(The complaint against cooling problem in the unit since three months, the last complaint launched through id no. [protected] and email complaint ref. No. [protected], but their is no result from the company the engineers/technicians of the company are not up to the mark they cannot find out exact problem in the unit. Hence requested several times for replacement as the unit was purchased in dtd. 23.03.2017 comes in warranty period. But the company does'nt care about the customer so in that case i want to file the complaint against the company.)

The above said complaint is remain the same as such the problem in the unit was not resolved properly. Again new complaint no. Is given by the samsung so. ([protected]). Kindly replace the unit as early as possible.

In less than 3 months such a high end phone becomes faulty. Touch display battery Camera malfunctioned still they are just repairing it and not replacing don't know whom to approach as the person at Samsung treat us like they are the heads even approvals executive level. As a consumer don't have any option but to take whatever they say.
I have purchased Samsung refrigerator. But your customers care services and service centre service is very very poor.

    I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 on 21st September 2017.

    Within a three days of my purchase I experience the battery backup for the phone was very less and took it to the service center in NIT-5 Faridabad (Ambey Communications), where the service centre manager, Mr. Sandeep Chopra, asked me to take some steps and turn certain things off in the phone and optimize the phone (feature in the phone) and observe if the issue still exists. After looking at the steps he provided, I took back the phone back home and observed the phone for 7-9 days.

    After being unsatisfied with the battery backup I again went to the service centre and asked him to get it checked, following which he submitted the phone and gave me back the phone in 2 days as the kit to be replaced every time the phone is opened was not available then.

    When I visited the service centre to receive my phone, there was this strange greasy type appearance on both the edges of the phone which was not getting away even after cleaning the phone with the LED/LCD cleaner used by the service centre guy. I asked the service centre manager, Mr. Sandeep Chopra, to get a DOA issued for the phone, for which he told me that the 14 day period for DOA was over which involved a public holiday (2nd October) whereas upon submitting the phone, the service centre guy told me that 2nd october will be excluded from the 14 day period. Following which, I raised a complaint with the customer care about the issue of manhandling a flagship phone and about the confusion in the DOA period that occured.

    This issue was addressed later by the manager, Mr. Sandeep Chopra, by replacing the front panel which included all the buttons and outer portion except the back glass.

    After getting the glass replaced for the first time, I did not remove the plastic that comes stuck on the front panel to avoid any scratches and there some very minor scratches on the back glass of the phone which were pointed out to the service centre person handing me over the phone. I then took the phone back home as it was late at night and the service centre was already closed by then and everybody else had left.

    The very next day, when I was looking at the phone at a particular angle, I saw that on the top two corners (Right and Left), there were slight dots, which after coming into my notice, were bothering me. I contacted the service center manager and asked him to resolve the matter. He requested me to wait for a few days as the previous request was closed very recently and the service centre executive who received my phone, his service record will be affected. So, I agreed to wait and after a given date of around 6th december and then contacted him again. He then addressed the issue in front of me that there was a spot that he could see with his naked eyes to the top left but could not see the spot on right. He then called one of the guys from the quality team (I do not remember the name but I suppose it was Mr. Himanshu), who was present at the service center that day and I told him about the issue which he could identify at that point and also told him that I had submitted the phone for battery check earlier and the phone's glass back had got minor scratches which were earlier not present on the phone since I had got a protector installed since day 1 of my purchase on the back.

    He then ordered to get the back and the front panel replaced again and this time handle the device very carefully. After submitting the phone back again and getting the parts replaced, at the time of collecting the phone in presence of the manager, there was an issue with the lock/power button that was very loose and could be felt just by placing the thumb on the button.

    As soon as I told him that there was such an issue with the phone, he told me that it was not a functional issue which could harm the performance of the phone. I argued with him that the earlier issue was also not a functional issue and this also is a very noticable issue and when compared to various other Note 8 devices available near me, I could easily feel that the button was very loose and it had to be pressed harder than the usual buttons present on the other side of the phone as well.

    On constant arguments with the manager, he arranged for a visit from the quality team, who accepted that the button was loose and since there was no affect on the performance of the phone, he could not get this sorted as it was a cosmetic issue. At the time of his visit, he saw another Note 8 device and there was also a front panel that was of the service centre, both present at that time.

