I ordered for samsung gear s3 8 days ago with order no[protected] and they mentioned delivery within 2 to 4 working days. But as of now my order is processing and the customer care people are saying they cannot assure anything the stock is awaited. There is no contact from samsung. I am v annoyed with their service and response. That a purchase for gift and i want it asap.

      We had bought the two side door samsung in october 2014 from reliance digital (Mantri mall, bangalore). On 15th december'17, we got the shock when our refrigerator stopped working and had to lodge a request for service. The mechanic told us, the motherboard is gone faulty and we have to pay 22k for repairing becoz it was out of warranty period.

      When we asked for the reason he told us that, the stabilizer was of less voltage. But the stabilizer was recommended by the technician at the time of installation. It was really surprising.

      This was the first time we bought the product from "samsung" and we have to face this huge financial loss. Our other electronic products are from "lg" and they have not given any trouble so far.

      If at the time on installation, if the technician had guided us properly we would not be facing such situation. Wrong information and guidance has resulted into financial loss.

      Made a big mistake by buying the samsung product and i am really regretting by decision. This will be my last product from samsung.

      Be careful when you are buying samsung product.

        I'm mr. Namdeo rajguru r/at gulmohar apartment flat no.6 karvenagar pune 411052. My mobile model name sm - j730gzkwins, serial no. Rz8j91cb5ft was give for repair of display broken problem in vedant services 1st floor office no. 5 millenium pune 411004. On date 25.11.2017. Bill no. [protected].

        Sir i completed all the formalities and i'm also ready to pay repair charges of mobile, although i lodged complaints several times my problem hasn't been solved by your team. Nowadays without my mobile we are can’t do daily business transaction properly. Therefore i suffered huge loss because of mobile, when i called your customer support number regarding mobile problem they didn't attended me properly and didn't gave any reply and my problem was also not solved, they said that you contact to an organisation (According to them your service provider) namely vedant services. I lodged my complaint on their toll free number[protected] i received a mail from them saying that my complaint is lodged but they haven't solved my problem and they also said that u lodge your complaint with customer care department and i'm trying to contact your customer care but no one answered my call hence it made me very unhappy and felt very uneasy also i suffered huge loss because of mobile problems. Hence, i request you to look after this and i bring u to notice that if you and your bank team will not solve my problem within 1 days i'll approach consumer forum and i'll establish my right and the expenses and loss born by these mobile problem are payable by you

          My samsung mobile (J7-2016) bought on september 22, 2017. It was fell down and display broken. I went to samsung service center near my location (Virudhachalam) given for display change and they booked a complaint. I have paid rs.1000/- for service under never mind offer. They told in never mind offer service will take 20 days for approved and asking rs.450/-extra for sticker, why i have to pay extra money.

            I placed this complaint with samsung customercare for repair of my microwave "i had placed a complaint with your customer care dept. For an e-21 error on my microwave oven and was visited by your engr. On 16 sep 17 the first time. He checked the oven and since it was not showing the error at that time he mentioned that it could be due to a temp sensor malfunction and that i should call if it occurs again. After a few days while making the second pizza the error reoccured and the oven stopped functioning. I realized that till it got hot for awhile beyond a certain temp it continued to function normally. I called to complain and was visited again by your rep from the same servicing centre milap enterprises but this a different person came who did not bring a spare sensor and so returned without doing anything though he too found the oven to be working fine and would show the error only after it got quite hot. It would be pertinent to mention that both these engr. S handled the oven with due care as required for an electronic equipment. Now since the complaint was not resolved i put a complaint again. The person who came the third time however was a disappointment as he was not familiar with opening the body of the oven nor closing it. He had bought the sensor so he went about opening the screw fasteners and did the change however since he did not know how to put back the cover he kept hitting the cover to fall into the slot. Seeing this i even told him to be more careful as the same cover after removal by his predecessor engr. S from milap had smoothly fitted the same without any banging. At this he told me that this is not a problem and that this is how it is fitted. To my utter grief once the oven was switched on after assembly it failed to even come on with the internal light and rotation of the turntable with the operating panel coming on as it normally would. I immediately understood his mishandling of the delicate equipment would have caused this new unserviceability. He then went back and opened the cover again and now brought out that the magnetron and pcb may have also be spoilt, and removed the sensor he had fitted and said if i was ready to bear the expenditure for all that he would ask his office to do the needful. I had contacted your customer-care and requested that an experienced engr. For the complaint and was given the name of mr altaf who is the owner of milap for the visit. However the same old engr. Again returns to do the repair and i tell him that mr altaf was to make the visit to which he talks to ataf who says that he is busy elsewhere. Not wanting to take a risk i maintain that i need an experienced engr. To do the repair as well as tell me how so many components suddenly became unserviceable. My last complaint no. Is [protected]. I am still waiting for the repair to be done." after this i kept contacting the customercare online chat multiple times and also through emails. I was then contacted by an official ms monica from samsung to whom i explained the complete sequence of repair and that it was functioning intermittently with error 21 comming on after the oven got hot. I also wrote about non identification of the error by the service engineers who kept checking and identifying different components as unserviceable when the error code should have easily identified the unserviceable component. On checking an online user manual for the microwave i found that the e-21 error was for thermistor
            Open error e21 one long beep for 2 sec
            Thermistor sensor which is supposed to sense the temperature of the cavity inside does not work properly. (Thermistor sensor open)
            Unplug the power cord and wait for more than 10 seconds. Plug the power cordagain. If the symptom persists, contact the nearest service centre.

