I purchased a samsung smart tv bearing the model code, software version and serial no. Mentioned in the subject on 13.10.2013 for a cost of rs.50, 634/- from m/s girias investment private limited, pa-building, 48, venkatakrishna road, raja annamalaipuram, chennai 28.
2. Now, i experienced a problem in the smart tv with a black shade on top & bottom of the tv. I immediately called customer care executive of samsung on 7.12.2017. Mr. Vijayan, service engineer, samsung india electronics p ltd, visited my home on 7.12.2017 and after inspection he said that one of the led bulb got damaged and further stated that exchange of the same would cost approximately rs.23, 000/-. He also charged rs.295/-.
3. It is disheartening to mention that a tv purchased for more than half-a-lakh during october 2013 has caused such problem within four years.
4. Hence, again i contacted customer care centre for three or four times and one of your customer care representative stated that the company will provide a discount of 7% from the total amount of rs.23, 000/-.
5. The samsung smart tv is connected throuh a stabiliser from the date of installation and viewed through set top box.
6. I expect exchange of panel at free of cost.

    I purchased the refrigerator on 30/06/2017 khosla electronics p. Ltd. At 63/3b, sarat bose road, kolkata -700025.
    The gasket of the left side top door is twisted and the door is not cooling properly.

    Service engineer mr. Rabin roy visited on 29/12/2017 and said that nothing can be done about it.

    Does it mean it is a manufacturing defect?

    I want this should be attended to immediately.

      Firstly, i would like to ask you what are you services towards your customer. Or is that so, that once they buy the products (On sake of your reputation) your responsibilities are over. Such an ignorance, that not getting a reply even after calling 3-4 times is just so rude.

      And here talking about my complaint is,
      I purchased a samsung led tv, model no - 32k5300, near about an year ago and come with an issue of 'black spots' on the screen few days afterwards but put a complaint after 2-3 months and got my screen replaced, and again within an year, the same issue has raised again (For the second time).
      And you executive denied from the replacement for no reason.
      So here, i am strictly warning you to take an immediate response asap and get it replaced otherwise i'm gonna raise it to upper level and publish it socially on networking sites or the newspaper it may be, because we are not fool that we are purchasing so expensive products and going through some much of issues within an year only!

        I me ashish ankush jadhav a regular customer of samsung india ltd need to file a complaint against the samsung company regarding the issue of not solving my genuine problem if refrigerator repair, the details regarding the issue and complaint is my home refrigerator stopped working as it's cooling got stopped we from then after contacted customer care service of samsung ltd our first call to customer care was on 5/12/2017 we forwarded a request to send a service engineer to resolve the problem service engineer visited after four days stating that we have to repair the part i. E compressor of the fridge which was in warranty still they were asking us to pay for same as fridge was purchased in 2012 compressor warranty is of 10 years as mentioned in bold letters on the product itself, there was another issue of a part called pcb which has to be changed as said by them we agreed to do it but after that till 20 days the part was not available with them i called numerously forwarded the request many times to customer care i had a word lots of time with all executives, team leaders, service engineer and so on still the problem was not resolved at last i was given the mail i'd of a person who is the head of the department in headquarters mr deepak bailwal, finally after 24 days he send the services engineer to resolve the problem but still it is not repaired in proper way my refrigerator still is not working it's not cooling and also ice is not formed in deep freezer, i requested again to customer to get a call back from mr deepak as he handled my case i had send several mail to him, called him he does not respond. My issue is still not resolved one can imagine sir my family is facing such problem without refrigerator as have a small baby of one year, how we our dealing without refrigerator since 25 days. Samsung has not at all provided satisfactory support i protest against the company they have troubled very much i strongly want an action against my case.

        Alredy provide all detail to your customer service centre and congratulation your are making fool customer since one month and check ur customer patience. Service which u provide is top since one month u want time to repaire refrigerator i[censored] are not able to repair product which u sale more than one month than stop production why u make this kind of product to cheat customer.
        Today is one month 7 days completed my refrigerator is not repair yet i give u complaint again to head office they are not able to solve my problem yet . i request to Samsung India to remove advertisement which is they are showing there service to provide customer in one single day.
        today i purchase new refrigerator i request all people please dont purchase Samsung refrigerator in future other wise u will trouble like me.