    My device's lock/power button was taking a bit harder to be pressed than the other devices and parts present. He agreed at that time that this was an issue but could not do anything about it as this would create a big matter because it would involve quality issues with the vendors and could not take a hit on him since there was no functional affect on the device. I still argued with him that being a flagship customer, we do not expect a company like Samsung to address the issue like this in an unprofessional way and if it were to make a big issue then the quality team should get it rectified as there would be a lot of other devices with such petty issues.

    Being a flagship smartphone and looking at the past history of Note 7 blasting, Samsung should be more careful on the issues and should address them with utmost professionalism, which in this case is lacking. The parts have some or the other sort of issues and the company is not addressing them properly.

    The service centre manager told me that he will be contacting his ASM for the issue and wait for a response from him.

    Today (27th December 2017) i called him and asked him for an update, he told me that there could not be anything done in this case as he did not receive a positive response from the ASM. So, I asked him to arrange for a call with the ASM as I wanted to talk to him. ASM then took the call and told me that he showed the previous 2 front panels to the quality team which failed to address the issues following which I told him that I was able to identify the issue and the quality guy could spot the issue and the service centre manager could also see it, then it is not my problem that the quality team cannot see any issue with the part, and he also told me that this being an issue not related to the performance of the product cannot be helped with as the phone is "Technically Fit".

    I have spent 68000rs of my hard earned money on this phone and I do not expect such services for a phone more than half a lakh rupees. I request you to kindly look into the matter and take some strict action against the company for the harassment caused to me and also get the issue resolved as I have my emotions attached to every phone I purchase and this is really bothering me now.

    The company (Quality people, ASM) do not want to take a step as this would create a big issue with the vendors and the quality management and due to which I am facing a hit on the service of my product.

    I humbly request you to please interfere and get the matter resolved.

      Purchased my phone 2 months back and now the motherboard got damaged, there is no standard quality for products you give to your customers, there is no proper service provided by the services center everyday i call they are responding that they have ordered the part, but then do you all require such an amount of time to repair the products? It is been two days i given the phone wherein they should had given me product repaired the next day i gave.

        This phone is useless with the tizen operating system. It does not allow app sharing. I tried to download the uber app, of which it is non existant on this phone, and its app store is limited. Please just make it possible for us using this phone to be able to have a choice o[censored]sing the google playstore and tizen then it would be a great phone to have

          We bought this tv in november 2010. It has been 7 years now, the motherboard has crashed and needs to be replaced as told to us by the samsung customer service technician who visited our place twice (Service request number [protected] & reference number [protected]).

          We told him to go ahead replace the motherboard, and he says the part is no more available. I contacted customer care again to speak to senior executives and managers. They just apologized and hung up. I told them that if they cannot make the part available, they must compensate for it in some way. Do you expect customer to just discard the tv after investing so much money assuming that a global brand will be durable and trustworthy. You cant expect customer to pay 1, 20, 000/- for a product that company cannot service in the future. While purchasing, they promise 10 year warranty and now within 7 years it needs to be thrashed!

          Anyway, we decided to purchase a new tv. We shortlisted a sony android tv after our online research and reviews. However, the manager at reliance digital who was known to us suggested we go for samsung instead saying it's better and has a discount due to new year offers. Just because of the bad experience of my last purchase, i do not want buy from this brand again. I also received some brochures at my place (See images) since a brand new samsung experience store has opened near my place. Even these brochures give the fake promise of 10 years warranty, which i now feel is a way to con people.

          I have Samsung j7 pro due to motherboard issue I went to customer service center they told me it tooks maximum 4 days to get solved but they can't..then they say to me that after 2 days it will ok confirm ..and now they don't pickup my call..if I call with other number then they tell that they will call again in few minute but they don't

            I purchase rs55k5010s9 side by side refrigerator in july 2017 and having issue of cooling.
            Service engineer visited 5 times but unable to resolve the problem.
            Today (26.12.17) he is saying some part (Motherboard etc) will ne changed within 3 days.
            Completely unsatisfied with samsung product.
            Kindly replaced with new refrigerator.

            Even after changing parts and several visit from samsung service engineer problem is not resolved.
            It's great torture to me that even after 6 visits problem is not resolved and your service engineer only try to give excuses.
            Pl replace my refrigerator.
            I cannot every time make complaint and waste my 1 day.
            Also complaint is not resolved but I got message that problem is resolved.
            I am using samsung products but this time I am totally DISSATISFIED.
            VERY POOR SERVICE.