            However the same could not be rectified staight away by the engineers and to compoud it the mishandling caused other components to be spoilt, expenses the company now wants me to bear.
            I persisted with my complaints as it was a cleart case o[censored]sing untrained engineers who did not have basic repair knowledge and information. I was now contacted by ms monica senior exec, customer experience who heard my complaint and said she will investigate and do the needful. She calls me back and explains that my microwave was found to have a faulty pcb (Which the last engineer had told me after he saw nothing to be working after his mishandling) and that if was ready to bear the expenses she would have the pcb replaced. I was takenaback as i had thought that from the facts told by me brought out that the mishadling had caused the pcb failure and initially my microwave had a problem of only thermistor sensor malfunction. I wrote back to the senior exec and also the chat helpline for email id of higher levels of customer care officials but both have not given me any details and have maintained that i need to pay for the pcb. The kind of response has made me think wether they are trying to tire me out and pay for the repair and forget the mishandling since it is going to be four months and even after making numerous calls chats and emails the response is negative. I request that this may be taken up at the appropriate level so that this kind of callous behaviour is stopped and the customer is protected from such practices by the company in future..

              On 12.12.2017, i ordered samsung 275 l refrigerator & paid rs.25499- (Rs.23299/- after buyback for rs.2200/-, which has been delivered today only. I am astonished to observe that the same is available now for rs.24999/- (Rs.21199/- after same buyback for rs.3000/-).in this connection you’re requested to refund me the extra amount of rs.1300/- at the earliest or return the refrigerator.

                After noon he he will reach here at 6 o clock i waited for hos arival when again i contacted he is tell ing i m now at some other place i told him u come at any time i will not be available from tomorrow now he is telling clamp for my tv is not available what service you are provide just making customers fool really i fed up with ur services

                  I gave my mobile on 18/nov/2017 to samsung service in india - tamilnadu - chennai - nugumbakkam - service center:[protected].in my job sheet they took the complaint as display problem, they said for changing the display i have to pay around rs.8000. I accepted gave the mobile for servicing. On that day (18/nov/2017) evening i received message as your mobile ready please come and collect it. When i went to collect they said mother board in mobile is the problem. I asked why this wasn't diagnose before they said mistakenly it happened. I called customer care team to give complaint. Customer service team accepted as service team has done this mistake. I have asked the same thing as written statement. But they said it cant be given in statement. Again i got a call back from escalation team contact#+[protected]. Mr. D. Sundaram extn:1631 he said he will ask the service team to coordinate with me to finish the problem without paying additional cost. Now escalation team is saying its not a problem of service team and they are asking me to contact service team to pay amount. They are forcing me to pay rs.23000 to service completely and they are not sure will it work properly or not.

                  I had recorded the mobile conversation whatever i discussed with service center member and customer care team. Now i would like to escalate this to your attention to get my problem solve without any trouble.

                  Samsung name is getting spoiled because of this unprofessional service and support team. Because of this problem am under tremendous mental pressure everyday i am getting tense its spoiling my health.

                  At present nobody called me to give the status of my mobile.

                  For further details am ready to come to chennai office at any time with all the proof. I am expecting a prompt solution from your end. Hope my expectation will be met.