          I have purchased samsung double door freedze on 3 aug 2017 from rohtak (Haryana). On 22nd nov., its glass shelf completely broken down in to very fine pieces with its own. I had registered a complained regarding this on their toll free no. Hoewever their service engineer came to see the broken part. I had also gave them photo & video of the broken parts. But since then no response from their side. On 30 dec i again remind them about my complained. They informed me that it is a physical damage, so it is not under warranty. But the broken glass clearly shows that it is a manufacturing fault. But company seems not to cate about the genuine complaint, which was not expected from samsung. So i am now thinking to file a application to consumer forum.

            Purchased galaxy j5 prime - 32gb on 20 th august in bangalore.
            Within a weeks time, took it to your aut service centre in malleshwaram as the phone started dialing automatically. Service centre informed me that they have rectified it. But, same problem continued & i went there again but according to them set was perfect. As a user, i know what was the problem i am facing. Some how, i started using it. But of late, problem got worsened - all of a sudden, many calls started going without me dialing any number. So, i decided to complain seriously & get the problem sorted out. While going in my scooty to aut service centre, my bag fell down & my phones glass was damaged. On reaching the service centre, to my utter shock - they informed me that i have to pay for service since guarantee is void as glass is damaged. I requested them only to rectify that same problem, not to replace the glass but they refused & stick to their statement - guarantee not applicable as glass is damaged.
            A need your help to resolve my issue. I always trust samsung for quality & service. This is my third samsung phone. Money is secondary for me but being a regular samsung customer, i expect justice & satisfaction.

              I have purchased samsung j7 pro two month before and the phone is charging slow and also fingerprint sensor is not work properly. Other company charger charge it fast. Pls solve the problem. Sensor in not working properly so also solve this problem with that. Call recording feature is not in it. Phone battery takes 2-2.30 hour for full charge. And the fingerprint sensor is not detect the finger as other mobile detect

                Customer care service of samsung marathahalli branch is not consistent about what they say. They dont emphatize with the customer. Speaks rudely. Says something and finally does something else. It would really be good if i could speak to someone relating this. I am very very unsatisfied with tje samsung customer care service. They need to learn to speak to a customer.

                        I have a samsung galaxy s7 edge, model sm-g935fzsuins, and serial number rz8h90dt0ge.
                        Background of the problem: the phone was purchased in october 2016. After being used for 6 months, it developed a screen flickering problem. It was repaired for free as no external damage was seen and the phone was in warranty. This was in march 2017. Six months later, the phone has developed the exact same problem again. However this time the phone is out of warranty. The local customer service center requested me to talk to the samsung customer service supervisor so that they can grant an exception in such a case as the same problem is being repeated.
                        After repeatedly calling 180040samsung, i was finally put in touch with a supervisor (Named swaroopa). She was of no help and all she did was read out the samsung policy. If i wanted to know the policy, i could have just searched it on google. I didn't need to take so much efforts to talk to a supervisor. She did not even take the effort (I had asked her so i know) to talk the local service center to know the exact nature of the problem.
                        I requested another supervisor call yesterday, and i still haven't received it.

                        My major concern is, why should i have to pay for the same problem recurring again and again. Why wasn't it fixed the last time. And if i do pay, what is the guarantee that the problem will not occur again 6 months later?

                          My a9 pro is heating too much. I went to samsung service centre in hsr layout, bangalore. Selva kumar is the person who had behaved very arrogantly. Kindly replace the motherboard of my samsung a9 pro. I was using this phone since 9 months without any problem. But now this heating problem has occurred. Heat is not bearable at all. Kindly resolve my problem.

                            Bad service-1st complaint registered on line chat in october an authorised service engineer came and replaced the thermostat which went bad in 1 month
                            Again complaint registered - this time on the toll free no and again an engineer turns up-from a different authorised service centre-and agin the thermostat was changed - with a 6 month warrenty for the part
                            In december the same situation-the fridge does not cool

                            The folks on the on line chat are intrested in chatting not to provide solutions beyond booking a complaint

                              I have sent legal notice to samsung india electronics pvt ltd 20th to 24th floor, two horizon center, golf course road sector 43 dlf phase v gurgaon haryana through my advocate mr. Nishant santoshi chamber no 11 civil court bareilly on 20.12.2017.

                              I will also file the case pil (Public interest litigation) against the samsung india electronics pvt limited.in allahabad high court

                              1, challenging the specifications of the company.

                              The company is claiming the mobile is water resistance in the rain, shower or the pool for up to 30 minutes in a depth of 1.5 m or below is false of water proof.

                              I want to lodge the claim against the company for an amount of rs. 2.5 crores for cheating all its customers.

                              In case of no immediate replacement i want to fight the case in consumer court.

