My mobile phone display gone off. Your service centre says it is physical damage. Complaint id [protected]. But it was not fallen or any physical damage occurred. After speaking a call it was put into the bag safely. While attending next call, no display available, only ring tone received. Your service centre ask me to pay rs.2829/- before undertaking the service. I want it to be setright under warranty, as still the warranty exists

Dear Sir,
One person from your support team called me in the morning and assured me to call by 4.00 PM with solution. But till 6.20 PM nobody called me and my complaint is still pending to be resolved.
KIndly do the needful to give quick solution sir. It is getting delayed already.

Still no call from your people. No solution till now. If you are not resolving immediately I will try other option like consumer fourm/court and post about your service deficiency in all possible forums/sites. Try to solve immediately

Even after a delay of 4 days, no solution is arranged. For your information, the phone is fault from[protected] onwards but still you have not arranged any solution. I tried to contact Ms. Rehka Tanwar over phone several times. But it says, she is not available. How long she will not be available? No other person can provide the service support?
Atleaset pl. respond this please.

    I gave my s7 edge for service in the velachery samsung service centre. The technicians over there doesn't know anything about mobiles to be honest. They broke my mobile screen. People over there are like goons. They behave in a very rude manner. They made me wait for 4 hours. I regret my decision to buy samsung mobile. Please avoid this idiotic and useless service centre.

      I have purchase double door fridge in feb 2017. I have a problem in fride 28 nov about cooling. I have so many complaint your costomer care no but no solution by your service center. He says always talk i register your complaint forwarded service center. But no body engineer call him after saturday. Last saturday your enginer visit he says gas refilling your fridge but after saturday nobody contact me. He send so many times your service engineer mr sanjeev no but sanjeev mobile no out of service. Pls revert soon. I take action.

        Dear team,

        We purchased the "samsung 40j5100 101.6 cm (40) led tv (Full hd)" tv in aug 2016 around 45k. We haven't use the tv much, because we were travelling. One week back we observer that some lines in the tv.
        We informed to the customer service on the same. Technician visited and informed that, tv panel got damaged and he said it will cost 25k to do repair. We called to the customer care and requested to resolve the issue.
        Today i got a call from samsung head office and they accepted that, due to some technical problem, it might got damaged. Also now, its out of warranty, we have to pay it seems.

        Major part of tv got damaged means some issue while selling tv itself.

        We asked the team, if it has technical problem, why should we need to pay. Also, almost 50% of product cost for repair that to product is not even 1 1/2 year old, which is worst.

        By this way, we (Customers) are loosing money.
        Kindly save us from this issue and save from the samsung

          Got a call from head office mentioning the product need to be opened for diagnosing the fault but they are not taking any responsibility for it. Mentioning it they can't help out i am a customer i paid for the product and i have the rights to deny not to open the product. I dnt want the product to be repaired or parts to be changed i want it to replaced or amount to be refunded.

          It is going to be 1weeks from the day of complaint sṭill now there is no progress. As a customer i brought the product am suffering a lot after buying this product.
          I even called the shop from where i brought am having the proof to file against samsung in consumer court mentioning each calls and talks with the head office staff and they are not helping and solving the issue.

          No positive response from samsung side and even the shop from where i brought the shop name is girias anna nagar chennai
          The staff is speaking harshly and not providing the correct information even the samsung service engineer also not fisibile with customer time to see the product. Shop manager you brought samsung product not girias product this is not the way to talk with the customer really very bad support service provided by samsung head office and girias shop. Please take necessary action as am filing against both samsung and girias and the service engineers against mental harassments and the money paid by me and the product couldn't be used in time.