                  11/dec/2017 i got a call from escalation team mrs. Sangeetha spoke with me. She didnt even ready to speak about my problem, immediately she wants the confirmation from my side to pay that rs.23000 or not. I was waiting for the feedback call from sundaram. Because he said there will be one technical engineer will validate my mobile again and he will get the apologise letter from customer service center. But so far i havent get it. After i informed this to sangeetha i got a call from mr. Sundaram. Sundaram spoke with me, he said didnt commit about apologise letter and technical engineer verification.

                  They are very keen about to close this ticket and making me to pay the amount.

                  As per your below email i am ready to wait but i need a prompt solution for this issue. Or please escalate this issue to some other level. For your kind reference whatever i had discussion with customer service and support team got recorded. I got recorded all the calls spoke with mr. Sundaram too. Today he is very rude to me. I don't know is this the way to treat your customer.

                  If you want i am ready to email all the details or can i meet your superiors in chennai location to submit all the proof.

                  If mistake is from my side i am ready to pay the amount or will take back the mobile from service center. But so far all the mistake was done by service team so kindly take immediate action on it and get solve.

                        Hello samsung,

                        My name is amrit pal singh. My contact number is [protected]. I have purchased samsung galaxy a in march 2017 approx 8 or 9 months ago. Now i am facing charging issue, battery backup issue and phone restart issue. I take my tab to samsung service station, after checking they called me that some pins are damaged from motherboard and need to change the motherboard. They said it will cost me[protected] rs for changing the motherboard. There is no external damage from my end. When i give my tab to service centre it was fine. Now they said i had damage the product. But how because i dont have any option to open the tab. They also charged me 350 rs for analysis the product. If my product is under warranty then why i have to pay.

                        Now i am going to lodge a complaint in consumer court about this. That if my product is under warranty and without any external damage how my motherboard damaged internally. If it damaged from service center while analyse the product why they are charging me even the product is in warranty. I had submit my tab to samsung service centre in mohali.

                        I am looking for samsung reply about this. I had also recorded call conversation of samsung service center that they will not repair it in warranty.                           I have purchased samsung galaxy a9 pro on 07/10/17 from mobile house, bye pass, rotary chowk baddi himachal pradesh.

                          I have faced the issue of battery draining & heating & within two days i have visited your service centre: [protected] - mukesh mobile care address: 1st floor near sun city sai road baddi17 205 contact centre: 180040sams ng[protected]

                          You costumer support officer checked phone & returned within half an hour & asked me the issue is resolved now. I have used phone regularly, from said date to till now with issue of battery draining. & heating.

                          Today again i have visited your service center. Then your costumer care officer mr. Bhupendra misbehaved with us & asked it’s not our duty if phone is faulty, you may contact with samsung or chose alternate provider else of samsung.

                          Need your valuable response immediately.

                          This is in reference of samsung galaxy a9 pro heating issue. Yesterday i have collected my phone from your service center after telephonic discussion with you.
                          But still m not satisfied with your service, phone heating & battery darning issue yet not resolved. Service center asked me they have checked full night on youtube.
                          If your service provider checked full night. Then how it’s possible 9% battery drain within 10 minutes & phone heated. Today i have charged 100% battery & morning 8:30 am start fb & within 10 minutes 9% battery drain & its heated.
                          I am also working in a organization & have no time to visit again & again your service center coz need half n hour time to show the heating issue. Now i think it’s my mistake, that i have trusted on samsung only for 5000 mah battery backup.
                          Anyway if you people are unable to resolve my problem, pl clarify in writing. So that i will take legal advise against samsung. Because purchase date to till time such issue bothering me mentally & physically.
                          Samsung's phones always hangs. Everyday a new problem occurs in this phone storage is always full despite of less stuff in the phone . Very slow functioning and even samsung itself never listens to the complaints

