I am writing this with a deep regret of buying a samsung product in my life time and would definitely make sure thats not going to happen next time.

Months before i replaced my s7 edge display, soon after that my mobile bulged and heated and started switching off. I went back to the service enter and they told there was a problem in screen replacement and we will provide a new screen. 2 days after the replacement, mobile home button dint work. I contacted samsung customer care, they picked up the phone from my place 3 days back, till now i did not get a response. Tvs electronics team cannot even pick up the phone _quot40489555_quot, please try to call them on phone and you will come to know how it is. We should call 100 times to get a call connected, yesterday after getting connected with a person by name pinky (Should be a bogus name). She very easily cut the call 3 times when i asked the status of the mobile.
Till now no information.
I really feel the worst of my life, just imagine that someone is keep on screwing my phone which was alright before they started servicing. I paid 50k to purchase the mobile and i end up now with no details and all service person have screwed it to the maximum.
Is it what samsung is all about? Samsung doesnt even understand consumers point of view. Example is about the service center and another example is the chat i had with one of your person yesterday. Please review the chat if you can retrieve it.
I really dont even like the phone anymore that is the feeling you people have given me. I am frustrated to the extended that i am not going to step in the service center anymore. And more over i am not interested to get my mobile back instead i would like to get my mobile replaced.

    I have bought this tv just 2 months for rs. 116000. There was smoke coming out from product 2 days back and customer service inspected the product and said that display and mother board is damaged and need to be replaced and it would cost nearly 50000 rupees. Since the damage was caused by insect customer service said that we need to bear the cost of rs. 50000. How can this ridiculous thing happen? We are buying this branded products just for their service and quality of the product. If the quality is compromised, why do we need to spend this huge amount. I need my tv replacement.

      I have given my phone on 26th november for repair to the above mentioned service centre with the bill no.[protected].

      Firstly they checked my phone after that they mention kindly take the back up of your phone as the phone usb charging point is damaged and you will get your phone after three days. They gives me estimate rs.00/

      After few hours i got a call from the service centre for the information that you have to pay rs 5500/- as your phone is not under warranty but at the time of taking my phone they said its under warranyt as purchase date of my phone is 09.04.2017.

      I dont know why they are saying its not under warranty. Discussion with the the service centre was very rude. The way they talk to the customer was very rude. The executive of service center doing fraud with the with buyer... They are changing the original parts...

      I also called samsung customer care regarding the above mentioned matter but the customer care representative is not so responsive.,. Complaint no given by customer care is [protected].

      Kindly look at this matter and isssue me my phone as soon as possible.

        I purchased Galaxy Note 8 on Oct 14 from Samsung e-store. During this introductory launch period (Sep 21-Oct 21 2017), it was running free wireless charger offer. The per-requisite being device to be activated before Oct 31.

        I opted for color change on Oct 18, during which I WAS TOLD this will be shipped in 5 working days.

        However, they shipped the device only on Nov 6 (after 3 weeks)and now say I'm not eligible. The delay came from their side & they are blaming me for not activating before Oct 31. I had mailed them several times during last week and they did not respond.

        They were cheating a section of customers by delaying the shipping & then justifying ineligibility. This is CHEATING

        I followed up with them & I got a call back on Nov 30, saying coupon has been generated & I can use this to purchase wireless charger. However, it was another lie. I immediately reached to customer care & they verified it hadn't been generated . And then again started blaming that I did not activate before Oct 31

        The customer care continues to be of no use, I been behind this since I got the device on Nov 9.
        Where on earth can you find the blame on customer !!
        The e-store continues to blame offer department and me while the problem is with them.
        I was told it will be shipped in 5 days but it was done after 18 days... No JUSTIFICATION.. And despite reaching out to them during that period, I wasn't given a single response.

          I purchased a samsung 8 series 8000 (46 inch tv) in june 2014 for 1.4l. There was a crack in the display 8months ago. I turned in the tv to a samsung repair center. They told the tv cannot be fixed because the model was discontinued by samsung. They asked me to take the tv back and nothing can be done.
          I called the toll free number again and told them, they said they would take the tv and provide a check subtracting the value of the deprecation.
          They need a receipt to do that. I do not have a receipt. Its been 4 years since i bought the tv. Samsung service center says nothing can be done.
          How can i let go of the tv when i spent 1.4 lakhs??

          Samsung A5 battery is bulging 2nd time in a span of 3 months. I replaced the battery 1st time the original one was bulged n now the replaced battery is also bulged again.

            We have visited Sumsung Authorized service centre ( Babli Media Centre), 128/D Raja Subodh Chandra Mallick Road, Kol-47 and reported a proble of Sumsung hand set.
            Problem : Hanset is not connecting with computer (having OS Windows 98).
            After one day, they have billed Rs.441 and we have paid. The problem is Still persist. Bill attached.
            We have contacted customer care and visited that service centre but no good response.
            Personal behavior of stuffs are also very ugly.
            I are going to blacklisted Sumsung and in near future consumer court also, if problem not properly attain or back our money..

              We bought a samsung tv - model no u a 40jv64youlxl (Led smart tv) in july 2016 with a one year warranty.
              In november 2017, while the sound continued to work, the display was erratic. I registered a complaint and the service person checked the tv and reported that the led bulb was an issue so its needs to be replaced. He gave an estimate of rs 5000 and wanted to take the tv to his service center. He said that this is a regular problem with this model, however since the tv was working intermittently, i did not hand over the tv to him. He also did not ask for a service charge so there is no record of this visit.

              The display problem persisted so i lodged a complaint again. This time, i was told that the panel is not working and repair cost is 35 k. I informed him that i rather buy a new tv and handed over a service fee of rs 295 and he gave me a receipt - attached for reference. He would not write the nature of the problem or the solution inspite of my repeatedly asking him to. This created further doubt.