              Dear Team,

              There was no impact damage on the screen when i gave it for service at your authorized service station and as it is not mentioned in job sheet and the only mention is about a scratch on the rear case and this is the second time your new oled display had performance issue in my phone. first time you have replaced display of the phone for same issue on warranty . This a clear case that Samsung is cheating the customers . I am happy to take this issue to public though social media and court of law so that more customer wont fall for the cheap quality product like yours . Please find the job slip for your reference . Also attaching the photo of the phone taken when given for service at your service center.

              I received a call from your Kochi service center the person who spoke to me stated that the damage in my phone is due to impact damage and may be excluded from warranty . I have given my phone to the repairer without even a scratch on the display. Because of the bitter experience i already had with your service center in kochi i am concerned about my device . Such ill mannered people wont hesitate to damage the screen display to exclude it from warranty . I have already taken photo of the phone and i also have a job card stating no damages on my phone display . They are delaying the decision and no communication through mail also. I suspect was done intentionally to manipulate my phone . Kindly escalate the issue .

              I have purchased a samsung j7pro mobile in august 2017. after 20 days i noted a small white dot in screen and some days afterwards it became a large black dot and consumed the whole display. i went to service center in ernakulam S A road (india -kerala) and they replaced the display on warranty as it was a manufacturing defect. the mobile was handed over to me after a week and i expressed my dissatisfaction over this (and they don, t care) . After a month the same black spot appeared in screen again and it consumed the display of the phone again . I walked into the same authorized service center in ernakulam (south) and this time i demanded to replace the faulty phone which is giving me regular complaints due to your manufacturing defect. The guy on the desk expressed his helplessness and asked me to contact Samsung directly to resolve my issue and didn't give a solution other than this .
              I contacted the manager of the service center and he replied in a unprofessional manner. He said he is not responsible for the phone complaints and i didn't brought the Samsung phone after consulting with him. he also refused to give his mail id and contact number . The manager asked me to contact Samsung directly and he don, t care about the complaints on my mobile as he is not a direct staff from Samsung. I contacted the call center yesterday and the call center person told some supervisor will get back to me in 4 hours . After day and night, here i am waiting for the supervisors phone call. I am using Samsung products for past 8 years and this is my first call center and service center experience . kindly revert soon because my phones warranty expires in next august and i have used the phone only for a week or so due to your product quality.

                I purchased samsung front load washing machine in 2014. The machine showed 4e error first time therefore i called the customer care. A person came to my residence to inspect the washing machine on thereafter on 26/11/17. After inspection he told me that 4e problem is minor problem and it was due to blockage of inlet pipe due to hard water in locality. He suugested me that the problem would be solved after chemical washed and it will cost under rs. 1500 (Rs. 400 chemical wash, transporation and labour charge). He insisted to pay rs.1000/- as advance. Accordingly i paid the amount. The next day it was taken away to the workshop.

                After two days i received the call from workshop and i was informed that it would cost me rs. 9000/- approx otherwise machine would be returned unrepaired after adjuisting rs. 900/- from the advance.

                In this want to say that i have called the customer care many times and he assured me every time resolving my problem. It became almost one month, non of the persons from samsung called me to resolve my problem.

                My grievance is that the person visited my residence had mis-guided me that machine will start functioning after incurring expenditure within of rs. 1500/-. Now after taking advance the workshop is making a phycological pressure to repair the same with cost of rs. 9000/-. If i would have been informed initially about such exorbitant amount i would not have given the consent for repairing. Now i am in looser side without my fault as workshop is not ready to return the advance money taken and it is being adjusted in transportation, labour charge etc. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary step for resolving my issue.

                  We had made a service request as our washing machine was not working. The service executive showed up as on 22.12.2017 at around 7.00 pm and clicked a picture of the machine. He asked us to purchase a new machine and started telling about getting all the parts exchanged suggesting us various vendors for the same, without even checking the machine. The executive was way too rude. When we told him that he shall atleast check the issue, he started yelling, took the service charge, without providing service and left. Henceforth, we called a local electrician to check the same. He checked and found cloth lint in the water pipe of the machine, post discarding which the machine is now working completely fine. We are highly unsatisfied with such service from such reputed brand as samsung. We demand the wasted service charge paid to the samsung executive along with the compensation for the troubles faced.

                      I have purchased samsung high worth led tv 55h8000 inch curved in september 2015. It has been used less then 3 years and we are finding defect in the tv.

