I bought a samsung j7 pro on september 26th and today is november 28th i have faced three times speaker issue that is not working and its not even 2 months old and faced 3 times issue soo i wanted replacement to be done soo i called customer care for 4 times but no 1 is taking the action about this also i had visited samsung authorised service cente as i went 1st time they told me that speaker has replaced and next time when i went they told me that we have changed the mother board and 3rd time again replaced the speaker but there is no use of it,

    Dear sir,

    I purchased samsung s 7 edge mobile on 03 sep 2016. My glass was cracked and on 16th april 2017 i have replaced the screen with cost of rs 14500 through cheque with no relaxation and warranty provided by your authorised bistupur, jamshedpur, jharkhand service center.

    Now the problem is after replacement of screen my mobile get switch off and on automatically one or twice in a month. This thing happen continuously 6 month but we dont notice and not find any problem. But now a days daily my mobile gets off or goes in sleep mode while using 10 to 15 minute. Its turned on and getting charged when full battery get discharged means i have to wait atleast 3 to 4 hours for start charging the battery and then mobile start properly.

    Now your authorised service center saying to replace the motherboard and demanding rs 17000 for replacing the same.

    Now i think your service center has cheated me.in waranty period after replacing the screen he has not cheked the mobile properly.

    Now if i pay this money then total cost of mobile will be rs 50000 mobile cost + 14500 screen replacement + now 17000 motherboard = rs 81500.00/- within 14 month after the date of purchasing.

    I did not expect this short life of costly samsung mobile product. Now i m loosing my hope on samsung mobile and your brand regarding the durability. My family and friend are advising me to gift this costly mobile to your authorised service center and be them happy.

    I want to convey this to ceo of samsung india / global. Please help me if it is possible to waive my mobile's motherboard cost in urgent basis. Now i have no strength and confidence to purchase your any costly and branded product i[censored] not consider my problem.

    Yesterday service Center has replaced new screen without any cost and paper work. But they not replace my mobile's motherboard. I think something wrong has been done before screen replacement time.
    They are demanding Rs 15500 for motherboard.

    I did not get any message till now by your end regarding previous conversation. Please tell me what should I do. Should I pay Rs 15500 to your service center for motherboard or you will take any neccessary action. In 14 month my phone cost has become 64500 and this time if I will pay Rs 15500 then total cost will become Rs 80000/-
    I purchase this costly smartphone by knowing your market value and Brand. But now I am suffering a lots of problem and having financial problem to pay this money. Already in six month I had paid 14500 for screen replacement. And now 15500 is demanding by your service center till tomorrow. From last 15 days I was disconnected from my world due to your smartphone issue.
    This means that in every 6 month if I m using your expensive handset then I have to pay 15000 lum sum.
    Please advise me what to do.

    Finally I m loosing my hope for no response, help and step taken by your end. Also I think there is no way to live without phone so finally I m going to pay this money in your customer care account once again. God know after three month expiry of motherboard's warrant when my pocket will be loose.

    Hello i do have S7 edge and now its out of warranty last few days back when in morning i wake up and see my mobile it was turned off i tried to on mobile but its didn't go thru

    so today i went to service center in Kanpur and checked my mobile in staring they checked my battery and still my mobile was off then they told me to submit the mobile to them with the handling charges 180 ( if i refuse the repair the mobile )

    After 4 to 5 hours i got call from service center they told me your mobile is death and your mother board need to be replaced and the front screen and total cost they told me for mother board in 17000 and screen 14000 total will be some thing like 31000

    so i need to know my mobile was working fine and how its suddenly its got death i had purchased many mobile from Samsung currently i am using note 9 and if the quality of mobile will be like this then why any one use and burn our money on these Samsung flagship mobile

      I have purchased mobile model sm-j701f/ds (Galaxy j7nxt) ssn:j701f/dsgsmh on 07/08/2017 from m/s madhu watch co., morena (M. P.) but on 06/09/2017 due to pushing hard (Lcd damaged). I approached to your customer service at gwalior ([protected]). They replaced lcd but chrged rs.4, 775/-. Sorry to inform you that the said mobile was under warranty but they treated as out of warranty. Plase look in to the matter and arrange to repay my amount as they narrated out of warranty.

        The feature of “Find My Mobile” which helps to find your device in case it is lost and also helps you to protect your data, the same needs to be activated by the customer on his/her own by login to Samsung account and enabling the required options on the mobile.
        We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
        As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.

