On wednesday 29th november our samsung fridge stopped working and we contacted samsung service. Thursday 30th november a samsung operative arrived at our house and advised that the fan had stopped working; that it would take approximately two to three days to get the part and that he would contact us when the part arrived and arrange a time to repair the fridge.
On tuesday 5th december we contacted the south goa samsung office again to check when the samsung operative would be coming to fix our fridge as i needed to keep my medicines cool; we were informed that they were still waiting for the part. We informed samsung that my wife had been hospitalised on the 3rd december and needed to have a working fridge for her medicine – we emphasised the urgency of the situation. However, since the 5th december, we have tried to contact the south goa office on a daily basis but no-one has answered our phone calls. We also contacted the national samsung service later on the 5th december and were informed that the wrong part had been ordered and that it was now re-ordered and that it could take up to five days before it arrived. We also requested a loan of a fridge to house my wife’s medicine but this was turned down – we have had to rely on neighbours to make sure my wife’s medication is properly stored. Since the 5th december we have heard nothing despite our quite reasonable request to be kept informed and numerous follow-up phone calls.
By saturday 9th december we still did not know what was happening as regards the new fan that had been ordered for our fridge and had been without a working fridge for over 10 days - throughout this time we had not received any communication from samsung. This is a quite unacceptable level of service from an organisation which purports to be delivering excellent customer service and evidences a scandalous disregard for the situation we were in and the medical needs of my wife.

    Purchased c7 pro on 14th november 2017 and it was not working on 27th november the again have same problem yesterday 11 december, somehow managed to visit your customer care at preet vihar new delhi, they have just opened it and handed over to me... Please note it's a defective peaice you sold me which is broke down within a month.
    O m calling you your customer care but nobody is helping me. I want your immediate help to replace it.

      I bought a samsung eco bubble 6kg wf0602wkq drum as promised as the best model and high profile variant around 36000 rupees. Now the warranty is over and started hearing the noises.
      Service person called me and the first thing he told is that he can come but will change 475 rs. Why is samsung worried about service charge more than the service? He came after registering complaint three times and in 1 min you need to replace drum and cover and it cost 9000 plus 28 % tax.
      When asked about the reason of the issue, he just told it is due to the hard water used. I asked does that mean we should use soft or filtered water to wash? There is something wrong by design in this product. Samsung please ensure quality products and give relevant detailing in the eventuality of a problem. I am stuck now and need help asap. Please take back this product and give me a relatively low profile product that are worth using or repair this product as this is a manufacturing issue itself…

          I have purchased samsung s7 from flipcart on 24 sept 2017. After 13 days it was not fast charging i went to care zone service centre delhi kirti nagar they took 12 days to repair my new phone by changing every thing. Now after one month o[censored]sage again fast charging issue. Now the service centre says they will not rectify it as it has scratches and has one body dent. My problem is fast charging issue which is internal but these people in order to vade away from reparing and want money are saying they will not repair it, u pay 7500 for first body change then they will entertain my complaint. I want to tell them how is the external body connected with fast charging issue. They are jus creating rakus to evade from repairing my phone. I have spent 31000 and now within 2 months asking them to give them 7500 more and also my phone in warranty and i dont need ie body change. Pls do repairs for the fast charging part only which is in warranty and dont harass me. My phone is still with service centre bill no [protected] dated 8/12/17.

          i want update regarding the status of the complaint is that till today my phone is with samsung service centre moti nagar opp metro pillar no 333.nothing has been done so far since my request was made to them for repairs. samsung people have told that due to scratches on external body the warranty gets void and i will be charged RS 7500/- FIRST BODY CHANGE THEN and also display will be changed .my phone is alright in all respect but only problem for which i have given is fast charging issue .they want me to pay for display which is alright but they want to change it without any reason. they themselves have given extended one year warranty for the defective phone during the month of oct 2017 which was given for repairs to them only 12 days from date of purchase so as to evade replacement of the phone that time they gave one year extended warranty. now the same problem then of fast charging has again come and now they are making excuses that because of scratches on external body the warranty is void .i wanted to ask them when my phone is alright in all respect and also working fine but one fault is issue of fast charging, you pls rectify fast charging issue leave aside scratches . today got a call from samsung stating that phone is out of warranty and they are not ready to carry out repairs .pls intervene in this matter and help me getting my phone repaired .also help me if in this regard that if needed i can approach consumer court. as of the stubborn behaviour of these people i feel harrased as there is no body to listen to my atrocities which i have been facing since purchase of phone from samsung .

          i would like to inform you that my phone has been repaired by the company in warranty without taking any money from me and i have also taken delivery of my phone . i would Samsung India and their staff for their cooperation and effort in getting the issue resolved . i would also thank your forum for all the efforts .
          The mobile used by me was stolen by someone. so need to lock the mobile whoever it is been using that