                      Following is the defect there is black out spot in middle of the screen.

                      we have called samsung tecnician after paying necessary visit charges according to him we will have to replace the front screen which will cost 68000.

                      i will able to purchase non brand tv in 68000 which will last for longer duration then samsung tv.

                      i am not at all satisfied with the product & service unless you replace the tv with new one or give better solution without any charges.

                      Your top management people called me but saying they can't solve this problem, you have to pay 68000 for new repair.

                      I told them i will put it on social media but they are careless about this.

                      Now i urge people not to purchase samsung product, just stop buying it.

                        Sir,
                        I just bought samsung j2 pro mobile phone on 13/10/2017. That time samsung was promoting an offer with the name of 'samsung never mind offer'.in this offer company was saying that some selected models which will be purchase in any date from 21/09/2017 to 21/10/2017 will applicable to get the benifit of the offer and if mobile phone screen will damage any of the reasons with in a year, company will change the screen in just only for 990/- (This offer could also be checked on samsung's official website')

                        My mobile phone is also aligible for that offer. My phone got damaged accidentally on 20/12/2017. Next day i went to authorised samsung service centre, service centre told me that my phone's screen has been broken and it's need to replace. I told them for 'never mind offer'.
                        I gave them my original bill, so they asked i'd proof. Their was a little mistake in address of adhar card and mobile phone' bill. So i submitted my phone in that service centre and i returned back to home.

                        Next day 22/12/17 i went to the shop where i purchased the phone, and told him my problem and asked him to update address in mobile bill. After correction i went mobile service centre on 23/12/17 at about 2 pm.
                        Then service centre replied me that my phone is low size screen and low budget phone so that company will not approve my claim and i need to pay full payment for repair.
                        When i contact samsung customer care, they told me that my phone is aligibl for the offer and ordered service centre to give me the benifit.

                        After ordering, service centre took my papers and said to stay and wait. I was watching that my paper was in their drawer but they were not working for me. After some time they returned my documents back to me and told me that my claim not approved by company.
                        When i asked the reason then one of them got angry on me and said to pay full amount for repair (2400/-) in except of 990/-

                        I don't know when company was promoting their offer for that model then why i didn't get benifit of that offer.
                        I was also there but i didn't saw any thing that they did for my phone.
                        After inconvenience i paid full amount to get my phone back. But i want to know why company is # and showing fake advertising. They are making fool to show that offer.
                        If i purchased a phone of 9000 then it's everything for me so how service centre and mobile company says its low budget phones. I want to know why company listed my phone model for offer, and why they didn't give the benifit. Am totally got mentally and economically disturbed.
                        Please do something for a company which are making foolish with this type of harrangement

When i have insisted for the digital payment. Executive on counter told me that their swap machine is having network problem & further suggested me that such type of problem may come all over india. The statement is very surprising because govt of india is encouraging the digital transactions & company like samsung is delaying / denying for cashless.                                     I have bought my samsung j7 pro from an authorized dealer on 31st june 2017, however less than a span of 6 months the phone display had issues. When went to the customer care they told me that display needs to be changed when argued with them why the phone is not working they claim that the display is damaged, when asked for replacement they charged me with rs.4600/- despite it being in warranty period.

                                    The phone was not even dropped from a big place however to make money they just claim that i have dropped my phone, even though i had argued they still persist with the same.

                                    In my family everyone has samsung phone, this kind of behavior has just ensured that samsung is cheating with their customers.

                                    I advice everyone not to buy any samsung phones, they all have display issues and authorized service center people loot the customers.

                                      My tv showed slight white patches after the tv runs for 5-10mins. So i logged a service request for it. After the service person came in and did some plugging out wire and plugging in the wire /connectors when the tv was switched on. Because of his carelessness and casual nature my display panel is showing only black screen now. After this he says panel is damaged and asks me to pay 16000 for changing display.

                                      What i dont understand is why do i need to pay for his inexperienced service which caused me my tv. The mistake of mine is of staying in a village ever samsung cant provide a proper service even. Another mistake was calling samsung to service of my tv. We only use samsung products, but after this experience i wouldn't even recommend anyone to get it for free even.

                                      Now, even the service request is closed without even contacting me once. I dont deserve such a service from such a mammoth company.

                                      The display which was working till the service person manhadled the tv. Just let me know one thing, after a samsung authorized service person checks the problem, the problem should be rectified or get worsen? In my case, the whole display is not at all working now. How am i liable for mistakes of other persons?