            Hi,
            I have purchased samsung led smart tv model: ua46h7000ar. Dop: 19april 2015 from satisfaction samsung, jaipur, rajasthan. After 8-9 months led got a serious issue, it starting turn off and on automatically after each 10mins intervel. I contacted cx care of samsung as well, they there might be a software issue. I tried updating software as well. But the issue not resloved yet. I used to travel a lot so didn't get time to fix the issue. Today i contacted cx care again and asked to book a executive to check the problem, i explained the issue to the service center executive over the call, now he is saying there is a problem in mother board, which will cost around[protected]. This thing is really annoying me now. I purchased this led in 1, 22, 000 inr. Did i made a mistake buying samsung products? Along with led i purchased samsung fridge, automatic font loading washing machine, microwave. I thought samsung cares for there valuable customers. This really not done. I am really unhappy with samsung. Will never recommand to buy samsung products. Really really unhappy.

              I am writing with reference to samsung 40 inch led curve tv screen broken by samsung assigned engineer mr amit sharma, during re-installation of mother board.

              I kumar durgesh complaint to samsung customer care on dated nov-30-2017, with complain no - [protected] as our tv was not visible. Mr vijay contact no - [protected] assigned for the same, however he was informed us pcb (Mother board) problem inside it and ask him for provide confirmation for re-installation of pcb (Mother board) with charges around 8000.00, and collect 300.00 rupees from us for visiting charge. After our confirmation, one of the other samsung person mr amit sharma visited to my home for re-installation of pcb board, during installation of the same he had broken our tv's screen. After this happening i was complaint against him at our nearest police station (Fir no - 33b-3/12/2017 dwarka-23). Case handled by mr jai prakash (Sho, dwarka-23)

              No body contact me as I got a call from Gurgaon head Office, but voice is not audible, she said call you again, but still no any call from Samsung.

              I wish to inform you that some one courier person called me and saying that Samsung service centre send you a old plasma TV 50 Inch.
              Now I want to inform you that I don’t have need any other make mode TV. We need only Samsung Curve LED 40 Inch. Please arrange the same otherwise I will not accepting your item as mentioned above. Please note.

                I bought a samsung fully automatic washing machine on jul 17, and the company guy installed it. From the beginning the machine has very high vibration. I complained against it and the company is not turning up. The product is in warranty. How can i proceed for taking action against the company.

                    Hi guys, my self vijayakumar from chennai and working at bhubaneswar. I have a samsung a8 on dec 2016 at bhubaneswar, odisha. Every thing went fine untill my display became black without a physical damage in the month of march 2017. Then i gone to authorised samsung service centre and i was told though glass in good condition but lcd has gone. So both has to be replaced. Did at rs.7000/-. Within three months i got an issue with charging then i went to service centre and i was told mother board has gone. It will be cost me around ₹ 23, 000/-. Now my is dead. I am suspecting the service centre people might have changed some part my mother board when i given for screen replacement. Now i totally lost trust on samsung mobiles.

                          I purchased samsung galaxy j7 max on sept 10, 2017. I met an accident on 26 october 2017. My phone was having temperd glass and back cover provided by the samsung store. Since the phone come in metal body and also it was in my pocket and not fall down on floor. Still it broke down in a very typical manner.
                          I don't know how did it broke. And company also didn't supported me. I know that phone is damaged very badly but its still its internl parts (Like battery, etc.) can be used as te phone was only 1.5 months old. Deeply hurted by the service of the samsung india.

                            Hi team,
                            I am really surprised that the folks in the samsung ceo office does not even have courtesy to call me back after sending multiple emails.
                            Anyways wanted to let you know that my microwave has again gone bad for the 8th time in the last one year.
                            I spoke a lady i think few weeks back called meenakshi who seems to be naive in handling customers. She was not ready to understand the issues which i am facing for the last few months related to the sub standard product which is of low quality.
                            Can i get solution to the problem? How do you handle products having quality issues?
                            What is your return or replacement policies for products which becomes faulty every second month?
                            Can i get a call back from a more responsible senior person who can understand the my misery and provide a solution. See the video to show how the microwave was behaving this morning.

