It’s going to be 15 days since the complaint is lodged but no substantial action being taken by the company till now except few calls with halfhearted unacceptable solutions.

It looks like you support executives are least bothered about customer grievance and very casual in proving apt solution in time. I am assuming this as a gross negligence from company’s end for not giving required attention.

In case no resolution being provided in next 48hrs of time frame, i will be forced to initiate legal action under consumer protection act for the financial and mental damage caused to me by selling a defective tv to me by the company.

    I placed this complaint with samsung customercare for repair of my microwave "i had placed a complaint with your customer care dept. For an e-21 error on my microwave oven and was visited by your engr. On 16 sep 17 the first time. He checked the oven and since it was not showing the error at that time he mentioned that it could be due to a temp sensor malfunction and that i should call if it occurs again. After a few days while making the second pizza the error reoccured and the oven stopped functioning. I realized that till it got hot for awhile beyond a certain temp it continued to function normally. I called to complain and was visited again by your rep from the same servicing centre milap enterprises but this a different person came who did not bring a spare sensor and so returned without doing anything though he too found the oven to be working fine and would show the error only after it got quite hot. It would be pertinent to mention that both these engr. S handled the oven with due care as required for an electronic equipment. Now since the complaint was not resolved i put a complaint again. The person who came the third time however was a disappointment as he was not familiar with opening the body of the oven nor closing it. He had bought the sensor so he went about opening the screw fasteners and did the change however since he did not know how to put back the cover he kept hitting the cover to fall into the slot. Seeing this i even told him to be more careful as the same cover after removal by his predecessor engr. S from milap had smoothly fitted the same without any banging. At this he told me that this is not a problem and that this is how it is fitted. To my utter grief once the oven was switched on after assembly it failed to even come on with the internal light and rotation of the turntable with the operating panel coming on as it normally would. I immediately understood his mishandling of the delicate equipment would have caused this new unserviceability. He then went back and opened the cover again and now brought out that the magnetron and pcb may have also be spoilt, and removed the sensor he had fitted and said if i was ready to bear the expenditure for all that he would ask his office to do the needful. I had contacted your customer-care and requested that an experienced engr. For the complaint and was given the name of mr altaf who is the owner of milap for the visit. However the same old engr. Again returns to do the repair and i tell him that mr altaf was to make the visit to which he talks to ataf who says that he is busy elsewhere. Not wanting to take a risk i maintain that i need an experienced engr. To do the repair as well as tell me how so many components suddenly became unserviceable. My last complaint no. Is [protected]. I am still waiting for the repair to be done." after this i kept contacting the customercare online chat multiple times and also through emails. I was then contacted by an official ms monica from samsung to whom i explained the complete sequence of repair and that it was functioning intermittently with error 21 comming on after the oven got hot. I also wrote about non identification of the error by the service engineers who kept checking and identifying different components as unserviceable when the error code should have easily identified the unserviceable component. On checking an online user manual for the microwave i found that the e-21 error was for thermistor
    Open error e21 one long beep for 2 sec
    Thermistor sensor which is supposed to sense the temperature of the cavity inside does not work properly. (Thermistor sensor open)
    Unplug the power cord and wait for more than 10 seconds. Plug the power cordagain. If the symptom persists, contact the nearest service centre.

    However the same could not be rectified straight away by the engineers and to compound it the mishandling caused other components to be spoilt, expenses the company now wants me to bear.
    I persisted with my complaints as it was a clear case o[censored]sing untrained engineers who did not have basic repair knowledge and information. I was now contacted by ms monica senior exec, customer experience who heard my complaint and said she will investigate and do the needful. She calls me back and explains that my microwave was found to have a faulty pcb (Which the last engineer had told me after he saw nothing to be working after his mishandling) rnd that if was ready to bear the expenses she would have the pcb replaced. I was taken aback as i had thought that from the facts told by me brought out that the mishandling had caused the pcb failure and initially my microwave had a problem of only thermister sensor malfunction. I wrote back to the senior exec and also the chat helpline for email id of higher levels of customer care officials but both have not given me any details and have maintained that i need to pay for the pcb. The kind of response has made me think wether they are trying to tire me out and pay for the repair and forget the mishandling since it is going to be four months and even after making numerous calls chats and emails the response is negative. I request that this may be taken up at the appropriate level so that this kind of callous behaviour is stopped and the customer is protected from such practices by the company in future.

      I bought a samsung a5 in nov 15 and now had some charging issues, went to a service center and received a call back stating please take your phone back, we stopped manufacturing spares.

      If this is the case one should never buy a samsung phone if the person intend to retain it for more than 2 years. This is ridiculous and when i raised a complaint i had to call 10 time for an update all i got is i will get a call back which i got after 24 hours and with an update"we are checkin"

      I will never ever recomend someone to do this mistake again, this people take consumers for granted and run away after selling products.