              I have registered a complaint regarding my washing machine on 4th december 2017 which was purchased in june 2017. One service engineer came and said pcb is gone and need to be replaced and said he will get it by next day, that next day never came till now and when i contacted customer care got the response request closed and the issue resolved, i asked them to reopen as it was not resolved, this happened thrice, but the problem remained as is. Finally when i called today got the shocking response saying my mobile number is not registered, i wonder then how got the request number [protected]. Today customer care guy said he registered a new complaint with highest priority and as usual it will be addressed by today 8pm.
              I wonder how samsung is expecting customer to recommend their product after providing such a worst ever customer experience.
              This is disgusting.

                  Hi,
                  We bought one samsung phone model : galaxy j1 4g serial no. Rz8j11aqnbv and model no. Sm-j120g/ds around 8 months back. During this 8th months we have got it repaired twice for screen problem.

                  Yesterday, we got it back after repair with the same screen problem. The screen problem is not repaired properly and it is carrying dark side at the top side of the display. It is also delivered with new problem of side button malfunctioning. We don’t expect this kind of product performance from such a reputed company product.

                  We request you to kindly get it replaced with new one or extend the warranty after 100% repair of the phone.

                    Hello,

                    I purchased a samsung s8 and prebooked it to recieve a wireless charger as advertised. I also registered and used the sim to register for samsung galaxy app. All as per directions when i recieved the phone.

                    After which i got a response that i am not eligible for a free charger as i changed the sim later, which let me tell you was much later. Nowhere does it say that i cant use my phone which i paid for with a sim that i want. Or that i have to stick to using the registered sim which was also still in the phone! Just in sim slot 2. The purpose of buying a dual sim phone is to use both slots.

                    The service centre and customer service is pathetic they give straight out answers.

                    I will be posting this publicaly and also issue a legal notice since i have spoken to my lawyer and we went through the terms and conditions and nowhere i have been at fault.

                    A company like samsung should hire people who have manners and everytime i call back they say i have never called and a complaint has not been registered.

                    After going through much trouble i have decided to make this public and sue samsung for fake advertisement.

                    I am certain no one is going to revert to this email either. That is the kind of customer service you have!

                      This is with regard to complaint number : [protected] for our television which was not working. Our television video is not working but audio is coming normally. When raised a complaint, samsung engineer (His name may be deepak) came to our residence and checked the television and told that panels boards have gone off and cost of replacement is around rs. 18, 000 (Including gst). We have given our consent for the replacement and replacement orders have been placed with samsung. Later in the evening suddenly our televsion started working when we checked again. When we checked with samsung executive on this he told that it is coming due to some reverse voltage and bonding comes and goes and once again repeatedly scolding us not to switch on else mother board will go off. With this unprofessional attitude of service engineer, we decided to cancel off the order and planned for second opinion from our friend's third party service engineer.

                      Later, our friend suggested that to go for second opinion as these days we can't trust company executives are cheating and misleading people to get incentives and business. When we checked with third party repair service, the executive clearly told that for our television, only backlights have gone, rest all are fine. To our utter surprise after changing backlights (Total expenses for changing backlights and service is rs. 5, 000), televsion started working normally. Would like to bring this to your notice that how this samsung executive, instead of honestly doing the service, they are just cheating people to get business.

                      Deeply, disturbed that such a big brand like samsung (I have 2 samsung mobiles, refrigerator, television, laptop) giving cheating customer service to people to get business and rethinking that, "is it really worth to call samsung customer care executives in future" (Totally lost faith and definitely hesitate in calling samsung customer service in future). Thought of sharing this feedback as i felt it is my responsibility to bring this to your notice irrespective whether you take note of it or not.

Atleast you should provide the feature of call recording. You have provided this feature in other countries then what is the problem in india. It is very helpful.                           I gave my mobile on 18/nov/2017 to samsung service in india - tamilnadu - chennai - nugumbakkam - service center:[protected].in my job sheet they took the complaint as display problem, they said for changing the display i have to pay around rs.8000. I accepted gave the mobile for servicing. On that day (18/nov/2017) evening i received message as your mobile ready please come and collect it. When i went to collect they said mother board in mobile is the problem. I asked why this wasn't diagnose before they said mistakenly it happened. I called customer care team to give complaint. Customer service team accepted as service team has done this mistake. I have asked the same thing as written statement. But they said it cant be given in statement. Again i got a call back from escalation team contact#+[protected]. Mr. D. Sundaram extn:1631 he said he will ask the service team to coordinate with me to finish the problem without paying additional cost. Now escalation team is saying its not a problem of service team and they are asking me to contact service team to pay amount. They are forcing me to pay rs.23000 to service completely and they are not sure will it work properly or not.