                              The company is claiming the mobile is water resistance in the rain, shower or the pool for up to 30 minutes in a depth of 1.5 m or below is false.

                              You are requested to replace the phone due to water went in side it leading to the failure of company claiming ip 68 water and dust resistance.

                                Reference to the purchase of my new mobile samsung j7 max in lucknow on 03.09.2017 with imei1:[protected]/01 imei2 : [protected]/01 sn : rz8j80t5j7n. On 26.12.2017 morning when i wake up i was unable to check mobile due to no display and when i reached to the samsung service centre at jaipur customer service person asked me to visit other service centre as they don't have the parts and when i have told give me in writing or call your manager then he asked his manager mohan chaudhary. First store manager told me that he is unable to fix the issue as they don't have the parts of lcd and when i have said that i will not go anywhere and mark the complaint then he taken my phone to open and check what is the issue as unable to understand the issue in lcd and then came back after few minutes with opened mobile phone and declared that the screen damaged from inside where i have told that my phone was not damaged as when i have handed over to you, you have accepted the phone after checking. He refused and asking for the replacement charges for replacement of screen which is not at all justify with a phone purchased within 3 months and 20 days who is under warranty. The best part is the phone display was gone due to detachment of the clip inside the phone as per the store manager which is also another issue in samsung mobile. Frequently facing lock unlock issue as the clip was not been fixed properly by the service centre. Service centre open the mobile without entering the job sheet and even not provided any job card no for further reference as they have not created job card which is mandatory for all the service centres for all products.

                                What i have observed that after sales service of samsung is really pathetic as the product is really not acceptable which makes defective within 3 months as i have used nokia, htc & other branded phones but never ever faced such issues till i have the product with me and even never ever get chance to visit their service centre as the product is so good but this time i think i have been cheated where the product performance is so pathetic. My wife was also purchased the same product in july and it is working fine. I claim to replace the screen and fix the other issues facing at my mobile on priority and need action from samsung else i have to be forced to escalate the matter to higher authorities as customer satisfaction should be the priority for every organisation as customer experience perform the sale of the product. I need urgent positive response from samsung as facing lot of issues with my handset and i am out of town so no other handset standby to use.

                                  I visited the local samsung service centre at raiganj, dist - uttar dinajpur, west bengal, on 27 dec and handed over the set for service. Today, i. E, on 28 dec, the centre tells me that the mother board needs to be replaced. It may take 5-6 days. The product is within warranty period.
                                  My point is, how can i do without a phone all these days?
                                  Again, this is a major fault with the product that happened in 3 months only. Why the handset should not be replaced with a new one?

                                  Please advise.

                                    (The complaint against cooling problem in the unit since three months, the last complaint launched through id no. [protected] and email complaint ref. No. [protected], but their is no result from the company the engineers/technicians of the company are not up to the mark they cannot find out exact problem in the unit. Hence requested several times for replacement as the unit was purchased in dtd. 23.03.2017 comes in warranty period. But the company does'nt care about the customer so in that case i want to file the complaint against the company.)

                                    The above said complaint is remain the same as such the problem in the unit was not resolved properly. Again new complaint no. Is given by the samsung so. ([protected]). Kindly replace the unit as early as possible.

                                    In less than 3 months such a high end phone becomes faulty. Touch display battery Camera malfunctioned still they are just repairing it and not replacing don't know whom to approach as the person at Samsung treat us like they are the heads even approvals executive level. As a consumer don't have any option but to take whatever they say.
                                    I have purchased Samsung refrigerator. But your customers care services and service centre service is very very poor.

                                      I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 on 21st September 2017.

                                      Within a three days of my purchase I experience the battery backup for the phone was very less and took it to the service center in NIT-5 Faridabad (Ambey Communications), where the service centre manager, Mr. Sandeep Chopra, asked me to take some steps and turn certain things off in the phone and optimize the phone (feature in the phone) and observe if the issue still exists. After looking at the steps he provided, I took back the phone back home and observed the phone for 7-9 days.

                                      After being unsatisfied with the battery backup I again went to the service centre and asked him to get it checked, following which he submitted the phone and gave me back the phone in 2 days as the kit to be replaced every time the phone is opened was not available then.

                                      When I visited the service centre to receive my phone, there was this strange greasy type appearance on both the edges of the phone which was not getting away even after cleaning the phone with the LED/LCD cleaner used by the service centre guy. I asked the service centre manager, Mr. Sandeep Chopra, to get a DOA issued for the phone, for which he told me that the 14 day period for DOA was over which involved a public holiday (2nd October) whereas upon submitting the phone, the service centre guy told me that 2nd october will be excluded from the 14 day period. Following which, I raised a complaint with the customer care about the issue of manhandling a flagship phone and about the confusion in the DOA period that occured.