        I have order the mobile samsung galxy on ntx from flipkart and got it on janaury 19 2017. All of sudden one day phone display was not working properly and it was not showing imaes clearly. So i took the mobile to nearest samsung service center located in nalanagar hyderabad. The took mobile for investigation and gave it back after few days saying that mobile rear part is damaged, so display is not working. Now when came back it was not even showing anything, i mean not alteast blurr images nothing. I am not sure what they did or did i get the defective piece from samsung? I am not clear on this but i have spent money on mobile and now no one is responding fixing my problem. Service center people were asking 7000/- saying display is damaged. So i kept it at ome phone. After few days one of my friend told about consumer complaints so raising the voice here.

          Samsung is a very trust worthy brand and i always have a blind faith in this brand but my samsung galaxy j5 prime handset no. [protected] is having some technical problem from starting yet i purchase this on...in june i show my phone to an employee of samsung service centre at govind nagar kanpur, u. P india
          The problem is when i call someone it shows out of reach and once i disconnect the call immeditally after 2min. The call itself repeat to same, i tried sevreal sd cards but always the phone want to format the sd card. The storage of the phone is not more than 10 photos.. The fingrprint senser is not working properly and often suddenly phone is switch of itself this problem is generating again and again and its in this phone only... I want to replace my phone because it is in guarante period.. It would be nice of you if you do this for me.. My no [protected]thanking you

            Respected sir
            We are having samsung refrigerator since 7 years. We are having cooling problem in refrigerator and we had contacted b2x services solutions india pvt ltd and their engineers have visited to our place and they had check our fuze and they have change it. Even after we are facing the same kind of problem. The problem didn’t get solved to which we have to suffer a lot. We used to give complaints and the engineer used to visit and ask us to switch it off for couple of days and then switch it on again. Infact we had given our refrigerator to your service station but nothing has workout because the same problems keep on repeating. Even today the engineers ask to switch it off but this not the solution. Our food is getting wasted and due to this we are suffering a lot.
            Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. We want final solution.

              Really pathetic service which i m faced from your service providers and customer care service and higher team also, i want to complaint mr pardeep kumar yadav and talk to person on 11pm on[protected] both are miss behave with me they don't no hot to talk with customers, you people making fool realy. Now i want to tell a small fake story of samsung team. C i send my mobile for camera problem and they replaced battery and lcd? What the hell is this?
              Mr pardeep yadav give me time for aprox 15 days for camera change but after 15 days they replaced lcd and battery, and that was not my complaint now they lying they replaced the camera and the person who talk with me on[protected] said camera replaced but not mansion on complaint? Very interesting story but all is fake

                  The Product is under warranty as per the website and customer care as well. However the service agent who came to repair tried to scam me saying i have to pay since my warranty period has expired. He called over to the service center where another (ally of him for sure) said over the phone speaker that he confirm the warranty is over and i have to pay for the repair. As I was sure that my warranty is valid i refused to pay anything. They asked for visiting charge which I refused as well. That made him so upset that he told me not to bother them if i cant pay their bill. (which was not legit). I have solid proof that my product is under warranty which I am attaching with this complaint.
                  Product purchase date :12 Nov 2015. Warranty period : 3Years. Complain date 16 Dec 2017.

                  Received an sms saying the the service order No. [protected] has been cancelled due to estimate not approved.

                  This is extortion. Asking money to repair product covered under warranty. I have complete proof that my product is under warranty. The customer care also validates the warranty. Its just the local service center running a scam to loot customers who are not well informed about the warranty coverage.

                  After a lot of argument with the service agents I finally got the contact info of the head of the service center yesterday. That person was the only one who agreed my product was under warranty and assured me to replace it the same day.
                  Though it got replaced yesterday (21Dec2017) I was being harassed since the last 10 days. The agents denied to provide any assistance regarding the matter whereas everytime i called the customer care they too were shocked as to how they(service agents) can say the warranty is not valid while its showing under warranty in their system. Please refer to my previous message where you may see they have send me a message saying the service request is cancelled due to estimate not approved.

                  I strongly believe the local maintenance team is trying to scam people who are not well informed regarding their products and warranty. Please find the complaint details below and take necessary action.

                    Today morning in my mobile in one corner display showing block and immediately i have visited the our service centre in dharwad (Karnataka)
                    Service centre technician not checked properly and inform to us as physical damage (Impressed) and not under warranty but i am sure it is not physical damage it is over heat. (Product not damage any where)

                    I[censored] people not resolved the issue i am going to log complaint in consumer court immediately...