              Next day, when my son in law just changed the hdmi port and the display was perfect.
              I am sure a qualified technician could have offered this solution - moreover two different technicians find two completely different solutions to fix the same problem. Also the ridiculously high charges to fix a one and a half year old tv. This is completely unacceptable and unethical. Kindly look into this and advise

                Hi, i am saumya ranjan mohanty. I had puchage a samsung galaxy j120 mobile on march 2017. Aft 3months i had faced data connection issue on that device. I had visit service center (Sprimon technologies, saheed nagar, bhubaneswar) on oct 2017 to resolve the issue. They had received my phone & informed me that we will took 7days for mother board replacement. After 7days i received my phone & observe that same issue persisting. Again i contact service center, again they are recieve my phone and after 10days they informed me that your handset is ready. 5time i visited service center for a single issue. Kindly look into this matter on priority.

                      Hi,
                      I purchased the Sumsung LED 40J5100. in the month of Feb 2016 aroud 39K. We haven't use the tv much, because we were in travelling. 1 week back we observed that some black spots in the tv. I informed to the customer service on the same. A Technician visited and informed that, Tv panel got damaged and he said it will cost around 23k to repair. i am totally disgusted to hear this, how can a led tv panel which is used very less and purchased in less than two years time can get damaged suddenly on one fine day.I strongly believe a defective piece has been sold to me by the dealer.After having reported to the dealer about the matter, On delear's supposed advice I called up the customer care again to escalate the issue and requested them to connect me to VUC department or any Senior and responsible person but I was denied citing a server issue at customer care department . I frustrated to see this kind of casual okk by a brand like Samsung.People spend their hard earned money to purchase assets and companies don't pay proper attention to customer's concerns in time. I would sincerely request to solve the issue at the earliest possible time frame. In case any further update Kindly get back to me on [protected] .Delay in action will force me to take legal action as the company is trying to penalise me for a defective product delivered to me.

                      It’s going to be 15 days since the complaint is lodged but no substantial action being taken by the company till now except few calls with halfhearted unacceptable solutions.

                      It looks like you support executives are least bothered about customer grievance and very casual in proving apt solution in time. I am assuming this as a gross negligence from company’s end for not giving required attention.

                      In case no resolution being provided in next 48hrs of time frame, I will be forced to initiate legal action under consumer protection act for the financial and mental damage caused to me by selling a defective TV to me by the company.

                          Dear Sir,

                          It is submitted that I have purchased a Samsung S8+ with booking Id[protected].

                          It is further submitted that at the time of booking we had requested for a 12 months EMI tenure but to my surprise I was informed by your representative on[protected] that only 3 months are being mentioned in my transaction. Hence, I raised a request on samsung on[protected] to kindly correct the same and make it 12 months but to my surprise till date no action has been taken and now in my credit card statement it is showing me 3 months emi which is not acceptable to me.

                            My washing machine is making lot of noise so i complained about it. I got service request no-[protected]
                            The service engineer came and said that the drum need to be changed and said that he will confirm from the service center how to proceed and expenditure.
                            Then he called up and said that drum cant be changed and machine cant be repaired as they do not have drum for this model - 6.2kg wa82v4v.
                            I bought this washing machine in 2010 it is still working but why the drum cant be replaced if machine is working.
                            Kindly help and provide adequate service.

                              I have paid rs.1100.00 to colling point m3-889, sector h lda aashiyana chauraha, lucknow for extended warranty for my mobile j5 prime model sm-g570, set serial no. Rz8ha0227hd on 15.11.2017 vide receipt book no.08 crno.0369.
                              I have visited twice to your above service center but till to day i am not getting the above certificate.
                              Please make arrangement immediately so that i can get the delivery on 07.12.2017.

                                  Dear samsung,
                                  Its been absolute disaster on my part that i bought a samsung tc model no 40j5300, on 3aug 2015 for inr 45k. Within two years its having a screen burn out issues and the cost of panel quoted by your customer support is 22k with one month of warranty, how shameful is that.
                                  That's almost half the price of tv, i will take this issue in consumer court and make you penalize for the harassment i am suffering because of you.

                                    I purchased samsung c9 pro mobile on 27th january 2017i. E the date on which it is first available to book in india and booked my phone under pre booking offer by company, (One time display replacement in just rs.990) unfortunately my mobile fall down and display broken.. I went to madhapur samsung service mobile care centre, (Hyderabad) they checked and answered me that this phone is not in this scheme, and it is not possible to change the display in this price.. I have to pay full price of display else i need to wait till samsung company gives its approval which may or may not approve it and i need to handover my mobile for atleast 15 days to know the answer from the company.. This is what samsung is doing in market selling products on wrong informations...
                                    And giving such attractive offers on products... But when the coustomer actually want to avail such offers the company deny such offers...

                                    I want to get help by you... Or by samsung company.. I want to change my mobile display with my purchse offer...
                                    I wait for your positive reply... Hope so

                                      I am used samsung mobile for the last 5 years but only last month i bought samsung galaxy s7 which is dust and water resistance mobile. My mobile fell into the water in an accident. When i went to the service center they would say the mother will change. Whereas the only problem was that the mobile sensor had stopped working. He told the expenses of 16000 ruppes.
                                      I just want to know that your why you are making water and dust resistance mobile when that not working in water just only 5 second.

                                        I am the user of samsung mobile j7 from last 4 months.
                                        I am observing gap between my screen and phone. Have visited service centre at kalyan of district thane, maharashtra, india.

                                        They have suggested repair of 4600 rupees.
                                        With in 4 months if such manufacturing issue is taking place then i really feel sorry for a big brand like samsung to be continued for my future use.
