period whereas we chose to buy samsung assuming that this big investment over other brands will not disappoint at least for another 2 or 3 years without much expense to maintain, but i realised after interaction with few more note 5 owners that the sim tray breakage is very common problem. The tray is selling on some websites at rs 300 or so its sold because it breaks easily. We do not expect from a company like samsung to use substandard so brittle material for the tray which will lead to an expense of rs 27000 or say design a mobile which if has tray part left in it will lead to discard almost the complete phone (Main board and display).
                                If my phone will not be repaired at nominal cost then i am duty bound to inform the top management of samsung and if required the whole world using all possible medium about the professionalism and attitude of company towards this cheap quality of tray or say poor design for maintainability and on top of that repair cost expected by samsung authorised service centre and the video evidence showing the fight and the attitude of service centre where a customer feels like being cheated.

                                Led has defects within 3 months of replacement by samsung. Please replace. Within warranty 32 inch led tv. Screen is black from different places. Bought led in oct 2016. It has been replaced ones but the issue has reoccured.

                                      This is in regards to the samsung washing machine purchased from s. C shah anna nagar in june 2017. It's not even 6 months and the washing machine is not working. When we complained on the samsung customer service, they have come twice but of no use. The machine is within warranty but they asking me to pay for the defective part and labour. On 6th jan, the executive baskar came n replaced the part n when we refused to pay. He removed the machine part and left saying he will not replace unless we pay.. The machine s not even 6 months old and the filter and tub are broken. When we complained the ceo office, looks like the entire team s intentionally doing it and trying to make money by cheating customers. The customer service executive are very rude. And asking to pay for defective piece and labour for a machine within warranty. This is becoming very difficult to deal with. They all have made it a business of cheating customers. S. C shah dealer s also not helping. Eventually they should be replacing the machine but samsung n s c shah not even ready to replace the defective parts. Kindly help as customers are getting cheated by company samsung. They should be action taken against samsung customer service office.

                                        So this is about my samsung tv model: ua50j5570aulxl

                                        This was my first samsung product and seeing the experience with it i am afraid to buy another product from samsung and the kind of service i am sure even local tv sellers provide better service.

                                        I bought this tv for rs. 72500. Which was way above my budget. But finally i got it thinking i am going for a reputed brand and will not have to worry about buying another tv for another 10 years or so. (Before this tv i had a dyanora color tv bought in 1986 which is still working.). I know things don't last these many years these days. But 10 years is reasonable for the price i was paying.

                                        At least that was the expectation. Paying that kind of money, again iterating, rs. 72500 for a tv was a lot for us. We got it with the hope that we won't have issues with the reputed brand it was associated with.

                                        The tv stopped working exactly after a month of purchase.
                                        We raised a complaint with customer care. And we were told the issue will be resolved in 40 hours if i remember it right.
                                        The service guys took more than a week to come to our house. And it took around 30 to 40 days to get the tv repaired and working. So this was how it started. We had numerous issues in between. But i don't want to detail all of them here.

                                        So last month again we had an issue where the video was totally fuzzy. Again we raised a complaint. The service guys took a week to come and check. He didn't really do much diagnosis and said we have to change the board which will cost around rs. 9000. I was baffled. Paying another 9k for a tv which i had paid rs. 73k. I did some research on the internet and found the factory reset code for the tv and tried it myself. And you won't believe it. The issue went off. The service guys took rs. 250 from us for their useless diagnosis and asked us another rs. 9000 for an issue which was fixed using a factory reset
                                        I called them up and they refused to give back the rs. 250 which we had paid for their wrong diagnosis. By now i am totally fed up with the kind of service i am getting for the money i paid. Now again 3 days back the tv just stopped working. When i switch it on the samsung smart logo comes and then it keeps repeating. It stays in a boot loop forever. The tv is not switching on. Factory reset doesn't work too.

                                        Again we raised a complaint and its been 3 days. Every day the service guy says he will come and he doesn't show up
                                        Please tell me what i should do now. Should i be expecting to pay another 10 to 20 k for this tv?
                                        I obviously have got a faulty tv set from samsung. It has had problems from the day i bought it. Paid rs. 73k for a tv which has just worsened the experience for me. Including the service. I am really fed up with the kind of service and support i got from samsung. So i have been really unlucky here because i got a faulty set or should i understand that samsung products are generally of low quality and its the norm to call service technicians every few months?