                                      This issue was addressed later by the manager, Mr. Sandeep Chopra, by replacing the front panel which included all the buttons and outer portion except the back glass.

                                      After getting the glass replaced for the first time, I did not remove the plastic that comes stuck on the front panel to avoid any scratches and there some very minor scratches on the back glass of the phone which were pointed out to the service centre person handing me over the phone. I then took the phone back home as it was late at night and the service centre was already closed by then and everybody else had left.

                                      The very next day, when I was looking at the phone at a particular angle, I saw that on the top two corners (Right and Left), there were slight dots, which after coming into my notice, were bothering me. I contacted the service center manager and asked him to resolve the matter. He requested me to wait for a few days as the previous request was closed very recently and the service centre executive who received my phone, his service record will be affected. So, I agreed to wait and after a given date of around 6th december and then contacted him again. He then addressed the issue in front of me that there was a spot that he could see with his naked eyes to the top left but could not see the spot on right. He then called one of the guys from the quality team (I do not remember the name but I suppose it was Mr. Himanshu), who was present at the service center that day and I told him about the issue which he could identify at that point and also told him that I had submitted the phone for battery check earlier and the phone's glass back had got minor scratches which were earlier not present on the phone since I had got a protector installed since day 1 of my purchase on the back.

                                      He then ordered to get the back and the front panel replaced again and this time handle the device very carefully. After submitting the phone back again and getting the parts replaced, at the time of collecting the phone in presence of the manager, there was an issue with the lock/power button that was very loose and could be felt just by placing the thumb on the button.

                                      As soon as I told him that there was such an issue with the phone, he told me that it was not a functional issue which could harm the performance of the phone. I argued with him that the earlier issue was also not a functional issue and this also is a very noticable issue and when compared to various other Note 8 devices available near me, I could easily feel that the button was very loose and it had to be pressed harder than the usual buttons present on the other side of the phone as well.

                                      On constant arguments with the manager, he arranged for a visit from the quality team, who accepted that the button was loose and since there was no affect on the performance of the phone, he could not get this sorted as it was a cosmetic issue. At the time of his visit, he saw another Note 8 device and there was also a front panel that was of the service centre, both present at that time.

                                      My device's lock/power button was taking a bit harder to be pressed than the other devices and parts present. He agreed at that time that this was an issue but could not do anything about it as this would create a big matter because it would involve quality issues with the vendors and could not take a hit on him since there was no functional affect on the device. I still argued with him that being a flagship customer, we do not expect a company like Samsung to address the issue like this in an unprofessional way and if it were to make a big issue then the quality team should get it rectified as there would be a lot of other devices with such petty issues.

                                      Being a flagship smartphone and looking at the past history of Note 7 blasting, Samsung should be more careful on the issues and should address them with utmost professionalism, which in this case is lacking. The parts have some or the other sort of issues and the company is not addressing them properly.

                                      The service centre manager told me that he will be contacting his ASM for the issue and wait for a response from him.

                                      Today (27th December 2017) i called him and asked him for an update, he told me that there could not be anything done in this case as he did not receive a positive response from the ASM. So, I asked him to arrange for a call with the ASM as I wanted to talk to him. ASM then took the call and told me that he showed the previous 2 front panels to the quality team which failed to address the issues following which I told him that I was able to identify the issue and the quality guy could spot the issue and the service centre manager could also see it, then it is not my problem that the quality team cannot see any issue with the part, and he also told me that this being an issue not related to the performance of the product cannot be helped with as the phone is "Technically Fit".

                                      I have spent 68000rs of my hard earned money on this phone and I do not expect such services for a phone more than half a lakh rupees. I request you to kindly look into the matter and take some strict action against the company for the harassment caused to me and also get the issue resolved as I have my emotions attached to every phone I purchase and this is really bothering me now.

                                      The company (Quality people, ASM) do not want to take a step as this would create a big issue with the vendors and the quality management and due to which I am facing a hit on the service of my product.

                                      I humbly request you to please interfere and get the matter resolved.

                                        Purchased my phone 2 months back and now the motherboard got damaged, there is no standard quality for products you give to your customers, there is no proper service provided by the services center everyday i call they are responding that they have ordered the part, but then do you all require such an amount of time to repair the products?