          Having problem with product ce76jd microwave ḍop-18nov17 and during demonstration from samsung engineer and even booked complaint in customer care and talked with staff of the shop i purchased from chennai girias.
          I want to get replaced or refunded and i don't want to get the product repaired or the parts to be changed as it only hardly 8days from ṭhe date of purchase. I don't want to face the problem with same issue in future please help me out with the issue. Having bill proof and reference number and copy of customer service record card will be filling case against this if the problem is not solved.

          i got call from Samsung stafff +[protected] and informed that the product will be opened by the service engineer but i am not in position to clear the service engineer to allow him to open the product unless i have some proof or written copy signed by someone who stands for it if any other problem occurs during the servicing

          I have complained in national consumer helpline and my complaint number-524710 stating that Samsung staff informed that the product will be opened for repair by the service engineer but I denied as a customer i have the rights to take the right decision until i get something in written to open the the product

            1) it takes very long time to charge the phone.
            2) even if we charge phone to 100%, while using internet the charging lasts for maximum 4-5hrs.
            3) when not using internet continuous watching video or movie, charging wont last for more than 6 hrs.
            4) specification says c9 pro has 4000 mah battery, how is this kind of working possible.
            5) your camera gives blur photos or photos with milky effect, do 16mp camera works this way???

            Sir spending a amount of 36000 & getting such an mobile feels not worth.
            Help me out on what are things to be done.

              I have given my samsung phone for rectifying my display. My phone is qualified for one time screen replacement offer. I have given my phone on 21.11.2017. The problem is rectified by samsung care on 22.11.2017. But the approval is still awaited from samsung. Its been more than a week and still i have not got my phone back. Please do the needful.

              Approval is pending for the past one week. It has been mentioned that it will require max 3 working days. But the deadline is already over. I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible

                Hi,
                I noor khan purchase one top loading wm from one your dealer for my sister marriage, machine is under warranty but unfortunately wm lid cover glass got broken, so i register the complaint on toll free, engineer from astavinayak -
                Goregaon - mumbai, visited & given estimate around 2000 not really remembered, so we agreed for the given quote & he promise that with in 2 days part will be available, after 2 days one engineer come & asked for advance so tomorrow i will bring part & fix, my mom told first bring the part & then take you money, after that i personally called his manager mr. Trilok, only one time he picked the phone & tell that part is under order, it will take one week to receive as soon i received i will send engineer with part, 15 days has been passed but no body turn up no update about my complaint & part, after that many time i called him but no response from his side, he even not bother to pickup the call. Now its more than one month till date no one come to replace the part.

                I have refrigerator / aircondition & micro-oven of samsung but this time i really frustrate about the samsung service, what a pathetic service & response from your service provider.

                I will not ever recommend in my family & friend circle to but any samsung product.

                  I am working in an organisation. We purchased 7 nos o[censored]a 40j5100 samsung tvs on 14 jul 2016. Now the panel of the tv has become defective after 15 months of purchase. Now the technician says that this tv is out of warranty and gave estimate of rs.35804/- for repairing this tv. I did not expect this short life of samsung product. We keep on purchasing your tvs after this lot. Now we are loosing our hope on samsung tv regarding the durability. Our oficials are wondering that how we spend a sum of rs.35804/- after one year of purchasing a tv. I want to convey this to ceo of samsung india / global.                   Not even a month that I brought, I have issues with screen, error in connecting net and incoming and outgoing calls. Phone was absolutely dead. With all this issue, only repair no replacement.

                  I understand that having spent 21k on a mobile, which has issues in less than one month, I deserve a replacement and not a repair.

                    I bought samsung galaxy j2 pro 3 months back. The mobile is having very less signal strength especially on 4g. On the same network other brands mobiles showing good signal strength. The weak signal causing less data speed and call dropping. I have approached the service centre and still the issue exists. Never expected such a poor manufacturing from samsung. Please do the needful.

                      It is my 4th day using Samsung note 8 and it got crashed when I was using it then got restart itself I was doing very important video calling with my boss and he thought that I did it .
                      My respect and dignity was not maintained
                      Phone is showing 3 gb ram still available
                      Only very few were installed and still
                      Samsung reputation is lost in my eyes

                        Now you are saying that rat has damaged the system and will have to bear expenses for its rectification.

                          I purchased samsung galaxy s7 edge last year now screen broken. The people at service center said i need to pay screen cost + service charge approx rs-16000
                          So why do i have to pay service charge? Total 16k only for screen replacement is it worth it?
                          Generally other phone screen replacement cost is about rs - 5k-6k but for s7 edge 16k is too expensive.

                              There was a problem with switching on the 65"tv. The technical staff after checking the tv told us that the one connect box has to be replaced and that it would cost us around rs. 25, 000. Inspite of asking as to what caused the problem we were not given any proper answer. It's been 3 years since we bought the tv. After repeatedly asking the customer care personnel to send another technician we were sent the same person. After about a month of complaining and not receiving any response we got to know that the problem was with a loose connection in the remote and that there is absolutely no problem with the one connect box. We spend on a good brand hoping we would get good service but it is really disappointing when people try to cheat.

                                This is to convey the message that we are investing vast money in such big brands such as samsung with the hope that we are buying something worth. But what we never know that they are just selling it for the sake of money making without think twice about customer safety by compromising on quality.
                                I was charging my samsung a7 2016 model on 27.11.2017 with the respective charger beside me and without any sign it just burst out from the back with blusterous knocking sound. That was perhaps a frightening for me that even such big brand name cannot withstand our hopes and trust.