                            I’m uday yadav (Using samsung s7 edge - product des: 139217:smg935fzkuins; sr no: [protected]). This is a typical case of sheer harassment suffered by me at samsung service centre, pristine electronics and solutions bangalore on 13/12/2017.
                            On 4/12/2017, i had given my mobile phone for screen replacement. The executives at the above mentioned service centre examined my phone and defect description mentioned to me was “display broken and dent rear case”. Then i got a message on 7/12/2017 that the phone was ready for delivery. As i was not in city, i could not take the delivery that time. Again i got a call yesterday (On 12/12/2017) that my battery is damaged and since its under warranty, it can be replaced without any additional cost. I requested the service centre to do so, and i’ll collect the phone once the battery is also replaced. However, to my astonishment, they told that first i have to make payment for the display damage, then again give my phone, and wait for one or two days more for battery replacement (Which is under warranty).
                            So, i called them up today and asked them the time till which they are open and i got a reply that they are open till 7 pm. I rushed to the service centre by 6:55 p. M. And offered my card for payment. But they denied accepting the card and demanded cash. I requested them to wait for 5 min, till i bring the cash from the nearest atm. But they bluntly refused my request and rudely asked me to again come tomorrow and with cash only.
                            My questions to you samsung:
                            1. Why was i not told over phone that the service centre will not accept card and i have to pay the bill of around rs. 15000 by cash only?
                            2. Why the executives are harassing by asking to come over again and again?
                            3. If the service centre cannot accept card, it’s the mistake on the part of service centre, why was i asked to come again with cash tomorrow? Why couldn’t they wait for 5 min, till i bring the cash?
                            4. When the government is asking to go cashless, is samsung, being a non-indian company, against the policies of indian government and insisting on cash transaction?
                            5. Why was i not informed earlier that the battery is also damaged, and why wasn’t it replaced (When it was under warranty)?
                            6. Why i was supposed to pay the bill first, and then again wait for 1-2 days more for replacement of battery? Why wasn’t it done along with replacement of battery?
                            7. Who will be responsible for the rude and insensitive behaviour of service centre employee and the harassment it caused to me?
                            8. Who will pay for the transportation cost borne by me for visiting the service centre again and again for no fault of mine?
                            9. To add to woes, when i called your customer care, i was denied of any direct mail id, and was instructed to log into samsung website and lodge a complain there only. Are your executives so busy not to address the harassment faced by their customer?

                              My j5 prime gold which i had purchased on[protected] had stopped working since yesterday. I took it to the samsung authorised service center in thuckalay today morning. They did not look into the problem at all and returned the set in the evening stating that the warranty period had expired and the estimate was not accepted.in reality i was neither informed any estimate nor the problem with the phone. When i questioned this, they were rude and said this is what they can write and do and nothing else.

                                After 10 days of purchasing the model mentioned in subject, the screen starts to blacken . When i approached to one of the service center and told them that might be manufacturing defect, they are telling that it has been done by applying pressure instead of the fact that the screen is not damaged at all from outside . It is in warranty period but they are asking me to pay Rs.4614.31 for repair of the same.

                                    On 20.11.2017 i purchased a samsung refrigerator and after installation, found that the door of the fridge portion, i. E. Bottom door, sounds unusually while closing.in this context i lodged a complaint through the dealer dass electronics, karimganj, on 27.11.2017. On 28.11.2017, a customer care executive talked to me and tried to assure me that the sound was not an issue rather a safety feature of the refrigerator. I told her that the sound seemed unusual to me. Then she suggested to book a free demo of the product. I agreed thinking that the person from samsung who would provide demo may recognise whether the sound originating while closing the bottom door of the refrigerator is unusual or not. I was provided a service order vide no. [protected]. On 02.12.2017 i again contacted samsung cc as my complaint was not resolved. Again i was assured that i would be attended immediately. After a few days i chatted with one of the cc representatives and he also assured me that very quickly me issue would be resolved. On 07.12.2017 i visited our nearest samsung service centre at silchar, assam (Which is 55 km away from my resident town karimganj, assam) regarding my complaint. But they seemed unaware of my complaint. Later they contacted a service personnel of karimganj and informed him about the complaint and also provided me the phone number of the person. I forwarded him (Person of karimganj) all my messages from samsung regarding my complaints and contacted him. He assured me that he would definitely visit me on 08.12.2017. That’s all. Till date no action was taken from samsung regarding my complaint. I have become fed up with the issue.

                                      When i searched for samsung customer care on google top search i got was this number[protected] n i mistook it as geniune customer care... This number is of repairnhelp. I got number of technician kizar-[protected] who came after few dayz, took 4500₹ saying motherboard needs to be fixed n i will be getting year long warranty. I like dumb trusting him gave him d money n got the machine fixed, which just worked for a day. I call d company with d issue but of no use. They just dissconect d phone n technician never answers d call.. This is totally fraud company n i request everyone to be aware of them. Hope some legal action is taken against them.

                                        I have been following with their local service engineer and the area manager since 2nd week of november 2017. On 4th december area manager confirmed that part has been ordered and tv will be repaired within 2/3 days.
                                        To this day service centre has not received the part and no explanation is being given.
                                        A reputed company like samsung cannot be so deficient in service to their faithful customers.