                            I spoke to meenakshi week before last with the assurance that i will get a call back from ceo office within 24 working hours, however, no one called me. If the issue which i reported has been closed then it has been done without my confirmation.

                            My query over here is that the microwave which i bought 11 months back has gone faulty 7 times. How do you handle these type of product quality issues? What would be the solution that you will provide if it gain goes bad ie 8th time.

                            Hi team,
                            This is in regards to a microwave (Mc28h5025vs/tl 28-litre) which i bought on oct 29, 2016, from amazon.in.
                            Within couple of days, i started getting issues with the microwave and i was advised by amazon to reach out to samsung customer carefor any service related issues.
                            Since then in the last 11 months, i have raised 7 complaints for one or the other issues which although were all attended and fixed however same or the other issue relapsed.
                            Right now the microwave is not powering up and is in the dead condition.

                            I was curious how do you handle these kind of product quality issues as surely no one expect an electronic equipment to go faulty 7 times in the 11 months. There have been instances where i had issues and have not reached out to samsung and are not in your records.
                            The no. Of issues clearly shows either the product is of sub standard quality or it was a faulty piece which has been delivered to me.

                            Most of the electronic equipment i have at my house starting from ac, frig, tv etc are all samsung make however after buying this microwave i am really disappointed as it clearly shows the declining quality of samsung products.

                            I would like to understand how can you help me with these issues as i am pretty sure even after fixing the current issue it will reoccur.
                            As of now i expect a either a refund or a replacement of a microwave which is quality tested.

                              I purchase a samsung led tv on 4 jun 17. I booked a request of installation today. The engineer of samsung come and told that ur warranty period is over but still 2 days left. He told that now u pay of installation charge. Mr javed of samsung engineer is visited.

                              I contact to customer care many time and contact with manager Mr Abhishek Gorh senior executive Abhishek and supervisor Mr Manish but my problem not resolve.
                              I attached the call log details of customer care samsung and see the time durations of each call but my issues not resolve.
                              I check the policy of samsung of installation of led tv where it mentioned that 6 month not written 180 calendar days.so it's mean 6 month complete on 4 dec not on 1 dec.
                              Please take some needful action and also brief the action taken by company.I hv also call recording of my talk with customer care.

                                I have purchased a samsung mobile c7 pro on 17th october 2017 and i am suffering from its defect after 1 week of purchase. I went service centre twice and showed almost 10 defects in the phone and they have given me the papers in writing all the problems of phone. They kept my phone with 4 days and now they are saying it has no problem found. I said i have showed all defects to 2 of your persons. But they said i will not get any replacement or refund. Ultimately i went to national consumer forum. Its my 2nd step from consumer forum so that i am mailing you my problem against complaint number 521235.

                                    I purchased samsung galaxy j26 phone in the month of march 2017. From november phone started giving problems such as no voice for incoming calls after that stopped ringing for incoming calls. I gave to samsung service center, they told one of the part having problem. Come after 2 days. I went, i got my phone, after that no incoming outgoing call voice.in idle condition phone started getting beeping sound. It was scary.net slow, no ringing, no sound, no vibration. Again went to service center, they told we have to change this part, you need to keep your phone for 8 days. After 12 days after lot of follow up i got my phone. The problem is still there... What to do. You cant even think within less than 8 months phone having that much of problems.

                                      I have s7 edge screen has pink line on camera side but it works fine mobile is in good condition but service centre said expenses for screen replacement is 16500. It is more than my budget. My phone is as it is new condition it has very good condition no drop no liquid damage. It is a manufacturer fault lot of handset facing that type of problem. It is not coincidentally. Help me

                                        We have purchased a samsung fridge on 12/06/2017, model rt28k304358 invoice no 425 from metro radio bandra. There is frost formation in the entire fridge. We have been raising the issue with samsung, but there is no resolution. Every time the same technician comes and gives no solution. Request your intervention to get this resolved at the earliest.