                                  A call was received from +[protected] today on 27 nov 16 at approximately 1330hrs wherein your call centre employee tried to find out regarding servicing of the lost mobile phone on 24 nov 17 whose details were submittedto you on 04 oct 17 for tracking or blocking which is considered to be well within your domain. It is reteriated that the handset stands lost from 04 oct 17.

                                  Extracts ofcomplaint submitted on 04 oct 17 are given below. Following complaint submitted on 04 oct 17 still unresoved.

                                  Mobile number [protected] registered in my name was lost at approximately 0920 hours on 04 september 2017 at gandhinagar, gjarat in general area of dps gandhinagar, gujarat. It was being used with phone samsung galaxy a8 imei numbers 353004/07/095895/9 and 353005/07/095895/6. My wife was using the phone and sim. She travelled in uber taxi gj-01-et9749 (Driver mobile number [protected]) from my house in sugad, gandhinagar to dps school.

                                  It is requested that a case be taken up with concerned government authorities to track the costly handset by imei and block it permanently. I had purchased the handset on 30/10/15 from samsung it store, sr computer annexe, 37, 38 krishna nagar, mathura vide invoice no 2324. I may be intimated of the success by a call on [protected] or on my mail id.

                                  The feature of “Find My Mobile” which helps to find your device in case it is lost and also helps you to protect your data, the same needs to be activated by the customer on his/her own by login to Samsung account and enabling the required options on the mobile.
                                  We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
                                  As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.

I fail to understand how the lost phone was serviced at your service center at Noida in last week of Nov 17 despite reporting its loss with IMEI Numbers in first week of Oct 2017. Was it not your duty to report the customer who had come with the lost phone to Police for theft.

                                    The samsung mobile service centre at leh is extremely pathetic with such a poor service quality being provided by the service center. I have encountered two incidents there once my ear jack wasn't working do they told me that i need to change the complete set of the jack which will cost around 6k which i later found was nothing but some cotton stuck inside the jack hole at a local repair mobile vendor which didn't cost me a penny. Second time my touch screen broke and i gave it to repair to them and it's been more than 20 days i haven't received my phone back yet. The excuse is the same for every customer here in leh that to get a spare part it takes 15 to 20 days max. If this the kind of poor service quality being provided by such a renown and prestigious company that i'm really sorry to tell you that the local mobile repair vendors are providing much better service than the companies service center here in leh.

                                      We had purchased a samsung refrigerator model sg629epnsh.

                                      The refrigerator suddenly stopped working in august 2017 as the freezer was not cooling and ice was melting. We informed the samsung service station and they sent us the service team.

                                      Since august 2017 till date, the service people have not been able to repair the fridge. We have paid repeatedly for the following services and replacements :

                                      1. Gas refill

                                      2. Compressor change

                                      3. Memory card change

                                      Further, we have incurred a lot of lose due to the expensive frozen food which was stored in the freezer. The same was also inspected by the technical who had visited our home.

                                        I have purchased samsung double door digital inverter fridge (Model #- 038u rt27jarzesp/tl - 01, sn - 038u4paga01663y) which had 10 years warranty for rs.21450 from viveks on jan 01 2016. Fridge was delivered to us on jan 4th with some billing issue. They promised us to correct the bill and send a copy but they haven't. Since last month fridge is not working and samsung technician took 10 days to come and check the fridge. He said its a manufacturing fault and samsung needs bill to proceed further either to replace/refund. When i sent the bill which we had he said its not clear. Only after verifying the bill fridge was installed and the same was registered online by the installation technician who came and now what is the need to ask for the bill?. Their motive was to drag the issue. I contacted viveks cust care and requested bill copy. They sent an incorrect bill with wrong serial num. I came to know about the same only when samsung technician told it but they took more than a month to inform us the billing issue. Samsung people were dragging this issue asking for bill although they know its a manufacturing fault. They were totally unprofessional and unethical. Samsung technician said its pending with samsung and from samsung call centre they said its pending with technician. Finally when i sent the bill they said they will get back to us by eod but they did not and next day when i called they said in couple of hours they will let me know if they are going to refund/replace. Finally they called me back and said they will refund it with rs.16000 only. When i asked for a replacement the samsung person said he will not do it and when i asked why only 16000 he was so arrogant and he asked who told its a manufacturing fault and he said he will refund only that amount and he said you can do whatever you want and disconnected the call without further explanation. Finally he sent a message stating your request has been cancelled. I have purchased samsung for its name and brand value and after sales service provided by samsung if this is the kind of service what you people provide within 2 years of purchase and you are claiming that you are giving a warranty for 10 years for the digital inverter fridge which i have purchased, i feel i have been chated samsung. Your entire service team including your call centre, local technicians and supervisor s who called back, do not understand the issue immediately and they not have any empathy for what has happened. We expect samsung to provide a full refund for the faulty fridge which you have given me or replace with a new one. If you have informed me that you are going to do a refund only i would have purchased a new fridge long time back.