                        Dear Sir

                        I'm Sandeep Borse from Nashik purchased Samsung recently launched model S8+ (Model-G.955F, IMEI-357851.08.028612.8) thru Pre-booking offer on 04.05.2017.
                        Since using handset having Heating problem while Video Recording/ Games playing/ Net Surfing etc.
                        In last month when i'm in Switzerland where temperature was under minus degree, in one incidence while i'm video recording in Snowy location Handset heating started & its temperature goes high just like it burning ; so that I'm unable to handle it in hands, so dropped on snow.
                        Even handset was fallen on snow, handset Glass broken on side border. Its badly surprised for me.

                        When I reached to Service Center in Nashik, they keep mobile for 1 day (Alphabetics Business Machine Jobcard#[protected] dtd: 16.12.17) and refused warranty due to damaged. We explain all conditions of incidence but they don't agreed for Under warranty replace. I'm asking to change the screen in paid basis but, due to part not available it will take 15-20 days to arrange part, then only it will repaired.

                        I'm also complained on there webportal by chatting & calling to Samsung Customer care team, but they do not provide effective solution till date.

                        Even Pre-booking offer having one time Free Damage glass replacement which also refused because they unaware about such offers.

                        Such a big investment in Samsung handset is really bad experience for me & I'm advised to all please don't purchase Samsung high range handsets.

                        Expecting the effective resolution from Samsung Customer care from here else I've to escalate the matter on social media & legal also.

                        1. Logged the complaint at Samsung Service Center in Nashik 2. They keep mobile for one day & confirmed me that it is not under warranty replacement because physical damage. 3. Even if I'm ready to agreed for paid basis screen change they don't have part 4. So that it will take 15-20 days to arrange part & repair 5. I'm chat with "Rachna" on Samsung Customer care portal 6. Described all incident of Heating & dropped handset on snow & damage glass 7. But they don't agreed for warranty & said keep your mobile at service center then only it will get resolved on paid basis 8. I'm asking for escalation matrix but they denied to share 9. After that one phone call recd & informed me same to go to service center.. 10. They do not accept any circumstances if physical damage of glass, even it was happened due to over heating problem.

                          Greetings!

                          I bought 2 phone in the month of dec-2016 (J7 prime and galaxy j2) from poorvika retail stores by paying close to 20+k. Both were fine until now & all of a sudden one of the phone (J7 prime) stopped charging. I tried to connect another samsung charger not working.

                          On sat 16th dec 2017 : i approached poorvika for the same to find out what can be done or find a samsung service center address. When i could not find the bill copy at that time so i asked for a duplicate copy and they told they have knocked off all the old bills because of new gst/cst. They advised me to write to their mail box to get a duplicate copy. They also advised me to contact samsung service center near urvashi theater in bangalore. I asked them if i visit tomorrow (I. E:sunday), they specifically told service centers are not open on sunday, so please visit on monday morning post 10.00am.

                          On sun 17th dec 2017 : nothing because i was told that the service center is holiday

                          On mon 18th dec 2017: i visited samsung service center (Address mentioned below) at 10.30am. I spoke to a gentle man naveen (Floor ambassador), he spoke very nicely and took the phone and got it checked and advised that the charging pin has to be replaced and checked the warranty. He showed me that the warranty got expired yesterday (I. E 17th dec 2017) and now they will not be able to do free repairs and i have to pay close to rs800+ (Parts+labor) to get the phone fixed. Also they advised that if that doesn’t solve the problem, they will advise me what can be next. So i informed them that i was not aware of the exact date of purchase but i knew it was in december and informed them that as the service center was closed yesterday (As informed by sales/retail stores) i had to come today. For my surprise he says that the service center works 7 days a week and if you could have come yesterday we could have fixed it for free but now we don’t have options as its showing as out of warranty and i have to pay. I requested them that i was misguided that the service center was closed on sundays and i did not intentionally delay in getting my phone fixed and requested them to consider my request and get the phone fixed. He politely declined and said we will not be able to do much.

                          I called the samsung cc at[protected] at 11.27am and my call was disconnected. So i tried again and got connected at 11.29am and spoke to tejas and explained what all happened and requested him to advise me on the options available. He was not ready to listen and kept arguing that its out of warranty and i have to pay and get the phone fixed. I was calm and polite and requested him to listen to be first and then speak, he was not ready to listen at all. So i asked for a manager, he said manager/supervisor is not there and was advising me that he will arrange a call back in 4hrs. I informed him that im at service center and i cant wait for 4hrs for there call here and requested to speak to manager, he transferred to manoj. Manoj got half the story what i told to tejas and directly jumped into conclusion saying its your mistake sir and you should know what to do, how to do and all that stuff. I really got pissed off and requested him to first listen me before he could conclude, he was initially not ready and i could easily figure out by the tone of his voice that he was least bothered about a customer being a manager. He then checked which sercice center and i gave the details and he says that service center is closed on sunday, so i told him that its open i can ask him to speak to naveen the floor ambassador to get details if he want, he refused and started saying its closed on sunday and you don’t have to tell me what is open and what is not. So i told him that im misguided in the first place now you are misguiding me again. Then he changed his words and started saying that they might be just open to do they backlog works but not for the customers. So i told him that being a samsung rep you are clearly giving me wrong information. He was not ready to listen and says i can do anything and closed the call. The call duration was for 37 mins 58 secs. (Complaint#: [protected])