                          I had recorded the mobile conversation whatever i discussed with service center member and customer care team. Now i would like to escalate this to your attention to get my problem solve without any trouble.

                          Samsung name is getting spoiled because of this unprofessional service and support team. Because of this problem am under tremendous mental pressure everyday i am getting tense its spoiling my health.

                          At present nobody called me to give the status of my mobile.

                          For further details am ready to come to chennai office at any time with all the proof. I am expecting a prompt solution from your end. Hope my expectation will be met.

                              I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. My phone was perfectly fine until now that suddenly a pink vertical line appeared on the display and it does not go off now. After checking online i came to know there are several S7 Edge phones which are facing the same issue. And it seems to be a faulty Display provided by samsung, the entire batch is facing the issue. I went to the service center and also contacted the samsung customer care. They gave me a reference number.
                              I ran a diagnostics on my phone and it shows there is no hardware issue on the phone:
                              Following are the trouble shootings done by me as per the samsung customer care,
                              1) Developer option turned off
                              2) Gave Remote Access to the samsung care on Samsung Tutor
                              3) Phone was run on safe mode
                              4) phone reset.
                              5) Service center Resolution: Display replacement required costing 14000 INR (Not done)

                              Kindly note there is no physical damage to the phone, why would i pay a huge amount for a screen replacement where its a manufacturing defect?
                              I have already paid 57000 INR for the phone.
                              I need a replacement of the screen or resolve my issue anyhow.
                              Also the home key is of poor quality, discoloration with just touching the phone??? Seriously??

                                My bill include labour cist of rs. 47.20.
                                I have purchased data cable only then there is no question of charging labour cost.
                                Hence please explain this unauthorised charging of labour cost. I am also going to complain the same on consumer forum and center/state comission, if not getting satisfactory answer or refund of extra charges.

Sir we are middle class family we leave in rent room we dont have more money to resolve this they are asking 15000 rupee for a panel. I also text them in samsung support website but getting a reply they said we believe in 1 year warranty after that the itme is available in chargeable price and the proce is 15000 rupee..                                     I am writing this with a deep regret of buying a samsung product in my life time and would definitely make sure thats not going to happen next time.

                                    Months before i replaced my s7 edge display, soon after that my mobile bulged and heated and started switching off. I went back to the service enter and they told there was a problem in screen replacement and we will provide a new screen. 2 days after the replacement, mobile home button dint work. I contacted samsung customer care, they picked up the phone from my place 3 days back, till now i did not get a response. Tvs electronics team cannot even pick up the phone _quot40489555_quot, please try to call them on phone and you will come to know how it is. We should call 100 times to get a call connected, yesterday after getting connected with a person by name pinky (Should be a bogus name). She very easily cut the call 3 times when i asked the status of the mobile.
                                    Till now no information.
                                    I really feel the worst of my life, just imagine that someone is keep on screwing my phone which was alright before they started servicing. I paid 50k to purchase the mobile and i end up now with no details and all service person have screwed it to the maximum.
                                    Is it what samsung is all about? Samsung doesnt even understand consumers point of view. Example is about the service center and another example is the chat i had with one of your person yesterday. Please review the chat if you can retrieve it.
                                    I really dont even like the phone anymore that is the feeling you people have given me. I am frustrated to the extended that i am not going to step in the service center anymore. And more over i am not interested to get my mobile back instead i would like to get my mobile replaced.

                                      I have bought this tv just 2 months for rs. 116000. There was smoke coming out from product 2 days back and customer service inspected the product and said that display and mother board is damaged and need to be replaced and it would cost nearly 50000 rupees. Since the damage was caused by insect customer service said that we need to bear the cost of rs. 50000. How can this ridiculous thing happen? We are buying this branded products just for their service and quality of the product. If the quality is compromised, why do we need to spend this huge amount. I need my tv replacement.

                                        I have given my phone on 26th november for repair to the above mentioned service centre with the bill no.[protected].

                                        Firstly they checked my phone after that they mention kindly take the back up of your phone as the phone usb charging point is damaged and you will get your phone after three days. They gives me estimate rs.00/

                                        After few hours i got a call from the service centre for the information that you have to pay rs 5500/- as your phone is not under warranty but at the time of taking my phone they said its under warranyt as purchase date of my phone is 09.04.2017.

                                        I dont know why they are saying its not under warranty. Discussion with the the service centre was very rude. The way they talk to the customer was very rude. The executive of service center doing fraud with the with buyer... They are changing the original parts...

                                        I also called samsung customer care regarding the above mentioned matter but the customer care representative is not so responsive.,. Complaint no given by customer care is [protected].

                                        Kindly look at this matter and isssue me my phone as soon as possible.