                          I approached naveen again and requested him to do something as its not my mistake. He said he will not be able to do anything and was very kind enough.

                          On tue 19th today: im really not happy with the way am treated from retail stores and samsung and im wring this email. During the 1 year warranty period i have never claimed my warranty for any reasons and now its just a day after the purchase date and i have to go thought all this for not my mistakes. Im not asking for a complete phone replacement, but rather im requesting just to fix it and give it back to me, just for rs 800/- a big trust worthy company like samsung treating a customer like this is not at all acceptable and i would request some one to understand my situation and help me out at the earliest.

                            Hello,

                            I bought a refrigerator rt54h667esl/2014, frost free from samsung in early 2015. It has water dispenser. After using it for about a year and a half, the upper layer under the dispenser started popping out and damage was increasing as time went by.

                            Apart from that just in this short time we see that fridge door started rusting from bottom.

                            This is clearly a mfg. Defect as water should not sip thourough upper layer. Upon contacting sales rep as well as customer service they said nothing can be done as warranty period expired. I feel this is not fair as this is a high priced model and such defects can only come out after some time.

                            I am a very fond of samsung products. I have purchased my washing machines, tv, earlier fridges from samsung only.

                            This issue has put me on back side about samsung quality and my trust in the quality and service is bit dwindling.

                            I need someone to look into genuity of the issue and help me by replacing the fridge door to regain the trust.

                            Mr. Dhimat Solanki called from Samsung Customer Service, Jamnagar and informed it will be a chargeable visit. I explained there is nothing he can do to resolve unless Samsung agrees to replace the door without any cost.

                            I had already sent him pictures of the damage.

                            He told me he will talk with the company and get back to me.

                              I purchased samsung convertible refrigeration in may 2016. It started giving cooling problem as soon as it completed one year. Since than i have been interacting with samsung support. I logged complain no. [protected]. Their technician came and said he has to upgrade software and switched off the refrigerator. He did not turn up and when i called him again he said that part is yet to be received. On check witch part as he has suggested for software update, he switched off his mobile phone and not reachable since than. Later on i called up samsung service center and was assured that call will be attended next working day as refrigerator is in switched off condition. It is 5th day not and till date no call from samsung... This is classic case of pathetic service by samsung. Also their product has failed by one year so even quality is also a very big concern... I will request all my friends not to buy samsung refrigerator due to very poor quality and pathetic support.
                              Even i have to update this to croma retail from where this unit was purchase so that they are also aware about these things.

                                I ordered for a Gear S3 Frontier on the 5th of Dec, 2017. The payment was completed. Was hoping to get the product within a week (According to the website, written as delivered within 5-7 business days). But did not get the same (It's almost 19th now). Contacted support service a number of times, but to my despair, these people were least bothered about my problems. Only thing they keep saying is please be patient, you will get the product. As per my info, the product has not yet been dispatched. Later, some senior support manager called me up to assure that i would get the dispatch confirmation by 18th of Dec, 2017 but still no mails. I am very disappointed with the service. I have paid an amount of Rs.29, 000/- and i get this treatment from these hopeless customer support team.

                                  I bought a samsung convertible refrigerator by june 2015 in just 6 months of purchase to my shock, repair started n i called them n they changed the freezer itself
                                  In this 2 years the technician visited at least 5times for the same fault of improper functioning of the fridge

                                    The complaint against cooling problem in the unit since three months, the last complaint launched through id no. [protected] and email complaint ref. No. [protected], but their is no result from the company the engineers/technicians of the company are not up to the mark they cannot find out exact problem in the unit.                                       The samsung's refrigerator was taken in 2015 and the lcd was taken in 2015. 6 months ago the port of the pen drive was damaged in the first lcd, the cooling was not being done in the refrigerators for 4 days. Called samsung, today the engineer came and checked, the gas decreased. Now samsung will make such a bad product that the new product will have to spend so much money, two things have been damaged in 2 years, that too 45, 000 amounts... Next time samsung has neither i lug nor talk to anyone to sing micro refrigerator coming gas costs in 1800,,, is refrigerator whirlpool 8 years. No problem till today, 
